The rain forecast was off, and it was cloudy. I was overwhelmed by the great nature of Takachiho Gorge.

I was also impressed by the guide, who spoke English, Chinese, and Japanese fluently, and the tour was wonderful. At the end, when we arrived in Hakata, the guide even introduced us to some delicious restaurants in Hakata.

It was also a great memory to have chatted in English with a French person sitting next to me and become friends.

高千穂峡の大自然には圧倒されました。

またガイドさんにも感動、英語中国語日本語を流暢に話し、案内も素晴らしかったです。最後に博多に着く時に博多の美味しいお店の紹介までしてくれました。

隣に座ったフランス人の方と英語で話して仲良くなれたことも良い思い出です。

It was pleasant to have a bright atmosphere and quick responses to any troubles. The autumn leaves were also starting to change, which felt nice. The food was good, but since I was in the countryside, it would have been great to have explanations or recommendations that highlighted local specialties, rather than just what you can find in urban areas.

It was a relaxed and enjoyable day. The guide explained everything carefully in both Chinese and Japanese, and there were no inconveniences at all. The lunch in Takachiho was incredibly delicious and the best I've had on a day trip so far. The guide was very cheerful and cute, and I would love to participate again.

Xiao Tan is a very serious and time-conscious guide! Although it was pouring rain when we set off in the morning, Xiao Tan adjusted the itinerary based on the situation on the ground and allowed us more buffer time, enabling us to successfully complete our one-day trip to Kumano Shrine, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Takachiho! I was worried about the rain with the typhoon approaching, but I was able to experience the tour as planned. It was an inbound-focused tour, and I was a bit concerned, but I enjoyed it without any issues. Since it's quite difficult to visit Takachiho, I recommend this kind of bus tour.

台風接近の中雨が心配でしたが、予定通りのツアー体験できました。インバウンド中心のツアーで、ちょっと心配していましたが不都合なく楽しめました。高千穂は中々訪れることが大変なのでこのようなバスツアーおすすめします

I would give it 4 stars, but I want to add half a star. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the bus ride was long. It's something that can't be helped.
At Takachiho Shrine, I heard the sound of a woodpecker pecking on a tree. The sound of the river at Takachiho Gorge is refreshing. Amano Yasugawara is truly mystical. It makes you want to bow your head in reverence.
After walking a lot, my calves were sore the next day. But that's a good memory.
Oh, and the lunch was delicious too.

高千穂神社ではきキツツキが木を叩く音を聞いた。高千穂渓谷は川の音が涼しい。天安河原は実に神秘的。思わず首を垂れる。
しっかり歩いて翌日はふくらはぎが筋肉痛。それも良い思い出。

I decided to participate because I was able to be taken to Takachiho Gorge, which is quite difficult to visit on my own. I understood that there would be many Chinese participants, so having four Japanese people among a nearly full group was not a problem for me (I joined alone). I thought it would be sufficient to know just the meeting place and time from the guide, but they provided very detailed and careful explanations in both Japanese and English, so I had no issues at all. There were times when they explained things in three languages for quite a long time, so I really appreciate their effort. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the tour. The driver also drove safely and was very courteous.

However, some of the Chinese participants had poor manners. For instance, the person sitting by the aisle in front reclined their seat fully and left, making it difficult to get off during breaks. There were multiple people watching videos on their smartphones with sound, and despite repeatedly coughing heavily, some did not wear masks (even though they had masks in hand), which was disappointing behavior. I did not factor the behavior of the participants into my evaluation since it was not the tour's fault.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the tour. If I have the opportunity to participate again, I would love to join the same guide's tour.

なかなか自分で行くのは大変な高千穂峡に連れて行ってもらえるので参加を決めました。中国人の方が多いと言うことは理解していたのでほぼ満席の中、日本人4人という所には問題ありませんでした。（私は一人参加です）ガイドさんの言葉も集合場所と時間だけ分かったら良いかなというぐらいに思っていましたが、とても細かく丁寧に日本語、英語でも説明してくださり何も困ることはありませんでした。3カ国語でかなり長時間説明してくださる事もあったので本当にお疲れ様です。お陰様で楽しくツアーに参加できました。運転手さんも安全運転、丁寧な対応をしてくださっていました。
ただ、一部の中国人の方のマナーが悪い。前の通路側の方がフルリクライニングにしたまま席を離れるため休憩時になかなか降りられない、車中音を出してスマホで動画を見る人が複数いる、激しく咳を繰り返しているにも関わらずマスクをしない（手にマスクを持っているのに）といった残念な行動がありました。参加者の運はツアーのせいではないので評価には入れていません。
ツアー自体は大変満足しています。また参加する機会があったら是非同じガイドさんのツアーに参加できたらなと思います。

I was a bit anxious about my first tour, but everyone followed the rules, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip. The atmosphere in the vehicle was quiet, and we started smoothly at each location thanks to the punctuality.

I didn't expect the general road from Kumamoto to Takachiho to have so many curves, but it would have been impossible for me to drive, so I'm really glad I joined the tour.

The guide was a very nice person. They were considerate of everyone and always had a smile on their face. Thank you to the driver for the 6 hours and 30 minutes of driving round trip.

Although it was a bit early for the autumn leaves, considering the crowds, I think this trip was the right choice. I definitely want to repeat it again. Thank you very much.

初めてのツアーで不安もありましたが、皆さんルールを守られて素敵な旅が出来ました。車内では静かだし、時間厳守のため各地のスタートもスムーズでした。

熊本から高千穂に向かう一般道路がこんなにカーブ多いとは思わなかったけど
私の運転では絶対に無理なので、ツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。

ガイドさんはとっても良い人でした。皆さんに気を使われていて、常に笑顔でした。
運転手の方も往復6時間30分の運転、お疲れ様でした。
紅葉の季節には早いけど混雑を考えれば今回の旅は正解かなと思いました。
又是非リピートしたいと思います

Initially, we had planned a bus tour departing from Kumamoto Station. Due to unstable weather, we were keeping an eye on availability, but when we tried to book, there was only one spot left, which meant we couldn't sign up as a group of three. Just when I was feeling disappointed, I found out there was a bus tour to Takachiho Gorge departing from Fukuoka. We were scheduled to move to Fukuoka the next day, so we rearranged our itinerary and managed to book a spot without any issues.

Both the Kumamoto and Fukuoka tours seemed to have the same dining options, but the Kumamoto tour only visited Takachiho Gorge and Takachiho Shrine, spending over three hours at the gorge. In contrast, the Fukuoka tour included not only Takachiho Gorge and Takachiho Shrine but also Amano Iwato Shrine, which turned out to be more beneficial for us. The price was 9,800 yen for the Kumamoto tour and 11,000 yen for the Fukuoka tour, which wasn't a significant difference.

What was even more fortunate was that due to the one-day shift, while it was rainy if we had gone from Kumamoto, the weather for the Fukuoka tour was clear and sunny.

The Fukuoka tour gathered in front of a Lawson convenience store on the Chikushi exit side of Hakata Station. I was able to spot the guide holding an "EasyGo" flag right away. I had prepared myself for a large number of Chinese tourists based on reviews, and indeed, a significant portion of the participants were from China. The guide spoke broken Japanese but seemed to manage. The itinerary involved traveling from Hakata down the Kyushu Expressway to Takachiho Gorge from Kumamoto City, which felt strange for me since I had considered the Kumamoto departure.

First, we visited Takachiho Shrine and then headed to Takachiho Gorge. The gorge was more impressive than I had imagined. We walked along a trail with ups and downs to reach Chiho no Ie for lunch. I was a bit worried since one of my companions had difficulty walking.

At Chiho no Ie, we were treated to what I believe was a Takachiho beef set meal. We were also served local sake, which we could refill.

After lunch, we took a shuttle bus to the parking area and headed to Amano Iwato Shrine. It’s quite a walk from where the bus is parked, so those with mobility issues should be cautious.

We returned to Hakata around 6 PM, and even though it was October, it was still bright outside.

Visiting Takachiho Gorge allowed us to experience magnificent nature, and it was more enjoyable than expected. Amano Iwato Shrine also has a reputation as a spiritual spot, and you can feel something there. Most tourists seemed to be foreigners, with many coming from China, along with some Western tourists. It made me wonder why such a place of Japanese mythology attracted them.

Despite being a great tourist spot, the low ratings were likely due to the guide primarily explaining in Chinese, with only a small amount of information provided in Japanese. For example, if there were 30 minutes of explanation in Chinese, there were only about 5 minutes in Japanese. Since my companion could speak Mandarin and Cantonese, they explained what was being said in Chinese, but important information such as restroom details and places inaccessible due to typhoons were not provided in Japanese. Even travelers who have given decent reviews might change their opinions if they knew what was communicated in Chinese versus Japanese.

It states, "A staff member who can communicate in Japanese, Chinese, or English will accompany you. However, please understand that we will provide guidance in a trilingual manner, so it may not always be in a native language." and "This tour is primarily designed for overseas guests, so the guidance language will mainly be for international visitors. Important notifications such as meeting times will also be provided in Japanese." However, since they are recruiting in Japanese, such an approach should not be acceptable. 当初は熊本駅発のバスツアーを計画していました。天候が不安定で、空き状況をにらみながらだったのですが、いざ申し込んでみたら空いていた枠が1つしかなく、3人では申し込めませんでした。残念だなぁと思っていたら、福岡発の高千穂峡バスツアーがあることがわかりました。私たちは次の日に福岡に移動することになっていたのです。福岡から行ってみようかと日程を組みなおして申し込んでみたら大丈夫でした。

熊本発も福岡発も食事する場所と内容は同じようでしたが、熊本発は高千穂峡と高千穂神社にしか行かず、高千穂峡で3時間以上過ごすことになっていましたが、福岡発は高千穂峡と高千穂神社以外にも天岩戸神社にも行くことになっていて、かえって私たちにはありがたかったと言っていいでしょう。金額的には熊本発が9800円なのに対して福岡発が1万1000円でそれほど変わりませんでした。

それともっとありがたかったのは、1日ずれたおかげで、熊本から行っていたら雨だった天気が、福岡発は快晴でした。

福岡発は博多駅筑紫口側にあるローソンの前で集合です。「EasyGo」の旗を持ったガイドさんはすぐに見つけることができました。体験談を読んで中国人客がおおいだろうと覚悟はしていましたが、かなりの割合で中国の方が参加されています。ガイドさんは片言ですが、日本語が話せるようです。行程は、博多から九州縦貫自動車道を下って熊本市内から高千穂峡へと向かったようです。熊本発を検討していた身としては不思議な気持ちです。

まずは高千穂神社をお参りし、高千穂峡へと向かい。高千穂峡は想像していた以上に迫力がありました。昼食をとる千穂の家まではアップダウンのある散策路を行きます。足の悪い同行者がいたため、心配ではありました。

千穂の家でごちそうになったのは、たぶん高千穂牛定食に相当するものではないかと思います。地元のお酒もサービスでいただくことができました。お酒はおかわりもできました。

昼食後はシャトルバスでバスの駐車してある場所に移動し、天岩戸神社に向かいます。バスが駐車した場所からけっこう歩くので、足の不自由な人は気をつけましょう。

博多に帰ってきたのは午後6時過ぎで、（10月でしたが）まだ明るい時間でした。

高千穂峡は行ってみると雄大な自然を感じさせる場所で、予想以上に楽しめます。天岩戸神社も心霊スポットらしくなにかを感じさせられます。観光客のほとんどが外国の方のようで、多くは中国からの観光客のようでした。そして白人系インバウンド。日本の神話の場所になぜに？　と思わせます。

いい観光スポットなのに星の数が少ないのは、ガイドさんの説明のほとんどが中国語で、ほんのわずか日本語の説明で分量がまったく異なっていたからです。たとえば30分中国語なら5分程度が日本語です。同行者が普通語と広東語がしゃべれるため、中国語でなにを言っているか説明してくれましたが、トイレに関することや台風によって行けない場所があるなど重要な情報も日本語では提供されていませんでした。日本人の旅行者で悪くない評価をされている方も、実際に中国語でなにが語られ、日本語でなにが語られていなかったかを知れば評価が変わるでしょう。

「日本語、中国語または英語対応ができる係員が同行します。ただし、トリリンガルで案内しますので、必ずしもネイティブな言語でのご案内はできませんので、予めご了承ください。」「本ツアーは海外の方向けのプランのため、ご案内言語は主に海外向けとなっております。集合時間等の重要なご連絡は日本語でもご案内いたします。」とありますが、日本語でこうして募集している以上そんな対応ですまされるはずはありません。かりに録音済みの日本語アナウンスを用意してでも、中国語と同等の情報を日本語で提供すべきです。それができないようなら、中国語のみで募集すべきです。

I had wanted to visit the Takachiho tour for a long time. I was the only Japanese person on the tour, but it felt like I was on an overseas tour while still in Japan, which was enjoyable. The guide was very attentive, making sure I had a great time without any worries throughout the day.

However, the tour was supposed to end at 6 PM, but due to traffic congestion, we returned after 7 PM. I had informed them that I needed to catch the 8 PM Shinkansen, so both the guide and the driver hurried to ensure I could get back safely.

For those with specific Shinkansen times, I recommend allowing extra time for safety.

Living in Japan, it’s not often that you get the chance to interact with people from overseas, but experiencing different cultures in this way was a great opportunity, making the tour twice as enjoyable. I want to go again! ❣️

以前より訪れてみたかった高千穂ツアーへ
日本人は私一人でしたが、日本に居ながら海外ツアーに来た気分で楽しかったです。
ガイドさんも、日本人私一人の為にきめ細やかな心遣いをして下さり、全く不安なく一日中楽しく過ごせました。
ただ、ツアーの帰宅時間は18時に終了と書かれていましたが、交通渋滞などもあり19時を過ぎていました。
20時の新幹線で帰る事を伝えていたので、ガイドさんも、運転手さんももの凄く急いでくださり無事帰る事が出来ましたが。。
新幹線の時間などある方は、多めに余裕をみて置かれたほうが安全だと思います。

日本に居ると、なかなか海外の方と交流する機会がありませんが、こういうカタチで異文化を感じるのもアリだなぁと、2倍楽しめるツアーでした。
また行きたい❣️

Lunch was excellent in a 250 yo thatch hut with original kitchen n mud floors. No food wasn’t prepared there.

I have limited mobility, so the guide kindly arranged a special shuttle bus for me. Normally, it would be a 30-minute walk, but I was able to fully enjoy Takachiho. I will participate again.

あまり歩けない私は、ガイドさんの配慮で特別にシャトルバスを手配していただきました。普通なら30分位歩くコースなのですが、高千穂を充分満喫できました。また参加します。

It was a tour for Chinese people, but I received support in Japanese, so there were no inconveniences! I was able to visit historic shrines, and I am very satisfied!

中国人の方向けのツアーでしたが、日本語でもサポートしていただき不便はありませんでした！由緒ある神社をめぐれ、満足です！

Over 95% of the participants were from China.
The tour content was as expected and enjoyable.
However, it was disappointing that the guide mainly spoke Chinese and only spoke broken Japanese.
I felt there was a disparity for the same price.
There are doubts if they do not balance the nationalities or have guides who can speak the participants' languages fluently.

参加者の95%以上が中国からの人。
ツアー内容は想定通りで楽しめた。
しかし、ガイドが中国語がメインで、日本語は片言で残念だった。
同じ料金で差別があった様に感じている。
国籍のバランスを取るか、参加者の言語をしっかり話せる様でないと疑問が残る。

The main language was Chinese, and there were many Chinese tourists, with only my husband and me being Japanese. I thought the conversations among the guests on the bus would be loud in Chinese, but that day it was very quiet, with only the voice of the Chinese tour guide. It was a very peaceful bus tour. The tour guide was also kind and attentive, talking to us, which was nice. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy our trip without any unpleasant experiences.

メインが中国語で、中国系の観光客が多く日本人は私達夫婦だけで、きっとバスの中は中国語のお客さん同士の会話がうるさいと思ってましたが、その日ずーっと静かで中国の添乗員さんの声だけで、とても静かなバスツアーでした。添乗員さんも親切で色々気に掛けて、お話ししてくれて良かったです。お陰で嫌な思いませずに旅行を楽しめました。

I wanted to do some sightseeing the day after the concert, so I searched for various tours and found this one. I understood from the beginning that it was a tour for international travelers, so I decided to join.

The tour guide explained the tour in English and Chinese to the group, and since we were the only Japanese participants, they kindly provided detailed explanations in Japanese, which made us feel at ease and enjoy the experience.

Although it rained on and off due to the typhoon, we were able to enjoy a very magical atmosphere.

On the way back, there was heavy traffic due to an accident and the holiday rush, but thanks to the driver's safe driving, we arrived at the drop-off point on schedule. This allowed us to have a delicious dinner before boarding the Shinkansen.

If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to participate.

ライブの翌日に観光したくて色々検索していてこちらのツアーを見つけ、最初から海外の方向けのツアーと理解して参加させて頂きました。

添乗員さんは英語、中国語で参加グループの方にツアーの説明された後、日本人参加者が私達だけだったので個別で日本語で丁寧に説明してくれて安心して楽しめました。

台風の影響で雨が降ったりやんだりでしたが、とても幻想的な雰囲気も楽しめました。

帰路の高速道路では事故渋滞や連休での移動車が多くて渋滞していましたがドライバーさんも安全運転で予定通り解散場所まで送り届けて頂いたおかげで新幹線に乗る前にしっかりと美味しい晩御飯食べる事も出来ました♪

また機会があれば是非参加させて頂きます。

It was my first time in Kumamoto and Miyazaki. Since you walk around the shrine and Takachiho Gorge, I think it's manageable for those with good stamina. In Kumamoto, there’s a free soft serve ice cream giveaway on the way back from Amano Iwato Shrine. You can choose either mango flavor or a mango & vanilla mix. Such participation perks are really appreciated.

Although it rained in Miyazaki, Takachiho Gorge was beautiful and offered a mystical experience.

The Chinese female interpreter was very considerate and kept a smile while speaking in Chinese, English, and Japanese, which was very pleasant! Thank you for the enjoyable trip.

初めての熊本＋宮崎でした。
神社と高千穂峡は歩くので、体力ある人だと問題ないと思います。　熊本は、天岩戸神社の帰りにソフトクリームの無料プレゼントあります。マンゴー味かマンゴー&バニラMIXのどちらか選べます。
そういう参加特典は嬉しい限りです。
宮崎は雨に振られましたが、高千穂峡は綺麗で神秘的な旅でした。

First of all, the bus seats are spacious and have a luxurious feel, which is great. Basically, this tour is aimed at overseas visitors (most likely almost all Chinese), so explanations and commentary are provided in Chinese. The guide was very kind and attentive, which was wonderful! I heard they can speak three languages! There were no other Japanese people, but the guide came to our seats and explained everything, so there was no need to worry at all! Everything proceeded right on time, which was fantastic! It's very cost-effective, so I highly recommend it!

まずバスのシートが広くて高級感あります、そこ最高です。基本的には海外の方(おそらくほぼ中国人)向けのツアーなので中国語で説明、解説などされます。ガイドさんがとても優しく丁寧な方で素敵でした！3カ国語話せるそうです！日本人が自分たちしかいなかったのですが席まで来てくださっていろいろ説明してくださるので全然心配ありません！全てきっちり時間通りに進むのも最高でした！とてもコスパいいのでおすすめです！

I knew from everyone's reviews that most participants were foreigners. I wasn't worried about that at all from the beginning. What surprised me was that the guide was a Chinese woman, and she constantly checked in with us from the reception to during the tour. Sometimes, she pointed out highlights and even reserved seats for us at the break spots. Because of that, I thought participating alone as a Japanese person wasn't bad at all. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity. It was a very enjoyable time.

皆さんのレビューでわかっていた事でしたが、ほとんどが外国人の方の参加でした。
その点においては、最初から全く心配はしていませんでした。とにかくビックリしたのは、
ガイドの方は中国人の女性の方でしたが、受付時からツアー中も、常にお声をかけて下さいました。
時には、見どころも教えて下さり、休憩場所の席までとっていただいたり。そんな事もあり、日本人1人で参加も悪くないと思いました。

On a tour for foreign tourists, everyone except for one other group was from abroad. The guide was wonderful and introduced us to recommended local gourmet foods and sightseeing spots in Japanese, which made the experience enjoyable.

The announcements on the bus were in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and it was refreshing and interesting to hear the rules for visiting shrines and highlights of each location in both Chinese and English.

After asking about the meeting time and place, we had about an hour of free time upon arrival, allowing us to explore efficiently. Since the itinerary was packed with sightseeing spots, we couldn't take a long lunch, so I took the guide's recommendation of a Miyazaki beef hot dog (delicious) to go and ate it on the bus. If the weather had been nice, it might have been nice to eat it on a bench at Takachiho Gorge. The mango soft serve included in the tour was also exquisite.

Unfortunately, Takachiho Gorge was brown due to rain the previous day, but I heard it is usually emerald green. I plan to return for a second chance someday.

Although it was a long-distance trip, there were appropriate restroom breaks, and the scenery from the car windows around Aso was beautiful, making the journey feel quicker than I expected. We had to walk quite a bit from the bus parking lot to the attractions, but I think it was good exercise.

It was a place that is not easy to reach on your own, so I was very satisfied to be able to visit 3 to 4 spots in a day. Thank you very much.

外国人観光客向けのツアーで、私ともう1組以外は皆さん外国の方でした。ガイドさんがとても素敵な方で、日本語でオススメのご当地グルメや観光名所をご紹介してくださったので楽しく過ごせました。
車内のアナウンスは中国語、英語、日本語の順で、神社での参拝ルールや各名所の見どころ、ご由緒を中国語と英語で聴けたのも新鮮でおもしろかったです。
集合時間と集合場所をきいて、到着したら1時間前後自由行動なので効率よく自由に観光できました。
観光スポットをギュッと詰め込んでいる分、お昼はあまりゆっくりできないので、ガイドさんオススメの宮崎牛ホットドッグ(バリうま)をテイクアウトしてバスの車内で食べました。※季節が良ければ高千穂峡のベンチで食べてもよかったかも。ツアーに含まれるマンゴーソフトも絶品でした。
高千穂峡は残念ながら前日の雨の影響で川が茶色かったのですが、普段はエメラルドグリーンだそうです。いつかまたリベンジしようと思います。
長距離移動ですがトイレ休憩も適宜あり、阿蘇周辺からは車窓からの景色がキレイだったので思っていたよりあっという間でした。バスの駐車場から名所までわりと歩きますが、良い運動になったと思います。
自力ではなかなか行きにくい所だったので、日帰りでサクッと3〜4ヶ所も観光できて大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

I finally made it to Takachiho. The trilingual guide was charming and spoke efficiently, providing a wealth of information. It was my first time on a mixed tour, and I was a bit worried, but there was also a sub-assistant, and we had a great time chatting. Being able to speak a little English with people from overseas was a wonderful memory. During our free time, I enjoyed soft serve ice cream at a café with a stunning view, which was very satisfying. The driver must have been tired from the long hours of driving, but he was always cheerful and accommodating, which made me truly happy!

念願の高千穂に。トリリンガルのガイドさんはチャーミングでテキパキ話し、いろんな情報をお待ちの素晴らしい方でした。
混乗ツアーというのは初めてで心配でしたが、サブアシスタントの方もいらっしゃり、楽しくお話できました。
海外の方と英語で少し、話ができたことも素敵な思い出です。自由時間には、絶景カフェでソフトクリームも食べれて、大満足。
運転手さんも長時間の運転でお疲れのはずですが、にこやかに対応していただき、本当に大満足でした！

There were groups of Japanese guests, as well as Chinese guests from Taiwan and Hong Kong. The guide was also Chinese. Inside the bus, everything was in Chinese, but when we got off the bus to tour the sightseeing spots, I was able to chat in Japanese with the guide, who was very kind and cheerful. Takachiho Gorge and Amano Iwato Cave required quite a bit of walking, and I was sweating a lot. However, it was very worthwhile and truly moving.

日本人客数組。後は台湾や香港などからの中国人客。
ガイドさんも中国人。車内は中国語でしたが、バスを降りて観光地を巡るとき、ガイドさんの側にいると日本語でいろいろおしゃべりができました。とても親切で明るいガイドさんでした。
高千穂峡、天の岩戸洞窟は、かなりの歩きで、汗だく。でも見応え十分で、感動モノでした。

I never expected to walk so much uphill, so I ended up with sore muscles; it was a good workout. The Chinese tour guide was very pleasant. I'm going to Fukuoka again next month, so I will sign up for a tour of Dazaifu Tenmangu.

I believe the experience was worth more than the price. I knew it was a tour aimed at foreigners (with many foreign guests), and there were no latecomers or noisy individuals, so it was very comfortable. The driver was safe, and the guide provided explanations in multiple languages. I would like to use this service again.

金額以上に価値のある内容だと思います。
外国人向け(外国人利用客が多い)のツアーと分かっていましたし、遅刻や騒がしいなどそういった方もいなかったのでとても快適でした。
安全運転なドライバーさんに複数の言語で説明してくれるガイドさん。
また利用したいと思います。

I realized this was a multinational tour just three days before it started! I participated with some anxiety. I was the only Japanese person; the rest were Westerners and Chinese. However, the guide explained the tour details and the places we would visit in Chinese, and then came to each seat to provide thorough explanations in English and Japanese for the others. I was impressed by their cheerful and energetic demeanor, and I really appreciated it! Thank you.

不安を覚えながらの参加。日本人は私ひとり。あとは西洋の方、中国の方など。
でも、ガイドさんはツァーの内容、この先観光する場所の説明を中国語で説明した後、それ以外の人には席まで来て、英語、日本語で丁寧に説明してくれました。

As others have mentioned, the Chinese guide who was fluent in both Japanese and English was wonderful. Aside from myself, everyone else was a foreigner (all from China except for one person from Italy), but it was a comfortable trip with strict adherence to the schedule, not a group tour.

他の方も書いていらっしゃるように、日英に堪能な中国語のガイドさんが素晴らしかったです。私以外、皆外国の方（イタリア１人以外は中国）でしたが、団体旅行ではなく、時間厳守で快適な旅でした。

This tour is not the typical sightseeing tour we usually think of. About 90% of the participants are of Chinese descent, and while the guide may be excellent as an interpreter, there is a complete lack of explanations regarding the local history or the geography of Takachiho Gorge, which are generally expected from a sightseeing guide. For those who don't need any of that and just want to be taken around, it may be convenient, but for those who want to learn about the local specialties, history, and culture, it is a disappointing tour.

このツアーは通常我々が考えている観光ツアーではありません。
参加者の9割が中華系の方々で、ガイドさんも通訳としては優秀なのでしょうが現地の歴史とか高千穂峡の地理的な説明など一般的に観光ガイドに求められる説明は皆無です。
全くそんなの必要ないですという方で、連れて行ってほしいだけという方にとっては便利でしょうが、その土地の特産とか歴史・文化を知りたい人にとっては残念なツアーです。

We participated as a pair.

Everyone else was from overseas, and the guidance was provided in the order of Korean → English → Japanese.

Both the guide and the driver were kind, and there were appropriate restroom breaks at the parking areas.

Once we arrived at the sightseeing spots, there was quite a bit of walking, so it's an adult-oriented tour.

In the summer, a parasol and a handheld fan are essential.

Even as adults, our legs were sore the next day, so it might be tough for children.

Overall, it was a satisfying tour!

韓国語→英語→日本語という順で案内。

ガイドさんも運転主さんも親切でしたし、
パーキングエリアでのトイレ休憩も適宜ありました。

観光スポットに着いたらかなり歩くので、
大人向けのツアーです。

夏場は日傘とハンディファンが必須。

大人でも翌日は足がパンパンだったので、
子どもにはキツイかもしれません。

でも、全体的に満足なツアーでした！

I chose this tour because it included visits to the rarely visited Ama-no-Iwato Shrine and Ama-no-Yasugawara Shrine. Since it was primarily a Chinese-speaking tour, I was a bit worried at first, but the guide was fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese, so I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. The other tour participants were also very well-mannered, making the bus ride quite pleasant. Takachiho Shrine, Takachiho Gorge, Ama-no-Iwato Shrine, and Ama-no-Yasugawara Shrine were all mystical and wonderful places. The Miyazaki beef lunch was delicious, and it was a very satisfying day.

他のツアーではなかなか行かない天岩戸神社と天安河原宮の見学がついていたので選びました。
中国語がメインのツアーだったので最初は少し心配でしたが、ガイドさんは中国語、英語、日本語が堪能で全く不自由を感じることはありませんでした。
ツアー客の皆さんもとても行儀の良い方ばかりで、バスの中でも気持ちよく過ごせました。
高千穂神社、高千穂峡、天岩戸神社、天安河原宮、全て神秘的で素晴らしい場所でした。宮崎牛のランチも美味しく、大満足の一日でした。
