I participated in this bus tour, but unfortunately, the service was very poor, and I cannot recommend it.
1. Tour Guide's Response
The tour guide was Chinese and had limited Japanese skills, making communication difficult. Additionally, they seemed inexperienced with the tour's progression, and information sharing about meeting places and times was insufficient.
2. Mistake in Meeting Place Guidance
There was no announcement regarding the meeting place or itinerary changes, and we ended up waiting in the wrong location. Afterward, we headed to the correct meeting place, but the bus ended up passing by the original location where we were waiting. If there had been an explanation when I called about the delay, we wouldn't have needed to move unnecessarily. It was very challenging to rush down a crowded street with a small child in the snow and poor footing.
3. Impact of Other Participants' Delays
Other participants arrived significantly late, causing a major delay (about 2 hours). By the time we reached our destination, many shops were closed, ruining the sightseeing experience. The return home was also quite late, which was particularly tough for those with children.
4. Poor Balance Between Cost and Service
I booked this tour because it was cheaper compared to other bus tours, but even at a low price, such poor management is unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, this is a tour I cannot recommend.
I hope for improvements, but as it stands, I cannot consider using this service again.

添乗員の方は中国人の方でしたが、日本語があまりできず、意思疎通が困難でした。加えて、ツアーの進行にも不慣れな様子で、集合場所や時間等情報共有が不十分でした。
2. 集合場所の案内ミス
集合場所や行程変更の案内がなく、私たちは誤った場所で待機することに。その後、正しい集合場所に向かいましたが、結局バスが元々私たちがいた場所を通過する形に。遅れてしまうことをお電話した際に説明があれば無駄に移動する必要はなかったのに、雪が降り足元の悪い中、小さな子どもを連れて混雑した道を急ぐ羽目となり、とても大変でした。
3. 他の参加者の遅刻による影響
他の参加者が大幅に遅れて到着したため、予定より大幅に遅延。(約2時間遅れ)目的地に着いた頃には閉まっている店も多く、せっかくの観光が台無しに。帰宅時間もかなり遅くなり、特に子連れには厳しい状況でした。
4. コストとサービスのバランスが悪い
他のバスツアーと比較して料金が安かったため予約しましたが、安いとはいえ、ここまでお粗末な運営では満足できません。残念ながら、参加をおすすめできないツアーでした。
改善を期待したいですが、今のままでは再利用は考えられません。

I was a bit scared to rent a car for a winter trip to Hokkaido with my aunt, so I decided to sign up for this tour. It was a great decision! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, thinking it would just take us to tourist spots and that I would be surrounded by Chinese tourists. However, the atmosphere on the bus was nice, with 20% Taiwanese and 80% Japanese participants, and our tour guide, Mr. Onodera, was wonderful and very attentive, which made for a fun experience. On my first trip to Okinawa, I booked this bus tour. Although it started early in the morning, it turned out to be a fulfilling bus tour. There was one person who felt more like a companion than a bus guide. Instead of a traditional guide, we listened to various information through a small radio-like device with earphones.
The first stop was Nago Pineapple Park, which was smaller than I expected, but I spent quite a bit of time exploring the souvenir area. It was disappointing that the pineapples were imported during the winter season. The pineapple wine was delicious and had a gentle flavor.
The Churaumi Aquarium had fewer exhibits due to construction. The whale shark is famous, but it was unfortunate that most of the other fish were ones I could see in the Kanto region. I'm glad I had the opportunity to visit since I've always wanted to go there. The sea turtles were adorable!
We also went to the beach, and the waters of Okinawa were refreshing and beautiful. It made me want to return. Since rental car prices are high, I thought taking a tour was a good option. My first experience in Okinawa and the bus tour was a great experience. Thank you!

バスガイドと言うより、付き添いみたいな方が1人です。
バスガイドの代わりに（？）小さいラジオのような機械にイヤホンを刺して、色々話を聞きます。
まず最初に着いたのが名護パイナップルパークです、思ったより小さかったですが、充実したせいかギリギリまでお土産コーナーなどを見ていました。
冬の季節はパイナップルは外国産だったのが残念です。
パイナップルのワインは美味しかったです、優しいお味でした。
美ら海水族館は工事中のため少し見る数は減りました。
ジンベイザメだけ有名です、あとは関東に行けば見れる魚ばかりだったのが残念でした。
いつか行きたいと思っていたのでこの機会で行けたのは良かったです…
ウミガメは可愛かったです〜。
あとは海に行きました、沖縄の海は気持ちよく、綺麗でした。
また行きたいなと感じさせる海でした〜。
レンタカー代が高いので、ツアーで行くのもありだなと思いました。
初めての沖縄、バスツアーは良き経験でした。

Thanks to the nice judgment of the guide and the driver, we were able to fully enjoy all three locations safely, considering the snow forecast and road conditions during the middle of the three-day weekend. However, thanks to our guide Yoshioka's appropriate encouragement, perfect pacing, and consideration, I was able to reach the end. Walking in the snow was challenging, but he taught us how to walk properly, so I started to get the hang of it. I learned a lot, not just about mountain climbing but also various other things. I'm really glad I participated because I was able to see such beautiful scenery.
大寒波の影響でここ最近は縄文杉までたどり着けないことが多いと聞き、途中まででも行ければいいかと思いながらの参加でした。

It was my first time in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. We had 2 hours of free time in Hida Takayama and 2 hours in Shirakawa-go. The time in Takayama was just right, but 2 hours in Shirakawa-go was not enough. This was because the walking path to the viewpoint I wanted to visit was closed due to snow, so the only option was the shuttle bus, which had a long line of about an hour to board. In the end, it was certain that I wouldn't make it back in time for the bus departure, so I reluctantly gave up (tears). Since the shuttle bus only came every 20 minutes, I think anyone wanting to go to the viewpoint during this season needs at least 3 hours of free time... Other than that, I was very satisfied! I was also able to buy the water pudding. About 90% of the tour participants were foreigners, but there were no particular issues.

それ以外はとても満足できました！

ツアー参加者の9割くらいは外国の方ですがとくに問題はなかったです。

It was great to see the actual training scenes during the guided tour led by ANA Group employees inside BLUE BASE! The experience felt like being at an airport, with wonderful touches like a 2D barcode resembling a boarding pass upon entry.

On our way from Kyoto to Amanohashidate, we took the wrong highway, and as soon as we exited the interchange, we had to make a U-turn in front of the toll booth and get back on the highway. I had wanted to visit Shirakawa-go for a long time, so when I saw the limited-time light-up tour, I thought I had to go and participated. In the end, it was definitely the right decision! Shirakawa-go had amazing scenery even during the day, so I was already satisfied with that. I thought the light-up area was a bit smaller than I expected, but the atmosphere changed from the daytime to a magical scene at night. Since I had some time, I warmed up in the hot springs in Shirakawa-go, and as someone who loves hot springs, the slightly slippery water quality was just fantastic. The guide on the bus back shared interesting stories, so the time didn't feel long at all. I ended up sleeping on the way back, though, haha. It was also convenient to go from Kanazawa. Thank you very much!

The emotion I felt when I walked to Cape Kamoi and stood at the tip was incredible! It was a nice day with not much wind, but I imagined how difficult it must have been for people in the past to walk to such a point in bad weather and strong winds. It was a journey that made me reflect on the greatness of nature and the connection between humans and it.
I drove along the coastline and was captivated by the deep blue sea and the strange rock formations. Unfortunately, the sea urchin rice bowl was out of season, but I definitely want to try the sea urchin from Shakotan next time.

From the top of Mount Usu, I was moved by the grandeur of Showa Shinzan and Lake Toya, the miracles of the Earth, and the local efforts to coexist with active volcanoes.
Usually, the temperature is significantly lower when getting off the ropeway compared to the base of the mountain, but this time I didn't mind at all and was able to fully appreciate the scenery from the heart.
I sat next to someone of the opposite sex who was also traveling alone on the bus, and our conversation picked up along the way, making me feel the joy of travel once again.

The weather was nice, and the mystique of Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Amano Kawara was very strong. The guide was Chinese and had no issues with Japanese or English, effectively communicating the features of the tourist spots in Japanese, which helped me understand them well. The bus driver was also a pleasant person. It was a long day from 8:00 to 18:30, but it was truly an interesting day that flew by.

This was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and I considered going to more remote islands on my own, but I became anxious about the possibility of not being able to secure a ferry reservation, especially given the recent over-tourism I’ve been experiencing in the area. So, I decided to join a tour.
As a result, I was able to efficiently visit three islands and get a glimpse of their charm. The guides were all unique and had their own styles, and they were very good at communicating, which made it a lot of fun.
I think I could have managed to visit each island on my own, but the tour included lunch and transportation with the guide, which felt like a great deal. I realized that starting with a guided tour to explore the highlights and then diving deeper into the places that interest me as a repeat visitor might be the best approach.
Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy with occasional light rain, so I was glad I opted for a bus tour instead of walking or biking around Taketomi Island. However, since we traveled by car to the sightseeing spots, the time spent on the island felt a bit short, and I wished I could have stayed longer. I didn’t have a chance to buy souvenirs except on Yubu Island.
The guide for the jungle cruise was positive, saying that even though it was raining, there were still good things about it, which I appreciated. When the guide expressed disappointment about the weather multiple times, I thought that the most disappointed people were the guests who traveled from afar, and I couldn’t help but think they should offer a discount (though not specifically for this tour).
初石垣島、自力でさらに離島に行くことも考えましたが船の予約が取れないこともあると見て、昨今のオーバーツーリズムを日々実感する地域から行くこともあって不安になりツアーに申し込むことに。
結果三島を効率よく巡って魅力の一端を感じることが出来ました。登場したガイドさんも三者三様で個性的で、皆さんお話がお上手でとても楽しかったです。
それぞれの島に行くだけなら自力でも行けたかなとは思いますが、昼食まで付いてガイドさんも送迎も付いてとてもお得感はあり、やはり最初は解説付きで巡って気になるところをリピーターとして深掘りするのが良いのかなと思いました。
あいにく曇り空に時々小雨といった天気だったので竹富島はフリー歩きや自転車にせずバスツアーにしておいて良かったなと思いますが、見どころ地点に車で行く分？時間が短いのでもう少し島内にいたかったなあとは思いました。由布島以外ではお土産を買うチャンスはありませんでした。
ジャングルクルーズのガイドさんは雨だけど逆に良いこともあると前向きに話して下さってありがたかったです。
ガイドさんに何度もお天気を残念がられると一番残念なのは遠方から来る客の方だしじゃあ値引きしてくれと思っちゃうので(こちらのツアーのことではないです)。
The cruise ship in Iriomote Island is on the right side. I think it's better to go towards the front of the water buffalo cart for a more enjoyable experience.

1. The staff on that day were not very proficient in Japanese, which made communication difficult. There was a mistake regarding the bus stop when we gathered in the morning.
2. Due to heavy snowfall in the days leading up to your visit, Shirakawa-go experienced traffic congestion, and on that day, there was an accident causing a traffic jam at the Shirakawa-go Tunnel. It was a mistake to drop you off at a different location to avoid delays. With customers from various countries, it was rash to make the decision to disembark without being able to explain properly to each individual.
We will strengthen our management and training moving forward.

しらかわ様、悪い経験をさせてしまい、大変申し訳ございません。 その日、たくさんのハプニングが起こったのは事実で、弁解するつもりはないですが、事情をご説明させてください。 1. その日のスタッフは日本語があまり上手ではありません、うまく伝えれないところはあります。朝集合しているときに、バスバースの間違いでした。 2 連日大雪で、白川郷は渋滞で、入るのは1時間以上かかる日もあり、当日は事故で白川郷トンネルで交通渋滞が発生しており、無駄がないようにいつもと違うところに降車させたのはまた大間違いでした。色んな国のお客様がおり、一人ずつにうまく説明できなければ、降車する判断は軽率でした。今後は管理と教育を強化していきます。
お客様の気持ちを痛感しております。改めてお詫び申し上げます。
