I have participated in quite a few tours, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. There was no explanation beforehand, and no guidance upon arrival.
First of all, not having lockers for marine activities was very concerning. If I had known this in advance, I could have left my valuables in the car, but there was no such information provided.
Additionally, we were taken out to a very remote area and had to wait for hours on the anchored boat. About 80% of the participants were seasick and vomiting; it was a nightmare.
I understand the focus on efficiency, but I wish they would reconsider and think about the participants' experience.
今までかなりのツアーに参加してきましたが、ここまで酷かったのは初めてです。事前説明も到着してからの案内も説明もありません。
まずマリンアクティビティでロッカーが無いのは不安でしかありません。せめて事前に無いことが分かっていれば、貴重品を車に置いていくなりできますが、その説明も無し。
また、かなりの遠洋に連れて行かれ、停泊した船の上で何時間も待たされます。参加者の8割程が船酔いし吐いていて地獄でした。
効率重視は分かりますが、参加者の身になって考え直して欲しいです。
ロッカーが無い。
遠洋に出るので酔い止めは必須。

The half-day course for SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave did not have enough participants, so I only joined the SUP. (I was told that if it were a full-day course, I could participate in both.)
It was my first time doing SUP, but the explanation from H was easy to understand, and the stability of the board was better than I expected, allowing me to smoothly glide across the water. H took many photos for us, and thanks to their friendly and cheerful personality, I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind! During the transfer, I appreciated all the information about Ishigaki Island that they shared. I would love to come back someday to do snorkeling at the Blue Cave.
SUP&青の洞窟シュノーケルの半日コースは催行人数に満たず、SUPのみの参加にしました。(1日コースなら両方参加できるとのことでした)
初めてのSUPでしたが、担当してくださったHさんの説明もわかりやすく、ボードの安定感も予想していたよりあったのでスムーズに海面を進むことができました。

We participated as a family of four with elementary school children and toddlers. Our tour guide, Macchan, was very kind, and the children really warmed up to him. I was worried about whether the kids would be able to swim, but Macchan helped them, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. On Yufu Island, we were able to interact with the water buffalo, which was a delightful experience. The island tour lasted for just one hour, and it was such an attractive place that I wished we could have spent a little more time exploring. Thank you for a very enjoyable day!

The waterfall looked so beautiful while floating in the basin that it felt unreal. I could see four sea turtles, and the corals were amazing, with the water clarity being top-notch.
The staff were also very attentive and made the experience wonderful.

I participated in Yumi's tour. I was a beginner at both snorkeling and canoeing, but the explanations were thorough and easy to understand, so I felt safe participating. The stunning coral during snorkeling was impressive! The mangroves during canoeing were also very beautiful. While touring, I learned a lot of interesting facts, and it was very enjoyable. We have booked the package including the snorkeling with sea turtles and kayak trip to the pumpkin cave. Even if we booked in the evening for the morning before, they have been very efficient with providing information and things have run smoothly. On the day we have driven to the meeting place and they have provided all the things needed. The tour was very fun and interesting, thanks to our guide Yuuri, always reliable and friendly with us. This was the highlight of our vacation and we would recommend this tour!

We started with the Hija River exploration. The guide shared various stories, but the distance traveled was short, and to be honest, it felt more like kayak practice than an exploration, with the main event happening after we got out to sea. There were some waves and clouds, but we were able to see a beautiful sunset. The photos taken with the sunset in the background were taken by ourselves.

I participated in snorkeling at the Blue Cave and diving at Clownfish Paradise. It was great to have so many photos taken (included in the price). The color of the Blue Cave that I actually saw was amazing, and I want to go again next year. I was able to hold onto something like a kickboard and be pulled along, so I didn't exhaust myself. I was able to swim on my own during the diving, and I was extremely satisfied. When I struggled to swim well, they quickly noticed and helped me, which gave me incredible peace of mind underwater. We were blessed with good weather, and it was a dream-like time. I would like to request again next year, but can we go to a different location this time?
After diving, I struggled with the heavy equipment when getting back on the boat, but I was helped, which was a relief. Next year, I will exercise in advance to build my stamina. Thank you very much.
Also, I saw on the schedule that after finishing at the Blue Cave and waiting for the diving departure, I ran out of water at the port and didn't have any money with me, so I returned to the shop once. Perhaps there was tea prepared. If it's just snorkeling, 500ml is enough, but depending on the weather, if you're continuing with diving, it might be better to have 1L.

ダイビングのあと船にあがる時に機材が重く苦労しましたが、手伝ってもらえて助かりました。
来年は事前に運動をして体力をつけて行きます✊

あと、スケジュールで見てはいたのですが、
青の洞窟が終わってダイビング出発の間、港で待機の時お水がなくなって、お金も持って行ってなかったので一度ショップに戻りました。
もしかしてお茶の準備があったのかもしれません。
シュノーケリングだけだと500mlで十分ですが、天候にもよりますが、続けてダイビングの場合は1Lあった方がいいかもしれない。
If you're not used to the summer sun, it might be a good idea to have a hooded rash guard on the boat since there is no shade.
真夏の太陽に慣れていない人は、船では日よけがないので、フード付きのラッシュガードがあった方がいいかもしれません。

When we arrived at the port in the still dim light, there were many clouds and thunder could be heard in the distance, but by the time we received the briefing and set off, the clouds began to turn red, and gradually the morning glow became visible.

I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time and participated with my husband. It was a more active experience than I expected, allowing us to fully enjoy nature. At first, I was nervous getting into the canoe, but the instructor taught us how to paddle carefully, so I felt secure while paddling. Surrounded by mangrove forests on both sides, we were able to see wild animals like crabs, gobies, and rails up close on the beach, and thanks to our guide, we made many small discoveries. I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Phantom Island and the Blue Cave with a friend. The Phantom Island truly lived up to its name, with a beautiful white sandy beach floating in the middle of the ocean, which was incredibly moving! It felt like a great commercial could be filmed there. Surrounded by endless blue sea, I took a lot of photos, creating the best memories.
It was my first time snorkeling, but the guide provided a thorough briefing, so I felt safe and enjoyed it. Colorful tropical fish came close to me in the water, and the corals were so beautiful that it really felt like being in a natural aquarium. The Blue Cave was also very mysterious; when sunlight streamed in, the colors of the sea sparkled beautifully! Exploring the cave was fun as well. After the experience, I felt pleasantly tired and fulfilled, making it a perfect day.
The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about Ishigaki Island, let us touch sea cucumbers, and took many photos and videos, creating lots of great memories. The instructor was very polite and taught us gently. The boat was quite crowded, but I participated thinking this is what diving is like, so it was not a problem. Some of the other instructors on board were a bit intimidating, but basically, everyone was friendly. My assigned instructor, although a woman, had the physical strength of a man, and I was impressed by how hard she worked all day.
I was able to see turtles, and the sea was very beautiful, which was great.

We participated as a family of three. In the morning, we went canoeing near the mangroves, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling. Both were our first experiences, but the guide was friendly and taught us carefully, so we had no problems and enjoyed ourselves. During the transfers and activities, the guide shared a lot of local trivia and recommended delicious places, which was very helpful.
Moreover, the weather was great for both activities, and the water was clear, so we couldn't have asked for more. The snorkeling, in particular, was breathtaking with an abundance of fish and coral that exceeded our expectations.

I participated in a mangrove kayak tour and a visit to Yubu Island!
The mangroves were surrounded by trees on both sides, making the waterways narrow, which gave a thrilling sense of adventure and was really enjoyable.

マングローブは左右が木に囲まれて水路が狭く、冒険をしている感じでスリルがあり楽しめました。
何度かマングローブに引っ掛かって行き詰まりましたが、担当ガイドのるいさんに親切に助けていただき、また適度なアドバイスで助かりました。
由布島観光は、水牛に乗って離島に行けて、普段は体験できないので良かったです。

The canoeing and snorkeling experiences were led by different instructors, but both made sure to frequently check on the participants' well-being, allowing us to enjoy a safe and fun time. Since I didn't rent a car, the shuttle service from the accommodation to the activity points was really helpful. It was also enjoyable to hear various stories along the way. Thank you very much.

I understand that there are many international participants now and that it's necessary to follow the manual... However, since the organization and arrangements were good, giving it only two stars seems a bit harsh.

It was tough to wake up early, but I'm glad I participated. I was worried about canoeing for the first time, but it turned out to be easier than I expected. The moment the sunrise came up in the quiet space with only the sounds of birds and waves was moving. The instructor also took some photos for us. I wanted to experience snorkeling in the morning when the waves were calm, but it was scheduled for the afternoon. The waves were high in the afternoon, and my child was scared, so we couldn't do it well. Other participants also mentioned that the waves were calm in the morning. The guide for the Pisainara Falls also felt rushed, which was disappointing.
