We rented a private boat as a family. It was a hot day with a 12:00 boarding time, but the boat had a roof, so it wasn't hot at all, and it felt very pleasant. We had lunch on the boat, bringing our own rice balls and other snacks. Along the way, a convenience store boat came by, and we bought some pickled cucumbers, which made for the perfect lunch with our rice balls and croquettes! They got really close to us, and their maneuvering skills were impressive.

The captain spoke to us gently at key moments, showing consideration for our family's relaxing time. It was a very satisfying hour! Thank you!

家族で貸切で乗りました。12:00からの乗船で暑い日だったのですが、船には屋根もあり暑くなく、とても気持ちよかったです。船の中でお昼ご飯を食べました。おにぎり等持ち込みました。途中水上コンビニの船が来てくださり、きゅうりの浅漬を買い持ち込んだおにぎりとコロッケで最高のランチが出来ました！ギリギリまで近寄ってくれてその操作技術が素晴らしかったです。

Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't see much of the scenery, but the tour guide provided excellent explanations and shared information about the surroundings and how to buy souvenirs, which made it enjoyable. During the summer vacation, I went on a trip to Hokkaido with my family. We chose a one-day tour of Noboribetsu Hell Valley and Lake Toya. I was fairly satisfied. We walked a bit at Noboribetsu Hell Valley, and the kids did their best. It was fun.

I signed up for this tour because I wanted my children to have an experience in Hokkaido for the first time. Since we had done kayaking a few times in the remote islands of Okinawa, we were able to do it smoothly, which was great. The scenery was truly Hokkaido, surrounded by mountains, with a light mist adding to the very magical atmosphere, and I was moved by its beauty. The children were also amazed by the clarity of the water. I learned that in winter, you can do this with snow piled up, so I want to come back in winter as well. Anyway, the weather was great, and at Cape Earth, the horizon was almost perfectly visible. The blue pond was beautifully blue, and the bears were incredibly cute. Everything was amazing! The guide was wonderful, and it was a very lovely bus trip!

I participated in the tour on August 11. Out of about 40 people, there were only three Japanese groups, and the guide was from China. I understood most of the information provided in English and Chinese, and the smartphone translation feature also helped with announcements in Japanese, so there were no issues with the destinations or departure times. However, I would have liked to have been informed in advance that it would be a tour with many foreigners. Additionally, the guide only covered the bare minimum, and especially at Showa Shinzan, the focus was mostly on the bear ranch, neglecting important details about Showa Shinzan itself and the visible Usu Mountain, which was disappointing.

I had high expectations, but most of the tour participants were Chinese, and the tour guide was also Chinese. The guide hardly spoke any Japanese. The explanations were mainly in Chinese, with just a little bit of English. I felt I made a mistake in choosing this tour. Listening to the rapid-fire Chinese talk, I couldn't understand what was being said, and it was very stressful.

If it had been clearly stated in the tour information, I wouldn't have signed up. At the meeting point at the TV Tower, I felt very lonely surrounded by so many Chinese participants. I really wanted to join a tour with Japanese participants, so I think it would be helpful to clearly indicate whether the tour is for Japanese or Chinese participants in advance. I participated with my two sons, who are a middle schooler and a high schooler. I was glad that we could explore areas that are difficult to access without a car in just one day. We didn't have enough time at Lake Shikotsu and the Mushroom Kingdom where we had a free lunch, while we felt we had too much time at Lake Toya, so I think it would be better to reconsider the time allocation. Even though it was during the Obon holiday, there were no traffic jams, and it ended on time, which was great. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in another course as well.

As someone who is not local, I wanted to walk as efficiently as possible within my limited travel time! However, due to my age and lack of confidence in my stamina during my one-week stay in Hokkaido, I couldn't make a reservation for this option, which seemed to involve a fast-paced tour. But around the halfway point of my stay in Hokkaido, I really wanted to see the lake before heading back, and since I felt I had enough energy, I made a last-minute booking! Although it was last-minute, I appreciated the quick response and assistance.

There was a notice indicating that the meeting place might be difficult to find due to construction, but it was clear, and as a solo participant, I didn't feel anxious. The explanations for everything were very thorough, which was great! When I wanted to ask for a photo, they approached me first! Thank you! I was also impressed by their fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and English! They repeated important points in all languages twice. There were more inbound tourists than locals, but I was able to enjoy the sightseeing without any reservations.

I was satisfied with both the timing and content of the itinerary. Although the weather at Cape Erimo was unfortunate, it added to the charm of the trip and made me want to come back!

My primary destinations were Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, but Hell Valley was also impressive. I was surprised by how clear the water was in both lakes! I had a soft serve ice cream with shaved ice at Showa Shinzan. This course is perfect for those who want to sightsee efficiently!

While multiple languages were spoken, they were mainly about the highlights of the next location, meeting times, and requests, not about listening to an incomprehensible language for a long time. The bus tour participants included solo travelers, couples, and groups. The bus ride was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, which was nice.

It became a wonderful memory of my stay in Hokkaido! I want to participate with my whole family next time! It was a tour that made me feel that way! Thank you very much to the driver and guide of Bus No. 2!

地元でない私は、限られた旅行時間の中でとにかく効率よく歩きたい！と思いました。ただ、年齢的にも１週間北海道滞在のなかで、体力的に自信がなくて、急足で回るイメージだったこのオプションは旅立つ前には予約できませんでした。しかし、北海道滞在も折り返しをすぎたあたりに、やはりどうしても湖をみて帰りたいなと思い、体力もありあまっていたので急遽の申し込みをしました！急遽でしたが、返信等の対応も迅速でありがたかったです。

集合場所も工事中でわかりずらいかもしれませんというような案内があったので、分かりやすく、ひとり参加の私でしたが、不安をいだきませんでした。何に対しても説明を丁寧にしていただいたのでとても良かったです！
写真撮影をお願いしようとしたら、先に声をかけてくださいました！ありがとうございます！
あとは日本語、中国語、英語の順で流暢に話されててすごいなと感心しました！全ての言語で、大事なところは二回ずつ言ってくださいました。人数は約半数以上、インバウンドの方が多かったですが、なにひとつ気兼ねせず、雰囲気よく観光できました…

行程通りで時間も内容も満足です。
地球岬の天候が残念でしたが、それもまた来たいと思わせる旅の醍醐味、また訪れたいです！

わたしの第一目的は洞爺湖と支笏湖でしたが、地獄谷も迫力があってよかったです。いずれの湖も水がきれいで驚きました！
昭和新山ではかき氷ソフトを食べました。
効率的に観光をしたい方にはもってこいのコースです！

多言語が飛び交いますが、それは次の場所の見どころや集合時間、お願い事などであり、ずっと（長い時間、理解できない言語を）聞いていると言うことではないです。
バスツアーの方々は、ひとり参加の方やご夫婦、グループの参加でした。移動のバス車内も驚くほど静かでまったりできて良かったです。

北海道滞在期間のとても良い思い出になりました！
次回は家族みんなで参加したい！そう思えたツアーでした！

I visited around early July, when it felt like the rainy season was ending. I participated alone on a weekday.

The tour was great, especially at Lake Shikotsu, but personally, I think I would have preferred to explore on foot instead of taking the sightseeing boat.

I was very satisfied with Mount Usu and Lake Toya; the view from the observation deck at the end of the ropeway was truly beautiful. There are stairs to the observation deck, but the ascent is gentle. It does require some physical effort, but it's not a difficult course, so I encourage you to give it a try.

However, be aware that you need to line up for the return ropeway about 10 minutes in advance, so it's best to check your schedule carefully. I think it's a course worth experiencing at least once.

ツアーでは支笏湖は大変良かったのですが、自分的には遊覧船は乗らずに散策していた方が良かったかも、というスタートでした。
有珠山、洞爺湖については大満足でした、ロープウェイの先の展望台はホントにキレイでした。展望台までは階段有りですが緩やかな登りです。ちょっと体力使いますが無理なコースではありませんのでチャレンジしてみてください。
ただし帰りのロープウェイは10分ぐらい前から並びますのでスケジュールはしっかりと確認してからがいいと思います。
1度は廻ってみたいコースだと思います。

I wanted to take a day trip to Kyoto during my stay in Osaka, so I joined the tour with my partner, who doesn't understand Japanese. The tour itself was very satisfying as it efficiently covered the sightseeing spots! My partner seemed to enjoy it a lot, and I was glad we participated.

If I had to mention some dissatisfaction, it would be that Kinkaku-ji was too crowded with tourists, and because of the rain, everyone had umbrellas, making it very difficult to move around. We also didn't have much time, so we couldn't take our time to appreciate it. Additionally, someone on the same bus was always late for the meeting time, which meant we lost the time we were looking forward to at Todai-ji, and that was disappointing.

大阪滞在中に日帰りで京都に行きたくて、日本語が分からないパートナーといっしょに参加しました。
ツアー自体は効率よく観光地を回れて非常に満足いくものでした！パートナーも非常に楽しそうにしていて、参加してよかったと思いました。

Nonetheless, it seems that every place has its ups and downs; the souvenir shops and surrounding areas were quite deserted. Showa Shinzan and Lake Toya had a moderate level of liveliness.

On the day of participation, it was cloudy with occasional sunshine, but unfortunately, it rained at Lake Shikotsu, and I couldn't see the beautiful Shikotsu Blue, which was disappointing.

The guide was from China, but they spoke Japanese very well and provided an enjoyable tour. It was a fun day. Thank you.

The tour guide spoke Japanese, Chinese, and English fluently, and shared very enjoyable stories with some jokes. They provided information about meals, souvenirs, and detailed histories of tourist spots, and their actions were prompt and impressive. In the dining area, they helped at the restaurant and quickly brought out the prepared dishes, even taking the initiative to snap photos for everyone. They seemed to be Chinese, but they were the best tour guide I've had so far! There were one-third Japanese participants, with many from China and a few from English-speaking countries, and the guide made sure everyone could communicate in their own language without any issues. There were no delays in gathering times, and the bus was very quiet and problem-free. The sightseeing was abundant; while each stop might have been brief, it was perfect for those who want to visit many places! The driver was also very skilled, and the bus was clean and spacious, which was great. However, there were a few transfers that took about an hour and a half, so I recommend using the restroom as soon as we arrive at each location. It was a tour that exceeded the price, and I would like to use it again when I visit Hokkaido.

添乗員さんは日本語、中国語、英語を巧みにお話されて、ジョークも入れながらすごく楽しいお話でした。食事やお土産情報、観光地の詳しい歴史などもお話され、行動もテキパキと素晴らしい添乗でした。食堂でもお店の手伝いをして出来上がった料理をどんどん運んでいらして、写真も撮りますよ～と率先して皆さんの写真のシャッターを押してました。中国の方のようですが、今までの添乗員さんの中で一番でした！日本人は1/3、あとは中国の方が多く、英語圏の方も少数いらして、皆さんにその国の言葉で困らないよう気づかいされてました。集合時間の遅れもなく、バス内もとても静かで問題なかったです。観光の方も盛り沢山で一ヶ所一ヶ所は短めかもしれませんが、とにかく色々沢山観光地を巡りたい方には最高です！運転手さんもとっても運転が上手でバスも綺麗で大きくて良かったです。ただ、何ヵ所か一時間半くらいの移動もあったので、必ず到着他ではまずトイレを済ませることをお勧めします。お値段以上のツアーでしたので北海道に行った際はまた利用したいと思います。
