On the day of the trip, I couldn't go to Cape Chikyu due to snow, but I had no issues visiting other places. Everywhere had magnificent views that left me in awe! I participated as a solo traveler, and there were no problems at all. It was amazing to see such beautiful scenery right from New Year's Day. The view from the Silo Observation Deck was particularly great. The tour guide was very kind and explained everything well, which was wonderful. The driver's driving was also completely fine. I would like to participate again in the summer.

当日は雪で地球岬が行けなかったですが、その他の場所は問題なく行けました。どこも雄大な景色で感動しました！　
１人旅での参加だったんですが何一つ問題なかったです。
元旦から最高の景色で見れて最高でした。特にサイロ展望台からの景色が良かったです。添乗員さんも凄く親切に説明してくれて大変良かったです。運転手さんの運転も全く問題なかったです。また夏にも参加したいと思います。

I was worried that the event might be canceled due to the heavy snowfall from the cold wave, but the bus operated safely in the snow. Some plans had to be changed because of the snow, and we couldn't see the mountains and scenery that should have been visible if the weather had been good, but the guide explained everything very thoroughly and made sure to take photos of even the smallest views, allowing us to enjoy the experience fully. Thank you very much.

ちょうど大寒波がやってくるということで、雪も多く、中止になるのではと心配でしたが、雪の中、バスは安全運転で運行してくれました。一部、雪の為に予定が変更になったり、お天気が良ければ見えるはずの山や景色が見えなかったりしましたが、ガイドさんがとても丁寧に説明してくれて、ほんの少しの景色も逃さず写真を取ってくれたりして、十分に楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

I was able to get around using public transportation more efficiently than I had imagined.
Everywhere had wonderful views, and the food was fantastic.
The tour guide was also kind, and everything they recommended was delicious.
The weather was nice, and the scenery was beautiful, but experiencing a snowstorm at the mountain pass was also a great memory.
There was plenty of time for strolling, and I was able to enjoy various sightseeing activities.
Feeding the bears at the bear ranch was fun.

On the day of the tour, I found out for the first time that it was a multilingual tour. I think the guide had a pretty tough time. I understood both Japanese and English, so I had no problems, but I wonder how those who only understood Japanese, those who only understood English, and those who only understood Chinese felt about it.

*The photo is of a popular menu item from "Bōyōtei," a long-established Western-style restaurant in the Toyako Onsen area where we had lunch. Due to time constraints, I opted for a plate, but for those with more time, I recommend the hot iron plate, beef/pork steak, and the famous fried scallops!*

当日になって初めて複数言語ツアーであることを知りました。ガイドさんはかなり大変だったと思います。私は日本語と英語が分かるので問題ありませんでしたが、日本語しか分からない人たち、英語しか分からない人たち、中国語しか分からない人たちはどう感じたのか？気になるところです。

※写真は昼食で訪れた洞爺湖温泉街にある老舗の洋食屋「望羊蹄」の人気メニューです。私は時間の関係でお皿のにしましたが、余裕のある人は熱々の鉄板プレート、牛／豚ステーキ、名物のホタテフライもおすすめです！

I participated on January 1st. I am grateful to have been able to join the tour, especially since there aren't many options available during this time. We visited Nakayama Pass, Lake Toya, Hell Valley, and Showa Shinzan. Thank you for safely guiding us through the poor road conditions due to the snowstorm.

The tour guide, Sachi, provided announcements in both Japanese and English, which made it feel like an overseas trip and left a strong impression on me. It was our wedding anniversary that day, and I truly felt happy to have participated, creating wonderful memories.

The driver must have had a tough time navigating the large bus in such bad weather, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the tour guide, who took photos and succinctly shared points of interest. I would love to participate again.

I recommend that anyone joining during the winter snow season be well-prepared for cold weather (shoes, scarves, gloves, hats, etc.).

参加させていただき感謝申し上げます。
中山峠+洞爺湖+地獄谷+昭和新山と巡りました。
吹雪で道路状況が悪い中、安全無事に回っていただきましてありがとうございました。
添乗員のさちさんの車中アナウンスは、日本語と英語の二通りを駆使されており、海外の旅のような気分も味わうことができてとても印象深いです。
当日は結婚記念日で、心から参加して良かったと思える楽しい思い出になりました。
運転手さんは吹雪の悪天候の中、大きなバスの運転も大変だったでしょうし、添乗員さんは写真撮影をしてくださったり、見所を端的に教えてくださったりと、プロの仕事ぶりに感心させられました。
また参加させていただきたいです。
参加される方は冬の雪の季節であれば、防寒に関して万全にしていくことをお勧めします。(靴・マフラー・手袋・帽子など)

We traveled as a family of five. Since we had elderly members and small children, the bus tour was very convenient. For our first trip to Hokkaido, if you want to visit many sightseeing spots, I definitely recommend the bus tour. We were able to take breaks on the bus, making it a gentle journey for the elderly, children, and those with lower stamina. The guide was kind and introduced various attractions and local specialties. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't see Mount Yotei due to the heavy snow in the morning, but the snowy scenery was beautiful in its own way. The lunch was at a small restaurant, but the taste was excellent. The views of Lake Toya and Hell Valley were incredibly beautiful and moving. The biggest advantage is the efficient way to get around. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use this service next time.

家族5人で利用しました。年寄りや小さな子ども連れなので、バスツアーは大変便利でした。初めての北海道旅行、できればたくさんの観光名所を巡りたいなら絶対バスツアーがおすすめです。途中はバスでひと休憩できるので、年寄りや子ども、体力が弱めの方に優しい旅でした。ガイドさんは優しい方で、名所や名物、いろいろ紹介してくれてました。あさ大雪で羊蹄山が見えなかったのは少し残念でしたがその分雪景色が美しいでした。昼ごはんは小さなお店でしたが味は最高だった。洞爺湖と地獄谷の景色はあまりにも美しく感動しました。効率良く回れるのは一番のメリットです。また機会がありましたら次回また利用したいと思います。

I traveled with my mother, who is turning 74 this year.

**Pros**
- I felt that the cost performance was very good because we could smoothly visit various points. This tour can be summed up in one word.
- It was reassuring to have a bus guide. This time, we had a Japanese guide who provided information in both Japanese and English. It seems that sometimes a foreign guide (from China?) may lead the tour.

**Cons**
- There is a possibility that the points may be limited due to weather conditions. This time, we couldn't go to Cape Earth. However, I think we just have to accept this as part of the experience.
- The shops were extremely crowded. Mainly tourists from China and South Korea were buying a lot, and the lines at the registers were quite long. A cream made from horse oil was popular and selling quickly. My mother also purchased one.
- Due to scheduling, the time limits were a bit strict, which might be somewhat tough for older individuals.
- About 70-80% of the bus passengers were foreigners. I wouldn't recommend this for those who are not comfortable with that kind of atmosphere.

I mentioned quite a few cons, but as I stated at the beginning, it was "a very cost-effective tour." I think I will use it again when I visit Hokkaido next time.

今年74歳を迎える母親との旅行で利用しました。

【メリット】
・ポイントポイントをスムーズに回れるので非常にコスパが良いと感じました。このツアーはこの1言に尽きます。
・バスガイドさんがついていて安心でした。今回は日本人の方で日本語と英語でのガイドをされていました。場合によっては外国（中国？）の方がガイドをすることもあるようです。


【デメリット】
・天候によってポイントが絞られてしまう可能性があることです。今回は地球岬にいくことが出来ませんでした。ただし、これは運と思って割り切るしかありません。
・売店はめちゃくちゃ混みます。主に中国・韓国の観光客の方たちが爆買いをしておりレジの列が半端ではありませんでした。馬油というクリームが人気で飛ぶように売れていました。母も1つ購入していました。
・スケジューリング上、制限時間がやや厳しくなっており年配の方にとっては多少辛いかもと思いました。
・バスの乗客は7〜8割が外国の方でした。そういう雰囲気が苦手な方にとってはあまりオススメしません。


デメリットを多く挙げてしまいましたが、冒頭にも記載したとおり「非常にコスパの良いツアー」でした。次回、北海道に行った際はまた利用すると思います。

Many of the participants were foreigners, so I was surprised, but I was able to enjoy myself without any inconvenience. Since it's Hokkaido, I think this bus tour, as well as others, may have the same situation, but please be aware that in winter, due to weather conditions, there is a high possibility of arriving later than the scheduled time.

I had participated in the same course in August as well. I felt it was good to join for the second time. I thought it would have been helpful if they had allowed us to specify our seats in advance. Also, the service from the tour guide was good.

同コースは８月にも参加したことありました。2回目の参加としても良かったと感じています。「これもしてくれれば」と思ったのは事前に座席を指定した方が助かるなぁとのことでした。また、添乗員のサービスも良かった。

Thanks to the driver's safe driving and the guide's detailed explanations, it turned out to be a wonderful day. I felt secure participating in the tour and would like to visit again.

I was able to see the Steller's sea eagle flying multiple times, which I had wanted to see. Since it was the season when they could only be seen from a distance, I couldn't capture them in photos, but I thought I would like to come back during the drift ice season to take pictures. Since it was an afternoon tour, I was also taken to a viewpoint for the stunning sunset, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

時期的に遠くにしか見られないので写真にはおさめられなかったが、時期を見て流氷がある時期に来て写真撮影したいと思った。

I used to work during the New Year's holiday, but this time I was able to take a break, and I thought it would be nice to spend it somewhere other than home. So, I suddenly decided to go to Hokkaido in winter. When I visited Hokkaido at other times of the year, I would rent a car to get around, but this time, since it was winter, I was looking for a tour. I found a budget-friendly tour that was available even on New Year's Day, so I immediately signed up. Participating in the tour allowed me to fully enjoy winter in Hokkaido, and I was very satisfied. Both the guide and the driver were very kind, which made me feel at ease during the trip. I am convinced that participating in a tour in winter Hokkaido expands the enjoyment. Thank you very much for everything from New Year's Day.

今まで年末年始は仕事でしたが、今回から休めるようになり、思い切って、自宅とは別の場所で過ごしてみたい…ということで、冬の北海道へ行くことに急遽決めました。冬以外で北海道へ行く場合は、レンタカーを借りて行動していましたが、今回は冬ということで、ツアーを探していました。そうしたところ、格安でしかも元旦でも可能なツアーがあり、即参加を申し込みました。参加してみて、冬の北海道を満喫できる旅でとても満足でした。ガイドさん、運転手さんともにとても親切な方で、参加していて安心でした。冬の北海道の場合はツアー参加することで、楽しみの幅もひろがると確信しました。元旦から本当にありがとうございました。

The driver and guide were both pleasant, and I was able to enjoy a fun day.

They shared stories related to the area along the way, which made it enjoyable.

Also, it seems convenient that it's possible to leave the tour at certain points.

The guide named Mr. Son kindly introduced the culture and souvenirs. It was great that the schedule was on time. I would like to participate again in the summer.

孫さんという名前のガイドさんがと丁寧に文化とお土産を紹介してくれた。スケジュールは時間通りにできてよかった。夏の時もまた参加したい

I'm concerned about the differences from the advertisement. Lake Shikotsu is not included in the itinerary. Cape Earth is closed in winter and was omitted, but wasn't this known from the time of booking? The sightseeing ended significantly earlier than scheduled, at 4 PM, and we headed back. The guide was pleasant, which was a relief.

広告内容との違いが気になります。支笏湖は行程に含まれません。地球岬は冬季通行止めで省略ですが、予約時点からから分かっていたことなのでは？行程より大幅に早く、16時で観光は終わり、帰路に着きました。ガイドさんが感じ良かったのが救いです。

I participated in a solo trip to Sapporo. It's great that the tour allows us to efficiently visit places that are difficult to reach by train or bus.

It was great to efficiently visit various places in Hokkaido, especially since it was my family's first time there.
At the end, I forgot my device and got off the bus, but when I ran back, the guide also came running with my device.

久しぶりの北海道で家族の者は初めてだったので効率良くあちこち周れてとても良かったです。

Before departure, there was no guidance for the bus, and I wished they had clearly communicated the bus color and number. I almost got on the wrong bus. The staff member was very nice, but their Japanese was limited, and they mostly spoke Chinese, so I would have preferred a bit more conversation in Japanese. My friend who was traveling with me is Thai, so I had to translate everything, but since their Japanese was limited, I couldn't interpret very well.

出発前にバスへの案内がなく、バスの色やナンバーをしっかりと伝えて欲しかった。
違うバスに乗りまちがえそうになった。
案内の人は、すごく良い人ですが、日本語があまりなく、ほとんど中国語であり、もう少し日本語ではなしをしてほしかった。　　　　　　　　　　　　
今回の同乗の友達が、タイ人なので全て翻訳して伝えなければいけないのに、日本語が少なく通訳が、余り出来なかった。

The service attitude of the tour guide, You You, was very polite. Even though many people returned late from the first sightseeing spot, he didn't get angry and simply asked for everyone's cooperation.

Along the way, one guest had to stop the bus twice due to stomach pain, but overall, he was able to manage the schedule adjustments well.

途中で、ある客は腹痛のため、バスが２回も止まらせざるをえなかったのですが、トータル的にはスケジュールの調整を上手に把握できていただきました。

Joey Lee, a tour guide from Hong Kong, is humorous and great at time management, ensuring everyone can take perfect photos. He speaks English, Japanese, Cantonese, and Chinese, so I'm already looking forward to the next trip.

香港出身のツアーガイド、ジョーイ・リーさんはユーモラスで時間管理も上手で、誰でも完璧な写真が撮れますし、英語、日本語、広東語、中国語も話せるので、すでに次が楽しみです旅行。

All the bus seats were taken, and I wished they could have at least seated us together as a family. They said we could borrow umbrellas at the zoo, but the place to borrow them was quite far away. There were many such issues.

バスの席は全部埋まり、せめて家族でまとめてほしかった。動物園は傘が借りれると言ってたのに、貸してくれる場所まで、かなり距離があった。もうそんなのがやまほどありました。

I couldn't drive, so I joined the tour. There were two tour guides, and both were very nice. Especially the female guide, Ms. L, was a charming person who was very considerate. Thank you very much. We changed our schedule and visited Lake Shikotsu first, and because it had just stopped raining, the lake was sparkling and very beautiful. It was also great that all the snacks introduced by the guide, Mr. S, were delicious. This is a highly recommended tour with good cost performance.

車の運転ができないのでツアーに参加しました。
添乗員が2名いて御二方とも良くしてくれました。特に女性のLさんは気遣い上手な可愛らしい方でした。ありがとうございました。
支笏湖は予定を変更して最初に観光しましたが、雨上がりだったこともあり湖がキラキラしてとても綺麗でした。
添乗員のSさんが紹介してくれた軽食がどれも美味しかったのも良かったです。
コスパの良いお勧めツアーです。

I unknowingly made a reservation for a tour exclusively for foreigners, and I was the only Japanese participant. The guide, Michelle, spoke in four languages, which I imagine was quite challenging. Her explanations were very clear, enjoyable, and thorough. She was kind and addressed each participant individually. The driver, Kimishima, was also cheerful and engaging. It was a safe and comfortable day. I felt lucky to have met both of them and to have participated in this tour. I was satisfied with the tour content as well. All the participants were punctual and displayed good manners. Thank you very much! ♪

I participated in a one-day bus tour from Sapporo that included visits to places like Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. The weather was great, and it was a wonderful trip where I could feel the vast nature of Hokkaido. It was my first time visiting all these places, and we stopped at seven locations, each one more amazing than the last, which was truly moving. I think it would be quite challenging to visit so many tourist spots in one day on my own, so I'm really glad I participated. During the bus ride, it was also great that they talked about the next destination and the highlights of the places we were passing by. The two guides and the bus driver were wonderful people. Thank you very much. I would love to join a different tour next time!

札幌発で、支笏湖洞爺湖など巡る1日バス観光に参加させてもらいました。
お天気も良く、北海道の大自然を感じる、素敵な旅でした。どこも初めて行く場所で、7か所回ったのですが、すべて素晴らしいところばかりで、感動の連続でした。これだけの観光地を1日で回るのは、個人ではかなり大変だと思うので、本当に参加してよかったです。バスの中では、次に行く目的地や今走っている場所の見どころなど話してくれたことも、とてもよかったです。ガイドさんお二人、バスの運転手さん、素敵な方々でした。ありがとうございました。

It was great that there were no loud or disruptive people, even with foreign guests present. The guides included a Japanese person and a foreigner who spoke Chinese, and both were cheerful, taking photos and being very kind.

We changed our initial plans and visited Lake Shikotsu first. It was sunny, and the beautiful surface of the water was a delight to see. Lake Toya was also lovely. The view from Cape Erimo was spectacular. I wasn't very familiar with Showa Shinzan, but the scenery was great, and I found the history with the volcano very interesting to explore.

外国人の方も一緒でしたがうるさく騒ぐ人もおらず良かったです。ガイドさんは日本人の方と、外国人の、中国語を話す方と2人いらっしゃり、2人とも明るく写真を撮って下さったり親切にしてくれました。
当初の予定から変更になり、支笏湖には最初に訪問しました。晴れていてきれいな水面が見られて良かったです。洞爺湖も綺麗でした。地球岬からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。昭和新山はあまり知らなかったのですが、眺めもよく、また火山との歴史も興味深く見学しました。

We wanted to go to the Shakotan Peninsula for our honeymoon, but since neither of us drives, we decided to book a guide, even though it was a bit pricey.

In the end, it was a great decision!

Ikuta was not only personable but also very knowledgeable! You could really feel his veteran skills!

He guided us to the places we wanted to visit with lots of interesting stories and took many photos for us! It was really helpful since it’s hard to take selfies just the two of us!

He also took us to delicious smoked food places, seafood, and sake shops! We were introduced to places that locals go to!! (The next day, we went to the restaurant recommended by Ikuta for lunch, and it was also exquisite!)

It was a packed day, and we were very satisfied! I’m so grateful that Ikuta will definitely come up in our wonderful memories from this trip.

I would love to book him again for our next trip to Hokkaido!

結果、大正解！

生田さんは人柄も良く知識も豊富！ベテランの腕を感じました！

事前にお願いしてた行きたい場所へは色んな面白い話と共に案内してくれて沢山写真も撮ってくれました！2人だとなかなか自撮りでしか撮れないからありがたかったです！

他にも燻製の美味しい店や海鮮、日本酒のお店も回ってくれて！地元民が行く店を紹介してもらいました！！(翌日ランチは生田さんおすすめの店へ。これまた絶品でした、、、！)

盛りだくさんの1日で大満足！

Reception
It's hard to find where the reception is. There was no explanation after checking in. I was left unattended.
Bus Seats
I was moved from the assigned seat I was sitting in. Even though the seats were designated, others were also seated randomly.
Lack of Knowledge about Toilet Facilities at Tourist Spots
I couldn't grasp where the toilets were or how many there were. I didn't have time to ride the ropeway at Showa Shinzan. For those who don't go to the bear ranch, there was no place to rest, so I didn't know how to spend my time.
Compared to other tours, this was of a lower level.

トイレの場所や何箇所あるか把握出来ていない。昭和新山でロープウェイに乗車する時間がなかった。熊牧場に行かない人は何をして過ごすか、休憩場所がなかったのでどう過ごせばいいのかわからなかった。
