Due to the approach of an out-of-season typhoon, the Pumpkin Cave and sea kayaking were canceled, but I was able to participate in the sea turtle snorkeling. I received a cancellation notice via email the day before and also received a phone call, allowing me to book only the sea turtle snorkeling, and the refund process was smooth. On the day of the tour, we departed early to enjoy the experience before the sea conditions worsened. Thanks to that, I was able to experience the beautiful sea in nice weather. The guide explained the beautiful fish and features of the ocean. They diligently searched for sea turtles, and I was able to swim alongside them. There were a few people, including myself, who were not strong swimmers, but the guide was attentive, allowing us to participate in the tour with peace of mind. The enjoyable time flew by, and it was such a wonderful tour that I wished it could have lasted longer. Thank you very much.

季節外れの台風の接近により、パンプキン鍾乳洞＆シーカヤックは中止となりましたが、ウミガメシュノーケリングのみ参加させていただきました。前日にメールで中止のお知らせと電話でも連絡をいただき、ウミガメシュノーケリングのみ予約することができ、返金の対応もスムーズにしていただきました。当日は海の状況が悪化する前に楽しめるよう、早めの出発となりました。お陰でお天気の中キレイな海を体感できました。ガイドさんはキレイな魚達や海の特徴の説明をしてくれました。一生懸命ウミガメを探してくれて、一緒に泳ぐ事ができました。私も含め泳ぎが不得意な人が数名いましたが、適宜気にかけて頂き安心してツアーに参加できました。楽しい時間はあっという間で、もっと長く体験したいと思えるほど素敵なツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time with friends in their 20s from Kansai.

While paddling on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) through the mangrove forest, which thrives in water, we had to get off and take a break at one point because the muddy ground was really sticky. Instead of being surrounded by trees, we were enveloped by the mangrove forest by the water's edge, which made us feel very connected to nature, and the gentle rocking on the water was quite pleasant.

As long as you don't fall in, you can safely use your phone in a waterproof case!

As for snorkeling, I couldn't imagine the water temperature in November, which is unusual for Kansai, but thanks to the wetsuit, I only felt cold when I first stepped into the water. We were able to see the clear sea, which is not something you usually encounter, along with many types of fish and corals, and as the title suggests, we even spotted a sea turtle! Since we were basically in the water, I was able to take photos underwater with my phone in a waterproof case!

水に浸りながら育っているマングローブの森、海水と淡水でできた川のため途中でsupから降り休憩したのですが沼地のようにすごく足を取られました。一面を森ではなく下が水辺のマングローブの森に囲まれとても自然を感じられ、水に揺られとても心地よかったです。
水に落ちなければケースに入れた携帯を持ち込んでも安心して使えます！
【シュノーケル】
11月の海が関西では有り得ないため水温の想像が出来ませんでしたが海に入る前も後もウェットスーツおかげか寒いなどの感想は海に足を入れた時のみでした。普段見ることは出来ない透明な海とたくさんの種類の魚やサンゴが見られ、タイトルのようにウミガメを見ることもできました。
こちらは基本的に海に浸かっているので防水ケースに入れた携帯なら水の中でも写真を撮れました！

I booked a SUP and snorkeling tour at Kabira Bay, but it was canceled due to rough seas. Instead, I was offered a mangrove canoe tour on the Miyara River.

Although the changes in pricing and meeting location were handled the day before, they were very courteous, and I was able to enjoy the tour safely on the day itself, which was great! However, while the original plan was for a full day tour, the mangrove tour ended up being only about an hour long. The guide's stories during the tour were enjoyable, and canoeing was easy, so it was fulfilling but went by quickly. I would love to participate again on a sunny day!

川平湾SUP・シュノーケリングツアーを予約しましたが、海が荒れてしまい中止に。代わりに宮良川でのマングローブカヌーツアーの提案をして頂きました。
金額変更や集合場所など前日での対応でしたが、丁寧にしてもらい、当日も無事楽しむことも出来たのでよかったです！
ただ、1日かけてツアーを行う予定でしたが、マングローブツアーは1時間ほどで終わってしまいます。ツアー中のガイドさんのお話も楽しく、カヌーは簡単に乗れたので、充実していますがあっという間でした。次は晴れた日にも参加したいです！

私たちはセバスチャンと一緒にマングローブでカヌーを漕いで、とても素敵な時間を過ごしました。彼はとても親切で、この地域についての知識も豊富でした。自然の中で良い時間を過ごしたい人には、ぜひお勧めします！

We had a very lovely time with Sebastian canoeing in the mangrove.
He was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.
I would recommend this to anybody interested in spending good time in nature!

A little elementary school boy who was reluctant to go out. When we arrived, he had a pouty face, but after being encouraged by our guide, Shintaro, he became motivated... During the snorkeling, he was all smiles, and on the way back, he reflected on his earlier comments about not wanting to go, saying he had a great time! We also got to visit the Pumpkin Cave, which is not easy to get to, making it a thoroughly enjoyable tour! It seems he has really come to love activities! Thank you very much!

着いた時にはぶちゃむくれ顔でしたが、ガイドのシンタロウさんに声をかけてもらい、やる気に…
途中のシュノーケリングで笑顔が溢れ出し、帰りには楽しかったーーと、朝の自分の発言を反省することに。
なかなか行けないパンプキン鍾乳洞も行け、かなり大満喫のツアーでした！

In the morning, I went snorkeling at Ohsaki Beach, and in the afternoon, I did stand-up paddleboarding at Kabira Bay. The snorkeling was originally planned to take place at the Phantom Island, but due to bad weather, it was changed to Ohsaki Beach. I received the notification about the change the day before the tour, and since I didn't know what Ohsaki Beach was like, I was worried about whether I would enjoy it. However, the water was very clear, and I was able to see various fish, including clownfish, which was wonderful.

I was also anxious about snorkeling because I wasn't confident in my swimming skills, but the tour guide helped me and other participants who were not confident swimmers by pulling us along while we held onto a float. This allowed me to fully enjoy the underwater scenery! (The stand-up paddleboarding location was shallow, so it was fine even for those who are not good at swimming.)

In addition to photos, the tour guide dove down to capture videos of the fish we saw, which became great memories. (Some participants brought their own cameras.)

The tour guides were different in the morning and afternoon, but they carefully explained how to put on and use the equipment, as well as safety precautions. They also kept an eye on the participants' progress, so I felt secure joining the tour. They took many great photos, and that evening, they sent the photos and videos via LINE. (We exchange LINE contacts with each tour guide after the tour.)

For those participating in both the morning and afternoon tours, please note that after the morning tour, there will be a break at your accommodation or the remote island terminal. If your accommodation is far away and you don't have time to change from your swimsuit to clothes, it might be a good idea to bring some clothes for lunch.

During the transfer to the tour locations, the guides also share information about sightseeing spots and recommendations in Ishigaki Island, which enhances the experience. Personally, I found snorkeling to be quite physically demanding, so I think it was good that snorkeling was in the morning and stand-up paddleboarding in the afternoon. Stand-up paddleboarding was enjoyable for beginners as well, as you can move forward by using the wind and the paddle effectively, and there was no risk of sinking.

I had such a fulfilling experience that I would love to use the tour again if I have the opportunity! Thank you very much!

午前は大崎ビーチでシュノーケリング、午後は川平湾でサップをしました。
シュノーケリングは、当初幻の島での実施予定でしたが悪天候のため大崎ビーチでの実施に変更になりました。シュノーケリング場所の変更連絡はツアー前日にあり、大崎ビーチがどのような場所か知らなかったので楽しめるか不安でしたが、海の透明度が高く、クマノミ含む色々な魚を見ることができ、とても良かったです。
また、私は泳ぎに自信がなかったのでシュノーケリングが楽しめるか不安だったのですが、ツアーガイドさんが浮き輪に掴まった私と他に泳ぎに自信がない参加者を終始引っ張って泳いでくださったので、海の中を存分に見て楽しむことができました！(サップ場所は、浅かったので泳ぎが苦手でも問題ないです)
写真に加えて、参加者がその場で見た魚の動画をツアーガイドさんが潜って撮ってくださるのも良い思い出になりました。(自分でカメラを持ち込んでる参加者もいました)

ツアーガイドさんは午前と午後で違う方でしたが、装備の付け方や使い方、注意点を丁寧に教えてくださり、参加者の進捗状況もきちんと見ているので、安心して参加できます。映える写真をたくさん撮ってくださり、その日の夕方にはLINEで写真と動画を送ってくださります。(ツアー終了後に各ツアーガイドさんとLINE交換します)
午前と午後のツアーに参加される方は、午前のツアーが終わったら送迎可能な宿泊先か離島ターミナルで一度解散になるので、宿泊先が遠く水着から服に着替える時間がない場合はお昼ご飯を食べに行けるよう服を持って行った方がいいのかなと思います。
ツアー先へ移動する道中も石垣島の観光スポットやおすすめ、豆知識を話してくださるのでより石垣島の魅力を知れるのもおすすめです。
個人的にシュノーケリングはとても体力を使ったので、午前がシュノーケリング、午後がサップの順番でよかったと思いました。サップは風の力やオールを上手く使えば進み、沈むこともなかったので初心者でも問題なく楽しめます。
また、機会があればツアーを利用したいと思うくらい、満喫できました！

The pumpkin cave event was canceled, but I made the best memories during my first snorkeling experience! Not only was I able to see colorful fish and sea turtles up close in the beautiful ocean, but I also got to preserve those memories with wonderful photos! Thank you!

I went on a day trip to Ishigaki Island ✌
The tour we had planned was canceled on the day of, but thank you for accommodating us at such short notice.
Since it was our first experience with SUP, we were quite nervous. While others in the tour were standing and paddling, we were sitting and paddling the whole time, but we were able to enjoy it at our own pace.
The view of Kabira Bay while paddling was truly moving! The emerald green, crystal-clear Kabira Bay was amazing.
The guide mentioned, "This might be the best Kabira Bay of the year," and I really felt glad to have joined this tour!
Also, after the tour, we didn't have any specific plans and were just going to head to the airport, but the guide suggested that since we came all the way to Ishigaki, we should eat Ishigaki beef before leaving! I thought it might be difficult due to time constraints, but the guide recommended a yakiniku restaurant and dropped us off right in front of it, so we were able to enjoy Ishigaki beef before heading back.
Thank you for everything. It turned out to be the best day trip to Ishigaki Island!

予定していたツアーが中止になり当日、、ほぼ直前の予約だったのですが快く対応して頂きありがとうございました
SUP初体験の2人だったので、、ビビりまくり、、一緒のツアーに参加した方は立って漕いでいる中私達はずっと座って漕いでいましたが私達のペースで楽しむ事が出来ました
SUPを漕ぎながら見る川平湾の景色はもう感動！！
エメラルドグリーンの透き通った川平湾は素晴らしかったです。
ガイドさんが「今年1の川平湾かもしれんな〜」と言われててこのツアーに参加して本当に良かった！！と思いました。
また、ツアー後特に予定を立てておらず空港に行く予定だったのですがせっかく石垣島来たなら石垣牛を食べて帰り！と言って下さったのですが、、時間がギリギリで難しいかもしれないな〜と思っていたのですが、ガイドさんオススメの焼肉屋を紹介して頂きお店の前で降ろして下さったので締めに石垣牛を食べて帰ることが出来ました‍♀️

Due to the approaching typhoon, we only managed to participate in canoeing amidst several days of rain and strong winds. The instructor was kind and took many photos at various photo spots. The water was clear, so we could see plenty of fish swimming around. Canoeing requires quite a bit of physical strength, so having men in the group would be beneficial.

It's a shame that we couldn't do the Pumpkin Cave and snorkeling due to the bad weather. Miyako Island's weather can change quickly, and activities are heavily influenced by the weather, so it's best to keep in mind that there is a possibility of sudden cancellations on the day of your reservation. I would like to use this service again when the weather is nice. Thank you very much.

台風の接近により雨天と強風が何日も続く中、カヌーのみ何とか参加。インストラクターさんが親切で沢山フォトスポットで写真を撮ってくださいました。水が綺麗なのでお魚も沢山泳いでいるのが見えました。カヌーは結構体力使うので男性がいると良いと思います。

パンプキン鍾乳洞やシュノーケリングが悪天候のため出来なかったのが残念。宮古島は天気が変わりやすくアクティビティは天候にとても左右されるので、当日に急に中止になる可能性があることを念頭において予約した方が良いです。
天気の良い時にまたここを利用して参加したいです。ありがとうこざいました。

On October 28th (Tuesday) at 9 AM, we went snorkeling at the Blue Cave. It was mentioned that the Blue Cave might close later due to the typhoon's impact. However, it was a very enjoyable snorkeling experience. The Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful, and after the previous group left, we had the place to ourselves. My sister was delighted when a blue fish bit her while we were feeding the fish. This trip was a reward for my sister after taking care of our mother. It was her first time snorkeling, and we had a wonderful time playing with the fish and enjoying the stunning scenery, which became a treasured memory. Thank you to our very kind and fun guide.

とても楽しいシュノーケルでした。青の洞窟はとても綺麗で前の団体さんが出てからは私たちの貸切で楽しめました。魚の餌やりでは青い魚に噛まれたと姉が嬉しそうにしてましたよ
母の介護終えた姉とのご褒美旅行でした。シュノーケル初の姉と最高の景色　魚さんたちと戯れ童心に返って楽しんだ時間は宝物になりました。
とても親切で楽しいガイドありがとうございました。

I participated in a morning mangrove kayak tour and an afternoon snorkeling tour. It was helpful that they accepted reservations even the night before.

During the morning mangrove kayak tour, we received a briefing on how to paddle, making it enjoyable even for beginners. I recommend wearing a swimsuit and clothes that can get dirty, as you surprisingly get wet from the river water.

The afternoon Blue Cave tour was changed to snorkeling at Ohsaki due to poor sea conditions from the typhoon. Although there was a change, the snorkeling time was longer, and I actually enjoyed it more. There were considerations for those who are not good at swimming, so I felt safe participating.

Additionally, the instructor shared recommendations for restaurants and information about Ishigaki Island during the car ride, making for a fun time! Thank you very much.

午前マングローブカヤック、午後シュノーケルのツアーに参加しました。前日夜の予約でも受付可能だったので助かりました。
午前のマングローブカヤックでは、最初に漕ぎ方のレクチャーがあり、初心者でも楽しむことができました。意外に川の水で濡れるので水着＋汚れてもいい服装をおすすめします。
午後の青の洞窟ツアーは台風影響で海の状態が良くないため、大崎でのシュノーケルへ変更となりました。
変更にはなりましたが、シュノーケルの時間が長く、むしろ楽しむことができたと思います。泳ぎが苦手な方への配慮もあり安心して参加できました。
また、インストラクターの方は移動中車内てもオススメのお店や、石垣島について紹介してくださり楽しい時間を過ごせました！

I was nervous about my first snorkeling experience, but the guide was kind and I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea! I got to see not only sea turtles but also clownfish and many vibrant blue fish, making it the best snorkeling experience ever!

初めてのシュノーケリングでドキドキでしたが、
ガイドさんが優しくとても綺麗な海を満喫出来ました！
ウミガメだけでなくクマノミや、鮮やかな青い魚などをたくさん見ることができ、最高のシュノーケリングになりました！

As mentioned in the title, we were unable to enter the limestone cave due to the typhoon, but we were able to experience SUP and canoeing.

Originally, it seemed like the plan was for only one of the activities, and I experienced canoeing, but thanks to the guide's recommendation, I was also able to try SUP.

Both were my first experiences, but I think with the guide's thorough explanations, I could manage the operations to some extent.

The guide can take photos for you, so you might not need to bring your own camera.

Although we couldn't experience the Pumpkin Limestone Cave, it was still a very good experience.

タイトルに記載していますが台風の影響で鍾乳洞に入ることができず、SUPとカヌーの体験ができました

本来はどちらか片方のみのプランのようで私はカヌーの方の体験しましたが、ガイドの方の勧めでSUPも体験できました。

どちらも初めてでしたが、ガイドの方からの丁寧な説明を受ければ操作はある程度できると思います。

写真はガイドの方が撮ってもらえるので無理して持ってこなくてもいいかもしれません。

パンプキン鍾乳洞の体験はできませんでしたが、とても良い体験ができました。

Initially, I had signed up for the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Kayaking + Snorkeling + SUP plan, but I received a notification the day before that due to the impact of the typhoon and safety considerations, the plan would be changed to exclude the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Kayaking. (I was also informed that the participation fee would be adjusted accordingly.)

On the day of the tour, the wind and waves were indeed strong due to the typhoon, and I was anxious until just before the tour started. However, it was confirmed that the tour could proceed at Shigira Beach, so I was able to participate. The instructor, Nao, was very friendly, and throughout the tour, she shared various information about the sea and little tidbits about Miyako Island, which made it very enjoyable.

There was one instructor for every four groups of eight participants, allowing for a smooth entry into the water without any waiting time. They explained how to enter the water and the precautions, so I felt reassured! We practiced snorkeling in shallow water right after entering, which helped ease any anxiety I had about going into the sea.

Wearing a life jacket kept me afloat. I was lucky to see beautiful coral, many colorful fish, including clownfish, and even encountered two sea turtles, which I had almost given up on seeing. Nao also took photos and videos with a GoPro.

The snorkeling session ended in the morning. Shortly after, due to the typhoon's impact, swimming was prohibited at Shigira Beach, so I felt really fortunate. Nao recommended a restaurant for lunch, and after that, we regrouped for the SUP experience at Imugya Marine Garden.

In the afternoon, the wind had picked up even more, but we were able to proceed with the SUP experience as planned. It was my first time trying SUP, and I had some anxiety, but after receiving thorough instructions, we practiced before officially starting, which made me feel secure. I learned some tips and was able to stand on the SUP, which left me very satisfied.

Despite participating in the tour with the typhoon approaching, the tour was conducted with safety in mind, and I was able to fully enjoy the waters of Miyako Island. I thought that when I come back to Miyako Island, I would like to experience the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Kayaking that I missed this time.

当初はパンプキン鍾乳洞&シーカヤック+シュノーケリング+SUPプランでの申し込みでしたが、前日のお昼に台風の影響で安全に配慮し、パンプキン鍾乳洞&シーカヤックを除くプランに変更になる旨の連絡を頂きました。（プランが変更になる為、参加費用も該当プランへ変更になる旨もお伝え頂きました）
ツアー当日はやはり台風の影響で風も波も強くなっておりツアーが開催されるか直前までドキドキでしたが、ツアー開催地のシギラビーチでは開催可能との事でツアーに参加できました。インストラクターのなおさんがとてもきさくで、 ツアー中も色々と海の事や宮古島のプチ情報もガイド中に教えていただけとてもたのしかったです。
1人のインストラクターに8名4組での案内でした。 海での待ち時間なくスムーズに入れました。入り方や注意事項も説明いただけるので心配はいらなかったです！海に入ってすぐ浅いところでシュノーケルの練習もしっかりしてからのスタートなので不安なく海にむかえました。
ライフジャケット着用なので浮きます。
綺麗な珊瑚、カクレクマノミをはじめ沢山の綺麗なお魚、そしてあきらめていたウミガメさんにも2匹も遭遇する事が出来てとてもラッキーでした。
インストラクターのなおさんが写真や動画もゴープロで撮ってくれました。
シュノーケリングは午前中で終わりました。その直後には、台風の影響でシギラビーチも遊泳禁止になっていたので本当にラッキーでした。
インストラクターのなおさんにおすすめのお店を教えて頂きランチ後、再びSUP体験のためイムギャーマリンカーデンに再集合しました。
午後になると更に風が強くなっていましたが、予定通りSUP体験ができました。
SUPは初体験で不安もありましたが、しっかりとレクチャーを受けてから海へ、さらに練習してから本格的にスタートするので安心して参加できました。コツを教えて頂きSUPの上に立つ事もでき大満足でした。
台風が近づいている中でのツアー参加になりましたが、安全に配慮してのツアー開催となり宮古島の海を満喫できました。
今回、行く事ができなかったパンプキン鍾乳洞&シーカヤックにまた宮古島に来た際は体験したいなぁと思いました。

I reserved a canoe at Kabira Bay, but I received a notification the day before that due to strong winds, it would be changed to mangrove canoeing. I was informed that I could cancel, but since I was already there, I decided to experience the mangrove canoeing.

The meeting point's parking lot was a bit hard to find as there were no signs, so I arrived a little late, but the guide was very kind and provided smooth assistance. Once we entered the river, the guide taught us various things about the mangroves as we progressed, and I felt that they were always considerate and focused on safety, allowing me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

One personal miscalculation was that I thought I wouldn't get wet as long as I didn't fall from the canoe, but I ended up getting my legs soaked when entering the river, and the canoe was wet from the start, so I got wet even without falling. I was advised to wear clothes that could get wet, so I brought a change of clothes, and it wasn't a problem, but I wish I had participated in a swimsuit with a rash guard instead of regular sportswear.

Although it wasn't at Kabira Bay, I enjoyed it thoroughly and actually think it was better to be in the mangroves. Thank you very much.

川平湾カヌーを予約しましたが、前日に風が強い予報とのことで、マングローブに変更との連絡をいただきました。キャンセルもできると案内いただきましたが、せっかくなのでマングローブカヌーを体験しました。
集合場所の駐車場が看板などもないため分かりにくく、到着が少し遅れてしまいましたが、ガイドさんも親切な方で、スムーズに案内いただきました。
川に入ってからも、色々とマングローブについてを教えていただきながら進み、終始親切で安全にも配慮されていると感じ、安心して体験できました。
個人的に誤算だったのは、カヌーから落ちなければ濡れないと思っていましたが、川に入る際に膝下まで水に浸かるのと、はじめからカヌーの中が濡れていていたので、落ちなくても濡れたという点です。濡れてもいい服で参加するようにと案内があったので着替えも持参しており、問題はありませんでしたが、普通のスポーツウェアではなく、水着にラッシュガードなどで参加すればよかったと思いました。
川平湾ではなくなってしまいましたが、十分に楽しめましたし、寧ろマングローブで良かったのではと思っています。

I signed up for Sunrise SUP, but due to strong winds from the typhoon, we ended up going canoeing instead. Still, I was really glad to be out on the water. The instructor mentioned that the colors we saw are only visible after strong winds, and it was a wonderful sunrise with colors I had never seen before! Thank you very much.

サンライズSUPで申し込みましたが、台風の影響による強風により、カヌーでの催行となりました。それでも海にでれて本当に良かったです。インストラクターの方が強風の後じゃないと見れない色だとおっしゃってましたが、これまでに見たことのないような素晴らしい朝焼けの色でした！ありがとうございました。

I made a last-minute reservation the night before, but they contacted me and provided assistance. It was drizzling a bit, but the weather cleared up, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing canoe experience! The photos they took were also beautiful!

前日夜に急遽予約しましたが、連絡くださり対応していただきました。小雨も降っていましたが、晴れてきてゆったりカヌーを楽しむことができました！

I was brought to Ishigaki by my son and his wife just before turning 60. Our original plans had to change due to a typhoon, but I really wanted to do the mangrove kayaking, so I made a last-minute reservation the day before. Despite the unfortunate weather, I had a very enjoyable time. We were probably the oldest couple among the participants that day, but we didn't have any issues; in fact, there was even a mishap that left us wetter than anyone else, which became a great memory. I'm glad we were able to take a lot of photos. Since we couldn't go snorkeling and finished early, we went to the restaurant recommended by our instructor for both lunch and dinner. The food there was also very delicious, and we had a fulfilling day in Ishigaki, despite the approaching typhoon. Thank you very much.

60歳を目前にして息子夫婦に石垣に連れてきてもらいました。
元々の予定は台風により変更せざるを得ませんでしたが、マングローブカヤックはどうしてもやりたかったので、前日に急遽こちらを予約しました。
生憎の天気でしたが、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
恐らく当日の参加者の中で一番の年長者夫婦でしたが、何も困ることはなく、むしろ誰よりも濡れてしまうようなハプニングもあり、いい思い出になりました。
写真もたくさん撮っていただけてよかったです。
シュノーケルができず早く終わったので、インストラクターさんにおすすめしていただいたご飯屋さんに昼も夜も食べにいきました。そちらもとても美味しく、台風が近づいているとは思えないほど充実した石垣での1日を過ごせました。

A typhoon was approaching, so I had to change my original plans and made a last-minute reservation here the day before. Due to the typhoon, we could only do kayaking instead of snorkeling and SUP, but I was just happy to be able to do at least one activity!

It was my first time kayaking, but the guidance was thorough, so I didn't have any trouble. The explanations about the mangroves (types of mangroves, their characteristics, and the differences in root shapes) were very interesting. We also talked throughout the tour about recommended sightseeing spots in Ishigaki and good places to eat, which made it a lot of fun.

Even though we were on the tour in the rain, it didn't bother me since we were already wet. The mangrove forest felt even more like a hidden gem, and it was a rare experience to be out in the rain as an adult.

If I come to Ishigaki again, I think I will request activities! Thank you for the enjoyable time!

台風が接近しており元々の予定を変更せざるを得ず、前日に急遽こちらを予約しました。
台風のため、シュノーケルとSUPはできずカヤックだけとなりましたが、１つでもできただけ嬉しかったです！
初めてのカヤックでしたが、丁寧に案内していただいたので困ることもなく、マングローブについての説明(ヒルギの種類、特徴、根っこの形の違いなど)は非常に興味深く、他にも石垣観光のおすすめスポット、おすすめのご飯屋さんなどについて、終始お話ししながらのツアーでとても楽しめました。
雨に打たれながらのツアーでしたが、そもそも濡れているのでそれも気にならず、マングローブの森は秘境感が増して楽しかったですし、大人になってから雨に打たれることもなかなかないので貴重な経験でした。
また石垣にきたらアクティビティお願いすると思います！

Due to the weather, it was quite windy, and we switched to stand-up paddleboarding in the mangroves and snorkeling in Nago Bay, but we had a great time taking lots of photos.

That day, for safety reasons, it seemed that other tour companies were also gathering at the same location, so both experiences had quite a few people, but I think if the weather is stable, it would be a bit more relaxed.

They also provided pick-up right in front of the hotel, and since it was fine for the bus to be wet, I didn't need to change, which was great because I had very little luggage.

They dropped us off at the terminal for lunch, so I had no trouble choosing a place to eat, and the staff also recommended some restaurants on the bus.

In addition to the items listed, I recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and a waterproof case for your smartphone so you can take photos while paddleboarding.

気候の関係で風が強く、マングローブでのサップと名護湾でのシュノーケリングに変更になりましたが、たくさん写真も撮っていただいて楽しく過ごせました。
その日はおそらく安全のために他のツアー会社も軒並み同じ場所に集まっていたので、どちらの体験でもかなり人が多かったですが、安定した気候の日ならもう少し落ち着いて体験できるのではないかと思います。
ホテルの前まで送迎もしていただき、バスも濡れたままで問題ないとのことで着替え不要だったため荷物もかなり少なくてよかったです。
お昼もターミナルまで送っていただいたので、お店選びには困りませんでしたし、バスの中でスタッフさんおすすめのお店も教えていただけました。
持ち物は書いてあるもの以外では帽子、日焼け止めと、スマホ防水ケースがあればサップ中は自分でも写真が撮れるのでおすすめです。

Due to the approaching typhoon, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but instead, we went to Ohsaki Beach. The snorkeling lasted about an hour, and I was very satisfied! It felt like being in a natural aquarium with so many fish, and the coral was beautiful. Along the way, the guide showed us a sea snake and a pufferfish.

During the bus ride, we learned about Ishigaki Island, making it an enjoyable trip. However, since we swam for an hour straight, those without stamina might want to be cautious! Still, there are floaties available for tired people, so if you get tired, you can just hold onto one. Next time, I want to visit the Blue Cave on a sunny day!

台風が近づいているということで、青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、代わりに大崎ビーチに行きました。1時間くらいのシュノーケリングでしたが、大満足でした！
自然の水族館にいるみたいに魚も多く、サンゴもとても綺麗でした。途中で、ウミヘビやフグもガイドさんに見せてもらいました。
バス移動の際も石垣島について教えてもらい、楽しいバス移動でした。
ただ、1時間泳ぎ通しなので体力がない人は注意かもしれません！それでも、疲れた人用に浮き輪があるため疲れた際は浮き輪につかまっていれば大丈夫かと思います。
次回は天気の良い日に青の洞窟に行ってみたいです！

It was my first time snorkeling, but the instructor was very kind and taught me well, so I was able to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. ☺️

The sea in Miyako Island was incredibly beautiful, and I felt as if I were swimming inside an aquarium. Fortunately, I encountered a sea turtle right after entering the water. After that, I was able to enjoy watching various colorful fish. Since it was just before a typhoon, there were some waves, but the instructor always checked on my condition, so I was able to finish safely.

As for the Pumpkin Cave, I was disappointed that I couldn't enter because the entrance was blocked due to high waves. I would like to try again next time!!

シュノーケリングは初めてでしたが、インストラクターの方が丁寧に教えてくださり安心してシュノーケリングを楽しむことができました☺️

宮古島の海はとても綺麗でまるで水族館の中を泳いでいるような気分になりました。
幸運にも、海に入ってすぐにウミガメに出会うことができました。
その後も色とりどりのお魚をみながら楽しむことができました。
台風の前だったため、波は少しありましたがインストラクターの方が常に体調を気にかけてくれたので無事に終えることができました。

パンプキン鍾乳洞については、波が高かったため入り口が塞がってしまい入れず残念でした
次回リベンジしたいと思います！！

I was able to try stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling for the first time in Miyako Island!

The snorkeling, in particular, was a lot of fun as I got to see sea turtles and clownfish! I was able to go quite deep and enjoy many fish and the beautiful ocean!

The guide also shared various stories, which made it very enjoyable! I look forward to visiting Miyako Island again!

初めて宮古島に来てsupやシュノーケリングをすることができました！

特にシュノーケリングは、海亀やニモを見ることができとても楽しかったです！
かなり奥の方にも行けて沢山の魚や綺麗な海を満喫できました！

I took a tour of the canoeing and Pumpkin Cave, and it was a lot of fun. They taught us how to canoe with great care, and the Pumpkin Cave was sacred and really impressive. It seems that this is the only cave in Japan that you can enter from the sea, so I think it's a must-visit if you're in Miyako Island.

Overall, it was enjoyable, and I had no complaints at all, so I want to recommend it to my friends when they go.

However, at the end, there is a jump into the sea from about 3 meters high above the cave, so those who are not comfortable with that should be cautious.

カヌーとパンプキン鍾乳洞のツアーを利用しましたが、とても楽しかったです。
カヌーも丁寧に教えてくださり、パンプキン鍾乳洞も神聖的ですごくよかったです。
海から入れる鍾乳洞はここが日本で唯一らしく、宮古島にきたら一回は行くべきだなと思います。

全体的に楽しく、何一つ不満がなかったので、友人が行く際にもお勧めしたいと思っています。

ただ、最後帰るとき鍾乳洞の上から高さ3mくらいの位置から海に飛び込みがあるので、苦手な人は気をつけた方が良いかもしれません。

My first visit to Miyako Island, and I was really looking forward to going to the Pumpkin Cave! The kayaking to the cave entrance was a lot of fun as a marine activity, but the main highlight was definitely the Pumpkin Cave! It was a truly mystical and wonderful experience. The pumpkin-shaped stalactite at the entrance is famous and certainly makes an impact, but climbing and exploring allowed us to see the stalactites in various stages of growth up close. The instructor's explanations were clear and informative, making it enjoyable and educational. By the way, I left my smartphone behind to avoid it getting wet or lost, but I was very satisfied with the photos that were taken for us.

初めての宮古島、パンプキン鍾乳洞はぜひ行きたい！と楽しみにしてました。
鍾乳洞入り口までのカヤックもマリンアクティビティとして十分楽しかったですがメインはパンプキン鍾乳洞！とっても神秘的で素敵な体験でした。入り口のかぼちゃ型の鍾乳石は有名だし、やはりインパクトありますが、登っての探検で間近で成長途中の鍾乳石も見られて、インストラクターさんの説明もわかりやすく勉強にもなって楽しかったです。
ちなみにスマホは水没させたり紛失したりするとイヤなので置いて行きましたが、写真もしっかり撮ってもらえて大満足です。

We stayed at a hotel in the city center, so a tour company representative picked us up and we headed to the Blue Cave after picking up other tour participants.

First, we received an explanation on how to use the snorkel and fins, and then we set out to the sea. The weather was great that day, and the water was crystal clear, allowing us to see plenty of corals and fish.

During the tour, the guide was always concerned about everyone's safety and took many photos for us. I once again felt the joy of snorkeling in the beautiful sea, and since we didn't encounter any sea turtles this time, I would like to visit Ishigaki Island next time to see them.

私達は市街地のホテルに滞在していたので、ツアー会社の方に迎えに来てもらい、別のツアー会社参加者をピックアップのうえ青の洞窟に向かいました。
はじめにシュノーケルとフィンの使い方を説明いただき、いざ海原へ。
当日天候は良好、海の中はスカ―ッと透きとおって、サンゴや魚がいっぱい観ることができました。
ツアー中、ガイドさんは常にみんなの安全を気にしてくれ、また写真も沢山撮ってもらえました。
今回のツアーで綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングの楽しさを改めて感じ、今回はウミガメに逢えなかったので次回はウミガメに遭いに石垣島に行きたいと思いました。

We participated as a family of four.
It was our first experience with stand-up paddleboarding, but the environment at the tour location was calm, and the guide's explanations were concise and good.
There were times we were delayed, but there was no atmosphere of pressure, and we were grateful for their patience.

The snorkeling location was changed due to the weather on the day, but the water was clear, and even in deeper areas, visibility was good, which made it enjoyable (though this depends on the weather).
I had no particular complaints and had a great time. Thank you!

SUPは初めての体験でしたが、ツアー場所の環境が穏やかで、担当の方の説明も簡潔で良かったです
途中遅れる事もありましたが、焦らせるような雰囲気もなく、根気よくおつきあいいただけてありがたかったです

シュノーケリングは当日の天候により場所が変更になりましたが、透明度が高く、深いエリアでも視界が開けていて楽しめました（この辺りは天候次第ですが）
特に不満もなく楽しめました。ありがとうございました

I participated alone.
The captain is Russian, but he speaks Japanese well!
There are many interesting sights to see before reaching the cave, and he explains everything in a fun and entertaining way. You can also experience a roller coaster-like feeling, and by the end, you might be shouting so much that your throat hurts. If you're worried about seasickness, it's a good idea to bring some medication for peace of mind. If you go to Otaru, this is definitely an experience you should try!

船長はロシア人の方ですが、日本語も上手！
洞窟に行くまでも色々に見どころがあり、面白おかしく説明してくれます。また、ジェットコースター感覚も味わえ、終わった時には声を出しすぎて喉が痛くなるほど船酔いが心配な方は、薬を用意していくと安心です。小樽にいったら、絶対に体験した方がいいですよ
