Since I don't live in Sapporo, the meeting place was a bit hard to find.
It was great to be able to visit all the sightseeing spots listed in the guidebook.
The tour guide through the headphones was easy to hear and understand.
At the Mushroom Kingdom, where we stopped for a break, I enjoyed delicious and inexpensive mushroom soup, and the lunch was also tasty.
At the end of the tour, there were many drop-off locations, and being able to get off the bus near my hotel was very convenient.

I thought the nationwide travel support would also apply to day bus tours, so it was very disappointing not to benefit from it.

札幌市在住ではないので集合場所がわかりにくかった。
ガイドブックに載っている観光名所を一通り巡れてよかった。
ヘッドフォンでのツアーガイドは聞き取りやすく、またわかりやすかった。
途中休憩のために立ち寄ったキノコ王国では美味しく安い
きのこ汁を堪能でき、昼食も美味しかった。
ツアー解散時、解散場所が多数あり、最寄りホテルの近所で
バスを降りることが出来たのもとても便利だった。

全国旅行支援は日帰りバスツアーも該当と思ったが、
恩恵を得られないのは大変残念だった。

They changed the meeting place at Otaru Canal, allowing us to have some extra time for sightseeing at one location. Thanks to that, we were also able to see Otaru Art Village. The tasting of three types each of red and white wine at Yoichi Winery was great. We arrived at Jozankei while it was still bright and were able to enjoy a soak at Yunohana Onsen.

小型バスで、一カ所の観光時間にゆとりをもたせながら、小樽運河では集合場所を変更してくださいました。
おかげで小樽芸術村も見ることができました。
余市ワイナリーでは赤白ワイン3種ずつの試飲が良かった。
定山渓にも明るい内に到着し、湯ノ花温泉に入れました。

I participated alone. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but I had the bus seat to myself, and having lunch alone didn't feel awkward at all; it was really enjoyable! Hokkaido is a place where you can't go far without a car, but thanks to this, I had a great time.

It was a very good tour. Thanks to the efficient allocation of time, I was able to enjoy the sightseeing spots at Lake Toya and Noboribetsu throughout the day. It was the best day trip in terms of cost performance.

Since the other participants also kept to the schedule, we were able to take a little extra time at the last spot to enjoy a warm and delicious meal.

The guide was very kind and provided information about each photo spot and recommended gourmet options. Additionally, the thoughtfully planned tour route helped us avoid the busy times for tourists, allowing us to take many beautiful photos. I was very satisfied.

The weather was wonderful, and I was able to see spectacular views. The autumn foliage in the mountains was amazing, and I could feel the vastness of nature. We were able to efficiently visit Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu. The guide's service was excellent; they arranged the schedule to ensure we made it in time for the sunset, allowing us to see the breathtaking view of the sunset over Lake Shikotsu. I participated in the second day of a one-night trip to Hokkaido at the end of October, which my busy work schedule and my son's busy school schedule allowed us to coordinate. We considered renting a car, but since I was unfamiliar with the roads and worried about the possibility of snow, and my son wanted to visit Lake Shikotsu, this route was perfect for us.

I knew from reading reviews that our guide was not from Japan, but I judged that it wouldn’t be a problem at all. The guide was from China and had lived in Hokkaido for a long time since studying abroad, so they were much more knowledgeable about Hokkaido than we were. The stories they shared, including episodes about the Chinese language and culture, were enjoyable.

It was raining when we passed through Jozankei shortly after departure, but the weather gradually improved, and we were able to see stunning views with varying amounts of clouds and beautiful autumn foliage. At Cape Erimo, where we could see the horizon, the guide confirmed that it was the best weather they had seen recently!

Thanks to all participants returning to the bus a little earlier than the scheduled meeting times, we made it just in time for the wonderful sunset at Lake Shikotsu. Despite clouds and light rain on the mountains, the spot where the sun was setting was clear, allowing us to see an incredibly lucky view.

The guide recommended various foods at each point, but since I had a hearty breakfast, I couldn’t eat anything until lunch, which was a bit disappointing. If you’re looking forward to the gourmet aspect of this tour, I suggest having a light snack, like a rice ball, early in the morning, or even skipping breakfast altogether.

For those who are particular about gourmet food, I think there isn’t enough time for options during lunch, so it would be better to eat on another day. For us, we were very satisfied to enjoy delicious food while overlooking Lake Toya, which had a faint rainbow.

This time, perhaps due to good traffic conditions, we returned nearly an hour earlier than planned, giving us plenty of time before our return flight, which was a relief as we could spend time at the airport without feeling rushed. The driver was also kind, occasionally chatting with us and helping with our luggage.

Sitting right behind the driver, I could see that they were committed to safe driving. I feel really lucky to have experienced such a high-satisfaction tour for this price. Thank you very much. While the weather is a matter of luck, I highly recommend that those who are hesitant take the plunge and participate.

仕事で忙しい自分と学業で忙しい息子がなんとか休みを合わせて訪れた10月末に1泊だけの北海道旅行の2日目に参加しました。
レンタカーを使うことも考えましたが、慣れない道で日程的に万が一雪でも降ったら怖いし、息子が支笏湖に行きたいと言ったので、こちらのルートがピッタリでした。
クチコミを読んでいたのでガイドさんが日本出身ではないことは知っていましたが、全く問題はないと判断。
中国出身の方で北海道には留学以降長く住んでお仕事もされているとのこと、内地から私達よりよほど北海道に詳しく、中国の言葉や文化などのエピソードも交えたお話は楽しかったです。
出発してすぐ定山渓を通る頃は雨でしたが、だんだん天候が回復し、雲が多め〜少なめの晴れ、紅葉も中盤〜終わりかけ、とどこでも文句ない絶景を見ることが出来、水平線を一望できる地球岬では、ガイドさんがここ最近では1番天気がいいとお墨付きの光景でした！
参加者の全員が全ての場所で約束の集合時間より少しずつ早くバスに戻ってきたおかげもあり、支笏湖の素晴らしい日の入り時刻にちょうど間に合い、山には雲がかかり雨もパラついているのに日が沈む場所だけは雲が切れているという、ラッキーすぎる景色を見ることが出来ました。
それぞれのポイントで、オススメの食べ物を教えて下さったのですが、朝食をしっかり食べてきてしまったので昼食までのところでは何も食べられなかったのが残念でした。
このツアーでグルメも楽しみに参加されるなら、ものすごく朝早くにおにぎり1個くらい軽く食べる、もしかしたら朝食抜きでもいいくらいかもしれません。
昼食はグルメにこだわる人には時間がなさすぎて選択肢はあまりないと思うので、こだわりグルメがある人は他の日程で食べておいた方がいいです。
私たちにとっては、このツアーでオススメされるレストランでうっすら虹のかかった洞爺湖湖を眺めながら美味しいものをいただけたので十分満足でした。
今回は交通事情もよかったのか、予定より1時間近く早く戻ってくることが出来、私達も帰りのフライトまでかなり余裕が出来たので、空港で時間に追われず過ごせて助かりました。
運転手さんもたまに声をかけてくださったり、荷物を出し入れして下さって優しかったです。
運転席のすぐ後ろに座っていたので、途中の運転も安全運転を心がけているのがよく分かりました。
この金額でこれだけ満足度の高いツアーを体験できて本当にラッキーです。ありがとうございました。
お天気だけは運だと思いますが、迷われてる方はぜひ思い切って参加されることをオススメします。

I thought it was a plan that allowed us to move efficiently overall! There were some issues with daylight hours, which led to changes in the order, but in the end, I think we managed to visit everything very efficiently. Unfortunately, the weather was not great at times, but it was sunny at Cape Erimo, and we were able to see the beautiful sea. It was nice that the tour guide provided explanations and informed us about famous local foods at the stops. The sweet potato fries in the morning were heavy, but I enjoyed them! On October 25th, I participated in the "Sapporo Departure Shikotsu Lake and Toya Lake Round Trip Bus Tour with Usuzan Ropeway & Lunch." The day before had been filled with cold rain, but on the day of the tour, the weather changed completely to a clear blue sky. It was a whirlwind day visiting Shikotsu Lake, Toya Lake, Showa Shinzan, Usuzan, and the Silo Observation Deck.

Above all, the view of Ezo Fuji (Yotei Mountain) from Lake Toya was breathtaking, with not a single cloud in the sky and snow on the summit. It truly felt like a sight I could admire for hours. I'm considering joining the tour again in November...

10月25日に「札幌発支笏湖・洞爺湖周遊バスツアー 有珠山ロープウェイ＆昼食付」に参加しました。
前日は一日冷たい雨でしたが、ツアー当日は一転し抜けるような青空の中、支笏湖⇒洞爺湖⇒昭和新山⇒有珠山⇒サイロ展望台とあっという間の一日でした。
何よりも洞爺湖からの蝦夷富士（羊蹄山）は雲一つ無く山頂には冠雪もありました。
本当に何時間でも見てられるような存在感を感じました。
11月にも再度ツアー参加を考えています。。。

The meeting point at the bus terminal entrance is difficult to understand on the map. They are taking infection control measures by checking temperatures at the meeting point and ensuring alcohol disinfection every time we board the bus. Main sightseeing spots:
☆ Lake Shikotsu (60 minutes)····· If you take the glass boat at the designated time, there’s hardly any time left. You need to take a few photos, use the restroom, and dash back to the bus to make it on time; I wish we had at least 20 more minutes here. Unfortunately, the lake's transparency was poor, and I couldn't see the beautiful Lake Shikotsu Blue.

☆ Lake Toya (85 minutes)····· First, everyone has lunch at the hotel. There are many dishes, but they are quite ordinary—just decent enough not to be bad. It’s a rather desolate tourist spot; after taking photos of Lake Toya, there’s absolutely nothing else to do or see, and we ended up with a lot of free time. We just sat in the lobby waiting. I understand that the crew needs to have their break, but 85 minutes here is unnecessary. I would prefer to allocate that time to Lake Shikotsu instead. The crew also knows there’s nothing to see here, so the complete lack of explanation about how to spend our time here is the best evidence of that.

Mount Usu····· The ropeway will stop in bad weather, and in that case, we will visit the bear ranch, but if we can’t ride the ropeway here, that would be the worst. The view from the summit was wonderful.

Others····· This is just a restroom break location, so I don’t have any particular impressions. It was just okay, a bit rushed.

The pricing, including lunch at the hotel, is not bad, but the time allocation needs to be reconsidered. Overall, I didn’t feel it was an amazing tour. If the weather is bad, I would feel quite disappointed. Honestly, I would have preferred to join a different, slightly cheaper tour that also visits similar areas and operates on weekdays.

集合場所のバスターミナルの入口が地図で分かりにくい。集合場所での検温、バス乗車の都度アルコール消毒の徹底で一応感染対策はしている。車内でのイヤフォンによる音声案内は聞き取りやすい。
メインの観光場所
☆支笏湖（60分）·····指定時間のグラスボートに乗るとほぼ残り時間がありません。写真数枚撮ってトイレに行ってダッシュでバスに戻らないと間に合わない、ここはあと20分は時間が欲しい。
あいにく湖の透明度が悪く、支笏湖ブルーの湖面は見られなかった。
☆洞爺湖（85分）·····まず全員でホテル内で昼食。品数は多いがごく普通、不味くは無い程度。寂れた観光地、洞爺湖の写真を撮った後、他に何もする事も観る所も全くなく時間時間をかなり持て余した。ロビーでボーと座って待つだけ。乗務員の休憩時間を確保しなくてはいけないのは分かりますが、ここは85分も不要。それなら支笏湖に時間を回して欲しい。乗務員も何も見る所がない事は分かっているので、ここでの過ごした方に関しての説明が全くなかったのが何よりの証拠。

ホテルでの昼食を含めての金額設定は悪くはないですが、時間配分は再考の必要有り。総合して、凄く良いツアーでした‼とは思わなかった。もし天候不良の場合はかなり損した気分になりそう。
本当は同じ様な地域を回るもう少し安価の別ツアーが平日も催行してくれてたらそちらに参加したかった。

It was a tour with many sightseeing spots and great cost performance. I would recommend it based on the content. However, there may be a significant difference in the level of the guides. The guide on the day I participated provided minimal information. There were beautiful autumn foliage views from the car window, but instead of explaining the scenery, the guide prioritized taking videos and photos for their own enjoyment. To be honest, I was a bit surprised and disappointed.

I was able to visit various places in one day, and I had plenty of free time to leisurely explore and enjoy myself. Although the sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu was canceled due to strong winds, I quickly enjoyed climbing up to the observation deck and wandering around. The lunch at Lake Toya was also delicious and very filling. I walked to the Wakasaimo Toya main store to enjoy freshly made "imo-ten" and had fun visiting the lakeside viewpoints. From the Usuzan summit station, I could also see Mount Komagatake from the Usuzan crater observation deck. The driver and the bus guide were both very nice, and participating in this tour was definitely the right choice. I would like to use this service again.

支笏湖は、強風で遊覧船は欠航でしたが、展望台に上がったり、散策してるとあっという間でした。
洞爺湖のランチもボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったです。わかさいも洞爺湖本店まで歩いて揚げたて「いもてん」を食べたり、湖畔のビュースポット巡りして楽しめました。
有珠山山頂駅から坂道を上がる有珠山火口原展望台からは、駒ヶ岳も眺めることができました。
運転手さん、バスガイドもとってもよい方で、このツアーに参加して大正解でした。また利用したいです。

The bus guide accompanied us, but they used a type of audio guide that played through earphones. It seems the main job of the bus guide was to provide information about the meeting points. The sightseeing boat on Lake Shikotsu was canceled due to strong winds, and the shops offering discounts were closed. The day-use hot springs were only available on weekends, so we couldn't use them.

At the visitor center, we received recommendations for walking trails and went for a stroll. The scenery was beautiful, but it would have been nice to hear this information from the bus guide. I should have researched shopping information about the Mushroom Kingdom in advance, but since I went on a whim, I ended up buying Hokkaido apples and potatoes from a nearby fruit and vegetable shop. I'm looking forward to that, but it's a shame I didn't have time to try the mushroom soup. Also, it would have been great if the bus had shared information about the popular mushroom assortment and the rare fallen leaf mushrooms.

After lunch at Lake Toya, we were able to relax at the day-use hot springs. After viewing the crater from the nearby observation deck at Mount Usu, we enjoyed soft serve ice cream at Usu Terrace. We received a 100 yen discount with our bus tour ticket.

After getting off the ropeway, we didn't go to the bear ranch and instead wandered around the sign for Showa Shinzan. The Silo Observation Deck offers a breathtaking view of Lake Toya from a high vantage point. The souvenir shop was crowded, and I missed the chance to buy Yotei Mountain beer, which seems to be hard to find in Sapporo city. However, it was available at New Chitose Airport.

As the sun set, we headed back to Sapporo while enjoying the sunset. Our last restroom break was at the dark Nakayama Pass, where we were lucky to catch a glimpse of the sunset over Mount Yotei.

有珠山ロープウェイは近くの展望台から火口を見た後、有珠テラスでソフトクリームを食べました。バスツアーの半券で100円引きになります。
ロープウェイを降りて熊牧場には行かず、昭和新山の看板あたりをぶらぶらしました。
サイロ展望台は洞爺湖を高台から見下ろす絶景を楽しめる。お土産屋さんは混んでいて、羊蹄山ビールが気になったのに買いそびれた。これ札幌市内には、あまり置いていないようです。新千歳空港にはありました。
日も暮れ夕焼けを見ながら札幌へ。最後のトイレ休憩は真っ暗な中山峠。羊蹄山に沈む夕日がギリギリ見えて良かったです。
なんやかんや、楽しい1日を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

During the sudden cold snap, my lightweight down jacket was a lifesaver. Unfortunately, the visibility at Lake Shikotsu was not great due to heavy rain two days before the tour, but the view of Mount Usu from Lake Toya was stunning, with fresh snow accumulated on the summit from the previous day. It was also impressive to see Showa Shinzan up close. If I had a bit more time at Mount Usu, I would have loved to walk the trekking course there.

ツアー参加２日前に大雨が降ったので支笏湖の透明度は残念ながらイマイチでしたが、洞爺湖から見る有珠山などは前日降った雪が山頂に積もっており、とても綺麗でした。昭和新山も近くで見れて、迫力がありとても良かったです。有珠山でもう少し時間があれば、有珠山のトレッキングコースを歩いてみたかったです。

There were no stops at souvenir shops, and the time allocation at each location was really well thought out. I wish we could have had an extra 10 minutes at the roadside station for a restroom break, but considering the rest of the itinerary, that might have been difficult.

Given the current circumstances, it was unfortunate that eating and drinking were prohibited on the bus. I wanted to enjoy the hot fried sweet potatoes. However, it's probably better to have the ban than to have things get out of hand.

お土産屋さんへの立ち寄りは一切なし、各地の時間配分も本当に良く考えられていました。願わくばトイレ休憩の道の駅であと10分時間が欲しかったところですが後の行程を考えたら難しいですね。
時節柄、車内での飲食禁止が残念でした。揚げ芋温かい内に食べたかったです。
でも、タガが外れて大変な事になるより禁止位で良いのでしょうね。

It was a very fulfilling tour. We visited all the sightseeing spots, and at almost every location, we had plenty of time, so I was able to take many memorable photos. The lunch was also very delicious, and you can enjoy it slowly while taking in the wonderful view, so I highly recommend it!

- The guide, Matsumoto, was friendly and cheerful, and even though I participated alone, I was able to relax.
- It wasn't a typical tour; both the guide and the recommendations were just right, making it easy to join.
- The itinerary wasn't too long, and I appreciated having some time left to go out after the tour ended.
- The weather was perfect, so every location had wonderful views, but the sunset at Lake Shikotsu was particularly memorable.
- If the driver made an effort to get us there in time for that sunset, I appreciate their thoughtfulness (there seemed to be a bit of traffic along the way).

The tour followed the route and time allocation as described. It was great because navigating the area on your own would be quite challenging. For lunch, you are advised to take care of it yourself in the Toyako Onsen area, and they don’t provide recommendations, so if you have a specific destination or restaurant in mind, it's best to make a reservation or do some research beforehand. From my experience, there are only a few places to eat, such as a Western-style restaurant popular with locals, a soba shop, a café, seafood bowls, and ramen. Since the time is limited, if you want to enjoy a leisurely stroll around Lake Toya and eat by the lakeside, I think it’s better to buy something in Sapporo and bring it with you.

There isn’t a veteran guide like you would find on typical bus tours, so those who have participated in various tours might find the amount of information and hospitality lacking. It seems to be a company focused on inbound tourism, so there is no native Japanese-speaking guide, and their knowledge is limited.

I have participated in various tours at different tourist spots, but I have never felt as relieved to return safely to Sapporo as I did on this tour. The driver was coughing and blowing his nose while driving, clearly showing signs of not feeling well, and since we were running late, it was already dark when we left Lake Shikotsu. Other tours usually adjust the stay time or make on-the-spot decisions, but the guide was merely there to assist the driver and prevent passengers from being left behind, so they couldn’t respond flexibly. I spent the time anxiously praying for no accidents on the winding road from the dark Lake Shikotsu to Sapporo.

昼ご飯は洞爺湖温泉街で自身で済ませてきて下さい、お勧めはありません、と言われますので、目的がある方や目当てのお店がある方は予約するなり、下調べをしたほうが良いです。参加した感想としては、お昼を食べる箇所は数件しかなく、地元民で賑わう洋食屋、蕎麦屋、カフェ、海鮮丼、ラーメンくらいです。時間も短いので、洞爺湖をゆっくり散策しながら湖畔で食べたい方は事前に札幌で購入して持参したほうが良いと思います。
一般的なバスツアーにいらっしゃるベテランガイドさんはいませんので、様々なツアーに参加されている方には情報量やおもてなしの満足感は低いと思います。インバウンドに特化していた会社のようなので、ネイティブな日本語でのガイドはありませんし、知識も少ないです。

様々な観光地で色々なツアーに参加してきましたが、安全に札幌に戻れてこんなにもホッとしたツアーは今までありませんでした。運転手さんは運転中に咳をしたり、鼻をかんだり、明らかに体調に不安を感じる方でしたし、時間が押していたので、支笏湖を出る時にはもう真っ暗。他のツアーなら滞在時間を短くしたり、その場での判断をしていくものですが、ガイドさんは運転手の補助的役割で乗客の乗り忘れを防止するだけの要員なので、臨機応変に対応できない。真っ暗な支笏湖沿いの道から札幌に出るまでのクネクネ道を事故にならないように祈りながら、不安に過ごしました。
他の方の体験談にもありましたように、時間配分や立ち寄り場所の創意工夫がもっとできるツアーだと思います。しかし、11時間もの長時間、ワンオペでの運転の為、運転手さんの休憩を考えた行程になっていますので、観光地での時間配分がちぐはぐだったり、昼休憩にまた洞爺湖温泉街に15分かけて戻ったり、と効率面から考えたら疑問を感じますが、それはワンオペでの運転が前提の行程なので、そうなっているんだ、と分かりました。安全面を考えたら、11時間もの長時間、長距離(340kmくらい)ワンオペ運転は催行会社の安全への意識の低さを感じましたし、いつか大きな事故につながるのではないか・・・と懸念する働き方だと思います。他者にお勧めするかと聞かれたら、正直積極的には言えません。運転手さんが二人体制になれば、行程や時間配分も改善されるでしょうし、道の駅などを加えたらお昼ご飯も困らないし、ベテランガイドさんがいなくても、これだけの距離を移動できて、回れるツアーは他にないので、魅力的なツアーになると感じました。

If you're wondering how to efficiently tour the vast Hokkaido, I highly recommend this!
Pros: Excellent cost-performance! You can visit various spots comfortably within the time limit. The tour guide is friendly and informs you about photo spots and local specialties in each area, so no prior research is needed. We were able to see the sunset at Lake Shikotsu at just the right moment. I'm grateful to the driver who drove us all day at this price.
Cons: The meeting point instructions were unclear. It was supposed to be in the hotel lobby, but there were no recognizable people there... In reality, we were quite flustered waiting in front of the sightseeing bus parked on the road. I think it would be helpful if the tour guide held a sign or if we could gather in front of the bus and communicate the bus number in advance.

北海道なんて広いしどこを効率よく観光すればいいのか分からないと思っている方にオススメ！
良い点：コスパ最高！効率よく時間内に無理なく回れます。添乗員さんが親切で各エリア毎に写真スポットや名物を教えてくれるので下調べなくても大丈夫。最後は絶妙なタイミングで夕焼けの支笏湖が見られました。この価格で一日中運転してくれたドライバーの方に感謝です。
改善点：集合場所の案内が曖昧。ホテルロビーの予定でしたがロビーにそれらしい人達は居ず‥。実際は道路に停車中の観光バス前でかなり焦りました。添乗員さんが案内旗などを持って待機する、バス前集合ならバスナンバーを伝えておくなど検討して頂けるといいと思います。
