I also love airplanes (especially ANA), and my elementary school child is a big fan of ANA as well, so we visited for the first time as a family. We were able to observe the training of ground staff, cabin crew, cargo and ground handling staff, maintenance personnel, and pilots. There were also exhibits and explanation corners related to each profession, and we got to hear interesting behind-the-scenes stories from the current ANA employees, which was very engaging and left the whole family extremely satisfied. This was my first time participating in a bus tour alone. I knew that there would be many Chinese participants on this overseas tour, but there were delays due to some people arriving late or not showing up at all, which caused our departure to be quite late.
