On the last day of the three-day weekend, I participated with my parents. I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be mostly sunny with some clouds, and we managed to get through the day without needing an umbrella.

The tour at Highland Furano included lunch and visits to popular spots like the sea of lavender, Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond. Before participating, I thought the sightseeing time might be short, but I found it to be just right. It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to visit popular spots in a compact manner. The bus driver and tour guide were also very kind and attentive, which was great.

3連休の最終日に両親と参加しました。
天気がどうなるか？と心配でしたが、雲が多めの晴れで1日中傘を差す事も
なくなんとか天気には恵まれました。
ハイランドふらのでは昼食＆ラベンダーの海、ファーム富田、四季彩の丘、
青い池と人気スポットを巡るツアー。
参加前は見学時間が短いかな？と思っていましたが、
私的には丁度よく、コンパクトに人気スポットを巡る事が出来る、とても充実したツアーだと思いました。
バスの運転手さん、ツアーガイドさんもとても親切丁寧で良かったです。

Although the rain was a bit disappointing, I heard that the animals tend to be more active in the rain. Thanks to that, I was able to see the animals up close as they moved around, which was very enjoyable.

雨が、少々残念でしたが、雨の方が動物たちが動いてくれるとのことでした。
よって、よく動いてくれたおかげで、すぐそばで動物たちが見れて、とても楽しかったです。

I was able to enjoy it very much without any difficulty, even alone. My first visit to Asahiyama Zoo was very fulfilling. I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.

I was worried about the weather, but at Lake Shikotsu, it was sunny and the blue, clear lake was incredibly beautiful. The sightseeing boat was very pleasant.
The meals at Lake Toya were even more delicious than I expected.
On the bus tour, I was able to enjoy sightseeing while thinking, "Wow, that's interesting!" thanks to the explanations provided.
At Mount Usu, it looked like it might rain, but I was able to see the scenery below.
I was reminded that sometimes a bus tour is a great experience!
Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, making it the best bus tour ever.

お天気が心配でしたが、支笏湖では晴れてブルーで透明のの湖が凄く綺麗でした。遊覧船が気持ちよかった。
洞爺湖のお食事も思った以上に美味しかった。
バスツアーでは解説してもらえるのでえそーなんだーと思いながら観光できてよかったです。
有珠山では、雨が降りそうでしたが下の景色は見られました。
たまにはバスツアーも良いものだと再確認しました！
運転手さんも、ガイドさんもとても感じが良くて最高のバスツアーでした。

My first time in Kushiro. I wanted to explore the lakes but was about to give up due to lack of transportation when I found this tour. I don’t want to drive in unfamiliar places.

The day started cloudy with light rain, and unfortunately, the first destination, Lake Mashu, was shrouded in thick fog, so we couldn't see anything. However, we were able to see Mount Io, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan. Perhaps due to it being a weekday during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were few tourists, which was reassuring. However, at Lake Akan during our free time, there were only a few restaurants open, so I couldn't find a lunch that I liked. It must have been much livelier before the pandemic.

This time, we weren't blessed with good weather, but I was able to experience the vastness of Hokkaido that you can't understand from TV or magazines, and I am grateful to the driver and guide.

初めての釧路。湖巡りをしたいが交通手段がない！と諦めかけていたところでこのツアーを見つけました。当方、慣れない土地では運転したくないので。
この日は曇＆霧雨でスタートし、最初の目的地摩周湖は濃霧で何も見えす残念。硫黄山、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖は見ることができました。コロナ禍のウイークデーだからか観光客はまばらで安心。ただフリータイムの阿寒湖では営業している飲食店も僅かで好みの昼食が取れず。コロナ前はもっと活気があったのでしょうね。
今回、天候には恵まれませんでしたが、テレビや雑誌ではわからない北海道の広大さを実感出来、ドライバーさん、ガイドさんに感謝しています。

I finally realized my long-held dream of seeing the lavender. The weather was great, and the tour bus staff were excellent, allowing us to have a wonderful day.

Even when I returned to the hotel, closing my eyes brought back images of the purple lavender fields, and I was truly glad to have participated. I would like to visit Farm Tomita again and take my time next time.

やっと念願のラベンダーを見に行く事が実現できました。
お天気も良く、観光バスの乗務員の方達も、最高で、素晴らしい1日を過ごす事が出来ました。

ホテルに戻っても、目を閉じると紫色のラベンダー畑が写り本当に参加する事が出来て良かったです。
ファーム富田今度はのんびり行きたいと思いました。

I was disappointed that my stay at Rokkatei was short (I wanted to enjoy the stew), but I was satisfied with the cheese fondue lunch at Furano Wine. It was incredibly delicious. I enjoyed sweet melons at Tomita Melon and was able to pick up fresh, affordable asparagus at Shikisai no Oka, which made my trip to Hokkaido fulfilling. The Blue Pond was even bluer than last time (due to the sunlight) and beautiful. Since the tour was in mid-June, the flower fields were just before their peak. I thought I would like to plan for early July next year.

六花亭の滞在時間が短く残念な点はありましたが（シチューを味わいたかった）、ふらのワインでのチーズ・フォンデュの昼食が楽しめて満足。めちゃ美味しかった。富田メロンであんま〜いメロンを味わい、四季彩の丘で新鮮なお買い得アスパラガスの調達ができたことで北海道に来た〜を満喫できました。青い池では前回より青さが増し（日差しの関係）ていてきれいでした。ツアーは6月中旬だったのでお花畑は見頃前。来年は7月上旬に計画したいと思いました。

The guide provided a lot of information, which was great. The number of participants was also about half of the seating capacity, so we could relax comfortably.

ガイドさんが多くの情報を提供していただいたので良かった。参加人数も席の半分くらいでゆったりとできた。

Thanks to the kind and attentive guide, the safe driver, and the comfortable bus, I had a great sightseeing experience. The guide clearly explained the three distinctive lakes, provided advice for the 120-minute free time at Lake Akan, introduced delicious food, and informed us about the restroom locations, so I had no trouble at all. My elderly in-laws used a hotel at Lake Akan. Thank you to the kind and attentive guide and the safe driver for their help. At the stops, there were not only sightseeing opportunities but also introductions to delicious food, so I was satisfied in many ways. Melons are delicious during this season.

高齢の義父母が阿寒湖のホテルまで利用しました。親切丁寧なガイドさん、安全運転のドライバーさんにお世話になり、ありがとうございました。立ち寄り先では、観光だけでなく、美味しい食べ物の紹介もありましたので、いろいろな面で満足できました。この時期はメロンが美味しいですね。

There was only one day when our family's schedule matched, so we chose this tour, and it turned out to be a very efficient way to visit the places we wanted to see. I was truly moved by the drift ice, which I wanted to see at least once in my lifetime!

家族のスケジュールが合うのがたった1日しかなかったため、このツアーを選びましたが、大変効率良く見たい場所を回ってくださり、充実したツアーになりました。一生に一度で良いから見たかった流氷には、ひたすら感動しました！

I signed up for a plan that only visits Asahiyama Zoo from Sapporo. The plan that included the zoo plus Biei and Furano was also attractive, but I chose this one because it had an earlier departure and a later return. Once I participated, there were about 15 participants, so the bus was not crowded, and getting on and off was quick and comfortable. I also had a long stay at the zoo, allowing me to explore at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

札幌から旭山動物園だけを訪れるプランに申し込みました。動物園＋美瑛・富良野を訪れるプランも魅力的でしたが、出発が早く帰りも遅くなるのでこちらにしました。参加してみると、参加者が15名程度でバスの中も密にならず、乗り降りもすぐにできて快適でした。動物園滞在も時間が長くのんびり回る事ができました。ありがとうございました。

It was a long-awaited 60th birthday trip with three friends I've known for 40 years, delayed due to the impact of COVID-19. We had requested to be taken from the airport to our hotel in the Bay Area while sightseeing, but due to the poor weather, we asked if we could change our itinerary to include Trapist and Goryokaku instead of the originally planned scenic spots. They kindly accepted our request. I was a bit anxious thinking it might be an unreasonable request, but it turned out great! The conversations in the car and the detailed explanations at each location were very enjoyable. The photos taken at each stop became wonderful memories. I truly realized again that taking a taxi is the best way to tour various attractions in a limited number of days. Thank you for your assistance.

40年来の友人3人と、コロナの影響で伸び伸びになってしまった還暦記念旅行でした。
空港から観光しながらベイエリアホテルまでお願いしてあったのですが、天候があまり良くなかった為眺望が良いとされていた箇所をやめて、トラピスチヌや五稜郭に変更できないかご相談させていただいたところ快く受けていただきました。無茶なお願いなのかもと不安でしたが良かったです！車内での会話や各所での丁寧な解説も大変楽しかったです。
行く先々で撮っていただいた写真も良い記念になりました。限られた日数で観光地を巡るにはやはりタクシーが良かったと今回も実感しました。お世話になりました。

I was thinking about how to spend the middle day of my 3-day trip to Sapporo when I found this tour. I never expected to be able to go to Furano and Biei! It would have been difficult to do it on my own, so I was glad to find this option. They also had proper infection control measures in place. Participants were able to join without unnecessary chatting in the car, which made it feel safe. I knew it was June, but it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't flower season.

2泊3日の札幌旅行の中日をどう過ごすか考えていたところ このツアーを見つけました。
まさか富良野や美瑛まで行けるなんて‼️ 個人では難しいですから良かったです。
感染対策もしっかりされてました。参加者も車内で無駄におしゃべりすることなく 安心して参加できました。
分かっていましたが6月なので花の時期ではなかったことが残念でした。

The scenery is incredibly beautiful, and I am satisfied. However, the bus windows are dirty, so the view from the window is not clear, which is concerning.

景色は凄く綺麗で満足です。
バスの窓は汚れていて、窓から楽しむところは綺麗に見えないので、気になります。

We are a couple living in Hokkaido. Until last year, we traveled within Hokkaido by private car, but this year we have been using intercity buses for our trips. This time, we used the Pirika bus on our second day in Kushiro. The great thing about sightseeing buses is that the drivers prioritize traffic safety, and with the guidance provided by the tour guides, we can feel secure and learn about the details of the scenic spots. Rather than just seeing the tourist attractions from our private car, we experienced a refreshing sense of travel.

It was challenging at times due to heavy rain, but even so, the guide waited outside with an umbrella for the guests who were sightseeing. Even though it was work, that sight was wonderful. Lastly, after we got off the bus, we heard that the bus waved goodbye to us from inside as it drove away. My wife was very happy about that. If we have the chance again, we will definitely ride with you.

道内在住の夫婦です。去年まで、道内旅行は自家用車でしたが、今年からは都市間バスを利用して、旅行しています。今回は、釧路の2日目にピリカ号を利用させてもらいました。観光バスの良いところは、運転手さんの交通安全重視や、ガイドさんの説明を受けることで、安心して、名勝地の詳細を知る事が出来ることです。今までの自家用車での観光地を見てきたというよりも、新鮮な旅行感覚を味わさせてもらいました。
時折の大雨で大変でしたが、それでも傘を差し、バスの外で観光してきた客を待つガイドさん、仕事とはいえ、その姿、良かったですよ。最後に、降車した私たち夫婦に、去っていくバスの中から、両手を振って挨拶していたとのこと。妻は大変喜んでいました。また、機会があったら、乗車させてもらいます。

The bus tour went by in a flash thanks to the calm guidance of our veteran guide. We were also blessed with great weather, and the blue of Lake Mashu was incredibly deep. I would like to visit again during the autumn foliage season.

ベテランのガイドさんの落ち着いたご案内で、あっという間のバスツアーでした。また天気にも恵まれて、摩周湖のブルーがとても深く臨めました。今度は紅葉の時期に訪れたいです。

The water! What a clear green! Blue!! I was overwhelmed by its beauty. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the scenery due to the rain, but I want to come back and try again in a different season!

I was able to see a polar bear mother nursing her cub. The feeding time of the orangutans and giraffes was also enjoyable, and I got to hear explanations from the keepers, which led to fun and new discoveries! The keepers' love for the animals really came through, making for a heartwarming day.

北極クマ　母グマと赤ちゃんの授乳シーン見れました。　オラウータンやキリンのもぐもぐお食事タイムは担当飼育員さんの解説も聞けて、楽しい&新しい発見にもなります！
飼育員さんの動物愛が伝わってきて、心和む1日になりました。

I often used Viator when traveling abroad. It's good to use it domestically as well. The guide was experienced and provided travel advice at just the right distance. Since I can't travel abroad often now, I will use it again.

It was unfortunately rainy, but I enjoyed it. My main purpose was to see the polar bear cub. I had seen the parents at another zoo when I was a child.

I went to see the polar bears three times, and there were moments when the cub was sleeping, but in the end, it was lively and playful, which was adorable. The hippo feeding time was impressive, and I was able to see the serval moving around as well.

Other animals were cute too. The guide was great.

　あいにくの雨でしたが楽しめました。シロクマの子供を1番の目的にきました。親は子供の時に　他の動物園でみてました。
　3回もシロクマはみにいき、子供が寝ている時もありましたが　最後は元気に遊んでいて可愛かったです。カバのモグモグタイムは　迫力がありました、
　マヌリネコも動いているのが　見れました。
　他の動物も可愛かったです。
　ガイドさんも良かったです。
　

Thanks to the bad weather, I was able to experience the foggy Lake Mashu in a negative sense (laughs). In addition to Lake Mashu, it was a very fulfilling tour that included Lake Kussharo, Lake Akan, and Mount Io. Next time, I would like to participate on a day with good weather to see Lake Mashu.

天気が悪いおかげで悪い意味での霧の摩周湖を体験することができました(笑)。摩周湖の他に屈斜路湖、阿寒湖、硫黄山も巡るとても充実したツアーです。次回は天候の良い日に参加して摩周湖を見てみたいと思いました。

I live in Sapporo. I went out while there were fewer crowds. The lavender wasn't in bloom yet, and there were fewer flowers, plus it rained at the Blue Pond.
But I'm glad I went!
The bus driver was very skilled and had a great personality. The guide's explanations during the trip were full of interesting "wow" moments. Their voice was easy to understand, friendly, and polite—definitely a professional.
The soft serve ice cream recommended by the guide at Tomita Farm was delicious.
The deep-fried asparagus I bought at the Shikisai no Oka shop was so good that I ended up eating two plates!

札幌在住です。人混みが少ないうちにと、出かけました。ラベンダーもまだでお花も少なめだったし、青い池では雨も降ってしまいました。
でも、行って良かったです！
バスのドライバーさんが運転が上手で、とても感じのよいかたで。ガイドさんの道中での説明が、へぇ～っがいくつもあり、面白かったです。声が聞き取りやすくて、フレンドリーで丁寧で、プロだなあと。
ガイドさんオススメの富田ファームのソフトクリーム、美味しかったです。
四季彩の丘の売店で買った、アスパラガスの素揚げが美味しすぎて、２皿も食べちゃいました。

A day trip to a representative location in Hokkaido. The weather was refreshing and sunny, making it a perfect day. The safe driving and the guide's explanations were also great.

The weather was nice, and I was impressed by the beautiful colors of both the river and the lake. I was with my dog and a small child, but we received kind guidance, which allowed us to experience everything with peace of mind. I thought I had already experienced the beauty of Lake Shikotsu, but the beauty seen from the surface of the lake was completely different. I could clearly see the areas where it suddenly became deep, where trees were submerged, and where sand patterns were formed, all thanks to the wonderful transparency. The mountains surrounding the lake were also beautiful, and I wanted to keep looking at them forever. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful experience.

お天気もよく、川も湖も美しい色で感激しました。
わんこと小さな子供連れでしたが、親切にご指導いただき、安心して体験することができました。
支笏湖の美しさは体験済みと思っていましたが、湖面で見る美しさはまた全然違いました。
急に深くなっているところや、木が沈んでいるところ、砂の紋様ができているところなど、透明度が素晴らしくはっきりと見ることができました。
湖から見る四方の山々も美しく、いつまでも見ていたい気持ちでした。
素晴らしい体験をさせてくださって、本当にありがとうございました。

I requested a 5-hour course that included Koshimizu Natural Flower Garden, Notoro Cape, Abashiri Prison, and the Drift Ice Museum.

The driver suggested the above order, and we followed that route. They provided information on the highlights and estimated visiting times for each location, so we never felt rushed during our visits. Since we were able to move efficiently, we had some extra time, and the driver suggested visiting a place where we could interact with squirrels, which we also enjoyed before concluding the tour.

We were blessed with good weather and had a very fulfilling time. When I asked if we could have completed the above course in case of bad weather, they mentioned that while it was possible, they had also thought of alternatives in case of rain.

小清水原生花園、能取岬、網走監獄、流氷館を5時間コースでお願いしました。

上記の順番でと、ドライバさんから提案があり、その通りまわりました。
見所や各見学場所の見学時間目安を教えていただいたので、見学中も時間に追われることはありませんでした。
効率よくまわることが出来たので、時間があまったので、リスとふれ合うところに行きませんかと言っていただいたので、そちらも寄り終了になりました。

天候に恵まれてとても充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
天気の悪かった場合は、上記のコースは回れましたか。と聞いたところ回ることはできるが、雨の場合の代案まで考えてくれていました。

Unfortunately, it was raining, and Lake Mashu was completely white with nothing visible. The guide's explanations often mentioned that if it were clear, you could see ◯◯ in this direction, which was disappointing, but you can't choose the weather, so it can't be helped. It seemed that the number of tourists was slowly returning, but there were only seven passengers on the bus. The shops by the lake were also quiet, and even Lake Akan was still lacking in vitality.

The day-use hot spring introduced by the guide during our free time had good service from the hotel staff, and the bath area was reasonably spacious, which was nice. The tour did not include lunch, which made the tour price cheaper, but it was efficient, and I was satisfied with the local specialty, wakasagi donburi. It was also great to see a mother deer and her fawn, a red-crowned crane, and a kit fox during the tour.

生憎の雨降りで、摩周湖も真っ白で何も見えず、
ガイドさんの説明も晴れていれば、この方向に◯◯が見えます、と言うものが多くて残念だったが、天候は選べないから仕方がない。
観光ツアー客も少し戻ってきたようだったが、バスの乗客は7人。湖の立ち寄り店も閑散としていて、最後の阿寒湖もまだ活気がない。
フリータイムにガイドさんが紹介してくれた日帰り温泉はホテルマンの対応もよく、風呂場もほどほどに広く　良かった。
ツアーに昼食はついていなく　その分安いツアー代金だったが、効率良くまわり、名物のワカサギ丼も満足。ツアー中に、鹿の親子、タンチョウ鶴、キタキツネが見えたことも良かった。

I wanted to see the entire area of shibazakura at Shibazakura Park, so I participated. On the way, I saw shibazakura planted in the gardens of private homes, but the scale was completely different. I had never seen such a vast area covered in shibazakura like at the park, so it was definitely the right decision to go there. Additionally, at the tulip garden in Kamiyubetsu, I was able to see various types of tulips, which was interesting. Furthermore, the travel from Sapporo to the eastern part of Hokkaido is quite challenging, so I was really glad to be taken there by a sightseeing bus.

「芝ざくら公園の山一面の芝ざくらを見てみたい」と思い、参加しました。道中、民家の庭に植えられている芝ざくらを見ましたが、それらとは全然スケールが違いました。芝ざくら公園のように、あれほど広範囲にわたって芝ざくらが敷き詰められている光景を見ることはなかったので、現地に行って本当に正解でした。また、上湧別のチューリップ園では、様々な品種のチューリップを見ることができ、面白かったです。
加えて、札幌から道東までの移動は大変なので、観光バスで連れて行ってもらい、本当に良かったです。
