I was worried about the snow, so I decided to skip renting a car and use this bus tour instead. It was efficient for visiting tourist spots in just one day, and the time spent at each location was just right. (If you're planning to do a day trip to Akanko Onsen, it might be a bit tight.) The distance that would have been tiring to drive myself was easy and comfortable, and it was a good value for the money. I highly recommend it for exploring the Kushiro area!

雪が心配だったのでレンタカーをやめてこちらのバスツアーを利用しました。
1日で効率よく観光地を回ることができ、各所の滞在時間もちょうど良かったです。
(阿寒湖温泉に日帰り入浴される場合は少しギリギリかも)
自分で運転したら疲れそうな距離もラクチンで、コスパも良かったです。
釧路周辺を回るならオススメです！

I only had one day, but there were many places I wanted to visit, so I joined this tour. I thoroughly enjoyed Lake Toya, the Silo Observation Deck, and Otaru, among others. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to experience a variety of things in a short amount of time. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to do this again.

１日しかなかったが、行きたいところが沢山あり、このツアーに参加しました。
洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、小樽なと、満喫しました。ガイドの説明がわかりやすく、短時間で色々体験ができました。また機会があれば是非お願いしたいです。

It was our family's first trip to Hokkaido, staying in Sapporo. The day before, I searched the internet and suddenly decided to go to Asahiyama Zoo. While taking the train would have been fine, I happened to discover this tour and opted for the convenient bus tour instead.

I was torn between a course that included Biei, but since I wanted to take my time observing the animals and the Blue Pond was lit up, I chose this course because I'm not a fan of light displays. It turned out to be a great decision for us.

Based on other people's reviews, we brought our own bento boxes for meals, but it seemed that the restaurant wasn't crowded. However, since we visited on a weekday in late March, I think it was relatively empty.

The bus guide's stories were fascinating, and we had a very enjoyable time.

初めての北海道、札幌宿泊の家族旅行でした。
前日にインターネットを検索して、急遽旭山動物園に行こうと思いたちました。列車で行くのでも良かったのですが、たまたまこちらのツアーを発見し、楽できるバスツアーに決めました。
美瑛付きのコースと迷ったのですが、動物をゆっくり見たいのと、青い池はライトアップとありましたので、ライトアップは好みではないので、こちらのコースにしました。
私達にとっては大正解でした。
食事も他の方の口コミをみて、駅弁を持参しましたが、レストランも混んでいなかったようです。ただ訪れたのが3月下旬の平日なので、比較的空いていたのだと思います。
バスガイドさんの話も興味深く、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。

You can go directly from Sapporo Station to Asahiyama Zoo while sitting comfortably. Since there were plenty of available seats, I was able to take advantage of the empty ones. The service areas on the way there and back differ in size; the one on the way there is more substantial, so I recommend purchasing anything that catches your eye.

We arrived at the zoo in the early afternoon, and I had given up on seeing the penguin walk, but after confirming online that they do have an afternoon walk, I made a reservation. I was thrilled to finally see the walk I had been looking forward to.

On the way back, we returned to the Sapporo area earlier than planned, around 6 PM. It was smooth and very pleasant.

座席に余裕があったため、空席を利用することもできました｡
行きと帰りのサービスエリアの規模が異なります｡行きの方が充実しているので、
気になるものを見つけたら、購入することをお勧めします。

動物園にはお昼過ぎに到着するので、ペンギンの散歩は見られないとあきらめていましたが、ネットで午後の散歩を実施していることを確認してから予約しました｡
念願のお散歩を見ることができて楽しかったです｡

帰りは予定より早く、6時過ぎには札幌付近に戻りました。
スムーズでとても良かったです｡

I had always wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, so I joined the tour by myself. Although it's quite a distance from Sapporo, the guide drove safely the whole way and shared unique customs of Hokkaido, which kept me entertained. They also made sure I was comfortable enough to take a nap, and the information about the zoo provided in advance was very helpful, making the three-hour journey fly by! The penguin walk was already out of season, but it made me want to come back again! It was a place and a tour that truly captivated me. I fell in love with the hippo and the Ezo raccoon named Sora. My long-held wish was fulfilled, and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

旭山動物園にずっと行きたくて一人で参加しました。札幌から距離はありますが、道中ずっと安全に運転くださりガイドさんが北海道ならではの慣わしなどお話くださるので飽きることなく、そして程よく寝かせてくださるお気遣いもあり、事前に教えていただいた動物園の情報も役立ち3時間があっという間でした！ペンギンのお散歩はシーズン終了していましたが、だからまた来たい！と思える場所でありツアーでした。私はかばちゃんやえぞたぬきの空くんにドはまりしました。念願叶い大満足です。ありがとうございました！

We followed the route we provided in advance. After making the reservation, I even called to express my desire to have an experienced driver and to be taken to places where locals gather, but unfortunately, this was not taken into consideration at all, which was disappointing.

予約後、わざわざ電話して、ベテラン運転手に頼みたい、地元民が集う店を案内してもらいたい、と希望を伝えていましたが…結果、全く考慮されず残念でした。

I was able to enjoy many places efficiently in just one day. The great outdoors was wonderful, and I was also happy to see the bear ranch. The meals were substantial, much more than I expected from a tour.

1日で効率よくたくさんの場所を満喫できました。大自然も素晴らしかったですがクマ牧場も見れて嬉しかったです。食事もツアーとは思えないくらいしっかりした内容でした。

I visited Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu, and each place was incredibly beautiful and moving. I enjoyed a delicious lunch while taking in the scenery at Lake Toya. The guide was very kind and attentive, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We were able to get off in Susukino on the way back, so I could also enjoy Susukino. Thank you to the driver and the guide!

支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山を回りましたが、どこもとても美しく感動的でした。洞爺湖でのランチは景色を見ながら美味しいランチを頂きました。ガイドさんがとても親切丁寧な対応をしてくださったので、より楽しいツアーになりました。帰りにすすきので下車出来たので、すすきのも楽しむ事ができました。運転手さんガイドさんありがとうございました。

I like bus tours because they allow me to efficiently visit attractions. The information provided through the earphones was detailed, and both the guide and the driver were friendly and very good. There are still spots I want to visit, so I will use this service again.

Since it was my first time at the airport, I inquired about some things and received clear responses. Additionally, they quickly accommodated my request for a time change. Not only did they provide transportation, but they also included a brief sightseeing tour, complete with commentary, which was very enjoyable.

初めての空港なので問い合わせしたら返答が分かりやすく、さらに時間変更もすぐに対応頂きました。
送迎だけでなく小観光も付けたら、観光解説もやって頂き、とても良かったです。

I joined from 5:00 PM. The sunset was at 5:50 PM, and we had to wait 45 minutes for the ropeway! Mount Hakodate was really crowded, but we enjoyed it a lot as the guide explained things from the best position inside the ropeway, and efficiently introduced us to great viewpoints at the summit. After the ropeway, we also toured some wonderful illuminated spots in Motomachi, which was fantastic! I would love to request this again when I come to Hakodate.

函館山はすごく混んでいましたが、ロープウェイの中でベストポジションで説明していただいたり、山頂でも眺めの良い場所を効率良く紹介していただいたり、とても楽しめました。
ロープウェイの後も、元町のイルミネーションの素敵な場所を巡って説明していただき、とても良かったです♪
函館に来たらまたお願いしたいです。

Despite the crowd, we were guided efficiently. The secret spot for the night view was great, but unfortunately, it was too crowded, and we couldn't find time for other sightseeing. Thank you very much.

You can efficiently visit the tourist attractions in Abashiri by bus. Personally, I was most looking forward to the Aurora boat tour, but since there were no drift ice and the view from the boat wasn't great, I wished I could have skipped it and spent more time at the Abashiri Prison. However, since it was a tour, it couldn't be helped. The lunch buffet was delicious and satisfying! The guide and the driver were also very kind. I want to come back next year for a revenge tour of the drift ice.

バスで網走の観光名所を効率的に観光できます。
個人的に1番楽しみにしていたおーろら号は流氷がなく、船からの景色が良いわけではなかったので、スキップして網走監獄をもう少しゆっくり見たかったと思いましたが、ツアーなので仕方ないですね。
昼食のバイキングは美味しくて満足でした！ガイドさん、運転手さんも親切でした。
また来年流氷のリベンジをしたいです。

Guide came to pick us right on time. We had four in our party. We throughly enjoyed all the places of interest on the schedule especially the drift ice cruise which was the highlight since guide said that the day before some cruises were canceled due to no drift ice. Great deal for the bucks on this tour. Definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to see lots in a day without planning your transportation to all the places especially in this wintery weather

During our experience in October, it was cold, and the day we went was a bit cloudy, but we were still able to enjoy nature enough. The water was clearer and more beautiful than we imagined, with such transparency that we could see fish and the grass and trees submerged in the water. We were torn between various tours, but choosing this experience was definitely a great decision!

10月の体験で寒く、私たちが行った日は少し曇りでしたが、十分自然を楽しむことはできました。水は想像以上に透き通っていてキレイで、お魚や水の中に沈んでいる草や木も目視でみれちゃうくらいの透明度でした。いろんなツアーと迷いましたが、この体験にしてとっても良かったです！

Guide and driver was well informed and knew best places & times for viewing the cranes. He had all the necessary viewing equipment. Great to have telescope available. Guide was also very friendly and was happy to take photos for us. Vehicle was very comfortable and clean. Overall, quite an enjoyable tour!! Well done, Veltra!!

I stayed in Kushiro and planned to return home from Kushiro Airport the next day, so I decided to take the Pirika train while sightseeing to the airport. It was a great decision. I was able to see the red-crowned cranes and swans, and the activities at Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan, including snowmobiling at Lake Akan, were incredibly fun.

釧路に泊まり、次の日釧路空港から帰宅する予定だったので、ピリカ号で観光しながら釧路空港まで行く事にしました。
大正解でした。
タンチョウ、白鳥も見る事ができて、摩周湖、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖、
阿寒湖でのスノーモービルなどのアクティビティは最高に楽しかったです。

I was lucky to be able to see the drift ice. It felt great to watch as we moved over the ice from the ship.

The Abashiri Prison was also very interesting, but there wasn't enough time.

It's a great tour packed with sightseeing spots in Abashiri. However, it felt a bit rushed because it was too packed, so I think it would have been even better if there had been an additional 1 to 2 hours with the same content.

網走監獄もとても面白かった分、時間が足りなかったです。

網走の観光スポットをぎゅっと詰め込んだ良いツアーです。
ただ、詰め込みすぎて終始急ぎ足感があったので同じ内容であと1〜2時間プラスであったらなおよかったと思いました。

Even if you can't drive on snowy roads, you can efficiently visit the highlights. Lunch is included, and you can choose activities at Lake Akan. I would like you to allocate about two hours for your stay at Lake Akan.

雪道の運転が出来なくても、見どころを効率よくまわってくれます。
ランチ付き、阿寒湖ではアクティビティを選べます。
阿寒湖の滞在時間を2時間くらい取ってほしい。

The weather was a bit uncertain, but Lake Shikotsu was crystal clear. The staff were friendly, and I had a great time!

I was able to tour without feeling rushed, and it was very relaxing. The guide's explanations and recommendations were great. The suggested information beforehand was helpful.

バタバタするでもなくゆったりと見学できた。添乗員さんの説明やおすすめも良かったです。あらかじめおすすめ情報は役に立ちました。

I was glad to be able to take my time and look around for three hours. I wish the schedule had been adjusted a bit more since the penguin walk was right at the departure time.

I was fortunate to find and book this tour Veltra.
Yuki, my tour guide, was nice, kind , helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the marshland , the red crowned cranes and other wildlife in the marshland in Kushiro.
I highly reommend this tour for travellers who have a limited time to spend in Kushiro.

I went to the Sea of Okhotsk to see the drift ice, but there was none. It seems that the period when the drift ice comes has become shorter. The temperature was also high, and there was no snow, so it was just a sightseeing boat.

流氷を見にオホーツクの海に行きましたが流氷は無しでした。流氷が来る期間が短く成っているようです。気温も高く雪も無く、ただの遊覧船でした。

We were able to go wherever we wanted, and the taxi driver was a woman who was very kind and explained various things about the places, so we had a great time on the Biei tour. I considered taking a bus tour, but I thought the price for the taxi tour was more reasonable, and I had a very good experience privately. I want to come back in the summer and visit the places I couldn't go to this time. Thank you!

By the way, I am Korean. I highly recommend the taxi tour over the bus tour for Koreans!

自分たちが行きたい場所自由に行けたし、タクシーの運転手は女性で、とても親切に対応してくださり、場所についていろいろ説明してくださったので、楽しく美瑛ツアーに行ってまいりました。 バスツアーにしようか悩みましたが、価格もタクシーツアーの方が適切だと思い、プライベートでとても良い経験をしてきました 夏にまた来て、行けなかった場所にまた行きたいと思います。ありがとうございます

I prepared for complete cold protection, but the weather was really nice and warm (even though the highest temperature was 1 degree). Unfortunately, I couldn't see the drift ice ⤵️. However, thanks to the good weather, the Shiretoko mountain range looked incredibly beautiful, so that was nice in its own way.

For lunch, I didn't have high expectations for the buffet, but it turned out to be quite delicious. As expected from Hokkaido, the seafood and potatoes were perfect👌. The tour guide and the driver were also very polite, and if I have the opportunity again, I would like to sign up for other tours as well.

完全防寒をして挑んだものの、凄くいい天気で暖かいのもあり(それでも最高気温1度とか)、流氷は見れずでした⤵️でも天気が良かったおかげで、知床連山が凄く綺麗に見え、それはそれで良かったのかなぁと。
昼はバイキングで期待してませんでしたが、なかなか美味しかったです。さすが北海道、海鮮とじゃがいもバッチリでした👌
添乗員さんや運転手さんも丁寧で、また機会がありましたら、他のツアーでも申し込んでみたいと思います。
