A total waste of money. You aren’t allowed to swim without either wetsuit or life jacket. I got so overheated and sick that I had to sleep all afternoon when I got back. The tour guides act like they don’t even want to be there. They should make exceptions for people who are good swimmers. What was the point of having us sign liability waivers if they make us suffer in wetsuits?

I had experience kayaking in places other than the sea, but this was my first time kayaking in the ocean! We paddled out to sea in a sturdy two-person kayak, and what unfolded before us was the sky and the ocean!! I was so healed and moved by the open space. And the sunset!!! I could watch it forever without getting bored! The guide was also kind and took photos for us. This was my second time participating. Given that it was right after a typhoon, I was worried about the unstable weather, but I was glad we could safely enter the Blue Cave. My husband, my fourth-grade niece, and I had a private tour with a super cool guide. We were lucky in that regard, but he also called my niece by name throughout the tour and took dozens of photos, showing not only a friendly demeanor but also an incredibly high level of hospitality. During snorkeling, he accurately answered our little questions, allowing the adults to enjoy it as well. My niece seemed to really like Shoma, the guide. I was also happy to see the boss who helped us last time. Next time, I plan to bring my younger niece, who is currently not very comfortable in the water, so I appreciate your support.

台風直後ということもあり不安定な天気で心配でしたが、青の洞窟にも無事に入ることができてよかったです。
夫と小４の姪っ子と3人で超カッコいいガイドのお兄さんを貸し切りでした。そんなラッキーもありましたが、終始姪っ子を名前で呼んでくれたり、何十枚も写真を撮ってくれるなど、気さくなだけじゃなく非常に高いホスピタリティーを感じました。

In July, two mother-daughter pairs (high school students) participated. We were worried about the weather since it had been raining until the day before, but during our two-day, one-night camping tour, we were blessed with great weather and were able to fully enjoy Yakushima! We visited places like the moss-covered trees, Taiko Rock, Wilson's Stump, and Jomon Sugi, and everywhere we went was uncrowded with stunning views, allowing us to take plenty of photos.

This time, we had two guides who accompanied us, staying at the front and back of our group, which gave us a great sense of security. When my daughter's knee started to hurt, they quickly applied tape, and to keep us entertained along the way, they asked us quiz questions. They also provided easy-to-understand explanations about Yakushima's history, as well as the animals and plants that inhabit the area, which was very educational.

In the evening, we enjoyed delicious meals! We were surprised to find that they had prepared juice for the girls and alcohol for us. It was so tasty! I heard that the guides' luggage weighs about 30 kg. That's incredible.

While we enjoyed the alcohol, I learned that some people might not be comfortable with it. I thought it might be good to confirm preferences through a questionnaire in advance to lighten the guides' load.

The next morning, we had breakfast while watching the morning sun shine on Jomon Sugi. It was truly a luxurious moment that I will never forget. Thank you very much to our guides, Shirakami and Yabuta!

前日まで雨が降っていて天気が心配でしたが1泊2日のキャンプツアー中は天気に恵まれて屋久島を思う存分楽しむ事が出来ました！苔むす、太鼓岩、ウィルソン株、縄文杉、何処へ行っても空いていて素晴らしい景色を満喫し写真もたくさん撮れました。
今回、2名のガイドさんが同行してくれて列の前後に付いてくれたのでとても安心感がありました。
娘の膝が痛み出した時はすぐにテーピングをしてくれたり道中飽きないようにクイズを出題してくれたり、屋久島の歴史から生息する動物、植物の説明も分かりやすく勉強になりました。
夜は美味しいご飯をいただきました！また娘たちにはジュースを私たちにもアルコールを用意していただいていてビックリしました。美味しかったぁ〜！
聞けばガイドさんの荷物は30kgだとか。凄すぎです。
今回、私たちはアルコールが好きでしたが中には苦手な方もいるとの事でした。ガイドさんの負担を軽くする為にも事前にアンケートで確認してもいいのかなと思いました。
翌朝、朝陽の当たる縄文杉を観ながら朝食。本当に贅沢な時間でした。この感動は一生忘れないです。

We were informed the day before our scheduled visit that we could not go to the Blue Cave due to an approaching typhoon. Although we were disappointed since we had come all this way, we switched to snorkeling and participated instead.

The staff who guided us took us to some hidden spots along the way, took lots of photos, and even told us about the sea turtle nesting areas, which made our time enjoyable even during the transitions between snorkeling! ☆ They also took many photos during the snorkeling, so we downloaded them and quickly created our own album! Next time, we definitely want to participate when there are no typhoon effects.

Additionally, all the staff were very kind and taught us how to use the facilities. Although it was a short time, we had a really fun experience! (The changing room in the facility was spacious, making it easy to change into wetsuits!)

I participated in the night tour. Originally, I had planned for a jungle tour and stargazing, but I received a message from the guide before the tour, saying that due to the weather, we might not be able to see the stars. Instead, we ended up visiting two locations on the jungle tour. Although I couldn't see the stars I was looking forward to, I was able to see many creatures from Iriomote Island that you wouldn't typically see in the city, which was actually a nice surprise.

I was particularly worried about whether I would actually see the coconut crabs I had seen in the brochure, but as we entered the destination, several of them appeared up close, and I was overwhelmed by their impressive presence. The guide's stories were also interesting, making for a truly refreshing experience throughout the night.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have an extraordinary experience in the night jungle of Iriomote Island, not just for those who love creatures.

もともとジャングルツアーと星空観察の予定だったのですが、ツアー前にガイドの方から連絡があり、天候的に星空は見えないかも知れないとのことでジャングルツアーで2箇所を回ることになりました。
楽しみにしていた星は見られなかったのですが、代わりに都会ではまず見られない西表島の生き物をたくさん見れて、逆に良かったです。
特に、パンフレットで見たヤシガニが本当に出てくるか心配だったのですが、目的地に入って行くと何匹も間近に現れ、想像以上の迫力に圧倒されました。
ガイドの方のお話も面白く、本当に新鮮な体験の連続の一晩でした。
生き物好きの人に限らず、西表島の夜のジャングルで非日常的な体験をしてみたい人みんなにぜひオススメのツアーです。

I especially enjoyed the Blue Cave. I did canoeing and played in the waterfall pool, but snorkeling in the Blue Cave was the most physically demanding, and as a result, I saw a lot of fish and had the most fun.

The Blue Cave is a popular spot, so it can get crowded, but stand-up paddleboarding over the spacious Kabira Bay was the best part, as it was a non-stressful experience without any interruptions.

I felt like I really got my money's worth with all the fun I had! Thank you for making me love Ishigaki Island even more!

I participated in the half-day plan. In the morning, they picked me up at the hotel on time and took me to the port. It was farther from the island terminal than I expected, so I was glad I didn't have to go there on my own.

With 14 passengers and 3 crew members, we set off on a boat with a sunshade. They lent us seasickness bands at the start, and thanks to that, even though it was a day with high waves, no one got seasick until the end.

That day, the tide was higher than ever, and the phantom island was only partially visible. Since it was crowded with other tour guests, we decided to snorkel first and then go to the phantom island.

During the transfer, there was a snorkeling lesson, and they provided very detailed instructions.

Finally, we arrived at Ishigaki Coral Lagoon. There were colorful fish and blue and yellow corals! I even saw a clownfish! It was a bit disappointing that the visibility wasn't as high as I had hoped, but I still had a great time.

It was a bit chilly during the transfer after getting in the water, so it would be good to have a cover-up that can get wet.

And finally, we reached the phantom island.

After swimming a bit from the boat, we landed on the island. It was truly a beach-only island, and I was moved! Since the tide had receded more than in the morning and the number of tour guests had decreased, I was glad that RISE adjusted the plan according to the situation. I took plenty of photos for 30 minutes, lay on the sandy beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the phantom island. I didn't have the courage to dress up as a mermaid, but it looked cute when I saw others doing it.

The morning tour ended at 12:00, and they took us back to the hotel afterward.

You can have plenty of fun even with the half-day plan! They provided all the necessary snorkeling gear, tea, and seasickness bands, so all you need to do is wear your swimsuit and bring a towel while waiting at the hotel, which is convenient. The service was very polite, so I highly recommend it. Since the tide was too high this time, I would like to participate again during low tide.

海に入った後の移動中は少し寒かったので、濡れてもいい羽織りがあると良さそうです。

そしてついに幻の島へ。

船から少し泳いで島へ上陸。
本当に砂浜だけの島、感動しました！
朝よりも潮が引きツアー客も減っていたので、状況をみながらプランを練りなおしてくれるRISEさんで良かったと思いました。
30分間思う存分に写真を撮り、砂浜に寝転がり、幻の島を堪能しました。
人魚のコスプレは勇気が出なくてしませんでしたが、見ていたら可愛かったです。

午前ツアーは12時に終了し、その後ホテルまで送ってくれました。

半日プランでも充分に楽しめます！
シュノーケルに必要な装備全てとお茶、酔い止めバンドも用意してくれ、水着を着てタオルを持ってホテルで待っていればいいので楽です。対応もとても丁寧なのでおススメです。
今回は潮が高すぎたので、引き潮の時にまた参加してみたいです。
