I chose a course that only included Asahiyama Zoo. Since I love zoos, three hours wasn't enough, but I had a great time. The bus guide provided various insights, which were very helpful. Next time I come to Hokkaido, I would like to book a tour again. They also make sure to stop at souvenir shops.

During my trip staying in Sapporo, I really wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, so I signed up for a tour. The bus was comfortable, and the guide's stories were interesting, making the journey enjoyable. The meeting place in the morning was easy to find, but no staff came outside even when it was time to gather, which made me a bit anxious until the bus arrived.

札幌に宿泊の旅行中に、どうしても旭山動物園に行きたくてツアーに申し込みました。バスは快適で、ガイドさんの話も面白くて道中も楽しめました。
朝の集合場所はわかりやすいのですが、集合時間になってもスタッフの方は誰も外に来ず、乗るバスが来るまで少し不安でした。

I traveled to Hokkaido on a bullet train. Since I had limited time, I thought about how to make the most of my day and came up with this plan. It turned out to be a great decision.

In the city, everywhere in Japan feels the same. Since I came to Hokkaido, I wanted to experience nature. Everything was, of course, wonderful.

For lunch, I chose an all-you-can-eat melon, but it seemed like everyone was securing multiple melons even before the meal. I thought it was supposed to be that you eat one after finishing your meal and then get more if you wanted. It was frustrating to see so many people being greedy from the start, and it made me feel uncomfortable dining with them. Their greed was overwhelming. Even my child didn’t take dessert at the beginning.

I can only accept that it’s unavoidable to have foreign guests behaving that way.

The tour guide was wonderful. She was charming, had a lovely voice, and was very skilled in both languages.

The person I am most grateful to is the driver. He drove with great care for the passengers throughout the trip. On mountain roads, bumpy paths, and slopes, his driving made it feel like there was no gear shifting. When we returned from breaks, he always greeted us with "Welcome back," which, while it may seem like a small thing, made me feel very comfortable.

Thank you for the 10 hours of driving. I would like to use your services again.

弾丸で北海道へ。時間が無いためどうしたら一日を有意義に過ごせるか考えてこのプランへ。結果大正解でした。
街中なんか日本全国どこも同じ。北海道に来たからには自然を味わいたい。
どこも当然素晴らしい。
ランチですが、メロン食べ放題を選んだのですが、食事前から何個も確保してる方々ばかり。
本来は食事が終わって1つ食べて、また食べたかったらおかわりするものではないかと。
最初から欲張る方々ばかりで、一緒に食事するのに嫌悪感感じました。欲張り方が半端ない。
我が子供でさえ最初からデザートは取りません。
そういった外国の方も一緒なのも仕方ないと思うしかありません。
そして添乗員の方が素晴らしい。愛嬌あり、声も可愛く、二ヶ国語がとてもお上手でした。
一番感謝申し上げたいのはドライバーさんです。終始丁寧に乗客の事を考えて下さる運転でした。
山道や、ガタガタ道、坂道、ギアチェンジを感じさせない運転、休憩から帰ると、おかえりなさい、と、必ず声をかけて下さり、当然の事かもしれませんがとても安心して過ごす事が出来ました。
10時間の運転、ありがとうございました。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Just by riding the bus, we arrived at the zoo! It was so easy. The bus guide also shared stories at just the right pace, which was enjoyable. We had a 20-minute bathroom break at the service area, which was just right. However, since we arrived at the East Gate (I think the front entrance is crowded), we had to go down from the top of the hill and then climb back up, which was a bit tough.

I had a comfortable ride on the new bus, which even had USB outlets. Most importantly, the guide shared various stories throughout the journey, making it both enjoyable and educational. We received a map of the zoo, and the guide provided detailed instructions on how to navigate, so we were able to explore smoothly without getting lost. Since it was a day with fewer group visitors, we could enjoy everything at a leisurely pace, and the three-hour stay was just right. Additionally, I was very grateful for the recommendations for dinner spots in Sapporo.

新車のバスに乗せていただいて快適でした。USBのコンセントもついていました。
何よりも、ガイドさんが車中ずっと色々な話をしてくださったので、退屈もせずとても勉強になりました。
動物園のマップもいただけて、回り方なども詳しく教えてくださったので迷うことなくスムーズに回れました。
団体客が少ない日だったのでどこもゆったりと見ることが出来て、約3時間の滞在はちょうど良かったです。
また、札幌での夕食場所も教えていただけてとても助かりました。

The driver was Japanese, and the tour guide was Chinese. About 70% of the passengers were Chinese, but everyone was well-mannered and the schedule was followed on time. The guide was also polite, and I really enjoyed it.

As for Asahiyama Zoo, entry is from the East Gate instead of the main gate, so it was the opposite of the recommended route, which may have caused a slight delay.

運転手は日本人の方で、添乗員は中国人の方でした。乗客は7割が中国人の方でしたが、皆さんマナーよく時間通りの運行でした。
ガイドも丁寧で、とても楽しめました。

旭山動物園は正門ではなく、東門からの入園になるので、推奨ルートとは逆の回り方になり、少しタイムロスがあったかと思います。

Since my trip was mainly in Sapporo and I didn't rent a car, I really wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, so I decided to sign up for a tour this time. I was unfamiliar with Hokkaido and worried about transfers, and since it was summer and hot, being able to take a bus from Sapporo while resting was really comfortable for my body.

I got tired from walking around the zoo, but it was great that I could just sit back and relax on the way back without any worries. I returned right on time without any delays. I look forward to joining another tour the next time I visit Hokkaido.

札幌メインの旅行だったためレンタカーしておらず、どうしても旭山動物園は行きたかったので今回ツアーに申し込むことにしました。北海道は不慣れで乗り換えが心配だったのと夏で暑かったので札幌からバスで寝ながら行けたのはすごく体が楽でした。
動物園で歩き疲れましたが帰りもなんの心配もせずに座ってるだけで帰れたのでとても良かったです。
特に遅れることもなく時間通りに戻れました。また北海道に行く際は何かのツアーでまたよろしくお願いします。

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be cloudy and we managed to proceed. Asahiyama Zoo was small and easy to explore, and it was enjoyable. I also enjoyed the Blue Pond.

心配していました天気もなんとか曇りで進みました。旭山動物園はこじんまりとして見学しやすくてたのしかったです。青い池も楽しみました。

The tour on July 19th started with cloudy weather and rain in the forecast. I thought, "This is the worst," as I got on the bus, but our tour guide, Wan, brightened my mood! He was very friendly and kind, and his talks were enjoyable. He always had a smile on his face and worked hard for us without showing any displeasure. Thanks to him, it turned out to be the best tour.

He mentioned that he loves the phrase "ichigo ichie," but I couldn't help but say, "Let's meet again!" The tour itself was a fun experience, but I was very satisfied thanks to Wan. Thank you very much!

7/19日のツアーでしたが朝から曇天で、天気予報では雨。「最悪」と思いながらバスに乗りましたが、そんな気分を晴れにしてくれたのが添乗員のワンさん！　とても気さくで優しくて、トークも楽しかったです。嫌な顔もせずいつも笑顔で、私たちのために一生懸命動いて下さいました。おかげで最高のツアーとなりました。
「一期一会」が大好きな言葉とおっしゃいましたが、私は思わず「また会いましょう！」と言ってしまいました。
ツアー自体も楽しい企画でしたが、ワンさんのおかげで大満足です。本当にありがとうございました。

I had mentioned when making the reservation that I wanted to go to Kamuy Kotan, and when the driver picked me up, he asked why I wanted to go there. I explained that it was a location featured in Golden Kamuy, and he suggested that I also check out the Kitachin Memorial Museum afterward. When I visited, I found that it was a museum related to the 7th Division, with plenty of materials connected to Golden Kamuy. Additionally, the guided tour by a Self-Defense Force member (who resembled Nikaido, but probably was an Ogata fan) was tailored for Golden Kamuy fans. After the Kitachin Memorial Museum, the driver adjusted the order of the places I wanted to visit according to the time and weather, and he even took me to a limestone cave that wasn’t on my original itinerary during the extra time. I was very well taken care of and was able to enjoy my time to the fullest. I didn’t ask the taxi driver’s name, but I am very grateful.

神居古潭に行きたいということは予約時に伝えてあったのですが、迎えにきてもらった時に神居古潭に行きたい理由を運転手さんに聞かれ、ゴールデンカムイに出てきた場所だからと説明したら、それならこの後北鎮記念館も見てみたらと提案してもらえました。行ってみたら第7師団の資料館ということでゴルカムに関連する資料がたくさんあり、しかも自衛官（何だか二階堂似、でも多分ご本人は尾形推し）による館内案内がゴルカムファン用の仕様でした。北鎮記念館の後も、運転手さんには行きたいと考えていたところを回る順序を時間と天気に合わせて調整してもらったり、余った時間で予定に入れてなかった鍾乳洞まで連れていってもらったり、とてもよくしてもらって、時間いっぱい楽しむことができました。タクシーの運転手さんのお名前をお聞きしなかったのですが、大変ありがとうございました。

It was my first bus tour, and thanks to the guide, I was able to hear many interesting stories, which made it very enjoyable! I appreciated the recommendations for souvenirs and meals, as well as learning about various things in Hokkaido. I definitely want to use this service again!

I wanted to take my time at Asahiyama Zoo, and this product made that possible.

The guide from Chuo Bus was very knowledgeable, and the content was excellent. The driver also prioritized safety, which made me feel secure.

Having only three participants on a large bus felt quite luxurious, but one of the participants disrupted the atmosphere, which was unfortunate for the guide and a bit disappointing. There's nothing we can do about that, but I enjoyed my first visit to Asahiyama Zoo despite the heat.

However, entering from the East Gate and gathering at the West Gate allows for a downhill viewing experience (climbing back up is tough), which I believe is due to parking arrangements.

旭山動物園をじっくり行きたかったので
この商品は叶ってました。

中央バスのガイドさんが大変勉強しており
内容も素晴らしかった。
またドライバーさんも安全第一で
安心できました。

参加者3人と言うそれでいて大型バスはなんとも贅沢でしたが
参加者の1人が雰囲気を壊す方でしたので
ガイドさんが気の毒なのと
遮るので残念でした。
こればかりはどうしようもないが
初めての旭山動物園、暑さに負けずに
楽しめました。

ただ、東門から入り西門の集合の方が
下って見学ができるので　(また登るのは辛い)駐車場の関係かと思われます。

It was really hot in Hokkaido.
When I returned to the car after the tour, it was so cool! I'm glad I chartered a taxi!
Thinking about coming back to a hot rental car...

It was perfect for senior couples to enjoy sightseeing without any stress or waste!
The driver was kind and took us to various attractions, which was fantastic!

I made a reservation thinking it would be convenient to combine travel from Asahikawa Airport to Furano with sightseeing. Unfortunately, the weather was not great on the day, but it was good that we had a private taxi, which allowed for flexibility.

In other reviews, it was mentioned that it’s fine to consult about sightseeing plans even without deciding them until the day of the trip. However, the driver we had seemed to be not very knowledgeable about Furano at all. While he took us to the recommended spots without any issues, when I asked about local dining options and other recommended tourist attractions, he could hardly provide any answers. I was hoping for a bit more guiding knowledge for tourists.

旭川空港から富良野までの移動と観光を兼ねられて便利だと思い、予約しました。
当日はあいにくの天気でしたが、貸切タクシーなので融通が効いて良かったです。

他の方の口コミでは、当日まで観光のプランを決めずにいても相談できるので大丈夫とありますが、今回担当いただいた運転手さんは富良野に全く詳しくない方のようでした。
希望したおすすめスポットには問題なく連れて行っていただきましたが、周辺のグルメや他のおすすめ観光地をお伺いしたところ、ほとんど全くと言っていいほどお答えいただけなかったので、もう少し観光客用にガイドの知識もあることを期待していました。

The guide was very kind. Driving on the mountain roads was a bit scary, but I had a lot of fun experiencing various things in different places.

ガイドの方がとても優しかった。山道の運転は少し怖かったですが、色々な場所で色々な体験ができて、すごく楽しかったです。

I heard from the person in charge that there was a lack of understanding regarding the distance and time constraints, and they were flexible in accommodating last-minute changes to the schedule, allowing us to enjoy more sightseeing than planned.

距離感が分からず時間に余裕がない事を担当の方から聞き時間を前倒しするなどの直前になってからの時間変更にも柔軟に対応していただき予定以上の観光が出来ました。

I would like to move the departure time one hour earlier and extend the stay at the location to four hours. I couldn't see everything. I want to take my time to see the polar bears and seals.

出発時刻を１時間早め、現地の滞在時間を４時間にしてほしい。全て見ることができなかった。ホッキョクグマやアザラシはゆっくり見たい。

The driving was rough, and the attitude was unfriendly. Even when I said "please" and greeted them, there was silence... I at least wanted them to greet me back. Their outfit looked like casual wear, and since they smoked a cigarette during the break and got back in the vehicle right away, the smell of smoke filled the car. The guide, although not completely fluent in Japanese, did their best to explain, which was nice. The time spent at Asahiyama Zoo was too short, so I think it might be okay to skip the Seven Stars tree.

運転が荒くて、愛想が悪かったです。
お願いしますと挨拶しても、無言…
せめて挨拶くらいはして欲しかった。
服装も普段着みたいな格好で、休憩の際タバコを喫煙されてすぐに乗車されるため、タバコの匂いも充満しました。
ガイドのお兄さんは日本語がまだ完全ではないながらも、一生懸命説明してくださり
よかったです。
旭山動物園の滞在時間が短過ぎてたので、セブンスターの木は、特に省いても良いかなーと思います。

The zoo was nice, but I thought the slopes throughout the park might be tough for the elderly. I think it would be even better if they could allow for a more relaxed schedule. I believe it will be quite sweaty once June arrives. I opted for a plan without lunch, but I had to wait quite a while after buying the meal ticket, so I was cutting it close for lunchtime.

動物園は良かったのですが、園内は坂道ばかりで年寄りにはきついかなと思います。
もう少しゆったり回れる時間配分にしてもらうと更にいいと思います。
６月に入ったら汗だくになると思います。
昼食無しプランにしたのですが、食券を買ってかなり待たされたので昼食時間ギリギリでした。

It was great to see polar bears and seals up close, as well as Giraffe-san. I recommend the soft serve ice cream from the vendor outside the main gate. I was very satisfied to see the Blue Pond and Shiraito Falls.

This was my first trip to Hokkaido, so I signed up for this tour. Among the 18 participants, only my husband and I, along with another couple, were Japanese. The foreign participants were also very respectful of manners, making it a very comfortable experience. I was grateful for the attentiveness of both the guide and the driver.

In the hotel lobby where we gathered, there were several other tour guides from the same company, making it difficult to find our tour guide. I had to ask about three people to locate them.

初めての北海道旅行でしたのでこちらのツアーに申し込みしました。
参加者が18名の内日本人は私達夫婦ともう一組のご夫婦だけでした。外国の方もマナーを守っておられてとても快適に参加できまし。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも色々と気を配っていてありがたかったです。

集合場所のホテルロビーで同じ会社の別のツアーガイドさんが何人がいたので参加ツアーのガイドさんを見つけるのが大変で3人ほど声をかけました。

I stopped by the four shops because they had different souvenirs. Just be careful about running out of time at the end.

売店4店舗ちがうお土産があるので寄りました。

It was a very enjoyable bus tour.
At Asahiyama Zoo, we were able to see the polar bear's feeding time. If we had a little more time, we could have seen the feeding times of various animals—what a shame!
The Blue Pond was really blue. (@_@)
Shirahige Falls was also beautiful.
Our tour guide, the charming Ayaki, was fun.

It was great to efficiently visit the main tourist spots from Asahiyama Zoo to Furano and Biei. The guide who accompanied us (Chinese, I couldn't catch their name) provided a clear and easy-to-understand explanation in polite Japanese, and we also enjoyed the experience of having a simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese, which made us feel like we were abroad. On the way back, we even encountered a red fox by chance. I plan to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

旭山動物園から富良野～美瑛方面主要観光スポットを効率よく回れてとても良かったです。添乗してくれた方（中国人、名前聞き取れなかった（涙））のガイドも丁寧な日本語で分かりやすく、またひとり同時通訳で英語、中国語と３か国語のガイドで海外の気分も味わえました。帰りの道では、偶然キタキツネにも遭遇しました。機会がありましたらまた利用しようと思います。

It was my first visit to Asahiyama Zoo in 10 years. The bus was comfortable, the guide's explanations were easy to understand, and the zoo was not crowded, so I was able to enjoy it thoroughly, even having extra time to spare. On top of that, I was able to hear the clock tower's bell at 6:00 PM, which was a nice bonus.

10年ぶりの旭山動物園でした。バスもゆったり、添乗員さんの説明もわかりやすく動物園も空いていた為時間を持て余すくらい十二分に楽しめました。おまけに、時計台の18:00の鐘も聞くことができ、お得(?)でした。

The weather wasn't great, but I was able to enjoy everything. Mr. Wang spoke in three languages, making it a worldwide trip, and at the blue pond, which I wanted to visit the most, the rain stopped, and I was able to see the beautiful blue— it was amazing! We disbanded almost on time; it was a good trip. Thank you very much.

お天気があまりでしたが、全て楽しむことが出来ました。王さんが3ヶ国語で喋って下さり、ワールドワイドな旅でしたし、1番行きたかった青い池では雨も止み、綺麗なブルーを見ることができて最高でした！

I signed up for two different tours on consecutive days, and coincidentally, the same tour guide was with us. Asahiyama Zoo was sweltering, reaching nearly 29°C, and both the animals and I were exhausted. However, after that, the Patchwork Road was cool, and the Shirahige Falls were almost cold. The driver shared interesting facts about Hokkaido, making it a fun trip even on my own.

でもその後のパッチワークの道以降は涼しく、白ひげの滝は寒いくらいでした

A family trip to Hokkaido for five people.
It was a bus tour from Sapporo that allowed us to fully enjoy Asahiyama Zoo for a whole day.
Even though it was during Golden Week, there was no traffic, and the drive was smooth, which was great and stress-free.
It was nice to hear the fun talk from the bus guide again after a long time, and the nostalgic Showa vibe was pleasant.
I’m looking forward to enjoying another sightseeing bus tour next time! ♪

家族5人の北海道旅行。
札幌からのバスツアー、旭山動物園をしっかり一日楽しめるツアーでした。
ＧＷでしたが、渋滞も無くスムーズにドライブ頂き、ストレス無く良かったです。
バスガイドさんの楽しいトークも、久しぶりに聞けて、昭和な感じも良かったです。
また、次回も観光バス楽しみにしております♪
