It was tough with the early morning departure and harsh weather, but the beautiful scenery and the attentive guide made it really worthwhile. I recommend the early morning departure as there are fewer people!

早朝出発だと人が少なくてお勧めです！

I participated in a demanding course that covered Shiratani Unsuikyo and Jomon Sugi in one day.

We departed from our accommodation in Miyano-ura at 4:30 AM and drove to the starting point. After having breakfast and using the restroom, we began our hike around 5:30 AM as it started to get light. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily, so I only wore a rain jacket at the start. However, by the time we reached Taiko Rock, the rain had eased up. We arrived at Taiko Rock around 7:30 AM. It was great to make it there, but it was disappointing that the view was completely obscured by clouds. That's just luck, I suppose...

After Taiko Rock, we joined the Torokko Trail and headed towards Jomon Sugi. After about four and a half hours of hiking, we started to feel fatigued as we approached the entrance to the large tree trail at the end of the Torokko Trail. From here, the trek turned into a climb. As we ascended to warm up, we reached the Wilson Stump around 11 AM. We took a break here, had lunch to recharge, and then set off again towards Jomon Sugi. It seemed that the area around Wilson Stump was prone to rain, and the rain intensified, so I put on my raincoat as well. The path was monotonous but had quite a bit of incline, and since the ground was slippery, I focused on not falling as I climbed.

We arrived at Jomon Sugi around 12:30 PM, took some commemorative photos, and spent about 30 minutes admiring the mystical sight of Jomon Sugi. This was the outbound leg of our journey.

We started the return trip around 1:10 PM, retracing our steps. The return was a battle against fatigue, drowsiness, and the toll from the outbound journey, but I concentrated on my footing to avoid falling. Our ambitious plan meant that the route from the junction with the Shiratani Unsuikyo course was new to us, so unlike the plan that only included Jomon Sugi, the return trip was different, allowing us to enjoy the course until the end. If the weather had been good, I think it would have been fine to take the same route both ways, but since it rained all day and there were few bright spots, I appreciated having a fresh route to help maintain my focus.

As someone with back pain, I endured discomfort towards the end but successfully reached the goal at 4:50 PM and caught the bus just before the last one at 5:00 PM. In total, we completed 11.5 hours of trekking and climbing, covering 38,000 steps. As forecasted, it rained all day, making it tough to walk, and Taiko Rock was disappointing, but on the flip side, seeing the mystical scenery of the moss and Jomon Sugi was wonderful.

Given that this was an ambitious plan, it was primarily suited for those who are used to walking (there were two other groups besides mine), and the breaks were short, with the guide taking photos while we moved at a relatively brisk pace. If you lack confidence in your physical stamina, it might be a bit challenging. The lineup changed a few times, but the guide constantly shared information, which helped maintain our focus while walking. Additionally, the guide provided explanations at key points, considered our pacing, and warned us about dangerous spots, making a significant difference in the experience. I believe having a guide is definitely better.

Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to complete the course and create very good memories. Thank you.

白谷雲水峡と縄文杉を1日で回る欲張りコースに参加しました。

4:30に宮之浦の宿を出発して、スタート地点に車で移動。
朝食とトイレを済ませ、あたりが明るくなり始めた5:30頃にスタートしました。
あたりはあいにくの雷雨でレインウェアは上のみを着用してスタートしましたが、苔むす森を経由して太鼓岩に到着する頃には雨は弱まっていました。
太鼓岩には7:30頃に到着。辿り着けたのは良かったですが、周りが雲で覆われ、景色が何も見えなかったのは残念でした。こればかりは運ですね。。。
太鼓岩のあとは、トロッコ道に合流し、縄文杉を目指しました。
スタートして4時間半、トロッコ道終わりの大株歩道入口あたりに来ると徐々に疲労が出てきます。
さらにここからトレッキングから登山に変わります。
肩慣らしに登って行くとウィルソン株に到着。時間は11時頃だったかと思います。
ここで休憩して、お昼ご飯を食べて英気を養い、再び縄文杉を目指しました。
ウィルソン株あたりからが雨の降りやすいところらしく、雨足も増してきたのでレインコートの下も着用しました。
道は単調ながら割と勾配のあるところを登るのですが、とにかく足元が滑りやすいので、転ばないことに集中して登りました。
縄文杉には12:30頃に到着し、記念撮影などをして30分くらい幻想的な縄文杉の姿を眺めました。
ここまでが往路です。

復路は13:10頃にスタート。
ひたすら来た道を戻っていきます。
復路は疲労と眠気と往路のダメージとの戦いになるのですが、やはり転んだら最後なので足元だけはとにかく集中して進みました。
ぼくらの欲張りプランは白谷雲水峡コースとの合流地点からは初めましての道になるため、縄文杉のみのプランと違い、全く行き帰りが同じではないので終盤もコースを楽しめたのは良かったです。
天気が良ければ往復同じコースでも良いと思うのですが、この日はとにかく一日雨で明るい光を感じれるところが少なかったので、少しでも新鮮なコースで、集中を保てる要素があってよかったと思います。
腰痛持ちのため、終盤は腰痛に耐えながら16:50に無事にゴールし、終バスの一つ前の17:00のバスに乗れました。
トータル、11時間半、3万8千歩のトレッキング＆登山が終わりました。
天気予報通り、終日雨で、歩くにはキツかったし、太鼓岩は残念でしたが、逆に苔や縄文杉の幻想的な風景が見れたのは良かったです。

欲張りプランということで、もともと歩き慣れている方の参加（私以外に2組）かつ、休憩は短めで、記念撮影はガイドがさんが撮影しながら、さらに割と足早という条件でも終バス近くにゴール（ノーアクシンデントだったので一本巻くことができましたが）ということで、体力に自信がないとちょっと大変かもしれません。
隊列は順番を何回か変えながら、
ガイドさんは絶えず何かしら話してくれるので、
集中力は維持しながら歩くことができました。
また、しっかりと見所のポイントでは説明してくれますし、ペース配分を考えてくれたり、危ないところは事前に教えてくれるのでガイドさんがいるといないのとではだいぶ違うかなと思います。
むしろいた方が絶対いいと思います。

あいにくの天候でしたが、全部回ることができましたし、非常に良い思い出を作ることができました。

I usually don't participate in tours, but I was very satisfied! During the morning snorkeling, I even got to see a sea turtle and had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The pumpkin cave in the afternoon was mysterious and surprising! Exploring deep into the cave and even doing a natural mud pack was a great experience. The guide also showed us where to pray in the cave where the dragon god resides, so I'm glad I joined the tour. Since the cave requires active movement, I think it's a good idea to take precautions like wearing a rash guard or leggings to avoid scrapes. The guide took photos during snorkeling and in the cave and sent them to us right away, which was also very nice. Since it was a small group tour, I felt safe participating without being crowded.

普段ツアーにはあまり参加していないのですが、大満足でした！
午前中のシュノーケルではウミガメにも会え、のんびり楽しく過ごせました。
午後からのパンプキン鍾乳洞は神秘的でびっくりしました！洞窟の奥まで探検をし天然泥パックまでしてとてもいい経験でした。
竜神の宿る鍾乳洞、手を合わせる場所もガイドさんが教えてくれるのでツアーに参加してよかったです。
洞窟はアクティブに動くので、ラッシュガードやスパッツ等擦りむかないように対策していくといいと思います。
ガイドの方がシュノーケル中や鍾乳洞の中でも写真を撮ってくださり、すぐに送ってくださるのもとてもよかったです。
少人数のツアーですので、密にもならず安心して参加させていただけました。

The weather was very nice, and I was able to enjoy Mirror Lake, which is said to be visible only a few times a year. I was moved to see the fish swimming below, not just from the bottom of the kayak but also from the side.
I was anxious about driving alone, but I received support in difficult areas, and I was able to enjoy it smoothly.

天候がとてもよく、年に数回しか見れないらしいミラーレイクを堪能することができました。カヤックの底からだけでなく、横からも下に泳いでいる魚を見れて、感動しました。
一人での運転は不安でしたが、難しいところはサポートしていただき、スムーズに楽しめました。

I had the same guide with me all day, which made me feel safe while having fun. The snorkeling was included, and I was worried about my stamina, but the timing was just right.

I was able to spend valuable time.

一日中同じ方がついてくださり、安心して遊べました。
シュノーケルもついており、体力が心配でしたがちょうどいい時間でした。

Yesterday, after passing through the forest and reaching the seaside, I looked up at the sky and thought it was very beautiful with so many stars spread out. Also, when I looked towards the rocks, I saw two sea snakes hiding to sleep. The staff were very kind, stopping the car multiple times when they noticed something on the road.

Thank you for your help yesterday.

This time, due to the impact of Typhoon No. 6, the implementation was in doubt, but it was carried out conditionally with the statement, "If it starts to rain or if we feel danger, we will cancel." At this point, my impression of the service went up!

During the drive, they stopped the car several times for my son's little discoveries, getting out to explore together. Even after entering the jungle, they worked hard to find living creatures.

We finally saw the long-awaited "coconut crab."
We encountered the rare "scorpion mimic."
We saw beautiful-colored "sea snakes."
We were able to interact with many other creatures!

Our whole family was very satisfied with the tour.

昨日は、森林を抜けて海辺に出たところで、空を見ると沢山の星々が広がっていてとても綺麗だと思いました。
また、岩がある方を見るとウミヘビが2匹いて、寝るために、隠れていました。
スタッフさんも、道路に何かいると、何度も車を止めてくれて親切でした。

昨日はお世話になりました。

今回は台風6号の影響で、実施が危ぶまれましたが「雨が降って来たり危険を感じたら、中止します。」と条件付きで実施。
この時点で、好感度UP↑↑↑↑
車での道中も息子のチョットした発見に、幾度となく車を止めて外に出で、一緒に探してくれたり、ジャングル？に入ってからも、一生懸命生き物を探してくれて。
念願の「ヤシガニ」。
珍しい「サソリもどき」。
綺麗な色の「ウミヘビ」。
その他、たくさんの生き物達に触れ合えました！

家族一同、とても大満足なツアーでした。

Thank you very much for taking care of my family yesterday.
Before the typhoon, I was wondering how the weather would turn out, but the contrast of the night sky was beautiful, illuminated by the moon and the clouds.
I learned a lot from the detailed discussions about the creatures on the island, and I was able to see animals like the "sea snake" and "scorpion mimic" that cannot be found on Honshu. I was especially moved by our guide, Iida-san, who made an effort to show us various creatures! I could feel their passion, and as a result, I was thrilled to see the "coconut crab," which was the number one thing I wanted to see this time.

昨日は家族一同大変お世話になりました。
台風前で、天気がどうなるかと思いましたが、月に照らされた雲の加減で、夜空のコントラストがとても綺麗でした。
中でも、島内の生き物の話を詳しくして頂き大変勉強になり、また「ウミヘビ」や「サソリもどき」など本州では見られない生き物達を見せて頂きました。特に感動したのは、少しでも色んな生き物を見てもらおうとしてくれている案内の飯田さん！気持ちが伝わり、結果、今回の一番見たかった「ヤシガニ」が見れた事は感動しました。
本当にお世話になりありがとうございました。

Our guide, Mr. Shiramizu, shared a wealth of information about Yakushima, including stories about the Yakusugi trees and the primeval forests. There was so much to learn that I was never bored during the journey and was able to complete the hike! I was able to take home a lot of knowledge about Yakushima. It was so much fun that I came back to Jomon Sugi today! ✌️

ガイドの白水さんは、屋久島の情報や屋久杉、原生林の話など本当にいろんな話をしてくださり、なるほどーと思うことばかりで道中飽きることがなく最後まで完歩できました！屋久島に関する知識もたくさん持ち帰ることができました。楽しすぎて今日も縄文杉きちゃいました！✌️

I was nervous about my first long trek, but with the help of our guide, I managed to make it to the top. I really felt the necessity of having a guide, especially regarding pacing. I don't think we would have made it on our own. There were tough parts, but it was a lot of fun.

初めての長期トレッキングで緊張して致しましたがガイドさんの助けを借りながらなんとか登れました。
ペース配分も含めて、ガイドさんの必要性についてとても感じました。
自分たちでは、辿り着けなかったと思います。

Please tell me in detail about the creatures around the mangrove forest and the types of mangroves. The canoe experience allowed me to feel nature and progress at my own pace, providing a unique experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. Even as a first-timer, the instructions were clear and easy to understand. Social distancing was adequately maintained, so it was possible to participate without a mask. I would love to join again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.

マングローブ林周辺の生き物や、マングローブの種類等を詳しく教えていただけます。
カヌー体験は自然を感じながら、自分のペースで進んでいくことができ、普段では経験の出来ない体験でたくさん楽しむことができました。
初めての体験でも1から教えて頂けて分かりやすかったです。
マスクはソーシャルディスタンが十分に取られていたのでマスクは無しでも参加可能でした。
また機会があれば参加させて頂きたいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

We traveled to Miyako Island for this tour at the strong request of my first-grade son!

To get to the Pumpkin Cave, we had to descend a steep slope and walk through the water, which really sparked our sense of adventure. The scenery inside the cave was beyond our imagination, and the staff's explanations were clear and very educational.

At the end, we jumped from a stalactite; my son jumped without hesitation, but I had to put in some effort to maintain my dignity, haha.

We also had a great time snorkeling with sea turtles afterward. The sea turtles were adorable.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend this tour for both parents and children!

小学校一年生の息子のたっての希望で、このツアーに参加するために宮古島へ！
パンプキン鍾乳洞へは急な坂道を降り海の中をジャブジャブ歩いて行くのですが、それがまた冒険心をかきたてます。鍾乳洞内は想像以上の景色で、スタッフの方の説明がわかりやすくとても勉強になりました。
最後に鍾乳石からジャンプするのですが、息子はあっさりジャンプしましたが…親は威厳を保つためにがんばりました　笑
その後のウミガメシュノーケルも楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。ウミガメ、可愛かったです。

全てが想像以上で、親も子も楽しめるツアーでおすすめです。

We participated as a group of three absolute beginners.

Thank you for patiently and safely teaching us how to breathe properly. ^_^ The current was strong, and I almost thought about giving up halfway, but thanks to the dedicated efforts of Kometchi and Ryota, I gradually got used to it.

We were able to take great photos and create wonderful memories with the drone.

Seeing three turtles was the highlight! I look forward to coming back next time. I’ll make sure to build up my stamina for the next visit! ♪

I participated in the afternoon tour around the Five Lakes. Our guide, Ayano, was a veteran and knowledgeable about many things, teaching us a lot about the nature of Shiretoko, which was very helpful. Thanks to her, the three hours flew by in no time.

午後の五湖一周のツアーに参加しました。
ガイドの綾野さんはベテランでいろいろなことに詳しく、知床の自然について多くのことを教えてもらえ、とても参考になりました。
おかげで３時間がアッという間に過ぎていきました。

I did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and snorkeling. Both were really fun! The instructor talked a lot with all the participants, and we were able to finish the tour in a great atmosphere. 😊 The SUP was safe because we wore life jackets, so I felt secure even if I lost my balance and fell into the sea! During snorkeling, I saw several sea turtles and got some great photos, which made for wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

I participated in the first tour of the day. I saw deer and a white-tailed eagle, and although I didn't see them, I also encountered red-crowned cranes. It seems that when there are many canoes, the animals become cautious and don't come out, so I recommend the first tour of the day.

朝一番のツアーに参加しました。小鹿やオジロワシ、姿は見えませんでしたが丹頂鶴にも出会えました。
カヌーが多くなると、動物も警戒して出てこないそうなので、朝一番のツアーがお勧めです。

I visited the Jomon Sugi, which I had always dreamed of seeing. The scenery along the way was also wonderful, and I was able to fully enjoy the great outdoors. The guide was friendly and had interesting stories, making it a very meaningful experience. The hiking trail was well-maintained and easier to walk than I had imagined. However, despite being prepared, I was exhausted by the length of the journey. I wish I had built up a bit more stamina beforehand so I could have enjoyed the trekking with more ease. We did get caught in the rain, but considering Yakushima is known for its rain, I think I enjoyed that aspect as well.

憧れの縄文杉を見てきました。途中の景色も素晴らしく、大自然を満喫出来ました。
ガイドさんも気さくで話も面白く、とても有意義な体験となりました。
登山道も整備されており、想像していた以上に歩きやすかったです。ただ、覚悟していたはずなのに道のりの長さには疲労困憊となりました。もう少し体力をつけてから臨んだ方が余裕を持ってトレッキングを楽しめたかなとそれだけが心残りといったところでしょうか。
雨には降られましたけど、雨の多い屋久島。それはそれで楽しめたと思います。

I participated with my younger sister! We gathered at Sunset Beach, put on life jackets, changed into special shoes, and started! (Sunset Beach has restrooms and handwashing stations.)

On this day, they mentioned that the weather was just on the edge due to the approaching typhoon, and the wind was starting to pick up. First, we got on the boards from the beach and practiced sitting until we got used to it. Since the waves were strong offshore, we practiced standing in a cove-like area and took photos of the sunset. The staff took pictures with the sunset in the background, and when I saw the finished photos, they were even more beautiful than I imagined! I think they are very skilled at photography!

Once we ventured a little outside the breakwater, it was a bit challenging to paddle due to the wave currents, but I thought it must feel really nice normally. It was great exercise! ☺️

Overall, we spent about an hour and a half, and it was a refreshing and wonderful time. The staff taught us patiently and encouraged participants to relax during the SUP, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves. Thank you very much!

妹と2人で参加しました！
サンセットビーチに集合し、ライフジャケットを着用し、専用の靴に履き替えてスタートです！
(サンセットビーチにはトイレや手洗い場もあります。)

この日は台風到来直前で風が強くなり始めていたので、ギリギリの天候とおっしゃってました。
まずビーチからボードに乗り、慣れるまでは座った状態で練習しました。沖は波の流れが強いので、入江の様なところでまずは立つ練習と夕陽の写真撮影を。
スタッフの方が夕陽に重なる様に撮っていただき出来上がった写真を見たら想像以上に素敵でした！とても撮り方が上手だと思います！

少し防波堤の外に出ると波の流れで漕ぐのが少し大変でしたが、普段はとっても気持ちいいのだろうなと思います。いい運動になりました☺️

全体で約1時間半くらい、心が洗われて良い時間を過ごせました。
スタッフの方も丁寧な教え方で、SUP中も参加者にリラックスできる様な声をかけてくださったので楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました！

I came to Miyako Island for a wedding. Due to rough seas on the originally planned date, they suggested rescheduling for the next day. It was the day of departure, but we gathered at 8 AM and disbanded at 10 AM, so I was able to catch my flight without any issues.

Walking through the sea and entering a mystical cave gives a sense of adventure and excitement. It's a tour that offers a unique charm that can only be experienced in Miyako Island, and it's a place that is important to the locals. Among all the sightseeing I did, this tour was the most enjoyable.

I participated in just a swimsuit, but since we climbed steep rocky areas, it might be better to wear something like a rash guard if you have one. It's surprisingly a hard activity, but the guide provided solid support, so I had no anxiety or worries.

On the way to the cave, a beautiful rainbow appeared, and the guide took some photos for us. It's a tour I would definitely recommend to my friends.

結婚式で宮古島に来ました。当初予定していた日程では海が荒れるということで、翌日の日程を提案してくれました。出発の日でしたが、朝8時に集合して10時に解散したので無事飛行機に乗ることができました。
海の中を歩いて神秘的な洞窟に入っていくので、冒険のようなワクワク感があります。地元の方々にとって大切な場所とのことで、宮古島でしか味わえない魅力的なツアーです。色々と観光した中でも、このツアーが一番楽しかったです。
私は水着のみで参加しましたが、険しい岩場を登るので、あればラッシュガードなど着た方がいいかもしれません。
意外とハードなアクティビティですが、ガイドさんがしっかりとサポートしてくれるので、不安や心配はありませんでした。
洞窟に向かう途中、綺麗な虹が出て、ガイドさんが撮影してくれました。
友人にもお勧めしたくなるツアーです。

I went with three friends! We thoroughly enjoyed the clear sea and were very satisfied! The kayaking time was longer than we expected, and we were able to see a lot of fish. The staff even filmed us with a drone! In the end, they edited the drone footage beautifully, and I’m still enjoying it even after the trip! I want to see the clownfish's mansion (clownfish nest) again! (^ -^)

思ってたよりも、カヤックを漕ぐ時間も長くて魚もよく見えて、スタッフによるドローン撮影までしてもらいました！
最後にはドローンで撮影した動画をセンス良く編集してくださり、旅行が終わってからも堪能しています！

I signed up as a solo participant. On the day of the hike, there were four of us, including the guide and two others. Finally, I was going to see Jomon Sugi, so I was determined as we started from the Arakawa Trailhead. Unfortunately, it was raining.

Right after we started, my right shoe began to make a flapping sound, and I continued walking for about two hours. During a break, the guide provided some emergency repairs, and we restarted.

After finishing the trolley path, we finally entered the mountain trail. It had been almost three hours up to this point, and I felt that the guide's pace was a bit fast for me right from the start, so I asked to slow down a little. However, I might have been at my physical limit. As we entered the mountain trail and climbed the wooden stairs and rocky areas toward Wilson's stump, I felt a bit unsteady. When we finally reached Wilson's stump, the guide advised me to stop. Not wanting to inconvenience the two others accompanying me, I immediately accepted the guide's advice, returned with him to the entrance of the large stump trail, and from there, I descended alone back to the Arakawa Trailhead. The guide went on to catch up with the two others.

I safely returned to the Arakawa Trailhead after about two hours and forty minutes. However, waiting for everyone else to descend for about three and a half hours was tough. I was cold and wet from the rain and endured mosquito attacks.

I’m disappointed that I couldn’t meet Jomon Sugi and fulfill the purpose of my trip. I’m considering a re-challenge, but with only five months left to live, I wonder if I’ll have that opportunity or if I can strengthen my physical condition. I wanted to meet Jomon Sugi and receive some of its life force! Additionally, I need to repair my shoes. By the way, my doctor has approved my hiking.

Lastly, I want to thank the two people who walked with the guide. Thank you!

　一人参加で申し込みました。当日はガイドさん他２人と計４人でスタートしました。ついに縄文杉に会いに行ける、頑張るぞ！と荒川登山口をスタートしました。あいにくの雨降りです。
　スタートして直ぐに右靴底がパカパカ言い始め、そのまま２時間ほど歩き続けましたが休憩時にガイドさんより応急処置をして頂いて再スタートです。
　トロッコ道を歩き終えていよいよ登山道へ、ここまでほぼ３時間、スタート直後からガイドさんのペースが自分には早いと思い途中から少しペースを落として頂きましたが、もう体力的に限界だったのかも知れません。登山道へ入りウィルソン株へ向けて木階段や岩場を登って行きますが、途中フラフラする事も有り、ウィルソン株へ着いた時に遂にガイドさんから中断のアドバイスとなりました。僕も同行の２人の方々へ迷惑を掛けたく無かったのでガイドさんのアドバイスを直ぐに受け入れ、ガイドさんと共に大株歩道入口迄戻り、ここからは一人で荒川登山口まで下山しました。ガイドさんは２人を追い掛けてまた登って行きました。
　僕はその後２時間４０分程で荒川登山口へ無事戻りました。ただここで皆さんの下山を待つ３時間30分程が辛いひとりでした。雨に濡れて寒いし、蚊の攻撃に耐えました。
　今回は縄文杉に会う事が出来ず、旅の目的が果たせなかった事が残念です。再チャレンジを考えもしますが、余命５ヶ月の僕にはその機会が有るのか、体力強化が出来るのか解りません。縄文杉と会って、その生命力を分けて貰いたかったのですが！さらに靴も修理しなければならないですし。ちなみに主治医からは登山は許可されています。
　最後にガイドさんと一緒に歩いて頂いたおふたりに感謝します。ありがとうございます♪

Due to the approaching typhoon, the weather was bad, making the climb quite challenging. The weather held up until around 9 AM (at the end point of the trolley path), but after that, it was pouring rain! The weather on the way back was particularly terrible, and descending while completely soaked and holding an umbrella was quite tough... However, the guide was continuously teaching us how to walk without putting too much strain on our legs, which made it more manageable. I think I would have had to give up if I had attempted it on my own without a guide. The Jomon Sugi was breathtaking, and I was really glad to have made it this far! If you're visiting Yakushima, this is definitely something you should see!

台風が近づいている影響で天候が悪くかなり過酷な登山となりました。
朝9時くらいまで(トロッコ道の終着地点くらい)はお天気がもってくれたのですが、その後は土砂降り！
特に帰りの天気が最悪で全身びしょ濡れになりながら傘持ちながらの下山はかなり辛かったです...
ガイドさんが足に負荷がかからない歩き方を随時レクチャーしてくれていたのでまだマシでしたが、ガイドなしで自力で挑んでいたらリタイアしていたと思います
縄文杉は圧巻で、ここまで辿り着けてよかったなーと思いました！屋久島に来たからには絶対見て欲しいです！

I was worried about the weather because it rained in the morning, but the rain stopped, and we enjoyed a private dolphin watching experience. It was great to see baby dolphins and dolphins with fish in their mouths!

朝から雨☔️で天気が心配でしたが、雨も止み、貸切状態でイルカウォッチングを満喫しました。
イルカの赤ちゃんや、魚を加えたイルカが見れてよかったです！

I signed up for the sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave tour! Due to the sea conditions, we couldn't enter the Pumpkin Cave, but instead, they suggested SUP, and we did SUP and snorkeling.

It was my first time on a paddleboard, but I had a lot of fun sitting and standing! I really appreciated the support when I had trouble with the equipment. Also, I was happy that we could take many photos at the photo spots and on the water!

I was able to see coral, tropical fish, and sea turtles! I saw about 3-4 sea turtles, and I was very satisfied. The staff were kind, and I was glad that we could take more photos compared to other tours. I would love to use their services again if I have the chance. Thank you for a wonderful day! ☆★

ウミガメシュノーケリングとパンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーに申込みました！海の状況でパンプキン鍾乳洞には入らなかったのですが、代わりにSUPをご提案いただき、SUP &シュノーケリングを行いました。

初めてのボールでしたが、座ったり立ったりとても楽しめました！器具の付け方など困った時もしっかりサポートいただけたのは本当に感謝です。また、写真スポットや海上でたくさん写真を撮ってもらえたのは嬉しかったです！

サンゴ、熱帯魚、ウミガメを見ることができました！
ウミガメは3-4匹みることができて、とても満足です。
スタッフさんも優しく、他のツアーに比べて写真も多く撮ってもらえたのは嬉しかったです。
また、機会があれば利用したいです。

The weather wasn't very good, but we were able to see the starry sky, and we spotted a few coconut crabs on the beach.

We traveled for about 30 minutes to a location a bit away from Ishigaki Port. There were nine of us in the van, including other tour participants, but the windows were opened for ventilation.

During the ride, we were able to see crabs and owls, and the driver would stop the car to explain each sighting.

If the weather had been a bit better, I think the stars would have been beautiful, but I was satisfied.

天気があまり良くはありませんでしたが、星空も見え、浜辺ではヤシガニも数匹見ることができました。

石垣港から少し離れた場所に30分程度かけて移動しました。道中の車内のバンには他のツアー客含め9名いましたが、車内の窓を開け、換気対策はされていました。

車内では、カニやフクロウなども見ることができ、見つかるごとに車を止めて説明してもらえました。

もう少し天気がよければ、星も綺麗だったとは思いますが、満足しました。

The guide was very experienced and had an interesting way of speaking, which was great. It was quite a long distance and challenging, but the pace was just right, and I was moved when I saw the Yakusugi trees. I would love to climb again someday.

ガイドの人がとてもベテランの方で話も面白くよかったです。かなりの長距離で大変でしたが進むスピードもちょうど良くて屋久杉が見れた時は感動しました。またいつかもう一度登りたいです。

We were able to stop along the way and receive guidance, which allowed us to hear various stories. We were progressing at a better pace than planned, and it was greatly beneficial that we could recover some stamina during the short breaks when we stopped for guidance.

The first 2 to 3 minutes on the hiking trail were tough, with a few steps that had uneven heights. I was grateful that our guide adjusted to our pace.

Our guide, Mr. Muroi, took beautiful photos of the scenery and us with a professional camera and sent them to my iPhone, creating wonderful memories.

I truly believe it was a great decision to have a guide. Thank you very much.

途中途中止まってガイドしていただいて、色々な話を聞くことができました。予定よりもいいペースで進んでいましたが、それも止まってガイドするときに小休憩のような形で体力を少し回復できたことが大きかったです。
登山道に入った2〜3分間が大変で、段差のある階段が少し続きます。ガイドさんが私たちのペースに合わせていただいたのが有り難かったです。
ガイドの室井さんが本格的なカメラで風景や私たちを撮ってくださり、iPhoneに送っていただいたので、良い思い出となりました。
ガイドさんをつけて本当に良かったと思います。ありがとうございました。

I went snorkeling with sea turtles at Shinjo Coast! On the day of the event, we gathered on-site and wore swim-ready attire.

Previously, when I went snorkeling on the main island, I was unable to see any sea turtles, so I was a bit worried. However, I was able to encounter so many sea turtles that I forgot all my worries! Of course, we couldn't touch the turtles, but seeing them swimming close enough to feel like we could was incredibly exciting!

As for the Pumpkin Cave tour, unfortunately, it was not held due to the beach closure from the state of emergency... (crying) If I get another chance, I definitely want to visit next time (crying).

新城海岸でのウミガメシュノーケリングでした‼︎
当日は現地集合で、すぐに泳げる服装で行きました。

以前、本島でシュノーケリングをした際はウミガメに会うことが出来なかったので少し心配でしたが、その心配を忘れてしまうくらいのウミガメに出会うことができました‼︎
もちろん、ウミガメに触れることは出来ませんが、触れられそうな距離で泳いでいるウミガメは大興奮でした‼︎

パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーに関しては、残念ながら緊急事態宣言によるビーチの閉鎖？により実施されず…(泣)
また機会があれば次こそは絶対に訪れてみたいと思います(泣)

It was an activity where I could really feel the nature of Miyako Island. I was surprised to see a sea turtle so close while snorkeling in the beautiful ocean! The limestone cave was also mystical, and I think it was the right decision to book the tour since you can only visit it through a guided experience. I was struggling to find places to eat on my first visit to Miyako Island, but I was really helped by the recommendations for several great restaurants. During the activity, I took a lot of photos, so I'm enjoying looking at them even after returning home!

宮古島の自然をたくさん感じることのできたアクティビティでした。シュノーケリングは海が綺麗であんな近くウミガメがみれるとは思わずびっくりしました！鍾乳洞も神秘的でツアーでしか行くことができないと思うのでツアーを申し込んで正解でした。初めての宮古島で食事処に悩んでいましたが、おすすめのお店をいくつか教えていただけてとっても助かりました。アクティビティの最中、たくさん写真を撮っていただいたので帰宅してからも写真を眺めて楽しんでます！

It was a rainy day, but I had a great time. By asking the guide about when to wear rain gear and when to have lunch, I was able to enjoy myself even in bad weather.

あいにくの雨日でしたが、とっても楽しかったです。レインウェアを着るタイミングや昼食を取るタイミングなどガイドさんに聞くことで、悪天候の中でも安心して楽しめました。
