First of all, I would like to thank the driver and the tour guide for spending ample time with us. I also want to express my gratitude to the company for organizing such a cost-effective tour.

This was my first bus tour since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it had changed quite a bit. It was very international. The tour guide was trilingual (and I think they were quite tired). In a good way, I had a fun time. For those who understand two languages, the repeated introductions helped improve comprehension.

I felt that the free time at each location was a bit short because I judged that I wouldn't be able to make a round trip to my desired spots within that time frame. Younger participants might have had the energy to venture out more. Still, due to the high level of freedom, I was able to engage in quite a bit of individual activity.

コロナ開け初めてのバスツアーでしたが、依然と様変わりしていました。とってもインターナショナル。添乗員さんはトライリンガル（でお疲れだったと思います）。良い意味で、楽しく過ごせました。２カ国語くらい分かる方だと、重ねての紹介になるので理解度はアップします。
各所での自由行動時間がちょい足りなかったと感じたのは、体力的にその時間内で希望する場所までの往復ができないと判断したからで、若い方だとガッツに行動できたかもしれません。それでも、自由度が高かったため、結構個別行動させていただきました。

I have participated in your tours for three consecutive years. This time it was a sightseeing tour of Shikotsu-Toya, and there were about a quarter of the participants who were Japanese. The guidance was in alternating Japanese and Chinese, but the guide's explanations were precise, making it feel like I was studying Chinese through simultaneous interpretation. Before the pandemic, I used to go to Hawaii every year, and I hope to join one of your overseas tours someday.

いましたがいつか貴社の海外ツアーに参加したいと思います。

The choice of travel destinations was excellent, and each place offered beautiful scenery. The guide was fantastic. They explained the history and culture of Hokkaido in an easy-to-understand way, and the stories were so interesting that we couldn't stop laughing in the car. It was the best trip! I look forward to your assistance the next time I visit Hokkaido.

旅行地の選択が良く、どれでも美しい景色でした。
ガイドさんがすごく良かったです。北海道の景色から歴史や文化や分かりやすく説明していただきました。話が面白くて、車の中で笑い声たまりませんでした。

It was a course where I could fully enjoy the nature of Hokkaido. The driver and the guide provided exceptional hospitality, so even though I participated alone, I was able to spend the day with peace of mind. I would love to explore another course guided by the same guide next time, so I would be happy if that option is available. Thank you very much.

This tour feels more like a tour for Chinese-speaking people, with Japanese participants joining in, but the guide from Taiwan did a great job explaining everything in Japanese. It was rainy, but they provided a bag for folding umbrellas and helped by recommending products, as well as pointing out items and stores to avoid.

どちらかと言うと中国語圏の人向けのツアーに日本人が便乗している感のあるツアーですが、今回担当の台湾出身のガイドさんはきちんと日本語でも説明してくれて良かったです。雨でしたが折り畳み傘を入れる袋をくれたり、おすすめの商品やおすすめしない商品、店舗も言ってくれて助かりました。

I absolutely recommend this for an efficient experience! The guide is bilingual and amazing! This tour is the only one that takes you to Cape Earth! If I come to Hokkaido again, I would definitely use this service. There were many foreign visitors, but everything felt natural and the schedule was well maintained.

It was the best tour for travelers without a car! The guide was kind, and being able to listen to the explanations through earphones meant I could relax and even take a nap when I wanted. I'm thinking of going on the same tour again!

It was a bit of a tough schedule, but I was glad to be able to visit several landmarks in one day. The guide was knowledgeable, and the explanations were easy to understand. I was impressed by the beautiful scenery of Hokkaido. If I have the chance, I would like to experience another course as well.

少しハードなスケジュールでしたが、一日で何箇所の名所巡ることが出来て、よかったです。ガイドさんも専門的、説明も分かりやすかったです。北海道の素晴らしい風景に感動しました。機会があれば、別のコースも体験したいと思います。

Noboribetsu's Hell Valley has a sulfur smell similar to Hakone, giving it a hot spring feel. You might not fully appreciate it unless you stay overnight. Lake Toya was magnificent and beautiful. The balloon pudding and drinking yogurt were very delicious, but due to the Obon holiday, some dining places were closed, resulting in long lines... The bear ranch, which I didn't have high expectations for, turned out to be enjoyable with the cubs, food-catching bears, waving bears, and lazy bears!

登別の地獄谷は箱根と同じく硫黄臭いで温泉感あり。一泊しないと良さがわからないかも。洞爺湖は雄大で奇麗でした。風船プリン・飲むヨーグルトは大変美味しかったですが、お盆休みで食事処がお休みもあって行列が長くて。。。あまり期待していなかったクマ牧場が、子熊・餌キャッチ熊・手を振る熊・怠惰な熊など楽しめました！

The tour guide was very considerate, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

This time, I participated in a bus tour alone. I think it would have been cheaper to go to Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya with lunch included than to rent a car alone. There were also foreign participants, such as Chinese and Koreans, but you can plug in the earphones at the seat and listen to all the guides through them. So, it's reassuring that it supports English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. I was satisfied because I could visit the places I was interested in. I hope to go on a different tour next time.

今回は1人でバスツアーに参加しました。支笏湖洞爺湖には、1人でレンタカーを借りて行くより、昼食付きで行くとしたら安く行けたと思います。中国人や韓国人などの外国の方も参加していましたが、座席横にあるイヤホンを指す場所に差し込み、イヤホンにて全てのガイドを聴きます。なので英語、中国語、韓国語、日本語に対応しているので安心していけます。気になるところや回りたいところに行けたので満足です。また違うツアーに行けたらいいなと思います。

I was able to see many famous spots in one day, which was great! The bear ranch exceeded my expectations. There are various troubles, but it would be best if we could coexist with humans.

１日で沢山の名所を見れてとても良かったです！クマ牧場も期待以上でした。何かとトラブルがありますが人間と共存できれば1番いいですね。

The guide's reception and explanations were very good. Also, the driving was extremely safe, so I had no worries at all. This tour was so great that I plan to visit the Furano area next year. I'm looking forward to it already.

I think it must have been tough to handle two countries.

However, the explanations in Chinese were too long.
If a three-minute explanation in Japanese turns into thirty minutes in Chinese, it becomes annoying.

I can't understand what is being said, but I believe there is quite a bit of small talk.

日本語で３分の説明を中国語で ３０分も話されては、うるさいです。

The weather was nice, the food was good, and everything from the lake to the mountains and the view from the cable car was great. I was a bit surprised by the tsunami alert, but I'm grateful that there were no changes to the tour and that I returned safely.

天気も良く、食事も良く湖も山、ロープウェイからの景色も全て良かったです。
津波アラートで少しビックリしましたが、ツァーに変更も無く無事に帰って来れた事に感謝。

I participated because I wanted to see Showa Shinzan. We started with two buses, and there were hardly any Japanese people. My bus was mostly filled with tourists from China, so it can't be helped, but the tour guide was also Chinese, and the sightseeing commentary was mostly in Chinese. Although they spoke some Japanese, the in-bus commentary was not fluent, and the endings were in Chinese, making it impossible to understand the important explanations. I believe the other bus with English speakers understood much better.

昭和新山を見たくて参加しました。バス2台でスタートし，ほとんど日本人がいませんでした。私のバスはほぼ中国からの観光客なので仕方ないのでしょうが，添乗員さんも中国の方で観光ガイドはほぼ中国語，日本語を話されますが，車内のガイドは流暢とは言えず，文末は中国語になっており，大事な説明が全く分かりませんでした。もう一台の英語圏の方が余程理解したと思いました。

As a way to show filial piety, I traveled with my mother in her 60s from the metropolitan area. The meeting place was easy to find, but after that, I felt like I had come to a foreign country. After all, 90% of the participants were from China, and the bus guide was also Chinese. At first, they spoke both Japanese and Chinese equally, but pretty early on, it was about 90% Chinese for the entire time. The guide was getting excited with the customers on their own... The beautiful scenery felt more like a trip to China than Hokkaido. Fortunately, I had been studying Chinese, so I could vaguely understand what was being said, but if I hadn't, I think I would have felt quite exhausted. The calls of "Japanese people!" and "Chinese people!" were also somewhat unpleasant. The serene and quiet scenery was completely ruined by the loud Chinese announcements. Moreover, there was hardly any time to rest. It's understandable due to the busy schedule, but with only 20 to 30 minutes of stay, everything felt rushed. I was exhausted from the shower of Chinese in the bus!

親孝行として、60代の母と2人で首都圏から旅行しに来ました。集合場所は分かりやすかったけど、それ以降はまるで異国へ旅しに来たかのような気持ちに。なんたって参加者は中国の方が9割。バスガイドさんも中国の方。最初は日本語と中国語の両方を半々ずつ話してくれていたけど、割と序盤から9:1くらいでずーーーーーっと中国語を聞かされてました。ガイドさん、勝手にお客さんと盛り上がってるし、、。折角の風情ある景色も、なんだか北海道ではなくて中国旅行しにきたみたい。たまたま私は中国語を勉強していたのでうっすら何を話しているか分かったんですけど、全く分からなかったとしたらかなり疲労感がたまると思いました。日本人の方ー！中国人の方ーー！という声掛けもなんか嫌でした。せっかくの穏やかで静かな景色が中華の大きな声アナウンスで本当台無し。しかも休む間が全然無い。忙しいスケジュールだから仕方ないけど滞在時間が20,30分しかないから超駆け足。バスの中では中国語のシャワー笑つかれました！

I saw an exquisite view and was very satisfied. Thank you. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Summer in Hokkaido is beautiful. ^_^

The participants were about 80 people on two buses, with three-quarters being foreign tourists (mostly Chinese). Therefore, half of the guide's speech was in Chinese. The guide was from China and had no issues with Japanese; they were a very pleasant person.

The tour packed in famous sightseeing spots that can be visited in a day from and back to Sapporo, making it a tight schedule for the value. While there was no need to rush, I felt at various locations that "it would be nice to have a little more time." For example, at Lake Toya, it was too crowded to have lunch at a popular restaurant, so I ended up with a convenience store bento (the Seikomart HotChef bento was quite delicious, which was a nice discovery). At Showa Shinzan, there wasn't quite enough time to ride the Usuzan Ropeway, regardless of whether we went to the bear ranch or not.

Based on my past experience of leisurely enjoying the visitor center after taking a sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu, I think this tour is recommended for those who want to "see a lot of different places" or "would like to revisit the good spots."

参加者はバス2台約80人で、3/4が外国人観光客（ほとんどが中国人）でした。なのでガイドさんの喋りの半分は中国語でした。ガイドさんは中国出身で、もちろん日本語に問題はなく、大変いい感じの方でした。
札幌出発・帰着で1日で回れる有名観光地を、これ以上ないというところまで詰め込んでいるので、おトクな分タイトなコースです。急いで歩かねばならないようなことはありませんでしたが、各所で「もうちょっと時間があればいいのにね～」と感じました。例えば、洞爺湖畔では、人気店でお昼するには混雑していて出発時刻に間に合わないので結局コンビニ弁当に（セイコマのHotChef弁当は結構美味しく、新しい発見がありましたけど）。昭和新山では（クマ牧場に行こうが行くまいが）有珠山ロープウェーに乗るにはちょっと時間足らず。
過去に支笏湖で観光船に乗ってビジターセンターでゆっくり楽めた経験からすると、「とにかく色々回りたい」あるいは「よかったところはリピートあり」という方にはお勧めだと思います。

The guide was kind and took photos for us, and provided individual explanations, which was very helpful. When I asked about a place to eat on the way back, they also gave me recommendations.

The weather was bad and there was fog, so it was disappointing. Next time, I think I'll check the weather forecast and plan my schedule accordingly.

It was a day blessed with good weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the great nature of Hokkaido. At the Usuzan Ropeway, we had plenty of time to explore the summit and visit the bear ranch. Thanks to the efficient guide and the friendly driver, we had a wonderful time.

天気に恵まれて北海道の大自然を満喫できた1日でした。有珠山のロープウェイでは山頂を散策してからクマ牧場を観る時間もたっぷりとありました。テキパキとしたガイドさんと感じのいい運転手さんのおかげで楽しい時間を過ごせました。

It was a truly wonderful experience throughout the day! Our guide, Mr. Onodera, provided detailed explanations in both Japanese and Chinese, allowing all participants to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. (About two-thirds of the participants were from Taiwan and China, while the rest were Japanese.) Not only did he introduce the tourist spots, but he also provided detailed information about local cuisine and souvenirs, which was very helpful. Additionally, I was really pleased with the thoughtful attention he showed by taking group photos every time we got off the bus. This was the best experience I've ever had! Thank you so much, Mr. Onodera!

Since it was a tour, the time allocation was strictly managed, and we were able to visit a number of spots that would be difficult to cover on our own. Some people might feel that the free time was short, but for me, it was just right.

ツアーなので時間配分が厳重にしてあり、フリーで行ったら回りきれないくらいのスポットに行けました。自由時間は短いと感じる人もいるかもしれませんが、私的には丁度良かったです。

It was impossible to spend a long time on the microbus. The seats rubbed against my knees, and the hard seats made my body ache. It’s outrageous to use a bus meant for nearby transportation for such long trips. Furthermore, we had to endure two hours without a bathroom break after starting. I have no complaints about the rain; that’s something we can’t control. I think the person in charge should experience the microbus at least once to understand how painful and uncomfortable it can be. I’ve used this service several times before, but I have no intention of using it again in the future. It was truly a painful and difficult bus journey.

マイクロバスで長時間は無理　膝が擦れる座席　固いシートで身体が痛くなった　近隣への送迎バスを長時間バスに使用するとはとんでもない　さらにスタートして2時間トイレ休憩もなく我慢を強いられた　時より雨の天気は仕方のないことで不満はない　担当の方は一度マイクロバスで体験してみたらいい　どんなに辛く痛いか　これまで何度か利用したが今後利用する気はない　本当に辛く痛いバス旅だった

I needed an umbrella because of the rain. The bus had audio guides available through earphones, so I wasn't bored. I enjoyed nature, including a visit to the crater from the Usuzan Ropeway. At the optional Bear Ranch, I was able to see bears of different ages and felt a connection with the bears that were around my age. Their sleeping姿 and the way they ate snacks while lying down were both amusing and brought smiles to my face. The meals, including seafood and meat, were delicious.

雨で傘が必要でした。バスの中はイヤホンを使用しての案内があり、退屈しませんでした。有珠山ロープウェイから噴火口見学できるなど自然満喫です。オプションのクマ牧場では年齢別のクマを見て自分と同じくらいの年代のクマに親近感が持てたり、寝ている姿や寝ながらおやつを食べる姿が、おかしくもあり笑顔になりました。お食事も海産物、お肉など美味しかったです。

I don't think I could have reached this place in just one day on my own. We were able to go efficiently without any crowding and on time. More than half of the guests were Chinese speakers, but the guide explained everything in both languages with care, which was enjoyable. Thanks to the experienced driver and guide, I had a wonderful day.

自分では到底この場所へ1日では行けなかったと思う。効率良く混み合うこともなく時間通りに行けました。半分以上中国語のお客さんでしたが、ガイドさんがどちらの言語も丁寧に説明してくださって楽しかった。
ベテランドライバーさんとガイドさんのお陰で楽しい1日を過ごせました。

I was able to visit Jigokudani, Chikyu Misaki, Showa Shinzan, Lake Toya, Sairo Observatory, and Lake Shikotsu all in one day. The tour guide was attentive and maintained a good distance. We returned on time. The driver's driving was excellent, and the ride was very comfortable. Thank you very much.

地獄谷、地球岬、昭和新山、洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、支笏湖が一日で回れました。添乗員さんも程良い距離感で細かく対応されてました。時間通りで帰着出来ました。ドライバーの方の運転も素晴らしく乗り心地も最高でした。ありがとうございました。

I joined this tour because I can't drive. We were able to visit two main lakes in one day, and the time allocation was just right. The meals were also very delicious.
