For us who do not use a car, it was a bus tour that took us to the places we wanted to go. First of all, the driver was truly wonderful, and it was impressive to see him respond with a smile to those who were a bit late, saying, "It's okay!" It had been 15 years since I last visited Okinawa, and I was surprised yet very pleased to see that Manza Beach had been developed and that a huge place called American Village had been built. I'm really glad I participated in this tour.

車を使用しない私たちにとって、行きたいところに連れて行ってくれるバスツアーでした。
まず運転手さんが本当に素晴らしい方で、少し時間に遅れ恐縮している方にも「大丈夫ですよ〜」と、笑顔で対応されているのが印象的でした。
15年ぶりの沖縄でしたが、万座毛が整備されていたり、アメリカンビレッジという巨大な場所が出来ていたりと、驚きつつもとても楽しめて、このツアーに参加して本当によかったです。

It's amazing. This was my third time participating, but it always feels fresh. I hope to go again someday. The souvenirs are also limited, so there's definitely something to see.

I received various explanations from active flight attendants, and it was very easy to understand. It was great to see the training of staff from different job roles. I think those being observed might not feel very comfortable, though. I was a bit moved when I saw the training for the escape slide and when the trainees came down. I probably won't have the chance to see that again.

It was my first time visiting Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso since my middle school trip! I had a delicious lunch and spent a wonderful time at Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, which was truly lovely! It was a great deal.

I also want to thank the driver and guide for their excellent service; I would love to request them again if the opportunity arises! Thank you very much!!

I was deeply impressed by the beauty of Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. I spent a whole day visiting these four places and enjoyed their unique charm and atmosphere. However, if I could wish for anything, it would be to explore each one more slowly. I spent quite a bit of time waiting in long lines to receive each temple's goshuin, but I was satisfied with that experience. Additionally, the guide was very kind and made the tour enjoyable, which was great.

伏見稲荷大社、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山、それぞれの素晴らしさに、感激しました。
1日かけて4か所を巡り、それぞれの美や風情を堪能しましたが、欲を言えば、
一つ一つをもっとゆっくりと巡りたいと思いました。
それぞれの御朱印をいただくために、長蛇の列に並んだので、それに時間を
使ってしまったのですが、それはそれで、満足してます。
それから、ガイドさんが、とても親切で、楽しく、いてくださってよかったです。

My first time in Ishigaki Island. Since I usually don't drive, I searched for a good sightseeing bus tour and found this one. Because my return flight was in the evening, I really appreciated the half-day tour packed with Ishigaki Island's attractions. The ending time was just right.

The most impressive part was the stunning view of Kabira Bay, known for its Kabira Blue. I chose the glass-bottom boat as an option, and it was a great decision. The water was so clear that it felt like I was walking underwater, observing the marine life. The Yae-Yama Palm at Maehama offered a bit of a jungle experience. At Tamatorizaki Observatory, I could see the boundary between the East China Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The lunch at Auntie Poza's table was also delicious. The guide was very articulate, and I had a wonderful time.

On the day of the tour, there was a marathon happening, and I was told that our return time might be delayed, but in the end, we were almost on time and made it to the flight without any issues.

I highly recommend this tour.

初めての石垣島。普段自動車の運転をしないので、良い観光バスツアーがないかと検索をしてたどりついたのがこのツアーでした。帰りの飛行機の時間が夕刻のため、半日で石垣島の観光名所が盛りだくさんの内容がとても良かったです。終了時刻もちょうどいいタイミングでした。
一番印象に残ったのは川平ブルーの川平湾の素晴らしい景色でした。グラスボートをオプションで選択したのですが大正解でした。とても透き通っているので海中散歩をしているみたいに海の中の様子をうかがえました。米原ヤエヤマヤシはちょっとしたジャングル体験。玉取崎展望台では、東シナ海と太平洋の境目を見ることが出来ました。ポーザーおばさんの食卓での昼食もおいしかったです。ガイドさんもとても話がうまく、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
当日はちょうどマラソンの実施日で帰着時刻がおそくなるかもといわれていたものの、結果的にはほぼ遅れもなく、無事に飛行機にも乗れました。
とてもおすすめのツアーです。

The tour was primarily conducted in Chinese, but there were also some explanations in Japanese, which was not a problem. The distance from Fukuoka to Kumamoto was considerable, and the time spent at tourist sites (strict timekeeping, free time) was short, making it quite a busy experience. However, there were toilet breaks, and the lunch was good, providing satisfaction that exceeded the price. On the bus, I had a great time chatting friendly with a family from Taiwan (using a translation app) and the guide.

中国語対応が主体のツアーでしたが、日本語での説明も少しあり、問題ありませんでした。福岡から熊本までの距離があり、観光地の滞在時間（時間厳守、自由行動）が短いため、大変忙しい思いをしましたが、トイレ休憩あり、ランチも良くお値段以上の満足感はありました。バスの中では、台湾から来られたご家族（翻訳アプリ使用）、ガイドの方とフレンドリーにお話ができて楽しかったです。

As a resident of Sapporo, driving in winter can be challenging, so when it comes to using public transportation, I have to transfer to a bus at Asahikawa Station, which is often crowded and requires a long wait, making it difficult to find a seat. That's why I decided to use this tour.

There are several tours to Asahiyama Zoo, but this one allows for a longer stay of over three hours, which lets you fully enjoy the zoo, unlike others that stop at various sightseeing spots and have shorter zoo visits. The comfortable bus took us right to the entrance of the zoo, making it easier than going on my own.

The guide shared interesting information about the area and Hokkaido during the trip, which was beneficial even for someone like me who lives in Hokkaido.

Regarding the penguin walk, since I visited during a busy weekend, it's important to secure a good spot early, or it can be hard to see. I managed to get a front-row spot just 15 minutes before it started. Also, using an umbrella can be a nuisance to others, so having a hat is a good idea in case it snows.

札幌市民ですが、冬は運転が大変なので公共の交通機関で行くとなると、旭川駅でバスに乗り換え、バスは大混雑で長時間待つことになり座ることもできず・・など時間がかかってしまうので、こちらのツアーを利用しました。
旭山動物園へ行くツアーは他にもいくつかありますが、動物園以外にも観光スポットに立ち寄るため動物園の滞在時間が短く、こちらのツアーは滞在時間が3時間以上あり、動物園を満喫することができました。設備の整ったバスで快適に動物園の門の前まで行くことができ、個人で行くより楽でした。
ガイドさんが道中、そこの土地についてや北海道について紹介してくれ、北海道に住んでいる私にとってもためになる内容でした。
ペンギンの散歩について
週末の混雑している時期に訪れたため、早めに場所取りをしないと見えにくい場所になってしまいます。15分前でぎりぎり前列を確保できました。また傘を使うと他の人の迷惑になってしまうので、帽子があると雪が降ったときなどにいいと思います。

Snorkeling in the crystal-clear sea was amazing. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and overall, I am extremely satisfied!

透き通った海でのシュノーケリングは最高でした。

During the visit, ground staff training was taking place. Additionally, we were able to observe the training facilities for mechanics, cabin attendants, and pilots from above. It's a facility where you can truly feel that daily training supports safe and comfortable air travel.

見学時にはグラウンドスタッフのトレーニングが行われていました。さらに、整備士やキャビンアテンダント、パイロットなどの訓練施設も上から見学することができました。日々の訓練が、安全で快適な空の旅を支えていることを実感できる施設です。

I was worried about the weather on the day, but the local driver and the ox cart guide were very friendly, and it turned out to be a fun day.

当日は天気が悪くどうなるか？と思いましたが　現地のドライバーさん、牛車のガイドさん　大変気さくで楽しい一日になりました。

The scenery of Taketomi Island is unique to Taketomi Island. I wouldn't have known that such views cannot be seen on Ishigaki Island unless I went there.

竹富島の風景は竹富島独自のものなんですね。石垣島であの風景は見られないと、行かなければわからないままでした。

My first time on Iriomote Island. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, but since I had signed up for a tour, I was able to enjoy a visit to Yubu Island to see the mangroves without any worries.

初めての西表島。あいにくの天気でしたがツアーに申込んでいたので、由布島にマングローブ見学に、安心して楽しめました。

I was very satisfied with my trip to the three islands: Iriomote Island, Yubu Island, and Taketomi Island, as I was able to do everything I wanted. I read on other sites that the food wasn't good, but I found it quite tasty. The guide on the cruise in Iriomote Island was entertaining, and I was able to take cute photos with the water buffalo on Yubu Island. I also rode a water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, but the conversations with the guide, the shamisen music, and the scenery were completely different, making each experience enjoyable. Since I had planned my route in advance with a rental bicycle, I was able to efficiently explore the entire island.

西表島、由布島、竹富島と3島めぐりで全てやりたい事ができて大満足です。他サイトで食事が美味しくなかったと書かれていましたが、私には十分美味しかったです。西表島のクルージングでお兄さんのガイドが面白く、由布島でかわいい水牛との写真が撮れました。竹富島でも水牛車に乗りましたが、ガイドさんの会話・三味線や風景が全く違うので、それぞれ楽しかったです。レンタルサイクルで予めルートを決めていたので、効率よく島全体を周る事ができました。

What impressed me the most was how the guide skillfully used three languages and provided dedicated and enthusiastic guidance. The hospitality with a smile was outstanding. I heard they are a student, and I look forward to their future!

It seemed like the main focus of the tour was the Churaumi Aquarium, but since my family has been there several times, we decided to visit Pineapple Park and the Okashi Goten for our own purposes. I wished we could have spent a bit more time for tastings and souvenir shopping, but I understood that it was a bus tour, so I accepted that and was very satisfied. The Churaumi Aquarium was crowded, so we separated from the group and enjoyed a buffet at the Orion Hotel, which was also a lot of fun. Finally, we were dropped off at the Okashi Goten, took a taxi to Hoshino Resort's Banta Cafe to enjoy the sunset, and then enjoyed the Lantern Festival before returning to Naha on our own. I would like to use this service again.

美ら海水族館がメインのツアーのようでしたが我が家は何度か行った事があるのでパイナップルパークとお菓子御殿で離団目的で行きました。試飲やお土産購入でもう少しゆっくりしたかったですが、そこはバスツアーだし仕方ないと割り切りつつ大満足でした。美ら海水族館は混雑しているので離団しオリオンホテルでビュッフェを楽しみゆっくりしてこれもまた楽しかった。最後はお菓子御殿で離団させていただき、タクシーで星野リゾートバンタカフェでサンセットを楽しみその後ランタンフェスティバルを楽しみ個人で那覇に戻りました。また利用したいです。

I have participated in the Blue Hanger Tour several times, but this was my first time attending this one. I was moved to see the training being conducted across all job types and the daily efforts made for safety. There are also exclusive goods available here, which is one of the things I look forward to.

Blue Hanger Tourは何度か参加していますが、こちらには初めて参加しました。実際に訓練されているところを全ての職種で見ることができて、安全のために日々努力されている姿に感動しました。
こちらでしか買えないグッズもあるので、そこも楽しみの一つです。

It was a cold day with snow falling, but I was able to see a group of king penguins on their walk. I've been to the zoo several times, but this was the first time I got to see the penguins' walk, and it was so moving that it made me forget about the cold.

雪の降る寒い日でしたがキングペンギンの集団お散歩を観る事が出来ました。何度か動物園には来ていますが初めてペンギンのお散歩を見れて寒さも吹き飛ぶ位の感動でした。

To be honest, it wasn't very enjoyable. It was my first time at Lake Toya, but after going once, I felt like that was enough. I personally had high hopes for the Ice Festival, but it was more subdued than I expected. Since it didn't look very beautiful at the time I went, it might have been better to join a tour that takes place during darker hours.

I thought the fee for the Ice Festival was included in the tour price, but it turned out to be a pay-on-site situation (even for those who paid in advance, they needed to show a voucher on-site). I overlooked that detail, so I was glad to understand it after hearing the explanation in the vehicle. However, I noticed some fellow passengers (Japanese) from the same bus entering without going through the ticket booth. Since I learned that payment was required in advance, I suspect that other tour booking sites besides Veltra probably don't collect the Ice Festival fee beforehand either, and I felt uncomfortable seeing that passenger enter without paying.

In this day and age, there are foreigners everywhere you go. Please don't take too seriously the reviews mentioning that the bus was noisy; that's just a matter of chance. I think it should be fine for those who don't mind crowds. However, it's safer to avoid weekends and holidays.

The guide was fluent in multiple languages and provided thorough explanations. Thank you to the driver and the guide for your hard work in the cold and snowy weather.

正直言ってあまり楽しくなかった。
洞爺湖以外は初めてでしたが、一回行ったらもういいかなと感じました。
個人的に氷濤まつりに期待していましたが思ったより地味でした。
時間帯的にあまり綺麗に見えなかったので、暗い時間に行われているツアーの方が良かったかも。

氷濤まつりの代金がツアー代金に含まれてるのかと思いきや、現地払い(先払いの人も、現地でパウチャーを見せる必要があるとのこと)でした。
そこを見落としてたので車内で説明を聞いて分かって良かったのですが、明らかにチケット売り場を通さずに入場していく同じバスの同乗客(日本人)を見かけました。
先払いというのを知ったのでVeltraさん以外のツアー予約サイトでもおそらく氷濤まつりの代金は事前に取ってないと思いますが、その客は無銭入場ではないかと感じ、見てて不愉快でした。

このご時世なのでどこ行っても外国人だらけです。他の方の口コミにあるバスの中がうるさいとかは、ガチャ要素なのであまり信じないで下さい。
人混みが嫌いでない人なら大丈夫かと思います。なお、週末と祝日は避けた方が無難です。

ガイドさんは複数の言語を流暢にこなしていて、説明も丁寧でした。
運転手さん、ガイドさん、寒くて吹雪いてる中大変お疲れ様でした。

The guide provided various explanations on the bus, allowing us to efficiently explore. I'm glad we chose the plan with meals since the shops were crowded. Lastly, I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy the hot springs in Shirakawa-go!

The tour guide was very nice and assisted us in both Japanese and English. For lunch, we had a delicious fish dish. My companion, who doesn't eat fish, was accommodated with a tempura lunch instead. I am grateful to the tour guide and the restaurant staff. We also enjoyed the weather at Yanbaru National Park and Cape Hedo. It was a well-planned tour.

添乗員さんはとても良い方で、日本語だけじゃなく英語でも対応してくれました。お昼はとっても美味しいお魚料理でした。私の連れはお魚がだめというわがままも聞いてくれてお昼を天ぷらに替えて頂きました。添乗員さんとお店の方に感謝です。

Since it was a tour, there were time limits at each location, which made it a bit busy, but I was prepared for that from the reviews I had read, so it didn't bother me too much. It was a fulfilling experience to visit tourist attractions that are hard to cover on your own in just one day. I was especially happy that my mother, who I took without telling her the destination, was so delighted! She was also impressed by the guide's singing. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

ツアーなので1箇所ごと時間に制限があったのでやや忙しくはありましたが、元々口コミなどでも見て覚悟はしていたのであまり気になりませんでした。自力では中々回りきれない観光名所に1日で行けるので十分な内容でした。
行き先を教えず連れて行った母が何より喜んでくれたのが嬉しかったです！
ガイドさんの歌にも感激していました。
また機会があればお世話になりたいと思いました。

Previously, when I visited Shirakawa-go in winter, unfortunately, there was no snowfall. However, this time I was able to see the snowy Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, which was wonderful. Additionally, the stories from the bilingual guide were interesting and created great memories.

以前、冬に白川郷を訪れたときは、残念ながら積雪がありませんでしたが、今回は雪の白川郷・五箇山を見ることができてすばらしかったです。また、バイリンガルのガイドの方の話も面白く、いい思い出になりました。

The person who attended to us spoke warmly, and we were able to enjoy the tour. I observed the actual training of ground staff, cabin crew, and maintenance personnel, and I could feel ANA's warmth and reassurance in their sincere dedication to even the smallest details. Finally, there were mock-ups of the business class seats, boarding bridge operations, and cockpit, and we had a great time taking photos, which left us very satisfied!

アテンドしてくださった方の話し方に温かみがあり、楽しくツアーを体験できました。
地上係員、CA、整備士さんの実際の訓練の様子を拝見しましたが、小さな事にも誠実なこだわりを持って、真摯に取り組む姿に、ANAのあったか、あんしんを感じることができました。最後に、ビジネスクラスのシートやボーディングブリッジ操作、コックピットなどのモックアップがあり、楽しく撮影会も出来て大満足でした！

When we arrived at the meeting place, the tourist bus parking lot, we found that almost all the tour buses had the GOGODAY flag displayed. We searched for our bus, but there was none to be found. While we were standing there, a foreign guide approached us, and just when we thought we could finally board, we were told that the bus wasn't parked in the lot. Instead, we had to walk about 200 meters to a convenience store parking lot, where we found not a bus, but a 10-seater Hiace wagon. We ended up being exactly 10 passengers. As expected, the interior was so cramped that we could barely move. During the ride to our first destination, the uncomfortable vehicle made me feel unwell, and I decided that I couldn't take it anymore, so I canceled the tour. After that, I returned to Kyoto Station using public transportation.

集合場所、観光バス駐車場でGOGODAYの旗の下に集合ということで行ってみると ほとんどのツアーバスがGOGODAYの旗が掲げられてて、私達が乗るバスを探し回るが該当するバスは無く、その場で佇んでいたら、外国人のガイドさんから声がかかり、やっと乗れると思いきや、バスは駐車場内には止めて無いと言う事で200ｍ程歩かされたコンビニの駐車場で、そこに待機してたのはバスで無く10名乗りのハイエースワゴンに私達乗って丁度10名の客が乗りました、案の定車内は身動きもできないほどのキツキツな状態で最初の目的地までの道中、快適とは言えない車に揺られながらいると気分がすぐれなくなり、これ以上無理だと思い このツアーをあきらめてキャンセルしました。その後 公共交通機関で京都駅までもどりました。

Unfortunately, due to a rare cold wave bringing heavy snowfall, the morning news advised people planning to visit Shirakawa-go to change their plans.

With some anxiety, I approached the reception counter, and was lightly told, "We're going." With mixed feelings, I boarded the bus.

The driver skillfully navigated the snowy roads, allowing me to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The passengers were mostly foreigners, and the guide provided information in both Japanese and fluent English. Having both languages doubled the experience, and the guide kept the conversation going. I thought it was impressive how they managed to engage everyone with a humorous storytelling style, showing great care for the guests.

On the way back, some people were delayed due to the heavy snow and missed the meeting time, so we arrived in Takayama a bit late, but we were able to catch the limited express to Gero as scheduled.

The snow-covered gassho-zukuri village was just as I had imagined. It was very cold, but I was able to experience the true winter atmosphere of the gassho-zukuri village, and the professional guidance from Nohi Bus made the experience even more enjoyable.

生憎、数年に一度の寒波で大雪となり、朝のニュースで白川郷に行く予定の人は予定を変更するようにと呼びかけていました。

不安を抱えながら受付カウンターへ行くと軽く「行きますよ」との事、複雑な気持ちでバスに乗り込みました。

運転手さんは雪道を危なげなくスルスルと運転するので安心して景色を楽しむことができました。

お客さんは、ほぼ外国人でガイドさんは日本語と流暢な英語で案内してくれました。両方なので2倍になり、ずっと話をしていました。大変だなあと思いつつ笑いを誘う楽しい語り口は神技だなあと思いました。気遣いも凄く良かったです。

帰りは大雪と集合時間に間に合わなかった人もいて高山に着くのが少し遅れましたが、下呂に行く特急に予定通り乗れました。

豪雪の合掌造りの村はイメージ通りで、すごく寒かったけど、イメージ通りの真冬の合掌造りの村を体験でき、濃飛バスのプロの案内で楽しさ倍増でした。

Thank you for guiding me through Shirakawa-go in the heavy snow. The gassho-zukuri looked even more beautiful in the blanket of white. Maybe it was snowing a bit too much!

I had seen pictures, so I thought I knew what to expect, but when I actually visited, I was moved by the beauty of the old Japanese houses in the snow. I felt that going during the snowy season was the right choice.

写真は見ていたので知っているつもりになっていたけど、実際に行ってみて、雪の中の古い日本家屋の美しさに感動しました。雪のある時期に行くのは正解だと感じました。
