Thank you for participating in the Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu day trip from May 1 to November 27.

On the day of the tour, we operated two buses, and due to the high number of Japanese participants, we were unable to arrange for everyone to be on the same bus. Unfortunately, we had to place some foreign guests on the same bus, and we acknowledge that the Japanese guidance provided by the tour guide was insufficient.

As a countermeasure, when customers who speak multiple languages are on the same vehicle in the future, we will ensure that the time is evenly distributed for announcements in multiple languages. When operating multiple buses, we will try to group customers who speak the same language on one bus. We will also prepare product details in multiple languages to prevent cases where Japanese guidance is lacking.

As a COVID-19 measure, eating and drinking on the bus is prohibited, and we will strictly caution customers who attempt to do so.

As the number of foreign customers continues to increase, we will ensure that situations like the above do not occur again. We will strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied.
