This time, I participated in a bus tour during summer vacation. The content of the tour was good, but the lunch buffet I was looking forward to was extremely disappointing. I don't expect high-end ingredients, but I would enjoy it if there were more variety. There were about 20 participants this time, and although there seemed to be enough space on the bus, the seats were narrow and cramped. I thought it would be nice if there was a bit more consideration for that. The return trip to Sapporo took about three hours, and the mountain roads were tough. It would have been better if we had used the expressway earlier to get back a bit faster. I had a good impression from the last tour I participated in to Shakotan and Yoichi, so this time was disappointing.

今回、夏休みを利用しバスツアーに参加しました。ツアーの内容は、良いのですが、楽しみにしていた昼食バイキングの内容が酷く期待はずれでした。高級な食材を望んでいませんが品数が多ければ楽しめます。今回、参加者が20名でバスの席に余裕がある様でしたが、席間が狭く窮屈でした。
もう少し配慮していただけると、良いなと思いました。帰りの札幌迄の時間が3時間程かかり、山道でしんどかったです。早めに高速に使用し少しでも早く帰れたら良かったです。前回、積丹、余市方面のツアーに参加した時のイメージが良かったので、今回は、残念でした。

I felt a bit rushed for time, but because of that, I was able to visit various places and see a lot! The tour guide was also interesting and it was fun. 😊

I took a taxi tour from Asahikawa Airport to Biei and Furano. I was able to learn a lot not only about the sightseeing spots but also about the food, terrain, and seasonal attractions. Although I originally had a very tight schedule, the driver creatively adjusted the route to show me the autumn leaves, which was truly enjoyable. They were also familiar with great photo spots, and I was grateful for all the pictures taken. It was my first time in Hokkaido, and my first visit to Biei and Furano, but it turned out to be a really fun experience.

観光地のことだけでなく、食べ物、地形、シーズン毎の楽しみなどたくさん教えてもらいながら観光をすることができました。
元々かなりタイトスケジュールで予定を組んでいたのですが、それプラスで道を工夫しながら紅葉を見せてくださったり本当に楽しかったです。またフォトスポットも把握されており、写真もたくさん撮っていただきありがたかったです。
初めての北海道で、美瑛・富良野も初めてでしたが本当に楽しい時間となりました。

I felt that the zoo was smaller than I expected, but it took about three hours to go around, so it was just right. I visited on a weekday, but there were a lot of middle school students there on a school trip, and it was quite noisy.

思ったより動物園は小さかった気がするが、一回りすると3時間くらいかかるのでちょうどよかった。平日参加したが、中学生が修学旅行でたくさんいてうるさかった。

The guide accompanied us from the meeting point and provided various explanations during the移動中, which made it easy to enjoy sightseeing even in a place I was visiting for the first time. Since the Asahikawa Zoo tour was relatively short at 1.5 hours, I felt that it would have been better to focus on viewing the exhibits closer to the entrance (meeting point) rather than trying to see everything.

集合場所よりガイドさんが同行し、移動中に色々な説明をしてもらったので、初めて訪れる場所でも安心して観光できました。
旭川動物園は1.5時間の短めなツアーだったため、全てを見て回る余裕はありませんでしたので、遠い場所から入口（集合場所）に向かって見学した方が良かったと自分なりに感じました。

It was a bus tour to Asahiyama Zoo, but an hour and a half was surprisingly not enough time.

I think we need to focus on just one activity, like feeding the animals, or else there’s no point in coming here. I would have preferred at least three hours.

I wanted the bus guide to provide necessary information, like what time we would arrive and how to efficiently navigate the zoo. There were times when I confused what was on the left side with the right side while viewing from the bus window, and it felt very unfamiliar.

The stop at the Blue Pond was good.

The buffet was in a large dining hall, but there wasn't anything particularly delicious.

旭山動物園へのバスツアーでしたが、1時間半では想像以上に時間が無さすぎるー

自分達で餌やりなと1つに絞って見ないと、ここへ来た意味がないと思います。
せめて3時間は欲しかったー

バスガイドさんが必要な情報をくれないというか、何時に到着するとか、動物園での効率の良い回り方など、そうゆうのを聞きたかった。
車窓から観覧する際左手にあるものを右手と何度も間違えたり、不慣れ感が半端なかったです。ま

青い池などの工程は良かったです。

バイキングは広い食堂で、これといって美味しいものはないです。

On my second visit to Asahikawa, I asked a taxi driver born in Furano to take me on a three-hour sightseeing tour towards Biei. I was grateful to experience not only the Blue Pond and waterfalls but also the Maeda Masano Photo Gallery and the Agricultural Cooperative soft serve ice cream in such a short time. If I can revisit Asahikawa, I would like to go to Shikisai no Oka next time. This is a recommended course for first-time visitors to Asahikawa who are short on time.

2度目の旭川、3時間で美瑛方面をタクシー観光したいと富良野生まれの運転手さんにお願い。青い池や滝はもちろんのこと、前田真三写真ギャラリー拓真館や農協ソフトクリームも短時間で体験できて感謝。旭川を再訪できたら次回は四季彩の丘へ行ってみたい。時間がない旭川初心者にはオススメのコースです。

The tour guide, Mr. Onodera, was very good. He engaged not only with us but with all the customers, and I felt a warmth from him.
The course was good, but the steep hills at Asahiyama Zoo were tough. It would have been better if we had been informed in advance that there was a shuttle bus to the restaurant from the meeting point.
I was a bit disappointed with lunch. I had high expectations because of the title "Hokkaido Local Buffet," but aside from the Genghis Khan, it was lacking... Considering the tour price, I understand, but I thought the ramen was particularly bad.
In any case, it was great because the tour guide was wonderful.

コースも良かったですが、旭山動物園の坂道がきつく、途中から集合場所のレストランまでシャトルバスがあったので、その情報を事前にお知らせいただければもっと良かったかな。
昼食は少々がっかりでした。「北海道ご当地バイキング」とのタイトルに期待してしまったせいもありますが、ジンギスカン以外は………。ツアー代金を考えると仕方がないと思いますが、特にラーメンはひどかったと思います。
何にしても、添乗員さんが素晴らしかったので良かったです。

Last year, I went to Furano. In Furano, I didn't have a car and didn't do any sightseeing, but when I took a bus to Asahikawa, I saw the Patchwork Hills from the window and realized there are places to visit here. I visited Asahikawa again this year. There seems to be sightseeing buses, but I used a taxi. This was a great choice. The driver was the same age as my son and had an efficient route planned. He answered various questions, making the three hours enjoyable. We efficiently visited the typical tourist spots like the Patchwork Hills, the Blue Pond, and Shirahige Falls, and finally went to Asahiyama Zoo. Although the price was high, I understood that it was worth it. I would like to use a sightseeing taxi again if I find one somewhere next time. Thank you very much.

去年富良野に行きました。富良野では、足がなくて観光もせずバスで旭川に行く時、車窓からパッチワークの丘などを見て、こちらにくれば観光するところがあるのなということを知りました。再度今年旭川を訪れてました。観光バスもあるようですが、タクシーを利用しました。これが大当たり。運転手さんは、息子と同じ歳の方、無駄のないコース設定。色々な質問にも答えてくださり、飽きない3時間でした、パッチワークの丘や青い池、白ひげの滝など定番の観光コースを効率よく回ってくださり、最後は、旭山動物園に行ってもらいました。値段は高いけど、それなりの良さがあるのだなということがわかった今回の旅でした。この次またどこかで観光タクシーがあったら利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

I participated in the bus tour because it was packed with places I wanted to visit. I was a bit disappointed that we didn't have enough time at the zoo to look around leisurely. There were some people who couldn't keep to the schedule, and one person went to the restroom without gathering, which caused delays in our sightseeing time and departure. However, the bus guide provided various explanations, so I had a great time on the bus as well.

The guide was bilingual, speaking both Japanese and Chinese, which made it feel like we were on an overseas tour, and it was enjoyable. I go to Hokkaido every year, but there are limitations with renting a car, so I would like to see more bus tours offered.

ガイドさんが日本語の方と中国語英語の方と二人いてこちらが海外のツアーに行ったようで楽しかった。北海道も毎年行ってるがレンタカーでは限界があるのでバスツアーを増やして欲しい。

When you go on your own, the area is so vast that you can only visit one place in a day, but with a bus tour, you can visit many sightseeing spots and it was enjoyable. The all-you-can-eat melon was a big hit with the kids and created great memories.

自分で回ると広すぎて1日1カ所しか行けないですが、バスツアーだと観光地を沢山回れて楽しかってす。
メロンの食べ放題では子供が大喜びでいい思い出になりました。

The itinerary is compact and includes all the places you want to visit. I recommend the bus tour because the guide and driver will tell you about the highlights, which is more informative than renting a car on your own. The guide and driver were very friendly and took photos for us, creating great memories.

プランも行きたいところをギュッと凝縮してあり、個人でレンタカーを借りて行くよりもガイドさんと運転手さんが見どころなど教えてくれるので、バスツアーをお勧めします。
ガイドさんと運転手さんはとても気さくに話しかけてくださり、写真を撮っていただいたりと良い思い出になりました。

I chose this over the bus after reading reviews, but I might have had slightly too high expectations. It wasn't bad, and as a regular taxi, it was sufficient. I had assumed it would provide more tourist-oriented guidance.

口コミを見てバスよりこちらを選んだが、少し期待しすぎだったかもしれない。悪かったわけではなく普通のタクシーとしては十分。もっと観光的な案内をしてくれるものだと勝手に思っていた。

I was able to efficiently visit Asahikawa City → Biei → Blue Pond → Farm Tomita → Asahikawa Airport. There are several options for day tour bus trips, but since I only had half a day, I opted for a sightseeing taxi, which was a bit pricey but turned out to be a great decision. It helped me escape the heat, and I was able to visit some recommended spots that were outside of my original requests. The ice cream shop near Asahikawa Airport was very delicious. Thank you to the driver!

There was heavy traffic on the way to the Blue Pond, and since we had a time limit, I made a selfish request, but the driver kindly accommodated us, and we arrived at Asahikawa Station as planned.

I could really feel the love for Furano, and it made for a fun trip! Since my schedule was tight, I had given up on having lunch, but I was grateful for the recommendation of a relatively quick ramen shop! Thank you very much!

I sent the places I wanted to visit in advance and left the order of the itinerary up to you (from Asahikawa Airport to various locations in Biei, ending at Farm Tomita).

Although I missed the peak lavender season and was too tired to visit some places, I really enjoyed the Blue Pond, Shirogane Falls, Shikisai no Oka, and the Road of the Roller Coaster.

I wanted to ride the Norokko train, so I got off at Farm Tomita, but if you're staying in Asahikawa city, it's easier to let you handle the trip all the way to the city.

I was feeling down because I lost something during the trip, but it seemed to have fallen in the taxi, and I received a call the next day. This allowed me to enjoy the rest of my itinerary comfortably.

行ってみたい場所を事前にお送りして、周る順番はお任せしました（旭川空港乗車～美瑛各地～ファーム富田降車）。

ラベンダーの最盛期を過ぎてしまったのと、疲れてしまっていくつかの場所は行かなかったのですが、青い池、白ひげの滝、四季彩の丘、ジェットコースターの路がよかったです。

ノロッコ号に乗りたかったのでファーム富田で降車したのですが、旭川市内に泊まる場合はそのまま市内までお任せするのが楽ですね。

あと旅行中落とし物をしてしまい落ち込んでいたのですが、タクシー内に落ちていたようで翌日に連絡をいただけ、その後の旅程を気持ちよく過ごせました。

I used a chartered taxi to tour Furano and Biei. The driver took me smoothly to all the places I wanted to go, and he was a really nice person. Since we had extra time, he also took me to some places that weren't on the itinerary, making it the best day ever.

富良野、美瑛を観光するにあたり、貸し切りタクシーを利用しました。行きたい所にスムーズに連れて行ってくれ、運転手の方もとてもいい方で、時間が余ったからと、予定にない所も案内してくれ、最高の一日でした。

I went to Asahiyama Zoo. After 90 minutes, I felt rushed and hurried to see everything. I wished I could have taken my time a bit more, so it felt a bit unsatisfying. However, the guide taught us an efficient way to see the zoo, so I was able to see almost everything.

At the lunch buffet, I was able to grill my own lamb. I was able to take some really nice photos at the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls.

I was glad to efficiently visit the spots I wanted to see. I think it depends on the driver, but there wasn't much hospitality, like simple guidance from inside the car or having someone take photos for us. If that had been included, it would have been perfect!

I understood that there would be some time constraints on the bus tour, but 90 minutes at Asahiyama Zoo was too short.

The animals are not always in easily visible spots, so while we were searching for them, time kept slipping away, and there were animals we couldn't see, which left the kids feeling disappointed.

The all-you-can-eat melon was delicious!

バスツアーなので、ある程度時間制限がある中で楽しまないといけないのはわかってはいましたが、
旭山動物園の９０分は短すぎました。

動物も常に見やすいところにいる訳ではないので、「どこ？どこ？？」と探してるうちにどんどん時間がなくなってきて、見られなかった動物もあり、子どもたちは残念そうでした。

I used a chartered taxi for 5 hours, departing from Asahikawa Station at 9:30. Upon arrival at Asahikawa Station, I was welcomed with a sign at the ticket gate, making it easy to meet up.

It was nearly 30°C that day, but we were able to efficiently visit the Patchwork Hills in Biei, the Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and the lavender fields in Furano in a taxi with air conditioning, resulting in a very satisfying trip.

The benefits of requesting a chartered taxi instead of using a rental car are as follows:
- You can relax from the fatigue and tension of driving and focus on sightseeing.
- When returning to the parking lot from tourist spots, the interior of the car is not stuffy, so you don't expend unnecessary energy.
- A knowledgeable driver can select the best route based on the day's traffic conditions, which can help avoid congestion.
- The driver provides various sightseeing information and can suggest schedules, allowing for a smooth tour of the attractions.

I believe a chartered taxi is also recommended for those traveling with children. Biei and Furano do not have well-developed public transportation, making it challenging to visit spontaneously, so please consider choosing a chartered taxi as an option for your travel destination.

旭川駅9:30出発で5時間貸切利用しました。
旭川駅到着時には改札でボードを持ってお出迎えいただき、スムーズに合流できました。

当日は30℃近い暑さでしたが、冷房の効いたタクシーで美瑛のパッチワークの丘、青い池、白ひげの滝、富良野のラベンダー畑を効率よく回ることができ、大満足の旅行となりました。

レンタカー利用ではなく貸切タクシーをお願いするメリットは以下の通りです。
・運転による疲労や緊張から解放され、観光に集中できる
・観光地から駐車場に戻ってきたとき、車内が蒸し風呂状態になっていないため、体力を消耗せずに済む
・地の利を得たドライバーが当日の交通状況に合わせて最適なルート選定をしてくれるため、渋滞を回避できることもある
・ドライバーがいろいろな観光情報を教えてくれて、スケジュールの提案もしてくれるので無理なく観光地を回れる

貸切タクシーはお子さん連れの方にもオススメできると思いました。美瑛や富良野は公共交通機関が充実しておらず、ふらっと行くにはハードルが高い場所ですが、ぜひ貸切タクシーを選択肢に入れて、旅行先に選んでみてください。

It was my first time taking the bus and I didn't know the location. The kind bus staff helped me! I felt at ease. The bus was cool, and it was a good trip.

We were discussing visiting the Blue Pond, Farm Tomita, and Ningle Terrace, and I appreciated that you asked about our plans for tomorrow. You suggested taking a taxi today since transportation can be challenging, and you provided helpful information that the Norokko train stops at Lavender Farm Station during this season, making it easy to reach Farm Tomita by train and walk from there.

You also took us to various places as much as possible, and in just six hours from our hotel in Asahikawa, we were able to visit:

Even considering my mistake in setting the starting point from Asahikawa Airport, I was truly satisfied with how many places we were able to visit! I highly recommend this for those without a driver's license! Thank you very much!!

This time, I had many places I wanted to visit in Asahikawa, Biei, and Furano, and I wanted to cover them all in one day, so I requested a private taxi. When I made the reservation, I wasn't sure how many hours I should book to visit all these places, and since I wasn't familiar with the area, I sent an email asking for guidance on time allocation. I was relieved to receive a prompt response. Additionally, I appreciated the confirmation call the day before. It was unfortunate that it rained on the day, but the driver was very courteous throughout. I was happy to receive various information! Although we ended up going about an hour over the reserved time due to the number of places and the time spent at each location, I was very satisfied that we managed to visit all the places I wanted to see. 今回旭川、美瑛、富良野と自分の行きたい場所が沢山あり、それを1日で全部回りたかったのでこちらの貸切タクシーをお願いしました。予約の際この箇所を全部回るには一体何時間の貸切で予約をしたらいいのか？と、土地勘もないため時間配分の目処が立たず質問のメールを送らせて頂きましたが、すぐにお返事が来たので助かりました。又、前日にも確認のお電話を入れて下さりありがたかったです。当日は雨天だったのが残念でしたが、ドライバーさんが最後まで丁寧に対応して下さいました。色々な情報を教えてもらえて嬉しかったです！回る場所が多いうえに1箇所にかかる滞在時間や道の混雑状況などにより最終的には予約時間よりも約1時間オーバーでしたが、行きたい場所を全て回って下さって大満足でした！『せっかくだから全部回って欲しい』と優しく対応して下さり本当に感謝しております。素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

I participated on Tanabata Day, July 7th. The guide, Mr. Isobe, a true Hokkaido native, shared enjoyable and very informative stories. His calm voice was also pleasant to listen to. With nearly 30 years of experience, his professionalism was truly refreshing. Driver Takahashi was also kind. I was impressed by the way he talked about the cat at Iwase Farm, expressing sympathy when it was startled by the bus engine. It was my first time at Asahiyama Zoo, and I found the animals to be very close, allowing for great photos even without a telephoto lens. It was a fun trip.

ガイドの磯部さん、生粋の道産子さんの話は楽しく、とても参考になりました。
また、静かな声で声もいい。
30年近くのキャリアでいらっしゃると思いますが、プロの仕事ぶりはそれは気持ちのいいものでした。
高橋ドライバー、この方も優しいのです。
岩瀬牧場にいた猫が、バスのエンジンをかけて驚いた時に、それは可哀想なことをしたなぁと話している姿が印象的でした。
旭川動物園も初めてでしたが、動物との距離がとても近く、望遠レンズではなくても写真が取れました。楽しい旅となりました。
