It was great to have the atmosphere I wanted. The weather was very nice, making it the best experience. I hope they increase the shuttle buses to the observation deck.

I was picked up at the hotel.
We were able to board the ferry without much waiting after arriving at the terminal.
Once we arrived at Iriomote Island, we could immediately take a boat to the mangrove forest, and when we finished, a bus was waiting to take us to the next destination...
Everything went smoothly without any unnecessary waiting time, which I thought was great.
Although the weather wasn't very good, I had a lot of fun.

西表島に着いたらすぐ船でマングローブ林にいくことができ、終わったらバスが待っていて次のところに。。。
というふうに滞ることなく、無駄な待ち時間がなく過ごすことができたのでよかったと思います

I enjoyed an island-hopping tour from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote, Yubu, and Taketomi Island. We explored the mangroves by boat, rode water buffalo, and were soothed by the sounds of the island's shamisen against the beautiful sea. We had a lunch buffet, and on Taketomi Island, we rented electric bicycles (which I really got into). I was worried about being able to ride them since I'm in my mid-50s and there are many hills, but it was so much fun to ride with the wind. I zipped around the island with my daughter, who is in her 20s.

体験ツアーで、石垣島→西表→湯布→竹富島と島めぐりを楽しめました。マングローブを遊船して、水牛に乗り島三味線の音が響き美しい海に癒されました。ランチヴィッフェを食べ、竹富島では電動自転車をお借りました（これがハマりました）50代半ばで坂道が多いので乗れるか心配だったのですが、風をきって走る楽しさ。20代の娘と一緒にスーイスーイと島をぐるっと周りました。

I joined a tour for my friend who was visiting Okinawa for the first time. We were able to visit all the places we wanted in the northern part, and I was very satisfied! I definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Okinawa for the first time. However, while the guide was great, the driver had a very unpleasant attitude and responded coldly to the guide, which made me feel sorry for them. It's a shame because the tour was enjoyable. I didn't think the driver was professional.

There is plenty of free time. I think it's a good opportunity since you might not have many chances to experience water buffalo. For those who have been to Amami, the mangroves might feel a bit lacking.

I participated at a great discount with the early bird offer, and it was an amazing tour filled with rich content! The mangroves of Iriomote, the water buffalo cart on Yufu Island, the beautiful scenery of Taketomi Island—everything great about the Yaeyama Islands was packed into this experience, and I enjoyed it all day long. The guide, Kei, was very kind and explained everything in detail, including the points to visit, famous restaurants, and places that can be skipped.

The long-awaited Shirakawa-go light-up was very good. The weather was warm that day, and there was no snow on the roofs, which was a bit different from what I had imagined, but it was a fantastical world. I was also surprised by the beauty of the stars. The bus tour was on time, and I think we returned a little earlier than expected. It was a fun day!

You can efficiently visit the three islands. It's a very well-planned tour. I think the key point is how to use the free time on Taketomi Island. I was unsure whether to use a bicycle, but in the end, I decided to walk. It took about 20 minutes to stroll from the port to the village. Along the way, I enjoyed seeing blue papayas growing by the roadside and the competition between the cows and crows for food—sights that you would miss if you were on a bus or bicycle, which made it fun.

3島を効率よく廻ることができます。とてもよく練られたツアーです。やはり竹富島のフリーの時間をどう使うかがポイントになると思います。自転車を使うかどうか迷いましたが、結局歩くことにしました。港から集落までブラブラ歩きましたが、20分くらいでした。集落への道中、道端に生えている青パパイヤや、放牧牛とカラスの餌の奪い合いなど、バスや自転車では通り過ぎてしまう光景も見られ、楽しかったです。

I participated for the first time! I took a train that didn't stop at the nearest station, which caused a time loss, and I arrived just in time, but I was greeted with a smile! The content of the tour was all impressive! I was reminded once again that it’s a heartwarming company full of safety and hospitality! I was also happy that they were so accommodating with photos! I’ve become an even bigger fan of ANA!

We efficiently circled the island while listening to the lively talk of our bus guide. The sea was very beautiful, and the lunch was delicious, making it a rare and valuable experience. If it's your first time visiting Ishigaki Island, it might be a good idea to join this tour to learn more about the island.

バスガイドさんの軽快なトークを聴きながら、島を効率よく1周回りました。海はとても綺麗で、昼ごはんもとても美味しくてなかなかできない貴重な体験でした。初めて石垣島に来られた方は、石垣島のことを知るためにも参加されたらいいかも。

I often saw pictures of water buffalo, but I actually rode one across the sea. Each water buffalo has its own personality; some are laid-back, while others are a bit impatient. I found all their different personalities to be very charming. I also saw mangroves for the first time, and they were amazing. The guides everywhere were very friendly and approachable.

水牛に引かれての写真はよく見ましたが、実際に乗って海を渡りました。水牛によってそれぞれ個性があって、のんびりした牛や、せっかちな牛、色々な性格の牛達がとても可愛く思いました。マングローブも、初めて見ましたが、素晴らしかったです。どこのガイドの方達もとても気さくで親しみやすかったです

The weather was clear and the view was wonderful. After this, I strolled along the beach at Amanohashidate. At the funaya (boat houses) in Ine, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the accommodation while sipping coffee, and I had a great time on a cruise around Ine Bay.

快晴で素晴らしい眺めでした。この後天橋立の浜辺を散策しました。伊根の舟屋では舟屋でコーヒーを飲みながら宿の雰囲気を味わい、伊根湾の遊覧を楽しみました。

The attendant was part of the ground handling staff, and their way of speaking was very polite, showing great consideration. It was a wonderful tour, and I could feel ANA's passionate commitment to safety. I highly recommend that you go!

アテンダントの方がグランドハンドリングスタッフの方でしたが、話し方がとても丁寧で、気遣いが素晴らしく、とても素敵な見学会で、ANAの安全に対する熱い想いが分かりました。

Sitting in the cockpit mock-up and experiencing the feeling of being a captain was a truly valuable experience. Although photography was not allowed, I was impressed by the strict system where only those who have passed the qualification program can work in facilities such as emergency evacuation training and maintenance training.

コックピットモックアップに実際座って機長の感覚を掴めて大変貴重な体験でした。
写真が撮影出来ないですが、緊急脱出の訓練施設であったり、メンテナンスの訓練施設であったり、全て資格制度で合格した人だけがその業務につけるという厳格なシステムに感銘を受けた。

I really enjoyed Ise Jingu itself, but what left the biggest impression on me was how kind the tour guide was. It turned out to be a wonderful trip to wrap up 2025. If I have the chance again, I would like to participate in a tour with this bus company.

伊勢神宮自体もすごくよかったのですが、添乗員さんがとにかく親切だったことが一番印象に残っています。
2025年の締めに、とてもいい旅になりました。
また機会があれば、こちらのバス会社さんのツアーに参加したいです。

The explanation of the mangroves was excellent. The stories about clams and mangrove trees were also fascinating. The timing was just right.

My first solo trip to Ishigaki.

I was lucky to have a bright, sunny day with high temperatures, making it the perfect trip.

The male driver and the female guide were both smiling, and she explained various things about Ishigaki during the ride. I was truly healed by the beautiful scenery, the atmosphere of the island, and their smiles. It was really enjoyable.

My friend said she wants to come too, so next time, we'll participate together!

初めての石垣にひとり旅。

運良くピカピカの晴天で気温も高く、最高の旅でした。

運転手の男性、ガイドのお姉さま、お二人ともニコニコ笑顔で、お姉さまは車中で石垣の色々な事を説明してくれました。
綺麗な景色と島の雰囲気と、お二人の笑顔に癒され、本当に楽しかったです。

友達も来たいと言っていたので、次回は２人で参加させてもらいます！

After completing the reservation and checking the confirmation screen, I noticed that it was set to [mainly Chinese, with Japanese as a secondary language], but I participated without changing it. The bus guide was trilingual, and there were only two Japanese participants, but she made sure to explain everything while looking us in the eye. Before arriving at each sightseeing spot, she shared several points, such as [the location of clean restrooms] and [recommended spots for riding the cable car], which was very helpful. I had a great time.

予約が済み確認画面をみたら【中国語メイン、日本語サブ】であることに気付きましたが、そのまま変更せずに参加しました。
バスガイドさんはトリリンガルで、日本人は2名のみの参加でしたがしっかり目を見て説明してくれました。
各名所に到着する前にバスの中で【綺麗なトイレの場所】【ロープウェイ乗車時のオススメの場所】などポイントをいくつも教えてくれて、とても良かったです。
いい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

This time, we went to Iriomote Island and Yufu Island. After arriving at Iriomote Island, we took a mangrove cruise up the Nakama River. The captain and guide's stories were incredibly fun. After getting off the boat, we moved by bus. The bus driver was also a lot of fun. The driver's stories might have been the most enjoyable part! 😁 We headed to Yufu Island by water buffalo. Interestingly, a German woman was the water buffalo handler. 😊

今回は西表島と由布島へ。
西表島に到着後、マングローブ遊覧船にて仲間川の上流に行きました。船長兼ガイドさんの話がめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。下船後、バスにて移動します。このバスの運転手さんがめちゃくちゃ楽しい。運転手さんの話が一番楽しかったかも😁由布島へ🏝️は水牛にて向います。何とドイツ🇩🇪人の女性の方が水牛使いでした😊

I'm shy and often have a hard time enjoying things, but the bus guide and the driver were friendly and made it easy to have fun! I'm glad I signed up for the tour (^^). The weather in Ishigaki Island wasn't great in January, but that day we were blessed with clear skies, and I was satisfied to be able to do some sightseeing.

I am a French person who has lived in Japan for 50 years, but this is my first time participating in a tour for foreigners. Thanks to the natural way Kevin, our tour guide, interacted with us, I was able to relax and enjoy my trip to Mount Fuji very much.

During the matcha experience, I had the opportunity to talk with someone from the Philippines, but I think it would have been even better if we could have shared a meal together to deepen our friendships with everyone in the group. It doesn't have to be a lavish feast; even having houtou or Yoshida udon would be sufficient.

私は50年も日本に住んでいるフランス人ですが、外国人向けののツアーに参加することは初めてです。添乗員のKevinさんの自然体の接し方のおかげでとてもリラックスして楽しく富士山への旅を過ごすことができました。
抹茶体験の際にフィリピンの方と話す機会がありましたが、グループの皆さんとの親交を深めるために食事を共にすることができればなお良かったと思います。その際大ご馳走ではなくても良いので、ほうとうか吉田うどんでも十分です。

I really enjoyed the mangroves and the water buffalo cart, which you can't experience in the city. The sea was beautiful and soothing. I want to come back again.

There were several staff members, and they were all smiling the whole time, which really brightened the atmosphere of the venue. I felt that ANA is truly different as a service professional!

みなさん　ずぅーーーーっとニコニコされていて、会場の空気がすごく明るくなっていました。サービスのプロ、ANAはやっぱり違うなぁと感じました！

This tour was aimed at international travelers, but I highly recommend it for Japanese people as well! It was easy to get to the places I wanted to visit, and I felt secure knowing that the guide, who spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese, would take us to the locations. I wish we had a bit more time in Nara. Since I paid the entrance fee, I made sure to see the Great Buddha, and I walked hard to make it back in time for our departure, which was tiring, but overall, I was very satisfied. The guide was attentive and wonderful. The other participants were all international travelers, and they were punctual and quiet on the bus, which was great. I've found that bus tours with only Japanese participants tend to be noisier and less polite. That's why I would love to join this tour again.

海外の方向けのツアーでしたが、日本人もおすすめです〜行きたい所に、楽に行けたし日本語も英語も中国語も話せるガイドさんが現地まで連れてってくれるから安心できました。奈良でもう少し、時間あったら良かったと思いました。せっかくなので入館料を払い大仏まで見学したので、出発の時間に間に合わせるよう一生懸命歩き疲れたけど、全体的には大満足です。ガイドさんも気配りがあり素晴らしかったです〜またツアー参加者の方も海外の方ばかりだったのですが時間も守りバスの中では静かで、素晴らしい方ばかりでした。日本人だけのバスツアーの方がうるさくてマナー悪いです。だから、また参加したいです。

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Driver Matsuzaki (I apologize if I misheard your name) for your polite and safe driving. The next day, I participated in a half-day sightseeing bus tour in Sapporo, and I was very happy when the driver recognized me and said, "You're the one from yesterday."

I also appreciate all the consideration you showed regarding my shoes. I was truly impressed when I saw the guide bowing his head while driving in response to the guide's "Thank you." He is truly a wonderful person.

The guide for the Sapporo city tour was also very helpful. Everyone, including the driver and the guide, was fantastic, making for a very enjoyable trip.

As for the bus tour itself, despite the long itinerary of 10 hours, I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful snowy landscapes of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, and the time flew by.

On the next day's sightseeing in Sapporo, the Okurayama Jump Stadium and the Shiroi Koibito Park were also very nice.

In closing, thank you very much to the driver and the guide for a truly enjoyable trip.

次の日にも札幌市内午前半日観光バスツアーに参加しましたが、その際に運転手さんから「昨日の方ですね」と覚えていていただき、大変嬉しく思いました。
また、靴の件でもいろいろとご配慮いただき、ありがとうございました。
ガイドさんの「ありがとうございました」に合わせて、運転しながら頭を下げておられる姿を拝見し、本当に素晴らしい方だなと感じました。
札幌市内観光のガイドさんにも大変お世話になりました。
このように、運転手さんやガイドさんが皆さま素敵な方々で、とても楽しい旅となりました。
肝心のバスツアーですが、10時間という長い行程にもかかわらず、支笏湖・洞爺湖・有珠山ロープウェイと、それぞれの美しい雪景色を満喫でき、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。
次の日の札幌観光では、大倉山ジャンプ競技場や白い恋人パークもとても良かったです。
