It was just the two of us and a person living overseas, along with our guide, so we were able to walk at a relaxed pace. Unlike the previous day's sightseeing, the entire route took us through a lush forest that felt like a power spot, with sunlight filtering through the trees. We arrived at the moss-covered forest, where stones and fallen trees were completely covered in moss. The scenery was just like something out of "Princess Mononoke." Nearby, the spring water we collected in a plastic bottle was delicious. Since we had rental shoes, we could enjoy the experience without worrying about getting wet or dirty!

I participated with five friends. We formed a group of eight, including two couples and one solo participant, and traveled together. If you're going to Ishigaki Island, I recommend this for those who want to efficiently explore the island. The rental of shoes, raincoats, and backpacks was handled efficiently upon arrival at the airport, and the Mizuno raincoat fit well. The shoes also fit my feet perfectly, and I was quite satisfied. (The waterproofing of the raincoat was a bit lacking, though!)

You can also arrange for a bento in advance, so you can enjoy the day without worries.

I was confident in my physical strength and considered going alone, but in the end, I think it was the right choice to have a guide. The guides were attentive, making sure to move aside when faster people were coming from behind on both the trolley path and the hiking trail, but there wasn't much space to avoid others, and it felt like we couldn't really shorten the time that much. Additionally, the number of buses to the trailhead is limited, so going with a tour seems to be the safer option.

If I had to suggest something, it would be great if the members could be arranged to have similar levels of physical strength and walking speed.

トロッコ道も登山道もガイドさんたちが後ろから早い人がくると避けるよう気を配ってくれていますが、それほど人を避けられるスペースはなく、そこまで時間を短縮できない気がしました。
また、登山口まで行くバスの本数や時間は限られているため、ツアーで行った方が間違いない気がしました。

強いていえば、メンバーは同じ体力・歩行スピードが同じレベルになるよう工夫いただけると良いかと思いました。

It was my child's first snorkeling experience. At first, they were scared and couldn't let go of the float, but by the end of the tour, they were eagerly peering into the sea and having a great time! Our guide, Matsuura, was very gentle and adjusted to the child's pace, which made us feel comfortable leaving everything in their hands.

We were able to see a sea turtle in the moment it was sleeping, which was a very precious experience! I would definitely like to request Matsuura again for the next opportunity. Thank you very much! ^ ^

It was my first time visiting Miyako Island, and it became a wonderful memory captured in photos.

I hadn't planned anything for my time on Taketomi Island, so I was at a loss as soon as I landed. I was too tired to walk, unsure about riding a bicycle, and there were no taxis available. However, I was informed at the waiting area that there was a shared bus service. You can ride it for just 300 yen! I was able to enjoy the village while also visiting the star sand beach. I could also make a phone reservation for the return trip right there. I had plenty of time to enjoy myself until the last boat at 17:00.

The glass-bottom boat swayed much more than I expected.

I participated on the last day of Golden Week. It was my first time trekking, but they provided excellent support for beginners, including fitting my shoes and lending equipment. I appreciated the communication before departure, which helped with packing advice.

The actual trekking was harder than I imagined, but the guide managed the pace well, and I was able to reach Jomon Sugi! I felt rejuvenated by nature, took some wonderful photos, and had a great experience.

(I’m a woman in my 30s who doesn’t usually exercise.) If you have a fear of physical activity, a 10-hour walk might be tough. Plus, you might have difficulty walking the next day! Haha.

I joined in the afternoon. In the morning, the rain was heavy, but by the afternoon, it calmed down to the point where an umbrella wasn't necessary. We participated as a family, including elementary school children.
In the canoeing activity, we were taught how to paddle and navigate the course, allowing even the kids to paddle smoothly and explore the mangrove river with confidence.
During the lunch break, which lasted about an hour and a half, it would be effective to plan whether to spend time at the hotel or around the terminal, including lunch.
We swam reasonably well while snorkeling, and even those who couldn't swim much, including a child who started to tire, were able to hold onto floats and reach the Blue Cave while enjoying the colorful fish. It seemed to be a day with high water clarity, and we were able to see many fish, including clownfish, which was fantastic.
The staff were all polite and efficient, and they provided information about the highlights and dining options in Ishigaki Island, which was very pleasant.
The children, who love living creatures, were very satisfied with experiencing the nature of Ishigaki Island firsthand.

カヌーは、漕ぎ方やコース取りを教えてもらい、子どもでもすいすい漕ぐことが出来て、安心してマングローブの川を探検出来ました。
昼休憩は、1時間半位あったので、ホテルで過ごすか、ターミナル周辺で過ごすか、ランチ含め想定しておけると、有効に過ごせると思います。
シュノーケルは、それなりに泳ぎましたが、あまり泳げない人も、途中でバテ始めた子どもも浮きに掴まらせていただいて、色とりどりの魚を眺めながら青の洞窟まで辿り着く事ができました。海の透明度が高い日だったようで、クマノミはじめたくさんの魚が見られて最高でした。
スタッフの方は皆さん丁寧でテキパキされていて、石垣島の見どころや食事どころも教えていただき、とても感じがよかったです。
生き物好きな子ども達は、石垣島の自然を肌で体験し、大満足でした。
要所要所で防水カメラで写真を撮って、後から参加者に送ってくださるサービスも良かったです。
