I have been there a few times, but I can always visit with a fresh feeling. There were moments when the responses to questions seemed a bit unenthusiastic, but overall, I was quite satisfied.

I usually don't exercise, so I was worried about whether I could finish the hike, but thanks to the guidance on pacing, I was able to see Jomon Sugi safely. I was also happy that they took photos for us, and it was definitely a point that made me feel it was worth hiring a guide to learn about shortcuts that we would never have figured out on our own.

普段運動をしないので、体力完走出来るか不安だったのですが、ペース配分を考えながら案内して頂けたので、無事に縄文杉を見ることが出来ました。
写真を撮っていただけたのも嬉しかったですし、自分たちだけでは絶対にわからないショートカットの道などを教えて頂けたのもガイドを頼んでよかったなと思えるポイントでした。

It was a late departure at 9:55, so I was glad to have a little extra time after arriving at the airport. Although there were some places with a bit less sightseeing time, the explanations were clear and easy to understand, which was great.

I participated in a bus tour because I wanted to visit various sightseeing spots in Kyoto for the first time. It was the right choice since they take you by bus, so I didn't have to worry about transportation. There were about equal numbers of foreign and Japanese tourists participating. The explanations were clear in both English and Japanese, so I had no trouble understanding. The guide, Maria, was very kind, and I would like to request her again if I have the opportunity.

初めての京都で色んな観光地をまわりたくバスツアーに参加しました。バスで連れて行ってくれるので交通手段の心配はなく正解でした。外国人観光客の方と日本人観光客と半々程度の参加とのことでした。英語と日本語で分かりやすく説明して頂き困る事はありませんでした。ガイドのマリアさんはとても親切な方で又、機会があればお願いしたいです。

Yesterday was a scorching day at 33℃, but today it unfortunately rained. It was nice and cool, but by the time we arrived at Shirakawa-go, we were caught in quite a heavy downpour, and it was raining the hardest when we reached the observation deck.

As we walked down, the path turned into a river, and when the thunder started, we took shelter for 30 minutes under the eaves of the Wada House. With only 30 minutes left of our free time, the rain lightened, so we hurried to take a quick round, capturing the recommended photo spots, and somehow made it in time for our lunch gathering. We enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Since we were on a tour with guests from France, Germany, Australia, and Canada, we had an interpreter guide. After the Japanese guide, there was an English guide, which helped me learn how to express things in English. Both guides were very considerate of all the passengers, which was great.

昨日は33℃の猛暑日でしたが、今日は生憎の雨。涼しくて良かったのですが、白川郷に着く頃はかなりの雨に振られ、展望台に着く頃が一番強く降っていました。
歩いて下る時は道が川になり、雷も鳴り始めたのて和田家の軒先で雨宿りする事30分。
自由時間もあと30分という所で小雨になったので急いで ひと回り、紹介された撮影ポイントを撮って何とか昼食の集合に間に合いました。お昼ご飯は美味しく頂きました。
フランス、ドイツ、オーストラリア、カナダのお客さんと一緒のツアーだったので通訳ガイドさんが付きました。日本語のガイドのあとに英語のガイドが付いて「英語ではそういう風に言うんだ」と英語の勉強にもなりました。
ガイドさんは二人とも乗客の皆さんに気を使ってくれてとても良かったです。

Tour of the ANA Group training facility
At the entrance, there is not only a reception but also the sale of exclusive original goods, a large model of the B-787, and historical videos. You can enter 20 minutes early, so it's a good idea to arrive ahead of time.
Once you go through the gate, take the elevator to the third floor of the viewing route. From the glass windows on the third floor, you can look down at the facility.
There are videos and displays at each location explaining things like ground handling, maintenance, and pilot training simulators.
Photography is not allowed during training scenes, but there are spots for taking pictures of models of historical aircraft, cockpits, and maintenance areas.
On this day, I was able to see the actual training being conducted for ground handling and maintenance.
Finally, I bought some original goods.

入口には受付だけではなく、ここだけのオリジナルグッズの販売や大きなB-787の模型や歴史の映像。　20分前から入れるので、早めに行きましょう。
ゲートを入るとエレベーターで見学ルートの3階へ。　3階のガラス窓から施設を見下ろします。
GH.CA.Grand Handling.整備、パイロット訓練のシュミレーターなど
場所毎に映像やディスプレイがあり説明があります。
訓練風景は撮影NGですが、歴代の機体の模型やコックピット、整備などの撮影スポットがあります。
この日はGHや整備が実際の訓練をしている所が見ることができました。
最後にオリジナルグッズを買いました。

We were taken care of as a family of four. It started pouring rain along the way, which made us worried, but by the time we arrived at our destination, Yakusugi Land, the rain had stopped. Among the various exploration courses available, we chose the 30-minute one. With a guide accompanying us, we explored the park. Thanks to the explanations at key points, I felt like I could truly appreciate the greatness of the Yakusugi trees. (In my case, just walking around while worrying about my footing makes it hard to take in the scenery and the explanations displayed.) We were also able to see the Jomon cedar.

On the way back, we spotted Yakushima monkeys and Yakushima deer, which got my son very excited. The map makes it seem like you can get there easily (and you can), but considering the curves of the roads, the steepness of the hills, and the narrowness of the roads (not to mention the oncoming traffic), I felt it was quite a challenge. I'm really glad we participated in this bus tour. Thank you very much.

家族4人でお世話になりました。途中土砂降りの雨になり心配でしたが目的地のヤクスギランドにつく頃には雨もやみました。いくつか探索コースがある中で、30分の物を選択しました。ガイドの方についていただき、園内を探索。要所要所で解説をしていただいたおかげで
より屋久杉の凄さに触れられた気がします。（私の場合、ただ見て歩くだけだと足元が気になって風景も、掲示されている説明文も頭に入ってこない）紀元杉も見ることができました。
帰り道では屋久猿、屋久鹿を見ることができて息子は大興奮でした。地図だとすぐに行けそうな気がしますが（実際に行けますが）途中の道はカーブの曲率、坂のきつさ、道幅狭い（
おまけに対向車がいる）などを考えると、結構に敷居が高いと感じました。今回のバスツアーにお世話になってよかったと感じております。

I participated with my mother. We met at the west exit of Shinjuku Station, and it was a bit difficult to find using the mobile map, but when we looked at the station signs and went above ground, there was a Starbucks right away, so we were able to meet up without any issues.

We could take a sightseeing bus close to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which meant we had to walk less than other tourists, making it easier to pay our respects. The guide was from China, but their Japanese was very good, and they provided explanations in English first and then guided us carefully in Japanese. The meeting times and sightseeing durations were clearly indicated with numbers on a card, which made it very easy to understand and allowed us to participate with peace of mind.

There were many foreign participants, but I was relieved that the content was enjoyable even for Japanese people. Additionally, it was great that they introduced recommended local dishes as well. Both my mother and I were very satisfied, and it was a tour that made us want to participate again.

母と2人で参加しました。待ち合わせは新宿駅西口で、携帯の地図だと少し分かりづらかったですが、駅の看板を見て地上に出るとすぐにスタバがあり、無事に合流できました。
日光東照宮までは観光バスで近くまで行けたので、他の観光客より歩く距離が少なく、楽に参拝できました。ガイドさんは中国の方でしたが、日本語がとても上手で、英語で説明したあとに日本語でも丁寧に案内してくれました。待ち合わせ時間や観光時間はカードに数字で示してくれるのでとても分かりやすく、安心して参加できました。

外国人参加者が多かったですが、日本人でも十分楽しめる内容で安心しました。さらに、おすすめの観光料理も紹介してくれて良かったです。母も私も大満足で、また参加したいと思えるツアーでした。

The island's restrooms were clean, and the signage was easy to understand, which was great. The lunch was just the right amount and delicious. The explanations during the bus ride on Iriomote Island were very good.

島のトイレもきれいで、案内もわかりやすくとてもよかったです。昼食もちょうどいい量で美味しかったです。西表島のバス乗車中の説明がとてもよかったです。

The bus guide provided a detailed account of Nagasaki's history, particularly regarding the atomic bomb, which was quite moving. At the Atomic Bomb Museum, they guided us on what to see in a short amount of time, allowing us to navigate efficiently. Although it was spring break, the bus was only about half full, making for a relaxed experience.

バスガイドさんが、長崎の歴史、特に原爆についての事を詳しく話してくださり、感慨深いものがありました。
原爆博物館でも、短い時間の中見るべきものを教えてくださり、効率よく回ることができました。春休みでしたが、お客さんもバス半分くらいでのんびり回ることができました。

You can visit multiple attractions like the zoo, and the tour guide's explanations were easy to understand, making for a truly enjoyable day. If I have the chance to go to Sapporo again, I would love to participate again.

動物園など見どころを複数回ってもらえるし、添乗員さんの説明が分かりやすくて、本当に楽しい1日でした。次に札幌行く機会があればまた参加したいです。

I'm having a very fulfilling experience as I continue to explore everything systematically! We can choose our return boat at either 4 PM or 5 PM. We even get to take pictures with cows! I was a bit greedy and booked both a water buffalo cart ride and cycling at the end, so the cycling time was a bit short, which was a little disappointing. The weather was great, though, and it was the best!

計画的にどんどん体験していくので、とっても充実しています！！帰りの船も16時か17時で自分達で選択出来ます。
牛と一緒に写真を撮れたりします！
欲張って最後、水牛車とサイクリングを予約したので、サイクリングの時間が少なめだったので少し残念でした。お天気も良くて最高でした！

It was a day where I could feel the vastness of Hokkaido. I participated alone, but there were several others who also joined by themselves. The guide was very polite and cheerful, adding a touch of brilliance to the trip. As for the seafood bowl for lunch... as others have mentioned, it was just okay in terms of content and flavor. Unfortunately, when I tried to order additional sea urchin, it was sold out. I couldn't expect the quality of Hokkaido. It's disappointing, especially since everything else was good.

北海道の広大さを感じられる１日でした。
1人で参加しましたが、他にもお一人で参加されている方が何人かいらっしゃいました。
ガイドさんもとても丁寧で明るく、旅に華を添えてくださいました。
お昼の海鮮丼は…他の方も書かれているように、まぁこんなもんか…という内容と味。追加でウニをオーダーしようにも残念ながら品切れ。北海道のクオリティは望めません。他が良いだけに残念です。

The scenery of each island was amazing. The guides were kind during the transfers, which was great. The expression of the water buffalo was adorable.

I didn't have any particular concerns, but when I applied for the tour, I wasn't sure how to view the details about where we would go and what we would do. On the day of the tour, I was a bit surprised by the number of bus and boat transfers.

I had always wanted to visit Yakushima. The guide provided various explanations, which helped me understand the preciousness of the Yakusugi trees even more. I was able to fully enjoy the untouched nature, and I took photos at the photo spots, creating lasting memories.

I rated it three stars because the guide's voice was quiet, and when walking in a line, I could only hear him up to about the second person. I also felt that the pace of the breaks was somewhat guided by him. However, I believe I was able to complete the round trip of 22 km without anxiety thanks to the guide, so overall, I am satisfied!

ずっと行ってみたかった屋久島。
ガイドさんにいろんな説明をしていただいて、より屋久杉の貴重さがわかりました。手付かずの大自然を満喫できて、フォトスポットでは写真を撮っていただけて、思い出に残りました。
星3にしたのは、ガイドさんの声が小さく一列で歩いていると2番目くらいまでしか聞こえなかったり、なんとなく休憩のペースがガイドさん主体だったな〜と感じたからです。
しかし往復22kmの道のりを不安なく行けたのはガイドさんがいてくれたからだと思うので、総じて満足です！

There were two tours available for Takachiho Gorge, one of which included a meal, but I chose the other tour that also visits a shrine.

Honestly, I didn't expect to walk so much at Takachiho Gorge, but I enjoyed the various scenery, and it was fantastic.

Since I am elderly, I appreciated the guide's thoughtful considerations.

I was able to complete the walk without any issues.

The next day and the day after, I experienced some muscle soreness, but I was able to enjoy a bus trip that I can only do now.

高千穂峡のツアーが、2つあり、食事付きの旅もありましたが、もう一つ、神社に行けるので、このツアーにしました。
正直、高千穂峡で、あれだけ歩くとは、思いませんでしたが、いろんな景色が楽しめて、最高でした。
高齢者と言う事で、ガイドさんには、いろいろと、お気遣いしていただき、ありがとうございました。
無事、歩ききれました。
次の日、その次の日と、筋肉痛が残りましたが、今しか出来ないバス旅行が出来ました。
本当に、ありがとうございました。

There are few trekking tours that cover Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo in one day, so I was really happy to find this tour. Since there were multiple destinations, I never felt burdened by the walking, and with each stop, I was filled with a sense of accomplishment. Our guide, Tsugimura, shared various stories in a fun way, which allowed us to enjoy trekking together. Thanks to the guide, we were able to manage our pace, and we completed the tour almost as planned. I do have some muscle soreness, but more than that, I am filled with satisfaction from what I accomplished. Thank you very much!

縄文杉+白谷雲水峡を1日で行うトレッキングツアーが少なく、このツアーを見つけた時は、本当にうれしかったです。
目的地が何個もあったので、歩くことが苦に感じることはなく、次へ次へと１つ行けるごとに達成感でいっぱいでした。
ガイドの津曲さんが、いろんなお話を楽しくしてくださったので、みんなで楽しくトレッキングすることができました。
ガイドさんがいたことで、ペース配分をしてくださったので、ほぼ予定通りにこなすことができました。
筋肉痛もありますが、それよりも達成できた満足感であふれています。

I was looking for something to do for sightseeing since I couldn't match my schedule. This sightseeing bus was just right. It's easy to join, and I enjoyed listening to the guide's stories.

時間合わせの為何か観光できないのか、探してました。丁度良い感じの観光バスですね
気楽に参加できますし、ガイドさんのお話しには楽しく聞き入れました。

It was a tour, so I felt a bit disappointed that there wasn't enough time; I wanted to experience more of the charm of Taketomi Island. I would like to go again.

ツアーだった為なのか、時間が足りなく少し残念でした、竹富島の魅力をもっと味わいたかったです。また行きたいと思います。

Since we participated in the tour with children, I carefully checked the tour details in advance to prepare for things like bathroom breaks and nap times. Everything went according to plan.

The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island was filled with explanations and allowed us to gain a lot of knowledge. We were able to ride the water buffalo cart twice on the round trip to Yufu Island. On Yufu Island, we had an hour and a half of free time, which was almost not enough to fully enjoy it.

On Taketomi Island, we searched for star sand at Kaiji Beach and enjoyed swimming at the shallow Kondoi Beach while looking at the Nishi Sandbar. The return ferry time can be chosen without a reservation, so depending on how the kids were feeling, we could leave early or stay longer on Taketomi Island if the kids were energetic, which was very convenient.

子連れでのツアー参加でしたので、トイレや昼寝など想定しておくためにツアー詳細を事前に念入りに確認していました。全て予定通りに進みました。
西表島でのマングローブクルーズは説明盛り沢山で知識豊富になれます。水牛車は由布島の往復で２回乗れます。由布島では、自由時間1時間半が足りないくらい満喫できました。竹富島ではカイジ浜で星砂を探して、遠浅のコンドイビーチで海水浴しながら西桟橋を眺めることもできました。
帰りのフェリーの時間は予約なしで選べるので、子供の具合次第で早く帰ることもできるし、子供が元気だからたくさん竹富島で長く遊ぶという選択もできるのがありがたかったです。

It was great to be able to visit the classic tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. The guide and the driver were both kind, which was nice. I recommend it for first-timers.

京都の定番の観光地を1日でまわることができ、とてもよかったです。ガイドさんも運転手さんも親切でよかったです。初めての方にはお勧めです。

We departed from Hakata Station early in the morning, toured Kumamoto and Miyazaki, and returned to Hakata Station by 6 PM. Due to the schedule, we had to catch a flight at 7 PM, and when I informed the guide about this, they reacted with a bit of concern. However, they prepared recovery plans just in case, and the driver also worked hard to save time. Miraculously, we completed everything on time without any traffic jams.

While the sightseeing spots were great, I believe it was a good value for the cost. However, I recommend not cramming too much into the itinerary for the later part of the day! (laughs)

早朝に博多駅を出発して熊本→宮崎を巡って18時に博多駅に戻る強行スケジュールです。
工程的に19時に帰りの飛行機な乗らなければならず、そのことをガイドさんにお伝えしたら苦いリアクションをされましたが、もしもの際のリカバリー策などを準備いただき、ドライバーさんも時間短縮に尽力していただき、奇跡的に渋滞もなく時間どおりに完了できました。

観光場所が良いことは勿論ですが、コスパの良い内容だと思いますが、後工程はあまり詰め込まないことをオススメします笑

I was able to sightsee without wasting time, thanks to the perfect time allocation. The bus ride after walking was just the right amount of rest, and I was very satisfied.

ちょうどいい時間配分で無駄なく観光できました。歩き疲れた後のバスでの移動は丁度いい休息となり満足できました。

The tour content matched the description, and despite the rain, it was enjoyable.

On the other hand, for two or more participants, the cost is 3,000 yen per person, while for a single participant, it is quite expensive at 5,000 yen.

There were also many participants in the same tour. It would be nice if there were no additional charges for solo participants and a minimum number of participants were set.

ツアーの内容は説明文と相違なく、雨が振りながらも楽しめたものでした。

一方、2名以上の参加で一人当たり3,000円に対して1名の参加は5,000円とかなり割高。

同じツアーの参加者も1人が多くかった。
催行最少人数を決めて、1人参加費用の割増がないとうれしい。

It was a hot day, but I was surprised to see many people of various ages coming to visit. It became a wonderful and memorable trip.

I only trekked for three hours to Shiratani Unsuikyo, but I was very satisfied as the weather changed from sunny to foggy to rainy, allowing me to see various aspects of nature! The guide's explanations were clear and easy to understand, and they were also very skilled at taking photos. Thank you very much, Mr. S. I will definitely visit again.

I thought the tour guide would accompany us and that they would handle the explanations, so I expected them to join us in exploring the village. If it was just free exploration upon arrival, I’m glad I chose the cheaper tour that doesn’t include lunch.

添乗員さん同行となっていたし、説明もお任せ下さいとかかれていたから、一緒に集落を回ってくれるのかと思っていた。現地について自由散策だけだったら、昼食がついていない、お安い方のツアーでよかった…
