I live in Tokyo, but I had never visited the tourist spots, so it was refreshing. More than anything, the open air felt great, and we all screamed with excitement! My parents and my sister's family, who went with me, were also thrilled, so I would like to join a different course next time!

都内に住んでいますが、観光地を巡ったことがないので、新鮮でしたし、何より屋根がないのがとても気持ち良くて、家族みんなで絶叫しました！一緒に行った両親や姉家族も大喜びでしたので、また違うコースに参加したいと思います！

This was my second time using the service, and this time there were many international guests. The three boatmen, who were like comedians mixing in English, made it a lot of fun. I would like to participate again with my grandchildren. Thank you very much.

I had expected to walk quite a bit based on other people's experiences, but I was relieved to find that it wasn't as much as I imagined. However, there are definitely many stairs, which might be tough for older participants.

Since this is a tour aimed at international travelers, there were almost no Japanese people, but the content was still enjoyable. They made a lot of efforts to ensure no one was left behind. Thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with the pace of visiting the main tourist spots in Kumamoto and Miyazaki in a day! It would be quite challenging to do it on your own. I'm really glad I participated in this tour!

Thanks to our guide Yoshitani, I was able to enjoy the sights without missing anything. He also recommended delicious restaurants and kept track of the start times for our visits, allowing us to enjoy everything without wasting time.

Thanks to the driver's driving skills, I was able to make it to my next appointment on time.

Since it's not a place I can visit often, I was a bit anxious about whether I would enjoy it, but this day tour was well-organized to maximize enjoyment within the limited time.

For those who are hesitant about participating, I definitely recommend giving it a try!

他の方の体験談から、かなり歩くと思っていましたが想像よりは歩かなかったのでホッとしました。ただし階段の上り下りが多いのは確かなので、ご年配の方にはキツイかもしれません。

海外の方向けのツアーですので、日本人はほぼ居ませんが、それでも十分楽しめる内容です。
置いてけぼりにならないように、たくさん配慮していただけました。ありがとうございます。

日帰りで熊本、宮崎の主要な観光地をテンポよく巡れるので大満足でした！個人で回ろうとすると大変でしょうから。このツアーに参加できて本当に良かったです！

ガイドの吉谷さんのおかげで見落としなく、名所を楽しめました。美味しいお店も教えてくださったり、訪問先の解説開始時間も抑えていらして、無駄なく思いっきり楽しめました。

ドライバーの方のドライビングテクニックのおかげもあり、その後に予定していた用事にも間に合うことが出来ました。

なかなか来れる場所ではないので、楽しめるか不安でしたが、限られた時間の中で最大限楽しめるように工夫されている日帰りツアーでした。

I visited Dazaifu, Yufuin, and Beppu. There were guests from China, Korea, and Japan, but the cheerful guide provided various explanations on the bus, which made everything clear. The guide was someone I would love to meet again. The driver was also a very nice person. The other tourists were well-mannered, making for a quiet bus journey. I had a great experience using Veltra in Korea, so I decided to try it in Japan this time. It was very good. I will use it again somewhere else.

太宰府、湯布院、別府と周りました。
中国、韓国、日本人とお客さんがそれぞれでしたが、明るいガイドさんがバスの中でも色々説明してくださりよくわかりました。
また会いたいなあと思わせるガイドさんでした。運転手さんもとても良い方でした。
観光の皆さんもマナーが良くて静かなバス旅でした。韓国でベルトラを使って良かったので今回は日本でも使ってみました。とても良かったです。またどこかで使います。

First of all, I believe that the impression of a bus tour can change 180 degrees depending on the guide. The guide for the day trip bus tour from Fukuoka to Takachiho that my 73-year-old mother and I participated in was Chuchu.

Chuchu's guidance was rich in knowledge and was excellent, always putting the participants first from start to finish. She is a trilingual speaker of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, which allowed both my mother and me to have the best sightseeing experience.

まず、バスツアーはガイドさんによって印象が180度変わると思います。
私と73歳の母が参加した福岡発・高千穂日帰りバスツアーのガイドは、ヨシガエ（チュチュ）さんでした。

チュチュさんのガイドは知識が豊富で、最初から最後まで参加者を第一に考えた素晴らしいものでした。日本語・中国語・韓国語を完璧に話すトライリンガルでもあり、そのおかげで私も母も最高の観光ができました。

チュチュさん、本当にありがとうございました😊

It took about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Kameoka to Arashiyama. The travel time seems to vary depending on the water level; it can take as little as 1 hour or up to 2 hours at the longest. On the day I participated, the water level wasn't very high, so it was a calm boat trip while enjoying the scenery.

There were moments when the river narrowed or had significant drops, but that was also quite pleasant. For those seeking thrills, I think rafting would be a better option.

There were three boatmen who took turns rowing, as it is physically demanding work. It was very impressive to see them earnestly guiding the guests in English, especially since most of the customers were foreigners. Their efforts to entertain the guests, often with laughter, were evident.

Along the way, you can see rare wild birds and a trolley train, and you can leisurely enjoy the picturesque mountains and rivers that resemble Japan's original landscapes. However, I wouldn't recommend participating in the height of summer or winter (I heard that a roof is put up in the summer). Depending on the travel time, some people might get a bit bored, and I experienced a little seasickness.

I recommend this for those who love vehicles or want to experience something out of the ordinary. If you decide to participate, I think it's best to bring minimal luggage.

亀岡から嵐山まで1時間40分ほどかかりました。水の量によって所用時間が変わるようで、早ければ1時間遅くて2時間かかることもあるとのことでした。
私が参加した日は水が多くなかったようで、景色を眺めながら穏やかな船旅でした。
時折川幅が狭くなったり落差が大きいポイントがありましたが、それもまた心地よかったです。
スリルを求める人はラフティングの方が良いと思います。

船頭さんは3人で、力仕事なので交代しながら船を漕いでくれます。
お客さんのほとんどが外国人という中で英語で一生懸命案内している姿がとても印象的で、時折笑いも交えながらお客さんを楽しませようという気持ちが伝わってきました。

道中は珍しい野鳥やトロッコ列車が見えたり、日本の原風景のような山と川の景色をのんびりと楽しむことができます。ただ真夏や真冬の参加はおすすめしません。（真夏は屋根が出るとのこと）
所用時間によっては少し飽きてしまう人もいそうなのと、私は少しだけ船酔いしました。

乗り物が好きな方や非日常を味わいたい方におすすめです。
参加される際は荷物少なめが良いと思います。

I was able to see the festival in Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go had great weather, making it the best day ever. When we gathered in the morning, there were mostly foreigners and only four Japanese people, which made me a bit anxious. However, our guide KAKU was very attentive and communicated in Japanese, which was great. He also recommended shops and food, allowing us to move around efficiently. However, the two hours of free time felt a bit short, and I wished I could have enjoyed sightseeing a little longer.

飛騨高山のお祭りも見られて、白川郷もお天気が良くて最高の一日でした。
朝集合した時、外国人の方達ばかりで日本人は4人のみで、不安でしたガイドのKAKUさんが丁寧に日本語で対応してくださりとても良かったです。お勧めのお店や食べ物も教えて頂き、効率よく回れました。
ただ自由行動の2時間はちょっと短く、もう少しゆっくり観光したかったです。

Our experience of the Mt. Fuji tour exceeded our expectations. At the 5th Station all was clear sky and sun for the summit and a spectacular sea of clouds below; quite stunning! Our family group of five enjoyed the schedule's pace, the various stops neither too long nor too short. The lunch, very good. The motor coach, comfortable. The most outstanding part of the tour was our guide who provided helpful information, often with humor; thank you, Haruko san!

The view from a high position was refreshing, and I was able to rediscover Tokyo's landmarks and streets. Without a roof, the 360-degree visibility was great, and there was a thrill when passing under the railway bridge. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and enjoyable. Next time, I would like to try a different course.

高い位置からの眺めは新鮮で、東京の名所や街を再発見できました。
屋根がないため、360度見通しも良く、鉄道橋下を通過する時はスリルもありました。
ガイドさんの案内も分かり易く楽しかったです。
次は、違うコースを乗ってみたいと思います。

The crew's response was wonderful. Their broken Japanese was amusing and nice. Their smiles were impressive and left a good impression.

乗員さんの対応素晴らしなったですね～。片言の日本語また面白く良かった。笑顔が印象的で好感が持てます。

This was my first time participating in the tour, and I really enjoyed it. The weather improved compared to the forecast, making it great for a walk.

The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and the driver was very pleasant.

I boarded from Hakata, but it was too far. The shrine, which is a tourist spot, lacked impact. The guide's explanations were polite and pleasant, but I couldn't understand much about the gods and such.

博多から乗車したが、遠すぎる。
観光地の神社もインパクトが低かった。ガイドの説明は丁寧で好感でしたが、神様等の説明があまり理解出来なかった、

It was a casual tour to Takachiho. Since the destination is far, we couldn't take our time. However, we were able to visit all the famous spots, so I was satisfied.
The guide, Ms. Chen, was bright and energetic. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy myself even as a solo participant. Thank you very much!

気軽に高千穂に行けるツアーでした。行き先が遠いので、ゆっくりはしていられません。が、ちゃんと名所はまわれるので、満足です。

The reception at the initial meeting point was crowded, and I was seated in a completely different spot than what was initially indicated for the bus seats, which left me feeling disappointed right from the start. However, the tour guide was very proficient in Japanese, and despite my initial disappointment, they provided thorough explanations, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time during the tour.

最初の集合場所での受付から混み合っていたのもあるのですが、バスの座席場所案内が最初に案内された所とは全然違う所に座らされ、初っ端から残念な気持ちでの出発でした。でも、添乗員の方はとても日本語が上手で残念な気持ちで出発したものの、丁寧に説明してくださったのでツアーの旅は楽しい時間を過ごせました。

The tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, Chinese, and English.
At Shirakawa Suigen, I bought a large okra for 100 yen from a self-service vegetable stand, and it was very delicious.
However, as soon as we entered the lunch spot, which was a private home, it smelled musty, and the wagyu lunch was mediocre, leaving everyone silent.
Other than that, it was a tour that I felt was worth going on.

ツアーガイドさんは日本語、中国語、英語の説明をしてくれました
白川水源で無人野菜を100円で売っていて沢山入った大きなオクラを買いましたがとても美味しかったです
ただ、昼食場所の民家に入った途端カビ臭く、和牛ランチも微妙で皆無言でした
それ以外は行ってよかったなぁと思えるツアーでした

It was a tour blessed with the best weather, but meeting our guide, Mr. Chen, was the highlight! Even as a solo traveler over 60, I was able to create wonderful memories without feeling lonely! The next day, I had the miracle of running into someone at Dazaifu Tenmangu, making it a truly enjoyable trip.

最高の天気に恵まれたツアーでしたが、ガイドの陳さんとの出会いも最高！

The number of steps to the shrine, the river, and the promenade in Takachiho – I was drenched in sweat, but it was fun. Our guide, Taku, skillfully spoke three languages and kept us entertained. Thank you very much. I would like to participate again when I go to Fukuoka.

Our driver-guide was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience was seamless, and we’re so glad we chose the right tour. It truly exceeded our expectations.

It was my first time in Shirakawa-go, and it was an unforgettable, amazing experience. The plan included a delicious lunch with Hida beef and sweet grilled ayu, as well as ample time for leisurely exploration. Every aspect of the tour experience was wonderful, from the friendly tour guide to the beautiful interpreter who spoke English well.

人生初の白川郷でしたが、忘れられない最高の体験でした。
飛騨牛や鮎の甘露煮が美味なランチやじっくりと散策出来る時間を取ったプラン、親切な添乗員さんや美人で英語の上手な通訳さんなどどれをとっても素晴らしいツアー体験でした。

I brought my same-day reservation number, but the bus staff told me that I couldn't board with that reservation. They instructed me to go to the office in front and handle the procedures there. At the office, I was mocked with questions like, "What is this company? Which company is this?" In the end, I had to fill out paperwork again, and it took about 10 minutes to issue my seat. Since I arrived early, I managed to avoid any major issues, but I was disappointed that the email from your company, which I received a few days prior to my trip, did not mention the procedures to follow on-site. I wonder if it was my fault for thinking that I could board with just the order confirmation and the OK email number. Oh, and it was really hot that day.

当日予約ナンバーを持って行きましたがバスの乗員にこの予約では乗れません。前にある事務所に行って手続きをして下さいと言われ行きました、事務所では何？この会社どこの会社なんて馬鹿にされました。結局又、書類に書き込みあらためて席次発券10分位かかりました。早めに行ったので事なきを得ましたが、その旨を数日前に届いた乗車が近づきましたの、御社のメールに現場での手続きの事が書いてありません。注文、okメールナンバーの写しがあれば乗れると思ったこちらが悪いのか。や～その日は暑かった。

Unfortunately, the weather was not great, so I focused on the food. The Hida beef, gohei mochi, ramen, doburoku, and firm tofu were all delicious. While dining, I felt like there wasn't enough time in Takayama, so I think 2.5 hours in Takayama and 1.5 hours in Shirakawa-go would be better.

Also, the driver was speeding quite a bit, so it was nice to get back about an hour earlier than planned, but personally, I would prefer safer driving.

あいにくの天気だったので、気持ち的に食事メインにしましたが、
飛騨牛、五平餅、ラーメン、どぶろく、硬い豆腐・・・何を食べてもおいしい旅でした。
食事してたら、高山では時間が足らない感じだったので、
高山2.5時間、白川郷1.5時間でもよいと思いました。

なお、運転手さんが飛ばしまくったので、予定より１時間くらい早く帰れたのはよかったのですが、個人的には安全運転をお願いしたいです。

I participated with my daughter. I applied without realizing it was a tour for foreigners, and I was worried until the day of the event. When we arrived at the meeting place, the first person who spoke to us happened to be the guide for the bus we were supposed to take. Since he wasn't Japanese, I was a bit concerned, but my worries quickly disappeared. We were the only Japanese people, but he sat right next to us on the bus and explained various things in Japanese. He was very cheerful, and the conversation was enjoyable. The driver was also friendly, so we had a great time during the bus ride. Before I knew it, I forgot that we were the only Japanese among the foreigners. The tour content was fulfilling, and we were able to have a very enjoyable day. Thank you very much.

娘と二人で参加させていただきました。
外国人向けのツアーだと気づかずに申し込みをしてしまい、当日まで大丈夫かなと不安に思っていました。
集合場所に行って最初に声をかけた方が、たまたま私達が乗る予定のバスのガイドさんでした。
日本の方ではなかったので、大丈夫かなと思いましたが、不安はすぐになくなりました。日本人は私達だけだったのですが、バスの中でもすぐそばに座ってくれて、日本語で色々と説明してくれました。とても明るい方で会話も楽しく、運転手さんも気さくな方だったので、バスの道中もとても楽しく過ごせました。いつの間にか外国人の中にポツンと日本人ということを忘れていました。
ツアーの内容も充実していて、とても楽しい一日を過ごすことができました。
本当にありがとうございました。

This bus tour visiting two World Heritage sites allowed for plenty of time to relax and enjoy sightseeing, and I was very satisfied. The lunch, which had received somewhat critical reviews, was actually very delicious, and I would like to use this service again. The gelato I had in Shirakawa-go is highly recommended.

2箇所の世界遺産を巡る今回のバスツアーは時間に余裕があってのんびり観光が出来て大満足でした。

Yesterday was a scorching day at 33℃, but today it unfortunately rained. It was nice and cool, but by the time we arrived at Shirakawa-go, we were caught in quite a heavy downpour, and it was raining the hardest when we reached the observation deck.

As we walked down, the path turned into a river, and when the thunder started, we took shelter for 30 minutes under the eaves of the Wada House. With only 30 minutes left of our free time, the rain lightened, so we hurried to take a quick round, capturing the recommended photo spots, and somehow made it in time for our lunch gathering. We enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Since we were on a tour with guests from France, Germany, Australia, and Canada, we had an interpreter guide. After the Japanese guide, there was an English guide, which helped me learn how to express things in English. Both guides were very considerate of all the passengers, which was great.

昨日は33℃の猛暑日でしたが、今日は生憎の雨。涼しくて良かったのですが、白川郷に着く頃はかなりの雨に振られ、展望台に着く頃が一番強く降っていました。
歩いて下る時は道が川になり、雷も鳴り始めたのて和田家の軒先で雨宿りする事30分。
自由時間もあと30分という所で小雨になったので急いで ひと回り、紹介された撮影ポイントを撮って何とか昼食の集合に間に合いました。お昼ご飯は美味しく頂きました。
フランス、ドイツ、オーストラリア、カナダのお客さんと一緒のツアーだったので通訳ガイドさんが付きました。日本語のガイドのあとに英語のガイドが付いて「英語ではそういう風に言うんだ」と英語の勉強にもなりました。
ガイドさんは二人とも乗客の皆さんに気を使ってくれてとても良かったです。

There were two tours available for Takachiho Gorge, one of which included a meal, but I chose the other tour that also visits a shrine.

Honestly, I didn't expect to walk so much at Takachiho Gorge, but I enjoyed the various scenery, and it was fantastic.

Since I am elderly, I appreciated the guide's thoughtful considerations.

I was able to complete the walk without any issues.

The next day and the day after, I experienced some muscle soreness, but I was able to enjoy a bus trip that I can only do now.

高千穂峡のツアーが、2つあり、食事付きの旅もありましたが、もう一つ、神社に行けるので、このツアーにしました。
正直、高千穂峡で、あれだけ歩くとは、思いませんでしたが、いろんな景色が楽しめて、最高でした。
高齢者と言う事で、ガイドさんには、いろいろと、お気遣いしていただき、ありがとうございました。
無事、歩ききれました。
次の日、その次の日と、筋肉痛が残りましたが、今しか出来ないバス旅行が出来ました。
本当に、ありがとうございました。

We departed from Hakata Station early in the morning, toured Kumamoto and Miyazaki, and returned to Hakata Station by 6 PM. Due to the schedule, we had to catch a flight at 7 PM, and when I informed the guide about this, they reacted with a bit of concern. However, they prepared recovery plans just in case, and the driver also worked hard to save time. Miraculously, we completed everything on time without any traffic jams.

While the sightseeing spots were great, I believe it was a good value for the cost. However, I recommend not cramming too much into the itinerary for the later part of the day! (laughs)

早朝に博多駅を出発して熊本→宮崎を巡って18時に博多駅に戻る強行スケジュールです。
工程的に19時に帰りの飛行機な乗らなければならず、そのことをガイドさんにお伝えしたら苦いリアクションをされましたが、もしもの際のリカバリー策などを準備いただき、ドライバーさんも時間短縮に尽力していただき、奇跡的に渋滞もなく時間どおりに完了できました。

観光場所が良いことは勿論ですが、コスパの良い内容だと思いますが、後工程はあまり詰め込まないことをオススメします笑

I thought the tour guide would accompany us and that they would handle the explanations, so I expected them to join us in exploring the village. If it was just free exploration upon arrival, I’m glad I chose the cheaper tour that doesn’t include lunch.

添乗員さん同行となっていたし、説明もお任せ下さいとかかれていたから、一緒に集落を回ってくれるのかと思っていた。現地について自由散策だけだったら、昼食がついていない、お安い方のツアーでよかった…

I was moved by the scenery of Takachiho on this tour, but what left the biggest impression on me was our female guide, Chen. She was bright, considerate towards everyone, and truly a wonderful guide.

I was the only Japanese participant. At the beginning, Chen approached me with a smile, saying, "Please feel free to ask anything," which made me feel at ease. Throughout the tour, she engaged with us, took photos, and provided explanations in Japanese. Whenever Chen spoke on the bus, laughter often erupted from the participants. (I couldn't understand her when she spoke in Chinese, though! (laughs))

Her cheerful demeanor made the fun memories even more memorable.

If possible, I would love to join another tour guided by Chen. Thank you! ☺

　今回のツアーで高千穂の景色に感動しましたが、
一番、印象に残ったのが女性ガイドの陳さんです。
明るくて、皆さんに対して気遣いがあり、本当に素敵なガイドさんでした。　

　日本人の参加者は私一人でした。
最初に、陳さんは、なんでも聞いて下さいねと笑顔で話しかけてくださり安心しました。
途中、色々話かけてくださったり、写真を撮ってくださったり、日本語での説明もちゃんとしてくださいました。
　陳さんがバス車内でお話すると時々、参加者の笑いが溢れてました。
（中国語で私にはわかりませんでしたが(笑)

明るいガイドさんで楽しい思い出が一段と心にに残りました。

　また、出来れば陳さんのガイドのツアーに参加したいです。

It feels like you've time-traveled, and you can gaze at it endlessly. You can experience a comforting sense of the extraordinary, and it's something you absolutely must see at least once!

90% of the participants were Asian foreigners, with only three groups of Japanese, including myself. The bus driver was Japanese, and our guide, Taku, has lived in Japan for 25 years, so I felt no anxiety about participating alone.

This tour involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, but it's not extremely difficult. I recommend bringing your own lunch. I wanted to visit Takachiho Shrine, so I consulted with Taku and took a taxi from Takachiho Gorge, allowing me to pay my respects successfully.

This tour is recommended for those who are comfortable with walking and climbing.

9割アジア系外国人。日本人は私を含めて3組。
バスの運転手さんは日本人で、ガイドの卓さんも日本在住歴25年なので、1人で参加でも不安は無かったです。
このツアーはとにかく歩くし、階段を上りますが、凄〜く大変という訳ではありません。
昼食は予め買って持って行くのをお勧めします。
私は高千穂神社に行きたかったので、卓さんに相談して高千穂峡からタクシーに乗り、無事にお参り出来ました。

歩く・上るのが大丈夫な方にはおススメのツアーです。
