Since the pumpkin cave and sea kayaking were canceled, this review is only for snorkeling.
You can easily enter the sea by walking from the shore, so even those who are not comfortable with boats can participate without hesitation. Unfortunately, I didn't encounter any sea turtles, but the sea was beautiful, and I did get to see Nemo 😃. The staff was also kind and provided good service.
パンプキン鍾乳洞とシーカヤックが中止になったのでシュノーケリングのみの評価です。
海岸から歩いて海に入るので、船が苦手な方でも気軽に参加できます。残念ながらウミガメには遭遇出来ませんでしたが、海も綺麗でニモにも会えました😃

I had a great experience on the tour, guided by a muscular former firefighter named Yamato, which made me feel at ease! He shared stories about the limestone caves, and we had a mystical experience canoeing. We also got to experience a very cold, refreshing natural underground water pool deep inside the caves❄. I was able to see sea turtles, and it turned out to be an incredibly fun and amazing trip! Thank you very much!

In the first half, we leisurely floated along the river. It was full of adventure as we passed under the mangroves and spotted crabs and bats. When we rode the gentle current out to the sea, the orange sun was beginning to set. After about 15 minutes swaying with the ocean waves, the orange color of the sky deepened as the sun sank below the horizon. The rich oxygen, vibrant colors, and the view of the horizon provided a detoxifying experience. The return trip was not as tough as I had anticipated, making for a pleasant workout. I would love to participate again.
前半は川の流れにのってのんびりと。マングローブの下をくぐったり、カニやコウモリを見つけたりして冒険気分満載でした。
ゆるやかな流れに乗り海へ出ると、オレンジ色の太陽が沈みかけてました。海の波に揺られる事15分位かな？空のオレンジ色が濃くなり水平線に太陽が潜っていきました。濃い酸素、鮮やかな色、水平線の景色、デトックスな時間でした。帰りも覚悟していた程はキツくなく、程よいエクササイズとなりました。
また参加したいです。

The guide was kind and attentive, always considerate and ensuring we could enjoy the activities without feeling rushed. I thought the facilities for the activities were well-equipped, with services like showers, hair dryers, and barley tea available.

The sea was as beautiful and fun as I imagined, and the slide was even more thrilling than I expected. The staff responded quickly to my questions leading up to the event date, and their service was polite and excellent. My son, who has poor eyesight, was happy to have prescription goggles. On the boat, the staff's attentive service made us feel safe while having fun. They took many photos, which we could download on our phones, and the whole family was delighted. The activities were great, but I give high praise for the outstanding service from the staff.

I had booked parasailing and snorkeling, but due to the wind, we couldn't do parasailing. However, we were able to experience the marble and banana boat on the same day, and it was a great deal at 3,000 yen per person for both activities, creating wonderful memories! The boat also had a slide, and we could slide down and jump off the boat, which was a lot of fun. I think choosing this company is definitely a good decision!
パラセーリングとシュノーケリングで予約していたのですが、風の影響でパラセーリングはできませんでした。
しかし当日予約でマーブルとバナナボートを体験でき、しかも2つとも体験して1人3000円とお安く、すごく良い思い出になりました！

The tour was barely held due to the impact of the tsunami. It seems that many companies canceled their tours, so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The Blue Cave was even more of an unknown world than it appeared in photos, and it was truly moving. During the fish feeding, a variety of fish came close, which was a bit scary but also really cute.

凄く空いていてゆっくり堪能できました。

We participated with our 6-year-old child and two family members. The canoeing in the mangroves, followed by trekking, and finally playing in the waterfall, were all amazing experiences that allowed us to fully enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island. The homemade rice balls for lunch were also very delicious. Additionally, the guide was very kind and took great care of our child, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind!

It was the first experience of snorkeling for the whole family. My 8-year-old child seemed anxious, but the staff member kindly spoke to us and engaged with us even underwater. His refreshing and gentle smile left a strong impression.
Due to the typhoon, it was cloudy and raining from the morning, but the underwater world felt like a different realm and was truly moving. While we were splashing around, he dove down to take photos and videos, which became wonderful keepsakes. The process was smooth and efficient, and I really liked it! I heard that diving is possible from the age of 10, so I would love to go again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful time this time. It became my best memory in Okinawa.

On this day, the waves were high, so we couldn't go to the Pumpkin Cave, but in the morning we experienced snorkeling, and in the afternoon, we tried sea kayaking. My 8-year-old was super excited to see a sea turtle swimming right in front of him during his first snorkeling experience. Then, during the highly anticipated sea kayaking, thanks to the staff's kindness, he also got to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). When I asked him which activity he enjoyed the most, he said, "They were all fun!" (laughs)
Yutti, our snorkeling guide, and Hiro and Kyo-chan, who guided us with their Kansai dialect during kayaking and SUP, all provided very clear explanations, making us feel safe during the experience. Their attentive service and fun conversations allowed our family to have a wonderful time! Next time, we plan to tackle the cave again, and I definitely want to request it here.

I was taken care of during the snorkeling, sea kayaking, and pumpkin cave tour on the 23rd. I got to see a sea turtle while snorkeling, and I was captivated by the very mystical world of the pumpkin cave. Especially in the pumpkin cave, with the guide's help, I climbed the walls and was even splashed by a waterfall. It far exceeded my expectations for the tour, and I'm really glad I participated. We all worked together to paddle the kayak to the Blue Cave. At first, I was a bit worried about whether we would make good progress, but they explained how to use it in a way that was easy for the kids to understand, so we had a lot of fun paddling. The Blue Cave was mystical and very moving. We were also able to see many fish while snorkeling, which made it the best summer memory for our family, and it seemed like the kids were really satisfied as well. Since it was the earliest time in the morning, there weren't many other customers or groups, allowing us to leisurely enjoy various aspects of nature. It was my first time kayaking, and I was a bit anxious at first, but they taught us carefully, making it a refreshing experience that I can't usually have in the city! I was also happy to receive various tips and recommendations for restaurants from the instructor! I would love to participate again!
朝一番早い時間だったので、他のお客さんや団体があまりおらず、ゆっくりいろんな自然を見れました。カヤックも初めてで最初不安もありましたが、丁寧に教えてくださり、普段都会では体験できないので新鮮でした！またインストラクターさんに色々な豆知識やおすすめのご飯屋さんまで教えていただき嬉しかったです！また参加したいと思います！

I thought the event would be canceled due to the rain, but I was guided to the best spots for coral and fish. It was my first time seeing turtles eating and swimming up close like that. Since it was drizzling, it wasn't too hot, but it would have been nice to have warm drinks on the boat (it was quite cold). The staff were very kind, and I had a great time.

特に亀の食事をしたり、泳いだりする姿をあんなにまじかに見れたのは初めてです。
小雨だったので暑くはなかったのですが、船内であったかい飲み物があると良かったです。（結構寒かったので）
係の方はとても親切で楽しい時間を過ごせました。
When it rains, it can be cold until you reach the next point, so it might be a good idea to prepare for the cold while on the boat.
雨の時は次のポイントに行くまで寒いので、船の上で寒さ対策をしていた方が良いかもしれません。

We participated as a family of four, but due to the typhoon, it was canceled. Just when we were feeling disappointed, we were offered the opportunity to go kayaking in the inland sea. When we arrived that day, there were many people gathered, and a handsome guide suggested snorkeling at a different location. They flexibly changed the plan, and as a result, we had a wonderful snorkeling experience.
The service was very polite, and even our children, who were experiencing this for the first time, felt safe participating. When introducing children to nature, in a new place, and with new experiences, safety and reassurance are the top priorities, so we were very grateful for the way they handled everything.
During snorkeling, we were able to swim alongside sea turtles and beautifully colored tropical fish at an arm's length, and our entire family was extremely satisfied.

がっかりしていたところ内海でのカヤックをご提案いただきました。
当日行くと大勢人が集まっており、イケメンのガイドさんが再度別の場所でのシュノーケリングをご提案。臨機応変にプラン変更していただけ、結果素晴らしいシュノーケリング体験ができました。
対応も非常に丁寧で、初体験の子どもも安心して参加出来ました。
自然相手で、初めての場所、初めての体験を子どもにさせる際、やはり安心安全が最優先となる中でこのような対応をして頂けたのがとても有り難かったです。
シュノーケリングはウミガメや美しい色をした南国の魚が手に取るような距離で一緒に泳ぐことができ、家族全員が大満足でした。

I had a great time with the sightseeing at Yubu Island and beach snorkeling. On the bus heading to Yubu Island, the guide shared many interesting stories about Iriomote Island and the creatures that live there.
Although we only had 50 minutes on Yubu Island, we were able to see water buffalo and many colorful flowers, and we enjoyed a delicious gelato while strolling around. Riding the water buffalo cart while listening to the sound of the sanshin was very pleasant.
In the afternoon, my 6-year-old daughter was a bit scared since it was her first snorkeling experience in a year, but the guides, Abe-chan and Yumi-chan, were very kind and gently encouraged her, saying, "You can hold onto the float—let's have fun!" This helped the whole family relax and enjoy the experience. My daughter even whispered, "That was so much fun..." as she reflected on the day.
Thank you for the wonderful time! Also, I left something behind, but I was touched by the careful assistance I received in retrieving it. Thank you very much!
由布島観光とビーチシュノーケルでお世話になりました。
由布島へ向かうバスの車内ではガイドさんが西表島のことや西表に住む生き物たちのお話をたくさんしてくださって面白かったです。
由布島では滞在時間50分とそんなに長くはなかったのですが、水牛やカラフルなお花をたくさん見られたり、美味しいジェラートを食べながら散策することができました。水牛車は三線の音色を聴きながら揺られて、すごく心地よかったです。
午後は６歳の娘が1年ぶりのシュノーケリングだったので少し怖がっていたのですが、ガイドのあべちゃんもゆみちゃんもとっても優しくて、穏やかに「浮き輪につかまっていいよ〜楽しんでいこ〜」と声を掛けてくれて家族みんなリラックスして楽しめました。
娘も「めっちゃ楽しかった…」と余韻に浸ってしみじみと呟いていました。笑
楽しい時間をありがとうございました！
あと、忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、丁寧に対応頂き家族一同感激しております。本当にありがとうございました。
