Since it was a tour for foreigners, I was the only Japanese person. The tour guide was also a foreigner, but they were very considerate and made an effort to explain things in Japanese. I was satisfied with the rich sightseeing experience. At the bear farm, it was adorable to see the bears waving their hands to get food.

外国の方向けのツアーだったので、日本人は私だけでした。ツアーガイドさんも外国の方でしたが、すごく気を遣って頂き、頑張って日本語で説明してもらえました。
観光も充実して満足しました。熊牧場では、熊が餌をもらうのに手を振っているのが可愛いかったです。

It was a sightseeing trip I had been looking forward to.

Although the weather was cloudy at the time of departure, I had a wonderful time enjoying the autumn leaves under the clear blue sky in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, savoring the local flavors right from the morning.

The guide was very kind, allowing me to explore the unfamiliar city with peace of mind.

I definitely want to use this service again on my next opportunity.

楽しみにしていた観光でした。
出発時は曇天の空模様でしたが、飛騨高山、白川郷と素晴らしく晴れて青空のなか紅葉を愛でながら朝イチやその土地の味に舌鼓をうちながら大変楽しく過ごしました。

添乗してくれた方もとても親切で安心して初めての街を散策できました。

又次の機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

I was looking forward to this tour because I was satisfied with the bus tour the day before, but I think the guide was originally from China and spoke for 50 minutes straight in Chinese, which seemed to bewilder the other participants as well. The bus company from the previous day provided headphones, which was very good. I also felt that the bus seats were cramped. The buffet was not tasty, so I think I will avoid this tour next time.

初めての北海道で前日のバスツアーに満足したこともあり期待しての参加でしたが、ガイドさんはもともと中国の人だと思いますが、中国人向けの話(説明？)が中国語で50分ぶっ続け、他の参加者も呆れたのではないかと感じました。前日のバス会社はイヤホン🎧️でとても良かったです。バスの椅子も狭く感じました。バイキングも不味かったし次回参加の際はこのツアーは避けようと思います。

This time, I enjoyed a water buffalo mangrove tour at Yubu Island and a glass-bottom boat ride and water buffalo experience at Taketomi Island.

The crossing from Iriomote Island to Yubu Island by water buffalo was quick, but it was a fun time. I was able to interact with the water buffalo and take pictures together.

It was a pity that I didn't have enough time to explore Taketomi Island. I would like to have a chance to do it again.

西表島から由布島へ水牛で渡るのがあっと言う間でしたが楽しい時間でした。水牛と触れ合い一緒に写真も撮る事ができました。
竹富島は時間が短く島の散策が出来なかったのが残念でした。
また、リベンジしたいと思います。

We were the only Japanese participants. The guide was fluent in Japanese and Chinese, providing thorough explanations, and the passengers were well-mannered, making the bus ride very comfortable.

First, we had two hours of free time in Takayama, where we enjoyed sightseeing at Takayama Jinya, sampling local foods, and shopping for souvenirs.

After that, we traveled by bus for about an hour and had another two hours of free time in Shirakawa-go. We were able to go to the observation deck, where the autumn leaves were at their peak, offering truly breathtaking views.

It was a fantastic day trip, allowing us to fully enjoy both Takayama and Shirakawa-go!

参加者は私たちだけが日本人でした。
ガイドさんは日本語、中国語が堪能で、丁寧な説明をしていただき、乗客はマナーが良くバス内はとても快適でした。
まず高山で2時間の自由時間があり、高山陣屋の見学、食べ歩きやお土産の購入と満喫しました。
そこから１時間ほどバスで移動し、白川郷でも2時間の自由時間がありました。展望台まで行くことができ、紅葉が見頃でまさに絶景でした。
一日で高山と白川郷を満喫でき、日帰りにもかかわらず最高の旅でした！

I participated with a friend. Thank you to our bus guide, Maria! She is amazing, fluent in both Japanese and English, and can speak four languages! She was kind, polite, and I became a fan of hers! Most of the people on the bus were foreigners, but we adhered to the meeting time and moved on time. She provided detailed explanations of each landmark in English! I was staying at a hotel in Osaka, but I was moved by how much I enjoyed the trip to Kyoto starting from Namba! I definitely want to use this service again! (^O^)

友達と2人で参加しました。バスガイドさんのマリアさん、お世話になりました！日本語も英語も堪能で四カ国語話せるすごい方！そして優しくて丁寧でファンになりました！バスの中はほとんどが外国の方でしたが、集合時間もしっかり守りon timeで移動できました。各名所の説明も英語で丁寧にしてくれました！大阪のホテルに滞在していましたが、なんば発で京都旅行を満喫でき感動しました！また是非利用したいです！(^O^)

I had wanted to visit Shirakawa-go for a long time, so I found this tour and participated. First, in Takayama, we had a 2-hour walking time. I was able to enjoy food sampling in the old town. Next, we moved to Shirakawa-go, where we also had a 2-hour walking time. It was the perfect season for autumn leaves, and I was able to see beautiful scenery. There were many foreign participants on this tour, but the guide kindly explained everything in Japanese. I had a wonderful day enjoying the scenery and food sampling. Thank you very much.

以前より白川郷に行ってみたく、今回のツアーを見つけ参加しました。まずは飛騨高山では、2時間の散策時間がありました。古い町並みにて食べ歩きを楽しむことができました。次に白川郷へ移動し、ここでも2時間の散策時間がありました。ちょうど紅葉の時期で美しい景色を見ることができました。このツアーでは、外国人の参加者が多かったですが、ガイドの方は日本語で丁寧に説明してくださいました。景色や食べ歩きなど楽しい1日を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

It was pleasant to have a bright atmosphere and quick responses to any troubles. The autumn leaves were also starting to change, which felt nice. The food was good, but since I was in the countryside, it would have been great to have explanations or recommendations that highlighted local specialties, rather than just what you can find in urban areas.

There are many things that you can only learn by participating, and I'm glad I came. I was moved to see a few top masters at the mechanic training booth.

参加しなければ知り得ることが出来ないことが沢山あり、来て良かったです。
整備士の訓練ブースで、数名しかいないトップマイスターの方を拝見することが出来、感激しました。

I participated in a day trip tour to Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi Islands. The smooth flow, easy-to-understand and fun guide—everything was excellent. While organizing photos of my mother who recently passed away, I came across a joyful picture of her riding a water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, which made me want to go and join the tour. It was a very satisfying tour. Next time, I plan to bring my grandchildren and participate again. Thank you to all the staff.

西表、由布、竹富島日帰りツアーに参加したきました。
スムーズな流れ、わかりやすく楽しいガイド、どれも最高でした。先日亡くなった母の写真を整理していたら、水牛車に乗って由布島にわたる楽しそうな写真を見て、行って見たくなりツアーに参加しました。
とても満足のいくツアーでした。
今度は孫を連れて再度参加したあと思っています。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

I enjoyed watching the performance while the food was being seasoned. It was a great memory for my friend, as we got to enjoy not only the steak but also Okinawan vegetables like purple sweet potatoes and papaya. I'm glad we chose the dinner option.

調理される方が味付けされる時のパフォーマンスが見ていて楽しかったです。ステーキだけでなく紅芋やパパイヤなど沖縄の野菜もいただけてよい思い出になったと友人に喜ばれました。ディナー付きを選んでよかったです。

I was really worried about whether I could complete it due to my usual lack of exercise. However, with encouragement from the guide and everyone in the group, I was simply moved when I finally arrived at Jomon Sugi. I'm glad I was able to see it while I can still move.

日頃の運動不足から完遂出来るか不安でなりませんでした。
ガイドさんやパーティの皆に励まされ、無事縄文杉に到着出来た時にはただただ感動でした。
まだ動ける内に見に行けて良かったです。

This Nagasaki sightseeing bus tour is divided into morning and afternoon courses, and you can participate in just the morning or just the afternoon, but it's more economical to join both.

The morning course includes visits to the Atomic Bomb Museum, Peace Park, and Dejima, where you can get off the bus and explore. The afternoon course includes the Confucius Shrine and Glover Garden, which requires an additional fee, as well as the Oura Church. There is a lunch break of about an hour and a half at Nagasaki Station between the morning and afternoon courses.

Nagasaki has many hills, so walking around on your own can be quite challenging. The sightseeing bus takes you close to the attractions, allowing you to see Nagasaki's famous sites with less walking, which I recommend. However, you will need to walk quite a bit at Glover Garden.

この長崎観光バスツアーは午前と午後のコースに分かれていて、午前だけ、午後だけでも参加できますが、両方通して参加すると料金がお得になります。
午前のコースは、原爆資料館、平和公園、出島でバスから降りて見学できます。午後のコースは、孔子廟、グラバー園と別料金になりますが、大浦天主堂となります。午前と午後のコースの間は1時間半ほど長崎駅でランチ休憩があります。
長崎は坂が多いので、自分で歩いて回るとかなり大変です。観光バスは名所の近くまで行ってくれるので、それほど歩かなくて長崎名所を回れるのでオススメです。ただし、グラバー園はしっかり歩きますけど。

It was a bus tour in mid-November. The weather forecast the day before predicted rain, but the day turned out to be cloudy and a bit chilly. It had been a long time since my school trip to Futamiura, and it had become quite beautiful. It seems that the frog symbolizes "returning safely." We visited the Outer Shrine and the Inner Shrine, then headed to Okage Yokocho. There was a taiko performance, and I could feel the vibrations in my body from being so close.

The black and white "Akafuku" (red bean rice cake) seems to have been developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, but personally, I prefer the classic Akafuku, as it's not too sweet. I felt like I didn't see as many people from overseas as I had expected; it seemed like there were more Japanese visitors. I guess Ise is truly a soul place for Japanese people.

11月中旬のバスツアーでした。前日の天気予報は雨でしたが当日は曇り空で少し肌寒い1日でした。修学旅行以来の二見ヶ浦。すっかり綺麗になっていました。かえるは無事帰るの意味のようだ。外宮内宮を参りおかげ横丁へ。太鼓の催しもあり近くで見ていて体で振動を感じることが出来ました。
白黒の赤(？)福はコロナ禍に商品開発された物のようだがやはり定番の赤福のほうが甘過ぎなくて個人的には好きだ。
思っていたほど海外からの人を見かけず日本人が多かったような気がしました。やはり伊勢は日本人のソールプレイスなのでしょうか。

I finally visited Shirakawa-go, a place I had always wanted to go. During the bus ride, we received various explanations, and since there were many foreign participants, I thought it was a great system that the interpreter spoke in English right away.

いつかは行ってみたいと思っていた白川郷へ行ってきました。
バスの中では色々な説明をしていただけ、外国の方もたくさん参加しておられたので通訳の方がそのまますぐに英語で話されていて良いシステムだと思いました。

Since my companion injured their foot a few days ago, we decided to use a rental bicycle instead of walking on Taketomi Island. The water buffalo cart on Yubu Island had a great guide who shared interesting stories, played the sanshin, and sang beautifully. The bus driver and guide on Iriomote Island was efficient and considerate, making for an enjoyable conversation that was quite moving. The guide for the mangrove cruising provided clear explanations and moved with great agility, which made the experience very pleasant.

連れが数日前に足を痛めてしまったため、竹富島はウォーキングではなくレンタサイクルにしました。
由布島の水牛車では案内のオジサンの話や三線、唄が良かったし、西表島のバス運転手兼ガイドさんかテキパキしてて配慮ある楽しいお喋りで感動、マングローブクルージングの操縦兼ガイドの方の説明も分かりやすく、きびきびした動きで大変気持ち良かったです。

I was able to efficiently tour and enjoy the place called Kyoto. The guide was attentive, and the explanations were easy to understand.

ザ京都っていう場所を効率的に観光できて、楽しめました。
ガイドさんの気配りも良く、説明もわかりやすかったです。

I had a great time. In Hida Takayama, we did a sake tasting and enjoyed sukiyaki made with Hidaka beef for exactly two hours. In Shirakawa-go, we admired the colorful autumn leaves and the gassho-zukuri houses while sampling local foods. It was a bit chilly, but I think it had a different charm compared to winter in Shirakawa-go.
The guide was kind and seemed to be trilingual, speaking English, Japanese, and Chinese. We traveled with people from various countries, and the announcements on the bus were made in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, English, and Thai, which was reassuring.
Even if you rent a car from Nagoya, the round-trip highway fees can be quite high, so taking the bus was satisfying as it allowed us to enjoy sake tasting without worrying about driving.

とっても楽しかったです。飛騨高山では日本酒の試飲を行い、日高牛のすき焼きを食べて2時間ぴったりでした。白川郷では色づくもみじと合掌造りの家を眺めて、食べ歩きを行いました。少し肌寒かったですが、冬の白川郷とは違う良さがあったと思います。
ガイドさんは優しくトリリンガルで英語、日本語、中国語が話せるようです。様々なお国の方々と旅を共にしますが車内アナウンスは日本語、中国語、韓国語、英語、タイ語と様々流れますので安心です。
名古屋からレンタカーを借りても往復の高速代金がかなりかかるので、、
バスだと運転してくれてお酒の試飲もできて満足です。

Shirakawa-go is famous in winter, but autumn was also wonderful. The sunlight was warm, and the autumn leaves were beautifully colored, creating an indescribable beauty. People from various countries participated in the same tour, and announcements in different languages were made on the bus, which was reassuring. Additionally, the guide was trilingual in Chinese, Japanese, and English, and very kind.

冬の白川郷が有名ですが秋もよかったです。日差しが暖かく、紅葉が色づき何とも言い難い美しさでした。様々なお国の方々が一緒のツアーに参加されますが、各国のアナウンスがバス内で流れるので安心です。また、ガイドさんは中国語、日本語、英語とトリリンガルで優しいです。

I participated in a bus tour to Amanohashidate and Ine.

The guide, Mr. Zheng, was modest about his Japanese skills, but there was no need for that; he explained everything clearly and covered all the important points, so there were no issues at all. I was very satisfied.

I joined with three friends, and we made great memories.

天の橋立、伊根へ行くバスツアーに参加しました。

ガイド郑さんは、ご自身の日本語について謙遜されてましたが、そんな事は無く、ポイントを押さえてハキハキ説明されてましたので全く問題ありませんでした。満足です。

I was able to learn about the duties of each department in detail, and it was very educational to see them in action. I had thought it was a glamorous job, but I truly realized that it is through this kind of training that we can apply what we learn on-site, whether it's in customer service, ensuring safe flights, or making passengers comfortable during their journey. I definitely want to visit again.

Most of the people on the bus were foreigners, but the guide was friendly and easy to talk to, which made it comfortable. I had some anxiety being in a new place, but we were able to visit the tourist spots efficiently, and the duration of the stay was just right! I would like to use this service again if I have the chance!

The wind had been strong since the day before, so I was worried about seasickness and bought some motion sickness medication just in case, but the large ferry was stable, and it seemed I didn't need the medication after all.

I purchased a premium seat for the segment from Iriomote Island to Taketomi Island, and I was able to take photos both indoors and on the deck, which made for great memories! The mangrove cruise was also comfortable with a pleasant breeze.

The bus tour on Iriomote Island featured a wonderful guide with a great sense of humor. I was impressed by the water buffalo on my first-ever water buffalo cart ride! The sanshin music and singing added to the Okinawan atmosphere, making it a fantastic time! The tour of Yubu Island (the botanical garden) was also enjoyable, and the lunch was delicious. The only slight regret was missing the free commemorative photo with the water buffalo.

This was my second visit to Taketomi Island, and I remembered strolling through the village while being amazed by the scenery last time. Even though it had been over a decade, I thought I could have the same experience, so I chose the free walk plan, which turned out to be a mistake. Both my husband and I were exhausted just reaching the village, and we ended up resting at a café. I can't help but feel that if we had chosen the bus tour, this day trip would have surely been "the best!"

Now that we're in our 60s, it seems best to choose plans that don't overestimate our physical strength. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service was also very appreciated. Thank you for all your help!

前日から風が強かったため、船酔いが心配で、酔い止めの薬を念のため買って呑みましたが、大型フェリーで安定感があり、薬は要らなかったようです。
西表島から竹富島への区間は、プレミアムシートを購入しましたが、室内でもデッキでも写真撮影ができて、いい思い出になりました！
マングローブ遊覧も、風が気持ちよくて快適でした。
西表島のバス観光は、ユーモアのセンスに溢れた観光案内が素晴らしかったです。人生初の水牛車も賢くて働き者の水牛に感動！　三線と歌も沖縄の雰囲気が楽しめて最高の時間でした！　由布島（植物園）の観光も楽しく、ランチも美味しかったです。水牛との無料の記念写真撮影を逃したのだけが若干心残りです。
竹富島は2回目で、前回景色に感動しながら集落をぶらぶら歩いた記憶があったので、あれから十数年経っているにも拘らず、同じ体験ができるものと思い、フリーウォークプランを選んだのが失敗でした。主人も私も集落まで辿り着くだけで足が疲れてしまい、カフェで休憩して終わりました。バス観光を選んでいたら、今回の日帰りツアーはきっと「最高でした！」を選べたのにと思うとその点だけが残念でなりません。やはり、60代になったので、自分たちの体力は過信せずに無理をしないプランを選ぶのが一番のようです。
ホテルへの送迎もとても有難かったです。大変お世話になりました！

It rained from the morning, and my mood was gloomy. The tour started with the guide's welcome, and I was excited when they said, "The mossy forest is nice even in the rain." With incredibly detailed explanations and thoughtful care, it turned out to be a really enjoyable tour despite the rain. I was fortunate to have a great guide, making it a memorable trip even in the rain.

朝から雨。気分はどんより。ガイドさんのお迎えからツアーはスタートしましたが、「苔むすの森は雨もいいよ」と言ってもらえて期待が高まりました。すっごく丁寧な説明と気配りで雨でもすごく楽しいツアーとなりました。良いガイドさんに巡り会えて、雨でも思い出に残る旅になりました。

I think the time allocated for each activity felt short, but it was just the right amount!

As others have mentioned, this tour has more foreign participants than Japanese, so announcements are made in Japanese, Chinese, and English. When I went, there were 6 Japanese participants and about 20 foreign participants, but the Japanese guide was not very thorough and still managed to entertain us!

As someone who loves shopping, I felt that 90 minutes at the outlet was a bit short, but I think that's about the only downside.

他の方も仰っている通り、外国の方のほうが日本人よりも多く参加するツアーなので、日本語、中国語、英語でのアナウンスがされます。
私の時は日本人6人で、ほか20人弱が外国の方でしたが、日本語でのガイドも適当でなく、きちんと楽しませてくれました！

私自身がショッピング好きなので、アウトレット90分というのは少し短いように感じましたが、悪いところはそれくらいだと思います。

My first time in Ishigaki Island, and the three-island tour was amazing. Since I had already paid through Veltra, there was no waiting for check-in at the remote island terminal, making everything very smooth. The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, and the lunch, along with the water buffalo cart in Taketomi Island, made for a fun day.

初めての石垣島、3島めぐり最高でした。
ベルトラで支払い済だったこともあり、離島ターミナルでの受付待ちもなくとてもスムーズ。
西表島のマングローブ遊覧、由布島への水牛車、そしてお弁当、竹富島での水牛車と楽しい一日でした。

Shirakawa-go and Gokayama had a stunning blue sky, with clear weather all day! The tour guide (who also served as an interpreter) had a gentle speaking style that was pleasant, and they kindly pointed out great photo spots, allowing us to explore efficiently.

白川郷も五箇山も突き抜けるような青空で、終日快晴！　添乗員（兼通訳）の方のソフトな語り口も心地良く、撮影スポットなども丁寧に教えてくださったので、効率よく回れました。

I participated with my mother and brother. Even when we arrived at the departure point at Nagoya Station, it was difficult to tell which tour was which because many tour companies were using the same meeting place. However, while waiting, it was fun to talk with people from various countries about which tour they were joining and to discover others who were on the same tour. There was an 83-year-old mother and her daughter who came from Hawaii, and a student from the Philippines who was interested in Japanese history.

Most participants were from China or Southeast Asia, and there were only about one other group of Japanese besides us. I love different cultures, so I had no resistance and actually enjoyed the experience. The bus guide started in Chinese, but the guide distributed maps and explained to each group before arrival, so I didn't have any particular difficulties.

In Hida Takayama, we first explored the morning market. It was held along the river, and just walking there with the sound of the flowing water and the clear river was soothing. Afterwards, we enjoyed Gohei-mochi, small taiyaki from Kissa Cha no Me, and the Hida beef three-roll set from Kotte-gyu. Kotte-gyu and Cha no Me are connected, and when we went, it was relatively quiet, allowing us to eat leisurely. The sushi and small taiyaki were also very delicious, so I recommend them.

After that, we went to Shirakawa-go. Upon arrival, we took a shuttle bus to the observation deck to see the whole area, and then we slowly explored the village. It was a pleasant autumn day, and walking along the boardwalk by the rice fields and small streams felt the best. This tour is recommended for those who enjoy food walks, cultural exchanges, and nature.

母と兄と私の3人で参加しました。名古屋駅の出発場所に行っても、たくさんのツアー会社が待ち合わせ場所として使用しており、どのツアーかわかりにくかったです。ただ、待ってる間にいろんな国から参加してる人とどのツアーに参加するのか話したり、一緒のツアーを発見したりと話をするのは楽しかった。ハワイから参加された83歳の母親と娘さん、フィリピンから日本の歴史に興味があって参加した学生さんなどいらっしゃいました。
ほとんどが中国や東南アジアからの参加者で、日本人は私たちともう1組くらいでした。私は異文化大好きななで、全然抵抗なく、むしろ楽しく過ごせました。バスのガイドもまず中国語から始まりますが、ガイドさんが到着前に地図を配りながらひとくみずつ説明してくれるので、特に困ることもなかったです。
飛騨高山では、まず朝市を散策。川沿いで開かれており、川のせせらぎと澄んだ川の水にただ歩いているだけで癒されました。その後、五平餅、喫茶茶の芽の小鯛焼き、こって牛の飛騨牛三巻セットをいただしました。こって牛と茶の芽は中で繋がっていて、私達がいった時は比較的すいていて、ゆったりと食べることがでにました。お寿司を小鯛焼きもとっても美味しかったのでおすすめです。
その後白川郷へ。到着後、シャトルバスで展望台へいきまず全体をみて、その後村をゆっくり散策しました。秋の朗らかな1日で、田んぼの脇の小川沿いの板道を歩いたのが一番気持ちよかったです。食べ歩き、異文化交流、自然が好きな人にはおすすめのツアーです。

The tour guide's attentiveness and storytelling on the bus were excellent. The lunch was delicious and the portion size was just right. The departure location was a bit hard to find.

It was disappointing that the weather was mostly rainy. Although the tour was primarily for foreigners, I experienced a different sensation than usual. I thought it was impressive that we managed to stick to the schedule and finish on time. It was nice that the guide offered a photo service at the end.

天気がほぼ雨で残念だった。外国人中心の観光だったが、いつもと違う感覚を味わった。良くあのスケジュールで時間通りに予定を終えられたなと思いました。
ガイドさんが最後、写真撮影のサービスしてくれて良かった。
