I participated in the tour on November 13th. Since my daughter, who lives overseas, was with me, there was an English-speaking guide, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The guide's explanations were very clear, and they also used a number board to show the meeting times, which helped us remember visually. Overall, the tour was very well organized. The free time for exploring Shirakawa-go and Takayama was just right. And above all, the lunch, especially the Hida beef, was incredibly delicious! If anyone is considering this tour, I highly recommend it.

11/13のツアーに参加しました。海外に住む娘も一緒でしたので、英語の通訳ガイドの方もいらっしゃり、よりツアーが楽しめました。ガイドさんのお話、説明もとてもわかりやすく、また集合時間も数字のボードを使って見せてくださったので目でも覚えられて、全体的にとてもオーガナイズされていました。白川郷、高山での自由散策の時間もちょうど良かったです。そして何より飛騨牛を始めとしたランチがとても美味しかったです！

It had been several decades since my last school trip to Kyoto, so I wanted to participate in a tour of the classic sightseeing spots. The guide's explanations were clear and attentive, and I appreciated their consideration throughout the tour.

The bus driver was also very pleasant, which made it easy to enjoy the itinerary without any worries. Since I opted for lunch, we had a meal at Kiyomizu-dera, where the tempura was crispy, and I enjoyed traditional Japanese dishes like dengaku and yudofu.

We arrived at Kyoto Station on time for our return, which was great as it didn't interfere with my plans for the rest of the day. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

修学旅行以来、何十年ぶりの京都でしたので、王道観光地巡りをしたくて参加しました。ガイドさんの説明はわかりやすく、気配りも行き届いていました。
またバスの運転手さんも感じが良くて安心して旅程を楽しめました。
昼食付きにしたので、清水寺で食事をしたのですが、天ぷらはサクサク、田楽や湯豆腐など和食を堪能しました。
帰りも時間通りに京都駅に到着したので、そのあとの予定にもひびかずよかったです。
大変お世話になりました。

The guide was fluent in Japanese.

Due to a road closure from an accident, we couldn't go to the main Shirakawa-go.
Instead, we went to Gujo Hachiman.
No one complained about the cancellation of Shirakawa-go; everyone quietly listened to the explanation, so I felt that all the participants were reasonable people.
The bus company and the guide did everything they could, so while it was disappointing not to visit Shirakawa-go, I was pleased with the experience.
People often say that foreigners lack manners, but everyone was very well-mannered.

道路が事故で封鎖になりメインの白川郷には行けませんでした。
代わりに郡上八幡に行きました。
白川郷中止に誰一人、文句言わず静かに説明聞いていたので参加者は皆、常識人だなと
バス会社、ガイドさんも出来る限りのことはしてくれたので白川郷は残念ですが嬉しく思いました。
世間では外国人のマナーが・・・
とか言いますか皆、マナー良かったです。

I thought it would be canceled due to the typhoon, but I was super lucky that it was canceled the day before. I'm really glad it went ahead. The content was great, and I felt reassured!

They explained the itinerary changes, and even though they don't primarily support Japanese, they spoke to me in Japanese. Both the guide and the driver were kind and it was great.

行程変更も説明してくれたし、日本語基本対応していないのに日本語で声かけてくれた。ガイドさんもドライバーさんも優しくて良かった

The scenery at Meoto Iwa was nice, so I think it would have been good to have a bit more time there. The swing on the palm tree was a bit disappointing, though.

It was an irreplaceable experience. It was unfortunate that there was wind and rain due to the typhoon, but I enjoyed a very delicious lunch with Ishigaki cuisine. It was my first time on a water buffalo cart, and listening to the sanshin performance was a soothing time. I recommend this tour for anyone going to Ishigaki Island.

台風で風、雨が降ったのは残念でしたが、昼食は石垣料理でとても美味しく頂きました。
水牛車は初めてでしたが、三線の弾語りも聞けて癒しの時間でした。
石垣島に行く方にはオススメのツアーです。

I participated with my mother, who has difficulty walking. I was very satisfied that we could visit various sightseeing spots in just one day. The tour was aimed at international guests, but most of the participants were Japanese. Our guide, EIKO, was great with her explanations and even took personal photos for us, which was very thoughtful! Since it was just the right season for school trips, I was glad that lunch was included as well. I would love to join again if I have the opportunity.

足の悪い母と参加しました。1日でいろんな観光地に行けて大変満足しました。ツアーは海外のお客さん向けですが、日本のお客さんがほとんどでした。ガイドのEIKOさんの説明や個人的に写真を撮ってくれるなどのお気遣いも良かったです！ちょうど修学旅行シーズンだったので昼食も付けておいて良かったです。また機会があれば参加したいです。

I watched the dolphin show at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. I wish I had a bit more time there. Thank you to the bus guide and the driver! 😊

The mangrove cruise passed by in no time, making me forget the passage of time. The water buffalo worked hard to pull the cart to Yubu Island, and they were very clever and diligent. The island was full of plants and connected to the beach, allowing us to have a fun time.

I was disappointed with the buffet for lunch, but the oil soba I tried without expectations was incredibly delicious—was it the magic of shikwasa?

The only downside was the rental bicycles on Taketomi Island; while I could tolerate the worn and rusty ones, the handlebars were crooked, making it very difficult to ride after not cycling for a while.

According to reviews, the fresh mango smoothie at Chirorin Village is the best! I also wanted to try the fresh pineapple smoothie...

マングローブクルーズは時間の経つのも忘れるくらいあっという間に過ぎました。
由布島までは水牛さん達一生懸命に車をひいてくれてとても賢く働き者でした。島内は植物もたくさんあり、ビーチにつながっていて楽しく時間を過ごせました。
昼はビュッフェでがっかりでした、でも期待せずに食べた油そばがすごく美味しかったのはシークヮーサーの魔法？
竹富島でのレンタルサイクルだけが残念、ボロボロでサビてるのは我慢出来るけどハンドルが斜めで久しぶりに自転車乗ったが運転がとてもしにくかったです。
口コミをみてちろりん村での生マンゴースムージーは最高‼︎生パイナップルスムージーも飲んでみたかった…。

I was able to visit many tourist spots in one day. Unfortunately, there were some disappointing parts due to the rain, but I was able to fully enjoy the atmosphere. I think it would have been perfect if the weather had been nice.

多くの観光地を1日で巡ることができました。あいにくの雨で残念な部分もありましたが、雰囲気は十分に味わえました。天気がよければ最高だったと思います。

We participated as a couple. We were able to see Mount Yotei and efficiently visit the highlights. I thought the last stop at Mitsui Outlet could have been a bit shorter.

夫婦で参加させていただきました。羊蹄山も見ることができ、見どころを効率的訪れることができました。最後の三井アウトレットは、もう少し短くてもいいかなと思いました。

Overall, arranging everything by yourself can be a hassle, but with the bus, ox cart, and boat, everything is taken care of in one go. It allows for efficient travel, includes pick-up and drop-off services, and offers free time, making it highly recommended for first-time visitors.

The boat may lack the luxury compared to other companies, but since you won't be on it for hours, it's not a problem.

One thing to note: the bicycles available for rent are quite worn out. It was mentioned that there would be English guidance, but there was none at all. I applied for the bicycle rental option, and while it clearly stated that those who cannot speak Japanese are not allowed, I inquired whether it would be fine if someone who speaks Japanese accompanied me, and it was indeed fine. It would be better if this information were accurately stated.

とにかく自分で手配したら面倒なのですが、バス、牛車、船、と全て一発です。
効率良く回れ、送迎もあり、自由時間もあり、で、初めて行く方はお勧めします。
船は他社に比べると豪華さに欠けますが、何時間も乗るわけでないので問題なし。

気になった事。
自転車レンタルオプションの自転車はかなりボロいです。
英語ガイダンスあり、と書いてありましたが、全く案内ありませんでした。
自転車レンタルオプションを申し込みましたが、明らかに、日本語できない人は不可、とありますが、日本語が話せる者が同行したら問題ないか問い合わせて、問題ありませんでした。
記載だけなので、正確に記載されていたらもっと良いと思います。

You can efficiently visit all the points you want. The guide was attentive and wonderful, and I enjoyed listening to songs played on the sanshin. The driver also drove safely, making it a fantastic time.

行きたいポイントを効率よく回ってもらえます。
ガイドさん付きでガイドさんのお話が丁寧で素晴らしく三線での歌も聞かせてもらえて楽しかったです。
ドライバーさんも安全運転で最高な時間でした。

I was taken to places that are hard to visit on my own, like Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, the Bear Ranch (additional fee), and Noboribetsu! Each stop was brief, so some might feel it wasn't enough time to really explore. For us, it was a fulfilling experience. Thank you!

洞爺湖、昭和新山、クマ牧場（別料金）、登別と自分ではなかなか回れないところに連れて行ってもらいました！

This was my third time visiting Ishigaki Island, but it was the first time for my wife, my daughter and her husband, and my two grandchildren. Our accommodation was all-inclusive, so we were having a great time without needing to go out. However, I thought it would be a shame not to do any sightseeing while we were in Ishigaki, so I made a reservation for a half-day private sightseeing taxi from Veltra without consulting my family. On the day of the tour, I discussed with the driver and requested to visit the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay and try the gelato at Mirumiru. I left everything else to the driver, and we just followed along. At the glass-bottom boat, my grandchildren and daughter were thrilled to see tropical fish and sea turtles. At Mirumiru, we were blessed with good weather and enjoyed gelato and shaved ice outside, which made us very happy! The driver's sightseeing commentary along the way was enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his help. Even though it was time to go, he took us to the observation deck, so thank you very much. I plan to visit Ishigaki again in December and intend to book the same tour. Thank you in advance!

自分は石垣島は3回目でしたが、女房・娘夫婦、孫2人は初めての石垣島でした。宿はオールインクルーシブなので、外に出なくても十分楽んでいました。しかしせっかく石垣島に来て一つも観光しないなんてと思い、自分が家族とは相談せずに、勝手にベルトラの半日貸し切り観光タクシーを予約しました。その日に運転手さんと相談し、川平湾のグラスボート、ミルミルのジェラードの観光をお願いしました。あとは運転手さんに全てお任せで、我々はその通りに
動いただけです。しかしグラスボートでは孫や娘たちは熱帯魚・ウミガメを見て大騒ぎ。ミルミルでは天気にも恵まれ、外でジェラード・かき氷を食べて大満足！それらの行く途中にも運転手さんの観光案内が楽しくて本当に世話になりました。時間になったにもかかわらず、見晴らし台にも連れて行って貰えて、ありがとうございました。12月にもまた石垣に行く予定です。同じツアーを予約するつもりです。宜しくお願いします。

The tour included visits to Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island, and it was a lot of fun. I especially enjoyed the bus driver's stories based on his real experiences on Iriomote Island; they were interesting and entertaining. I think he might have exaggerated a bit, but I was impressed by his calm way of speaking and how he wrapped up his stories with a punchline. I thought this was really insightful and listened intently. As for the ferry returning from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Island, the boarding area was hard to find. There were no announcements at the waiting area, so we almost missed the boat. I wonder if there were others who missed it too.

西表島も由布島も竹富島にも行くツアーでしたが、とても楽しかったです。とくに西表島のバスの運転手さんの実体験に伴うトークが、面白くて楽しかったです。多少、盛ってるとこ有ると思いますが穏やかな話し方と、ちゃんとオチのある締め方で感心しました。コレって参考になるなぁ～と思って聴きいりました。竹富島から石垣島に帰るフェリーですが、乗り場が分かりにくかったです。待合所では、何のアナウンスも無かったので乗船がギリギリになってしまいました。中には乗り遅れた人もいたのでは？と思います。

I went to Okinawa for the first time. I was inspired to go after coming across travel videos about Okinawa on YouTube. Just watching the videos made me feel like I was traveling every day. My husband, who is recovering from an illness, suddenly said, "Let's go to Okinawa!" His condition had stabilized, and I thought we could go if we adjusted his diet (salt intake). We managed to book our flights and hotel, and created an itinerary. We chose a bus tour, and the weather was great, making it a fun and comfortable experience.

はじめて沖縄に行きました。
YouTubeで沖縄旅行✈️してる動画に出会ったのがきっかけ。動画見ているだけで旅行に行けてる気分で毎日過ごしていました。
病気療養中の主人が突然、沖縄に行こう！
体調も落ち着いていましたが、食事(塩分)を調整すれば行けるかも😃飛行機✈️、ホテル🏨の予約がとれ行程表を作成しました。で、選んだのがバス🚌ツアーでした。天候にも恵まれて楽しく快適なツアーでした。

The explanations were polite and precise, allowing us to enjoy all the sights without missing anything. The guide was truly wonderful, recommending great places to eat.

It was a place that makes you want to go back after just one visit. My wife and daughter were happy too. I will go again. Next time, I want to join a different tour. It will definitely be a good experience.

I was a bit anxious about driving in a new place for the first time, so taking the bus to efficiently visit several main locations in Okinawa (from the northern to central areas) was ideal. The bus group happened to have many tourists from overseas, which led to some friendly interactions, and we ended up sightseeing together at some spots. It turned into a bit of international exchange. This course included lunch only, but since the final stop was close to Kokusai Street, I went to a restaurant I had reserved before the trip for dinner. Using this course as an optional activity during your travels is a great idea!

初めての場所で運転に不安もありましたので、沖縄の幾つかの主な場所（北部~中部）をバスで効率的に回るのには最適でした。バスグループは、海外からのツアー客がたまたま多かったのですが、逆に仲良くなり一緒に観光して回った場所もありました。ちょっとした国際交流になりました。このコースは、昼食のみセットになっていましたが、終点が国際通りにも近かったため、夕食は、旅行前に予約しておいた国際通りにある、気になるレストランに行きました。旅のオプショナルとしてこのコースを利用するのもありです！

This tour was aimed at inbound tourists, but it seemed challenging for the guide since there were mostly Japanese participants. I thought it was a great plan to visit the main tourist spots in Kyoto. Despite being tight on schedule, we had enough time to enjoy the sights, and I was very satisfied. I had been to these places before, but I made new discoveries and had a fun day.

今回のツアーは、インバウンド向けでしたが、日本人ばかりでガイドさんが大変そうでした。
京都の主要な観光地を巡って、大変良い企画だと思いました。タイトでありながらも十分に観光できて大満足でした。今まで行ったことあったけど、新たな発見もあり、楽しく過ごせた1日でした。

In the morning, it was easy to find the meeting place because the hotel was very close, and there was someone standing with a flag. Out of the seven people, only one was Japanese, while nearly thirty were of Chinese descent. However, the tour guide was very good at Japanese, kind, and made the tour a lot of fun. I highly recommend participating!

朝待ち合わせ場所のすぐ近くホテルに泊まって下に降りたら旗を持って立ってくれているのですぐわかります。７人だけ日本人で後の３０人近くは中国系の人でしたが添乗員さんはとても日本語が上手で親切でとても楽しいツアーになりました。

The bus was about 80% full, and I was on a tour with Chinese speakers. Everyone except me was a foreigner, but aside from one person who arrived late at departure, everyone was punctual during the tour, and the bus was quiet. The guide provided detailed explanations about Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and I felt very well taken care of as they also gave us a hand-drawn map with marked meeting points and highlights. The driver was Japanese and greeted us with phrases like "Welcome back," which made me feel safe and happy. We arrived in Takayama at 10:30 and Shirakawa-go at 13:00. Time flew by, so I recommend narrowing down the places you want to visit in advance.

中国語ツアーと乗り合わせになり、全体でバスの8割ほど埋まっていました。
私以外全員外国人でしたが、出発時に1人遅れてきた以外はツアー中は皆さん時間厳守で、バス内も静かでした。
ガイドの方は高山と白川郷についてかなり詳しく説明してくださり、また集合場所や見どころを手書きで印をつけたマップをいただいたり、とても親切に感じました。運転手さんは日本人の方で、おかえりなさい等声掛けをしてくださり、安心かつ嬉しかったです。
10:30に高山着、13:00に白川郷着のスケジュールでした。あっという間に時間が過ぎたので、行きたい所は事前に絞って行くのがおすすめです。

Although the rain dampened our sightseeing mood all day, we ended on a high note by witnessing my first sunset at American Village, which lifted my spirits as we arrived at our accommodation. Thank you very much.

一日中、雨で観光気分も下げ下げでしたが、最後に立ち寄ったアメリカンビレッジで人生初の夕焼け、サンセットを観られて気分あげあげになり宿に着きました。

This was actually my second guided tour to Jomon Sugi. When I brought my parents here before, due to their age, we only made it partway along the trolley path and had to turn back, which left me with a sense of regret. So this time, I brought a senior colleague along for a revenge tour.

Since I had only experienced up to the trolley path, the trail beyond was unknown to me, and it was quite a steep mountain path (I'm a beginner at climbing). If I had slipped, it wouldn't have just been a serious injury; it felt like I could have ended up in the afterlife. Finally meeting the long-desired Jomon Sugi was an overwhelming moment.

However, as the saying goes, "Going is easy, coming back is scary." The descent was tough on my knees and thighs, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to hold my ground at times. Despite all that, I was relieved when the other members of our group returned safely without any major injuries. We were also fortunate with the weather.

One thing I definitely realized is that beginners should absolutely go with a guide. I thought the walking pace on the trolley path was quite fast, and we ended up returning around 4:30 PM. Without a guide, I think it would be hard to manage the pacing. They also teach you tips for walking on mountain paths, which is reassuring.

Since we had to pay attention to our footing, I couldn't really take in the surroundings while trekking, but at key points, the guide provided explanations and took photos. It was amusing how, by the end, our unknown group felt like a school field trip. Thank you, Watanabe-san, for guiding us! It became the best memory!

実はガイド付きの縄文杉ツアー2回目です。ただ以前両親連れてきた時は、高齢なのもあってトロッコ道の終わりの方まで行って途中で断念していまして、それがとても心残りだったこともあり、今回は会社の先輩を連れてリベンジツアーです。
トロッコ道までしか経験ないのでその先が未知でしたが、もうすごい山道でした笑(登山未経験者)
普通に足踏み外したら大怪我どころか、あの世行ってもおかしくない道をひたすら登って何とか念願の縄文杉と対面できた時は感無量でした。
でもよく言う、行きはよいよい帰りはこわいって言いますが、帰りの下りの山道が膝と前ももに着実にダメージ蓄積するので、途中踏ん張りが効かなそうで怖かったです。
そんなこんなで、同じグループになったメンバーも、大きな怪我なく無事に帰れた時はほっとしました。天候にも恵まれたのも良かったです。

行ってみて確実に思ったのは、初心者は絶対ガイドと一緒に行った方がいいです。
トロッコ道の歩くペース結構早いと思いましたが、それでも帰りが16時半くらいにはなったので、ガイドなしだとペース配分が分からないと思います。山道を歩くコツとかも教えてくれますし、何より心強いです😁
足元を注意しながらの移動なので、あまり周りをじっくり見ながらトレッキングとはいきませんでしたが、要所要所で説明や、写真撮影も挟んでくれて、何より見ず知らずのグループが最終的に学校の遠足みたいな雰囲気になってたのが面白かったです。
ガイドしてくれた渡邉さん、引率してくれてありがとうございました！最高の思い出になりました🥰

I participated in a half-day course, and thanks to the guide who kept us entertained the entire time, I made wonderful memories. Even in a short time, I was able to fully enjoy Sapporo. When I got off the lift at Okurayama Jump Stadium, it was thrilling, but it felt great. I was unsure how to spend my time until my return, but I’m glad I joined because of the guide's warm personality. They waved goodbye to me until the very end.

半日のコースで参加しましたが、時間一杯楽しませて下さるガイドさんおかげで素敵な思い出になりました。短い時間でも札幌を満喫できました。大倉山ジャンプ場のリフトを降りる時は、迫力がありましたが、気持ち良かったです。一人帰りまでの時間をどうしようかと思い参加しましたが、とても温かい人柄のガイドさんのおかげで参加して良かったと思いました。最後まで手を振って見送り下さいました。

We had a fantastic time touring the ANA base and gaining insight into the airline’s operations. As a longtime ANA fan, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend the tour. The Taiwanese ANA staff were outstanding—welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly hospitable.

With the wonderful guidance of the bus guide, I had a very fulfilling sightseeing experience. I was a bit anxious about renting a car alone in an unfamiliar place. I was able to visit almost all the places I wanted, and the itinerary had a decent amount of flexibility, which was great.

バスガイドさんのとても素晴らしいガイド付きで、大変充実した観光ができました。知らない土地で1人レンタカーはちょっと不安で。行きたいところはほぼ行けたし、行程もそこそこ余裕があって良かったです。
