Despite the unfortunate rain forecast and my somewhat selfish request for cherry blossom spots that are not too crowded, they graciously accommodated me, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful sightseeing experience. The driver had a wealth of knowledge, from history to urban legends, and he researched any questions I had on his smartphone to provide answers. My family and I are grateful for the professional service! Thank you very much.

This time, I decided to travel to Kyoto with my mother. Since my elderly mother would find it easier to take a taxi rather than ride the train and go around, I requested that. The driver was very calm, which made me feel at ease.

I communicated the temples and places we wanted to visit, and he kindly suggested some recommended temples along the way, which I really appreciated. He also accompanied us inside the temples, taking photos and providing explanations. He even carried an umbrella with him because it looked like it might rain, which was a great help.

I would definitely like to book activities through VELTRA again when I travel.

今回は、母と2人で京都へ旅行に行く事になりました。高齢の母には電車に乗ってあちこち行くよりゆっくりタクシーで連れて行ってもらう方がいいと思いお願いしました。運転手の方はとても穏やかで安心してお願いできました。
行きたいお寺や場所を伝え、またその通り道にはオススメのお寺もあるのでどうでしょうと教えてくださりとても有り難かったです。またお寺の中までついてくださるので写真も撮っていただいたり説明もしていただきました。雨が降りそうだからと傘も持ち歩いて一緒に行動していただき本当に助かりました。また、旅行に行く際にはベルトラさんを通してアクティビティを申し込みたいです。

We used this service for a family trip. There were three of us: two elderly people and my daughter, and we requested a tour of Kyoto. The driver was very polite and attentive, guiding us to places that are usually hard to reach by bus. We were able to visit hidden gems and famous shops in Kyoto, as well as event locations up until today, making it a meaningful day without wasting any time. The driver took many photos without any complaints, creating plenty of memories for the forgetful elderly. Thank you very much! I will definitely use this service again when I visit Kyoto, so I appreciate your help. I recommend it for both elderly and young people.

家族旅行で利用しました。高齢者2人と娘の3人で京都観光をお願いしました。案内も運転も丁寧なドライバーさんで、普段中々バスなどでは行きにくい処も案内して下さり京都の隠れた老舗や名店、今日までのイベント場所も見学出来て、時間に無駄無く有意義な１日でした。写真も嫌な顔せずに沢山撮って戴いて、物忘れの多い年寄りにも思いでが沢山出来ました。本当に有り難う御座いました。又京都に行く時は利用させて頂きますので、宜しくお願いします。高齢者にも若い人にもお薦めします。

I went on a trip to Kyoto with friends for the first time in a while, and I wanted to make the most of our time by visiting the main attractions, so I joined this tour. I was a bit anxious about being with foreigners, but the tour guide explained everything clearly, and we were able to enjoy sightseeing without any delays in our meeting times.

友達と久しぶりの京都旅行、時間を無駄にせずに主要な所に行きたくて、このツアーに参加しました
外国の方達と一緒で不安もありましたが、添乗員さんがわかりやすく説明もしてくれて、集合時間も遅れること無く楽しく観光できました。

I consulted and was taken to places where I could enjoy the cherry blossoms while avoiding crowds. For lunch, I went to a local soba restaurant without tourists and was able to have a leisurely meal.

相談して人混みを避けながら桜を観られるところをまわってもらいました。
ランチも観光客がいない地元のお蕎麦屋さんに行ってゆっくり食事ができました。

The guide explained in both Japanese and English, which was helpful since I had a friend from Australia who only understands English and a Japanese elementary school daughter who only understands Japanese. However, it was a bit hard to understand, and the kids seemed a bit confused. I think if they had incorporated some quizzes or activities, the children would have enjoyed it more.

ガイドさんが日本語と英語で説明してくれて、英語しかわからないオーストラリア人の友達と日本語しかわからない日本人の小学生の娘がいたので、助かった。ただちょっと聞き取りにくく、娘達はちょっとちんぷんかんぷんな様子で、クイズとか取り入れてくれたら子供も楽しめたんじゃないかと思う

We used the Kyoto Seven Lucky Gods pilgrimage with six people. It was great that we could complete it in one day and move at our own pace. It was helpful that it rained on that day. We were also able to have a leisurely lunch. They kindly showed us where to get the goshuin (temple seals). I would like to use this service again.

1日で回れ、自分たちのペースで動けたのが良かったです。
当日、雨が降っていたので助かりました。
お昼もゆっくり食べることができました。
御朱印の場所も丁寧に教えていただきました。

I accidentally signed up for this inbound tour and was a bit worried, but the guide was fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and was kind and responsible. The tour itself was very fulfilling, and it included a visit to "Miyama Kayabuki no Sato," which is not part of other day tours to Amanohashidate, so it was a very satisfying day.

If I had to point out something, the photo of the "kaiseki cuisine" listed in the tour details was different from what we actually ate, so I think it would be better to include photos of the dishes that will be served.

間違ってこちらのインバウンド向けのツアーを申し込んでしまい、少し心配していましたが、英語・中国語・日本語を流暢に操り、親切で責任感の強いガイドさんでした。ツアー自体も内容が充実して、ほかの天橋立日帰りツアーにない「美山かやぶきの里」の散策も入っているので、大満足の1日でした。
強いて言えば、ツアー詳細に載せてる「会席料理」の写真は食べたものと違ったので、実際に提供される料理の写真を載せるべきかなと思いました。

The on-site assistance and time management were excellent, but the way they handled my wife's forgotten mobile phone was outstanding. They stopped the bus as quickly as possible and provided great help with arranging a taxi and how to return to Kyoto Station.

当日のアテンドや、時間配分も素晴らしかったですが、妻が携帯電話を忘れてしまった時の対応が素晴らしかったです。バスを出来るだけ早く止めて、タクシーの手配方法から京都駅への戻りかた等、とても良くしていただきました。

It was a very enjoyable bus tour where we efficiently visited the sightseeing spots I wanted to go to in just one day. I was very satisfied that I could enjoy the delicious yudofu for lunch without having to wait. The tour guide, Mr. Ikeda, was very unique, making the experience never boring. The other passengers on board were also well-mannered, allowing for a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

I wanted to visit three places between checkout and the Shinkansen, and I was able to do so efficiently. In Arashiyama, the driver also guided me to a recommended restaurant for gyu-mabushi and a shop for warabi mochi.

At the first Fushimi Inari Taisha, I mistakenly went towards the mountain instead of returning, and I had to turn back halfway to make it in time for the meeting. At the next stop, Kiyomizu-dera, there were so many people that it took a long time just to stand in line to buy something, and I was cutting it close for the meeting time. However, at Kinkaku-ji, I ended up having quite a bit of extra time, and I wished I could have had a little more time at other places as well.

But overall, I am very satisfied. The guide was kind and friendly, which was great.

最初の伏見稲荷大社では、戻るところを間違えて山の方に行ってしまい、途中で引き返してなんとか集合時間に間に合いました。次の清水寺でも、ものすごい人で、買い物一つにもレジに並ぶのに時間がかかってしまい、集合時間ギリギリに。そのあとの金閣寺では逆に随分と時間が余ってしまって、他のところでもう少し時間の余裕が持てたらなーと思いました。
でも全体的にはとても満足です。ガイド様も親切で気さくで良かったです。

I visited three places on a four-hour course starting from the morning. The driver's guidance on-site, explanations in the car, and the unexpected adjustments made according to the time were very satisfying. While a sightseeing bus might also be good, I think it could be cost-effective if there are enough people. I had a great experience using this service. Thank you very much.

朝からの４時間コースで行きたい３箇所行きました。運転手さんの現地での案内、車内での説明、時間をみて最後は予定外の対応もしてもらい、大変満足しました。観光バスも良いかもしれませが、人数いれば金額的にも良いかと思います。利用させてもらい大変良かったです。ありがとうございました。

I had planned a trip to Kyoto, but I didn't have time to research transportation options or create an itinerary in advance, so I decided to use a sightseeing taxi for the first time.

On the day of the trip, I changed to a course suggested by the driver, which was completely different from my original list of places I wanted to visit. As a result, I was able to have a travel experience that exceeded my expectations!

At each destination, the driver explained the highlights and the history, allowing me to enjoy the sightseeing through both my eyes and ears. It was truly, truly wonderful. Thank you so much, driver!

京都旅行は計画していたものの、事前に移動手段を調べたり行動計画を立てる時間がなく、初めて観光タクシーを利用しました。

当日、行きたいところリストとは全く別の運転手さんのお任せしたコースに変更させていただきました。
なので想像以上の旅行をする事ができました！！

行った先々で見どころや由来などをご説明いただき、目からも耳からも観光を楽しめました。本当に本当に良かったです。

On the first day, we visited six of the Seven Lucky Gods in Tokyo over a planned five hours. Our driver provided a guided tour, giving us detailed explanations both in the car and at the temples. We were also recommended a very delicious udon restaurant for lunch. The highlight was definitely Genkōan, which the driver recommended. We hadn't planned to go there at all, but it was great because there were few tourists, allowing us to explore quietly. I think choosing a sightseeing taxi was the right decision, as it wouldn't have been possible to visit everything in one day using trains or buses.

初日は都七福神の6ヵ所を５時間の予定で回りました。運転手さんのガイド付きで移動中の車の中やお寺でも詳しく説明して頂きました。ランチのうどんやさんもとても美味しいお店を教えてもらいました。1番良かったのは運転手さんお薦めの源光庵でした。全く行く予定は無かったのですが観光客が少なく静かに回れて良かったです。電車やバスだと１日では回れないし観光タクシーを選んで良かったと思いました。

Originally, we planned to visit Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari, and Sanjusangendo. However, we were told that visiting all three would be difficult, so we were ready to give up. Fortunately, a nearby parking lot was available, and the places we stopped by were not crowded, allowing us to comfortably visit two locations. Since Sanjusangendo is always the same, we changed our plan to the driver's recommendation of Toji Temple, where we were able to explore the five-story pagoda, which was very satisfying. The detailed and thorough explanations allowed us to learn many things, which was truly wonderful. We moved quickly, so the guide must have been tired. Thank you for creating such enjoyable travel memories.

はじめの予定は清水寺→伏見稲荷→三十三間堂を予定していました。しかし3か所は難しいと言われあきらめていました。でも幸運にも近くの駐車場が空いていたり立ち寄る先々がすいていたりして2か所は余裕でまわれました。三十三間堂はいつ来ても一緒なので運転手さんオススメの東寺に変更して5重の塔の中を見学する事ができ大満足でした。丁寧で詳しい説明で色々な事を知る事ができ本当によかったです。早足で回ったのでガイドさんはお疲れになったことでしょう。楽しい旅の思い出ができありがとうございました。

I made a reservation this time to attend to a friend from overseas, and they were very satisfied. The bus guide also speaks English, and since it's mostly a tour for foreigners, I felt at ease.

今回海外からの友人をアテンドするために予約しましたが、とても満足してくれました。
バスガイドも英語対応でほとんど外国人向けのツアーなので安心です。

Ichiro-San was a wonderful host and guide - knowledgeable, humorous, patient and always professional with the six gaijin in his custody. I highly recommend he and his company.

I participated in this tour because I wanted to efficiently visit the famous sights of Kyoto in one day. It covers the must-see spots like Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama, making it highly recommended for first-timers.

【Note about the meeting place】
One point to be cautious about is the mention of "Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit Tourist Bus Drop-off Area" in the guidance email. There is a bus parking space with a sign saying "Drop-off Area," but the actual meeting place is near the entrance of that area, not at the parking space itself.

【Flexibility of the plan】
I chose the "no lunch" plan, and that was a great decision. Since we had about 120 minutes at Kiyomizu Temple, I was able to spend time thoroughly exploring the grounds and enjoying the scenery instead of rushing through a meal. The guide perfectly switched between English and Japanese, providing insights that were much deeper than I could have gotten on my own, which greatly increased my satisfaction. The schedule of finishing at 5:30 PM was also just right, as it didn't leave me too exhausted.

京都の名所を1日で効率よく巡りたかったので参加しました。伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山という定番を網羅しており、初めての方には本当におすすめです。

【集合場所についての注意】
一点、案内メールの「京都駅八条口観光バス乗降場」という表記には注意が必要です。現地に「乗降場」という看板のあるバス駐車スペースがありますが、実際の集合場所はそこではなく，乗降場の入り口付近でした。

【プランの自由度】
私は「昼食なし」プランを選びましたが、これが大正解でした。清水寺では120分ほど時間があるため、食事に時間を割くよりもじっくり境内を参拝し、景色を楽しむことができました。ガイドさんは英語と日本語を完璧に使い分けて解説してくださり、自力で回るよりも深い知識が得られて満足度が高かったです。17:30解散というスケジュールも、疲れすぎず丁度よかったです。

This time, I communicated the places I wanted to visit to the driver in advance. They planned the most optimal route for the time we had, and at each landmark, they provided a thorough guide, which helped us understand the history well and made for a very meaningful trip. I was amazed at how smoothly we navigated through the huge crowds, especially since regular vehicles were turned away due to being full, but the sightseeing taxi was allowed priority access. We enjoyed every moment, and everyone was very satisfied, agreeing that we would definitely stick with sightseeing taxis from now on.

今回はあらかじめ行きたい所を運転手さんに伝えていました。時間的に最適なコースを組んでいただき、名所では、丁寧にガイドしてもらったので、歴史がよくわかりとても有意義な旅ができました。ものすごい人混みの中をスイスイ走っていただき、一般車両は、満車で断られていたのに観光タクシーは、優先的に入れてもらえることに驚きました。時間一杯楽しめたので、これからも観光タクシーに限るねと全員で大満足でした。

The guide was very polite and easy to understand. They explained everything using both English and Japanese. There was also a good amount of freedom at each location, and I was able to enjoy myself while listening to the explanations. There was plenty of time, and I felt it was a great experience to participate.

とても丁寧で分かりやすい対応のガイドさんでした。英語と日本語の両方を使い、説明してくれました。一つ一つの場所での自由さもあり、説明を聞きながらもしっかり楽しめました。時間も余裕があり、参加して良かったと思いました。

On February 13th (Friday), my spouse and I participated in a tour. Since there were only six participants that day (three foreigners and three Japanese), the explanations on the bus were provided very politely in both English and Japanese.

Especially at Kinkaku-ji (the Golden Pavilion), our guide stayed with us until the end, kindly offering to take photos as well. In previous tours, we often had free time after arriving at sightseeing spots, so it was very refreshing to receive thorough explanations from the guide, and we were able to learn a lot of knowledge that we wouldn't have gained on our own.

Thanks to this experience, we had a very enjoyable and fulfilling time throughout the day. Thank you very much!

2月13日（金）に夫婦でツアーに参加しました。
当日は参加者が6名（外国人3名、日本人3名）と少人数だったこともあり、バス車内では英語と日本語の両方でとても丁寧に説明していただきました。

特に金閣寺では、最後まで私たちに寄り添って案内してくださり、写真撮影まで快く引き受けていただきました。これまで参加したツアーでは観光地到着後は自由行動が多かったため、ガイドさんにしっかりと説明していただけたことがとても新鮮で、個人では得られない知識もたくさん学ぶことができました。

おかげさまで、一日を通してとても楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

We participated as a family of four. The guide provided a lot of explanations in both English and Japanese, and even though it was our first time in Kyoto, we had a great time. Additionally, the guide's knowledge of the best photo spots was amazing, and we were able to take many wonderful family photos, for which we are very grateful!

I wanted to visit Kyoto and Nara Park, so I made a reservation. I was the only Japanese person, and there were mostly people from Korea and China. However, the tour guide explained everything in Japanese, which was great.

京都と奈良公園に行きたかっので予約しました。日本人は私だけで、韓国と中国の人ばかりでした。でも添乗員さんも、日本語で説明してくれたので、よかった。

Since there was only one Japanese participant on this day, the guide explained everything right next to me, and even though I have visited many times before, I learned a lot of new things. I had given up on taking pictures of myself while traveling alone, but the guide thought about the angles and locations and took many photos for me. I truly had an unforgettable and enjoyable trip, and I am grateful for that. I also want to thank the travel company for providing a guide even though there was only one participant.

日本人の参加がこの日は１人だったので、ガイドさんがずっととなりで説明してくださり、今まで何回も訪れたことがあるのに、初めて知ることが多かったです。ひとり旅だと自分が入った写真はなかなか撮れないと諦めていましたが、ガイドさんが撮る角度や場所を考えてたくさん撮って下さいました。本当に忘れられない楽しい旅ができ感謝しています。１人しか参加してないのにガイドさんを付けてくださった、旅行会社さんにも感謝します。

We went on a family trip to Kyoto. Since we had elementary school children with us, we decided to try a charter taxi for the first time. We rented it for six hours and expressed our plan to visit four places plus have lunch, and they managed to fit everything perfectly within the time.

The person in charge was very friendly and introduced us to famous spots during our travels. They also took family photos at each temple and provided explanations, which was really nice.

Traveling by train or bus would have been difficult with the kids, so they were able to enjoy the trip without getting tired. We would definitely like to use this service again.

家族旅行で京都に行きました。小学生のこどもがいたので貸切タクシーを初めて利用してみました。
6時間借りましたが、4箇所回りたい＋ランチをとプランを言い、回って頂いたところ時間ピッタリにおさめていただきました。
ご担当の方は親しみやすく、移動中にも有名なスポットを紹介して下さったり、寺院でも毎回家族写真を撮って下さり説明もして下さったりととても良かったです。
電車やバスで回ると調べたり移動も大変なので、こどもたちも疲れずに回れて楽しめました。
また利用したいと思います。

They cover the most famous temples in Kyoto and while the tour guide doesn't speak english, she was very patient and helpful! Overal a great tour for the price!!

The weather was clear and the view was wonderful. After this, I strolled along the beach at Amanohashidate. At the funaya (boat houses) in Ine, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the accommodation while sipping coffee, and I had a great time on a cruise around Ine Bay.

快晴で素晴らしい眺めでした。この後天橋立の浜辺を散策しました。伊根の舟屋では舟屋でコーヒーを飲みながら宿の雰囲気を味わい、伊根湾の遊覧を楽しみました。
