Due to strong winds on the day, we were informed in advance about the change of location and went from Kabira Bay to Miyara River. They carefully taught us everything from paddling the canoe to detailed operating methods, and we even received photos, making it a wonderful experience! Thank you very much!

There was an unexpected incident, but they responded flexibly.
It might be a bit expensive for a pumpkin tour? If towels and lunch are included, then maybe this price is reasonable. If writing a review doesn't lead to a discount for the second person, it feels overpriced.
They pay a lot of attention to safety, so it might be good for beginners. However, older participants struggled at times, and children and moms ended up not being able to climb the pumpkin, which was unfortunate and seemed to defeat the purpose of the tour.
I was impressed by the guide's consistently cheerful attitude! The guide was great. It would be better if they categorized participants by skill level...

タオル、ランチが付いているならこの値段かな。口コミ書いて二人目なんとか…にならないなら割高。
安全面に配慮しまくってあるので初心者には良いかも。年配の方は四苦八苦する場面、子供やママが結果的にパンプキンに登れない。このツアーの意味無いってかわいそうでした。
ガイドさんの常時明るいテンションはすごいなぁ！と感心しました。ガイドさんは良い方。参加者のレベル分けをしたら良いのに…。

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Miyako Island. For those who want to do a lot of activities or are on a tight schedule, I highly recommend it. I received a message the day before about choosing between SUP or canoeing. Since I had experience with both, I opted for canoeing to conserve my energy, as SUP can be quite tiring.

The bay is beautiful and has calm waves, making it safe for beginners. If you want more excitement, you can venture outside the bay, depending on the wind and waves!

After enjoying kayaking, we went caving. I didn’t have high expectations since it was labeled as cave exploration, but it turned out to be the most moving experience of the trip. I understood why photography was prohibited inside; it was a sacred place. I think it's a location that's hard to access on your own.

The third activity was snorkeling at a different spot. I had heard that the sea around Miyako Island is beautiful, so I saved my energy for this main event. The water was stunning, with plenty of corals and fish, and I ended up swimming until I was exhausted.

The guide was kind and treated everyone fairly, making the experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend it!

はじめての宮古島を満喫いたしました。
あれも、これもしたい方、弾丸のかたなどおすすめです。
SUP　or カヌーの選択も前日に連絡をいただきました。わたしは両方とも経験があったので、体力温存の為、カヌーにしました。SUPは結構疲れます。
波の少ない綺麗な湾内なので、初心者でも安心です。もの足りない方は、湾の外へも行けます。風と波次第ですね！！
カヤックを充分楽しんだ後は、ケイビングです。洞窟探検とあったので、あまり期待はしてませんでしたが、これが今回の一番の感動でした。内部の撮影は禁止なのもわかるような、神聖な場所でした。これは個人ではなかなか行けないと思います。
３つ目は、再度場所を変えて、シュノーケリングです。やはり宮古島は海が綺麗と聞いていたので、これがメインと考えて、体力を温存してましたが、海が綺麗、サンゴや魚がたくさんなので、ヘトヘトになるぐらい泳ぎました。
ガイドさんも優しくして、どの人にも公平に接して楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。是非おすすめします。

I participated on a clear autumn day. Since it was close to evening, the sea was also less crowded, and I had plenty of time to take photos inside the cave, which became a wonderful memory!

The captain's talk was sharp, and his driving was impressive! I think this is quite a unique activity (^^).

I joined from Sapporo, but I didn't know such a place existed, and I discovered a new charm of Hokkaido!

Next year, I want to invite my husband to join me!

It was my first time in Miyako Island!! I wanted to go to the Pumpkin Cave, do canoeing, SUP, and snorkeling, so it was a packed tour. The Pumpkin Cave was a hidden gem that we could never have reached on our own! The guide was very kind and taught us canoeing and SUP, and above all, they were great at taking photos!! (laughs) My mother, who said she couldn't swim, really enjoyed snorkeling, which made me happy. We were blessed with good weather, and I think we participated in a wonderful tour. I highly recommend it! Thank you very much. If there’s another opportunity, I look forward to it!

初めての宮古島でした！！パンプキン鍾乳洞にも行きたいし、カヌーもSUPもしたいし、シュノーケルもしたいしと盛り沢山なツアーでした。パンプキン鍾乳洞は自分たちでは決していけないような、秘境でした！ガイドさんがとても親切でカヌーもSUPも教えてくれるし、何より写真がお上手で！！(笑)泳げないと言っていた母もシュノーケルすごい楽しんでて嬉しくなりました。お天気にも恵まれてとっても良いツアーに参加できたと思います。オススメです！ありがとうございました。また機会があればよろしくお願い申し上げます！

I participated on October 10, 2020. The meeting time was at 6:30 AM during low tide. The day before, the sea was rough due to Typhoon No. 14, but on the day of the tour, it was sunny and the sea conditions were good.
The Pumpkin Cave was beautiful, with impressive stalactites and several small waterfalls inside, creating a lovely scenery. It would have been difficult to enter on my own, so I was glad to join the tour.
Since the meeting was early in the morning, we moved immediately to go snorkeling after the Pumpkin Cave tour. The location was the beach in front of Shigira Hotel, where other tourists were swimming as well, but the guide was there to lead us, so I felt safe swimming. While searching for sea turtles, the guide pointed out clownfish and pufferfish. We swam over a wide area looking for sea turtles, but unfortunately, we couldn't find any, so it seems that meeting them isn't guaranteed.
The guide sent about 100 photos taken during the tour via Line by that evening.
Regarding infection control measures, the meeting was not at the hotel pickup but at a parking lot near the Pumpkin Cave, and we moved to the next snorkeling point by rental car, so there was no crowded situation in the guide's vehicle.

2020年10月10日に参加しました。集合時間は干潮時のタイミングの朝6時半の早朝でした。前日は台風14号の影響で海が荒れていましたが、ツアーの日は晴れ、海の状態も良かったです。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は美しく、洞窟内も立派な鍾乳石と小さな滝が複数ありとても素敵な景色でした。個人で入るのは難しいところなので、ツアーに参加してよかったです。
朝早い集合だったため、パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアー終了後、すぐ移動してシュノーケルをしました。場所はシギラホテルの前のビーチで他の観光客も泳いでいましたが、ガイドさんが案内してくれるため、安心して泳ぐことができました。ウミガメを探す間、カクレクマノミやハリセンボンなどを見つけて教えてくれました。広い範囲を泳いでウミガメを探しましたが、残念ながらウミガメに会うことはできなかったので、必ず会えるわけではなさそうです。
ガイドさんがツアー中にとってくれた写真はその日の夕方にはLineで100枚ほど送ってくださいました。
感染症対策については、集合は宿からのピックアップではなく、パンプキン洞窟近くの駐車場、次のシュノーケルポイントまで各人レンタカーで移動したため、ガイドさんの車で密な状態になることはありませんでした。

Due to the typhoon, the snorkeling and canoeing tour was changed to the day before. I received a phone call the day before! It was my first time snorkeling, but the instructor was kind and taught me carefully! Although I didn't see any turtles, I was able to see many beautiful fish in the blue ocean! The stand-up paddleboarding was tailored to my skill level, and they also took a lot of photos for me! It was very enjoyable with a high degree of freedom. I was completely satisfied with the day. はじめてのシュノーケリングでしたがインストラクターが優しく丁寧に教えてくれました！亀は見れなかったですがブルーオーシャンでたくさんの綺麗な魚を見れました！

Two years ago, I came to Miyako Island, but due to the typhoon, I couldn't go snorkeling or visit the Pumpkin Cave... This time, it's a revenge trip!! During snorkeling, the guide took us to a spot where we could see sea turtles! The ocean was so beautiful and there were lots of fish! I was really happy that the guide took pictures of the fish underwater and sent them to my phone later! At the Pumpkin Cave, I was overwhelmed by the mystical world. The water appeared blue due to the spring water, and the guide provided detailed explanations about places where people used to pray to the gods, which was really enjoyable!

2年前に宮古島に来たのですが台風の影響でシュノーケルやパンプキン鍾乳洞には行けず、、、今回リベンジ！！シュノーケルではガイドの方がウミガメの見れるところまで案内してくれます！海がとても綺麗で魚もいっぱい！ガイドの方が水中で魚の写真をとって後で携帯に送ってくれて嬉しかったです！またパンプキン鍾乳洞では神秘的な世界に圧倒されました。湧水の影響で水が青に見えたり、昔神様にお祈りしていた場所など、ガイドの方が詳しく説明してくださりとても楽しかったです！

It was a cloudy afternoon in early October, but the boat had windows that could be opened in the front and on the sides, making it comfortable. When I wanted to feel the wind, I could move to the back seat and enjoy the scenery.

The friendly captain made the experience very enjoyable. The Blue Cave was beautiful, but the scenery along the way was also magnificent and truly representative of Hokkaido.

I walked to the meeting point, but it was closer to the end of the canal than I expected, so I got a bit lost. However, I was able to confirm my location quickly by calling the captain, which was a relief.

10月初旬の曇りの午後だったのですが、ボート内は前と横に窓が開閉できて、快適にいられました。風に当たりたいときは、後ろの椅子へ移動できたので景色も満喫できます。
気さくな船長がとても楽しく盛り上げてくれました。青の洞窟も綺麗でしたが、道中の景色も北海道らしく雄大ですごく良かったです。

集合場所まで歩いて行きましたが、思ったより運河の突き当たり寄りで、ちょっと迷ってしまいましたが、船長に電話してすぐに確認がとれたのでよかったです。

I booked a one-day tour for snorkeling and the Pumpkin Cave. The snorkeling started six hours before low tide, with the morning dedicated to snorkeling and the afternoon to the Pumpkin Cave.

The designated snorkeling point was within Shigira Beach, with only one hour of snorkeling, so it didn't feel like it was worth going on a tour. Although I saw a sea turtle, it wasn't particularly highlighted. The day before, I experienced a half-day snorkeling tour at Yaeyama, which involved going out to the ocean and changing points with four 20-minute sessions, so if you're coming all the way to Miyako, I felt other snorkeling options would be better.

There was a two-and-a-half-hour gap between the morning and afternoon activities. Without a shower, it would be a bit tough if you’re not staying at Shigira Resort.

To get to the Pumpkin Cave, you walk about 30 minutes through the water. Inside the cave, spring water flows abundantly, creating a mystical atmosphere. It felt more adventurous than I expected, which was great. It seemed difficult to go on your own, so joining the tour was definitely the right choice.

All the staff were very pleasant. However, with a full day commitment and only about 2.5 hours of activity time, it would have been better if the plan's explanation was clearer. It would also have been good to have the snorkeling points clearly stated. I recommend the Pumpkin Cave, so I think it would be nice to have a separate tour for it.

シュノーケリングとパンプキン鍾乳洞の１日のツアーを予約した。
干潮からさかのぼり６時間前にシュノーケリングスタートということであり、AMがシュノーケリング、PMがパンプキン鍾乳洞であった。
指定されたシュノーケリングポイントはシギラビーチ内で1時間1本であったため、わざわざツアーで行くという感じではなく低調だった。ウミガメはみれたものの前面に押し出す内容ではなかった。
前日に別のツアーで八重干瀬半日シュノーケルを体験したが、沖まで出てポイントを変えながら20分４本だったので、わざわざ宮古まで来るのであればシュノーケリングは他の方が良いと感じた。
AMのアクティビティからPMのアクティビティまで２時間半ほど間があく。シャワーが無いのでシギラリゾート内に宿をとっていないと少々厳しい。
パンプキン鍾乳洞には海の中を片道３０分くらい歩いて行く。洞窟内は地下水がとうとうと湧き出し神秘的な感じ。ここは想像以上によく冒険をしている感があってとても良かった。自力で行くのは難しそうなのでツアー参加で大正解。
スタッフは皆さん感じが良かった。
１日拘束でアクティビティタイムは2.5時間くらいだったので、プランの説明がもう少しわかりやすいとよかった。またシュノーケリングポイントは明記されていると良かった。
パンプキン鍾乳洞はお勧めるので、分けたツアーがあると良いと思った。

As a beginner in snorkeling and lacking confidence in swimming, I was encouraged by the guide's words, "It's okay." We set off into the ocean and were able to see many corals and colorful fish. The clownfish, in particular, was so cute that I could watch it forever. I also got to see a sea turtle taking a breath.

In the afternoon, we went on the Pumpkin Cave tour. After walking for 20 minutes while listening to the guide's fun explanations, we entered a cave that was far more vibrant than what we saw in the brochure. I didn't know we could explore all the way to the back, so the experience was filled with excitement and anticipation right up to the final jump. On the way back, we even saw a double rainbow, which exceeded my expectations and left me feeling very satisfied and accomplished. I also received many photos, which became wonderful memories. Thank you!

　シュノーケリング初心者で泳ぎに自信のない私でしたが、ガイドさんの「それでも大丈夫‍♀️」の言葉に励まされ、いざ沖に出発、沢山の珊瑚や色鮮やかなに会うことができました。特にニモはずっと見ていても飽きないくらい可愛かったです。ウミガメの息継ぎの瞬間も見ることもできました。
　午後からはパンプキン鍾乳洞ツアー。ガイドさんの楽しい説明を聞きながら歩くこと２０分。中に入るとパンフレットで見るより遥かに鮮やかなパンプキン＆プチ青の洞窟。奥まで探検できると知らなかったので、最後の飛び込みまでドキドキワクワク体験が満載でした。帰路にはダブルレインボーも見られて、予想以上の満足＆達成感でした。沢山の写メもいただき、思い出になりました。ありがとうございました

Even in these times of COVID-19, I think I visited during the busiest season, but I was able to take my time and enjoy it! Not only the Blue Cave, but also other attractions were explained in a fun and entertaining way, making it a memorable experience. The boat ride felt like an attraction, and if you're looking for some thrills, I definitely recommend it! The meeting point was a bit hard to find, though.

コロナのご時世とは言え、1番の混雑期に行ったと思いますがゆっくり見せてもらえました！
青の洞窟だけでなく、他の見どころも面白おかしく説明していただいて楽しい思い出となりました。ボートもアトラクションみたいで、スリリングさを味わいたいのなら断然おすすめです！

I was guided with great attention to safety and environmental considerations. Even for someone like me who is not good at exercise, I managed to get through it (^_^;) I not only had photos of people taken but also captured beautiful scenery and wildlife, which became wonderful memories. By the way, my favorite photo is not of a sea turtle or a clownfish, but of a mantis shrimp... for some reason, I really liked it (laughs). Thank you very much m(_ _)m

Since it was my first time in Miyako Island, I signed up for a course that included snorkeling and Pumpkin Hall. To sum it up, I was very satisfied.

There are two main points that contributed to my high level of satisfaction: the guide's assistance and the richness of the content. I found the guide's explanations to be wonderful; they were thorough and easy to understand, which was very helpful for my first visit to Miyako Island. Additionally, receiving the photos taken during the tour later on became a cherished memory of my trip.

As for the content of the course itself, I was pleased with the guidance to snorkeling spots that are difficult to access individually, as well as the experience beyond Pumpkin Hall. I think it would be interesting for you to experience it yourself, so I’ll skip the details, but I truly felt that signing up for the course was a great decision.

初めての宮古島だったのでシュノーケルとパンプキンホールが楽しめるコースに申し込みました。
結論から言うと大満足でした。
満足度が高いポイントは2つあって、ガイドさんの案内と内容の充実ぶりです。
ガイドさんの案内が素敵だなと思ったのは、丁寧でわかりやすく初めての宮古島訪問に役立つお話もいただき大変助かりました。またガイド中に撮影いただいた画像を後ほど送って貰えるのも旅の思い出になりました。
コース自体で満足した内容の充実に関しては、シュノーケルの個人では行きにくいコースの案内と、パンプキンホールの向こう側です笑
実際には体験いただくと面白いと思うので、詳細は割愛しますが、コース申込みで本当に良かったなと思いました。

I was able to spend a meaningful time. I was completely satisfied with the smiles, brightness, way of speaking, and hospitality of the staff!

The car was an 8-seater, and the front passenger seat was empty. The rest were filled, so it was a bit cramped inside. However, all the participants and staff were wearing masks, and we were able to open the windows for ventilation!

What made me very happy was that they took a lot of photos with an underwater camera. I received all those photos via LINE! Since I don’t have an underwater camera, I was able to get photos that we couldn't take ourselves. I thought there would only be one photo included in the tour (laughs), but I received 170 photos! Considering the tour price, I think it's quite reasonable. They took us to various places, we got to experience different activities, met fish, and had photos taken! It was truly all-inclusive!

The level of this tour is really, no exaggeration, top-notch!

有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。係の方の笑顔や明るさ、話し方、おもてなし…全て大満足です‼︎

車は8人乗りで、助手席は空き。
他は埋まっていたので、車内は密でした。ですが、他の参加者や係の方みなさんマスクを着用していましたし、また、窓を開けることができたので換気はOK‼︎

私がとても嬉しかったのは、水中カメラでたくさん写真を撮ってくれたことです＾＾
その写真を全てLINEでいただけました‼︎
水中カメラを持っていないので、自分たちでは撮影できない写真をゲットすることができました。
ツアーに含まれている写真撮影が1枚だけかな⁇と勝手に思っていました（笑）170枚の写真をいただけました‼︎ツアー料金を考えるとお手頃だと思います。色々な場所に連れて行ってくれて、体験もできて、お魚にも会えて、写真も撮れる‼︎至れり尽くせりです‼︎

このツアーのレベルは本当に、お世辞なしで

It was more of an adventure than I expected. First, I went snorkeling. I was able to see beautiful fish and coral, but it was disappointing that I didn't get to meet any turtles. However, it felt like a luxurious time on a nearly private beach with hardly anyone around. I was able to enjoy snorkeling even though I can't swim, thanks to the staff member who held onto my float. The Pumpkin Hall, which I had wanted to visit, had a waterfall created by the previous day's downpour, and it was mystical and moving. I was scared to jump down from the pumpkin when leaving. Overall, I had a lot of fun, but there was no explanation about the lack of transportation, and the meeting point was far from my hotel due to the organizer's circumstances, so I had to take a taxi. I ended up paying an additional 3,000 yen for transportation halfway through. I think this should have been detailed in the information provided.

思ったよりも、私には冒険でした。
先に、シュノーケリングをしました。
魚や珊瑚は、綺麗に観れたのですが、亀に会えなかったのは、残念でした。でも、人がほとんどいない、ほぼプライベートビーチ状態で、贅沢な時間でした。スタッフの人の浮き輪に捕まって、泳げない私でも、楽しくシュノーケリングができました。行ってみたかった、パンプキンホールは、前日のスコールで、滝が出来ていて、神秘的で、感動しました。出るときに、パンプキンから、ジャンプして降りるのが怖かったです。
全体的にとても楽しかったですが、送迎つかない説明がなかったことと、集合ポイントも開催者の都合で宿泊ホテルから、遠方になって、タクシーで参加しました。途中から送迎を別料金で、3000円を払いました。詳細にそのことは、記載すべきだとおもいました。

Due to the impact of COVID-19, there was only one other group besides us. Furthermore, during the latter part of the activities at Kabira Bay, we had our guide, Diego, all to ourselves.

In a word, it was "the ultimate relaxation." It felt like a world completely separate from our daily lives. While experiencing the extraordinary beauty of Ishigaki Island's nature, Diego provided a fun and educational guiding experience. The timing for landing on the phantom island was perfect.

It's common to get so focused on taking photos that you can't fully enjoy the activities, but Diego took plenty of pictures for us, allowing us to enjoy the tour without any worries. If I have the opportunity to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely like to request his services once more.

コロナの影響で自分達の他には1組しかいませんでした。更に後半の川平湾のアクティビティではガイド(ジエゴ)さん貸切りでした。
一言で言えば「最高の癒し」
日常の生活からかけ離れた世界。非日常である石垣島の自然の美しさを感じながら、ジエゴさんの楽しく、勉強になるガイド。幻の島に上陸するタイミングはバッチリでした。写真を撮る事に専念してしまってアクティビティをしっかりと楽しめない事があるあるですが、写真もたっぷり撮って頂き、何も心配無くしっかりとツアーを楽しめました。また石垣島に行く機会があれば、またお願いしたいと思います。

I participated in snorkeling at Kabira Bay and the Blue Cave. The natural beauty was so stunning that I wanted to come back again and again. Personally, I found the underwater snorkeling in front of the Blue Cave to be particularly impressive. It was great that they had a good range of sizes for rental equipment. I really appreciated the guide's explanations and the photo opportunities. They were very accommodating with schedule changes and pickup locations, which was a big help. Regarding infection control measures, while some things in the vehicle are unavoidable, overall, I thought it was well managed.

川平湾supと青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加させていただきました。とにかく自然が何度でも来たくなるような綺麗さでした。個人的には青の洞窟前の海中シュノーケリングが印象的でした。貸し出し用品なかなり大きいサイズもありよかったです。ガイドさんの説明や写真撮影も大変ありがたかったです。日程変更や送迎場所の融通も利かせていただき大変助かりました。感染対策については、車内はある程度仕方ありませんが基本的によかったと思います。

The cheerful captain makes the tour enjoyable. The sea is very beautiful, and I am satisfied. If you are prone to motion sickness, taking anti-nausea medication is essential.

On the day of the tour, I received a message asking if I could come earlier because the weather looked questionable. I informed them that I had a tight schedule and could only make it at the earliest time available, which seemed to leave them a bit uncertain, but the guide was very friendly. They took a lot of photos for me, and it became a wonderful memory.

当日に観光中、天気が怪しいので早めに来られますか？と連絡があり、予定が詰まっており最速でこの時間ですと伝えると、うーんという感じでしたが、とても気さくなガイドさんでした。
写真もたくさん撮っていただき、とてもいい思い出になりました。

We arrived earlier than our scheduled time, so it was helpful that we could depart early without any loss of time. I was worried about it being crowded during this season, but we had the place to ourselves, and the enjoyable conversation along with the wonderful scenery was truly soothing for the heart! I was moved to discover that there are such lovely places in Japan. Thank you very much.

The foreign captain entertained us in various ways, so the round trip to the Blue Cave was enjoyable without getting bored. The driving is acrobatic, so those who are prone to motion sickness should not forget to take motion sickness medication!

The reservation for the day after arriving in Ishigaki was made on short notice, but they responded quickly. There was no additional charge for the shuttle service, and we could enjoy the canoeing hands-free.

We participated as a family of three with our 10-year-old child. It's often difficult to take pictures of the whole family during activities, but thanks to the photo service, we were able to enjoy canoeing without any hassle and received more than enough family photos.

We spent a relaxing time canoeing on the crystal-clear waters of Kabira Bay.

On the way to the point, the instructor kindly answered our family's questions about sightseeing spots, for which we are grateful. Thanks to their advice, the remaining days were fulfilling.

The Blue Cave beach was closed, but they contacted us in detail beforehand, and we still had a great time on the day. Actually, I requested this because I saw reviews saying the president was a nice person, and it was true; the staff were also refreshing and cheerful, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

I participated with my son, and we had the best experience! The weather was clear on the day, and the water was so transparent that we could see all the way to the bottom. The Blue Cave was even more beautiful and stunning than the images in the brochure. When we fed the fish, dozens of them gathered around, and my child was overjoyed.

Our guide, Mr. Osaka, was very kind and attentive, sharing various stories with us and taking dozens of wonderful underwater photos. We were very satisfied!

We could borrow everything for free, including wetsuits, marine shoes, gloves, snorkels, and fins. We look forward to doing this again!

当日は晴天で海の透過度も高く底の方までよく見え、青の洞窟はパンフレットの画像以上に綺麗で素敵でした。魚に餌付けする時は周りに何十匹も集まり子供は声を上げて喜んでいました。

Due to the weather, we had to change our schedule at the last minute, but we were able to go on a nice day. When the weather is good, everything is good. The staff talked about Ishigaki Island and shared gourmet tips while we were in the car, which was very helpful.

During my first experience with SAP, I had fun doing some yoga-like activities and jumping around! In the afternoon, we visited the Blue Cave, where I was able to take photos just like in the brochure, and I encountered Nemo and many other fish while snorkeling. It turned out to be the best day.

天気の都合で、急遽日程を変更していただきましたので、天気の良い日に決行することが出来ました。天気が良いと全てが良いです。スタッフの方が移動中の車の中で、石垣島のことを話してくれたり、グルメの話など参考になりました。
初めてのSAPでは、ヨガもどきをしたり飛び跳ねたり楽しかった！
午後の青い洞窟はパンフレット通りの写真が取れ、シュノーケリングもニモや沢山の魚と出会いました。最高の日になりました。

We were able to enjoy SUP and snorkeling safely and had a great time. It was also nice that they took photos for us that we couldn't capture ourselves and shared information about Ishigaki Island. I would like to participate in other tours as well.

安全に気をつけながら、楽しくSUPやシュノーケリングができました。自分たちだけでは撮れない写真もとってくださり、石垣島のことについて教えていただけたところもよかったです。他のツアーにも参加したいです。

It would be more customer-friendly to schedule from 14:00 to 17:00 to allow for other plans.

The total time from start to finish is 6 hours, but the actual usage time is only about 2.5 to 3 hours. I wasn't particularly expecting to see turtles, so it was fine if I didn't encounter any, but since we only swam in the bay at Shiragi Beach, there was no need for a tour; just renting snorkeling gear would suffice.

At the Blue Cave, you ride a boat, and the experience is much more impressive, with a longer duration that provides a sense of fulfillment, so it would have been better to use that for two days. The staff's response wasn't bad, but with a typhoon approaching, the waves were strong, and there was a risk of serious injury on the rocky areas, especially for women and children participating.

I understand that the tour company needs revenue due to COVID, but they are not ensuring safety and security, which is why I give this rating.

Additionally, while the Blue Cave provided prescription goggles for free, here they charged 2000 yen. There was no receipt given in cash, so it might have just gone into the staff's pockets... w

亀は別に期待して無かったので遭遇できなくてもよかったですがシラギビーチの湾内で泳ぐだけなのでシュノーケル道具をレンタルするだけでツアーにする必要はありません。
青の洞窟では船に乗るし、感動レベルも高く、時間も充実感を感じられるくらい長いのでそちらを2日利用した方が良かったです。
スタッフの対応は悪くは無かったですが台風が来ている中で波が強く、岩場で脚を切るなど(たいしたことはなかったが)女性、子供が参加する中で岩場の多い中で大怪我する危険性は大いにありました。
コロナの為売上が必要性でしょうがツアー会社として安心安全は出来ていない為、この評価とします。

追加、青の洞窟では度付きゴーグルはタダでしたがこちらでは2000円取られました。現金で領収書も出なかったのでスタッフの小遣いになっていたりして・・・w

In the morning, I did SUP at Kabira Bay. There were explanations about how to paddle as well as information about the sea and marine life, and I had a great time!

In the afternoon, I went snorkeling. It was completely different from the sea I usually visit, with vibrant corals and fish welcoming me! It was definitely an emotional experience!!

The guide was very talkative, and I was able to enjoy the entire time! Thank you very much!!

午前中は川平湾でSUPでした。SUPの漕ぎ方はもちろん、海や生物についての説明もあり、とても楽しめました！

午後からはシュノーケリングでした。普段よく行く海とは全くちがい、色鮮やかな珊瑚や魚が出迎えてくれました！感動すること間違いなし！！

We participated in the Kayahira Bay and Blue Cave tour as a couple. The day before, we received a call informing us that due to strong winds, we wouldn't be able to go to the much-anticipated Kayahira Bay, and instead, we went to the mangroves as an alternative plan. It was great that they explained and confirmed the meeting place in detail.

At first, I was a bit disappointed about the change to the alternative plan, but I really enjoyed kayaking, and the guide provided a lot of thorough explanations. The pace was just right—not too fast and not too slow—allowing us to enjoy the kayaking and the great outdoors of the mangroves.

We went snorkeling at the Blue Cave, and when I mentioned that I wasn't confident in my swimming ability, they kindly pulled a float for me, which was very helpful. Thanks to that, I felt less scared and was able to fully enjoy the beautiful underwater world.

During the transfer, they also shared recommendations for restaurants and famous spots, which made it really fun.

After the tour, we received a lot of photos, and I was happy because they were all great shots. My first time in Ishigaki Island turned out to be a wonderful memory! The guides were really nice and very entertaining!

夫婦2人で川平湾、青の洞窟ツアー参加しました。
前日に電話いただき、強風の影響で楽しみにしていた川平湾に行けなくなり、代替のプランでマングローブの方へ行きました。集合場所等も丁寧に説明・確認してもらえて良かったです。

最初は代替プランになったことに少しがっかりしていたのですが、カヤックは勿論楽しめましたし、ガイドさんも丁寧に沢山説明してくれました。早すぎず、ゆっくりすぎず、カヤックとマングローブの大自然を楽しむことができました。
青の洞窟ではシュノーケリングをしましたが、泳力に自信がないことをお伝えすると、快く浮輪？を引っ張ってくださって助かりました。おかげで怖くなくなり、綺麗な海の世界を存分に堪能することができました。
移動の最中もオススメのレストラン、有名スポットなどを教えてくださり本当に楽しかったです。

ツアー後に写真をもらったのですが、かなりの枚数を撮ってもらっていて、どれもいい写真だったので嬉しかったです。初めての石垣島、すごくいい思い出になりました！
ガイドさん本当にいい方達でしたし、とっても面白かったです！笑
