I prepared for complete cold protection, but the weather was really nice and warm (even though the highest temperature was 1 degree). Unfortunately, I couldn't see the drift ice ⤵️. However, thanks to the good weather, the Shiretoko mountain range looked incredibly beautiful, so that was nice in its own way.

For lunch, I didn't have high expectations for the buffet, but it turned out to be quite delicious. As expected from Hokkaido, the seafood and potatoes were perfect👌. The tour guide and the driver were also very polite, and if I have the opportunity again, I would like to sign up for other tours as well.

完全防寒をして挑んだものの、凄くいい天気で暖かいのもあり(それでも最高気温1度とか)、流氷は見れずでした⤵️でも天気が良かったおかげで、知床連山が凄く綺麗に見え、それはそれで良かったのかなぁと。
昼はバイキングで期待してませんでしたが、なかなか美味しかったです。さすが北海道、海鮮とじゃがいもバッチリでした👌
添乗員さんや運転手さんも丁寧で、また機会がありましたら、他のツアーでも申し込んでみたいと思います。

Since I had some free time, the driver took me to try the recommended soft serve ice cream. It was delicious!!!

I took a round trip by bus from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo! It took about three hours one way, but the roads were smooth, and there was a restroom break along the way, making it very comfortable. Once we arrived, we had free time to explore the zoo as we liked, and I got to see the adorable penguin walk! Since it was during a three-day weekend, I brought my lunch and was able to relax and eat it in the break room.

バスで札幌から旭山動物園までバスで往復しました！片道3時間ほどでしたが、道路も順調で、途中トイレ休憩もあり、とても快適でした。現地では自由行動だったので、好きに動物園をみられて、ペンギンのお散歩が見れてとても可愛かったです！三連休中で、お昼は持参して行って休憩室でゆっくり食べられました。

The staff at the hotel front desk greeted us, and from that moment on, we enjoyed a pleasant and leisurely tour with kind explanations. They provided recommendations and non-recommendations for the course I chose, allowing us to have an efficient sightseeing experience. Even though we exceeded our time, the additional fee charged in 30-minute increments was manageable. I had a truly enjoyable trip with my family.

기사분이 호텔 프론트에서 대기 해서 만났고, 그 순간 부터 친절한 설명과 함께 기분 좋고 여유가 있는 관광을 했습니다. 내가 선택한 Course에 대해 추천, 비 추천 장소를 알려 주셔서 효율 적인 관광을 할 수 있었습니다. 시간이 초과 되었음에도 30분 단위의 추가 요금으로 부담도 적었습니다. 가족과 함께 정말 기분 좋은 여행을 했습니다.

Since it's winter, I was worried about driving a rental car and thought a bus tour would be difficult, so I chose this option, and I am very satisfied! I started from my accommodation near Asahikawa Station and used a 4-hour plan that included the Christmas tree, Mild Seven Hill, Takushinkan, and Shirahige Falls, with a drop-off at the Kamifurano restaurant. It was great to start early, as there were no overlaps with the bus tour, and I could take as many photos as I wanted and move comfortably. If I come back to Biei in winter, I will definitely use this service again!

겨울이라 렌트 운전은 걱정되고 버스 투어는 힘들 것 같아서 선택하게 되었는데, 매우 만족합니다! 아사히카와역쪽 숙소에서 시작하여 크리스마스 나무, 마일드 세븐 언덕, 탁신관, 흰수염폭포, 하차는 가미후라노 식당으로 해서 4시간 플랜 이용했습니다. 일찍 움직였더니 버스 투어랑 겹치지 않아서 좋았고, 사진 찍고 싶을 만큼 찍을 수 있고 편하게 이동할 수 있어서 겨울에 비에이 또 오게 된다면 이용할 것 같습니다!

The public transportation system efficiently takes you around places that are quite difficult to access. I was moved when I saw the cranes take flight. The sulfur mountain was also a wonderful experience where I could feel the heartbeat of the Earth. The guide's explanations were easy to understand as well.

公共交通機関ではなかなか難しい場所を効率よく周ってくれます。鶴が飛び立つところを見た時は感動しました。
硫黄山も地球の鼓動を感じることができて素晴らしい体験でした。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすかったです。

I had a reservation for 11 o'clock, but the driver arrived early and told me to start early and finish early. I wasn't very familiar with the area, so I got a bit lost. The driver was also not very friendly. Since I had to go through Asahikawa on the way there and back, the time from Asahikawa to Biei was shortened.

11時に予約していたのに運転手が早く着いたので早く始めて早く終われと言われた。現地にあまり詳しくなくずれていたりした。愛想もなかった。行きか帰りは必ず旭川でないといけないので旭川〜美瑛の時間の分短くなる。

Actually, the evening before this tour, I went on a private ice floe ship called the Aurora to see the drifting ice, so I honestly debated whether to cancel this tour. However, to conclude, I'm glad I went; it was incredibly fun. Even without considering the fact that I got to see the drifting ice and the good weather, this was the best bus tour I've ever been on.

First of all, the bus driver and the tour guide were both very nice people. I had a great time throughout the trip. The lunch was a buffet at a local izakaya, with a wide variety of homemade dishes that tasted great, and I was delighted to have gelato from a famous local shop. The timing was just right for us, allowing us to buy snacks and souvenirs along the way. I'm really glad I didn't cancel. We felt it was worth more than the price we paid. I am very satisfied.

実はこのツアーの前日の夕方、個人で流氷船オーロラ号に乗って流氷を見てしまったので、このツアーは正直キャンセルするか悩みました。しかし、結論から言うと行って良かった、最高に楽しかったです。流氷が見れたこと、お天気に恵まれたことを差し引いても、今までのバスツアーで一番です。まずバスの運転手さん、バスガイドさんのお人柄がとても良かったです。終始楽しく過ごせました。ランチは地元居酒屋さんでのバイキングで、品数も多く手作りで味も良く、地元有名店のジェラートもあり嬉しかったです。時間配分も私たちにはちょうど良く、途中でおやつを買ったりお土産を買ったりも出来ました。キャンセルしないで本当に良かった。私たちにはお値段以上の価値が感じられました。大満足です。

The kindness of the guide and the driver, no one was late for the meeting time, and we were able to see the drift ice (which had just returned the day before). We efficiently toured the winter tourist spots and even enjoyed a delicious lunch. It was the best trip to Abashiri! Thank you to the guide who taught us so many things and to the driver who calmly handled various troubles. I will promote the people around Abashiri tourism!

ガイドさんと運転手さんの人の良さ、誰一人集合時間に遅れず、流氷も見れて(前日戻ってきた)効率よく真冬の観光地を周ることができ美味しい昼食まで食べられて最高な網走旅行でした！たくさんのことを教えてくれたガイドさん、いろんなトラブルに冷静に対応していた運転手、ありがとう！網走観光周囲の人たちに推し活します。

Today, there were many participants on the Pirika bus, so we operated two buses and boarded the second one from in front of the Prince Hotel. I was excited to be welcomed by the red bus and the guide in a red coat. While listening attentively to the guide's explanations, we enjoyed the beautiful cranes, the swans of Lake Kussharo, and the sulfur mountain, with the MOKUMOKU Terrace and MOKUMOKU Theater. Be sure to try the onsen eggs while you're there. Of course, we also walked to the nearby area where smoke was rising. You can really feel the earth here. The mysterious beauty of Lake Mashu's blue was stunning, and the Mashu Terrace was also a wonderful spot. We enjoyed pork rice bowls at Poppo-tei at the roadside station and soaked our feet in the foot bath. The water was quite hot, and just a little time in it made me feel refreshed. You can really feel the power of the hot springs. We then headed to the Akanko Festival at Lake Akan. My husband went smelt fishing while I rode a banana boat. It was an incredibly fun experience playing on the frozen lake in the snow! The guide provided detailed assistance throughout the day, making the hotel departure and drop-off at the hotel a fantastic activity. Thank you, Akan Bus, for running such a great service. I hope to have a Japanese-speaking guide again in the future! It's also possible to get off at Kushiro Airport, so if you align your flight with the bus schedule, you won't need to arrange transportation from Kushiro Station to Kushiro Airport, which I highly recommend.

本日はピリカ号の参加者が多く2台運行で、プリンス前から2号に乗車しました。赤いバスと赤いコートのガイドさんの出迎えにワクワク。ガイドさんの案内に聴き入りながら、美しい鶴たち、屈斜路湖の白鳥、硫黄山はMOKUMOKUテラスにMOKUMOKUシアター。温泉卵食べながらぜひ。もちろん煙のでているそばまでも歩きました。地球を感じます。摩周ブルーも神秘的な美しさ、摩周テラスも素晴らしい場所でした。道の駅でポッポ亭の豚丼をいただき、足湯につかる。かなり高温で少し入っただけでなんだか体スッキリ感。温泉の力を感じます。阿寒湖の阿寒フェスティバルへ。夫はわかさぎ釣り、私はバナナボートに乗車。雪の中、めっちゃ楽しい体験。湖が凍ってる上で遊ぶという！ガイドさんが1日、丁寧に案内してくれて、ホテル出発、ホテルに下車なんてサイコーなアクティビティでした。阿寒バスさん、こんなバスを走らせてくれてありがとうございます。
日本語ガイドさんでこれからもお願いします！釧路空港で下車することも可能なので、※飛行機の便をバスにあわせたら釧路駅から釧路空港までの移動の段取りも不要なのでおすすめです。

ドライバーは非常にフレンドリーで親切で、清潔なタクシーの乗車は、東北海道を巡るユニークな体験を提供してくれました。

Driver was extremely friendly and accommodating, clean taxi ride gave us unique experience going around east Hokkaido.

I was very satisfied as all the highlights of Abashiri were included, and I could also see the drifting ice. It’s quite challenging to book a ticket for the Aurora individually, but that was included as well. The guide explained everything clearly and efficiently.

The bus guide shared enjoyable stories about Hokkaido, making the travel time both to and from the destination fun. At Asahiyama Zoo, we were blessed with good weather and had a great time walking slowly up the snowy slopes. I was especially looking forward to the penguin walk, and their adorable appearance did not disappoint. I was surprised by the unexpected size and behavior of the hippos (laughs). It was also a lot of fun to be so close to the animals, including the spotted seal, polar bears, and the muscular arms of the chimpanzees.

バスガイドさんは北海道の話しを楽しくお話ししてくれて往復共に楽しい移動時間でした。旭山動物園は天候にも恵まれ雪の坂道を焦らず歩きながら楽しい時間を過ごせました。楽しみにしていたペンギンの散歩も可愛らしい姿が見れました。予想外のカバの大きさや行動にびっくり（笑）他にもごまふアザラシやしろくまやチンパンジーの筋肉質な腕など動物との距離が近くてとても楽しかったです。

The tour is relatively inexpensive and is the best way to see the highlights around Kushiro in just one day. If I had to mention a complaint, it would be that there is only one hour of free time at Lake Akan at the end. While you can experience various activities, time constraints limit you to just one. If there were an additional 30 minutes, you could enjoy two experiences. That was a missed opportunity.

比較的ツアー代金が安いが1日で釧路周辺の見どころを周るには最高のツアー。不満を挙げるとすれば最終の阿寒湖での自由時間が1時間しかない。色々な体験を出来るが、時間的に一つが時間的には限界。もう30分あれば、2つは体験できる。ここが惜しかった。

In February, we visited Asahiyama Zoo in the snow, and it was adorable to see the penguin parade. The guide was friendly, and the driver drove safely, which made me feel secure participating in the tour. Asahiyama Zoo has more slopes than I expected, and since the bus stop for group tours is located at the top of a hill, it might be a bit tough for those with weak legs or backs.

2月に雪の中の旭山動物園となりましたが、ペンギンの行進が見られてかわいかったです。
ガイドさんは親切だし、ドライバーさんも安全運転で安心してツアーに参加できました。
旭山動物園は思った以上に坂が多く、団体ツアーのバス乗り場は坂の上にあるので、足腰の弱い方は少しキツイかもしれません。

If you go individually, it can be quite challenging to efficiently visit places like Tsurumidai, Lake Mashu, Lake Akan, Lake Kussharo, and Mount Io. Since we are visiting so many locations, the stay at each place is about 20 minutes, but that's just how it is. For those who lack the courage to drive around Hokkaido in the dead of winter, this is a very effective way to tour. Most of the participants in the tour were from overseas, and surprisingly, everyone was quite punctual, although there were a few noisy individuals.

個人で行くとなかなか大変かと思われる鶴見台、摩周湖、阿寒湖、屈斜路湖、硫黄山などを効率よく回ることが出来ます。
これだけまわるので一箇所あたりの滞在時間は20分程度ですが、まぁ仕方ないですね。
真冬の北海道をレンタカー借りてまわる勇気が無い方にとっては大変有効な観光手段かと思います。
ツアーの殆どが海外の方でしたが、意外と皆さん時間厳守でしたが、少しうるさい人もいました。

運転手はとても親切で、運転技術がとても素晴らしいです。

We had great time on this private tour. Our guide was Shu-San who came with his car to pick us from our hotel and drove us to three different observation points. He was well equipped with a monocular and binoculars. His polite attitude and enthusiasm about Tanchos made our trip a memorable experience.

We boarded the Aurora icebreaker, visited the drift ice center, toured the Abashiri Prison, enjoyed a delicious lunch, took the drift ice train, and visited Cape Notoro. It was a very packed itinerary, and we were able to travel efficiently and safely. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant.

流氷砕氷船オーロラ号乗船と流氷センター見学、網走監獄見学、美味しい昼食、流氷列車、能取岬。とっても盛りだくさんで、効率良く安心安全に旅することができました。ガイドさんも運転手さんも、すごく感じが良かったです。

Since we had a suitcase, we were able to comfortably visit the sightseeing spots. We boarded at Asahikawa Station and were taken to the Christmas tree wood, Shirahige Falls, the Blue Pond, and Ningle Terrace in four hours. We also stopped by a restroom along the way. The timing was just right.

スーツケースもあったため、快適に観光地を回ることができました。旭川駅で乗車し、4時間でクリスマスツリーの木、白ひげの滝、青い池、ニングルテラスに連れて行ってもらいました。途中で御手洗にも寄っていただきました。時間も丁度良かったです。

We set off amidst a snowstorm forecast, but we arrived as scheduled. The Sunagawa Highway Oasis along the way was full of temptations! Despite the heavy snow, we thoroughly enjoyed nearly three hours at Asahiyama Zoo. It was delightful to see the animals buried in white snow and those seemingly enjoying the snow, and the penguin walk was truly adorable and enjoyable.

On the way back, I think the crew had a really tough time with the highway closures, but they kept us informed about the situation, which made us feel at ease. I also appreciated the unexpected two bathroom breaks along the way.

It was challenging, but I can only express my gratitude for all the thoughtful considerations and responses. Thank you very much!

暴風雪予報の中の出発でしたが行きは予定通り着でした。
途中の砂川ハイウェイオアシスは誘惑がいっぱい🈵です！
大雪の中でしたが３時間近く旭山動物園を堪能しました。白い雪に埋もれている動物や雪を楽しんでいる様な動物、またペンギンのお散歩は本当にかわいらしく楽しめました。
そして帰り道、高速の通行止めやらで乗務員の方本当に大変だったと思いますが、状況を逐一知らせてくださったので安心していました。
途中予定外の2回のトイレ休憩もありがたかったです。
大変でしたがいろいろな気配りと対応に感謝しかありません。ありがとうございました。

First time at Asahiyama Zoo.

It was a long time since I visited a zoo, and I was very moved to see the animals up close. The highlight was the penguin walk, which was great, but what surprised me the most was the hippo. I was amazed by its size when I saw it swimming through the tank!

Also, the tour guide's information was very helpful, and I was able to spend about three hours from Sapporo to Asahikawa without getting bored. Thank you very much.

身近で動物が見られて、動物園なんて久々でしたがとても感動しました。
メインはペンギンのお散歩でこれもとてもよかったですが特にびっくりしたのはカバ
水槽越しに泳いでいるところを見てその大きさにびっくり！
また添乗員さんの話もとても参考になり札幌から旭川までの３時間程度、飽きることなく過ごせました。

The guide and driver were lucky people, and we were able to see the drift ice perfectly without any crowds at all the sightseeing spots. I thoroughly enjoyed the best bus tour. The lunch was also wonderful.

As for the participation fee, I think it's cheap since it includes all the costs. It's hard to make a reservation for the Aurora, so I believe that alone is worth it.

In conclusion, I am 100% satisfied!

On the last day in Biei, I stopped by while exploring the surrounding area, and the driver was already waiting in front of the hotel about 10 minutes early! When I made the reservation, I inquired about a 3-hour and 30-minute tour, and I received a response that they could accommodate various adjustments, so the reservation was confirmed for 4 hours. I was most curious about this part, and I appreciated that the driver mentioned it first, saying they could adjust it if I wanted the 3 hours and 30 minutes. However, we ended up adding the Patchwork Road and leisurely enjoyed the full 4 hours ^_^

We visited [Mild Seven + Patchwork Road + Shirogane Waterfall + Takushinkan] within the 4-hour schedule, and we had plenty of time to take as many photos as we wanted until we got the ones we liked. With a 4-hour itinerary, it’s even enough to include the Christmas tree in that schedule. We had already removed the Christmas tree from our plan after visiting it on foot, but I think it would be good for those planning their itinerary to keep that in mind.

I initially thought the Patchwork Road wouldn’t be appealing when making the reservation, but since we were there, I asked if it could be added, and they happily agreed. The scenery with fog in the early morning was incredibly beautiful, so I would recommend just going for those who are unsure about adding it.

I am really grateful that the driver took several lovely photos of us as a couple every time we arrived at a location. Since the Takushinkan Gallery opens at 10 AM, they also considered that and arranged for Takushinkan to be our last stop, using a translation app to guide us on where we would be moving to next.

Thanks to the friendly driver, we had a wonderful trip! I would highly recommend Beltra for anyone going on a Biei tour. I became curious about Biei in the summer, and if I go, I would like to make another reservation with Beltra.

비에이 마지막 날이라 주변 동네 돌아보다가 왔는데, 호텔 앞에 약 10분 전에 먼저 와계셨어요! 예약당시 3시간 30분으로 문의드렸고, 여러모로 조율 가능한 부분은 최대한 맞춰줄수 있다는 회신과 함께 우선 4시간으로 예약 확정이 되었습니다. 이 부분이 가장 궁금했었는데, 기사님이 먼저 언급해주시며 만약 3시간 30분으로 희망하면 맞춰줄수 있다고 안내해주셔서 감사했어요. 다만 중간에 패치워크로드를 추가하고 여유롭게 놀면서 그냥 4시간을 꽉 채우긴 했습니다 ^_^

비에이 출발 아사히카와역 도착 일정으로 [마일드세븐 + 패치워크로드 + 흰수염폭포 + 탁신관]을 4시간 동안 다녀왔고, 마음에 드는 사진이 나올때까지 실컷 찍고도 남는 시간이었습니다. 4시간 일정이라면 위 일정에서 크리스마스트리 포함까지도 충분합니다. 저희는 이미 크리스마스 트리를 뚜벅이를 다녀와서 뺐는데, 일정 짜시는 분들 참고하면 좋으실거 같아요.

패치워크 로드는 예약 당시에는 매력적이지 않을거란 생각으로 뺐었는데, 온 김에 다 보겠다는 생각으로 중간에 추가 가능한지 문의드렸고 흔쾌히 OK해주셨어요. 이른 시간대에 안개가 낀 설경이 정말 너무나 아름다워서 추가할지말지 고민되시는 분들께 그냥 가라고 추천드리고싶어요.

기사님께서 도착할때마다 저희 커플 사진도 몇 장씩 예쁘게 찍어주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 탁신관 갤러리 오픈이 10시라, 그 부분도 함께 고려해서 탁신관을 마지막 일정으로 배치해주셨고 장소 이동마다 어디로 이동할 것인지 번역기를 활용해 안내해주셨어요.

친절하고 기사님 덕에 좋은 여행 했습니다! 비에이 투어를 가는 분 벨트라 적극 추천드리고 싶어요. 여름의 비에이도 궁금해졌는데, 가게된다면 벨트라에 또 예약드리고 싶습니다.

I signed up for this tour, which has a longer stay than others. However, three hours is barely enough. Even just securing a spot for the penguin walk takes up time, and you have to stand still in the cold. I recommend dressing warmly during the snowy season. There were also fun talks from the guide about Hokkaido's quirks, making it enjoyable beyond just the zoo. Thank you very much.

他のツアーよりも滞在時間の長いこちらのツアーに申し込みました。
しかし、３時間じゃ足りないくらいです。
ペンギンの散歩の場所取りでも、時間を使ってしまいます。しかも、寒い中じっとして。
雪の時期には、防寒をしっかりしていく事をお勧めします。
ガイドさんの北海道あるある話など、楽しいトークもあり、動物園以外にも楽しめました。ありがとうございました。
