We were guided by a knowledgeable veteran guide, and we enjoyed the scenery from the bus without getting bored. We had plenty of time at our destination, Asahiyama Zoo, so my 4-year-old son and our family of three had a great time.

I signed up for a bus tour to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu during my trip to Sapporo. Since I'm not able to drive, I really enjoyed being able to visit multiple sightseeing spots.

The bus guide's explanations were clear and interesting. There were no rude passengers on board. People of all ages participated, and there were more foreigners than Japanese attendees.

If I have the opportunity to go to Sapporo again, I would like to join another tour.

札幌旅行に行った際に洞爺湖・支笏湖バスツアーに申し込みました。
ペーパードライバーで運転できないので、複数観光スポットに行けてとても楽しめました。

バスガイドさんの話も分かりやすく、おもしろかったです。

We departed from Sapporo, but the expressway was closed due to an accident, causing a significant delay in our start. However, thanks to the driver's quick thinking and experience, along with the guide's adjustments, it turned into a wonderfully memorable day.

To ensure we returned on schedule, they included a route with beautiful scenery in place of the places we couldn't visit.

Mr. Ito, who safely delivered everyone without any accidents, was fantastic. Catherine, who attended to the multinational participants, was also wonderful.

The multilingual guide was wonderful.
The weather was decent. A scorching summer in Hokkaido.

Since I was deeply impressed by the Furano course I took previously, the combination of mountain roads, rocky mountains, lakes, and the sea felt monotonous.
The bear ranch had both Noboribetsu and Showa Shinzan, and I visited the latter. The bears screaming from their cages were tough for me to handle.

The price is justified.
The Furano course was just too good.

The guide was truly a wonderful person.

天気はまずまず。猛暑の北海道。

以前回った富良野コースが大感動だっただけに、山道と岩山と湖、海…の組み合わせは、単調に思えました。
クマ牧場は登別と昭和新山があって、行ったのは後者。数頭の檻の中から叫ぶ熊は、私には酷でした。

料金には見合ってます。
富良野コースが良すぎるのです。

The flower fields were filled with a variety of colorful flowers and were very beautiful. The hamburger lunch included in the tour was freshly made and delicious. The pudding at the Blue Pond is highly recommended.

It took about four and a half hours to climb from the trailhead, and I finally reached the Jomon Sugi. Meeting the world's oldest Yakusugi was truly moving!

The guide was very kind, and we took some great photos at the scenic spots! They captured some wonderful angles for us!

During lunch, the guide treated us to miso soup, which was a great way to replenish the salt after sweating so much. This is definitely an experience worth having at least once in a lifetime!

登山口から登ること、約4時間半。目的の縄文杉にたどり着きました。世界最古の屋久杉とご対面でき、感慨ひとしおです！

ガイドの方がとても親切で、写真スポットでパシャリ！　いいアングルでとっていただきました！

I often use airplanes without thinking much about it, but seeing the various professionals, from behind the scenes to the front stage, who undergo rigorous training every day to ensure a safe and comfortable journey in the sky gives me a new perspective. Next time I fly, I feel like I will appreciate how many people work together from the moment I arrive at the airport until I disembark.

While there are areas where photography is not allowed, the attendants are current cabin crew members, and if you prepare questions in advance, they will share various insights about the aviation industry that you might not know. Depending on the timing, you might even see emergency evacuation training taking place over a pool. Occasionally, it seems that group companies also use the training facilities, with visits from Beach and Solaseed Air.

Before this facility was built, it seems that the work environment was quite siloed by job roles, but now, even though the training areas are separated into booths, it feels closer to other professions, creating a sense of Team ANA.

There is a small merchandise corner at the entrance, featuring items like blue flight tags and gloves that are exclusive to ANA Group employees, so it's worth checking out. The facility is new, clean, and massive. You can truly feel the essence of ANA here.

日頃に何げなく利用している飛行機ですが、裏方から表舞台までイロイロな職種の人達が安全、快適に空の旅が出来るように日々厳しい訓練をされている姿が高い位置からですが見れて次回に乗る時に空港到着から降機するまでに何人の方々が連携して飛行機が飛んでいるのかを改めて見る目線が変わる様な気がします。
館内は写真NG区域もありますがアテンドしてくれる方は現役のＣＡであり質問などは事前に用意して行けば知らなかっ航空業界の話しやらイロイロしてくれます。訓練はタイミングにより緊急脱出訓練がプールの上で行われるのが見れたりします。たまにグループ会社も訓練に利用するみたいでビーチやソラシドエアが来るみたいです。
この施設が出来るまでは担当職種毎に縦割り的な職場環境だったみたいですが、訓練施設はブースに別れているが他の職種が身近に感じられチームANAが感じられる様になったらしいです
入口に少しだけグッズの販売コーナがありますが、青いフライトタグや軍手などANAグループ社員で参加しな買えない限定グッズなどもあり要チェックですね、
施設は新しく綺麗で巨大です
流石にANAを感じられます。

The day I participated, the weather was unfortunately bad, but I was able to visit all the sightseeing spots I wanted to and had an efficient tour. There were many participants who came alone as well. I was able to relax while listening to the audio guide. The lunch was delicious too. Since the weather was too bad, I would like to go again when it's sunny!

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to experience the water buffalo and see the mangroves! It ended in the early afternoon, so even though it was the last day, I was able to enjoy it until the very end! The mangrove tour was fun, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand, allowing us to see various plants. We crossed to Yubu Island by water buffalo, where we could touch them and take photos! We even got to hear folk songs sung by the water buffalo, which created a fantastic atmosphere. Visiting Iriomote Island and Yubu Island made this tour really great! Since it was sunny, I was able to take lots of beautiful photos.

On the last day of my two-night, three-day trip to Ishigaki, I chose a morning-only plan. We saw the mangroves from the boat, and it was very mystical. The guide explained everything clearly, which made it easy to understand. The boat was designed so that we could see the mangroves up close from both sides, making for a beautiful view.

On the way to Yubu, we rode on a water buffalo cart. On the way there, a young lady played the shamisen and sang, which really gave us a taste of Okinawa. The buffalo was also adorable. It was great that we could take free photos with the water buffalo at Yubu.

It was a quick half-day, so I thought I would like to do a full day of sightseeing next time. It was a truly wonderful experience!

由布に向かう際、水牛車に乗りました。行きはお姉さんが三味線を弾き語りしてくれて、沖縄感を感じさせられました。牛も可愛かったです。由布で無料で水牛と写真が撮れるところも良かったです。
あっという間の半日だったので、次回は一日中観光したいと思いました。

I chose this tour because it was the only option that would allow me to make it to my flight on time, but to be honest, I was disappointed. There were only five participants, including myself, and although everyone chose the basic Jozankei option, we were first taken to other hot spring areas that were optional. Once we realized that no one had chosen those, we returned to Jozankei, but none of the day-use hot springs were available by 10 AM (within walking distance).

Since there were so few of us, there was only the driver, who seemed completely inexperienced. However, I thought he was doing his best, so I didn't voice any complaints at the time. He looked nervous, likely because it was a job he wasn't used to, and I just wanted him to drive safely.

I can only think that the travel company that organized this tour made unreasonable assignments. I have no intention of participating in any future tours with the same company.

帰りの飛行機の時間に間に合うには、このツアーしか選択肢がなく選んだのですが、はっきり言って残念でした。
参加者は私を含め５人しかいなかったのですが、全員基本の定山渓を選んだにもかかわらず、まずオプションの他の温泉地に連れて行かれました。誰も選択してないことがわかり定山渓まで戻りましたが、日帰り温泉はどこも（徒歩圏）10時では利用できませんでした。
少人数だったので運転手さんしかいなかったのですが、全く慣れていない感じでした。ただ、その方は一生懸命お仕事はされていたと思いますので、その場で苦情は言いませんでした。慣れないお仕事で緊張されているようにも見えましたし、とにかく安全運転して欲しかったので。
このツアーを企画した旅行会社さんが無理なアサインをしたとしか思えません。同じ会社のツアーには今後参加するつもりはありません。

I really wanted to visit Takachiho Gorge within my limited schedule, so I joined this tour. I was initially filled with anxiety as I was the only one among the inbound travelers, but the guide was kind and always considerate, allowing me to enjoy the tour without feeling isolated. The explanations of the sightseeing spots were also very well done and easy to understand. I definitely want to join this guide's tour again when I come to Fukuoka. Wendy, the crew member, and the driver were very kind to us. I am grateful for that. The other tour participants were warm-hearted, making it a very enjoyable trip. Wendy personally spoke to me in Japanese after explaining everything in Chinese on the bus. She is a kind, attentive, and personable tour guide, and I would recommend her 100% to others.

I made a reservation and participated a week ago. Since it was a weekday, there weren't many other participants, and I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace.

The walking time on Yufu Island was about an hour, with no elevation changes, which was just right. I participated with my husband, who is not good at group activities, but the guides on the boat, the bus, and the water buffalo were all very skilled at storytelling, so we were never bored and had a great time.

On the day we participated, the ferry from Ishigaki to Iriomote Island offered an upgrade for 500 yen, allowing us to enjoy the view from the second floor and see the crew operating the vessel, which was very satisfying.

Next time I come, I would like to participate in other tours as well.

歩くのは由布島の自由時間1時間程度で、高低差もなくちょうど良かったです。
集団での行動が苦手な旦那と参加していましたが、船のガイドさんやバスのガイドさん、水牛のガイドさん皆さんお話が上手で全く飽きることなく楽しめました。

私たちの参加した日は、石垣〜西表島の船が500円で席をグレードアップできるタイプで、2階からの景色や操縦しているクルーの方を見ることもできとても満足です。

There were 9 participants in the tour, and surprisingly, many people joined alone. Originally, we were supposed to just view Futamigaura from the car, but since we had a little extra time, we were able to get out of the car for 5 minutes to take a look!

Additionally, thanks to the driver's suggestion, we changed our lunch location to Akua, allowing us to have an early lunch after the boat tour and then walk to Totoro's Forest for sightseeing.

We were able to efficiently explore Itoshima, making it a wonderful trip. It seems there are other tours available, so next time I come, I will join a different tour!

ツアー参加人数が9人で、意外と1人で参加されている方が多かったです。
本来、車窓での観光であった二見ヶ浦では、少し時間があったため5分間だけ車から降りて見ることができました!

Since it was Sunday, most people joined in groups, so I felt a bit lonely being by myself. However, I enjoyed it while feeling comforted by the kind tone of the guide. The weather was nice, and the beautiful scenery made for a great day of sightseeing. The lunch was even more delicious than I had imagined, and although I usually leave food behind, I finished everything. I was most looking forward to the blue pond, but it was unfortunate that we didn't have enough time. For those who can't plan their own itinerary, a bus tour is the best option.

出張で来ていて土日は、お休みのため1人で車移動もなかなか大変なのでバスツアーに初参加。
日曜日なので、ほとんどの方が多数での参加でした。
1人は、3組くらいで少し寂しくもありました。

お天気もよくて綺麗な景色で1日で観光できよかったです。ランチも想像していたものより美味しく
いつも残してしまいますが完食。
青い池が1番楽しみだったのですが
