The staff's response was average, and the bus equipment was standard. It would have been nice to have a little more consideration, such as etiquette bags and alcohol wipes. The driver's driving was careful.

エチケット袋やアルコールタオルなど少し心遣いがあれば良い。ドライバーの運転は丁寧だ。

It was more expensive compared to other buses, but I used it because it stopped at my hotel. The bus also had USB power outlets.

I used this service for my ski trip from New Chitose Airport to Tomamu. Since I’m not used to driving in the snow, I decided to use this option, and it was very comfortable as it takes you directly from the airport to the hotel entrance!

After arriving at the airport, I checked the meeting point while checking in. As indicated on the map, there was an orange sign in the arrival lobby on the first floor, which made it easy to find. There was also a Lawson nearby, and the departure lobby one floor up was just a quick escalator ride away, so I went shopping until it was time to gather. When the meeting time came, there were lines for Furano and Tomamu near the benches. A staff member in a silver jumper was there to guide us, which was reassuring.

On the bus, eating was allowed only quietly. (This may change depending on the infection situation…) We sanitized our hands before getting on the bus, and everyone was very quiet inside.

At Tomamu The Tower, there is an orange desk right at the entrance (around the lounge entrance), so it should be easy to spot. Before the meeting time, staff members were there to confirm the bus's arrival. It was nice to be able to wait in the warm area inside during that time. I opted for an earlier bus to have some extra time, and I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal and souvenir shopping at the airport, which was great!

It might depend on the time of use, but even before the peak winter holiday season, the bus was almost full on the way there, so I was glad I made an early reservation.

トマムでのスキー旅行の際に、新千歳空港⇄トマム間で利用しました。雪の中での運転は慣れないので、こちらを利用することにしましたが、空港からホテルのエントランスまで行けるので、とても快適でした！

空港到着後、集合場所を確認しがてら、チェックイン。地図にある通り、1階の到着ロビーにオレンジ色の看板があるので、わかりやすかったです。近くにローソンもあり、1階上の出発ロビーもエスカレーター上がればすぐなので、時間まで買い出しへ。集合時間になったら、近くにあるベンチ付近に富良野行きと、トマム行きの列が出来ていました。シルバーのジャンパーを着たスタッフの方が、案内してくれるので、安心でした。

バスの中は、飲食は黙食でということでした。(感染状況によっては変わるかもしれませんが…)バスに乗る際消毒をし、車内でも皆さんとても静かでした。

トマム・ザ・タワーでは、エントランス入ってすぐ(ラウンジ入り口前あたり)に、オレンジ色のデスクがあるので、すぐわかると思います。集合時間前には、スタッフの方がいてバスの到着を確認してくれていました。その間は中の暖かいところで待っていられるのもよかったです。余裕を持って、早めの便にしましたが、空港でゆっくり食事やお土産選びも出来たので、満喫出来ました！

利用時間にもよるのかもしれませんが、まだ本格的な冬休み前にも関わらず、行きはほぼ満席だったので、早めに予約しておいてよかったと思いました。

They kindly took care of my heavy luggage in the bus trunk. The driving was smooth and reassuring. There is a bathroom break along the way, and it's enjoyable to check out the local goods at the shop.

重い荷物もバスのトランクに丁寧に預かって頂きました。

途中でトイレ休憩がありますが、地元グッズのあるお店をのぞくのが楽しいです。

I used the service from the New Furano Prince Hotel to New Chitose Airport. The pickup announcement was made about 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, and I was in a rush because I was buying souvenirs, but it took less than 2 hours to arrive instead of the planned 2 hours and 20 minutes since the roads were clear. The restroom break along the way was helpful. By the way, there is no restroom on the bus. The legroom was very spacious, and since there were only about 10 passengers, it was comfortable. The airline's tour costs 2,000 yen, so 4,500 yen is a bit expensive...

新富良野プリンスホテルから新千歳空港まで利用しました。予定時刻より15分ほど早く、ロビーでピックアップのアナウンスがあり、お土産を買っていたので焦りましたが、2時間20分ほどかかる予定が、道も空いていて2時間弱で到着。途中のトイレ休憩も助かりました。ちなみに、バスにトイレはついていません。足元がとても広く、乗車人数も10人ほどだったので、ゆとりがあり、快適でした。航空会社のツアーだと2,000円なので、4,500円は、ちょっと高い...。

I used the bus from the airport to the New Furano Prince Hotel. It seems that the transfer times and locations are convenient for JAL flights. Since I was on ANA, I felt it was somewhat inconvenient. On the bus, the people in the back were constantly eating and drinking. Their talking was loud and it was tough. I had to endure it for two hours. I guess I was just unlucky.

空港から新富良野プリンスホテルまで利用いたしました。
空港での、乗り継ぎ時間、場所はJAL便に便利になっている様ですね。
私は、ANAでしたので、多少不便を感じました。
バス内では、後ろの方が、ずっと何かを食べたり飲んだり。
話し声も煩くて、辛かったです。
２時間我慢でした。
運が悪かったのでしょうね。

Great service. Having wifi for the duration of our trip was fantastic and made sight seeing so much easier.

I used the New Furano Prince Hotel. The woman at the reception was very kind and attentive. The highlight was when she waved at me with a smile as I was heading to the bus for departure.

It was super easy pick up and drop off at Narita airport. The device was small enough to fit in my purse and convenient to bring anywhere I went.
Though battery life was kind of short. I connected two devices. It was 10% by early afternoon. So I had to carry my backup battery charger which is heavy... I recommend to carry light back up battery with you.
The connectivity was not as steady as I expected. It may be the issue with SoftBank server. Sometimes very fast, sometimes super slow. Sometimes the device rebooted by itself.
Overall, I gave three stars because of the battery life and connectivity. But the cost was very reasonable and pick up/drop off was very convenient.

I arrived at the airport more than an hour early, and a lovely woman near the arrival gate guided me to the bus stop. Since I had plenty of time, I mentioned that I would wait by eating Asahikawa ramen, and as I was about to leave, she chased after me to let me know that the ramen shop wasn't open yet and directed me to a newly opened food court. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast.

The bus went directly to the hotel and arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, which was great. There were groups around me that seemed like company trips, celebrating and being quite noisy, but since this is something I probably won't encounter often and it's not the bus company's fault, it can't be helped.

空港に1時間以上前に到着しましたが、素敵な女性が到着ゲートの近くにいらして、バス乗り場を案内してくれました。
また時間がたっぷりあるので旭川ラーメンを食べて待つと話してその場を離れたら、追いかけてくれて、ラーメン屋はまだ開いていないので、最近できたフードコートを案内してくれました。
おかげで美味しい朝食をとれました。

バスはホテル直行で予定より1時間早く到着してとても良かったです。周りは社員旅行のような集団で、乾杯したり騒々しかったのですが、これはあまり遭遇しなそう&バス会社のせいではないので仕方ないですね。

I wasn't using it for skiing, but I was really helped by the information on how to get from the hotel in Furano to the airport.

Best travel companion! This is my second time renting a wifi-router through veltra. No problem whatsoever.

Easy pick up at Narita and drop off at Haneda. No issues with WiFi - worked easily and was fast. Would recommend having a battery pack with you as charge can go down quite quickly.

It was the fastest way to get from New Chitose Airport to Furano! The driver was very kind and provided helpful guidance inside the bus, and the seats were very comfortable!

The only negative was finding the vendor in Narita! Once done, it was easy to get going and two of us used it extensively for 28 days covering lots of Japan. Besides seeming to work as well as any other pocket wifi, the fixed price for our time period was fantastic. Drop off was at Haneda, and much simpler than the pickup!

The router worked really well the whole time we were in Japan and made things a lot easier as always had WiFi internet backup. Delivery to our hotel and the return all went effortlessly and very efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone

It was great! Good coverage in the most of place I had visited. I will recommend for people who stay longer than 10 day or longer! Very inexpensive.

Was able to obtain the router with little hassle, easy location for pick up. Had some issues using it on the Shinkansen but was able to log on to the free wifi available on the bullet trains. Would recommend. Much cheaper than other options seen online.

Good experience overall with easy pick-up and smooth usage - went to some more remote regions and it worked very well.

It works very well. We had to rearrange our trip because of the typhoon and we needed to change our WiFi router reservation. The staff helped us very quickly and with no additional costs.

Everything went smoothly, device is foolproof, 3 devices connected, lasted for 7-8 hours. Once I had to remove battery beacause it froze, but thanks to manual provided - it wasn't a problem. Would recommend. I've stayed in Japan for 3 weeks, so I feel that the renting price was a bargain. Pickup point at Narita was little hard to find, but after few days in Japan I've learned that it's a part of adventure (Tokyo Station, I'm looking at you :-)))

Pick-up (at Narita T1) was fine, albeit without any instructions on how to use the device -- I think QL Liners are really just a delivery service. The device was also set to Japanese so I had to figure out how to get it to English -- which took a while.

Having used it for 4 days now, the connection has been excellent, as has the WiFi performance. Our only issue is that the battery life isn't great -- 5 hours max, really, so we have to carry a powerbank if we're out all day. I think the device might be a little old.

My pocket wifi arrived at our residence home in Japan on time. The connection was fast and very reliable! I had no downtime while navigating Tokyo and it's subways stations. The return was easy!

AS easy at always, making the booking and at the Counter I get the WiFi Router. Even this time I was very late with the booking. They arrange all and make me happy.

We rented a router during our stay in Tokyo and it provided decent connectivity. The only thing we didn't realize is the more devices which are connected to the router drains the battery faster. So if you're planning on having multiple devices hooked up to the same router, ensure you have a back-up power source if you plan on being out and about for long periods of time.

Easy to use. Once on it, connect and enter password - you are good to go!
Either get one from the airport or your can ask them to send to your hotel.
You wont regret it!

We didn’t receive the WiFi on time so I email to veltra. They send me another WiFi for free. We ended up three WiFi from original order and extra one.
