I felt that guests from more than three countries participated, and they kindly guided us in Japanese, Chinese, and English. The tour guide was from Taiwan, bright and friendly with a wonderful smile! I could feel their thoughtful attention, and they were very kind. They communicated with all of us participating in the tour, including us, with smiles, and I believe everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. Our stay at Asahiyama Zoo was about an hour and a half, which might feel a bit short for those who want to take their time, but we were able to see almost all the popular animals, except for those that were resting! Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to see both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls well. The wonderful memories were thanks to the tour guide! I heard good things about this service from reviews, but I wonder if it depends on the taxi company or the individual driver. I was expecting things like, "If you're going today, it's better to go in this order," "A brief explanation of the landmarks you'll visit," and "Useful information along the way." However, there was none of that. The destination was decided based on my vague information, and there was no conversation during the ride. The only thing mentioned was that if we returned to the endpoint at the end of the contracted time, we would stay for xx minutes at xx. It felt more like just a "taxi" rather than "sightseeing." I recommend the one-hour course around Sugatami Pond. Be careful with your clothing as it starts to snow around November.

I used the service around the Obon holiday. We were blessed with such great weather that even the driver was surprised, making it the best tour ever.
Along the way to the Blue Pond, we got caught in traffic, but thanks to the driver's quick thinking, we managed to get out of it and enjoy the Blue Pond without waiting. I traveled to Hokkaido on a bullet train. Since I had limited time, I thought about how to make the most of my day and came up with this plan. It turned out to be a great decision.
In the city, everywhere in Japan feels the same. Since I came to Hokkaido, I wanted to experience nature. Everything was, of course, wonderful.
For lunch, I chose an all-you-can-eat melon, but it seemed like everyone was securing multiple melons even before the meal. I thought it was supposed to be that you eat one after finishing your meal and then get more if you wanted. It was frustrating to see so many people being greedy from the start, and it made me feel uncomfortable dining with them. Their greed was overwhelming. Even my child didn’t take dessert at the beginning.
I can only accept that it’s unavoidable to have foreign guests behaving that way.
The tour guide was wonderful. She was charming, had a lovely voice, and was very skilled in both languages.
The person I am most grateful to is the driver. He drove with great care for the passengers throughout the trip. On mountain roads, bumpy paths, and slopes, his driving made it feel like there was no gear shifting. When we returned from breaks, he always greeted us with "Welcome back," which, while it may seem like a small thing, made me feel very comfortable.

どこも当然素晴らしい。
ランチですが、メロン食べ放題を選んだのですが、食事前から何個も確保してる方々ばかり。
本来は食事が終わって1つ食べて、また食べたかったらおかわりするものではないかと。
最初から欲張る方々ばかりで、一緒に食事するのに嫌悪感感じました。欲張り方が半端ない。
我が子供でさえ最初からデザートは取りません。
そういった外国の方も一緒なのも仕方ないと思うしかありません。
そして添乗員の方が素晴らしい。愛嬌あり、声も可愛く、二ヶ国語がとてもお上手でした。
一番感謝申し上げたいのはドライバーさんです。終始丁寧に乗客の事を考えて下さる運転でした。
山道や、ガタガタ道、坂道、ギアチェンジを感じさせない運転、休憩から帰ると、おかえりなさい、と、必ず声をかけて下さり、当然の事かもしれませんがとても安心して過ごす事が出来ました。
10時間の運転、ありがとうございました。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Just by riding the bus, we arrived at the zoo! It was so easy. The bus guide also shared stories at just the right pace, which was enjoyable. We had a 20-minute bathroom break at the service area, which was just right. However, since we arrived at the East Gate (I think the front entrance is crowded), we had to go down from the top of the hill and then climb back up, which was a bit tough.
