I was taken to sightseeing spots that would take time by rental car and public transportation. The weather was also favorable, which was great. The tour guide, who spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese fluently, was cheerful, and everyone was on time for the meeting, making for a pleasant trip.
I thought the stay time at each location was a bit short, but it was good that we could visit efficiently.

Although I’m a local, it was my first bus tour, so I had various concerns. However, the female bus guide was incredibly thorough in her explanations and treated us kindly! At each tour location, amidst many other inbound tourist groups, she referred to us as "my guests," which made us feel acknowledged. She also asked, "Are you okay?" to check on our health and proactively offered to take photos for us! The fact that she guided us in three languages was impressive!

At the end, we were worried about missing our flight due to the time at Lake Shikotsu, but our guide provided us with precise advice. We called a taxi to Lake Shikotsu instead of going to the final destination with the other tour guests, and we made it to New Chitose Airport safely! Jigokudani, Sairo, Chikyumisaki, Lake Shikotsu, and Showa Shinzan each had a stay of about 30 minutes. It felt a bit busy as we took photos and then gathered together. Since Lake Toya is a hot spring town, it was nice to have restaurants and souvenir shops where everyone could spend their time freely.

I participated in the tour in late March. This place wasn't too cold, and although there was still some snow, it didn't fall during our tour that day. There was only one other group of Japanese people besides us. The guide was from China and provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. His Japanese was quite good, but if you don't pay close attention, you might miss important information... The bus etiquette of the foreign guests was very poor. The couple sitting next to me stood up dozens of times while the bus was moving to get their luggage from the overhead compartment or to change seats with each other.
