Thank you very much for this opportunity. I used the 7-hour southern Okinawa sightseeing course, and I am extremely satisfied! It became a wonderful day that will be the best memory of my trip.

I had communicated the places I wanted to visit in advance, but on the day, they added recommended spots according to the time and chose scenic routes to guide us, which was truly impressive with their meticulous attention to detail throughout.

Moreover, they even checked the congestion status of the lunch spot, allowing us to enjoy our meal without any waiting time, which I greatly appreciated. At the tourist sites, they provided a fun and informative experience with the guide, and they skillfully avoided parking congestion, making our sightseeing very comfortable.

It was many times more enjoyable than driving a rental car, and I was able to fully appreciate the scenery and attractions of Okinawa with peace of mind. The driver's warm personality made our conversations during the journey very enjoyable as well.

We used this service for our honeymoon trip. It was our first time traveling to Okinawa, and the comfortable driving made it easy to visit all the places we wanted to go. During our cruise stop in Naha, we rented a large taxi for 9 people for 8 hours from 09:00 to 17:00, with 7 passengers. Since each of the 7 had different places they wanted to go, we followed the course outlined below. We started from the port and went to American Village (where 4 people got off) ⇒ picked up 3 people and headed to the Churaumi Aquarium (3 hours there is sufficient) ⇒ returned to American Village where the aquarium group of 3 spent 1 hour ⇒ the American Village group of 4 went to a nearby market to look for things they wanted ⇒ during this time, the taxi returned to American Village to pick up the 3 people ⇒ came back to the market to pick up the remaining people ⇒ and then returned to the port. This route allowed us to fully utilize the 8 hours, visiting multiple locations and fulfilling various wishes. By frequently communicating via LINE among the 7 of us, we could keep track of our current locations, estimated arrival times, and next actions, making it very efficient.

クルーズの那覇停泊中に9人乗り大型タクシーを7人で09：00ｰ17：00まで8時間貸し切り。7人中行きたいところが違うので下記コースを辿りました。港からアメリカンビレッジ（ここで4人降りる）⇒3人を乗せて美ら海水族館へ（現地3時間で十分）⇒アメリカンビレッジに戻り水族館組3人はココで1時間過ごす⇒アメリカンビレッジ組4人は近くの市場へ買いたいものを探しに⇒この間タクシーはアメリカンビレッジに戻って3人をピックアップ⇒市場に戻って来て残りの人をピックアップ⇒港に戻る。このようなコース取りで8時間フルに複数の場所、複数の希望を叶えました。7人で頻繁にライン通信することで、現在居場所、到着予定時刻、次の行動など、つぶさに連絡が取れるので、非常に効率的です。　

Since it was my first time in the southern part of Okinawa, I was able to efficiently visit Peace Memorial Park, Sefa Utaki, and Okinawa World. The driver was pleasant, but I think it would have been even better if there had been a bit more detailed guidance about each location.

沖縄南部は初めてだったので、平和記念公園、斎場御嶽、沖縄ワールドを効率よく回ってもらいました。
感じの良いドライバーさんでしたが、もう少し詳しい各地の案内が有れば尚良かったかなと思います。

I used the service for two days, and both days we had the same driver.

On the first day, we started from a hotel on Kokusai Street and visited the Churaumi Aquarium, had Okinawa soba for lunch, went to Kouri Island, and then to Pineapple Park, which was an 8-hour course. The driver fulfilled all our requests for places we wanted to visit.

On the second day, we requested a 4-hour course with Amebire and Ender. The driver was very kind and made us feel at ease, making it much easier than renting a car ourselves in an unfamiliar place.

They guided us to the entrance, lent us an umbrella, and took many family photos at each spot. My kids ended up loving the driver, and at the end, we even took a commemorative photo together, which made them very happy!

We wanted to visit Umikaji Terrace on the second day, but we ran out of time, so I definitely want to go back to Okinawa!

2日間利用しましたが２日共、同じドライバーさんでした。
１日目は国際通りのホテルから出発して美ら海水族館、お昼ご飯は沖縄そば、古宇利島、パイナップルパークと８時間コースでしたが行きたい場所の要望を全て叶えて頂けました。
2日目はアメビレとエンダーで4時間コースでお願いしました。
とても親切で安心感があり慣れない土地で自分たちでレンタカーを借りるよりかなり楽に感じました。
入口まで案内して頂いたり日傘を貸して頂いたり、各スポットで家族写真もたくさん撮って下さり子供もドライバーさんが大好きになり最後にドライバーさんと一緒に記念写真まで撮ってもらい大喜びでした！
2日目はウミカジテラスも行きたかったですが時間が足りなかったのでまた沖縄行きたいです！
大変お世話になりました。

I used this for sightseeing at the cruise port. Since I was with my parents in their 60s, we took it easy while exploring. My father, who was visiting Japan for the first time, was very satisfied.

In January 2026, we arrived on the cruise ship, and it was a great help that the driver came to the parking lot right in front of us. It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and thanks to the veteran driver’s guidance, we were able to have an efficient and meaningful sightseeing experience. We were blessed with good weather, enjoyed beautiful scenery, and were able to take memorable photos, which made us very satisfied. I was particularly moved by Kabira Bay. During the drive, the driver shared stories about the culture and customs, and took us to recommended places (popular power spots), which was a lot of fun. I appreciate the flexible response to our requests for specific destinations. Before going, I was unsure and anxious about whether to rent a car, but chartering a taxi through Veltra allowed us to focus on sightseeing, which was great. Thank you so much to the driver who took care of us at that time.

2026年1月　当日クルーズ船での到着でしたが、目の前の駐車場に来てくれ本当に助かりました。初めての石垣島でしたがベテラン運転手さんのガイドで効率よく有意義な観光ができました。お天気にも恵まれ綺麗な景色、記念撮影も叶い大満足です。特に川平湾には感動しました。移動中も文化や習慣をお話ししてくれたり、おすすめの場所(人気のパワースポット)にも案内してくださったり楽しかったです。こちらの希望地の要望にも応えながらも、柔軟な対応に感謝いたします。行く前はレンタカーにしようか迷い不安もありましたが、ベルトラでタクシーをチャーターしたことで観光に専念できて良かったです。あの時の運転手さん、お世話になり本当にありがとうございました。

The driver is experienced, so they can take you to your desired destinations and nearby recommended sightseeing spots. If you have specific food preferences, they will also introduce you to recommended restaurants, making this tour a great option.

ドライバーさんもベテランなので行きたい場所そして近くのおすすめ観光スポットも連れてもらえるし食べたいものがあればおすすめの飲食店も紹介して下さるのでこのツアーありだと思います。

Our driver was prompt in meeting us at the port for our shore excursion with friends. His English wasn't great, but he was very adept at using google translate to narrate what we were passing by and where we were going. We had great communication ahead of time with the company to indicate where we wanted to go and he got us to the Kamikaze museum, (we spent about an hour) and to the samurai gardens, even showing the way and where to pay (if you don't know that you may enter at the wrong end of the street.) He picked us up at the end, which saved us a long walk back up the pedestrian street.
We liked our itinerary because it got us inland and showed us the beautiful green hills of that part of Japan. We returned to the ship with plenty of time. If you know what you want to see (we compared itineraries with the ship's shore excursion) and can share a car this is a very cost-effective way to see a port stop.

I decided to take a solo trip to Miyako Island, but I only booked a hotel. Since it's a nice hotel, I thought maybe I wouldn't need to go out, but I really wanted to see the Snow Salt Factory and Irabu Bridge! So, I made a reservation for a three-hour tour.

Not only did we visit those two places, but the guide also took us to other bridges as time allowed, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

宮古島に一人旅することにしたは良いけど、ホテルしか予約していませんでした。良いホテルなので外に行かなくてもいいかな？とも思ったのですがやはり雪塩ファクトリーと伊良部大橋はやっぱ見ておきたい！と思い三時間コースで予約しました。
その2つはもちろんの事、時間の許す限り他の橋も連れて行ってくださり大満足でした。

Although it was a short three hours, I was able to think about various things and enjoy the food I wanted to eat, which was great. I also fully enjoyed the beautiful blue sea of Miyako Island. Above all, it was fun to hear various stories about Miyako Island, and the time flew by. Thank you very much. I would like to request your services again when I visit Miyako Island next time.

I used a private taxi for 8 hours during a trip with a female friend.

Our driver was a Russian woman, and she was incredibly kind and polite in her Japanese service. I felt completely at ease from start to finish, with no worries at all. The conversations in the car were also a lot of fun!

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning, but she had researched "recommended spots for rainy days" in advance, which really touched my heart. At the Kouri Island Bridge, she drove slowly while assessing the congestion, allowing us to take beautiful commemorative photos and videos, always matching our pace.

When we arrived at Heart Rock, she held an umbrella for us, was considerate of our footing, and even took photos for us. It was truly exceptional service.

Additionally, when I suddenly needed to use the restroom on the highway, she didn't show any annoyance and went out of her way to exit the highway and stop at a nearby convenience store, which was a real lifesaver. The taxi we rode in had Hello Kitty printed on the door, and since my friend loves Hello Kitty, she noticed and even took a commemorative photo with us, which made my friend very happy.

Thanks to our driver, despite the rainy weather, we created the best memories of our trip to Okinawa. I'm really glad we chose Okinawa Koto Transportation. When I come back to Okinawa, I would definitely like to request the same driver again. Thank you so much!

友人との女性2人旅で、8時間の貸切タクシーを利用させていただきました。

​担当してくださったのはロシア人の女性ドライバーさんでしたが、日本語での接客も非常に親切・丁寧で、最初から最後まで何の不安もなく安心して過ごせました。車内での会話もとても楽しかったです！

​当日の午前中はあいにくの大雨だったのですが、なんと事前に「雨の日におすすめのスポット」を調べておいてくださり、そのお心遣いに感動しました。古宇利島大橋では混雑状況を見極めながら、記念写真や動画が綺麗に撮れるようにゆっくり走行してくださるなど、終始こちらのペースに寄り添ってくださいました。

ハートロックに到着した際も、日傘を差してくれたり、足元を気遣ってくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりと本当に至れり尽くせりでした。

​また、移動中の高速道路で私が急にトイレに行きたくなってしまった際も、嫌な顔ひとつせず、わざわざ高速を降りて近くのコンビニに寄ってくださり、本当に救われました。
乗車した車両のドアにキティちゃんがプリントされていたのですが、たまたま友人がキティちゃん大好きだったため、それを察して一緒に記念写真まで撮っていただき、友人も大喜びでした。

I was hoping to take the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay, and I was able to enjoy it thanks to being taken out early due to the sea conditions. There was a lot of information that you wouldn't know on general tours or as an individual, which made for an effective sightseeing experience. I think it must have been tough to navigate the island so extensively, but I had a great time in the vehicle as well. Nowadays, you can find anything online, but the information from the locals was very helpful and made for a wonderful trip. Thank you very much!

川平湾のグラスボートを希望していましたが、海の状態から早めに連れて行っていただいたので堪能できました。
一般のツアーや個人ではわからない情報がたくさんあり、有効に観光できました。

I used this service for sightseeing at the cruise port. The arrival and departure times changed due to the weather, but they were very accommodating, which was a great help. They tailored the tour to our desired sightseeing spots and even took us to recommended restaurants and hidden gems. Although our time was limited, we were able to enjoy Kagoshima sightseeing efficiently and thoroughly. Since everything was well planned, I had no worries about returning to the port on time and felt completely at ease leaving it in their hands! It was also a lot of fun to hear local stories from the driver. Since tours from cruise ships can be quite expensive, I highly recommend this taxi charter service for those who want to explore their favorite places.

I used a charter taxi for the first time. I was able to visit all the places I wanted, and when I had extra time, I could also go to the recommended spots suggested by the driver. While I was exploring the destinations, the driver waited in the taxi, which was great because it meant I didn't have to worry about sticking to a strict schedule. If I have the chance again, I would like to use this service.

I wanted my parents, who traveled from afar to attend my wedding, to enjoy some sightseeing as a gift, so I booked a taxi tour. However, the driver's voice was too quiet, and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I had imagined a lively atmosphere in the car with the driver sharing various stories about Miyako Island, but it was completely quiet, and the car was silent throughout the ride. My parents didn't have much fun, and it felt like we ended up with a disappointing driver. Unfortunately, the taxi tour, which was meant to be a gift, left a bad impression in the end.

I came to Okinawa last March, but the weather was so bad that I couldn't fully enjoy it, so I came back for a revenge trip. The itinerary was packed, but the taxi driver was really accommodating, and we were able to go to almost all the places I wanted to visit.

It was a 4-hour tour of Ishigaki Island. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the driver skillfully drew out our interests, making for a very enjoyable time. I requested a taxi for a five-hour private hire this time. I really wanted to buy some snacks that I missed out on last time, so I had requested a specific store in advance. The driver in charge was very knowledgeable and did some research on his own. He advised me on how to adjust the schedule for better timing and even recommended a famous Okinawa soba restaurant, saying it was tastier than another place.

I was able to thoroughly explore Miyako Island, Ikema Ohashi, Irabu Ohashi, Irabu Island, and Shimoji Island in six hours. Our driver, Mr. Anzai, did a great job introducing the spots and managing the schedule, making it very efficient in terms of both time and cost. I would like to use this service again when I visit next time.
