It was a full moon, so the starry sky photos weren't as I had hoped, but the pictures with the moon turned out beautifully, and I was very satisfied. They also taught me some poses, so I went without much thought, and the photos turned out lovely. Next time, I would like to have the starry sky captured during a new moon.

Since the sky was cloudy, the start was delayed by about 30 minutes. I understand it can be busy, but I would appreciate a heads-up in advance.

満月だったので思っていたような星空の写真ではなかったですが、月との写真もとてもきれいに撮って頂いたので大満足でした。ポーズも教えてくれたので、あまり何も考えずに行きましたが素敵な写真になりました。次は新月に星空の撮影をしてもらいたいと思いました。
空が曇っていたこともあり、時間が30分程度遅れての開始となりました。忙しいとは思いますが事前に連絡をもらえるとありがたいなと思いました。

I went on a night tour to explore subtropical plants and animals and to observe the starry sky. Initially, we thought about finding a place on our own, but joining the tour was definitely the right choice. Exploring the dark mountain paths with only a flashlight to search for subtropical plants and animals was quite challenging.

We successfully found a coconut crab, and we received explanations about geckos, spiders, and various subtropical plants, which increased our knowledge and made for a fun experience. The starry sky coincided with the best supermoon of 2022; although we couldn't see the Milky Way, we were treated to a view of the moonlight sparkling on the water's surface, a sight that could only be seen on this day. Thank you for your assistance with photography and everything else.

夜の亜熱帯動植物探しと星空見学に行って来ました。もともと自分たちで場所を探して行ってみようかと思っていましたが、ツアーに参加して大正解でした。真っ暗な山道を懐中電灯だけで探検し、亜熱帯動植物を探すのは難しいと思いました。
ヤシガニも無事見つかり、ヤモリ、クモ、亜熱帯植物も色々解説して頂き知識も増えて楽しい体験ができました。星空は、2022年で最高のスーパームーンと重なり、天の川を見ることは出来ませんでしたが、代わりに月夜が水面にキラキラする、この日にしか見れない景色が見れました。写真撮影等、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

I wanted my 3-year-old child to experience nature, so we participated in a tour that went late into the night. I was a bit anxious since I brought another child along, but all the staff were very attentive, and my child had a truly valuable experience.

We wanted to see coconut crabs and frogs, but it had been a few days with little rain, which lowered our chances of encountering them. However, the staff worked hard to find them, and we were able to see them safely.

We also saw several habu snakes and witnessed cicadas emerging, which made my child very excited. I truly felt that coming to Ishigaki Island was a wonderful experience. I would love to participate again when my child grows up.

3歳の子供に自然の体験をさせたいと思い夜遅くまでのツアーでしたが参加させて頂きました。
もう一人子供も連れてなので不安な面もありましたが、スタッフさん皆さんが気にかけてくださりとても貴重な体験を子どもが経験できました。
ヤシガニやカエルが見たかったのですが、ここ数日雨も少なく遭遇できる確率も低いとのことでしたがスタッフのみなさんが必死に探してくれて無事に見ることができました。
他にもハブも何匹か見たりセミの羽化が見れたりと子どもも大はしゃぎ。石垣島にきてほんとによかったと思える体験ができました。
子どもが成長したらまた参加したいです。

I was more thrilled in the jungle than I had imagined, and I was able to encounter many creatures. The starry sky viewed from the beach was also enchanting and beautiful. The guide was friendly and approachable, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and I was able to hear many interesting stories. From start to finish, including the shuttle bus, it was a lot of fun. It was a valuable experience and became the best memory of Ishigaki Island. Thank you very much.

想像していたよりもジャングルでドキドキしましたが、たくさんのいきものたちに出会うことができました。ビーチで見る星空も幻想的で素敵でした。
ガイドさんは気さくで親しみやすく、豊富な知識と経験をお持ちで興味深いお話をたくさん聞かせてもらえました。送迎バスも含めて、最初から最後までずっと楽しかったです。貴重な体験ができ、石垣島の最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

Thank you for kindly accommodating us despite the same-day reservation. We were able to see many creatures in the forest that we wouldn't have been able to enter on our own. Just beyond the forest, we discovered a quiet sandy beach with no footprints! It was pitch dark, but it felt special, and I'm glad I participated in this tour. We also had plenty of time to enjoy the starry sky, which left us very satisfied.

自分たちでは入っていけないような森の中でたくさんの生き物が見れました。
森を抜けたところに足跡のついていない静かな砂浜が現れ！
真っ暗でしたが特別感がありこのツアーに参加してよかったです。
星空もゆっくり見る時間をとってくださり、大満足でした。

Grandpa and grandma, who came from the countryside, also had a great time with their grandchildren! Despite the unfortunate rain, it was so much fun that it didn't matter at all.

I couldn't see the coconut crab, but I had a great time seeing many other creatures. The nature was rich, and I felt that everyone was doing their best. The guide was also interesting, and the quiz was fun. I want to go again!

ヤシガニは、見れなかったけど、沢山生き物がみれたので楽しかったです。自然が豊かで、みんな頑張っていると思いました。ガイドさんも、面白かったです。クイズも楽しかったです。また行きたいです！

I was surprised by how fast it was, but the captain's stories were interesting, and the enchanting scenery is unforgettable. I definitely want to ride again!

思っていたよりもスピードが早くて驚きましたが、船長さんのお話も面白く、幻想的な風景は忘れられません。また是非乗りたいです！

I wanted to enjoy the night in Miyako Island, but it can be dangerous for just travelers, so I joined a tour! I was able to explore while listening to explanations from someone knowledgeable about insects and plants! I was able to spot about three coconut crabs, so I think there's a high chance of encountering them. The starry sky was also filled with information, as they taught us about the constellations, making the time fly by. The staff were very approachable as well. I participated in a dress, but this time I didn't get bitten by any insects. The walking path was a paved stone path, so sandals were fine.

夜の宮古島を楽しみたいけど、旅行者だけじゃ危ないので参加しました！虫や植物に詳しく、説明を聞きながら巡れました！
ヤシガニも3匹ほど見つけることができて高確率で出会えると思います。
星空も、星座を教えてくれたりと情報が盛りだくさんであっという間の時間でした。スタッフさんもすごく関わりやすかったです。
ワンピースで参加しましたが今回は虫に刺されることもなくすぎました。歩く道は、石畳の補正された道なのでサンダルでも大丈夫でした。

I have been to Miyako Island several times, and I have always wanted to join a night tour where I could see the starry sky. This time, I made a last-minute reservation while checking the weather.

The day before, I received a polite phone call with information.

However, on the night of the tour, it seemed that communication between the local staff and the office staff was not going well. Initially, I was told there would be five participants, but it ended up being 14, and there weren't enough lights. In the end, I had to participate without a flashlight in the dark, which was a bit disappointing.

I thought the tour content and the local staff were bright and good. There were many families, and it was lively.

宮古島には何度か行ってますが、
前から、星空画見れるようなナイトツアーに参加したく、
天候と相談しながら今回急きょ申し込みました。

前日に、丁寧な案内の電話もありました。

ただ、当日夜、現地スタッフのかたと、会社の事務のかたの連絡がうまくいっていなかったようで、
最初、五人だと言われていたツアーが、
１４人の参加となり、ライトが足りず、
結局、懐中電灯無しで暗い足元で参加することになってしまい、少し残念でした。

ツアー内容や、現地スタッフのかたは明るくて良かったと思います。

家族連れが多くて、賑やかでした

During the actual cruising experience, not only was the captain's talk engaging, but I was able to experience everything through my eyes and ears, as well as the smells and temperatures... the sensation of fully immersing myself was something that could only be felt in that moment.

実際のクルージングでは船長さんのトークはもちろん、目から耳から、匂いや温度まで体感できて…全身で味わう感覚はその場でしか得られないものでした。

I was glad to see several coconut crabs that I was hoping to see! The guide also taught us various things about the island along the way, making it a meaningful experience. Thank you very much.

However, I felt sad about the amount of trash left on the path leading to the sandy beach during the night tour. Of course, those who litter are the most to blame! But if possible, I would appreciate it if the tour company could also engage in cleaning activities. If the area were cleaner, I think participants would enjoy it even more. Alternatively, I think it would be great to hold a cleanup event.

お目当てのヤシガニが何匹か見れたのでよかったです！
ガイドさんも道中、島について色々教えてくださり有意義な時間でした。
ありがとうございました。

ただ、ナイトツアーをした、砂浜に続く道に捨ててあるゴミの多さに悲しくなりました。もちろん捨てる人が一番悪いです！でももし可能であればツアー会社の方々も清掃活動などしていただければと思いました。きれいなら、参加者はもっと楽しめると思います。もしくは、クリーンアップイベントを開催するなども良いと思いました。

You can see it from the land, but going by boat to get close and experiencing the smells gave me a strange feeling as if I had entered another dimension. The captain brought us closer for a better view, and his stories were very interesting. It felt great to speed through the water and feel the wind, and I was captivated by the beautiful scenery when we returned to Minato Mirai. It's rare to see it from the sea, so I was truly impressed.

陸地でも見る事ができますが、こうしてそばまで船で行って見て、においも感じて、なんだか異次元の世界に入ったような不思議な感覚になりました。
船長さんが見やすいように寄せてくださるし、
お話もとっても面白かったです。
スピードと風をきって走るのも気持ち良いし、
最後にみなとみらいに戻ってきた時の、景色の綺麗さにもうっとり。
海から見る事は滅多にないので、感激しました。

Due to the rain in the evening, the stargazing tour was canceled. The night tour for wildlife observation also had to turn back midway because the trail was muddy. I understand it couldn't be helped, but it was quite disappointing in many ways. However, I was very satisfied because I was able to see the forest in full bloom with the Sagarihana. The guide's efforts to keep the mood up and his stories were also entertaining.

夕方からの雨のため、星空ツアーが中止となった。野生動物観察のナイトツアーも、トレイルがぬかるんでいて途中で引き返し。　仕方ないと思うけれど、いろいろ残念だった。しかし、一番見たかったサガリバナ満開の森は見ることができたので大満足。ガイドのお兄さんの盛り上げようとする頑張りとお話も面白かった。

I came from Nagasaki Prefecture and was supposed to meet my daughter, who lives in the city, but she didn't show up even before departure. Thanks to the captain's consideration, we were able to wait until the last minute and made it just in time! I truly appreciate it! Thanks to you, we enjoyed a night cruise together. The night view of the Keihin Industrial Zone and Minato Mirai seen from the sea reflected beautifully on the water.

長崎県から来たのですが、都内に住む娘と現地集合予定でしたが、娘が出発前になっても現れず。船長さんの計らいでギリギリ迄待ってもらってなんとかセーフ！

みなとみらいは水面に写り最高でした。

I was able to catch a glimpse of the coconut crab in the crevices of the rocks. Since it's wild/nature, I understand that it's not guaranteed. However, I felt it would have been nice to have some explanations with photos for those who might not see them. During the stargazing, there wasn't much explanation about the visible stars, just comments like "It's beautiful," so I think having a knowledgeable guide would have increased satisfaction.

The light provided was weak and not very useful, which was disappointing. I think it should be checked in advance. Since we paid nearly 5,000 yen, I hoped for a tour that offered more than just luck in spotting wildlife.

岩場の隙間にいるヤシガニがかろうじて見れました。野生/自然相手なので仕方ないと思います。ただ見れなかった時用に写真などを使って説明があっても良いなと感じました。星空鑑賞では見えている星の説明は特になく、キレイですね〜くらいだったので専門知識のある方にガイドして頂けたら満足度も違ったと思います。
渡されたライトも光が弱く役に立たず残念でした。事前にチェックされた方が良いと思います。
5000円近く払っているので出会えるかどうかは運次第だけではなく、もうひと工夫のあるツアーであってほしかったです。

The departure at 7:00 PM was right at sunset. The sky, beautifully and mysteriously painted red by the setting sun, was stunning. After the sun went down, the industrial area in the darkness was enchanting, and I never expected the view from the sea to be so beautiful. The captain's stories were also interesting and enjoyable. I definitely recommend experiencing this.

19:00の出航時はちょうど夕暮れ時。
日が沈み夕焼けで赤く染まる空がとてもきれいで神秘的でした。
日が沈んだ後、暗闇の中での工場地帯は幻想的で海から見える景色がこんなに綺麗だとは思いませんでした。
船長さんのお話も興味深く楽しかったです。
是非体験してみてほしいです。

I was able to see coconut crabs, hermit crabs, stick insects, bats, land crabs, frogs, wild boars, and more.

Although I couldn't see their faces as they were sleeping and completely still, I was able to see a Ryukyu Scops Owl at a very close distance. It seemed to be a very rare case, and it became a wonderful experience.

The starry sky was incredibly beautiful, unlike anything you can see in the city, and I was able to see shooting stars.

During the tour, there were some areas with uneven footing, but the guide was very attentive and kept reminding us to be careful, so I felt safe walking.

Additionally, I enjoyed a fun time as the guide shared recommendations for local shops and talked about the area!

ヤシガニ、ヤドカリ、ナナフシ、コウモリ、オカガニ、カエル、イノシシ等見ることができました。

眠っていたのか、顔は見れず、微動だにしない状態でしたが
かなり至近距離でリュウキュウコノハズクも見ることが出来ました。
激レアなケースだったようで
とても良い体験になりました。

星空も、都会では見れないぐらい綺麗で、流れ星を見ることができました。

ツアー中は少し足場の悪いところもありましたが
ガイドのお兄さんがまめに注意喚起してくれたので安心して歩けました。

その他、おすすめのお店や、地元の話をしていただき、楽しい時間を過ごせました！

It was truly amazing, and the timing was perfect, so I was able to get beautiful photos. I'm glad I entrusted everything to them; it became a lifelong memory.

Thanks to our guide, we were able to explore the night forest with peace of mind and see various unique creatures of Miyako Island. It was my first experience moving through a completely dark forest with only a flashlight, and I felt excited and thrilled from start to finish. The explanations about all the creatures were easy to understand, making it a tour that everyone, from children to adults, could genuinely enjoy. Additionally, we were blessed with good weather and were able to gaze at the beautiful starry sky. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much.

　ガイドさんの引率によって安心して夜の森を散策でき、様々な宮古島特有の生物を見ることができました。
真っ暗な森の中を懐中電灯だけで進むという体験は初めてで、最初から最後までドキドキ・わくわくでした。
