I was wondering how the start would go since we couldn't begin the reception until the scheduled time. Also, I was quite concerned about the water clarity due to the heavy rain the day before. However, once we started, I forgot all about that and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the pleasant experience!

時間まで受付開始出来なかったのでスタートはどうなることかなと思いました。
また前日雨が多く降っていたこともあり水の透明度もとても不安でした。
ただスタートしたらそんなこと忘れるような綺麗さ、気持ちよさで楽しめました！

I was able to ride with a very smart and gentle child, and although I was quite nervous at first since it was my first time, I had a lot of fun.

On the way back, you helped me check the bus schedule and provided the best options. You also introduced me to a place to spend time while waiting for the bus, which I greatly appreciated for your thoughtfulness.

On the day of the experience, we arrived on time, but the tour did not start at all. It seemed that the previous tour was delayed, and in the end, our tour started 40 minutes late. Since it was our last day of travel, I was very anxious, and for travelers with limited time, a 40-minute delay is significant. It seemed that our reservation had not been properly noted, as we were repeatedly asked, "Did you really make a reservation?" "When did you make the reservation?" "What course did you book?" It felt as if we were being blamed, creating an uneasy atmosphere even before the tour began.

Once the tour finally started, I felt sorry for the horses that were made to run while still tired from the previous tour. The tour itself lacked any lectures (we were only shown a file book beforehand), and it started in a disorganized manner, leaving me with many questions in my mind, which made it difficult to enjoy the horseback riding. Since this was our third time riding, we managed to get by, but I can imagine that first-timers would be quite confused.

By the way, there was no apology for the delay in starting the tour (they mentioned that it was due to the previous tour participants being late, but I wish they would consider our situation).

体験日当日、定刻に到着したものの、ツアーが一向に始まらず。どうやら私たちの前のツアーが遅れていたようで、結局40分遅れでツアーが始まりました。旅行最終日だったのでとても焦りましたし、時間に限りがある旅行者にとって40分のロスはとても大きいです。そもそも私たちの予約を把握されていなかったようで、何度も「本当に予約したのか？」「いつ予約したの？」「予約したコースは？」などと、まるでこちらに非があるかのように聞かれ、開始前から不穏な雰囲気が漂っていました。
いざツアーが始まってからも、前のツアーで疲れた状態のお馬さんをそのまま走らせるのが気の毒でなりませんでした。ツアーそのものも、レクチャーも全くなく（事前にファイルブックを見せられただけでした）、グダグダな中で始まったので、頭の中にずっと疑問符が浮かんでいて、乗馬そのものをあまり楽しめませんでした。私たちは今回で３回目の乗馬だったのでなんとかなりましたが、初めての方だったら、さぞ戸惑うのではないかと思います。
ちなみに、ツアーが遅れて始まったことに対する謝罪はありませんでした（前のツアー参加者が遅れてきたせいだと言っていましたが、そんなこと聞かされるこちらの身になって頂きたいです）。

It was a day with on-and-off rain, but during our experience, the rain stopped and we were able to enjoy it. Although there were waves at Lake Shikotsu, we were able to enter the water a little while being mindful of safety. The highlight was the Chitose River. The water was clear, and we could see blooming plants and decaying trees. Thanks to our guide's careful instructions, I was able to paddle well even though it was my first time kayaking. It was fun to talk about the guide's love for Lake Shikotsu and various gourmet foods in Hokkaido.

This became one of my enjoyable memories from summer vacation. I'm glad I made a reservation with Ocean Days. Thank you!

雨が降ったり止んだりの日でしたが、体験時間帯は雨が止んで楽しむことができました。支笏湖は波が立っていたのですが、安全に配慮しながら少しだけ入ることができました。メインは千歳川。水がクリアで花が咲いている植物や朽ちない木などを見ることができました。ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくれたおかげでカヤック初体験でも上手に漕ぐことができました。ガイドさんの支笏湖愛や北海道のグルメなど色々お話できて楽しかったです。

When I went to Lake Shikotsu before, I watched people kayaking from a bridge and thought, "I definitely want to do that next time!" This time, I fulfilled that wish.

Riding on the kayak while feeling the wind on the emerald green lake was an amazing experience. I'm glad I participated; it became a wonderful memory. If I could wish for anything, it would have been even better if I could have gone on a longer course.

前に支笏湖に行った時に橋の上からカヤックをする人達を眺めて是非次回はやるぞーと思っていたカヤック！今回念願果たしました。
とにかくエメラルドグリーンに染まった湖をカヤックに乗りながら風を感じられて最高の気分でした。参加して良い思い出になりました。

The forecast definitely predicted rain. While moving from Lake Toya to Lake Shikotsu, the weather was a mix of rain and clear skies.

I arrived a little before the meeting time, so I took a stroll near the lake, but due to strong winds, activities like sightseeing boats and other lake leisure were canceled. I wondered if we could do clear SUP in that situation.

We ended up experiencing the Chitose River section, and although it was windy and looked cold, they lent us wetsuits and guided us enjoyably even in the cloudy weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the Chitose River. Finally, we crossed the red iron bridge and dipped a little into Lake Shikotsu.

The waves were high, so it was just a brief experience, but we couldn't fight the weather, and safety comes first, so it couldn't be helped. Just before we finished, the rain that had been holding back finally poured down heavily. We ended by jumping into the Chitose River and walked back to the shop while enjoying a rain shower. Experiencing Lake Shikotsu in the rain was also a great experience.

I would love to come back when the weather is beautifully clear.

予報では確実に雨。洞爺湖から支笏湖への移動中も降ったり止んだりの天気でした。
集合時間より少し前に到着したので、湖の近くまで散策すると、強い風のため遊覧船、ボートなどの湖面レジャーは中止に、、、
クリアSUPやれるのか？という状況でした。
千歳川部分での体験となりましたが、風が強く寒そうなのでウエットスーツを貸してもらったり曇りのなかでも楽しく案内していただき、千歳川を満喫。最後に赤鉄橋を越えて、ちょっとだけ支笏湖に入りました。
波が高かったので、ちょっとだけ体験でしたが、天気には逆らえず、安全第一なのでしゃぁない。
終了間際に、今まで我慢していた雨がこらえきれずにどしゃ降りに。最後に千歳川にドボンして、雨シャワーを浴びながらショップまで歩きました。雨の支笏湖もいい体験。
また、きれいに晴れているときに来たいです。

I had a one-on-one tour with a guide who knows the nature of Shiretoko inside and out, so I was able to spend a truly luxurious time. The guide shared various knowledge tailored to my interests and concerns, which was very educational. Since it was an all-day tour, I also enjoyed the leisurely experience of immersing myself in nature.

For lunch, we were supposed to eat individually, but the guide recommended a local restaurant, which felt like a great deal. By the end of the day, it felt like the six hours had flown by. I think I was so absorbed in exploring the Shiretoko forest that time just slipped away.

知床の自然を知り尽くしているガイドさんとマンツーマンツアーだったので、とても贅沢な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
私の興味や関心に沿って様々な知識を教えていただき、とても勉強になりました。終日ツアーということもあって、のんびりと自然を味わえたのもよかったです。
お昼ごはんは、各自で食べることになっていましたが、こちらも地元料理のおススメのお店を紹介していただいて、お得感がありました。
終日のツアーが終わった時にも、６時間があっという間に終わってしまったような感覚でした。それくらい自然散策に没頭して知床の森を楽しんでいたんだと思います。

Although it was drizzling on and off, the clarity of the water remained unchanged, making for a very beautiful kayaking experience. Our family participated with our pet, and the guide assisted us with putting the life jacket on our dog and was attentive throughout the experience. However, due to the bad weather, we couldn't have the experience on Lake Shikotsu for safety reasons, but we still had plenty of fun on the Chitose River flowing out from Lake Shikotsu.

小雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、水のクリア度に変わりがなくとてもキレイなカヤック体験となりました。
我が家はペット同伴での参加でしたが、ワンコのライフジャケット装着からガイドさんがアシストしてくださり、体験中も終始気にかけてくださりました。
ただ、悪天候でしたので支笏湖での体験は安全上の理由から出来ませんでしたが、支笏湖から流れ出す千歳川での体験でも充分楽しめました。

On August 10, 2022, I participated in the 12:00 tour from Lake Tōro to Hosoo. "Healing Canoe Kushiro" is operated by a single guide, Mr. Ichinohe, so it's a tour with just one canoe. Experiencing the quiet flow through the serene wetlands was a first in my life. I believe this will be an unforgettable experience for a long time to come. The wildlife I was able to see from the Canadian canoe included the Japanese crane, Ezo deer, red fox, white-tailed eagle, heron, and ducks. All the stars of the Kushiro Wetlands were gathered. In group tours with multiple canoes, even if the lead canoe spots wildlife, by the time the last canoe arrives, the animals may have already fled. I participated with my son, who is in his first year of junior high school, and my husband. Highly recommended! This tour is a must if you want to experience Shiretoko, as it takes you to places you can't visit on your own!

In the morning, we toured five lakes, and in the afternoon, we went trekking in the primeval forest, which was packed with activities. Initially, I was worried about my child's stamina, but since he loves biology, I really wanted him to join the trekking in the untouched primeval forest. I managed to convince my family to book the tour, and finally, the day arrived.

Our guide had over 15 years of experience, as mentioned in the tour details. In the morning, he engaged the children from two other families with lots of quizzes while we enjoyed trekking. It was a popular tourist spot, so there were many visitors, but everyone walked quietly, allowing us to listen to the sounds of birds, cicadas, and the wind, making the trekking experience very pleasant in nature.

In the afternoon, during the primeval forest trekking, we learned about deer and bear parenting and how trees grow in the forest. We even encountered a three-generation family of deer! It’s rare to see deer nowadays, so we felt lucky to have this encounter! Additionally, we were able to view the male waterfall from the cliffs, which can only be seen from a sightseeing boat, and we passed through areas where deer survive the winter, experiencing the grandeur of Shiretoko's nature.

This kind of experience is something you shouldn't miss at least once in your lifetime! Be sure to enjoy a full day tour of Shiretoko!

超お奨め！個人では行けないところにいけるので、知床を知るならぜったいお奨めツアーです！
午前中は5湖巡り、午後は原生林のトレッキングと超もりだくさん。
予約当初は子供の体力が心配だったものの、生物好きの子供には手付かずの原生林のトレッキングはぜひ参加させたかったので、ツアー予約を家族に納得してもらい、いよいよ当日。
ガイドさんはツアー詳細の通り15年以上の経験豊富なガイドさんで、午前中はほか2家族の子供達にたくさんのクイズを出し楽しみながらトレッキング、さすがに観光スポットだけあってたくさんの方が訪れていましたが、皆さん静かに歩いていたので鳥やセミに鳴き声や風の音を聴きながらのトレッキングだったので自然の心地良さを味合いました。
午後は原生林のトレッキングでシカや熊の子育てや原生林の木の生え方など丁寧に教えていただきました。
原生林では、なんとシカの3世代家族に遭遇！
今は滅多にシカに遭遇することがないこととにことでしたが、3世代家族に遭遇してラッキー！
また、遊覧船でしか観れない男滝を断崖から臨めたり、シカが冬を越す生活の場も通ったり、と知床の壮大な自然を体験することができました。

こんな体験、一生に一度はしないと損！
ぜふ丸一日のツアーで知床を満喫してくださいね。

At first, I thought I could eat what I caught, so I was a bit disappointed to learn that wasn't the case. However, when I actually started fishing, I found that many of the fish were not really the right size to eat, but I had a great time catching a lot of them and immersing myself in nature. Additionally, the staff were kind and provided support for everything related to fishing, so even as a beginner, I was able to enjoy it without any stress.

Things I enjoyed and found interesting:
- The refreshing and slightly scary feeling when the motor stopped after reaching the highest point, and only the sound of the wind remained. I wondered if this is what it feels like to glide like a bird.
- The unobstructed view of the mountains surrounding Furano.

The weather was rainy and bad, but I was able to enjoy a mystical view shrouded in mist. The guide's stories were fascinating; it wasn't just a walk, as they talked about the plants and animals, which was educational. They were also kind enough to take photos for us, showing their thoughtfulness. I would like to participate again during a greener season.

天気は雨で悪かったのですが、モヤがかかって幻想的な景色を味わえました。
ガイドさんの話は興味深く、ただ歩くだけではなく植物、動物について話してくれ勉強になりました。

First of all, thank you for the shuttle service to the nearby bus stop. I had to catch a flight on the way back, so I really appreciated how you carefully researched the time and route. When you spotted the bus to Sapporo, you even took the initiative to get me to that bus, which was a huge help.

As for the horseback riding experience, the instructor was very clear and provided thorough guidance. The assistant, a woman, was also very kind. We had three people in our group, and all the horses were smart, calm, and made for a very enjoyable and safe riding experience. The weather was perfect with clear skies, and we were able to create wonderful memories as a family on our last day in Hokkaido.

The person who provided the shuttle service took photos and videos with a smartphone, allowing us to enjoy the experience again as a family on the way back. All the staff were very courteous, making me feel comfortable leaving everything in their hands. I would definitely like to participate again. The horseback riding experience in the snowy landscape was the best!

始めに、近くのバス停までの送迎ありがとうございました。帰りは飛行機に乗って帰らなければならなかったので時間やルートなどを細かく調べて下さった上、札幌行きのバスを途中で見かけると先回りしてそのバスへ乗れるように送って下さり本当に助かりました。

そして肝心の乗馬体験ですが、インストラクターの方はハキハキとした声で丁寧に指導して下さいました。助手のような女性の方もとても優しかったです。
3人で体験しましたがお馬さんはどの馬も賢く落ち着いていて安全にとても楽しく乗馬体験をする事が出来ました。
当日は大快晴で景色が本当に素晴らしく！北海道最終日に家族で良い思い出を作る事が出来ました。
送迎して下さった方がスマホで写真や動画を撮って下さったので帰りに家族で目を細めながら二度楽しむ事が出来ました。
スタッフの方々は皆さん丁寧な対応で安心してお任せ出来ました。
また是非参加させて頂きたいと思います。
一面雪景色の中の乗馬体験、最高でした！

冬の北海道は天候が変わりやすく、前日の暴風雪でキャンセルになったアクティビティの分も最終日の乗馬で発散していただけていれば嬉しいです。
天候に最高に恵まれた日で、朝１番のお時間での体験でしたがお写真の青空がとても綺麗ですね。お帰りのバスもタイミングがバッチリでしたね。
