It was a rainy day, but we visited the classic spots in Kyoto: Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama's Togetsukyo Bridge, and Tenryu-ji. These are definitely must-see items. The guide was also a polite and kind woman, which was great. I highly recommend it.

あいにくの雨☔日でしたが、伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山渡月橋&天龍寺と京都定番コースですが、やはりこれは使うアイテム。
ガイドさんも丁寧、親切な女性で、グッドでした。
おすすめです。

It was my first time participating in a solo trip to Kyoto. With the influx of tourists coinciding with the autumn foliage season, everywhere was crowded with people. Joining this bus tour allowed me to sightsee very efficiently. The guide was easy to talk to, and I think it's highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto. Next time I go, I definitely want to participate in a different tour.

京都一人旅で初参加でした。　インバウンドと紅葉時期も重なって何処も人、人、人でしたのでこちらのバスツアーに参加させて頂きとても効率よく観光できました。ガイドさんも話しやすく京都観光の際はとてもオススメだと思います。次回も行く時は違うツアーに是非参加したいと思います。

The end time is stated to be around 5:30 PM, but when I participated, it was a busy time with many tourists, and it was 6:40 PM. I would like the tour company to specify the actual end times based on the last three years during busy tourist seasons in the future.

It seemed to be mainly a tour for foreigners, but they provided guidance in Japanese at key points, allowing me to enjoy it until the end. There was also plenty of free time, so I was very satisfied that I could use a taxi to explore places not included in the itinerary.

主に外国人向けのツアーだったようですが、要所要所で日本語での案内もしてくれたので、最後まで楽しむことが出来ました。
自由時間も多かったので、タクシーを利用してコースにないところを観光することも出来て大満足です。

The bus was clean, and since it was a double-decker bus, I was able to enjoy the scenery as well. There was an automatic announcement system with explanations available in various languages, and I thought it was great to be able to listen to the descriptions while getting off at the places I wanted to visit.

I chose this tour because I wanted to efficiently visit the main sightseeing spots in Kyoto in a short amount of time. The bus was clean, and the guide was very kind and attentive, which was great. If we had gone on our own, we wouldn't have been able to visit as many places, so it was really beneficial. The lunch was also in a nice location and delicious. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to efficiently visit the main attractions.

京都観光するのに便利で短時間で効率よくメインの観光地を行きたかったのでこのツアーを選びました。
バスは清潔で、ガイドさんもとても親切で丁寧に対応していただいて良かったです。
自分たちで行動していたらここまで行けなかったのですごく良かったです。
ランチも良いロケーションでおいしかったです。

Value for money. Easy to find start location outside Kyoto train station.
Very welcoming with checks of passengers so we don't get left behind.
Great communication in different languages with earphones.
Train ride with great views nice to get out the big cities. Boat ride great. Rickshaw added extra but discount vouchers given. Brilliant staff. A trip for everyone, people with walking difficulties may find the boat ride difficult but speak to staff as the opportunity to stay on the coach.

It had been several decades since my last school trip to Kyoto, so I wanted to participate in a tour of the classic sightseeing spots. The guide's explanations were clear and attentive, and I appreciated their consideration throughout the tour.

The bus driver was also very pleasant, which made it easy to enjoy the itinerary without any worries. Since I opted for lunch, we had a meal at Kiyomizu-dera, where the tempura was crispy, and I enjoyed traditional Japanese dishes like dengaku and yudofu.

We arrived at Kyoto Station on time for our return, which was great as it didn't interfere with my plans for the rest of the day. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

修学旅行以来、何十年ぶりの京都でしたので、王道観光地巡りをしたくて参加しました。ガイドさんの説明はわかりやすく、気配りも行き届いていました。
またバスの運転手さんも感じが良くて安心して旅程を楽しめました。
昼食付きにしたので、清水寺で食事をしたのですが、天ぷらはサクサク、田楽や湯豆腐など和食を堪能しました。
帰りも時間通りに京都駅に到着したので、そのあとの予定にもひびかずよかったです。
大変お世話になりました。

I participated with my mother, who has difficulty walking. I was very satisfied that we could visit various sightseeing spots in just one day. The tour was aimed at international guests, but most of the participants were Japanese. Our guide, EIKO, was great with her explanations and even took personal photos for us, which was very thoughtful! Since it was just the right season for school trips, I was glad that lunch was included as well. I would love to join again if I have the opportunity.

足の悪い母と参加しました。1日でいろんな観光地に行けて大変満足しました。ツアーは海外のお客さん向けですが、日本のお客さんがほとんどでした。ガイドのEIKOさんの説明や個人的に写真を撮ってくれるなどのお気遣いも良かったです！ちょうど修学旅行シーズンだったので昼食も付けておいて良かったです。また機会があれば参加したいです。

This tour was aimed at inbound tourists, but it seemed challenging for the guide since there were mostly Japanese participants. I thought it was a great plan to visit the main tourist spots in Kyoto. Despite being tight on schedule, we had enough time to enjoy the sights, and I was very satisfied. I had been to these places before, but I made new discoveries and had a fun day.

今回のツアーは、インバウンド向けでしたが、日本人ばかりでガイドさんが大変そうでした。
京都の主要な観光地を巡って、大変良い企画だと思いました。タイトでありながらも十分に観光できて大満足でした。今まで行ったことあったけど、新たな発見もあり、楽しく過ごせた1日でした。

I was most pleased that the bus ran almost on time, likely because I used it on a weekday. There were many foreign passengers, but it wasn't so crowded that I couldn't find a seat. The seats were comfortable since they were designed for sightseeing buses, allowing for a pleasant journey. There was also an attendant who spoke Japanese, which was reassuring. Later, I used a local bus on the same route, but it stopped at every bus stop and was crowded, making this bus far more comfortable. The sightseeing information wasn't very detailed, but if you view it as a means of transportation, I was very satisfied. In busy Kyoto, I was able to learn about various spots along the route while sitting comfortably and moving quickly. I used it in October, and the open-top bus had a bit of a chilly breeze, so don't forget your jacket! It was also nice to have the option to ride both open-top and covered buses, as the type of vehicle varied depending on the operating hours.

平日に利用したせいか、ほぼ時間通りの運行なのが一番嬉しかったです。外国人の利用者が多かったですが、座れないほどではありませんでした。観光バスのシートなので座り心地もよく快適に移動できました。日本語を話すアテンダントさんもいて安心です。後日、同じルートで路線バスを利用しましたが、バス停でいちいち停車するし混雑していて、こちらのバスの方が段違いに快適でした。観光案内はそれほど詳しくありませんでしたが、移動手段として割り切れば大変満足です。混雑しがちな京都で通過地点のスポットが何か教えてもらえ、なおかつ座って快速に移動できました。10月に利用し、オープントップのバスは風がやや冷たかったのでジャケットをお忘れなく！屋根なしタイプ、屋根ありタイプ各種に乗れたのも良かったです。（運行時間により車両タイプが違いました）

Nothing to say bad this was an amazing experience especially due to the staff!!

yes the weather was bad and the traffic also, however it felt like trying to cram too much into the day especially when doing two pick ups and drop offs an hour apart

I was unable to make it to the meeting time due to a train delay. I was considering canceling and was almost ready to give up. However, thanks to the guide's quick thinking, I was able to join at Fushimi Inari and participate in the entire itinerary without any issues. I can only express my gratitude. The guide was easy to understand, and each part of the tour was impressive.

電車遅延で　集合時間に間に合いませんでした。キャンセルも視野に入っていて、半ば、諦めかけておりました。ですが…　ガイドさんの機転で　伏見稲荷から合流し、無事　全日程参加することが出来ました。　感謝しかありません。
ガイドも分かりやすく、各々 見応えがありました。

This time, I participated with a friend from Miyagi. We were able to visit famous tourist spots within a limited time. However, there were a lot of people everywhere, but the tour's yellow flag stood out, so we didn't get lost. We walked quite a distance, and by the time we reached Arashiyama, my legs were exhausted, but I was glad to see the wonderful sights of Kyoto.

Our tour guide, Maria, explained everything clearly in both English and Japanese. She was very friendly and considerate of each participant, which was great. Maria is the best!!

I forgot the driver's name, but thank you for your safe driving. It was a fun trip to Kyoto. If there’s another opportunity, I would appreciate it again.

今回は宮城から友人と2人で参加させていただきました。
有名な観光地を限られた時間で行く事ができました。ただ、どこに行っても人がたくさんでしたが、ツアーの黄色い旗が目立って迷子にならずに済みました。結構な距離を歩いて、嵐山に行った時には足がくたくたでしたが、京都の素晴らしい観光地をみる事ができて良かったです。
添乗員のマリアさん、英語と日本語で分かりやすく説明してくれました。
親しみやすい方で参加者ひとりひとりを気遣ってくれて良かったです。

It was a bus tour, so I was able to visit multiple spots without worrying about travel time. The bus ride was really comfortable. Our guide, Maria, was always attentive to my mother's condition as she uses a cane. Thank you very much.

バスツアーでしたので、移動時間を気にせずに行きたかったスポットを複数まわることができました。バスの移動は本当に楽でした。ガイドのマリアさんが杖をついている母の足の状態を常に気を配って下さいました。ありがとうございました。

The bus tour goes by in a flash at each landmark, and today was no different. The price is reasonable, but since we drove from Kanagawa, we could enjoy sightseeing without worrying about parking, which is definitely a plus of the bus tour. If you have the guide in the photo, there's a 120% guarantee you won't go wrong! I hope this is helpful.

バスツアーは、各名所の時間あっと言う間ですが、今日も同じになりました^_^
金額はそれなりですが、神奈川から車で来たので中日は駐車場を気にせず、観光が出来るのは、やっぱり、バスツアーです。
写真のガイドさんになったら１２０%間違えなしです！

It was very good to visit the main tourist spots with a guide, allowing us to make effective use of our limited time. The lunch menu was also satisfying.

主な観光地を、ガイドさんについてもらって、限られた時間で有効的に回れて、非常に良かった。昼食も満足できるメニューだった。

I participated in a tour with my parents in their 70s. The guide was very attentive, and they kindly took many great photos of the two of us. We were able to see and walk around famous spots in just one day, and they returned home very happy and satisfied.

The guide was not at the meeting time, and the bus number that was originally listed was different, so we had to walk around quite a bit at the meeting place to find it. The bus was also in very poor condition. It was not a large tour bus, but a small microbus, giving more of a feeling of being transported rather than riding. The ride was very bumpy, lacked cleanliness, and even had an unpleasant smell. If I had brought my grandparents, I think I would have canceled.

The guide could not speak Japanese. Since we could speak both English and Chinese, we managed, but I felt that at least someone who could speak simple Japanese would be necessary in case of an emergency.

Although it was stated that we would go directly from Nipponbashi in Osaka to Shiga, we ended up going to Kyoto because we had to go to another boarding point, resulting in a loss of about 50 to 60 minutes overall. The time we had at the main attraction, the art museum, was significantly shortened, which was quite disappointing. We could hardly see the exhibits, and since we also had to have lunch, it was very busy.

Additionally, despite the tour fee being quite high, all entrance fees and meal costs were out of pocket. I think it's usually included, so that was disappointing.

The only good thing was that we were able to go to places we normally wouldn't visit. The price and quality are not balanced at all.

集合時間にガイドがおらず、元々記載されていたバスのナンバーも異なっており、集合場所でかなり歩き回ってさがしました。
そしてバスがあまりにもボロい。
大きな観光バスではなく、小型のマイクロバスで、乗車というよりかは輸送されている(運ばれている)感覚。揺れも大きく、清潔感もなく、臭いまでありました。仮に祖父母などを連れていっていたとしたらキャンセルしていたと思います。
ガイドは日本語が話せませんでした。
我々が英語も中国語もできたからまだ大丈夫でしたが、せめて簡単な日本語を話せる人じゃないと緊急時は頼りにならないなと思いました。
大阪日本橋からそのまま滋賀に向かうと書かれていたのに、もうひとつの乗り場までいくからとのことで京都まで行き、全体で見ると50~60分のロス。
最初に行ったツアーのメインである美術館での時間は大変短くなってしまい、かなり残念でした。展示品はほぼ見ることが出来ず、昼食も取らなければならなかったのでかなり忙しかったです。

またツアー代はしっかりかかっているにも関わらず、入場代や食事代は全て実費。
普通は含まれていることが多いと思うので、残念でした。

良かったところは普段行けないところに行けたという一点のみ。
値段と質があまりにも釣り合っておりません。

It was hard to understand which bus to take! If the goal is to teach Japanese manners while sightseeing, I would have liked to see the guide apologize to everyone for being 15 minutes late. Also, I was surprised that while Japanese people tend to sit in the same spot once they take their seats, foreigners do not. The guide was very dedicated and tried hard to communicate in Japanese, and I felt a bit sorry for participating as a Japanese person, but it was fun. Next time, I want to study English and join!

どのバスにのるかわかりづらかった！
日本のマナーとか教えたりしながら観光をする事が目的だとすれば、出発時間15分遅れて来たら、皆に一言謝る姿勢なども伝えてほしかった！また、1度座席に座れば、同じ場所に座るのが、日本人だが、外国の人は、そうではないのにびっくりしたのが、大きすぎて、ガイドも日本語で、がんばって接してくれていて日本人が一緒に参加して申し訳なかったですが、楽しかったです。今度は、英語を勉強してきて参加したいですね！

You can visit the famous sites without any hassle. While on the bus, you can learn about the history of Kyoto through the commentary. Language translation is available in several languages. The service operates with two types of buses: double-decker and single-decker. The driver was skilled, and the attendants were kind.

面倒なく名所巡りができます。車中では解説を聞きながら京都の歴史を学べます。言語翻訳も何か国語で聞けます。２階建てと１階の２種類での運行です。運転手さんは上手ですしアテンダントさんも優しい方でした。

I had a really great time. The tour guide was very kind, and while the walking was a bit fast, I understand it was necessary due to the crowds. However, I did get tired at the end in Arashiyama, and it was quite challenging for me to reach the bamboo grove (partly because it was hot...). I think it would be even better if we could split into two groups near the parking area: one for shopping and the other for exploring the bamboo grove. Thank you for your help. I would like to join a different tour again. Thank you, Maria!

It was a very enjoyable route that covered everything in one day. If I had to move around on my own, I would have been too tired to enjoy it. The English guide was easy to understand, and they also included explanations in Japanese, which made it a lot of fun.

一日で回れて、ちゃんとポイントを押さえたルートなので、とても楽しかった。
自力での移動だったら、疲れ過ぎて楽しめない。

The railroad crossing in front of Fushimi Inari Taisha was closed for over 30 minutes due to a JR issue, which disrupted our itinerary. However, aside from that, it was an enjoyable trip. If it weren't for the trouble, we might have had a bit more time to proceed with the other parts of our schedule. That was beyond our control, though. There were both foreigners and Japanese people, so the guide provided information in both English and Japanese. The guide was Japanese.

伏見稲荷大社前の踏切がJRのトラブルにより30分以上閉じた状態が続き、旅程通りに進めることができなかったがそれを除き、楽しい旅行となりました。
トラブルさえなければもう少し時間に余裕を持って他の工程を進めることができたのかもしれません。
それは不可抗力ですが。
外国人、日本人どちらもいたのでガイドさんは英語と日本語でガイドしていました。
ガイドさんは日本人でした。

Since we walk a lot, we appreciated being looked after and having someone check on us multiple times. Although we were the only ones from Japan, we were able to participate enjoyably.

歩くことが多いので、気にかけてもらって何度も声をかけていただきました。我々以外海外の方でしたが、楽しく参加できました。

In the morning, we gathered near the sightseeing bus stop in Namba at 9 AM. About 70% of the participants were foreigners, while around 30% were Japanese. It was helpful that the guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese about the places we were going to visit.

The great thing about this tour is that it takes you directly to the sightseeing spots in Kyoto by bus. I found it helpful since I had a poor sense of geography. I also thoroughly enjoyed the tofu meal in Kyoto and was very satisfied.

朝、9時になんばの観光バス乗り場近くに集合しました。外国の方が7割、日本の方は3割くらいだったかと。バス内ではこれから訪れる場所について英語と日本語で説明してくださり助かりました。
このツアーの良い点は、京都の観光名所にピンポイントでバスで連れて行ってくれることです。地理的な感覚が乏しかったので助かりました。京都の豆腐御膳も堪能して大満足でした。

The travel was challenging, but it was fun. The tour guide was amazing!! They were very polite and explained everything clearly, even to us Japanese people, so we were satisfied. They also took a lot of photos, which became great memories.

I participated in a bus tour because I wanted to visit various sightseeing spots in Kyoto for the first time. It was the right choice since they take you by bus, so I didn't have to worry about transportation. There were about equal numbers of foreign and Japanese tourists participating. The explanations were clear in both English and Japanese, so I had no trouble understanding. The guide, Maria, was very kind, and I would like to request her again if I have the opportunity.
