Meet at Koganeyu Sakura no Mori Park
*Pickup available in the Jozankei area upon request
Life jackets and gear will be fitted. An experienced guide will accompany participants, ensuring safety. On sunny days, sunscreen is recommended. After a safety briefing, the SUP experience begins!
Enjoy the fun of floating on the water! Try standing up or even falling in sometimes! No license is required, and it's easier to enjoy the views from the board compared to surfing. Many find it addictive!
From the water of the Toyohira River, surrounded by lush forests, see the vibrant red forests in autumn and snowy landscapes in winter. Enjoy the extraordinary scenery with a refreshing breeze.

Required items to bring & attire

- Change of clothes (long sleeves and pants), T-shirt and shorts in summer only, towel
- Shoes: Crocs are not suitable as they can be slippery when wet. Please bring footwear with a secure heel strap.
- Rental shoes are available, but if your size is below 22cm or above 28cm, please bring your own. (Free rentals are available, but bringing your own is appreciated.) - [Clothing Guidelines]
Summer (Mid-June to September):
- T-shirt, shorts, swimwear (underwear that can get wet)
- Bring a fleece or similar jacket if the weather feels cool.
Spring & Autumn (April to Early June, October):
- Fleece, tracksuits, or ski wear inner layers are recommended.
- Avoid jeans as they become heavy and difficult to swim in when wet.

- You can book a maximum of 6.
