I was picked up from the hotel near the island terminal where I was staying. After arriving at the location, we received a brief lecture before starting the experience. Most participants were trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time, but there was no wind that day, and we were able to enjoy SUP in the calm waters of Kabira Bay, with no one around.

Although it wasn't the famous Kabira Bay that is often featured in photos, but rather an activity in a nearby bay, at first I thought, "Wait? This isn't the Kabira Bay I expected..." However, according to the instructor, "This is also Kabira Bay."

I wondered if it would be okay, but there were no issues with the water's clarity or seeing the fish. The instructor and we got so caught up in SUP yoga that we ran behind schedule and returned later than planned, but I was very satisfied with the experience itself.

宿泊していた離島ターミナル付近のホテルに送迎してもらえました。
現地に到着後、簡単なレクチャーを受けてから体験スタートでした。参加者のほとんどがSUP初体験でしたが、当日は風が全くなく、周囲に誰もいない穏やかな川平湾でSUPを楽しむことができました。
観光地として有名でよく写真にもなっている川平湾ではなく、実際は近くの隣の湾でのアクティビティで、最初は「あれ？想定してた川平湾じゃない…」と思いましたが、インストラクターによると「ここも川平湾」とのこと。
大丈夫かな？と思いましたが、海の透明度や魚の見え方など、全く問題ありませんでした。
インストラクターの方も自分達もSUPヨガなどに夢中になり、スケジュールが押して予定よりも帰着が遅くなってしまいましたが、体験自体には大変満足しています。

In the morning, I went on a tour for sea turtle snorkeling, and in the afternoon, we visited the Pumpkin Cave. During snorkeling, I was able to see two sea turtles and swim with them for a short time, and I also witnessed their adorable appearance as they surfaced right in front of me to breathe. The sea was beautiful, and I could see various shapes of coral and many colorful tropical fish. The Pumpkin Cave required a long walk through the sea from the beach, and perhaps because I had just been to Okinoerabujima, the cave felt narrow. However, the Pumpkin was wonderful. Since we climbed and jumped inside the cave, it might be tough for those with a fear of heights or lacking stamina. Nevertheless, our guide was very encouraging and provided precise explanations, which allowed us to enjoy both the morning and afternoon. Thank you very much!

午前にウミガメシュノーケリング、午後にパンプキン鍾乳洞に行くツアーでした。シュノーケリングでは2匹のウミガメにも会えて短時間ですが一緒に泳ぐことができ、目の前で浮上して息継ぎをする可愛らしい姿も見れました。海も綺麗で、様々な形の珊瑚や色とりどりの熱帯魚も沢山見ることが出来ました。パンプキン鍾乳洞はビーチから海の中を歩いて往復する時間が長く、沖之永良部島に行ったあとのせいか洞窟内は狭く感じましたが、パンプキンは素敵でした。パンプキンや洞窟内で登ったり飛び降りたりするので、高所恐怖症の方や体力が無いと辛いかもしれないです。ただ担当のガイドさんが元気づけてくれたり説明も凄く的確で、おかげで午前も午後も楽しむことが出来ました。ありがとうございました！

Everything about the tour was nice: friendly crew, nice tour, good lunch and overall a fun trip!
Definitely recommended for anyone interested in snorkeling and/or diving!

We participated as a couple. The morning sea turtle snorkeling was good, but honestly, I thought it was just a typical tour that wasn't much different from other snorkeling tours. However, the afternoon tour of the Pumpkin Cave was an amazing experience that I had never encountered before, and I was very satisfied.

First of all, walking through the sea to reach the Pumpkin Cave and being able to go so deep into the cave was really fun. However, since it is quite a physically demanding tour, I think older individuals or those who are not confident in their physical fitness should approach it with a certain level of preparation... haha.

午前のウミガメシュノーケリングはよかったのですが、正直、他のシュノーケリングツアーと比べてあまり変わらない、よくあるツアーだと思いました。
しかし、午後のパンプキン鍾乳洞については、今まで体験したことの無いような、驚きの連続のツアーでとても満足しました。
まず、パンプキン鍾乳洞まで海の中を歩いていく行程や、鍾乳洞もまさかあんなに奥までいけると思っておらず、本当に楽しかったです。
しかし、かなり体力勝負のツアーなので、年配の方や、体力に自信の無い方はある程度の覚悟をもって挑んだ方がよいかと思います…笑

In the morning, we had a plan for snorkeling, and in the afternoon, we headed to the Pumpkin Grotto. Although we couldn't go to the sea turtle encounter point due to high waves, we were able to snorkel in a spot where we saw very beautiful corals and tropical fish.

The Pumpkin Grotto was accessed from the sea, which was a completely new experience for me, and it felt like an adventure! I thought we would only enter the entrance, so I was thrilled to be able to explore inside the grotto.

Above all, our guide was fantastic, creating a lively atmosphere and providing thorough guidance and explanations, which made me feel secure participating in the tour! Thank you very much!

波が高く海亀遭遇ポイントには行けませんでしたが、その代わりにとても美しい珊瑚や熱帯魚の見られるスポットでシュノーケルをさせて頂きました。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は海から入っていくという今まで経験したことのないやり方で、冒険のようなワクワク感がありました！入り口に入るだけかと思っていたので、鍾乳洞内を見て回れて感激しました。
何よりガイドの方が場を盛り上げてくださり、案内や説明も丁寧で安心してツアーに参加することができました！ありがとうございました！

I participated in the Pumpkin Cave exploration tour this time. While researching online, I thought I could probably go on my own, but I felt it would be a hassle to check the tide times, so I decided to sign up for the tour. When I actually went, I found that the distance from the beach to the entrance of the Pumpkin was quite far, and I used up a lot of energy going there and back. If I had gone on my own, I might have given up and turned back halfway. Considering that, I'm really glad I signed up for the tour. After a lot of effort, I finally entered the Pumpkin, but it was quite dark, and the position of the ropes might be difficult to understand for someone who hasn't been there before. If it's your first time, it's better to join the tour since they can take photos for you, and it's more time-efficient. Thank you very much.

今回こちらでパンプキン鍾乳洞探検ツアーに参加させてもらいました。ネットで色々調べてるとなんだか自力でいけそうだなと思い迷いましたが、なんとなく満潮干潮の時間を調べるのが面倒だなと思いツアーの申し込みをしました。で、実際に行ってみたらビーチからパンプキンの入り口までがなかなか距離があって行きと帰りでだいぶ体力削られました。もし自力で行ってたら心が折れて途中で引き返してたかもしれません。そう考えるとそれだけでもツアー申し込んで良かったなと思います。やっとの思いでパンプキンの中に入りましたがかなり真っ暗なのとロープの位置だとかも行ったことある人じゃないとわからないかな。初めて行くなら写真とかも撮ってもらえるし、ツアー参加したほうが時間効率とかもいいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Two of us used the service in November!
Since we wore wetsuits, we weren't cold at all; in fact, it felt hot in the sun.
The water temperature was pleasant, and we lightly swam through the shallow area to the cave!
*Wearing life jackets means that even those who are worried about swimming have no problems at all!*

The entrance to the cave is surprisingly narrow. You wouldn't notice it without the guide's help.
Once inside, we were welcomed by a pumpkin!
The pumpkin and the rock surface leading to the entrance have colors and shapes that can easily be described as Disney-like.
Once you see it, you'll definitely think, "I get it!"

Finding the pumpkin doesn't mean it's over; we went deeper into the cave...
The guide tells us about its formation and highlights, so it never gets boring.
The tour lasted about an hour and a half, but it flew by!
I highly recommend participating!

If I were to give advice to those using the service,
I think having goggles would make it even more enjoyable!
I happened to bring some, so I was able to see fish and the ocean where I couldn't touch the bottom.

I was quite tired when returning to land after leaving the cave.
I think it's better to do it while you still have energy.

There were two of us, but there were many couples...
But we had no problem enjoying ourselves!

ウェットスーツを着るので全く寒くなく逆に日なただと暑く感じるくらいでした。
水温も気持ちよく、浅瀬を軽く泳ぎながら鍾乳洞へ！
※ライフジャケットを付けたので泳ぎが心配な人も全く問題なし！

鍾乳洞の入り口は意外と狭い。ガイドの人に教えてもらわないと気付かないです。
中に入ると、パンプキンがお出迎え！
パンプキンも入り口にいたる岩肌も、色合いや形が簡単に言うとディズニーのようです。
見てみたらきっと「わかる！」と感じると思います。

パンプキンを見つけたら終わりかというとそうではなく、
鍾乳洞の奥へ…。
ガイドさんが成り立ちや見どころを教えてくれるので全くあきません。
1時間半ほどのツアーでしたが、あっという間です！
ぜひぜひ参加することをおすすめします！

利用する人にアドバイスするとしたら、
ゴーグルがあるとより楽しいと思います！
たまたまもってきていたので、魚や足のつかない海を見ることができました。

鍾乳洞を出てから陸へ戻るときは結構疲れました。
体力のあるうちがいいかと思います。

男2人でしたが、カップルが多かったです…。
でも問題なく楽しませます！

What was wonderful? First, the comfort of the service. From the moment of pickup, I received a very pleasant response. A nice young man named Pipi appeared, making me feel glad I chose him from the start! He has a character that everyone loves.

During the tour, there was also a thoughtful Exile member-like young man who was warm and kind-hearted. I felt healed by his presence. There are many companies that offer pumpkin cave tours. I compared everything and read reviews, and I decided on Pipi. Initially, I thought the company that takes you to the entrance by canoe was better, but choosing Pipi was the right decision.

Pipi's tour involves walking to the entrance, but they are considerate not to step on the coral, walking just at the edge of the shallow water. It's a tour led by guides who have a gentle mindset and care for the environment.

Next, can we go without using a tour? My answer is that it's better to use a tour! When you enter and climb the pumpkin, the guide firmly supports you from above with a rope. I have experience in high-difficulty trekking, like crossing the mountains of Sumikai Cape, and I have decent stamina, but climbing the wet pumpkin with water dripping down from above without support would have been risky and quite difficult.

The amount of water dripping from above while climbing was significant, making it hard to keep my eyes open, especially with contact lenses, and even when I could open them, my vision was blurry. Honestly, I was relying almost entirely on my sense of where to place my feet. In that situation, having a rope with a loop to step on from above and being shown where to place my feet was incredibly helpful. Of course, supporting someone is quite challenging, so I did my best as well, but it was a great help. Thanks to the tour, I was able to relax and enjoy it 120%.

Also, jumping from the top of the pumpkin is not mandatory. I descended while stepping down. The helmets and waterproof underwater flashlights provided during the tour were also useful. There is a risk of falling and hitting your head on the rocks, and it's dark inside. I thought it would be difficult to gather all these things on my own.

なにがすばらしいかって？まずは接客の心地よさです。
送迎の時点で、すごく気持ちの良い対応をしていただきました。最初の段階でpipiさんにしてよかったぁと思える好青年お兄さん登場！
だれからも愛されるキャラです。
またツアー中も、細部まで気配り上手なＥｘｉｌｅメンバーにいそうなお兄さん！ほんわかしていて、心がまた優しい。癒やされました。
パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアー会社はたくさんあります。
私はすべてを比べ、口コミも読み、pipiさんに決めました。
最初はカヌーで入り口までいく会社のがよかったと思っていましたが、pipiさんで正解。
pipiさんのツアーは入り口まであるいていきますが、サンゴをふまないよう配慮して、浅瀬ぎりぎりのサンゴのうえはあるきません。環境にも配慮する優しい気持ちをもったガイドさん方がされているツアーです。
次に、ツアーを利用せずに、自分達でいけるか？
私の答えはツアーを利用させていただいたほうがよい！です。
入り口から中にはいって、パンプキンをのぼるときも、しっかりガイドさんが上からロープでささえてくれます。
わたしは澄海岬の山越えなど、難易度の高いトレッキングをいくつか経験したことはあり体力はあるほうなのですが、濡れたパンプキン、大量にうえから顔面にお水のしたたるパンプキンを、ささえなしでよじのぼるのは転倒のリスクもあるし、かなりむつかしかったと思います。よじ登る際のうえからの水のしたたりの量がすごくおおく、コンタクトをしていると目があけにくく、あけても視界がぼやけて、正直足をかける位置や視界がほぼ感覚にたよる状態でした。
そんななか、うえから足をかける輪っか付きロープをたらし、それでひっぱってくれる、足をかける位置方角を示してくれるのはすごく助かります。もちろんささえるほうはかなり大変なので、まずは自分でもがんばりますが、助かりました。ツアーのおかげで、心に余裕ができ
120％たのしめました。
あとはパンプキンの頂上から飛び込むのも強制ではありません。わたしは足をかけながら下まで降りました。
ツアーで貸してくださるヘルメットや防水海中電灯もやくにたちます。
転倒リスク、岩に頭をぶつけることもありえるし、中が暗いので。自分でこれらのものまですべて揃えて行くのは大変だと思いました。

I was scheduled for a tour of Mangrove SUP & Barasu Island, but due to the weather, the Barasu Island portion was canceled, so I participated in the Mangrove & Yubu Island sightseeing instead! It was a rough trek with rain and wind to the waterfall, but our guide, Tomo, provided thorough explanations and even pulled the SUP for everyone at the end, making it a very satisfying experience! The water buffalo on Yubu Island were adorable and heartwarming! I'm glad I went! When I come back to Iriomote Island, I definitely want to ask this company again and have Tomo guide me! Thank you for your help.

マングローブサップ＆バラス島のツアー予定でしたが、バラス島は天気の関係で中止となったため、マングローブ＆由布島観光に参加しました！雨と風で大荒れのサップと滝までのトレッキングでしたが、ガイドのトモくんがしっかり説明してくれたり、最後はサップを全員分引っ張ってくれたりと至れり尽くせりで大満足の思い出になりました！変更した由布島も水牛が健気でかわいくて癒されました！行ってよかったです！また西表島に来るときには是非またこちらの会社にお願いして、ともくんに案内していただきたいです＾＾お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。

Even though it's November, I thought the sunlight was still strong during the day, so I participated in the sunset kayak tour in the evening. It was my first time kayaking, but they provided a thorough explanation beforehand, and the instructor stayed close by in a kayak to give various tips, so I was able to paddle without any issues and had a lot of fun. I got to see the Irabu Bridge from below and enjoyed a beautiful sunset, and I took plenty of photos. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset while kayaking!

11月と言ってもまだ昼間は日差しが強いと思い、夕方からのサンセットカヤックに参加しました。
カヤックは初めてだったのですが、事前に説明もきちんとしていただいたし、インストラクターの方がカヤックでそばに付いて色々アドバイスして下さったので、全く問題なく乗れたしとても楽しめました。
伊良部大橋を下からしっかり眺めれて、キレイなサンセットもバッチリ見れて、写真もたくさん撮っていただきました。
のんびりキレイな夕日とカヤックを楽しみたい方にオススメです！

In the morning snorkeling, I was able to see a sea turtle. It was closer than I imagined, and I was glad to have taken some photos.
For lunch, I was introduced to a convenience store or a café, and I chose the café, but it was crowded since it was lunchtime. I was a bit anxious about whether I would make it back in time for the afternoon meeting due to the wait, but it turned out to be okay.
In the afternoon, we had quite a walk to reach the limestone cave. Climbing with the rope was tough, and the final jump was scary, but it was a valuable experience that I wouldn't normally get to have. Thank you for your support.
I think it would have been even better if there had been a shower and changing space available after the activities.

午前中のシュノーケリングではウミガメに会えました。想像以上に近くで見られて、写真も撮っていただきよかったです。
お昼はコンビニかカフェを紹介され、カフェに行きましたがちょうど昼時で混雑していました。待ち時間もあり午後の集合時間に間に合うか？とちょっと焦りましたがなんとか大丈夫でした。
午後、鍾乳洞にたどり着くまでけっこう歩きます。ロープで登るのが大変だったのと、最後の飛び込みが怖かったですが、普段なかなかできない貴重な体験ができました。お世話になりありがとうございました。
終了後にシャワーと着替えスペースがあるとなおよかったかと思います。

I was a bit anxious because there were few questions during the reservation, but I received a phone call the day before the event to confirm the reservation details, explain the pickup location and time, and inquire about the participants' ages and body types (since we would be wearing wetsuits). I happened to be with someone who was participating with me, so I could answer right away, but I thought it might be good to summarize questions in advance for groups of friends or others who might not know immediately.

On the day of the event, a very friendly guide picked us up on time, and we started our journey. While picking up other participants, the guide shared a lot of stories about the island and recommended some bars, which made the trip enjoyable. There was also thorough explanation of safety precautions and equipment for snorkeling and SUP, and assistance was provided as needed. During the activities, the guide was attentive to surrounding boats and ensured safety. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. I would definitely like to do this again when I come back to Ishigaki Island.

予約時に質問事項が少なかったので不安でしたが開催前日に電話連絡で予約内容の確認、ピックアップ場所と時間の説明参加者の年齢や体型(ウェットスーツを着るため)がありました。一緒に参加する者と偶然一緒にいたのですぐ回答できましたが友人グループなどでの参加の場合すぐわからないかなとも思うので事前に質問まとめて予約できてもいいかなと思います。
当日はとても気さくなガイドさんが時間通りにピックアップしてくださり移動開始。他の参加者さんを拾いながらでしたが島の話やおすすめの飲み屋さんなどなどたくさん話してくださったので退屈することなく移動できました。シュノーケリングとSUPについても注意事項や装備の説明、補助もしっかりありました。アクティビティ中も周りの船など注意を促して安全に配慮した内容でした。全体に満足できる時間でした。また石垣島に来たらぜひお願いします。

Due to the condition of the sea, I participated in the sea turtle snorkeling and the Pumpkin Cave on different days. The sea turtle snorkeling was amazing as I was able to see the turtles up close! I also saw many other fish.

The Pumpkin Cave visit was early in the morning. It was challenging to walk on the unfamiliar sandy beach. The cave was mystical and very beautiful. I was surprised to hear that we would be climbing the pumpkin, as I didn't expect that at all. It was a great experience and I had a lot of fun.

海の状態によりウミガメシュノーケリングとパンプキン鍾乳洞を別日に参加。ウミガメシュノーケリングでは、間近にウミガメを見ることが出来て最高でした！他に魚もたくさん見れました♪

パンプキン鍾乳洞は朝早かったです。歩き慣れない砂浜に足を取られて大変でした。鍾乳洞は神秘的でとても綺麗でした。まさかパンプキンを登るとは思ってなかったので登るとは聞いた時はビックリしました。とても良い体験ができて楽しかったです。

On the day of the tour, we traveled from the parking lot to the site in a guide's van. There were three groups, including us, totaling eight people. The windows were fully open, and the guide was properly following COVID-19 measures. The kids were the only ones without masks, but that's a matter of parental responsibility.

Upon arrival, we had a brief lecture on SUP before heading to the sea. Kawahira Bay was completely reserved for us, as swimming was prohibited. There were no other tour groups around, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without any stress!

The beach had a strong headwind... It was my first time on a SUP, and it was tough to paddle against the wind (laughs). Due to the strong headwind and the presence of families with children, we couldn't move smoothly, and unfortunately, we couldn't reach the beautiful scenery on the other side of the bay. The kids were just excited to be in the water, so it couldn't be helped.

On the way back, we experienced a sudden downpour (laughs). The weather in Ishigaki Island can change rapidly, and it was a memorable experience to go from clear skies to heavy rain in just five minutes.

I was a bit anxious because there was no place to store wallets or valuables. We had to decide whether to leave them in the guide's car or manage them ourselves at our own risk. During the tour, we could only bring a bottle of water. Next time, I think I'd prefer to do SUP on a river instead of the sea!

当日は駐車場から現地までガイドさんのワンボックスで移動しました。私たち含め3組8人でした。窓は全開でガイドさんはコロナ対策もきちんとされていました。子供だけノーガードでしたがそこは親のモラルでしょう。

現地に着くと、SUPの簡単なレクチャーがあり、いざ海へ。川平湾は遊泳禁止で完全貸し切り。他のツアーの人もおらずストレスなく楽しめました！

浜辺は強めの逆風…SUPにはじめて乗って、向かい風に逆らって進むのは苦労しました笑。逆風が強かったことと、子供連れのファミリーがいらっしゃったこともあり、スムーズに前進できず景色がキレイという湾の向こう側は行けず。。。残念。子供さんは海に入るだけではしゃいでしまうので仕方ないですね。

帰りは突然のスコール笑笑。
石垣島は天気が急変することが多々ありますが、ものの5分で快晴→豪雨を体験できていい思い出になりました。

財布とか貴重品を保管する場所がないので少し不安。ガイドさんの車に置くか自己責任で管理するか。ツアー中は飲み物のペットボトルだけ持っていけます。
次は、海ではなく川でできるSUPがいいかなー！

I wasn't confident in canoeing or trekking, but seeing the great outdoors and the beautiful weather really boosted my spirits. Canoeing felt great, and occasionally we received explanations from our guide, learning about the wonders of the mangroves. During the trekking, we also had guidance at key points, and I didn't feel tired at all. I felt it was a wonderful experience to be taken to places we could never have reached on our own.

カヌーもトレッキングも自信が無かったのですが大自然と好天を目にして俄然テンションアップしました。気持ち良くカヌーも進み時折ガイドさんの説明を受けてマングローブの不思議を勉強し、トレッキングも要所要所でガイドを受け、しんどさは全く感じませんでした。自分達だけでは絶対行く事のできないところへ連れて行ってもらえて良い体験ができたと感じました。

I participated in the SUP and snorkeling plan. The weather was great, and it felt wonderful! The instructor was bright, kind, and very helpful! I was nervous since it was my first time with SUP, but I was able to stand up quickly and really enjoyed it. It felt so good that I wanted to do it even more. The snorkeling lasted about an hour, but it went by in no time! The sea was very beautiful, and it was the best experience. The meeting and dispersal times were just right. Thank you, instructor!

The cave tour was an adventure beyond my expectations! Snorkeling allowed us to dive in the crystal-clear sea for a long time!

I had so much fun!

Above all, the guide was incredibly nice, fun, cheerful, and attentive, making it easy for me to participate alone without any issues. They also took wonderful photos at various points, and the pictures they took are treasures I will cherish for a lifetime.

Additionally, when I had my phone in a Ziploc bag, they gifted me a personal waterproof case. Thank you so much!!

I received a message the day before that due to low tide, the meeting time would be at 8:30. I was worried about the early morning cold, but it turned out to be unnecessary.

I dove in and found a turtle within just a few minutes. I even got to take a commemorative photo. After that, I saw various colorful fish and was shown exactly where to find clownfish. I was able to see a total of three turtles.

As for the Pumpkin Cave, I thought it would just be a matter of going inside and finishing, but we climbed up and jumped down, which felt like a little adventure. Since we walked there, it was a bit tough for the older gentleman, but I got to take a lot of photos, and on the way back, he helped me by pulling my hand. It was very attentive service.

前日に連絡があり、干潮の関係で集合が8:30になるとのこと
朝早いので、寒さが大丈夫か？と心配したのですが、杞憂に終わりました
もぐって、ものの数分で亀さん発見。記念写真も撮ってもらいました。
その後も色とりどりの魚を見たり、ピンポイントでクマノミがいるところを教えてもらえました。亀さんは計3匹見ることができました。

そのあとのパンプキン鍾乳洞も、中に入って終わりかと思ってましたが
上に登ったり、飛び降りたりで、ちょっとした冒険気分
歩いて向かうので、おじさんにはちょっときつかったですが
写真もいっぱい撮ってもらい、帰りには手を引っ張って手伝ってもらったりで
至れり尽くせりでした。

If you're going to Miyako Island, I highly recommend participating in this tour. My husband and I joined the tour on October 22 (Friday), and unfortunately, the weather was bad, but thanks to our tour guide, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Even though there were many young participants, we, being around sixty, were able to explore comfortably and fully enjoy the power spots. We walked through the water to reach a mystical cave, and surprisingly, the water was warm. The pumpkin-shaped limestone cave was impressive and exciting, making me forget my age as I pushed myself to enjoy it.

At the end, we jumped into the sea from above the cave, and although I was a bit scared, I managed to take the plunge, feeling a little rejuvenated. The guide took photos during the tour with a special waterproof camera and provided the data for free, which was a nice touch. I would love to join this tour again during a different season.

私たちは夫婦2人で参加しました。
参加した10月22日（金）は生憎、悪天候でしたがツアーガイドさんの
案内により本当に楽しめました。
若い人の参加が多い中、還暦前後の私たちも無理なく探索出来、パワースポットを堪能しました。
神秘的な洞窟までは海の中を歩いて行きますが思いの外、水は暖かかったです。
カボチャの形をした鍾乳洞は迫力満点で思わず興奮し、自分の歳も忘れて頑張りました。
最後に、鍾乳洞の上から海に飛び込むのですが、おっかなびっくりながら私も思い切って飛び込む事も出来、少し気持ちが若返ったかのと思っています。
ツアー中の写真はガイドさんが専用の防水カメラで写真を撮影して下さり、データを無料で下さるのも嬉しいサービスですね。
次回は、季節の違う時期に改めて参加したいツアーです。

I was a bit confused since the monitor tour is always mentioned among the activities in Miyako Island, but we decided to participate as a family because it was available.

I thought it was just the pumpkin that often appears in photos, but after climbing the rope ladder, we found the main attraction—the magnificent limestone cave!

The dripping water is filtered, making it very clean. Even on a hot summer day outside, it was cool inside the cave, almost cold. It might be even colder if you visit after autumn!

We were shown the mysteries of nature that took a long time to form without any human intervention.

The path to the limestone cave takes you along the shoreline. There are also coral points, so we took a detour to head out to the open sea.

There were many tourists, and a lot of tours were coming and going, but everyone was following good manners, and I hope we can continue to protect this place.

宮古島のアクティビティでかならず紹介されているので迷いましたが、モニターツアーがあるということで家族で参加しました。

よく写真に写っている、パンプキンだけかと思っていたら、あれを縄の梯子で登った先に本命の鍾乳洞が広がっていました！

滴っている水が濾過されていれのでとてもきれい。外は真夏日でも鍾乳洞の中はひんやりしていて寒いくらいでした。
秋以降の参加だったらもっと寒いかもしれません！

徒歩もない長い年月をかけて作られた大自然の神秘を見せていただきました。

鍾乳洞までの道のりは海うち際を歩きます。
珊瑚のポイントもあるそうで沖のほうを遠回りして向かいました。


観光客も多く、たくさんのツアーの出入りがありましたが、皆さんマナーを守って大切に守っていきたいですね。

I participated in a tour of the limestone cave and sea turtle snorkeling. Since I was able to borrow the necessary items, I could join the tour almost empty-handed, which made it very relaxing. The view of the sea from above Pumpkin Cave was mystical, and it was worth the effort to climb up. I forgot to make a wish when I jumped in, so I want to try again. I was very surprised to see sea turtles in the shallow waters that you can swim to from the beach. I didn't realize they were so close! The water was warm and enjoyable because the sun was out, but it got very cold afterward, so I recommend bringing warm clothing and hot drinks if you go in November (laughs). Besides the tour, the restaurant they introduced for lunch was delicious, and they also recommended a place for dinner on short notice, which made for a fun day.

鍾乳洞とウミガメシュノーケリングのツアーに参加しました。必要物品はお借り出来たため持ち物もほぼ手ブラだったので気楽に参加することが出来ました。
パンプキン鍾乳洞の上から見た海の景色が神秘的で頑張って登ったかいがありました。飛び込む時にお願いごとするのを忘れてしまったので、また挑戦したいと思います。ウミガメもビーチから泳いで行ける範囲の浅瀬に居てとてもビックリしました。こんなに近くに居るものなんですね。海の中は太陽が出ていたため暖かく楽しめましたが、終わった後がとても寒かったので11月に行く場合は防寒具や暖かい飲み物の持参をオススメします(笑)ツアー以外にも、お昼に紹介して下さったお店も美味しく、突然聞いた夜ご飯のお店も教えて頂き一日を楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。

I had a great time being able to get close and interact with wild sea turtles. I didn't realize that turtles surface to breathe (laughs). It was also adorable to see them eating seaweed, and I appreciated being able to watch them slowly. I was able to see many fish, like clownfish and lionfish, as well as coral. It's truly amazing that the world of an aquarium exists in nature!

The journey to the cave was tough as we had to walk through the sea, but climbing up to the stalactite cave, doing a natural mud pack, and finally jumping in were all wonderful memories. The tour guide was also very lively, and I enjoyed the time spent chatting with them. The photos we received at the end were beautifully taken, which made me very happy.

野生のウミガメに近くで触れ合うことが出来たのが楽しかったです。カメって息継ぎをしに浮上するんですね(笑)海藻を食べている姿も可愛かったですし、ゆっくり見れたのも良かったです。カクレクマノミやミノカサゴなど沢山の魚と珊瑚を見ることが出来ました。水族館の世界が自然にあるのは本当に凄いことですね！
鍾乳洞は洞窟まで海の中を歩くのが大変でしたが、鍾乳洞の上に登ったり、自然の泥パックをしたり、最後に飛び込んだ事も良い思い出です。
ツアーガイドさんもノリが良く、色々お話をして頂き楽しい時間を過ごせました。最後に頂いたお写真も凄く綺麗に撮れていて、嬉しかったです。

We participated as a family. My 7-year-old daughter was worried about her stamina, but she was continuously amazed by the unseen world and experiences, exclaiming, "Wow! This is fun!"

Despite it being the off-season, the cave was incredibly crowded. According to the instructor, it was the third busiest day of the year. However, it was great for our family that our daughter was able to enjoy herself without being scared. The instructor was kind and always cheerful, which made our experience very enjoyable and reassuring.

Unfortunately, we were unable to see the turtles that the kids were looking forward to, which was disappointing.

Nonetheless, it became a very valuable experience. Thank you!

家族で参加しました。7歳の娘は、体力が心配でしたが見たことのない世界、体験に驚きの連続で「凄い！楽しい！」の連続でした。
シーズンオフの時期にもかかわらず、鍾乳洞の中は凄い人で、インストラクターのお兄さん曰く、今年3番目ぐらいの混みかただと教えてくれました。しかし、子供のいる我が家にとっては娘が怖がらず過ごせたので良かったです。インストラクターの方も優しくて、常に明るく声をかけてくれたのでとても楽しく安心して過ごすことが出来ました。
ただ、子供が楽しみにしていたカメには会うことが出来ず、残念でした。
でも、とても貴重な体験になりました。ありがとうございました。

I was able to see two sea turtles while snorkeling, and I also saw many other fish! The road to the Pumpkin Cave was long and involved a lot of walking, but the views were great and it was amazing! The guide was very clear in his explanations, and it was fun! He also took a lot of photos, which added to my memories♪♪♪ Thank you for this trip; it was a wonderful experience^ ^ If I have the chance to go to Miyako Island again, please guide me!☆

シュノーケリングでは海亀2匹見ることができ、その他もたくさん魚見れました！
パンプキン鍾乳洞は行くまでの道中はたくさん歩き遠かったですが、いい景色も見れて、すごかったです！
ガイドのお兄さんはわかりやすくいろんな説明をして下さり楽しかったです！

It was a tour that he booked for my birthday. (I requested to go, and he laughed.)

We walked almost all the way to the limestone cave, but it was my first time walking in the sea! I was excited about what kind of adventure was about to begin. The guide who attended us was very kind and led us confidently.

The limestone cave was so beautiful that I couldn't believe it was naturally formed; I was left speechless. I wondered what this majestic atmosphere was, and I learned that there is a dragon god who protects the sea. When I actually visited, I could feel that energy, and it was very empowering.

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at Shigira Beach. It was like a world straight out of Disney, and the guide attended us well, taking lots of photos! I was really happy to capture precious moments swimming in the sea with him (with Nemo too ♡)! Although we didn't see any sea turtles that day, I felt warm knowing that the guide was diligently searching for them. We were snorkeling beginners, but since we were given thorough instructions on the day, we actually went back to Shigira Beach the next day with snorkeling gear to swim.

Having been attended to the day before, I understood that it was safe to swim in that area, so while swimming the same route as on the tour day... we encountered a sea turtle!!! The joy of discovering it is something I will cherish forever!!!! This was possible because the guides, who have experience on-site, attended us well during the tour. Truly, it was the best memory I've ever had! Thank you so much!!!

鍾乳洞までは殆ど歩いて行きますが、海の中を歩いたのは生まれて初めて！これからどんな冒険が始まるのだろうとワクワクしました。
アテンドしてくれたガイドさんもとても親切で、たくましく先導してくれました。

鍾乳洞は、これが自然に出来たなんて信じられないくらい綺麗で言葉を失いました。
この荘厳な雰囲気は何だろう、と感じていたら海を守る龍神がいらっしゃるとのこと。
実際に行くとそのエネルギーが感じられて、とても力付けられました。

午後はシギラビーチでシュノーケリングをしました。まさにディズニーのような世界で、ガイドさんもしっかりアテンドしてくれて、写真も沢山撮ってもらいました！海の中を泳ぐ貴重な体験を彼との2ショットで(ニモも一緒に♡)写真で残せて凄く嬉しかったです！
当日はウミガメ見れませんでしたが、ガイドさんが一生懸命探してくれてたのにほっこりしました。シュノーケリング初心者の私たちでしたが、当日しっかり注意点なども教えていただけたので、実は次の日また同じシギラビーチにシュノーケリンググッズを持って泳ぎに行きました。
前日にアテンドしていただき、この辺りは泳いで大丈夫だなと理解していたので、ツアーの日と同じルートで泳いでいたら、、、なんとウミガメちゃんに出会えました！！！発見できた喜びは一生ものです！！！！
それができたのも、現場で経験されているガイドさんたちがツアーでしっかりアテンドして下さったからです。本当に、今までで最幸の思い出です！ありがとうございました！！！

I participated with a couple of friends. We were unsure about which tour to join in Miyako Island and honestly didn't have high expectations, so we made a reservation just two days before.

I wanted to book a morning tour, but since we had to walk through the sea to reach the cave, we gathered in the early afternoon during low tide. It was quite exhausting to walk through the rough sea in unstable weather, but once we arrived at the cave, all that fatigue disappeared!

I thought we would just see the pumpkin and jump in, but with our guide, we explored every corner and received clear explanations. In the end, we dove from the pumpkin into the sea!

They took a lot of photos from start to finish and sent them to us later. Our guide, Tokunaga, was highly recommended as he shared fun stories while walking, attended to us in the cave, and even recommended great places to eat.

友人夫婦と４人で参加しました。宮古島でどんなツアーに参加しようか悩み、正直そこまで期待せずに直前（２日前）に予約しました。
午前で予約したかったのですが、洞窟までは海の中を歩いて向かう為、干潮時刻のお昼過ぎに集合。不安定な天候の中、荒れてる海の中を歩いて向かうのはかなり疲れましたが、いざ洞窟に到着すると、その疲れも吹っ飛びました！
なんとなくパンプキンを見て、飛び込んで終了かなと思っていたのですが、ガイドさんと一緒に隅々まで探検し、きちんとわかりやすい説明もしてくれて、最後はパンプキンから海へダイブ！！
最初から最後までたくさん写真を撮ってくれて、後で送ってくれました。
歩きながらの楽しいお話、洞窟内でのアテンド、お勧めのご飯屋さんなども教えてくれたりなど、ガイドの徳永さんは相当お勧めです。

It wasn't the sunset I expected, but it was fun! The person in charge was nice too! Next, I want to challenge myself with the starry sky.

次は星空にチャレンジしたいです。

On November 15th, around 4 PM, we gathered at the Imugya parking lot. There were only two participants, and a staff member (a man in his 20s) arrived on time.

After preparing our clothes, we walked to the nearby Imugya Marine Garden. The SUPs were already set up, and we were taught how to paddle and ride the SUP before heading into the sea. Since it was evening, the temperature was likely around 20 degrees, and the seawater felt cold at first. It should be fine as long as you don't fall in.

There are two patterns: sitting and standing. After about 30 minutes of playing around on the SUP, the sky gradually changed to a sunset. Finally, the sun set, marking the end of the activity.

I only brought snorkeling goggles and did a bit of swimming and diving, but it was a little cold, so that's at your own risk. The staff member was polite and kind, and he took photos with his smartphone, which he sent to us via AirDrop at the end. I also brought my smartphone and GoPro and took a lot of pictures.

One thing to note is that there are no restrooms, so it's better to take care of that before starting. Additionally, it's obvious to bring a change of clothes and a towel, but I also thought it would be good to bring a water bottle and something to wash your feet at the end.

The reason I didn't give a perfect rating is that I wanted to see the sunset, but at Imugya Marine Garden, we could only see the sunset sky, not the actual sunset. I mentioned this during the activity, and they explained that the location is determined by the weather, wind direction, and sunset time.

However, aside from that, it was truly a great tour and a memorable experience. Also, since there were only the two of us participating this time, we were lucky to enjoy a private experience.

11/15の16時頃、イムギャー駐車場に集合。参加者は自分たち2名のみで、時間通りに担当の方(20代男性)が1名来ました。
衣服の準備をして、目の前にあるイムギャーマリンガーデンまで徒歩にて向かいました。すでにSUPが準備されており、パドル操作とSUPの乗り方について教えてもらい、海へ入ります。夕方だったので恐らく気温は20度くらいで最初は海水は冷たく感じるかと思います。落ちなければ大丈夫ですが。
座位で行うパターンと立位で行うパターンがあります。30分ぐらいSUPでぐるぐると遊んでいたら、徐々に夕焼け空へと変わってきました。最後は日が沈み、終了となります。
私はシュノーケルのゴーグルのみを持っていき、少し泳いだり潜ったりもしましたが、少し寒いのでそこは自己責任ですね。笑
担当の方は丁寧で優しく、とても良い方でした。写真もスマホで撮影してくれて、最後にAirDropで送ってもらえます。私自身もスマホとGoProを持って行き、撮りまくりました。
あとはトイレが無いので、始まる前に済ませておいた方が良いです。他にも着替え、タオルは当然ですが、ペットボトルに水を入れて、最後に足を洗えるようにした方がいいかなと思いました。
評価が最高ではない理由としては、夕陽が見たくて参加したのですが、イムギャーマリンガーデンでは夕陽は見れず、夕焼け空のみの景色であったからです。そのことを行なっている最中に話したのですが、場所に関しては天候や風向き、日の入時間に寄って場所を決めているとのことでした。
ですが、その事以外は本当に良いツアーであり、思い出に残るものだと思います。また、今回はたまたま私たち2人しか参加者がいなかったこともあり、貸切状態で楽しむこともできたのラッキーでした。

My first time on Iriomote Island! It was also my first time on Barasu Island, and I was so excited! Since there were only my friend and me on the tour, it turned into a completely private experience where we could chat with the captain while heading out to sea! We took a lot of photos during our landing on Barasu Island and snorkeling, and I was very satisfied. If you're going to Iriomote Island, I definitely recommend it.

初めての西表島！バラス島も初めてで、わくわく！
ツアーも偶然にも私と友人の2人だけだったため、完全プライベートで船長とお話ししながら海へ！
バラス島上陸やシュノーケルでもたくさん写真を撮ってもらい、大満足でした。

The day started with some anxiety as our snorkeling activity was changed to a river activity due to poor sea conditions. However, on the day itself, our guide, affectionately known as Tacky, greeted us with great energy, which raised our expectations.

In the morning, we experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on Iriomote Island. It was my first time, but I had a lot of fun and was very satisfied. Throughout the tour, Tacky provided explanations about the mangroves, various creatures, and plants, making it not just enjoyable but also educational. For lunch, he recommended a dish, and I enjoyed stone-grilled taco rice while admiring the beautiful sea.

In the afternoon, we went canyoning, progressing through the forest and jumping into the river, where we enjoyed a natural waterslide. It was incredibly satisfying! Even in mid-November, it was a fun experience! I'm grateful to Tacky for his kindness and for making it enjoyable. I definitely want to participate in this tour again!

前日にシュノーケリングが海上不良により川へのアクテビティに変更になり、どうなるんだろうと少し不安もありながら当日。ガイドの愛称タッキーさんがとても元気に挨拶をしてくれて期待が高まりました
午前は西表島のSUPを体験。初めてだったけどとても楽しめて満足でした。途中途中、タッキーさんがマングローブの解説や生物、植物の解説をしてくれながらツアーできたので、ただ楽しむだけではなく勉強にもなりました。お昼もおすすめを紹介してくれて、石焼タコライスを食べて、とっても綺麗な海を眺めてました。
午後はキャニオニングという森を進んで、川に飛び込んだら天然ウォータースライダーを楽しんだりとかなり満足できました！！１１月中旬でも満足できる楽しさです！！親切に楽しませてくれたタッキーさんに感謝です！是非また参加したいと思うツアーでした
