It was a trip to Hokkaido with my children. Since it was their first time in Hokkaido, a bus tour filled with highlights was just perfect. I was unsure about where to go and whether to travel by train since I can't drive, but this tour was definitely the right choice. Thanks to the well-timed schedule and the friendly guide, we created wonderful memories.

子供たちを連れての北海道旅行でした。子供たちは初めての北海道なので、北海道の見どころ盛りだくさんなバスツアーはまさにピッタリ。車の運転が出来ないので、どこに行こうか、電車で移動しようかといろいろ迷いましたがこのツアーで大正解でした。ちょうどいい時間配分と、親切なガイドさんのおかげで楽しい思い出が出来ました。

Unfortunately, the cloudy sky made the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu a bit disappointing, but it was great that the weather was clear during the Lake Toya tour.
The view from the top of Mount Usu, which we reached by ropeway, was amazing!
Additionally, both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, making for an enjoyable tour.
Every time we boarded the bus, we sanitized our hands, and since we listened to the audio guide individually, the atmosphere inside was quiet, and proper infection control measures were in place.

あいにくの曇り空で支笏湖観光はちょっと残念でしたが、洞爺湖観光の時は晴れて良かったです。
ロープウェーで上った有珠山頂上からの景色は最高でした！
また、運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じが良く、楽しいツアーでした。
バス乗車時は毎回、手指消毒をし、音声ガイドを各自で聞くタイプだったので社内も静かで、感染対策もきちんとされていました。

The one-day tour was packed with a lot of content. I thought the sightseeing time for each stop would be short, but surprisingly, it felt quite relaxed. Although it was an additional fee, I was really glad to be able to enter the bear ranch. The tour guide was kind, recommended delicious places, and took photos for us at photo spots. I am truly grateful. Thank you! I would love to join another tour if there are any available!

1日のツアーにぎゅっと凝縮された内容がたくさん詰まっていました。ひとつひとつの観光時間は短いかと思いましたが、案外ゆったりできます。別料金ではありますが、特にクマ牧場に入れたのは良かったです。ツアーガイドさんも優しく、美味しいお店を教えてくれたり、写真スポットで写真を撮ってくれたり、本当に感謝しています。ありがとうございます！また他のツアーがあれば参加したいです！！

Thanks to this tour, I had a truly wonderful trip. The guide was very kind and carefully shared delicious local foods and sightseeing spots. The yogurt recommended by the guide was extremely tasty, and I bought it again at the airport.

Without a car in the vast Hokkaido, it's quite difficult to reach the places I want to go. That's where I found this tour. Not only can you visit Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, but also Hell Valley! I enjoyed it while reminiscing about my school trip days and eating delicious food. I've personally been to Lake Shikotsu by bus, but there are so few buses that while it doesn't cost much, it takes a lot of time... Time is important when traveling, so this tour was very helpful.

I wish I could have seen Showa Shinzan from a better angle... Also, during the rest stop at the service area, I found myself wishing for an extra 10 minutes because I wanted to eat more delicious food!

車がないと広い北海道、なかなか自分の行きたい場所にいけない(*_*;
そんな所、見つけたのがこちらのツアー。
洞爺湖、支笏湖だけでなく、地獄谷まで観光できてしまう！
昔の修学旅行を思い出しながら、美味しいもの食べながら楽しみました。
支笏湖は、バスで個人的に行ったことがありますが、何せ、本数が少ないので
お金はかかりませんが時間がかかる・・・・
旅先は時間も大事ですので、こちらのツアーは有難かったです。

昭和新山は、もう少し、角度のいいところから見たかったかな・・・・・
またSAの休憩は、美味しいものも食べたいからあと10分欲しい！と思ってしまいました。

It was a tour that allowed me to experience the history of Hokkaido's great nature. The guide was interesting and kind. If I had to say something, I think it would have been better if we had a bit more time at places like the visitor center.

北海道の大自然の歴史に触れることのできたツアーでした。ガイドの方も面白くて親切でした。強いて言えば、ビジターセンター等にもう少し滞在時間が長ければ良かったと思いました。

The travel time and sightseeing time were just right. I would like to use VELTRA for another trip as well.

移動時間も、見学時間も適当でよかったです。
また違う旅行でもVELTRAを利用したいと思います。。

When the tour price is reasonable, it's common to spend a long time at souvenir shops, leaving little time for sightseeing. However, this tour had none of that, and although it was a whirlwind tour, I was able to efficiently see stunning views. I enjoyed it even as a solo traveler!

ツアーの価格がお手頃な場合、行く先々でお土産物屋さんに長く滞在させられ、見学の時間が少ない場合も多いのですが、このツアーはそのようなことが一切なく、弾丸ツアーではあるものの、絶景を効率的に見て回れます。
1人参加でも十分楽しめました！

The weather was unfortunately rainy, with intermittent showers, but I had a great time. The guide was wonderful, taking photos for us and recommending delicious food (I tried almost everything, and it was all tasty). It turned out to be a very fulfilling day. Thank you!

I used it for one day during my 3-night, 4-day trip, and I was very satisfied as I was able to see a lot. The only disappointment was the fog at Cape Chikyu, and the tour guide apologized, but you can't win against nature. Thank you to the driver. I appreciated how hard the tour guide worked to explain everything. There were many sightseeing points, and although each stop was short, next time I want to explore at my own pace.

3泊4日の1日で利用しましたが、沢山見学出来て、大満足です。チキウ岬の霧だけが残念で、添乗員さんが謝ってましたが、自然には勝てません。運転手さん有難うございました。添乗員さんが一生懸命説明してたのが好感持てました。沢山の見学ポイントで各ポイントは短時間でしたが、今度は自分の足で、ゆっくり周りたいです。

I participated alone while on a business trip. The tour content was good, but the tour guide was a wonderful person who provided thorough guidance and care, making it a very satisfying day trip bus tour! I definitely want to participate again. Thank you very much.

I was worried about the weather, but at Lake Shikotsu, it was beautifully clear and I had a great time. In particular, the sightseeing boat tour at Lake Shikotsu, which I paid extra for, offered a stunning view of the blue lake bottom with Ezo chub swimming around. The lunch at Lake Toya was also delicious, and I was able to see Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan, making it a cost-effective bus tour.

天気がどうなるか不安な状況でしたが、支笏湖では無事に快晴でとても楽しめました。特に別途、支払って参加した支笏湖の遊覧船は、真っ青な湖底にエゾウグイが泳いでいる光景は、なかなかの見所です。洞爺湖での昼食も美味しかったですく、有珠山、昭和新山も観れたので、コスパのいいバスツアーでした。

It was an old Toyota Hiace. Although it was stated that a large bus couldn't be used because there were fewer than 20 people, this was not mentioned in the recruitment details. The bus itself was from a charter bus company in Gunma Prefecture, and it felt like the driver and guide were hastily gathered. The bus continued to make unpleasant noises at first and was quite shaky. Furthermore, the guide was a woman from Hong Kong. While it was clear she was trying her best, she couldn't convey detailed information. It seemed she had been guiding foreign tourists for a long time, which might not be suitable for Japanese customers. Is it a case of "you get what you pay for, so just endure it"? I did endure it, but I was worried about who would be responsible if there were an accident or something happened.

古いトヨタハイエースだった。20名以下なので大型は使えないとのことだったが、募集内容には書いていなかった。バス自体、群馬県の貸切バス会社のもので、運転手もガイドも急遽寄せ集めた感が強く、バスは始めのうち不快な音を発し続け、かなりガタついていた。さらに、ガイドのおばさんは香港の人で、頑張っているのは十分伝わったが、細かい話しは分からなかった。ずっと、外国人相手のガイドをして来たそうで、日本人客には不適切なのではないか？安かろう悪かろうだから我慢しろということか？我慢はしたが、もし仮に事故などにあったら、誰が補償するのか不安だった。

It was disappointing that the weather wasn't great, but it was very enjoyable to have a professional driver take us through areas that would have been impossible to drive alone! I participated with my family, but since I'm usually the driver, I can't enjoy the scenery. However, I was able to relax and doze off while taking in the views, making it a wonderful trip that gave me peace of mind. Thank you, driver AOKI!

天気が良くなかったのが残念でしたが、とても1人では運転が無理な範囲をプロのドライバーさんが運転してもらえるのでとても楽でした！
家族で参加しましたが、私はいつも運転手なので、景色を楽しむことができませんが、景色を見ながらウトウトできてとても心に余裕ができた良い旅でした。

This is a great option for efficiently visiting multiple tourist spots in one day. You can stop at each location approximately once an hour, which is gentle on the body. Especially at the places we stopped in the morning, they introduced us to recommended meals, and thanks to their suggestions, I was able to enjoy a very rich drinking yogurt. The guide was proactive in taking photos and had a great spirit of service. The time spent at each tourist spot is inevitably short, so it was a bit disappointing that we didn't have the opportunity for activities like the sightseeing boat or the ropeway, but I was satisfied with the efficiency of the tour, which allowed us to reach places that are not accessible by public transportation alone.

効率良く、一日で複数の観光地を回るには、おすすめです。ほぼ1時間以内に一度、観光地に停まっていただけて、体にも優しいです。特に午前中に停止した場所では、その場所でのお薦めの食事を紹介してくださり、紹介してくださったお陰で、大変濃厚な飲むヨーグルトを堪能する事ができました。ガイドさんは積極的に写真を撮って下さり、サービス精神旺盛でした。各観光場所での滞在時間はどうしても短めになりますので、遊覧船やロープウエイになるタイミングがなかったのが残念ですが、公共の交通機関だけでは到達できない効率で回ることができましたので、満足です。

In the small space of a minibus, I sincerely hope that the guide will refrain from speaking loudly to the guests without covering their mouth, as this is important for preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Additionally:
- Speaking on the phone about personal matters for a long time without covering their mouth,
- Telling guests, "You don't have to worry about COVID,"

These actions demonstrated a lack of thoroughness in preventing the spread of COVID-19. I would like to see improvements in this area moving forward.

小型バスという小さい空間の中、ガイドさんが口をカバーしないまま大きい声で、客にしゃべるのが、コロナ感染拡大防止の意味でこころよりおやめいただきたいです。

他にも:
- 口をカバーしないまま長時間でプライベートのことを携帯電話で話したり、
- 客に「コロナを気にしなくてもよいよ」と言う
など、コロナ感染拡大を徹底していない姿勢を見せました。今後ともこの点だけ改善していただきたく思っております。

The company originally focused on inbound tourism, and the guides from abroad provided thorough explanations. The driver also practiced safe driving, and thanks to the participants who adhered to the meeting times, everything went smoothly. Since we visited several places starting early in the morning, this tour is suited for those with good stamina. One place I particularly liked during the trip might be worth staying at next time to enjoy it more thoroughly. It was significantly more efficient than renting a car and navigating an unfamiliar area alone, including being able to rest in the vehicle.

もともとインバウンドをメインにされていた会社で国外出身のガイドの方が丁寧に解説して下さいました。運転手の方も安全運転で、集合時間を守る参加者の方々のお陰で気持ちよく進みました。朝早くから何か所も回りますので、体力のある方向けです。出かけた中で特に気に入った場所は、次回は宿泊してじっくり楽しむのもありかと思います。一人でレンタカーを借りて慣れない土地を回るよりは、車内で眠ることも含めて格段に効率的でした。

I was worried about the weather, but at Lake Shikotsu, it was sunny and the blue, clear lake was incredibly beautiful. The sightseeing boat was very pleasant.
The meals at Lake Toya were even more delicious than I expected.
On the bus tour, I was able to enjoy sightseeing while thinking, "Wow, that's interesting!" thanks to the explanations provided.
At Mount Usu, it looked like it might rain, but I was able to see the scenery below.
I was reminded that sometimes a bus tour is a great experience!

お天気が心配でしたが、支笏湖では晴れてブルーで透明のの湖が凄く綺麗でした。遊覧船が気持ちよかった。
洞爺湖のお食事も思った以上に美味しかった。
バスツアーでは解説してもらえるのでえそーなんだーと思いながら観光できてよかったです。

There is hand sanitizer at the bus entrance. There were two guides, including an apprentice. They were foreigners, so their Japanese had some difficulties, but in some places, they took turns taking photos with personal cameras, and they were very friendly and nice people. The sightseeing spots were all breathtaking and fulfilling. The bus travel time was just right for breaks, and I think the cost performance is excellent.

ガイドさんは見習い？を含め2人添乗。外国の方でしたので日本語に若干の難がありましたが、場所によっては個人のカメラで順番に撮影もしてくれたり、とてもフレンドリーで良い方々でした。
観光先はどこも絶景で充実しています。バスの移動時間はちょうど休憩が出来ますし、コスパは最高かと思います。

The content was enjoyable, as it was a rich course that allowed us to explore the areas around Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu in one day.

However, I had some questions about the time allocation at each point. For instance, we seemed to spend a long time at spots like the Silo Observation Deck, where we just looked at the scenery and bought souvenirs, while places like Showa Shinzan, where it took time to go up and down by ropeway, felt rushed. The balance didn't seem very good.

Additionally, there were several participants who casually arrived late to the meeting time. At first, the guide seemed relaxed and didn't say anything, and since we were already running late, I started to feel anxious about the return train schedule. (However, perhaps to make up for lost time, they began to emphasize punctuality and slightly shortened the free time, which ultimately allowed us to arrive earlier, so that was good.)

The cost performance was quite good, and since it would be challenging to cover everything on your own, I think it's worth participating in.

内容的には、洞爺湖・支笏湖の周辺を一日で巡る、中身の濃いコースで楽しかったです。

ただ、ポイントごとの時間の配分は、？と思うこともありました。
「サイロ展望台」など、景色を見てお土産を買えば終わってしまうようなスポットに長い時間を使ったかと思うと、昭和新山など、ロープウェイでの登り降りに時間がかかるような場所では時間が短すぎたりと、バランスがあまり良くないように感じました。

また、参加者の方に平気で集合時間に遅れてくる方が数組いらしたのですが、最初はガイドさんもヘラヘラしていて何も注意せず、時間もかなり押しており、帰りの電車の時間もあったので、不安に感じてしまいました。
（途中から巻き返しを図ったのか、集合時間厳守とか自由時間の若干の短縮などを注意しだして、結果的には早く着けたので良かったです）

コスパもかなり良く、個人で全て回ろうとすると大変なコースなので、参加してみる価値はあると思います。

This was my ninth visit. I booked a 2-night, 3-day free plan (effectively 1 day) and thought it might be nice to join a locally organized bus tour, so I searched online. I found a bus tour packed with attractions and made a reservation. I checked the weather forecast every day, and it looked bleak, but just before the trip, the forecast changed to sunny. I wondered if we could visit so many tourist spots and stick to the schedule, but in fact, we had extended time at some locations, and we returned right on time. The tour guide and driver had a customer-oriented attitude and didn't take us to specific shops, allowing us to have a wonderful day. I would like to use a bus tour to a different location next time.

今回は9回目の来道。2泊3日（実質1日）のフリープラン、たまには現地募集のバスツアーも良いのではないかとネット検索。見どころ満載企画のこのバスツアーが目に入り予約。当日の天気予報を毎日チェック、絶望的な予報が続きましたが直前に晴れの予報。当日これ程の観光地を巡り日程時間どうり巡れるのかと思いましたが、むしろ現地の滞在時間の延長もあり、予定時間どうりの帰着となりました。添乗員さん、運転手さんもお客本位接客態度も良く、特定の店に連れていくこともなく最高の1日を過ごさせて頂きました。次回も別の場所のバスツアー利用したいと思います。

There are many tours that take you around places like Lake Toya and Showa Shinzan, but this was a very ambitious tour that also included more distant attractions like Cape Erimo and Noboribetsu. Because of this, the time spent at each location was a bit short, so we couldn't take a sightseeing boat on the lake, but we were able to see a lot of different places, which made it very satisfying. The scenery in this area is interesting, so I never get tired of seeing it, no matter how many times I visit.

洞爺湖や昭和新山等を巡るツアーはたくさんありますが、地球岬や登別など、もう少し足を伸ばして多くの観光地を巡る、大変欲張りなツアーでした。その分、一つ一つの滞在時間が短めなので、湖では観光船には乗れませんが、あちこち見ることができた分、満足度は高かったです。
この辺りの景色は面白いので、何度見ても飽きません。

I felt安心 because they thoroughly disinfected the bus every time we boarded. Although it was a microbus, the ride was comfortable. The tour guide also enthusiastically shared recommended points, which was enjoyable. The itinerary was fulfilling as we visited Cape Earth, Noboribetsu Onsen town, Showa Shinzan, and the Bear Ranch, making it a great value for the cost. The weather was nice, so it turned out to be the best day. Thank you very much.

バスに乗るたびにしっかりと除菌してくださったので安心でした。
マイクロバスでしたが乗り心地も悪くありませんでした。添乗員さんも一生懸命おすすめポイントをお話ししてくださり楽しかったです。
内容としても、地球岬から登別温泉街、昭和新山・熊牧場にも行けたので充実しておりコスパが良かったです。

I went during the Golden Week in May. Tours to Hokkaido during this time are quite rare, so I chose this course since I wouldn't be able to see the flowers. The departure was early, but we were able to cover almost everything, so I’m glad I participated. However, since it was the off-peak season, there were few tourists, and many shops were closed. Lunch was free, but I tried various snacks recommended by the tour guide at the rest area, so I didn’t go into any shops. I was worried about the weather, but it was sunny at Cape Erimo, and the view was very nice. I would like to join again during the flower blooming season next time.

5月のGWに行きました
この時期の北海道ツアーはなかなかないので
花を見れないのでこちらのコースに
出発直は早いですがほぼほぼ全部回れるので
参加してよかったです
ただどこの閑散期なので観光客もまばらで閉まっているお店も多かったです
昼食は自由でしたが、休憩場所で添乗員さんおすすめのおやつをいろいろ食べたので、お店には入らずでした
天候が心配でしたが、地球岬では晴れて景色も良くとても良かったです。
次は花の咲くシーズンに参加したいですね

It was a journey with just one driver. I think it must be really tough to do everything alone, but I wish there was at least a little guidance about the places to visit before getting off. Since it’s difficult to provide information while driving, it would be helpful to convey an overview of the location, its history, and points of interest through a recorded audio guide. Just being told the meeting time leaves participants confused about how to make the most of the short sightseeing time. It’s essential for participants to research the sightseeing points in advance.

Also, while it's understandable that there can be issues at the start of the trip, I feel there could have been a bit more recovery in the itinerary during the journey (like the relationship between Toyako Onsen and Showa Shinzan).

All the sightseeing points were wonderful!

ドライバーお一人での行程でした。
全てお一人でというのは本当に大変だと思いますが、訪問する場所の案内が降車する前に少しでもあるといいのに、、と思いました。
運転しながらは難しいと思うので、録音した音声でその場所の概要、成り立ちや魅力のポイントなどを伝えるなど。。
集合時間だけ伝えられても、短い観光時間をどう使えばいいのか、戸惑います。
参加される方、観光ポイント事前調べが必須です。

また、出発時のトラブルはしょうがないにしても、途中の行程(洞爺湖温泉街と昭和新山の位置関係、)を工夫するなど、もう少しリカバリーが出来たような気もします。

観光ポイントはどこも素晴らしかったです！

When I arrived at Lake Toya, I really felt like I had come to Hokkaido! I was very satisfied to be taken to Shikotsu-Toya National Park and Cape Chikyu in Muroran City. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was also amazing. It was great to have a small group for the tour, and the tour conductor was very polite.

洞爺湖に着いた時は北海道に来たーっ！という感じになりました。支笏洞爺国立公園と室蘭市地球岬まで連れて行って貰えて大満足です。登別の地獄谷も最高でした。少人数で開催してもらえてツアーコンダクターの方も丁寧でよかったです。

I participated on May 4, 2022.
We visited Sapporo TV Tower, Nakayama Pass, Lake Toya, Mount Usu, Cape Chikyu, Noboribetsu Hell Valley, and Lake Shikotsu all in one day. It was a tough itinerary for someone over 50 like me, but each place is worth seeing, so I highly recommend it. The price was reasonable, and the tour guide was a local from Hokkaido, providing various insights unique to the area. Thank you to the tour guide and driver for a wonderful trip.

１日でまわります。50過ぎの自分にはハードな行程でしたが、　　　　　　　　どこも一見の価値のある場所ですのでオススメです。　　　　　　　　　　　料金も良心的で、添乗員さんも地元北海道の方で、地元ならではの情報もいろいろとご案内していただきました。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　添乗員さん、運転手さん、素晴らしい旅行をありがとうございました。
