The tour guide was very nice and assisted us in both Japanese and English. For lunch, we had a delicious fish dish. My companion, who doesn't eat fish, was accommodated with a tempura lunch instead. I am grateful to the tour guide and the restaurant staff. We also enjoyed the weather at Yanbaru National Park and Cape Hedo. It was a well-planned tour.

Since it was a tour, there were time limits at each location, which made it a bit busy, but I was prepared for that from the reviews I had read, so it didn't bother me too much. It was a fulfilling experience to visit tourist attractions that are hard to cover on your own in just one day. I was especially happy that my mother, who I took without telling her the destination, was so delighted! She was also impressed by the guide's singing. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

This time, since there were only a few of us, we were taken in a van by the guide who also drove.
Because there were only a few people, the gathering was very organized, and the timetable was spot on.
The one-star deduction is because the van was cramped with so many people. I wish they had at least used a microbus... that's the reason for the deduction.

I observed the actual training of ground staff, cabin crew, and maintenance personnel, and I could feel ANA's warmth and reassurance in their sincere dedication to even the smallest details. Finally, there were mock-ups of the business class seats, boarding bridge operations, and cockpit, and we had a great time taking photos, which left us very satisfied!

We gathered at the meeting point, which was the tourist bus parking lot under the GOGODAY flag. When we arrived, almost all the tour buses had the GOGODAY flag displayed, and we searched for our bus but couldn't find it. While we were standing there, a foreign guide called out to us, and just when we thought we could finally board, we were told that the bus wasn't parked in the lot. Instead, we had to walk about 200 meters to a convenience store parking lot, where we found not a bus, but a 10-seater Hiace wagon. We ended up being exactly 10 passengers. As expected, the interior was so cramped that we could barely move. During the ride to the first destination, the uncomfortable vehicle made me feel unwell, and I thought I couldn't take it anymore, so I decided to give up on the tour and canceled. After that, I returned to Kyoto Station using public transportation.

Unfortunately, due to a rare cold wave bringing heavy snowfall, the morning news advised people planning to visit Shirakawa-go to change their plans.
With some anxiety, I approached the reception counter, and was lightly told, "We're going." With mixed feelings, I boarded the bus.
The driver skillfully navigated the snowy roads, allowing me to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The passengers were mostly foreigners, and the guide provided information in both Japanese and fluent English. Having both languages doubled the experience, and the guide kept the conversation going. I thought it was impressive how they managed to engage everyone with a humorous storytelling style, showing great care for the guests.
On the way back, some people were delayed due to the heavy snow and missed the meeting time, so we arrived in Takayama a bit late, but we were able to catch the limited express to Gero as scheduled.
The snow-covered gassho-zukuri village was just as I had imagined. It was very cold, but I was able to experience the true winter atmosphere of the gassho-zukuri village, and the professional guidance from Nohi Bus made the experience even more enjoyable.
生憎、数年に一度の寒波で大雪となり、朝のニュースで白川郷に行く予定の人は予定を変更するようにと呼びかけていました。

運転手さんは雪道を危なげなくスルスルと運転するので安心して景色を楽しむことができました。
お客さんは、ほぼ外国人でガイドさんは日本語と流暢な英語で案内してくれました。両方なので2倍になり、ずっと話をしていました。大変だなあと思いつつ笑いを誘う楽しい語り口は神技だなあと思いました。気遣いも凄く良かったです。
帰りは大雪と集合時間に間に合わなかった人もいて高山に着くのが少し遅れましたが、下呂に行く特急に予定通り乗れました。
豪雪の合掌造りの村はイメージ通りで、すごく寒かったけど、イメージ通りの真冬の合掌造りの村を体験でき、濃飛バスのプロの案内で楽しさ倍増でした。

We were blessed with great weather, a wonderful guide, and a safe driver, and we finally visited the snowy Shirakawa-go, which we had always wanted to see! Although there was reportedly less snow than usual, we were very satisfied. The view of the illuminated Shirakawa-go from the observation deck was magical. I made a reservation on the start date and had been looking forward to it. The explanations from the real flight attendants were great; they answered many of our questions and kindly explained things to the children's simple inquiries, which made it very enjoyable! The Churaumi Aquarium was great, but the Nago Pineapple Park we visited before it was not as good as I expected. We didn't have time for lunch, and while it was suggested to get takeout on Kouri Island, there weren't many options available. The Churaumi Aquarium was also crowded, making it difficult to even grab a snack. I think it would be better to include a place for lunch in the itinerary without the Pineapple Park.

If I have the chance again, I would like to take my time exploring each island.

Okinawa is a place where you can't get around for sightseeing without a car. Since we are a pair of seniors, we couldn't rent a car for sightseeing, so we participated in this tour. It was great that we could efficiently enjoy the sights. I didn't want to struggle with choosing a restaurant for dinner, so I opted for the dinner option. I was satisfied with the taste and quantity of the food, as well as the chef's performance.

It was a tour to see the Shirakawa-go light-up. This plan did not include tickets for the observation deck at night, but since we made it to the observation deck during the daytime, it was not a problem. It seems that as long as you arrive during the daytime, you can go.
Personally, I appreciated the bus transportation and the meal, but I also enjoyed the introduction from the guide about the scattered villages of the Tonami Plain, the lotus root fields of Kaga vegetables, and the fairy tale village along the way from Kanazawa City to Shirakawa-go.
The meal was just the right amount.
Since the Shirakawa-go light-up is limited to those who have made reservations and the dining options are also limited, I personally recommend this tour!

I recommend wearing ski resort-like attire since it gets cold in winter. It was reassuring to have a flashlight as suggested by the tour. Since it's slippery, I think snow boots would be a good choice

The tour guide also provided helpful advice on how to enjoy the area, making for a great experience. Next time, I’d like to see Shirakawa-go in the summer without worrying about time.

It was very enjoyable to be able to visit the main tourist attractions by bus. I think it was a great deal since it included souvenirs and admission to the aquarium! There were times when I felt there wasn't enough time, but I was satisfied because we could go to various places.
However, there were many foreign tourists, and some people were late for the bus meeting time. We ended up waiting for those who were late, which pushed our total time back by about 30 minutes, so that was disappointing. I think it depends on luck, but it can be a bit frustrating, so it might not be suitable for those who are particular about time management.
Aside from that point, everything was very good.

It was great to efficiently visit attractions like the Churaumi Aquarium by sightseeing bus. The tour was mostly with foreigners (many from China and South Korea), but I had a fun time sightseeing. Next time, I would like to join a different tour as a solo participant again. Being able to get on and off right in front of my hotel (Orion Hotel Naha) was also a plus.

This is a day trip bus tour departing from Hakata Station. The bus ride takes about two hours each way. However, even with the travel time, the mystical scenery and solemn shrines are worth seeing. There seem to be several locations that are said to be "the place of the Amano Iwato," and Amano Iwato Shrine is one of them. This was primarily a bus tour in Chinese. Aside from us and another group of Japanese tourists, most of the participants were from Chinese-speaking regions, but it was not a problem. Our guide, Mr. Zhang, provided explanations in Japanese very politely.
One particularly impressive site was the Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, which is said to have a landscape like an "entrance to another world." After passing through the shrine and climbing further up the slope, we enjoyed a solemn view at a wind hole.
When I visited before, I had to give up on Aso Nakadake because it was off-limits, but this time we were able to visit it somehow. It was lucky that we boarded the bus just before it was closed due to volcanic gas.
