The Hida beef lunch was delicious. I thought the schedule explained on the bus seemed short since we were set to return after 2 PM, but it was actually sufficient. The guide's recommended doburoku soft serve was very tasty, and I also purchased some doburoku. The air was nice, and it was very refreshing. It was disappointing that the bus driver was unfriendly and ignored my greeting when I boarded.

飛騨牛のランチ美味しかった。行きのバスで説明された当日の予定について、14時過ぎに帰路に着くので短いように思ったが、十分だった。ガイドさんオススメのどぶろくソフトクリームがとても美味しくてどぶろくも購入した。空気もよく癒された。バスの運転手さんが無愛想で乗り込む時にこちらから挨拶したのに無視されたのは残念だった。

Most of the tourists were from China, but there was absolutely no bad manners, which was great. The tour guide explained everything in both Japanese and Chinese, and was very polite. I was very happy to finally visit Shirakawa-go.

中国からの観光客が殆どでしたが、マナーが悪い事も全くなく良かったです。
添乗員の方も日本語と中国語で説明して下さり、とても丁寧でした。

Visiting two attractions in one go was great, and the time spent was more than enough. Participating in local tours in Japan is really convenient. You don't have to transfer trains yourself. Booking through Veltra is very simple.

On June 26, I participated in the English tour with three others. "Thank you, Nick. It was fun."

Overall, it was good. Here are some points of concern:
1) We gathered more than 30 minutes early for the 9:00 AM departure from the Kyoto VIP Lounge (check-in ended 10 minutes prior), but the bus actually arrived and started at 9:30 AM.
2) I wanted more time at Nara Park. Playing with the deer was the main reason for participating, but we had no time at all after visiting Todai-ji.
3) The tours from Osaka and Kyoto should be separated. The driver was too concerned about their working hours, which made it difficult for the guide. If there wasn't a 1 to 2-hour round trip from Osaka, the tour could have been more relaxed, allowing customers to enjoy it more leisurely (especially for foreign tours). This way, we could allocate an additional 30 minutes at each point.

6/26 英語ツアーに4名で参加の村中。「Nickさん、ありがとう。楽しかったです。」
全体的には良かった。気になる点だけ箇条書きで。
1）京都VIPラウンジ9時出発⁽10分前受付で終了）ということで30分以上前に集合したが、実際BUSが来てスタートしたのが09:30だった。
2）奈良公園でもっと時間が欲しかった。鹿と遊べるのを参加の最大の理由だったが、東大寺に行ったら全く時間がなかった。
3）大阪発着と京都発着を分けるべき。ドライバーの勤務時間を気にし過ぎて、その調整でガイドが気の毒。大阪の往復1時間～2時間の移動距離がなければ、ツアーにもっと余裕が出来てお客もゆっくり楽しめるはず。（特に外国人ツアーは）
そうすると各ポイントで＋30分は時間を取れるはず。

I participated with a friend. We were the only Japanese people, but the guide reserved the front seats on the bus and explained to the other participants in English and Chinese before providing us with individual explanations in Japanese. Every spot we visited, starting with Takachiho Gorge, was wonderful and felt extraordinary, leaving us deeply moved. The mango soft serve we had along the way was also delicious. It was my first time visiting Kyushu, and I was able to smoothly explore Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Miyazaki in one day, making it a very good experience! Thank you to the guide and the driver! ✨

友人と参加しました。日本人は私たちだけでしたが、ガイドさんがバス内の前の席を確保してくださっており、英語と中国語で他の参加者の方に説明をしたあと、私たちに個別で日本語で説明をしてくださいました。高千穂峡はじめ訪れたどのスポットも素晴らしく、非日常的で感動しました。途中でいただけたマンゴーソフトもおいしかったです。初めて九州を訪れましたが、1日で福岡、熊本、宮崎をスムーズに回ることができ、とても良い経験になりました！ガイドさん、運転手さん、ありがとうございました✨

In my case, there were no other participants, and it was basically sports. The guide, Mr. Suzuki, adjusts the course and pace according to the participants. At each destination, I was able to enjoy adventurous elements, such as peering into a mystical pond, encountering a pheasant, and finding a deer skull.

私の場合、他に参加者はなく基本的にスポーツでした。ガイドの鈴木さんは、参加者に合わせてコースやペースをアレンジしてくれます。
行く先々で、幻想的な池を覗き込んだり、キジに出くわしたり、鹿の頭蓋骨があったりと、冒険的な要素があって楽しむことができました。

I had a great time. The weather was nice, the air was good, and the guide's explanations were excellent. Japanese mythology is fascinating. I felt the mysterious power of nature. I want to join the tour again.

The bus tour was a great way to explore two UNESCO villages even on a very rainy day. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny giving us tips along the way in both Japanese and English.

We were a small group of just about 15 people on a bus for about 27. The bus was very comfy. The time we had to explore on our own was sufficient. The lunch was very yummy and served traditional style.

I had always wanted to visit Shirakawa-go.
For this trip to Kanazawa, I adjusted my schedule mainly around the tour from VELTRA.
The clear explanations during the bus tour, fluent English, everything was perfect.
We left early in the morning and returned in the evening. Time flew by.
There were plenty of highlights, and the food was delicious.
I was very satisfied with the bus tour, especially since we were able to go to Takayama.
I'm glad I participated.

It was cloudy, but the wind was cool and comfortable for this time of year. The participants were punctual, so we were able to return an hour early. The guide was kind and cute, and the driver was skilled. I have no complaints; it was fun. By the way, there were about five Japanese people.

We participated as a group of friends from a remote island in Okinawa. At first, I had some travel anxieties, but the explanations online were good, and we quickly found the meeting place. The orange vests were great!

The guide was friendly, and the atmosphere on the bus was nice, making it a fun bus tour. The course was just right, allowing us to enjoy shopping at souvenir shops and hot spring eggs while exploring Dazaifu Tenmangu and Yufuin. I want to go again!

最初は、旅の不安も有りましたがネットでの説明も良く、集合場所もすぐに見つかりました。オレンジのベスト🦺グッド👍️

ガイドさんもオヂャメな方でバスの中の雰囲気も良く楽しいバスツアーでした。コースも丁度良い感じ太宰府天満宮や湯布院での散策しながらのお土産店、温泉卵等満喫する事が出来ました。又いきたいなあー！

I participated in a bus tour alone for the first time, but I was able to enjoy it together with other Japanese participants. Thanks to our wonderful guide, Chuchu, it was a comfortable experience. There were two Japanese people including myself, and the rest were from China and South Korea, but everyone was polite and kind. The tour involves quite a bit of walking, so it's best to be prepared for that. However, the continuous breathtaking views made it very satisfying!

初めてバスツアーにひとりで参加しましたが、同じ様に参加されていた日本の方とも一緒に楽しく回れました。ガイドのチュチュさんの素晴らしい気遣いもあり快適でした。
私含め日本人は2人で他は中国、韓国の方達でしたが、皆さんもマナー良く、優しい方達ばかりでした。
ツアー自体は結構歩くので覚悟しておいた方がよいと思います。でも、絶景の連続で大満足です！

Since I live in Tokyo, I had never done any sightseeing in the city. Even in places I usually pass by, I was amazed at how different the scenery looks from a different height. Experiencing the proximity of the signs on the highway was a first for me! The breeze was pleasant, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The duration was just right, and I was able to enjoy it while doing my usual shopping, so I think it's also recommended for those living in Tokyo. The guide's explanations were enjoyable as well.

都内在住ですので、都内観光的な事をした事がありませんでした。
いつも通るような場所でも、高さが違うとこんなに景色が違うものかと感動しました。高速道路では看板の近さが初体験！！風も気持ちよく、とても良い経験になりました。
所用時間もちょうど良く、いつものお買い物ついでに体験する事が出来たので、都内在住の方にもおすすめかと思いました。
ガイドさんの案内も楽しかったです。

About 80% of the participants were from China, and 20% were Japanese, but the guide's Japanese was fluent, and there was hardly any sense of discomfort. We couldn't fully explore Takayama in the 2 hours allotted, while we had extra time in Shirakawa-go, so I would appreciate it if more time could be added for Takayama.

中国かるの参加者が8割、日本人が2割と言った感じでしたが、ガイドさんの日本語は流暢で殆ど違和感はありませんでした。高山が2時間では回りきれず、逆に白川郷では時間が余ってしまいましたので、高山の時間を増やして頂けたら嬉しいです。

Everyone except for us was from Taiwan, and they spent the bus ride very quietly. The tour guide, Mei, also provided explanations in Japanese after the Chinese ones, which made it very easy to understand.

私たち以外は台湾の方々でしたが、とても静かにバスの中を過ごされていました。
添乗員のメイさんも、中国語の説明の後に、日本語でも説明してくださって、とてもわかりやすかったです。

I traveled from Saitama to Kyushu by train and was looking for a day tour. I hesitated to join an internationally diverse tour, but from the moment I arrived at the meeting point, there were no problems.

Guide Chen's smile and stress-free conversation promised a fun day on the tour. This tour, which allows you to enjoy history and nature, is highly recommended. There was plenty of time to stay, and I was satisfied.

Lunch is free, but Chen provided recommendations for restaurants and menu items, which was great. If anyone is unsure, I definitely recommend participating. I might start planning my next trip...

埼玉から鉄道で九州入りし、日帰りで回れるツアーを探していました。国際色豊かなツアーに参加を迷いましたが、集合場所に着いた瞬間からノープロブレムです。
ガイドの陳さんの笑顔、ストレスない会話は、その日のツアーが楽しくなる事を約束してくれました。
歴史と大自然を満喫できるこのツアーはオススメですね。滞在時間もたっぷりあり満足…。
ランチは自由ですが、陳さんからおすすめのお店やメニューなどの説明がありgood。
もし、迷われている方がいらしたら是非参加をオススメします。
次回の計画も立てよかな…

Had the best time on our tour. Our guide Ken was fabulous. He took us everywhere we wanted to go which included the Meiji Shrine, Sensoji Temple, and Shibuya crossing. When we departed our ship Ken was there to greet us. He and the driver were very professional. My only regret is that we didn't have more time before we had to go to the airport to catch our flight home.

In the morning, when I arrived at the meeting place, the cute tour guide, Chin, welcomed us with a smile. The weather was perfect, neither too hot nor too cold. Among many Chinese tourists, Chin provided easy-to-understand explanations in Japanese just for the two of us, took photos, and made it a fun day. I will definitely join Chin's tour again next year. 💞

朝、集合場所へ行くと、可愛い添乗員さん、チンさんが笑顔でお迎えしてくれました。
お天気も暑くも寒くもなく、最高の気候。中国人が多い中、日本人私たち2人のために日本語でもわかりやすい説明で、ガイドしてくれて、写真も撮ってくれ楽しい1日となりました。
また、チンさんのツアー来年行きます。💞

It was a calm day after the rice planting.
Before the rainy season, it was neither too hot nor too cold, and it became a wonderful memory.
It was a lovely village filled with the wisdom and bonds of the Japanese people.

It was nice weather, and the tour was almost full, following the planned itinerary. I'm glad I went✌️. It's a pity that the Chinese guide mostly provided information in Chinese and only conveyed the general details.

I joined this tour thinking I could stay longer at Takachiho Gorge. It was a beautiful place where I could stroll leisurely and enjoy the stunning views. I heard from the guide that this tour had the highest number of Japanese participants ever. The guide was very kind, and it was an enjoyable tour. We also visited other places like Amano Iwato Shrine, and I appreciated the convenience of being taken around by bus, which highlighted the benefits of a bus tour.

高千穂峡に長く滞在出来ると思いこのツアーに参加しました。高千穂峡はゆっくり散策できて、絶景でした、ガイドさんに、過去一番多く、日本人の方が参加されているとお聞きしました。ガイドさんは、とても親切で楽しいツアーでした。その他の天岩戸神社はじめ、あちこちバスに乗って連れて行ってもらえてバスツアーの良さを感じました。

I participated in a bus tour from Fukuoka to Kumamoto and Miyazaki for the first time. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a mystical experience, plus the lunch was great. The Chinese guide was an interesting person, and I had a lot of fun.

I was able to efficiently visit three ancient capitals in one day. I participated in June, but I would like to visit Shirakawa-go in winter as well. The female tour guide spoke Japanese well and provided clear explanations, so I think this is a recommended tour.

１日で効率良く3古都巡りができました。6月に参加しましたが冬の白川郷も行ってみたいですね。日本語も上手に話せる女性の添乗員で案内もわかりやすくしてもらいおすすめのツアーかと思います。

I have always wanted to visit Shirakawa-go while living in Kanagawa Prefecture. By chance, I had the opportunity to stay in Kanazawa for one night, so I decided to do some sightseeing in Kanazawa on the first day. I learned that there was a day trip tour to Shirakawa-go from Kanazawa Station, and I decided to join it on the second day. Thanks to the veteran tour guide's explanations and information, I was able to hit all the key points while still enjoying my free time. The duration of the stay was just right. I hadn't thought of a round trip from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go, but it was a great decision.

神奈川県在住でいつか白川郷に行ってみたいと思っていました。たまたま金沢に1泊する機会ができたので、１日目は金沢観光し、金沢駅から白川郷日帰りツアーがあると知り、２日にこちらに参加することに決めました。ベテラン添乗員さんの説明や情報のおかげでポイントを押さえてなおかつ自由に過ごせました。ちょうどよい滞在時間でした。
金沢発着で白川郷というのはあまり思いつきませんでしたが大正解でした。

Accessing Takachiho from Hakata is quite difficult on your own or for a day trip, but thanks to this bus tour, I was able to visit smoothly. The tour was conducted in Chinese, but the guide was very kind and considerate, allowing me to enjoy the experience without feeling any language barrier.

Additionally, the participants were well-mannered, and the bus interior was very comfortable. I was able to enjoy beautiful scenery and a wonderful experience, making it a highly satisfying tour.

博多から高千穂へのアクセスは自力や日帰りではなかなか難しいですが、今回のバスツアーのおかげでスムーズに訪れることができました。ツアーは中国語での案内でしたが、ガイドさんがとても親切で丁寧に配慮してくださり、言葉の壁を感じることなく楽しめました。

また、参加者の皆さんのマナーが良く、バスの車内もとても快適に過ごせました。美しい景色と素晴らしい体験ができ、満足度の高いツアーでした。

I took advantage of the pair discount campaign and did a personal color diagnosis, body type analysis, and makeup lesson with a friend. The explanations were kind and detailed, allowing us to understand the colors and fashion that suit us! The personal color was very different from what we had thought, and I felt it was great to have it diagnosed by a professional! The makeup lesson was more thorough than I imagined; they dedicated a lot of time to it and taught us step by step from skincare, which was very educational.

I was the only Japanese participant, but the guide spoke fluently in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, so there were no issues at all.

I was glad to efficiently visit sightseeing spots that would take a lot of time if I went on my own.

I was also happy with the souvenirs.

日本人は自分一人の参加でしたが、
ガイドの方は中国語、韓国語、日本語と流暢にお話されて全く問題ありませんでした。

自分で行くと、時間がとてもかかる観光スポットを効率的に回れてよかったです。

お土産も嬉しかったです。

I was looking for tourist spots in Nagoya that I could visit before the night bus departure, and the timing and price were just right, so I decided to join as a solo participant. As the reviews mentioned, it was mostly a tour for international travelers, with about 40 people, and only three of us were Japanese.

In the morning, I felt a bit anxious, but everyone was very well-mannered, acted on time, and the bus was completely quiet and comfortable. The tour guide was also very polite, explaining the pamphlets one by one at each seat, which made it easy to understand.

The bus driver was a woman, and she drove safely, allowing me to spend the day with peace of mind. I'm glad I participated. I definitely want to visit Shirakawa-go in winter, so I think I'll join again.

名古屋で夜バスの時間までで行ける観光地を探してて、時間、料金と丁度良いので1人で参加してみました。口コミの通り、ほぼ海外の方達のツアーで40人程の中、日本人は3人でした
朝はちょっと不安になりましたが、皆さん本当にマナーがよく時間通り行動してバスの車内でも全然静かで快適でした
添乗員さんも、大変丁寧な対応でパンフレットを1組ずつ座席を回って説明してくれて分かりやすかったです。
バスの運転手さんも女性の方でしたが、安全運転で安心して1日が過ごせました
参加して良かったです。冬の白川郷にも是非行ってみたいので又参加してみようと思います
