Although it was a sunny day at Lake Shikotsu, the strong winds caused the sightseeing boat to be canceled, which was disappointing. However, I was still able to enjoy a very pleasant time just walking around. We had lunch at a hotel by Lake Toya, but the free time afterward was too long, and I didn't know what to do with myself. At Mount Usu, we took the ropeway to the summit and walked for about 7 to 8 minutes, but I highly recommend going to the crater observation deck! It became a wonderful memory.

支笏湖では晴天にも関わらず、風が強くて遊覧船が欠航となり残念でしたが、散策するだけでもとても気持ちのいい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。洞爺湖畔のホテルでランチとなりましたが、そのランチの後の自由時間が長すぎて持て余しました。有珠山では、ロープウェイで山頂まで行き、7,8分程歩きますが火口展望台まで行くのがおすすめです！！とてもいい思い出となりました。

Every place we visited was wonderful, and we had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. The guide was very kind and provided us with a lot of information. I hope that inbound tourism resumes as soon as possible so that international tourists can also enjoy a fantastic experience.

Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka were beautiful with flowers throughout the seasons. In particular, the view of the flower fields from the top of Shikisai no Oka was spectacular. The blue pond had a mysterious and beautiful color. The lunch was varied and delicious. The guide's explanations were rich in topics and very good. Both the bus and the restaurant for lunch had no shared seating with other groups, allowing for a comfortable and安心して快適に過ごすことができました.

ファーム富田と四季彩の丘は四季折々の花々できれいでした。
特に四季彩の丘は、丘の上から見る花畑が絶景でした。
青い池は池の色が神秘的できれいでした。
昼食もバラエティー豊かで美味しかったです。
ガイドさんの説明は話題が豊富でとても良かったです。
バス車内も昼食のレストランもグループ単位で相席が無く、安心して快適に過ごすことができました。

I took an underwater observation boat at Lake Shikotsu, but unfortunately, the weather was bad and the visibility was poor, so I enjoyed the scenery from the deck. However, just before the boat arrived at the pier, I was miraculously able to see the stunning Shikotsu Blue and many Ezo chub, which was moving. At Lake Toya, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll. I rode an engine-powered swan boat and was able to spend time on the lake while feeling the breeze. The mushroom soup I had in the Mushroom Kingdom was the best, and I was able to buy a lot of mushroom souvenirs. I went up to the summit via the Usuzan Ropeway and was able to admire the magnificent nature.

The scenery was wonderful, but equally impressive was the thoughtful care of our guide. The guide and driver from Chuo Bus worked seamlessly together, providing accurate guidance and advice at key points. I especially felt that the guide was a true professional in hospitality. Thanks to these two, this bus tour became my most unforgettable memory of Hokkaido.

If I visit Hokkaido again, I would like to use Chuo Bus's bus tour again.

　支笏湖では水中展望船に乗りましたが、あいにくの天気で透明度が悪く、デッキでの風景を楽しみました。でも、船が桟橋に着く直前には、奇跡的にも支笏湖ブルーと多くのエゾウグイを見ることができ感動しました。洞爺湖では、自由散策を楽しみました。エンジン付きのスワンボートに乗り、湖上の風を感じながら、湖で過ごすことができました。キノコ王国で食べたキノコ汁は最高で、キノコのお土産もたくさん購入できました。有珠山ロープウェイで山頂まであがり、雄大な自然を眺めることができました。
　景色も素晴らしかったですが、それに劣らず素晴らしかったのはガイドさんの細やかな心遣いです。中央バスのガイドさんと運転手さんは息もぴったりで、要所要所で的確な案内とアドバイスをしてくださいました。特にガイドさんは、ホスピタリティーのプロだと実感しました。この二人のおかげで、このバスツアーが忘れられない北海道の一番の思い出となりました。
　もしまた北海道を訪れることがあれば、また中央バスのバスツアーを使いたいと思います。

Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya are beautiful, although the wind was a bit strong and the sightseeing boat was canceled, which was a little disappointing. Fortunately, the ropeway was operating safely.

支笏湖と洞爺湖は綺麗で、風はちょっと強くて、遊覧船は欠航で、ちょっと残念でした。幸いロープウェイは無事運行中。

I was wondering how the start would go since we couldn't begin the reception until the scheduled time. Also, I was quite concerned about the water clarity due to the heavy rain the day before. However, once we started, I forgot all about that and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the pleasant experience!

時間まで受付開始出来なかったのでスタートはどうなることかなと思いました。
また前日雨が多く降っていたこともあり水の透明度もとても不安でした。
ただスタートしたらそんなこと忘れるような綺麗さ、気持ちよさで楽しめました！

The cleanliness of the bus, the driver's greeting, and above all, the guide's stories were very enjoyable. There was a lot of information not found in the guidebook, which made my trip to Kushiro even more fulfilling.

バスの綺麗さ、運転手さんの挨拶、何よりもガイドさんのお話がとても楽しかったです。ガイドブックには載っていない情報も沢山あり、釧路旅行がより充実しました。

Furano was absolutely amazing! The lavender was finished, but other flowers were blooming and they were very beautiful! The bus guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I enjoyed the journey as well. I want to go again.

While laughing at the bus guide's lively talk, we visited the sightseeing spots! The time was just right, not too short or too long! I was healed at the alpaca farm in Shikisai no Oka.

It was more fun than I imagined, so I was truly moved!

The Blue Pond had well-maintained paths, allowing us to see the beautiful pond. At the Shikisai no Oka, we rode on a unique vehicle that resembled a tractor (for a fee), and we could see the magnificent landscape in the distance, along with many flowers. I think July is the best time to visit.

I was able to visit many tourist spots, and they managed the time well. They answered various questions, and it felt like I was traveling with family, which was really fun!

I wasn't expecting much, but I was moved to see the red-crowned cranes three times from the bus. After that, I couldn't see Lake Mashu due to the impressive fog, but I had a fulfilling time at Mount Iou, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan. I could feel a bit of the Ainu people's way of life in harmony with nature, which was insightful. After that, I soaked in a hot spring to relieve my fatigue and had a marimo soft serve, which had something that resembled marimo in it. Since I lead a busy daily life, it was a truly wonderful time.

期待してなかったのですが、バスから丹頂鶴が3回も見れたことに感動です。その後霧の摩周湖は、見事な霧で観えなかったですが、硫黄山、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖と充実した時間が過ごせました。アイヌ民族の自然と調和した生き方が少し感じられて、参考になりました。その後温泉に入って疲れを取り、マリモソフトを食べましたが、マリモらしき物が入ってました。忙しい毎日を過ごしてるので、とても素敵なお時間でした。

The soft serve ice cream at the service area on the way there was delicious.
The bus arrives at the east entrance of Asahiyama Zoo (on the mountain), and it might have been better to have lunch at the restaurant there before entering the zoo (since there are many menu options).
The return bus also departs from the east entrance, so you will go down the slope after looking from above and then climb back up to return (comfortable walking shoes are a must).
The action exhibits were full of highlights throughout the park.
As seen on TV, the spotted seals were swimming inside the tube.
During the munching time, the zookeeper also explains about the animals.
At the oasis where we took a break on the way back, we received discount coupons from the guide (not usable at Kitakaro). You can get a discount by presenting it before payment, but they won't accommodate you if you show it later, so don't forget to present it.
We were the only couple participating on a weekday after summer vacation (the description stated that the tour would proceed with just one person, and it was true).
The driver was safe and calm, and the guide provided thorough explanations from the bus window, making it a very nice tour.

バスの到着は旭山動物園の東口（山の上）昼食とるならここにあるレストランで済ませてから入園するほうがよかったかな（メニューが多いので）
帰りのバスも東口から乗車なので上から見て坂道をくだり、また上って帰ることになります（歩きやすい靴必須です）
行動展示で園内は見どころ満載でした。
テレビでみた通りゴマフアザラシが筒の中泳いでました。
もぐもぐタイムには飼育員さんが動物の説明もしてくれます。
帰りの休憩するオアシスではガイドさんから割引券がもらえます（北菓楼閣では使えない）。会計前に提示で割引してもらえますが後から出しても対応してもらえないので忘れす提示しないとです。
夏休み明けのウイークデーで参加は夫婦2人だけでした（説明文に催行1名様とありましたが偽り無しです）
ドライバーさんは安全運転で穏やかな方でしたし、ガイドさんも車窓の案内も丁寧でとてもいいツアーでした。

It was a day with on-and-off rain, but during our experience, the rain stopped and we were able to enjoy it. Although there were waves at Lake Shikotsu, we were able to enter the water a little while being mindful of safety. The highlight was the Chitose River. The water was clear, and we could see blooming plants and decaying trees. Thanks to our guide's careful instructions, I was able to paddle well even though it was my first time kayaking. It was fun to talk about the guide's love for Lake Shikotsu and various gourmet foods in Hokkaido.

This became one of my enjoyable memories from summer vacation. I'm glad I made a reservation with Ocean Days. Thank you!

雨が降ったり止んだりの日でしたが、体験時間帯は雨が止んで楽しむことができました。支笏湖は波が立っていたのですが、安全に配慮しながら少しだけ入ることができました。メインは千歳川。水がクリアで花が咲いている植物や朽ちない木などを見ることができました。ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくれたおかげでカヤック初体験でも上手に漕ぐことができました。ガイドさんの支笏湖愛や北海道のグルメなど色々お話できて楽しかったです。
夏休みの楽しい思い出のひとつになりました。

The weather was nice, and the lake was clear and much more beautiful than I imagined. I was very satisfied to see fish in the river! The only regret I have is forgetting to put sunscreen on my legs. I would like to participate in the winter as well!

Unfortunately, the cloudy sky made the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu a bit disappointing, but it was great that the weather was clear during the Lake Toya tour.
The view from the top of Mount Usu, which we reached by ropeway, was amazing!
Additionally, both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, making for an enjoyable tour.
Every time we boarded the bus, we sanitized our hands, and since we listened to the audio guide individually, the atmosphere inside was quiet, and proper infection control measures were in place.

あいにくの曇り空で支笏湖観光はちょっと残念でしたが、洞爺湖観光の時は晴れて良かったです。
ロープウェーで上った有珠山頂上からの景色は最高でした！
また、運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じが良く、楽しいツアーでした。
バス乗車時は毎回、手指消毒をし、音声ガイドを各自で聞くタイプだったので社内も静かで、感染対策もきちんとされていました。

The guide and the driver were both kind, and it was great to efficiently visit the highlights of summer in Hokkaido! There was also hand sanitizer available each time, and infection control measures were in place!

ガイドさんも運転手さんめ優しくて、効率的に夏の北海道の見どころを回れてよかったです！毎回手指消毒もあり感染対策もなされてました！

I participated with my son, who is a middle school student and loves animals. At the tour reception, they required confirmation of a student ID or insurance card. Luckily, I had an image of my passport, so they were able to verify it with that. However, I was told that if verification couldn't be done on-site, we might have to pay an additional fee. When I mentioned that he is a middle school student, they didn't say anything further, and we were allowed to enter.

The tickets issued included a bus ticket and an admission ticket for adults only, but entry to Asahiyama Zoo is free for middle school students, so I think it would be good to have some kind of ticket with a name on it to avoid any trouble. On the bus, only drinks were allowed, and the rest area we stopped at only had seating in the restaurant. During the trip, the guide's chatter made the journey enjoyable.

The number of participants was about 60%, making it a small group, but the seating is assigned based on the order of application.

中学生の動物が好きな息子と参加、ツアーの受付で学生証か保険証の確認が必要でした。
たまたま、パスポートの画像を持っていたのでそれで確認してもらえましたが、現地で確認が出来なかったら追加料金払うかもと言われましたが、現地では中学生ですと話すと特に何も言われず入場出来ました。
チケットは、バスのチケットと大人だけ入場チケットが出されますが、中学生迄は旭山動物園は無料対象なので、トラブル回避で無料でも何か記名があるチケットがあると良いと思いました。
バスの車内は、飲み物以外は不可で途中立ち寄るサービスエリアはレストランにしか座る場所がなった。道中、行きはガイドさんのお喋りで盛り上がってました。
参加者は6割位割位で小規模でしたが、座席は申し込み順だそうです。

During a six-hour tour, I expressed a general desire to "just explore Shiretoko," and I was taken to many places including Noto Peninsula, the road that seems to stretch to the sky, Oshinkoshin Falls, Shiretoko Cape, and the Shiretoko Five Lakes.

Since it was my first solo trip, I was nervous, but thanks to the driver's detailed explanations and guidance, I was captivated by the magnificent scenery and grand nature of Shiretoko, and I fell in love with it!

６時間のコースで「とにかく知床を周りたい」と大雑把な希望をしたところ、能登岬、天まで続く道、オシンコシンの滝、知床岬、知床五湖など、たくさんの場所を案内していただきました。
はじめての一人旅だったので緊張しましたが、運転手さんの詳しい解説やガイドのおかげで知床の壮大な景色と雄大な自然に魅せられ、知床が大好きになりました！
とても有意義な旅をありがとうございました。

When I went to Lake Shikotsu before, I watched people kayaking from a bridge and thought, "I definitely want to do that next time!" This time, I fulfilled that wish.

Riding on the kayak while feeling the wind on the emerald green lake was an amazing experience. I'm glad I participated; it became a wonderful memory. If I could wish for anything, it would have been even better if I could have gone on a longer course.

前に支笏湖に行った時に橋の上からカヤックをする人達を眺めて是非次回はやるぞーと思っていたカヤック！今回念願果たしました。
とにかくエメラルドグリーンに染まった湖をカヤックに乗りながら風を感じられて最高の気分でした。参加して良い思い出になりました。
欲を言えばもう少し長いコースを行けたらもっと良かったかな？

I'm glad that I was able to enjoy the lake tour even without a rental car. With a guide accompanying us, we received explanations about each location and had the opportunity to take commemorative photos.

We extended our time at Lake Akan and were able to return on the 4 PM bus, allowing us to explore the area around the hot springs leisurely. I was also satisfied to encounter wildlife such as deer.

レンタカーがなくても、湖めぐりができてよかったです。ガイドさんが付いているので、それぞれの場所の説明をしてもらえたり、記念写真を撮ってもらえたりしました。
阿寒湖での見学の時間を伸ばして、4時のバスで帰ることができ、ボッケをゆっくり見て回れました。シカなどの野生動物とも出会え、満足です。

It was a tour where I could fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Shikotsu. The staff were kind and taught us various interesting things about Lake Shikotsu. I would love to participate again.

The forecast definitely predicted rain. While moving from Lake Toya to Lake Shikotsu, the weather was a mix of rain and clear skies.

I arrived a little before the meeting time, so I took a stroll near the lake, but due to strong winds, activities like sightseeing boats and other lake leisure were canceled. I wondered if we could do clear SUP in that situation.

We ended up experiencing the Chitose River section, and although it was windy and looked cold, they lent us wetsuits and guided us enjoyably even in the cloudy weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the Chitose River. Finally, we crossed the red iron bridge and dipped a little into Lake Shikotsu.

The waves were high, so it was just a brief experience, but we couldn't fight the weather, and safety comes first, so it couldn't be helped. Just before we finished, the rain that had been holding back finally poured down heavily. We ended by jumping into the Chitose River and walked back to the shop while enjoying a rain shower. Experiencing Lake Shikotsu in the rain was also a great experience.

I would love to come back when the weather is beautifully clear.

予報では確実に雨。洞爺湖から支笏湖への移動中も降ったり止んだりの天気でした。
集合時間より少し前に到着したので、湖の近くまで散策すると、強い風のため遊覧船、ボートなどの湖面レジャーは中止に、、、
クリアSUPやれるのか？という状況でした。
千歳川部分での体験となりましたが、風が強く寒そうなのでウエットスーツを貸してもらったり曇りのなかでも楽しく案内していただき、千歳川を満喫。最後に赤鉄橋を越えて、ちょっとだけ支笏湖に入りました。
波が高かったので、ちょっとだけ体験でしたが、天気には逆らえず、安全第一なのでしゃぁない。
終了間際に、今まで我慢していた雨がこらえきれずにどしゃ降りに。最後に千歳川にドボンして、雨シャワーを浴びながらショップまで歩きました。雨の支笏湖もいい体験。
また、きれいに晴れているときに来たいです。

Since my husband didn't want to drive, we used this as our means of transportation from Kushiro to Akan Lake Onsen. I think it's a great deal to have a guide included for this price, stopping at Lake Mashu, Iouzan, Lake Kussharo, and Akan Lake. The bus was comfortable, and the guide's explanations were thorough and good.

主人が車の運転をしたくないというので、釧路から阿寒湖温泉への移動手段として利用しました。この金額で、ガイドさんも付いて、摩周湖、硫黄山、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖に立ち寄ってくれるなんてお得だと思います。バス内も快適で、ガイドさんの案内も丁寧で良かったです。

I had wanted to visit the Blue Pond for a long time. It was mystical and absolutely amazing! Since we had about 40 minutes, I was able to take my time and take photos, which made me very satisfied. At Tomita Farm, the lavender was already finished, but at Shikisai no Oka, the colorful flowers were very beautiful, almost like a postcard.

In particular, we were able to stop by the headquarters of Rokkatei, and the view of Ezo Fuji and the magnificent scenery from there was stunning. The guide was calm and explained various things thoroughly. At the end, I asked for recommendations for delicious sushi places, and they kindly provided me with information. The driver was also young and very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

以前から行ってみたかった青い池。神秘的で最高でした❣️約40分あったので、ゆっくり回れて写真も撮れて、満足でした。富田ファームは、ラベンダーが終わっておりましたが、四季彩の丘は色とりどりの花がとても美しく、まるで絵はがきのようでした。
とりわけ、六花亭の本社に寄っていただけたのですが、そこから見る蝦夷富士や、雄大な景色がとても美しいかったです。
ガイドさんも、落ち着いていてしっかりいろんなことを説明してくださり、最後に私がおいしいお寿司の店とかお聞きしたのですが丁寧に教えてくださいました。運転手さんも若くで感じの良い方でした。ぜひお勧めです❣️

I was able to see a wonderful night view. The driver's attentive support, such as taking photos and providing detailed explanations, was truly excellent. It was also very reasonably priced, and I recommend this tour course.

素晴らしい夜景を見ることができました。写真を撮っていただいたり、詳細な説明をいただいたりと、運転手さんの心細やかなサポートがとても素晴らしかったです。非常にお値打ちでもあり、このコースでの観光をお勧めします。

Although it was drizzling on and off, the clarity of the water remained unchanged, making for a very beautiful kayaking experience. Our family participated with our pet, and the guide assisted us with putting the life jacket on our dog and was attentive throughout the experience. However, due to the bad weather, we couldn't have the experience on Lake Shikotsu for safety reasons, but we still had plenty of fun on the Chitose River flowing out from Lake Shikotsu.

小雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、水のクリア度に変わりがなくとてもキレイなカヤック体験となりました。
我が家はペット同伴での参加でしたが、ワンコのライフジャケット装着からガイドさんがアシストしてくださり、体験中も終始気にかけてくださりました。
ただ、悪天候でしたので支笏湖での体験は安全上の理由から出来ませんでしたが、支笏湖から流れ出す千歳川での体験でも充分楽しめました。

In mid-August, my mother and I participated. The weather was cloudy with occasional rain throughout the day, but unlike the hot and humid place we usually live in, the climate was comfortable, and we were able to efficiently visit the tourist spots, which was great. The lunch was delicious, the portion sizes were just right, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand. Thank you very much.
