The foreign guide was interesting and taught us very accurately. My first canoe experience was amazing. However, since the river was shallow, there wasn't much tension.

Both our Bibi River and Jozankei Toyohira River canoe tours are conducted on very calm rivers with relatively shallow water levels. We also recommend our spring-only rafting tour on the Jozankei Toyohira River, which becomes a thrilling experience due to the melting snow!

We started at 6 AM. The weather was typical for the Kushiro Wetlands, with some clouds and a bit of morning mist. We set off in a larger canoe for four people, along with our guide. The canoe tour lasted about two hours, and we enjoyed the wetlands without encountering any other canoes.

We were fortunate to encounter a herd of Ezo deer twice, and the guide brought the canoe within just a few meters of them. The guide, who has over 20 years of experience, conducted the tour without any other participants, and his extensive knowledge made the experience truly enjoyable.

当日は、雲りで少し朝霧も出ている釧路湿原らしい天候。
4人乗りの大きめのカヌーに我々夫婦とガイドの三名で出発。
約二時間のカヌーツアーでしたが、他のカヌーとは出会わず、我々だけで湿原カヌーツアーを楽しめました。

待望の蝦夷シカの群れにも二度ほど遭遇し、ほんの数メートルの距離までカヌーを寄せてくれました。
基本的に相乗りなしでツアー実施している この道20年以上のガイドさんで 知識も豊かで満喫できました。

The day after watching the Hanshin game at Escon Field, I was looking for a place nearby where we could go canoeing. I found out that they offer a two-hour course with pick-up from New Chitose Airport, so we signed up for four people.

The first hour was spent paddling on a large river, and the second hour was on a narrower river. This was our third time canoeing, but we particularly enjoyed the second half of the course, where we could really feel the abundant negative ions in nature. I'm glad we chose the two-hour course.

Along the way, we encountered swans and had a fun canoeing experience while listening to the sounds of the birds.

今回はエスコンフィールドでの阪神戦を観戦した翌日に近くでカヌーができるところがないかな？と探していました。
2時間コースなら新千歳空港からの送迎をしていただけるとのことで四人で申し込みしました。

最初の1時間は大きな川を、後半の1時間は細めの川を漕いでいくコースでした。
カヌーは3回目の私たちでしたが、特にマイナスイオンたっぷりの自然を感じられる後半のコースはとても気に入って２時間コースを選んで良かったなと思いました。

途中白鳥にも遭遇し、鳥の声を聞きながらの楽しいカヌーコースでした。

I visited at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. I was blessed with good weather and had a great time. The transparency was incredible. When you place your phone on the clear bottom of the kayak to take a video, it turns out beautifully. Thank you to all the staff!

We participated in a 2-hour canoe tour in the Kushiro Wetlands. I joined with my mother, who is over 80 years old, and she was very happy. I was a bit worried because some other tours had an age limit of 80, but this one had chairs with backrests and we didn't have to paddle, so we could participate with peace of mind. We also saw a lot of animals, so we were very satisfied!

釧路湿原の2時間のカヌーを2人で参加させて頂きました。80歳を超える母と参加させて頂きましたが、母もとても喜んでいました。他の主催のツアーでは年齢制限が80歳の所があったので、少し心配していましたが、背もたれ付きの椅子でしたり、漕がなくて良かったり、安心して参加させて貰いました。動物もたくさん見られたので、大満足です！

At the beginning of June, I participated in the afternoon course. Since it was a weekday, there were few other people canoeing, allowing for a relaxed experience. Even without the early morning course, I encountered many animals and was very satisfied with canoeing under the clear blue sky. I felt like I was "hogging the breathtaking views!" and kept taking photos. During my first trip to Hokkaido, I was unsure which area to choose, but knowing that I could canoe in Kushiro, I made the perfect choice. The lucky sighting of a fluffy little fox was incredibly cute!

6月頭、お昼からのコースで参加しました。
平日だった事もあり他にカヌーをされている方も少なく、ゆったりと体験する事が出来ました。
早朝コースでなくとも沢山の動物に出会え、快晴の中のカヌーに大満足です。
「絶景を独り占め！」と言う感じでひたすら写真を撮っていました。
初めての北海道旅行でどのエリアにしようかなと悩む中、釧路でカヌーが出来ると知り釧路を選択して大正解。
運よく見る事が出来たコギツネがふわふわでとても可愛かったです！

My first time at the Kushiro Wetlands and my first winter canoeing experience were absolutely wonderful! There was a shuttle service to the hotel, and I only needed to bring warm clothing; they provided the dry suits and canoes. Once we started paddling, we encountered many wild birds like the Steller's sea eagle, white-tailed eagle, and kingfisher, as well as Ezo deer. I was so moved when a red-crowned crane took off right in front of me that I got goosebumps. I would love to come back in a different season and with a camera!

初めて釧路湿原、初めての冬季カヌーでしたが、とても簡単に素晴らしい体験をさせて頂くことが出来ました！ホテルへの送迎があり、防寒着だけで行けばドライスーツとカヌーは用意して下さり、漕ぎ出せばオオワシやオジロワシ、ヤマセミ等の野鳥やエゾシカに沢山出会えました。目の前から丹頂鶴が飛び立った時は感動で鳥肌がたちました。また季節を変えたり、カメラを装備して伺いたいです。

Although there were concerns about the rain, the weather was pleasant with the sun peeking out and then clouding over. The guide was attentive, and my first canoe experience went smoothly, allowing me to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of Jozankei, which is now adorned with autumn colors. I was able to take many photos of the red bridge and the autumn leaves that often appear in advertisements. The next day, it seems that the first snow fell at Nakayama Pass, but on that day it was still warm enough to comfortably wear sandals. I was also surprised to find that the turnaround point for the canoe had a hot spring, where I could pleasantly dip my feet.

I was able to make a day trip from Tokyo. It took 40 minutes by rental car from New Chitose Airport. The weather was perfect, and Lake Shikotsu was truly beautiful. The water was very clear, and you could see underwater from the clear kayak. It was lovely to see the water change from emerald to deep blue.

When the mountains are covered in autumn leaves, it has a different kind of beauty, and at night, the starry sky is magnificent, as our guide Ryo told us. On the way back, we stopped at Marukoma Onsen and felt refreshed. I want to come back again!

東京から日帰りできました。新千歳空港からレンタカーで40分。
お天気も最高で支笏湖は本当に綺麗でした。透明度も高く、クリアカヤックからは水の中が見えます。エメラルドから深い青色に水の色が変化するのも素敵でした。
山々が紅葉したらまた別の美しさ、夜は満天の星空、とガイドのりょうさんが教えてくれました。帰りは丸駒温泉に入ってさっぱり。また来たいです！

「支笏湖カヤック体験」の名称なので、支笏湖でカヤックをやるかと思っていましたが、千歳川でのカヤック体験でした。

I was wondering how the start would go since we couldn't begin the reception until the scheduled time. Also, I was quite concerned about the water clarity due to the heavy rain the day before. However, once we started, I forgot all about that and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the pleasant experience!

I signed up for the two-hour course despite being a beginner. I thought that if I chose the half course, it would end just when I was getting used to it. In the end, the two hours flew by, and it was so much fun that it ended before I knew it. Since I wanted to enjoy the canoe experience, I prepared by watching YouTube videos on how to paddle at Bibigawa before going, and I received compliments from the guide for being skilled. The tour description mentioned swans, but it seems to depend on the season; we were able to see a kingfisher, which was a beautiful blue. Although the water wasn't crystal clear, the presence of the kingfisher suggests that the water must be clean. 素人にも関わらず2時間コースに申込。
ハーフだと慣れた頃に終わるのはやだなと思ったからです。
結果は2時間でもあっと言う間で楽しい楽しいのあいだに終わっちやいました。
カヌー体験に申し込んたからには楽しみたいと家に居る時からYou Tubeで美々川（びびがわ）カヌーで漕ぎ方を予習して臨み、ガイドさんから上手だとお褒めの言葉をいただきました。
ツアー説明に白鳥と書いてありましたが時期にもよるみたいです、私達はカワセミを見ることができました、きれいなブルーでした、水は澄んでいるわけではなかったけどカワセミが住んてるということはきれいな水なんでしょうね。
あとガイドが山葡萄がある言うので食べたいというと採ってくれました、めちゃめちゃ酸っぱいし種が多いけどいい経験ができました。
空もきれいでガイドさんにスマホを渡すと写真も撮ってもらえます。

It was a day with on-and-off rain, but during our experience, the rain stopped and we were able to enjoy it. Although there were waves at Lake Shikotsu, we were able to enter the water a little while being mindful of safety. The highlight was the Chitose River. The water was clear, and we could see blooming plants and decaying trees. Thanks to our guide's careful instructions, I was able to paddle well even though it was my first time kayaking. It was fun to talk about the guide's love for Lake Shikotsu and various gourmet foods in Hokkaido.

This became one of my enjoyable memories from summer vacation. I'm glad I made a reservation with Ocean Days. Thank you!

I was nervous about canoeing for the first time, but since the instructor chose a guided course, I was able to take videos and photos along the way. I wanted to paddle, but when I got too focused on paddling, I didn't have any time to look around or take pictures. So, I strongly recommend having the instructor with you for the first time! You can see kingfishers along the way, which is quite rare. The sound of the paddle slicing through the water is also very soothing. Definitely enjoy the full course with the instructor!

初めてのカヌーでドキドキでしたが、先生が同乗コースを選んだので、途中動画や写真を撮ることが出来ました。
カヌーをこぎたい気持ちはありましたが、こぐことに夢中になったり必死になると、ゆっくり周りをみたり写真をとる余裕が全くないです。

When I went to Lake Shikotsu before, I watched people kayaking from a bridge and thought, "I definitely want to do that next time!" This time, I fulfilled that wish.

Riding on the kayak while feeling the wind on the emerald green lake was an amazing experience. I'm glad I participated; it became a wonderful memory. If I could wish for anything, it would have been even better if I could have gone on a longer course.

前に支笏湖に行った時に橋の上からカヤックをする人達を眺めて是非次回はやるぞーと思っていたカヤック！今回念願果たしました。
とにかくエメラルドグリーンに染まった湖をカヤックに乗りながら風を感じられて最高の気分でした。参加して良い思い出になりました。

I thought we would be on a cruise with someone rowing for us, but it turned out to be a couple's cruise where we had to coordinate our efforts. It was challenging until we got in sync, but our guide, who was from Nepal, was fluent in Japanese and led us efficiently and enjoyably, making for a fun time. The occasional encounters with dangerous narrow spots added a thrilling element to the experience.

Our family participated with our pet, and the guide assisted us with putting the life jacket on our dog and was attentive throughout the experience. However, due to the bad weather, we couldn't have the experience on Lake Shikotsu for safety reasons, but we still had plenty of fun on the Chitose River flowing out from Lake Shikotsu.

On August 10, 2022, I participated in the 12:00 tour from Lake Tōro to Hosoo. "Healing Canoe Kushiro" is operated by a single guide, Mr. Ichinohe, so it's a tour with just one canoe. Experiencing the quiet flow through the serene wetlands was a first in my life. I believe this will be an unforgettable experience for a long time to come. The wildlife I was able to see from the Canadian canoe included the Japanese crane, Ezo deer, red fox, white-tailed eagle, heron, and ducks. All the stars of the Kushiro Wetlands were gathered. In group tours with multiple canoes, even if the lead canoe spots wildlife, by the time the last canoe arrives, the animals may have already fled. In that respect, "Healing Canoe Kushiro" allows for quiet observation since we go out with just one canoe. As we drift through the wetlands, it feels like both my mind and body are being refreshed.

On the last afternoon in Sapporo, I signed up for a full course with transportation included. The weather was occasionally drizzly. They provided simple raincoats at the tour location. The full course goes through narrow areas, so there may be times when it doesn't go smoothly, but I think as long as you paddle calmly, there's no need to worry. I was satisfied to see water plants, delicate flowers, and even a kingfisher. I was also able to take photos with my smartphone. The people are great! The experience itself was incredibly fun! We were blessed with miraculous weather and had a wonderful time! Since it's summer, the water felt amazing!! This is the best memory from the trip!

We participated as three families with children. We chose this place at the request of my elementary school grandchild. It was our first time canoeing, but the guide was right there with us, and they provided a lecture on how to paddle in the river, which made us feel safe. The guide's stories were enjoyable, and the kids really engaged with them! Everyone in the family said, "That was great! We had so much fun!" and we were able to have a wonderful day even during the pandemic. I'm glad we chose this place.

However, the parking lot was the meeting point, but we weren't sure where it was and ended up passing it, so we had to turn back. I thought it would be helpful to have clearer signs.

子供達３家族で参加しました。小学生の孫のリクエストで、こちらを利用しました。全くの初めてのカヌーでしたが、ガイドさんもそばにいましたし、川の中での漕ぎ方のレクチャーもして頂いて安心でした。ガイドさんのお話も、楽しくて、孫たちのつかみもgood!! 家族みんな「良かったね〜楽しかったね〜」と、コロナ禍でも楽しい１日を過ごせました。こちらを利用させてもらって良かったです。

ただ、駐車場が集合場所だったのですが、はっきりとわからず通過してしまい、途中で戻って来た次第であります(笑)わかりやすい看板などあったらと、思いました。
