It was a trip with my daughter and our 7-year-old child. When asked who we wanted to focus on during the tour, I immediately answered that it should be the child. However, our child loves nature, so they listened with sparkling eyes to the stories from our driver and guide, Mr. Man. Every view was amazing, and since it was a professional route, time flowed smoothly. In the end, our child didn't want to part with the driver and asked to call him again the next day. We talked about wanting to come back to Shirahama on the plane.

Simply seeing the scenery is one thing, but understanding why things are the way they are makes a clear difference in the emotional impact. I often use VELTRA when traveling abroad, and I've never had a negative experience. For those who are not driving, I highly recommend using their services as it will double your travel memories. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

初めに誰を中心にして周るか聞かれ迷わず子供でと答えました。
しかしうちの子供は自然が好きなので海や熊野古道など運転手さん兼ガイドの満さんの話をキラキラした目で見聞きしていました、
どの景色も最高で流石にプロの周るコースなのでスムースに時間が流れていきました、
最後は子供が運転手さんと離れたくなくて次の日も呼ばせていただき、次も必ず白浜に来たいと飛行機の中で話しました。
ただ単に景色を見るのと、どうしてこうなのかとか知って見るのでは明らかに感動が違います。
海外でもよくVELTRAさんを利用させて頂いていますが、嫌な思いをしたことがありません。
車でお越しにならない方は是非とも利用すると旅の思い出が倍増すると思います

I was reminded that our safe and comfortable air travel is thanks to many people who are involved and continuously train. There was also an exciting feeling of getting a glimpse behind the scenes, and I had a fulfilling 90 minutes. I am grateful to ANA for opening such facilities to the public. Since I couldn't see the actual training this time, I would like to participate again.

わたしたちが安全で快適に空の旅が出来ているのは、多くの方々が携わり、日頃から訓練を積み重ねているおかげなのだと改めて知ることができました。裏側に潜入しているワクワク感もあり、充実した90分を過ごせました。こういった施設を一般に向けて公開してくださっているANAさんに感謝です。今回実際に訓練している様子は観られなかったので、また参加したいです。

The guide's tips on how to enjoy each destination and stories related to Okinawa were helpful and enjoyable. It was windy and cold near the sea. Food was being sold at various locations. The Hikan cherry blossoms were also in bloom. I'm glad we took the bus since it would have taken over two hours to drive from Naha.

ガイドさんの、各行き先での楽しみ方や沖縄にまつわるお話がためになり、楽しかったです。
海の近くは風が強くて寒かったです。
各所で食べ物を販売していました。
ヒカン桜も咲いていました。
那覇から車で行ったら2時間以上運転しないといけないのでバスで行って良かったです。

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to our guide, Shu, due to the accident. The tour itself had many highlights, and the travel time was not too long for a tour in Hokkaido, so I recommend it.

アクシデントでガイドのシュウさんにご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、申し訳ありませんでした。ツアー自体は見どころも多く、北海道のツアーにしては移動時間もさほど長くなく、お薦めです。

I have visited Kyoto multiple times. The combination of sightseeing and meals at four locations was better than expected. No complaints.

The only concern I had was Mr. Oshima's English pronunciation and grammar. I apologize for this comment, but Mr. Oshima:
1. Lacks the third-person singular 's'
2. Uses the present tense instead of the past tense
3. Makes many mistakes with plural forms

However, despite some grammatical errors, Mr. Oshima communicated effectively in English. I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person.

I'm glad I was able to see both Noboribetsu and Showa Shinzan, and to attend the Shikotsu Lake Ice Waterfall Festival, which is only held in winter. If I had to say something, I wish I could have stayed for the light-up longer.

I was surprised that out of 45 tour participants, I was the only Japanese person. It seems that more people are coming from abroad now.

冬場しか開催が無い支笏湖氷瀑祭りに行けて良かった

It was a tour that balanced both the great nature of Yanbaru and its challenges. There was a proper explanation of each sightseeing spot in advance, and thanks to the unique and friendly explanations from the guides, I was able to enjoy the experience even more with a background knowledge.

やんばるの大自然と課題、両方をバランス良く詰め込んで頂いたツアーでした。各観光地の事前説明もきちんとあり、観光地の説明員さんの個性的でフレンドリーな説明のおかげで背景知識を持った上でより一層楽しめました。

It was great to efficiently tour each island while hitting all the key points. I recommend it for those who may have concerns about their stamina or are visiting the islands for the first time.

You can feel a part of the unwavering efforts of the crew, along with the history and trivia of ANA. The lockers are labeled with the three-letter codes of each airport, and knowledge is also inputted! Located about a 10-minute walk from Anamori Inari Station, ANA Blue Base serves as a comprehensive training facility for ANA Group employees. Various essential roles for aircraft operations, such as cockpit crew, cabin crew, ground staff, and ground handling, regularly come here for training. There are many highlights, including displays of ground staff badges! Yesterday (1/30), employees from Solaseed Air were visiting for training. An ANA flight attendant guided us.

Lunch spots were crowded everywhere, and individuals had to wait in line, but it was really great that our tour included meals. The highlights that could have been confusing were explained by our guide, which was fantastic. The Shirakawa-go bus terminal on Saturday was packed with tourists, and it seemed like buying bus tickets would be quite a challenge. I felt that coming on a tour was definitely the right choice!

昼食はどこも混雑していて、個人で来られた方は行列ができてましたが、ツアーに食事がついているのでほんと良かったです。
迷ってしまいそうな見どころも、ガイドさんから教えていただき最高でした。
土曜日の白川郷のバスターミナルは観光客でいっぱいで、バスチケット買うのも大変そうに思えました。
ツアーで来たのは正解だったな！っと思いました。

I participated with my mother on our first trip to Okinawa. Since I had only been to the Churaumi Aquarium before, it was also my first experience at Manza Beach and the "Submarine Jr. II," which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but we could explore the submarine without getting wet even in the rain, and we saw sea turtles. We were able to take our time at the Churaumi Aquarium, but we got caught up with a group of school trip students at the souvenir shop, which delayed our checkout, so I gave up on buying souvenirs. Therefore, if you want to buy souvenirs, it might be better to go for checkout early.

初沖縄の母と一緒に参加しました。私自身も美ら海水族館しか行ったことがなかったので、万座毛や万座ビーチの「サブマリンJｒⅡ」も初体験で楽しめました。あいにくのお天気でしたが、サブマリンは雨でも濡れずに見学できますし、ウミガメも見えました。美ら海水族館は比較的ゆっくり見れましたが、お土産売り場で修学旅行生の団体とバッティングしお会計が進まず、お土産は諦めました。なので、お土産を買いたい方は早めにお会計に行かれる方が良いかもしれませんね。

You can see countless things, such as the working styles of various people in different professions at the airport and the training sessions! It's a 90-minute walking tour, and you can ask questions along the way; it was an excellent course! I would love to book this course or another one to enjoy again!

空港で働く様々な職種の人々の働き方から、訓練の様子など、数えきれないほどたくさんのものを見ることができます！90分で歩きまわるのですが、質問も途中でできるし、最高なコースでした！また、このコースや別のコースを予約して楽しみたいです！

The tour guide was very good at speaking and didn't waste any time with unnecessary talk. There was a foreign language interpreter. The driver was friendly, which made me feel safe getting on the bus.

If you're looking for a purpose like the one mentioned in the title, it might be a good opportunity to participate. Although the schedule is a bit tight, if you see it as packed with activities, it’s not a bad thing. Personally, it was a valuable opportunity to see the Okinawa rail.

タイトルに書いたような目的なら参加してみるのもいい機会かもしれません。予定がややタイトなきらいはありますが、盛り沢山と捉えれば悪くはありません。
個人的には、やんばるくいなをみることができた、貴重な機会でした。

I wanted to visit the filming location at Kamino Iro Mi Kumanoza Shrine and was looking for a tour, but there were none available. I found a comment about a tour for foreigners, and the driver was also a foreigner, with only one Japanese person in the group. I was worried that if I got lost while wanting to explore the walking paths at Takachiho Gorge, I might not be able to return. However, I felt more anxious about renting a car, so I decided to take the bus instead. I saved a photo of the bus number and its features (this time it was blue, which made it easy to identify). I made sure to confirm the meeting time every time and participated alone. The driver was Japanese, and the guide spoke three languages, which was a relief. During lunch, I met someone from my hometown who had their trip postponed due to snow the day before, and we agreed that we should travel while we are still able to move!

Although the lunch provided on the tour often differed from the photos, I was surprised to find that it even included alcohol for such a reasonable price. There were some areas of the walking path at Takachiho Gorge under construction due to the typhoon, and I mistakenly thought we could ride the shuttle bus multiple times. My companion and I ended up getting on a different tour bus. I felt that it would have been better if the guide had explained, "We will meet here at this time to take the shuttle bus back to the bus area." Additionally, there was a woman listening to music without headphones. There were two instances of people not adhering to the meeting time, and when it was time to board the bus, they didn’t apologize, which felt quite natural to them. I think it would be better to firmly communicate at the beginning that "In Japan, if you are late for the meeting time, you will be left behind!" I would like to visit again after the construction on the walking path is completed.

映画撮影場所の上色見熊野座神社に行ってみたくてツアーを探していたものの他になく、コメントで外国人向けツアー.ドライバーも外国の方で日本人は1人きり等あり、高千穂峡で遊歩道周りたいのに迷って乗り遅れたら帰れないかもと不安でしたが、レンタカーの方が不安で帰りは寝ていられると、バスの番号と特徴(今回青で分かりやすい)を写真に保管.毎回集合時間さえ必ず確認しようと独りで参加。ドライバーさんは日本人·ガイドさんも3ヶ国話されたのでひと安心。昼食時に前日雪で中止でずらされた方が同郷の方で、身体が動く内に旅行するべきと意気投合しました！
ツアーの昼食では写真と違うこと多いものの、お酒まであってこの料金で良いの？と思う程でした。
高千穂峡の遊歩道が台風の影響で工事中の箇所あり、シャトルバスは何度も乗れるかと勘違いして違うツアーのバスに2人で乗ってしまったので、ガイドさんと歩き解散する場所で「ここに何時何分に集合してシャトルバスに乗ってバスの所まで送って貰う」と説明が良いと感じました。あと音楽をイヤホンなしで聞いてる女性.2回集合時間を守らない方がいて、バス乗る時に謝りの言葉なく当然という感じだったので「日本では集合時間に遅れたら置いて行く！」と初めにきつく伝えるべきかなと思います。遊歩道の工事完了後にまた行きたいと思います。

Most of the participants were from overseas. However, the tour guide was kind and attentive, allowing us to have a comfortable time.

参加者のほとんどが、海外の方たちでした。が、添乗員さんが、親切丁寧に対応くださり、快適な時間を過ごせました。

I had a great time. The guide was very experienced and explained things while occasionally playing the sanshin. It was a sunny day, so the scenery was fantastic, and there were moments when the guide took photos for us. The optional glass-bottom boat ride was also wonderful; the sea was very beautiful, and we were able to see sea turtles and coral.

とても楽しかったです。ガイドさんがとても慣れた方で、ところどころ三線も引きながら説明してくださいました。この日は晴れていたので景色も最高で、ガイドさんが写真を撮ってくださる場面もありました。オプションで乗ったグラスボートも、海がとても綺麗でウミガメや珊瑚なども見ることができました。

There were 10 participants on the tour, and since we had a large bus, the seats were spacious. The tour guide did not accompany us, but the tour conductor provided information about the sightseeing spots, and it was enjoyable thanks to their extensive knowledge. There were also foreign participants, but the tour conductor explained everything in fluent English, so we were able to gather and tour on time without any issues. The weather was cloudy with strong winds and occasional rain, but I was glad we could see all the sights. It's a pity that if the weather had been better, we could have seen even more wonderful views, but I would like to participate again for a revenge tour.

ツアー参加者は１０名で大型バスだったので座席はゆったりでした。
バスガイドさんは同乗せずに添乗員さんが観光地の案内などしてくれましたが、知識豊かで楽しく過ごせました。
外国人の方もいましたが、添乗員さんが流暢な英語で説明していたので集合なども問題なく時間通りに観光できました。
当日は曇っていて風が強く時々雨が降る天候でしたがひと通り観光できて良かったです。
天候が良ければもっと素晴らしい景色を見られたと思うと残念ですが、またリベンジでまた参加したいと思います。

Since I was traveling alone and didn't have a car, I was glad to be able to visit many tourist spots in a short amount of time. Both the guide and the driver were great, and I had a lot of fun.

It seemed a bit difficult for small children! Since the focus was on the conversation, they didn't seem to understand much and looked a little bored. I thought it wasn't very suitable for kids since they didn't actually see people working. However, at the pilot section, there happened to be a real pilot there, and the kids seemed to enjoy that part. There were moments where they reacted as children do, but I think it would have been nice if there were some patterns to keep them engaged. As an adult, I thought it was clear and good.

実際人がいて働いてる姿を見る訳ではなかったので、子供向きではないと思いました。
パイロットの所では、たまたま実際のパイロットさんがいたので、そこの場所では楽しそうに見てました。
所々で、子供ながら反応してたとこはありましたが、子供が飽きないパターンもあったら良かったかなぁと思いました！
大人としては、分かりやすく良かったと思いました。

The plan was to visit the main tourist attractions in Kyoto by bus. Unfortunately, there was traffic in the city, and popular spots like Fushimi Inari Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple were crowded with tourists, which caused delays in the bus arrivals and reduced our free time. However, I was very satisfied that we were able to visit Arashiyama while it was still light out.

The tour guide was very kind, and their detailed explanations for foreign visitors showed their dedication. This trip was a wonderful experience for me and my son. I think the tour planning was excellent. It would be difficult to visit all the scattered attractions in one day on your own.

京都の主要観光地をバスで廻れるというプランでした。残念ながら京都市内も車で渋滞、伏見稲荷神社や清水寺など人気観光地も観光客でいっぱいだったため、バスの到着に遅れが生じて自由時間が少なくなって残念な一面もありましたが、明るいうちに嵐山へ行く事が出来てとても満足なツアーでした。
添乗員さんもとても優しく、外国人への説明も詳しく一生懸命さが伝わってきました。
今回は息子との二人旅でしたが、とても楽しい旅行になりました。
ツアーの企画としてもとても良かったと思います。個人ではあちこちに点在してる観光地をまとめて一日で回ることは難しいと思います。

We participated in a New Year's tour in Kyoto with our family. At first, I was a bit worried about the traffic since it was New Year's, but everything went very smoothly and efficiently. If we had gone by our own car, I think we would have had concerns about parking and access, but since we took the bus, those worries were eliminated, making it stress-free. It was really great. 家族でお正月の京都のツアーに参加させて頂きました。
初めはお正月だし、車も混んで時間がどうなるんだろう、と少し不安でしたが、
問題なくとても効率良かったです。
自家用車で行っていたら、駐車場の心配やアクセスの心配があったと思いますが、バスなので、
それがなくてストレスフリーでした。

We participated as a family. It was amazing. The aquarium and Kouri Island were particularly great. The additional meals were delicious as well. If I have the chance, I will definitely join again. I highly recommend this course.

If you get separated a little, the person in charge will change depending on the location, so be careful. It might be difficult for those who are not used to it, but I think the content is good. Those who have trouble keeping up should be cautious.

We were blessed with warm weather and no wind. I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but it was very delicious. The guide sang several songs, and the snake lute was wonderful. I would like to participate again.

温暖で、風も無く良い天候に恵まれました。
昼食も期待してませんでしたが、大変美味しいかったです。ガイドさんが何曲も歌ってくれて、蛇三線も素晴らしかったです。又参加したいです。

There were nearly 40 participants today, and I was the only Japanese person. The guide was from Shanghai and spoke Chinese, English, and Japanese. That's impressive. Lunch was free, but while I was eating scallop fried rice at a recommended restaurant, a few people from the same bus came in. I thought it might be difficult to make detailed orders, but the guide appeared and took the orders together with the staff. I was impressed that both the staff and the customers were very helpful. It was wonderful. The conversation was interesting, and I found myself laughing while listening to the explanations. Unfortunately, the wind was strong, so I couldn't fully enjoy the beauty of the lake, but I was able to feel the nature that is not just beautiful. What left a strong impression on me personally was Showa Shinzan. I was able to see it up close from near the ropeway station of Mount Usu. Smoke was coming out from various places on the mountain. Perhaps due to the high surface temperature, there were areas without snow, giving it a rugged feel. I'm really glad I participated.

本日の参加者は４０名近くいて、日本人は私1人でした。ガイドさんは、上海の方で、中国語と英語と日本語を話しておられました。すごいです。昼食は自由だったのですが、お薦めいただいたお店で、帆立炒飯を食べていると、同じバスの方が何名か入ってこられました。細かい注文は難しいかなぁっと思っていると、ガイドさんが現れて、店員さんと一緒に注文してを取っていました。店員さんもお客さんもどちらもとても助かったのではないかと感心していました。素晴らしいです。お話も面白くで、解説を聞きながら笑ってしまいました。あいにく風が強くて、湖の美しさは堪能できませんでしたが、綺麗なだけではない自然も感じることができました。個人的にとても印象に残っているのは、昭和新山です。有珠山のロープウェイ乗り場近くから、本当に間近に見ることができました。山のいろんなところから煙も出ていました。表面の温度が高いのか、部分的に雪がなく、荒々しい感じでした。
参加してとても良かったです。

We researched various options for sightseeing in Kyoto with two foreigners from outside the prefecture. This time, all the conditions we were looking for were met, so we decided to make a request.

The driver who guided us was very polite and provided a pleasant atmosphere throughout the tour with his knowledge of the history and architecture of the sightseeing spots, as well as his fluent English.

On the day of our tour, it was very cold and snowing. We appreciated being able to go directly to the place where we had arranged to rent kimonos in the morning. At the photo spots, the driver always made sure to take our pictures, which made us happy as our collection of memories grew.

Since we were unfamiliar with the area, I truly believe that taking a taxi for sightseeing in Kyoto is the right choice if you want to enjoy it in half a day. Thank you very much for the wonderful memories in Kyoto! That night, we had Kyoto-style sukiyaki at Moritaya, which you recommended! It was delicious! We look forward to doing this again.

外国人と県外の2人で京都観光が分からず色々調べました。
今回、私共が求めてた総ての条件が揃っていたので依頼させていただきました。
ご案内して頂いたドライバーさんがとても丁寧で観光スポットでの歴史や建造物の知識と堪能な英語でのご案内で終始和やかな雰囲気で見て回ることが出来ました。

当日は、とても寒く雪が降ってました。
そして午前中にレンタルの着物を着付けした場所に送迎をお願いしていたのでそのまま行けるのも有り難かったです。写真スポットでは必ずお声掛けして頂き思い出の写真が増えていくのが嬉しかったです。

バスや電車などでの移動は土地が不慣れなので京都観光を半日で楽しむならタクシー観光が正解だと本当に思えました。
京都での楽しい思い出を本当にありがとうございました！その日の夜は教えて頂いたモリタ屋さんで京風すき焼きを食べました！美味しかったです！またお願いします。
