The mangroves and snorkeling were both breathtaking. The emerald-colored sea, the colorful coral reefs, and the mysterious mangroves created a scene that felt like something out of a travel guidebook. Our guide, Matsuko, provided clear explanations, and even though it was my first time kayaking and snorkeling, I was able to enjoy it as a beginner. The guide was very kind, ensuring that we could safely enjoy the marine sports. I was also very happy that they took photos and sent the data to us. Thank you very much.

エメラルド色の海ら色とりどりのサンゴ礁、神秘的なマングローブ、観光ガイド本でしか見たことのないような、光景がそこには広がっていました。
ガイドのまつこさんの説明はわかりやすく、カヌーもシュノーケルリングも初めてだったのですが、初心者でも楽しむことが出来ました。
ガイドさんが、親切して下さり、安心安全に、マリンスポーツを楽しむことができました。
写真撮影をして、データを送って頂けたことも、とても嬉しかったです。

The tour guide was a lot of fun, and the whole team enjoyed it immensely! I was very satisfied to finally take a picture with a sea turtle while snorkeling. The guide provided detailed explanations about the marine creatures and the limestone caves we encountered along the way, making it an engaging and enjoyable tour!

I was truly moved by the mystery of the Pumpkin Cave. I was surprised by the final jump, but it created wonderful memories! Additionally, the guide took many great photos and shared them with us at the end, which I really appreciated.

I participated in a set plan for snorkeling and caving. The guide was refreshing and kind. The weather was also great, making it the best day ever! Especially, the Pumpkin Cave was magical and provided a unique experience that you can only have here. I highly recommend it when visiting Miyako Island!

Since we rented a car, we went to the meeting place ourselves, but we got lost trying to find Mie Castle Port with the navigation. It would be safer to use the hotel’s shuttle service.

We had chosen snorkeling and marine activities, but there was a confirmation on the boat about additional options, and we added a plan to explore a bit further in hopes of seeing sea turtles.

From the moment we arrived at the spot, the sea was beautiful, and they said it was a day with high visibility, so it was fantastic! For those who wish, you can also rent a wetsuit for snorkeling.

It was my first time using a full-face mask, and I thought, "What is this?" until I got used to it, but once I did, it was really comfortable! I got to see sea turtles, enjoyed the activities until I was sore, and it was the best! I definitely want to go again next year.

レンタカーをしていたので自分たちで集合場所に行きましたが、ナビで三重城港ではつかず迷いました。ホテルへの送迎サービスがあるので利用させてもらったほうが無難です。

シュノーケル、マリンアクティビティを選択していましたが、船の上で追加の有無の確認があり、少し遠くまで探索してウミガメが見れるかも？のプランを追加しました。

ポイントに着いた瞬間から綺麗な海で、体験した日は透明度も高い日だと言っていたので最高でした！
希望する方はシュノーケルでもウェットスーツも借りれます。

フルフェイスマスクは初めてだったので慣れるまでなんだこれ？と思いましたが慣れたしまえばとっても楽でした！
海亀も見れたし筋肉痛になるまでアクティビティ楽しめたし最高でした！
来年もぜひ行きたいです。

Not only the pumpkins, but the cave itself was a wonderful space. The cave isn't that large, but you can shine your own light in the darkness to see. I wish I could have taken my time there.
Canoeing under the wide sky was really fun too! Although it's on the sea, the distance you need to paddle isn't too long, so those worried about their stamina should be fine. I'm glad I was able to see a sea turtle as well.

パンプキンだけで無く、鍾乳洞自体が素晴らしい空間でした。鍾乳洞はそれほど広いわけではないですが、暗がりの中、自分でライトかざして見れるます。もっとゆっくりしたかったー。
広い空の下のカヌーも本当に楽しかったです！海の上ですが、それほどカヌーを漕ぐ距離は長いわけではないので体力に心配な人も大丈夫かと。
ウミガメもなんとか見れてよかったです。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, the tour we originally planned was canceled, but Imugya Marine Garden was calm with beautiful scenery and was absolutely wonderful! The instructor provided a thorough and relaxed guide, which made me feel at ease. There were also great photo spots and pose suggestions, allowing us to take stunning pictures. It was such a great experience that I want to come back again next year.

Initially, we thought it would be better not to venture into Shiretoko on our own since we were unfamiliar with the area, so we decided to book a tour. Ultimately, it was not only safe, but we were also able to visit places we wouldn't have been able to go to by ourselves, and we learned many things that we wouldn't have noticed if we had just wandered around. It was a very meaningful experience.

Additionally, the guide was extremely courteous. We received a notification the day before that the ground walking paths might be closed due to strong winds, but on the day of the tour, it was somehow able to proceed, and there were only the two of us participating. In the morning, we explored the Five Lakes, and in the afternoon, we toured the primeval forest of Shiretoko, learning about its history and future aspirations, which was a very luxurious time.

The ground walking path at the Five Lakes was almost like a private tour, allowing us to learn more than usual. There was a radio call about a sighting of a brown bear, and entry was prohibited from that point until the afternoon, but we were lucky enough to complete our tour.

In the primeval forest, we asked various questions about the vegetation and animals. Due to the strong winds, we couldn't see any animals, but it was fascinating to learn about their traces. Also, the strong winds brought sea foam flying in like snow, which was beautiful in its own way.

Next time, I would like to try again at a time with better conditions.

最初は知床に不慣れな自分たちだけで立ち入らないほうが良いだろう、という考えからツアーを申し込みました。結果的には安全はもちろん、自分たちだけではいけなかった場所に行けたり、いろいろ教えて頂いて単純に回っていたら気づかなかったことに気づけたり、非常に有意義な体験でした。
また、ガイドの方の対応も非常に丁寧でした。
前日に強風の影響で地上遊歩道の閉鎖が懸念されるという連絡を頂きましたが、当日は何とか開催でき、参加者は私たち夫妻だけ。午前は五湖、午後は知床の原生林を回り、歴史や将来目指す姿などいろいろ教えて頂き、非常に贅沢な時間でした。
五湖の地上遊歩道はほぼ貸し切りのような状態で回ることができ、通常よりいろいろ教えて頂けたかと思います。ヒグマが目撃されたという無線が入って途中から午後まで入場禁止になりましたが、私たちは運よく回り切れました。
原生林は植生についてや動物についていろいろ伺いました。強風は条件が悪いということで動物自体を見ることはできませんでしたが、痕跡を教えて頂いたり興味深かったです。また、強風で海から波の花が雪のように飛んできて、これはこれできれいでした。
今度は条件の良いタイミングでリベンジしたいと思います。

The tour itself was amazing! The guide was kind and proactively took photos at picturesque spots, making the group, which had many individual participants, feel more comfortable. However, the rental items took a long time to arrive, and I had to call several times to inquire about them. There were various changes on their end, and when I suggested a time, I received a rather unpleasant response.

ツアー自体は最高だった！
ガイドの方が優しく、率先してカメラ映えする所で写真撮影をしてくれたり、個人参加が多いグループの場を和ませてくれた。
しかし、レンタル品がなかなか届かず、電話で何回も問い合わせました。向こうの都合で色々変わり、こちらが時間を提案すると嫌な感じの対応をされた。

The staff (Kaz) was easy to talk to and explained everything politely, which was great! It became a very enjoyable memory! I'm glad we took a lot of photos. If I had to say something, I wish I could have taken a photo with a sea turtle, haha.

Thank you for the enjoyable event where I could experience a beautiful, extraordinary scenery. After a concise and polite explanation, we proceeded to enter the water. The weather was great, allowing us to see the fish and the seabed clearly. I was amazed by the water's clarity and the beauty of the fish.

The guides took photos at appropriate times and showed us many photogenic spots. The most impressive part was the drone photography. We also got a video, creating the best memories that can only be captured here. Thank you very much.

楽しく非日常で綺麗な景色を楽しめるイベント、ありがとうございました。

天気が良かったため、魚も見えて海底もはっきり見ることができました。水の透明度と魚の美しさにも驚きました。

I experienced snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) divided into morning and afternoon sessions.

I was a bit anxious about whether I would see sea turtles, but I was able to see them clearly. During the experience, the instructor took photos for us, and I received some precious pictures, including a two-shot with a sea turtle.

Both snorkeling and SUP were almost my first time, but the instructor taught us well, and I was able to enjoy the entire experience.

午前と午後に分かれてシュノーケリング、とSUPの2つを体験しました。


ウミガメが見れるか不安な気持ちもありましたがしっかり見ることができました。
体験中にはインストラクターの方が写真を撮ってくださり、ウミガメとの2ショットなど貴重な写真も頂けました。

シュノーケリングもSUPもほとんど初めてでしたが、インストラクターの方がしっかり教えてくださり終始楽しむことができました。

Overall, the guides were cheerful and entertaining, and they provided explanations, making it a fun tour. Since limestone caves are precious, you usually walk through typical caves, but here in Pumpkin Hall, you can actually climb and venture deep into the mysterious world on your own feet. (Stalactites, which are said to take 100 years to grow just 1 cm, are fragile, so please do not touch them.) I don't think there are many places in the world where people can enter like this, and there seems to be some debate about unlimited tourism here, so it might not be accessible in the future. If you go to Miyako Island, I definitely recommend experiencing it.

Points to note:
- You can rinse off in fresh water, but there are no changing facilities, so it's better to have a large bath towel like the ones used for changing at elementary school pools.
- Since you'll be moving by sea kayak, it's not recommended to bring items that could get lost. Bringing a camera or smartphone is at your own risk. They will take photos for you, but I had some shots I wanted to take myself, so I regretted not bringing a waterproof disposable camera.

とにかくガイドのおにいさんたちが陽気で楽しませてくれるし、説明もしてくれるので楽しいツアーでした。
鍾乳洞って貴重なものなので、一般的な鍾乳洞は通路を歩いて見ると思いますが、なんとここのパンプキンホールは登ってズンズンと奥まで自分の足で進んでいって間近に神秘の世界を見て触れることができます。（１ｃｍ伸びるのに１００年かかると言われる鍾乳石は壊れやすいので触らないように）
世界中を探してもあんな場所に人が入れるってないと思うし、実際、無制限で観光ツアーすることに賛否あって、そのうち入れなくなる可能性もあるみたいなので、宮古島に行ったらぜひ体験することをお勧めします。

注意点
・真水で体は洗い流せますが着替える場所はないので小学校のプールで着替えのとき使ったようなすっぽりかぶるバスタオルとかあったほうがいいです。
・移動がシーカヤックのため紛失して困るものは持参非推奨です。カメラやスマホの持参は自己責任になります。写真は撮ってくれますが、自分で撮りたいカットもあったので、カメラは写ルンですの防水タイプを買って持っていけばよかったなぁと後悔しました。

The guide for the kayaking was easy to talk to, and I had a great time! Thank you for sharing various recommendations for the best soki soba restaurants and spots.

Regarding snorkeling, I was told there was a possibility we might not be able to go to the Blue Cave due to the weather, but we were able to go without any issues. We wore wetsuits and life jackets, so even as a beginner, I had no worries and enjoyed it thoroughly. However, there were a lot of pumice stones, which was a bit challenging, but it has become a good memory.

シュノーケルについては、天候の加減で青の洞窟に行けない可能性があると言われていましたが無事行けました。ウェットスーツとライフジャケットを装着したので初心者でも全く心配なく楽しめました。ただ、軽石が多かったのが大変でしたが、それも良い思い出です。

I was worried about whether I could climb to the end since I was right on the age limit. I'm glad I could climb slowly with a different group from the younger people. The guide was 72 years old and very fit.

年齢制限ギリギリの私は最後まで登れるか心配していました。
若い人たちとは別のグループでゆっくり登れてよかったです。

The weather was perfect, and it was the best tour.

I was worried about my stamina since the meeting time was 4:30 AM, but thanks to the guide, I had a great time.

The guide provided easy-to-understand explanations about Yakushima's history, types of cedar trees, and filming locations of movies. I especially appreciated the several rest points that were set up; it was great to leave the pacing to a professional.

However, there are only a few restrooms, so when I was told, "This place gets crowded, so let's hold on until the next restroom," I felt a bit anxious. I think it would be better to consider the participants' needs regarding restroom breaks.

On the tramway, the guide kept us entertained with Yakushima trivia and Princess Mononoke quizzes, which made the experience enjoyable rather than just walking in silence. I was saved by the guide's thoughtful approach many times.

When I visit Yakushima again, I would love to join this tour once more.

天気にも恵まれ、最高のツアーでした。

集合が4：30と早かったので体力持つかなと心配でしたが、ガイドのおかげでとっても楽しめました。

ガイドより、屋久島の歴史や杉の種類、映画のロケ地の話など分かりやすい説明があり、何より休憩ポイントを何か所か設けて頂いたのは、ありがたかったです。
プロにペース配分を任せられたのは大きいです。

ただ、トイレが数か所しかないので行きたいと思ったときに「ここは混むので、次のトイレ場所までもう少し頑張りましょう」と言われたときは、不安でしたので、トイレ休憩の際はツアー参加者の声を汲み取ったほうが良いかと思いました。

トロッコ道も、屋久島クイズやもののけ姫クイズを出してくださったり、黙々と歩くより、皆で楽しみながら！というガイドの心遣いに何度も救われました。

屋久島を訪れた際は、またこのツアーに参加したいと思います。

【Impressions】
I thought the experience named "Lake Shikotsu Kayak Experience" would take place on Lake Shikotsu, but it was actually a kayaking experience on Chitose River.
I was worried about being able to operate the kayak, but as I got used to it, I was able to steer it in the direction I wanted, which was fun. (The lecture was thorough, so I felt at ease.)
Since the experience started at 15:30, kayaking while watching the sunset was the best.

【感想】
「支笏湖カヤック体験」の名称なので、支笏湖でカヤックをやるかと思っていましたが、千歳川でのカヤック体験でした。
操船できるか心配でしたが、慣れてくると思った方向に動かせるようになって楽しかったです。（レクチャーも丁寧なので安心でした）
15：30からの体験だったので、夕日を見ながらのカヤック体験は最高でした。

　

Even the most ordinary scenery felt more moving with explanations provided. By asking about photo spots and the guide's recommended angles and favorites, I was able to have an incredible experience backed by their expertise.

何気ない風景でも解説をしてもらい、感動が増える実感がしました。
写真ポイントや、ガイドさんがおすすめの角度やお気に入りを聞くことで、経験に裏打ちされた最高の体験ができました。

The tour itself was good, but it can vary greatly depending on the guide, which is a downside. I feel that providing feedback about the guide and making it public is important. I also think it's better to refrain from speaking ill of other guides. Although I've only used it four times, I have the impression that many guides in Yakushima are quite assertive.

In the last tour as well, there was a guide who spoke without wearing a mask in the shuttle on the way there. The driver was cautioning passengers when boarding, but the guide seemed to ignore this, which is concerning.

ツアー自体は良いですが、ガイドさんによってかなり左右されてしまうのが難点。ガイドに対して口コミをフィードバックし、公開しないと意味ない気がします。他のガイドの悪口などもやめた方方がいいと感じました。まだ4回しか利用してませんが、屋久島のガイドさんは自己主張強めの方が多い印象です。

前回のツアーでもですが、行きの送迎車の中でマスクしないで喋るガイドさんがいました。
運転手さんは乗車の際、乗客には注意していたのに、ガイドさんはスルーなのは如何なものか。

The guide was very enjoyable, sharing various stories during the car ride. I was extremely satisfied to see many creatures, including several coconut crabs, crabs, hermit crabs, firefly larvae, and frogs! And above all, I was moved by the breathtaking starry sky and the Milky Way!

行きの車の中でも色々なお話をしてくださって、とっても楽しいガイドさんでした。生き物も、ヤシガニが何匹も見れて、カニ、ヤドカリ、ホタルの幼虫やカエルなどもたくさん見れて、大満足です！あとはなんと言っても満天の星空、天の川が見れて感動しました！

I participated in the trip alone, and it was quite exhausting as I was the only one among three couples. It seemed like other groups also had individuals added to their pairs. The guides were numerous, and some lacked consideration, so it might be better to choose your tour company carefully. On the second day, another tour company mentioned that they were considerate in organizing their groups. I hope this helps those who will go next.

ひとり旅で参加したんですが、カップル3組と私のみでかなり気疲れしました。他のグループも、ペアグループに1人で来られた人が追加されているような感じでした。ガイドさんも大勢いらっしゃるようで、人によっては配慮に欠ける部分も多いので、ツアー会社は選んだ方がいいかもしれません。2日目の別のツアー会社さんはグループを配慮してくれて組んでいると話していました。次行く方の参考になりますよう投稿します。

We are a couple in our 20s who are beginners at mountain climbing. We were quite anxious on the day since we don't exercise regularly, but the guide managed our pace and breaks well, allowing us to complete the round trip in about 10 hours. Fortunately, the weather was clear, making it easier to walk, but 10 hours of hiking is still very exhausting. However, in exchange for that, we got to see the magnificent nature of Yakushima and the ancient cedar trees, and the sense of accomplishment upon reaching Jomon Sugi was incredible. The hotel provided pick-up and drop-off, and everything was included, such as lunch and equipment rental, so even beginners could trek with peace of mind.

登山初心者の20代夫婦です。
日頃運動もしてないので当日不安ではありましたが、ガイドの方がペース配分や休憩もしっかり管理してくれたので、なんとか往復10時間歩き切ることができました。
天気も幸い晴れて、歩きやすい状況ではあったのですが、やはり往復10時間は非常にしんどいです。ただそれと引き換えに屋久島の雄大な自然や屋久杉が見れますし、縄文杉に到着した時の達成感も素晴らしいです。
ホテルからの送り迎えや当日のお弁当、備品レンタル等全てパックになっていたので、登山初心者でも安心してトレッキングすることができました。

Before going, I was really worried about the weather and my stamina, but the tour was amazing. Fortunately, the weather was great, and thanks to our guide's precise pacing, we safely reached Jomon Sugi despite my initial concerns. I was so moved when we returned safely to the trailhead. I was also lucky to have great tour members, making it a fun day. Yakushima and Jomon Sugi are the best! ❤️

行く前は天気も体力もとても不安でしたが、ツアー最高でした。天気にも幸いなことに恵まれて、不安な行程もガイドさんの的確なペース配分で無事に縄文杉へ到達できました。無事に登山口まで戻ってきた時には感激しました。ツアーメンバーにも恵まれ楽しい１日でした。屋久島、縄文杉、さいこー❤️

It was the first day of the tour after the typhoon. It was convenient to get to the trailhead without any transfers from the accommodation, allowing for some sleep. The guide adjusted the walking pace and breaks, which was reassuring. It seems that the tour had a larger group with three buses, but they had adjusted based on the physical fitness indicated in the pre-tour survey. I was also happy to encounter the running tram and the Yakushima deer. There were explanations about history and plants that weren't included in the tourist information, making for a very satisfying day.

　台風後再開初日のツアーでした。
　宿泊施設から登山口まで乗り換えなしで行けるのは睡眠も出来て助かりました。
　ガイドさんが歩くペースや休憩を調整してくれるので安心です。
　当日のツアーはバス3台の多めだったらしく7人のグループだったのですが事前のアンケートから体力的に同じ様に調整してくれていた様です。
　運行中のトロッコ列車やヤクシカに遭遇出来たのも嬉しかったです。
　観光案内には無い歴史や植物などの解説もあり大変満足な一日を過ごせました。

I had a great time participating! The tour guide, Kazuchan, led us with care and shared knowledge and information about nature, making me feel like I learned more about the charm of Miyako Island than I could have on my own.

At first, I wasn't used to canoeing, but I gradually got the hang of it and enjoyed it. The Pumpkin Cave is a mystical spot where you can truly feel the greatness of nature. At the end, there was a moment where we jumped off a rock to return, and I hesitated at the unexpected leap, but once I did it, it felt refreshing and added a bit of thrill to the tour!

The afternoon snorkeling was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea and fish watching, and there was plenty of time, so I was very satisfied! Lastly, I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle and even swim with it, which was moving. The tour guide took many photos underwater and sent them to us later, so I have beautiful memories that I couldn't have captured myself! Thank you, Kazuchan!

Overall, the tour company provided smooth guidance for equipment explanations and fittings, and they communicated well about meeting points and prior arrangements, making it a reliable tour company that I would like to use again.

ツアーガイドのかずちゃんが丁寧にリードくださり、自然に関する知識や情報を教えてくれて自分で見るよりも宮古島の魅力を知れた気がします。
カヌーは最初は慣れませんでしたが段々コツを掴んで楽しめました。パンプキン鍾乳洞は神秘的で自然の凄さを感じる事ができるスポットです。最後、岩から飛び込んで帰る場面があり想定外の飛び込みに躊躇しましたがやってみるとスカッとしてスリルも若干味わえるツアーです！
午後のシュノーケルはとても綺麗な海と魚鑑賞を楽しめて時間もたっぷりあったので満足出来ました！最後にラッキーな事に海亀も見れて一緒に泳ぐ事もできて感動しました。海の中でもツアーガイドの方が沢山写真を撮っていただき後で送ってくれるので自分じゃ取れない素敵な写真も記念になりました！かずちゃん有難うございました！
ツアー全体的に道具の説明や装着などもスムーズに誘導いただき、待ち合わせ場所や事前連絡もしっかりいただるのでまた利用したいと思う安心出来るツアー会社です。
