The long-term forecast indicated good weather, but as the date approached, it changed to rain. Still, during the first half, the rain stopped at times, and there were light showers and clouds. The cherry blossom trees in full bloom that I saw from the car were beautiful.
Jigokudani was impressive.
The lunch featuring local vegetables and scallops was delicious, and the round pudding from Bokka was also tasty.
Unfortunately, during the second half, the view from the Lake Toya observation deck and Lake Shikotsu was marred by heavy rain, making it far from enjoyable.

I believe we could have enjoyed the scenery much more if the weather had been better.

長期予報ではお天気の筈が近くなると雨天予報と変わりました。それでも前半は雨が止んだり小雨や曇りとなり、車中から見た満開の桜並木はキレイでした。
地獄谷は迫力がありました。
地場産野菜やホタテを使ったランチは美味しかったですし、牧家の丸いプリンも美味しかったです。
後半の洞爺湖展望台や支笏湖はザンザンぶりの雨で景色を楽しむにはほど遠く残念でした。

天候がよければもっと景色を楽しむ事が出来たと思います。

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations before going, but it was an absolutely wonderful experience! I'm glad I participated. The guide's stories and songs were very pleasant, and the time flew by. The water buffalo were also very smart and cute. This time, the weather was unstable, so I didn't rent a bicycle, but I still had fun with just the water buffalo. I highly recommend it!

正直、行くまではそんなに期待をしていなかったのですが…大変素晴らしい体験でした！参加して良かったです。ガイドの方のお話や歌がとっても心地良く、あっという間でした。水牛もとってもお利口さんで可愛かったです。今回はお天気が不安定だったので、レンタサイクルはしませんでしたが、水牛だけでも楽しかったです。おすすめします！

I think this is a great course for first-time visitors to Hokkaido or those returning after a long time.

The lunch spot is in the Toyako Onsen area, but depending on the day of the week, some of the desired restaurants may be closed, which was a bit disappointing, but it's understandable.

The travel distance is considerable, but you can efficiently visit many sightseeing spots, so I recommend it.

北海道旅行が初めてのお客様や、久し振りのお客様にはとても良いコースだと思いました。

昼食場所が洞爺湖温泉街なのですが、曜日によっては目当てのお店が定休日だったりするので、その点ががっかりでしたが、仕方ない事ではありますね。

移動距離はそこそこありますが、観光名所を効率良く沢山回るので、おすすめです。

There were only two of us Japanese, but Mr. Yamamoto's English guide was very easy to understand and educational. Mr. Sasaki, the driver, also greeted us very pleasantly. It was my first time at Fushimi Inari, and I could see why so many foreigners visit; it has a mystical beauty. If there are any other interesting tours, I would definitely like to participate.

日本人は私達、2人だけでしたが、山本さんの英語のガイドはとても分かりやすく、勉強になりました。
ドライバーのササキさんもとても気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくださる方でした。
伏見稲荷は初めてでしたが、外国の方がこぞって訪れるのがわかる神秘的な華やかさがありました。また、なにか興味をひくツアーがあれば、是非サンカしたいと思います。

It takes about 10 hours round trip to Jomon Sugi!
There was one restroom break along the way, but it went smoothly.
If you're feeling anxious, it might be good to have a portable toilet!
For those returning to Kagoshima by ferry, it's recommended to make a reservation in advance for the high-speed boat as seats fill up quickly!

途中トイレ休憩は、一度ありましたが問題なくいけました。
不安の方は、ポケットトイレがあるといいかもしれません！
フェリーで鹿児島に、帰る方は高速船の場合席が埋まるので事前予約おすすめです！

When I arrived at the meeting place for the tour with 16.7 people, there was a Japanese tour guide holding up a sign, but there were many Easy Go flags, and most of the people were Taiwanese or Chinese, so I didn't know who to ask. As time was running out, I asked a man, but he didn't know. Then a female tour guide next to him approached me, and she turned out to be the person in charge—she was Chinese. Most of the tour participants were also Chinese, with one Filipino and just the two of us, a Japanese couple. The explanation was mainly in Chinese, lasting about five minutes, while the Japanese explanation was only about one minute, which was a bit disappointing. There was a ropeway, but due to bad weather, we couldn't see anything at the top. However, I am grateful that we were able to see three hell hot springs instead.

16,7人のツアー集合場所に行くと日本人の添乗員だったら行き先を掲げてるのですがイージーゴーの旗がいくつもあり台湾人やら中国人の方ばかりで誰に聞いたらいいか❓時間がせまり思わず男の人に聞いたらわからずその隣に女の添乗員が話掛けてきてやっと担当の方でした～中国人の人でした。ツアーの参加者も中国人が多くフィリピン人が1人で我々夫婦日本人が2人でした説明も中国語が主に５分説明してたら日本語の説明は１分ぐらいでなんだかね～ただロープウェイがありましたが天気が悪いので上に行っても何も見えないという事で機転をきかして地獄温泉を３つ見れた事は、感謝してます

To my surprise, it was a clear day, and Jomon Sugi was amazing. I was worried about causing trouble for others due to my age and physical condition, but somehow I made it back. If I had gone alone, I probably wouldn't have made it.

The 8.5 km trek along the trolley path was tough. There were times when I felt like giving up. As someone with a fear of heights, crossing the bridge without a handrail was difficult; I was almost in tears, no, I crossed while crying.

Thanks to the guide's pacing, I managed to get through. There were several water sources along the way, so I didn't have to worry about drinking water. In fact, I should have reduced my water intake.

It was the best experience!

まさかのピンポイントにその日は晴れて縄文杉は最高でした。
年齢、体力的に周りに迷惑かけたらどうしようと思いながら行きましたが、何とか帰ってこれました。きっと個人で行ってたら辿り着かなかったかも。
やはり片道8.5kmのトロッコ道はきつかったです。何度か心が折れそうになりました。
高所恐怖症の私には手すり無しの橋が辛かったです、もう泣きそう、いや泣きながら渡りました。
やはりガイドさんのペース配布が良かったから何とかなりました。
水場が何ヶ所かあり、飲めるので飲み水にはこまりませんでした。てか減らせば良かった。
最高でしたよ。

I was able to see the training spaces where the ANA staff work in various departments. Additionally, in some areas, I could observe actual training sessions and learned many interesting things. However, there are areas within the facility where photography is not allowed, so I had to memorize those moments and keep them in my heart. There are also original Blue Base merchandise available, which I recommend for fans of blue-themed airplanes.

ANAの皆さんが、各部署で仕事をするための教育スペースを見ることができました。
また、スペースによっては、実際教育されている場も見れましたし、色々知りたいことも教えてもらえました。
ただし、施設内撮影不可のエリアもあり、目に焼き付ける、心の中に収めておくしかない点もありです。
また、Blue Baseオリジナルグッズもあり、青組飛行機好きにはお勧めです。

Hello, when I first checked in, the service staff said there was no English guide. Therefore, the entire tour explanation will be conducted in Japanese. I don't understand anything they are saying.

こんにちは、最初にチェックインしたとき、サービススタッフは英語のガイドはないと言いました。そのため、ツアー全体の説明は日本語で行われます。何を言っているのか全く分かりません？

The bus trip was fun. I realized that having a higher vantage point gives a different perspective. Since it was Golden Week, both the highways and rest areas were crowded, but I was able to travel comfortably and with peace of mind.

Although there wasn't a guide, we did stop at photo spots where we could take pictures. I wish we could have received a more detailed guidebook.

One slight disappointment was the place where we had our meal. It was on the third floor with only stairs, and the restrooms were only on the second floor, which were mostly Japanese-style and had a long wait. It felt like a cafeteria exclusively for school trips.

バスの旅は楽しかったぁ。目線が高い分また景気が違う事を思い知りました。ゴールデンウィークともあって高速もパーキングエリアも混んでましたが、安心して移動でき快適でした。
ガイドさんはつかなかったけど、写真スポットには来てくれて撮影してもらえました。もっと詳細なガイドブックがもらえると良かったと思います。
チョット残念なのは食事をした所。階段しかない3階で、トイレも2階しかなく、和式中心で待ちました。修学旅行の学生専用の食堂なのかなという感じでした。

If you are late right after boarding, they informed us that they would leave without you, so no one was late for the meeting time. It’s a very good method.
The tour content and viewing time were just right.
I would like to visit other places on another occasion.

I'm glad I was able to go to places that I wouldn't have been able to visit without renting a car! Everything went smoothly and it made it easy to plan my subsequent activities.

レンタカーを借りるなどしなければ行けなかった場所へ行けたため、良かったです！時間通りに進み、その後の予定も組みやすかったです。

I went to Hokkaido for the first time and used a bus tour for the first time. It was really convenient. I was able to save travel time and visit various places.

初めて北海道へ行って初めてバスツアーを使っていました。本当に便利でした。移動時間を節約できるし色んなところを観光できました。

I visited Yakushima for the first time in late May and pre-booked this tour. Since it was my first time, I was worried about the cold, so I packed various jackets in my backpack, but they weren't necessary! There was one guide for six members, and half of the group had trekking poles, which I thought were necessary since we were climbing steep areas! It was quite challenging, but climbing while enjoying the beautiful scenery and fresh air felt wonderful. The Jomon Sugi was breathtaking, and I truly felt it deserved its status as a World Heritage site!

5月下旬に初めて屋久島に行きこちらのツアーを事前申し込みしました。初めてだったので寒かったらどうしよう…
と色々上着をリュックに入れて行きましたが必要ありませんでした！1人のガイドさんに6人のメンバーでしたがスティックは半数のメンバーが持っておりやはり険しい山場をお上るので必要だと思いました！なかなか過酷でしたが、素敵な景色と美味しい空気を吸いながら登って行くのでとても気持ちわかったです。縄文杉は圧巻でさすが世界遺産だと思いました！

Since it wasn't the season for flowers to bloom, I thought it would be really nice if you choose the right time. There were few Japanese tourists, and the main language was Chinese, but the somewhat hesitant Japanese guidance was very kind, and the smiles were quite charming. The all-you-can-eat melons were small because it wasn't the right season, but they were incredibly sweet and delicious. There was a time limit, but I enjoyed it enough. Asahiyama Zoo was also very spacious, and there wasn't enough time to see everything, but it had been a while since I visited a zoo, and I enjoyed the various creative exhibits.

時期的にお花が咲いてなかったので、時期を選べばとても良いんだろうなと思いました。
日本人観光客は少なくメインは中国語だったのですが、、おぼつかない日本語の案内もとても親切で笑顔がよく可愛らしかったです
メロン食べ放題も、時期じゃなかったので小ぶりのメロンだったけど、とーーーっても甘くて美味しかったです時間制限はありましたが、十分楽しめました。
旭山動物園もとっても広くて全部を回るには時間が足りなかったですが、久し振りの動物園、、色んな工夫がされてて楽しめました。

Thank you very much for your help over the two days! This was my second time in Shiretoko, but last time the weather was bad, so I couldn't see Lake Mashu or go hiking in the Shiretoko Five Lakes. Thanks to you considering our requests and planning multiple times, we had a wonderful trip to Shiretoko. The guide maintained a comfortable distance, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Next time, I would like to go see the drift ice!

２日間、大変お世話になりました！
今回は2度目の知床でしたが、前回は天気が悪くて見られなかった摩周湖や知床五湖のハイキングなどに連れて行っていただきました。こちらの要望に答えるため、何度もプランを考えていただいたおかげで、大満喫の知床旅行となりました。
程よい距離感をたもってガイドをしてもらえたので、リラックスして楽しめました。
次回は流氷を見に行きたいと思います！

On the day of the bus tour, I was worried because of the surprisingly heavy rain, but the bus guide said, "This is a view of Okinawa that you rarely get to see!" which I found very positive and liked. At first, I couldn't understand the dialect, but I gradually got used to it, and by the end, we became quite friendly, which was really nice.

As for the tour itself, as everyone mentioned, there were times when we didn't have enough time, but considering going on my own, I was satisfied with being able to visit that distance and those sightseeing spots in just one day.

One disappointment was that I was really looking forward to the unlimited rides on the Yui Rail, thinking we would each get one ticket to go from one end to the other, but it turned out to be just one ticket for one person, which was disappointing.

But I would love to participate again!

バスツワー当日、びっくりするくらいの大雨でどうなることかと思いましたが、バスガイドさんがなかなか見れない沖縄の景色です！とおっしゃっていただいたのが前向きで好きでした。ただ、方言が初め聞き取れずわからなかったですが段々慣れてきて最後には仲良く慣れてとてもよかったです♡
ツワー自体、みなさんおっしゃる通りツワーだけあって時間が足りないことがありましたが自分で行くことを考えたらあの距離と観光地を１日でまわっていただけて満足です⭐︎
残念なのがゆいレールが乗り放題とあり、端から端まで行けるととても楽しみにしておりましたが人数分いただけると思っていたら1人だけだったのが残念でした。
でもまた参加したいです♪

I participated in a solo trip without a rental car. I was glad to be able to see various places in one day. It rained on the day of my visit, so I would like to go again on a sunny day.

レンタカーなしのひとり旅で参加しました。
一日でいろいろなところを観光できてよかったです。
当日、雨が降ってしまったので、また晴れた日に行ってみたいと思います。

Since my 58-year-old mother was with me, we avoided intense activities and opted for this tour instead. The flow was smooth, and it was a meaningful time without any waste. Even during the bus ride, the driver shared stories about Iriomote Island, which was very enjoyable.

58の母がいたので、激しいアクティビティなどは避けこちらのツアーに申し込みしました。
流れもスムーズで無駄のない有意義な時間でした。移動のバスでも運転手の方が西表島の話をしてくれとても楽しかったです。

The aquarium is quite a walk from the bus parking lot, but there is plenty of time to see everything. There are few places to eat, so I think it's a good idea to either get takeout or bring something from a convenience store. Although the other places were short visits, I was able to see a variety of things. Driving around with a rental car is nice, but it was easier not having to drive. At Sam's Sail Line in the evening, we were able to dine as scheduled, and both the performance and the food were good.

水族館はバス駐車場からかなり歩いていきますが、見る時間は十分あります。食事をするところは少ないのでテイクアウトかコンビニで何か持って行くといいと思います。他は短時間ですが、色々回りことが出来ました。レンタカーで回るのも良いのですが、運転しない分楽でした。夜のサムズセーラインは予約通りに食事が出来、パフォーマンスや料理は良かったです。

It was more fun than I expected. I think it would be better to extend the time for the fifth word a little more and shorten the time at Gotemba Outlet a bit. I'm glad the guide was a kind person.

I definitely wanted to visit Churaumi Aquarium and Pineapple Park, so I joined this tour. It was great because we could efficiently visit all the sightseeing spots. We were picked up near the hotel for the outbound trip and dropped off in front of American Village (Chatan) on the way back, allowing us to cover all the places we wanted to see in one day. The bus guide's explanations about Okinawa's history and culture, as well as the spots we passed, were very good! I would like to use a bus tour again when I come to Okinawa.

行きはホテル近くでピックアップしてもらい帰りは、アメリカンヴィレッジ前(北谷)で下ろしていただき１日で行きたい観光地をすべてめぐることができました
バスガイドさんによる、沖縄の歴史や文化、通過したスポットの説明がとても良かったです！
また、沖縄に来た際は、バスツアーを利用したいです

The tour was conducted in a van with a small group (five foreign nationals and my spouse and me) instead of a sightseeing bus. The tour guide was kind and provided local information.

I was worried about whether we would be able to see Mount Fuji since it was cloudy in the morning, but we were able to see the summit of Mount Fuji as well as the Southern and Northern Alps beautifully, which was fantastic. At Lake Kawaguchi, we could freely explore with options like the cable car and sightseeing boat.

I think it would be easier to find the boarding location if there was a sign with the name "Veltra" at the Toranomon Bus Terminal.

少人数（外国籍のかた5人と私たち夫婦）で観光バスではなく、ワンボックスカーでのツアーでした。添乗員のかたも親切で現地の案内をして下さいました。
朝から曇りで富士山が見えるのか心配でしたが、富士山頂や南アルプス・北アルプスまできれいに見え、最高でした。河口湖ではケーブルカーや遊覧船など自由に散策できました。
虎ノ門バスターミナルにベルトラの名前があれば乗車場所がもっとわかりやすいと思いました。

During my trip to Kanazawa, I joined a tour with a friend who lives there. Since it would have been a big burden for my friend to drive, we opted for a bus tour. Thanks to that, we were able to relax and chat comfortably on the bus, and take naps when we got tired. The guide shared local information, recommended sightseeing spots, and souvenirs, allowing us to enjoy a picnic-like experience that we wouldn't have had with a rental car. We were blessed with good weather, and my friend was happy, making it a wonderful travel memory.

金沢旅行中に、金沢在住の友人と参加しました。友人が車を出して運転も、となると負担が大きいのでバスツアーを利用しましたが、おかげで車中では安心しておしゃべりしたり、疲れたら仮眠タイムにしたりとゆったり過ごすことができました。ガイドさんが地域の情報やおすすめの観光スポット、お土産などを教えてくださり、レンタカーにはない遠足気分も味わえました。天気にも恵まれ、友人にも喜んでもらえて最高の旅の思い出となりました。

Since it was my first experience on a bus tour, I thought everyone participating would be Japanese, but there were only 7 Japanese people out of 41 participants. I got on the bus feeling a bit anxious, but the other participants were very well-mannered.

The tour guide explained everything in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and I thought it must have been quite challenging for them.

Honestly, the lunch buffet wasn't very tasty, but considering the price and all the places we were taken to, I thought it was understandable.

The melon was incredibly delicious!

The staff were also very kind and warm, so the children said they had a great time.

It left such a memorable impression that I would love to join another tour with the same staff. Thank you very much!

バスツアー初体験だったので、参加する人が皆んな日本人だと思っていたのですが参加者41人中日本人は7人だけでした。少し不安な気持ちでバスに乗りましたが、参加者はとてもマナーのある方達でした。

添乗員の方は、日本語、中国語、英語の3通りで一つ一つ説明してくださり大変だな〜と思いました。

お昼のバイキングは正直美味しいとは言えませんでしたが、この料金で色んなところに連れて行ってくれて仕方ないと思いました。

メロンはとってもとっても美味しかったです！

スタッフの方達もとても優しくて温かい方達だったので、子供達も楽しかったと言っています。

また同じスタッフの方達のツアーに参加したいくらい思い出に残りました。

I had a fulfilling day overall! If I had to say something, I think it would have been nice to have a little more time for lunch to relax, but it was a great trip where I could enjoy a lot of nature!

！1日を通して充実した1日が過ごせました♪しいてゆうなら、お昼ご飯の時間がもう少しあるとのんびり出来て良かったかなと思いましたが、たくさん自然を満喫出来ていい旅でした！

It was great to be able to visit both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, along with Mount Usu, all in one day. The travel distance is long, so I think it would be tough to do it alone, but thanks to the driver's safe driving, we could relax in the car, which was the best. The lunch at the hotel had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, and we had a fun day.

支笏湖と洞爺湖の２つの湖と有珠山を１日で観光できてとてもよかったです。
移動距離が長いので個人では大変だと思いますが、ドライバーさんの安全運転で車内でのんびりできて最高です。
ホテルでのランチは品数も多くて味もよかったです。
ドライバーさんもガイドさんもとても感じの良い方で楽しい１日を過ごすことができました。

I thoroughly enjoyed the nature of Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Noboribetsu. I have a small request: if the time at Showa Shinzan and the bear ranch could be shortened a bit, it would be great to have more time for water activities like boating at Lake Shikotsu.

I participated in this tour with the goal of visiting Lake Toya, but I found that the other sightseeing spots were also very enjoyable.

Jigokudani offered a breathtaking landscape that you can't see anywhere else, and the walking paths were well-maintained and easy to navigate. The sulfur smell is quite strong, so those sensitive to it should definitely wear a mask.

Cape Chikyu had a beautiful view of the expansive sea and a white lighthouse, which was very pleasant. There were also bells and a globe sculpture, making it a great "Instagram-worthy" spot for photos.

The bear ranch allows you to feed the bears, which I think is great for families with children. The cubs were adorable. The souvenir shop was relatively spacious and sold various bear character goods.

The highlight, Lake Toya, had a sightseeing time that included lunch, allowing us to enjoy our visit at a leisurely pace. After a stroll, soaking in the foot bath while gazing at Lake Toya was the best. We had a three-color rice dish at a restaurant called "Kawanami" while enjoying the stunning view of Mount Yotei and Lake Toya. It was very delicious, so I highly recommend it. (My child ordered curry, which was also said to be tasty.)

Since we visited Lake Shikotsu in the evening, we didn't quite see the "Shikotsu Blue," but the clarity of the water was still impressive, and we enjoyed a pleasant walk along the lakeshore. The visitor center was also nice. We happened to catch the cherry blossoms at the end of their bloom, and we were sent off by a flurry of petals as we headed back to the bus.

The timing of the itinerary was just right, and we were able to enjoy the sightseeing at a good pace. It would have been quite challenging to explore this distance on our own with a rental car, so joining this tour was definitely the right choice. The guide was also very pleasant. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in another tour. Thank you for a fulfilling and enjoyable sightseeing experience.

洞爺湖目当てでこちらのツアーに参加しましたが、他の観光地もとても良かったです。

地獄谷は他では見られない迫力ある景観が続き、遊歩道は整備されて歩きやすかったです。
硫黄臭がすごいので敏感な方はマスク必須で。

地球岬は広々とした海と白い灯台が美しく気持ち良かったです。鐘や地球のオブジェなどもあり、いわゆる「映えスポット」で写真が撮れます。

くま牧場はくまのエサやりができるのでお子さん連れには良いと思います。子熊が可愛かったです。おみやげ売り場がわりと広く、くまのキャラクターグッズなどいろいろ売っていました。

お目当ての洞爺湖は昼食込みの見学時間だったので余裕を持って観光できました。
散策の後に洞爺湖を眺めながらゆっくり足湯につかり最高でした。
昼食は「かわなみ」というレストランで羊蹄山と洞爺湖の絶景を楽しみながら三色釜飯をいただきました。とても美味しかったのでおすすめです。（子供はカレーを注文し、こちらも美味しかったそうです）

支笏湖は夕方の時間帯だったためか「支笏ブルー」とはいきませんでしたが透明度の高さは十分見て取れ、気持ち良く湖畔を散策しました。ビジターセンターも良かったです。ちょうど桜の散り際で桜吹雪に見送られて帰りのバスへと向かいました。

行程の時間配分はちょうど良く、テンポ良く観光できました。これだけの距離を自分達でレンタカーで観光するのは大変なので、こちらのツアーに参加して大正解でした。ガイドさんも感じの良い方でした。
機会がありましたらまた別のツアーにも参加したいと思います。充実した楽しい観光をありがとうございました。

We participated as a family of three.
We were unsure whether to rent a car, but choosing the tour was definitely the right decision.
We had no expectations (sorry) for the bear ranch, but our family was completely hooked.
It was a fun day!

The only downside was that we almost became lunch refugees, which was tough.
