While planning a 3-night, 4-day trip from Kansai to Hokkaido, I found that researching public transportation to Asahiyama Zoo seemed quite troublesome... So, since I was staying in front of Sapporo Station, I prioritized the advantage of just riding and arriving at the destination, and I decided to use this service. I think both the bus guide and the bus driver were considerate, ensuring that the guests were comfortable and had an enjoyable time. In particular, when I consulted the female bus guide about where to eat upon disembarking, she kindly offered her advice without any unpleasantness, and I was able to have a warm experience. 関西から北海道に3泊4日のうち、旭山動物園に行く計画を立てる際に公共交通を調べるとなんだかメンドクサそう…
なので札幌駅前に宿泊していたので今回乗ってるだけで現地につく、というメリットを重視し利用させていただきました。
バスガイドさんもバス運転手さんもお客さんが不自由していないか、楽しく過ごせるように気遣いされていたと思います。特にバスガイドの女性が降り際に食べるところについて相談したらイヤな顔せず親身に相談に乗って下さり温かい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます

I participated in the tour in mid-July, during the peak blooming season for flowers. Although the weather was unfortunate, the lavender fields, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond were all beautifully impressive. The driver and guide were very pleasant people, and I had a fun and enjoyable day. I think it was a very fulfilling tour.

　7月中旬、お花が見頃の時期に参加しました。あいにくのお天気でしたが、それでもラベンダー、四季彩の丘、青い池、いずれも美しく見応えがありました。ドライバー、ガイドさんも大変感じのいい人で、楽しく良い一日を過ごせました。とても充実したツアーだと思います。

With a reservation from noon, we were able to efficiently visit Furano and Biei! We had a packed schedule with stops at Furano Flower Land, Shikisai no Oka, Tokachidake Observatory, the Blue Pond, and Ningle Terrace, but they were very flexible in accommodating us! They also took photos for us, allowing us to create many wonderful memories.

Additionally, they shared unique recommended scenic spots beyond the usual tourist attractions, and I was truly moved by the breathtaking views!

It was a wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon, and I am very happy! If the opportunity arises, I would love to do this again!

富良野フラワーランド、四季彩の丘、十勝岳望岳台、青い池、ニングルテラスと、かなり詰め込みの日程でしたが、柔軟に対応して下さいました！写真も撮って下さり、思い出もたくさん残すことができました。

また、よく行く観光地以外にも、独自のおすすめ絶景ポイントを教えてくださり、あまりに絶景すぎて感動しました！

Considering the impact of the typhoon, I made a last-minute reservation, and taking a taxi tour was definitely the right choice! The driver was kind and attentive, responding to our requests, and we thoroughly enjoyed Biei and Furano. At the start of our trip, he asked about our lunch preferences and took us to a hidden gem that isn't listed in guidebooks, a place frequented by locals. Even though it was during the Obon holiday, thanks to him calling ahead, we had minimal wait time, and the rest of our itinerary went smoothly. We wouldn't have been able to cover as much on our own. His advice for our next travel destination was spot on! I felt he really knew the area well. If I have the opportunity to go again, I would definitely want to repeat this experience.

台風の影響を考えて、急遽予約しましたが、タクシー観光で大正解でした！
とにかく運転手さんが、優しくて丁寧で、リクエストには応えてくれて、美瑛、富良野を満喫できました。旅行のスタートには、昼ごはんのリクエストを聞いてくれて、地元の人が行くガイドブックには載っていない穴場のお店を案内してもらいました。お盆の最中でしたが、先にお店に電話してくれたお陰で、待ち時間も少なく、その後の日程もスムーズでした。自分たちではこれほど回れなかったです。続く旅行先のアドバイスも的確でした！
道内を知り尽くしている運転手さんだと感じました。
次回行く機会があったら、是非リピートしてお願いしたいです。

It was very fulfilling and fun! Two hours at the zoo went by in a flash, and I wished I had a bit more time to see everything. I thought it would be nice to have sunshades (like curtains) in the car.

I live in Hokkaido, and it was hard to drive there by myself, so this tour, which included a guide and transportation, was amazing for about the same price as a round trip bus from Kushiro to Lake Akan! I had a great time!

北海道に住んで居ますが自分で運転して行くにもハードだったのでガイド付きで運転までして下さって釧路から阿寒湖までの往復のバスと同じくらいのお値段で色々回れるこのツアーは最高でした！とても楽しかったです！

The guide's explanations were thorough and very easy to understand. Although there were long stretches and some winding roads, the careful driving prevented motion sickness. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

I took a tour to visit Lake Mashu, but I also enjoyed going to Lake Kussharo and Lake Akan. The guide's explanations were great. It was quite interesting to see the marimo at Lake Akan, and I was satisfied to learn about Ainu culture as well. I got a bit flustered trying to find the bus stop on the way back, but in the end, I was able to return, so it was all good.

摩周湖に行きたくて取ったツアーでしたが、他にも屈斜路湖や阿寒湖に行けて楽しかったです。
ガイドさんの説明も良かったです。
阿寒湖湖でマリモを見たのもなかなかおもしろかったし、アイヌの文化にも触れられて、満足です。
帰りのバス停が見つからなくてちょっと焦りましたが、結果的に帰れたのでオーライです。

At Lake Mashu, we couldn't see the lake at all due to the misty rain, but at Lake Kussharo and Lake Akan, the weather was clear and we were able to enjoy some beautiful scenery. Lake Akan was quite hot with high temperatures.

Although the travel time is long, I recommend it for those who don't drive themselves.

摩周湖では霧雨のため湖は全く見ることができませんでしたが、屈斜路湖と阿寒湖では快晴でとてもいい景色を眺めることができました。阿寒湖は気温が高くとても暑かったです。
移動時間は長いですが、自分で車移動されない方にはおすすめです。

My friend and I participated together. It was my first time canoeing, but the guide kindly taught us how to paddle at the beginning, so I felt at ease. During the tour, the guide also managed the overall pace and directed the course, allowing us to participate until the end without overexerting ourselves. We had a really enjoyable time. For our honeymoon, we went to Hokkaido for the first time. Since it was high season, we couldn't reserve a rental car and used a sightseeing taxi instead, but we had a very satisfying trip. We decided on the places we wanted to visit in advance by researching online and in magazines, and along the way to our destinations, we were able to enjoy beautiful scenery and lesser-known attractions. We were able to visit more places than we had imagined while taking our time. During the journey, our driver shared many interesting stories about Hokkaido, so we were never bored. The roads were a bit complicated, and I think if we had driven ourselves, we wouldn't have been able to visit as many places, so I feel that using the sightseeing taxi was the right choice. I would definitely like to use it again the next time I visit Hokkaido! Thank you!

新婚旅行として、今回初めて北海道に行きました。
ハイシーズンであったため、レンタカーが予約できず観光タクシーを利用させていただきましたが、とても満足のいく旅行が出来ました。ネットや雑誌を調べながら、事前に行きたいところを決めて行きましたが、目的の場所に行くまでに景色のきれいな場所や知る人ぞ知る名所によっていただき、ゆっくり周りながらも想像していた以上に多くの場所を巡ることが出来ました。道中も、楽しく北海道にまつわるあれこれをお話ししていただき、退屈することはありませんでした。道がややこしく、レンタカーで行っていたら、こんなに回れなかったと思うので、結果的に観光タクシーを利用して正解だったと感じています。次回北海道に行く時もぜひ利用したいです！ありがとうございました！

The people are great! The experience itself was incredibly fun! We were blessed with miraculous weather and had a wonderful time! Since it's summer, the water felt amazing!! This is the best memory from the trip!

The bus departs from Kushiro Station at 8:00 AM. After that, it will pass through two locations before entering the sightseeing route. There is a guide, so you can learn about Kushiro as you go along. The weather wasn't great that day, but the time allocation at each sightseeing spot was just right. At Lake Akan, we were able to take a sightseeing boat with individual payments. The guide also provided discount tickets. We depart from Lake Akan at 3:00 PM, but with the ticket we receive at the beginning, we can use the 4:00 PM bus to the airport or Kushiro Station. It's nice that changes can be made depending on the weather and circumstances. I had a meaningful final day.

バスは8時00分に釧路駅を出発。
その後2箇所を経由して観光ルートに入ります。
ガイドさんの案内もあるので釧路の事など学びながら進めます。
この日はお天気はイマイチでしたが各観光場所の時間配分もいい感じでした。
阿寒湖では、個人別払いの遊覧船にも乗れました。ガイドさんから割引券もいただけます。
15時00分に阿寒湖出発ですが、最初にもらうチケットで16時00分の路線バス利用で空港、釧路駅まで行くことも出来ます。
お天気と状況で変更できるのもいいですね。
有意義な最終日を過ごせました。

I participated from Kyushu on July 13. It was more humid and tiring than I expected, but the lavender was in its best season, and I was very satisfied. The fully bloomed lavender has such a sweet and rich fragrance! The lunch was delicious, the driving was careful, and the guide was bright and fun, but not too loud—just right. It was a fun tour where I could see all the places I wanted to visit!

予想以上に蒸し暑く疲れましたが、ラベンダーはベストシーズンで大満足でした。
満開のラベンダーは、あんなに甘く濃厚な香りがするんですね！
昼食もおいしく、運転は丁寧で、ガイドさんは明るく楽しいけど、うるさすぎず丁度良い感じでした。
見たかった場所が全部見られるツアーで楽しかったです！

The guide's talk was very good, and everyone at the tourist spots was kind and accommodating. Of course, the scenery was also amazing. I'm glad I participated.

The bus ride back and forth was quite long, but the guide's stories were interesting, and I was able to enjoy the three hours spent at the zoo. It was very helpful that the guide shared tips on how to have a fun experience while visiting the zoo.

行きかえりのバス移動は結構長かったのですが、ガイドさんのお話しも興味深かったですし、３時間の動物園見学も楽しく過ごすことができました。ガイドさんから、動物園を見学するにあたって楽しく過ごすポイントなどを教えていただけたのがとてもよかったです。

The weather was nice and warm, but since it was a bus tour with air conditioning, I was able to spend the day comfortably. The interior of the bus was clean, and they had alcohol disinfectant available as well.
The Blue Pond was very beautiful and exceeded my expectations.
At Farm Tomita, I was looking forward to the lavender fields, but it was too early in the season, so I couldn't see the entire area covered in purple. I wish I had gone 2 or 3 weeks later; it was disappointing.
Overall, it was a satisfying tour.

天気も良く、汗ばむ陽気でしたが、冷房の効いたバスツアーということで・・・快適に過ごせました。車内も清潔で、アルコール消毒なども完備してありました。
青い池はとても美しく、想像以上でした。
ファーム富田：お目当ては、ラベンダー畑でしたが・・・行った時期が早すぎ、一面紫色の絨毯は見る事ができませんでした。あと2，3週間遅ければ良かったのですが、残念です。
全体的に、満足のいくツアーでした。

I chartered a taxi for 1.5 days during my stay. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go, from Lake Saroma to the Shiretoko Five Lakes. They were flexible in adjusting the schedule. Additionally, the guide about local life was very interesting. It was much more reassuring and efficient to sightsee this way than renting a car in an unfamiliar area, making it a very meaningful experience.

滞在中の1.5日間、タクシーをチャーターしました。
サロマ湖から知床五湖まで、行きたかったところ全てについて行くことができました。柔軟にスケジュールを調整してくださいました。また、現地の生活についてのガイドも興味深かったです。
慣れない土地でレンタカーを借りるより、ずっと安心して効率よく観光することができ、大変有意義でした。

This is a very convenient sightseeing bus that takes you around attractions based in Kushiro, with the option to drop off at Kushiro Airport on the last day.

While the bus only passes by the observation deck of Kushiro Wetlands, we were able to take photos from the observation deck at Lake Mashu, enjoy a hot foot bath by Lake Kussharo, and eat a soft serve ice cream with a hot spring egg at the impressive Sulfur Mountain.

The highlight is probably the 120 minutes of free time at Lake Akan, but since that time includes lunch, we had to give up on the sightseeing boat and the Ainu traditional dance, which was a bit disappointing. That said, it was a valuable experience to try rare Ainu cuisine and shop for Ainu handicrafts.

Getting dropped off at the airport was convenient. The bus had a moderate number of empty seats, and with a basic rule of wearing masks and prohibiting eating and drinking except for hydration, it felt safe in terms of infection control.

I recommend this for those visiting Kushiro without a rental car.

釧路を拠点とした見所を連れ回してくれて、最終日なら釧路空港で降りることも可能という、大変便利な周遊バスです。
釧路湿原は展望台の横を通過するだけですが、霧にかすむ摩周湖では展望台から写真を撮り、屈斜路湖では湖畔で熱々の足湯を楽しみ、大迫力の硫黄山では温玉ソフトを食べることができました。
メインは120分のフリータイムがある阿寒湖かと思いますが、ランチも含めての時間なので、遊覧船もアイヌの伝統舞踊も諦めざるを得ず、ちょっと残念でした。とはいえ、めずらしいアイヌ料理を食べ、アイヌの方の民芸品で買物をしたので、貴重な体験でした。
空港で降ろしてもらい、楽でした。
車内は適度に空席があり、基本的にマスク着用、水分補給以外の飲食禁止だったので、感染対策的にも安心できました。
レンタカーなしで釧路に行かれる方にはオススメです。

The guide had a beautiful voice and provided clear explanations, making the experience very enjoyable. We had two hours of free time at Lake Akan, which felt a bit short for enjoying the hot springs and lunch. However, we were able to take a different bus back, which added an extra hour, allowing us to spend a total of three hours leisurely. I was worried about visiting three lakes if the weather wasn't good, but it turned out to be a sunny day and quite hot, so I didn't feel any coolness, but it was a great trip.

ガイドさんも声が美しく、わかりやすい説明で大変楽しめました。
阿寒湖での自由時間が2時間でしたが、温泉や昼食などで足りないなと
思っていたので、同じバスでは帰らずに阿寒バスで帰ることができ（+1時間）
合計3時間ゆっくり過ごすことができました。天気がよくないと湖を3つも
行くのでどうなるかしらと心配していましたが、快晴でとても暑く、涼は感じられませんでしたがいい旅になりました。

I was worried about the weather, but at Lake Shikotsu, it was beautifully clear and I had a great time. In particular, the sightseeing boat tour at Lake Shikotsu, which I paid extra for, offered a stunning view of the blue lake bottom with Ezo chub swimming around. The lunch at Lake Toya was also delicious, and I was able to see Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan, making it a cost-effective bus tour.

天気がどうなるか不安な状況でしたが、支笏湖では無事に快晴でとても楽しめました。特に別途、支払って参加した支笏湖の遊覧船は、真っ青な湖底にエゾウグイが泳いでいる光景は、なかなかの見所です。洞爺湖での昼食も美味しかったですく、有珠山、昭和新山も観れたので、コスパのいいバスツアーでした。

What I often see on TV are the Polar Bear Pavilion, Penguin Pavilion, and Seal Pavilion. Of course, these are highlights that are worth seeing, but unexpectedly, the Hippo Pavilion was great. I was impressed by the lively and active hippos. It was the first time I saw such cheerful hippos. It was surprising to see their bellies and the bottoms of their feet through the glass from below. I felt like I could watch them forever.

The Wild Ezo Brown Bear Pavilion was also good. The bears looked a bit like gangsters. I definitely wouldn't want to run into one of them anywhere. If I had more time, I would have liked to see the Peacock House as well. I regret missing that part.

TVでよく見るのはほっきょくぐま館、ペンギン館、あざらし館ですね。こちらはもちろん見応えがあるハイライト館ですが、思いがけず良かったのはかば館です。生き生きしたアクティブなかばさんたちに感動しました。初めてあんな楽しげなかばさん達を見ました。下側からガラス越しに見られるお腹や足の裏などびっくりです。無限に見ていられると思いました。
ワイルドなえぞひぐま館も良かったです。ヤクザっぽいくまさんでした。絶対どこかで出くわしたりしたくないです。時間があればクジャク舎の方も見たかったです。このあたりは見逃してしまったのが心残りです。

This tour includes Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond, making it a fantastic course to fully enjoy Biei. Plus, it even includes lunch, which is a great bonus.

Personally, I was particularly impressed by the beauty of Shikisai no Oka.

If the main focus of the tour is Asahiyama Zoo, it can leave you wanting more from your Biei experience, so I would recommend this tour for those who want to take their time exploring Biei without the zoo.

このツアーは、ファーム富田、四季彩の丘、そして青い池が含まれるので、美瑛を満喫できるコースとなっています。しかも昼食まで付くという優れものでもあります。

個人的には、特に四季彩の丘の美しさに感銘を受けました。

旭川動物園がメインのツアーですと、美瑛観光が物足りなくなってしまうので、動物園を外しても美瑛をじっくり見て回りたい方におすすめしたいツアーです。

It was disappointing that Lake Mashu was completely obscured by fog, but the souvenir shops and restrooms at each stop were well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable experience.

摩周湖が霧で全く見えなかったのが残念でしたが、各停車場所のお土産屋さんとトイレはきちんと整備されており、快適に過ごす事ができました。

The kayak instructor was kind and made the experience enjoyable. It was my first time, and it turned out to be a great experience!

It was supposed to rain that day, but the weather was nice, and both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. I was comforted by the tour guide's voice, and I am grateful to have learned so many things about Hokkaido that I didn't know before.

I was able to visit Farm Tomita, which my friend had long dreamed of, and the lavender was beautifully in bloom, it was the best. Farm Tomita had not only lavender but also many other beautiful flowers. I visited Shikisai no Oka for the first time, and the flower carpet was very beautiful.

I was able to go at a very good time, and the weather was perfect. I would like to use Veltra again. Hokkaido is a place you can visit many times and still enjoy. Thank you very much! I truly appreciate it.

その日は雨のはずでしたが、天気もよく、運転手さんや添乗員さんも、とても感じの良い方でした。添乗員さんの声に癒されたのと、北海道の知らない事が、沢山知れて感謝です。
友達が昔から念願だったファーム富田にも行けて、とてもラベンダーが綺麗に咲いていて最高でした。ファーム富田は、ラベンダーや他のお花もとても綺麗でした。四季彩の丘は、初めて行きましたが、お花の絨毯で、とても綺麗でした。
とても良い時期に行けたのと、天気がよく最高でした(^-^)また、Veltraさんを利用させて頂きたいです。北海道は、何回行っても良いですね。本当にどうもありがとうございました(^∇^)感謝です。

I used this service to efficiently visit the places I wanted to go with my family. We rushed to catch the Airport Liner from New Chitose Airport just in time. We also managed to exchange our bus tickets within the time limit.

Farm Tomita was pleasant, with the weather being neither too hot nor too cold for walking. The Blue Pond looked beautiful, and fortunately, we didn't get rained on in Biei. The flower fields in Biei have a tractor ride for 500 yen, which is great for those who find walking tiring. The lunch was delicious as well. Also, it seems that reservations fill up quite quickly, so it might be a good idea to decide on what souvenirs you want in advance, as there isn't much time to browse.

効率よく、行きたかった場所に家族と行くため、利用しました。無理して時間ギリギリの新千歳空港からエアポートライナーに飛び乗りました。
バスのチケット引き換え時間にも間に合いました。
ファーム富田は、天気も暑すぎず歩きやすかったです。青い池も綺麗に見えて、美瑛も運よく雨にも降られませんでした。美瑛の花畑は５００円のトラクター、歩くのだるいなと思う人は、楽でいいですよ。ランチも美味しかったです。あと予約は割と早く埋まってしまうみたいです。あまりお土産をみる時間時間はないので、欲しいものを決めておくといいかもしれません。

Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus as part of infection control measures. It was great that the bus went directly from Sapporo, and the guide's explanations were interesting.
