It was my first time doing SUP, but with the kind guidance of the instructor, I was able to paddle out with confidence. The water surrounded by mangrove forests was very calm, and the time spent slowly moving while listening to the sounds of birds and the wind was an exceptional healing experience. It was a tour that even beginners could enjoy without difficulty, allowing me to refresh my mind in nature.

初めてのSUPでしたが、ガイドさんの親切な指導で安心して漕ぎ出すことができました。マングローブの林に囲まれた水面はとても穏やかで、鳥の声や風の音を聞きながらゆっくり進む時間は格別の癒やし。初心者でも無理なく楽しめて、大自然に心からリフレッシュできるツアーでした。

The weather was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed canoeing and trekking. While canoeing through the mangroves of Iriomote Island, I was able to enjoy the experience while listening to the guide's detailed explanations. The trekking was quite steep, with rocks and tree roots making it slippery, but with the guide's help, I was able to safely make it to the waterfall. The waterfall was also magnificent. During both the canoeing and trekking, we spotted some rare creatures, and the explanations made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I believe the guide was very reliable. Thank you very much.

天気も良く、カヌーとトレッキングを堪能できました。カヌーでは西表島のマングローブの中をゆっくりカヌーで行くのですが、ガイドさんの丁寧な説明を聞きながら堪能できました。トレッキングはかなり急で、岩や木の根などがあり滑りやすいのですが、ガイドさんについて安全に上がって行き滝に到着する事ができました。滝も素晴らしかったです。カヌー、トレッキング中も珍しい生き物を見つけて説明していただき終始楽しく参加できました。ガイドさんが大変信頼できる方だと思います。ありがとうございました。

It was an experience that allowed me to fully appreciate the unique nature of Okinawa. As we moved across the calm water, we were able to touch nature and creatures that are usually hard to encounter. The guide carefully explained the animals and plants, making it not just about enjoying the scenery, but also learning about the natural processes behind it, which was a great attraction. The only sounds we heard during this peaceful time were the voices of birds and the sound of water. It was a wonderful escape from the everyday, and I had a very fulfilling time.

At one point, a mongoose popped out from a hole by the riverbank, which really got my excitement up! It's a shame I missed the chance to take a photo 🫤

I highly recommend this experience for creating memories of your trip to Okinawa!

沖縄ならではの自然を存分に感じられる体験でした。静かな水面を進むと、普段はなかなか触れられない自然、生き物に触れることができます。
ガイドの方が生き物や植物について丁寧に教えてくださるので、ただ景色を眺めるだけでなく、背景にある自然の営みを知れるのも魅力でした。穏やかな時間の中で耳に入るのは鳥の声や水の音だけ。心地よい非日常を味わうことができ、とても充実した時間になりました。

途中で河岸の穴からマングースが出てきてとてもテンションが上がりました！写真撮り損ねて残念です🫤

We were greeted by a cheerful guide who picked us up at the hotel. The conversation in the shuttle was lively, creating a great atmosphere with the other participants as the tour began! This kind of thing is important, isn't it?

After arriving at Miyara River, we quickly learned how to paddle a canoe and set off. The sunset near the estuary was breathtaking.

On the way back, the guide recommended a restaurant for dinner, which was very helpful. The snorkeling was amazing, but the view of Ishigaki from the water's surface was also spectacular.

明るいガイドさんにホテルまでお迎えいただきました。送迎の車の中は、楽しい会話が弾み、他の参加者の方ともよい雰囲気でツアーがスタート！こういうのって大事ですよね。
宮良川到着後、簡単にカヌーの漕ぎ方を習って出発。河口付近からの夕日は絶景でした。
帰りの車の中で、ガイドさんが晩御飯にお勧めのお店を教えてくださり、大変助かりました。シュノーケルも素晴らしいですが、水面から眺める石垣の空も素晴らしかったです。

It can be summed up in one word: amazing.
I was able to meet my dream sea turtles, and the Pumpkin Cave was mystical and moving...

Moreover, thanks to our tour guide, "Wakachiko's older brother," we had an even more enjoyable time!
I'm really glad I found this tour.
The other staff members were also young, cheerful, energetic, and lively!
However, they were also very attentive to safety, making it a place where families with children can enjoy themselves with peace of mind!

If I have the chance to go to Miyako Island again, I will participate in other tours as well!
I look forward to it again next time!

I highly recommend it in one word!
The scenery is always amazing.
I was lucky to see a rainbow too!

The phantom island is enjoyable even for small children.
The water is clear and shallow, so it's safe for kids.
I forgot my goggles, but they lent me a snorkeling mask.

I was able to swim with sea turtles while snorkeling! I was very lucky!
My 7-year-old daughter was a bit anxious about snorkeling, but the staff supported her, and she had a great time!
There were lots of fish, and the coral was beautiful; we thoroughly enjoyed the waters of Ishigaki.

The staff were very kind, and their explanations were precise, so I felt comfortable leaving it to them.

I would like to request this again next time.

It's not a problem if you've never been canoeing before. The guide mentioned that towards the end, their arms get tired and feel swollen, but I personally didn't feel that way. You can see the mangrove forest up close and even touch it.

カヌーを乗ったことがなくても問題ないです。ガイドの人は結構最後ら辺は腕が疲れてパンパンになると言ってましたが、私自身は特にパンパンにはなってないです。マングローブの森を身近で見ることができ、触ることもできます。

I had concerns about typhoons in Okinawa in September, but we were blessed with beautiful sunny weather. We gathered a little before the scheduled time, received a brief explanation, and set off. We were on the boat for about 30 minutes, and the waves splashed so much that we ended up completely soaked, like it was an attraction.

Once we arrived at the spot, we first practiced snorkeling, learning how to use the equipment and the best points to explore. After that, we went snorkeling before diving. I was advised that breathing would be easier after snorkeling, and that turned out to be correct. Thanks to that, I was able to dive with confidence.

The instructor was very kind and attentive. They took a lot of photos and videos, which helped preserve the memories. It was a shame we didn't get to see any sea turtles, but I’ll take it as a sign to participate again in the future. Thank you very much!

9月の沖縄は台風のイメージがあり心配していましたが、お天気に恵まれた晴れた日でした。
時間少し前に集合し簡単な説明を受け出発しました。
船で30分ほど揺られましたが波飛沫がものすごく掛かるのでアトラクションみたいにずぶ濡れになりました。笑
ポイントについてからはまずはシュノーケリングの練習で使い方とポイントを教わりそのあとシュノーケリングをしてからダイビングでした。
呼吸がシュノーケリングしてからの方がやりやすいとのアドバイスだったのですが、正解でした。
そのお陰でダイビングも安心して潜れました。
インストラクターの方はとても丁寧で優しく接してくださいました。
写真や動画も沢山撮っていただけたので思い出の記録にも残りました。
ウミガメに会えなかったのは残念でしたが、ご縁なのでまた参加しなさいというお告げと思っておきます。

We participated as a family of four. Our tour was originally scheduled for 9:30, but due to the weather, it was changed to the 15:00 tour. The tide and weather can be unpredictable, but I feel lucky to have been able to join this main event in Miyako Island.

We just had to change into our swimsuits and gather in the parking lot, and then we were provided with life jackets and marine shoes to head to the beach.

We joined the tour by Miyako Island Adventure pipi, and we were guided by the wonderful Ricky, who was both friendly and attentive! During the transfer to the beach, he engaged us in enjoyable conversations while canoeing, which made us feel at ease. In the limestone cave, he carefully explained the importance of history and natural heritage, making it a truly memorable and fantastic tour.

My child, who wished to have an adventure like in "Itte Q," had their dream fulfilled, and we had a unique experience that left us very satisfied. Thank you very much.

家族4人で参加させてもらいました。9時半の予定でしたが、天候の関係で15時のツアーに変更となりました。潮位や天候に左右されるのですが、今回の宮古島のメインイベントでしたので運よく参加できたと思います。

水着に着替えて駐車場に集合するだけで、後はライフジャケットとマリンシューズも貸してもらいビーチへ移動。

宮古島 Adventure pipiのツアーに参加しましたが、笑顔も気配りも素敵なリッキーさんにガイドしてもらいました！ビーチまでの移動中もカヌーも楽しく話しかけてもらい安心して参加できましたし、鍾乳洞では歴史や自然遺産の大切さを丁寧に教えていただきとても記憶に残る素晴らしいツアーでした。

イッテＱのような探検がしたいと言っていた子供の願いを叶えてもらい、唯一無二の体験ができ、非常に満足しています。ありがとうございました。

I participated in a canoeing experience with my two children. It was our first time, but it was more peaceful than we imagined, and the whole family enjoyed it.

First of all, the scenery was truly wonderful, and the nature viewed from the surface of the lake was very soothing. The canoe was stable, making it easy for beginners to paddle without any strain, which was reassuring physically. The children quickly got used to it and seemed happy to paddle on their own.

Additionally, our guide, Makoto, was very kind, and his explanations were easy to understand. He was always attentive, allowing us to focus on the experience with peace of mind. The attention to safety was thorough, so even as first-timers, we could enjoy it without anxiety.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We had a great time enjoying nature as a family, and I definitely want to do it again.

子ども二人と一緒にカヌー体験に参加しました。初めての体験でしたが、想像以上に穏やかで、家族みんなで楽しめました。

まず景色が本当に素晴らしく、湖面から眺める自然はとても癒されます。カヌーは安定感があり、初心者でも無理なく漕げるので体力的にも安心でした。子どもたちもすぐに慣れて、自分で漕げることが嬉しかったようです。

また、担当してくださったまことさんがとても親切で、説明もわかりやすく、常に気を配っていただけたので、安心して体験に集中できました。安全面の配慮も行き届いていて、初めてでも不安なく楽しめます。

総合的に大満足の体験でした。家族で自然を満喫しながら楽しい時間を過ごせたので、ぜひまたリピートしたいと思います。

We experienced snorkeling, parasailing, and two marine sports in Kerama as a family. The staff were very kind and we had a lot of fun. The snorkeling was amazing; the water was clear and beautiful, and we could see the fish and coral well. We also had some great photos taken, which made for wonderful memories, but I think we might have been a bit greedy with the parasailing and the two marine sports. While we did get to experience snorkeling, we didn't get any photos taken during that part, possibly because we were running out of time. (We did have photos taken during the activities.) Since the sea was beautiful and we could see the fish well, I thought it might have been better to reduce the number of activities and enjoy snorkeling more thoroughly.

慶良間シュノーケリング＋パラセーリング＋マリンスポーツ2品を、家族で体験しました。
スタッフの方が親切に対応してくれて、かなり楽しめました。
シュノーケリングでは、海が透明で綺麗で、魚や珊瑚をよく見れました。
写真も撮ってもらっていい思い出になったのですが、パラセーリングとマリンスポーツ2品は欲張りすぎたかもです。
ちゃんとシュノーケリングも体験できたのですが、時間が押していたのか、シュノーケリングの写真は撮ってもらえず。
（アクティビティの時はしっかり撮ってもらいました）
海が綺麗で魚もよく見えたので、アクティビティをもう少し減らしてシュノーケリングをたっぷり楽しんでも良かったかな、と思いました。

The response I received when communicating over the phone in advance was terrible. Since I made the reservation, I dealt directly with the company, but it ended up making my friends, who participated with me, feel uncomfortable as well. I will not use this company again.

事前に電話でやり取りをした際の対応が最悪でした。予約したのが私だったので会社と直接やり取りしましたが、一緒に参加した友達にも嫌な思いをさせることになりました。ここの会社はもう使わないです。

The morning at Yufu Island and the afternoon mangrove canoe tour were both wonderful experiences that allowed us to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island! The guide was always smiling and provided a thorough and attentive tour, which left a great impression! The lunch we were recommended was also delicious! I definitely want to come back with my family!

I was very healed by the great nature of Iriomote Island, with its sea, mountains, mangrove forests, and the tidal flats that appeared. It had been a while since I went kayaking, but the pre-ride briefing was easy to understand. The guide kindly took my friends' children along with him and shared information about the island beyond the tour. I really appreciated all the kindness. There are sights, sounds, colors, and energy that only those who have been there can understand, and I highly recommend it. Thank you to the guide from Chura Nesia.

海、山、マングローブの森、現れた干潟と見渡す限り大自然の西表島にとても癒されました。久しぶりのカヤックでしたが、乗る前の事前レクチャーで分かりやすく教えてくださり、友人の子供達はガイドさんと一緒に乗せてくださり、ツアー以外の島のことも教えてくださったりと色々とても親切にしてくださり、とても有り難かったです。行った人にしか分からない、景色、音、色、エネルギーがあり、とてもオススメです。ガイドをしてくださった、ちゅらねしあの方ありがとうございます。

We participated as a family of four, including a couple, a second-grade girl, and a three-year-old boy. The three-year-old was excited to see many fish while wearing a float and goggles. The older child seemed to have so much fun that she said she wanted to do more! The guide was very easy to talk to, and the children quickly warmed up to him.

夫婦と小2女児、3歳男児の4人で参加しました。3歳は浮き輪とバケツ眼鏡でしたが、お魚がたくさん見られて喜んでいました。
上の子も、もっとやりたい〜！と言うくらい楽しかったようです。

This time, I participated alone as a 64-year-old man. I was good at swimming, but since it was my first time snorkeling, I was a bit anxious at first. However, thanks to the kind and attentive support from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy myself.

泳ぎは得意な方でしたが､シュノーケリングは初めてだったので､当初は少し不安もありましたが、スタッフの方々の親切丁寧な対応に安心して楽しめました。

I have participated in quite a few tours, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. There was no explanation beforehand, and no guidance upon arrival.

First of all, not having lockers for marine activities was very concerning. If I had known this in advance, I could have left my valuables in the car, but there was no such information provided.

Additionally, we were taken out to a very remote area and had to wait for hours on the anchored boat. About 80% of the participants were seasick and vomiting; it was a nightmare.

I understand the focus on efficiency, but I wish they would reconsider and think about the participants' experience.

今までかなりのツアーに参加してきましたが、ここまで酷かったのは初めてです。事前説明も到着してからの案内も説明もありません。
まずマリンアクティビティでロッカーが無いのは不安でしかありません。せめて事前に無いことが分かっていれば、貴重品を車に置いていくなりできますが、その説明も無し。
また、かなりの遠洋に連れて行かれ、停泊した船の上で何時間も待たされます。参加者の8割程が船酔いし吐いていて地獄でした。
効率重視は分かりますが、参加者の身になって考え直して欲しいです。

The half-day course for SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave did not have enough participants, so I only joined the SUP. (I was told that if it were a full-day course, I could participate in both.)

It was my first time doing SUP, but the explanation from H was easy to understand, and the stability of the board was better than I expected, allowing me to smoothly glide across the water. H took many photos for us, and thanks to their friendly and cheerful personality, I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind! During the transfer, I appreciated all the information about Ishigaki Island that they shared. I would love to come back someday to do snorkeling at the Blue Cave.

SUP&青の洞窟シュノーケルの半日コースは催行人数に満たず、SUPのみの参加にしました。(1日コースなら両方参加できるとのことでした)
初めてのSUPでしたが、担当してくださったHさんの説明もわかりやすく、ボードの安定感も予想していたよりあったのでスムーズに海面を進むことができました。
写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、Hさんの気さくで明るいお人柄のおかげで、安心して楽しむことができました！送迎中も、石垣島の色々な情報を教えてくださり感謝です。またいつか青の洞窟シュノーケリングをやりに来たいです。

The sea was beautiful, and I had a lot of fun snorkeling! The slide was also enjoyable! The staff were kind, which made me feel safe.

We participated as a family of four with elementary school children and toddlers. Our tour guide, Macchan, was very kind, and the children really warmed up to him. I was worried about whether the kids would be able to swim, but Macchan helped them, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. On Yufu Island, we were able to interact with the water buffalo, which was a delightful experience. The island tour lasted for just one hour, and it was such an attractive place that I wished we could have spent a little more time exploring. Thank you for a very enjoyable day!

小学生と幼児の家族四人で参加しました。ツアーガイドのまっちゃんは、とても優しくこどもたちもすごく懐いていました。こどもたちの体力的に泳げるか心配でしたが、まっちゃんが、こどもたちを援助してくれて安心してシュノーケルを楽しむことができました。由布島も水牛と触れ合う事ができて堪能することができました。島観光の時間が、1時間だったので、もう少しゆっくり見たいと思えるくらい魅力的な島でした。

The waterfall looked so beautiful while floating in the basin that it felt unreal. I could see four sea turtles, and the corals were amazing, with the water clarity being top-notch.

The staff were also very attentive and made the experience wonderful.

滝は滝壺に浮かびながら見ると現実とは思えないほど良く、海は海亀も４匹見られたり、サンゴもすごく、透明度も最高でした。

スタッフの方もいろいろ気にかけてくれて最高でした。

I participated in Yumi's tour. I was a beginner at both snorkeling and canoeing, but the explanations were thorough and easy to understand, so I felt safe participating. The stunning coral during snorkeling was impressive! The mangroves during canoeing were also very beautiful. While touring, I learned a lot of interesting facts, and it was very enjoyable. I would love to participate again. Thank you!

The service was very polite and attentive, which was great. The quantity and quality of the fish were a bit lacking, but they taught us a lot about the surrounding islands. All the staff were kind and energetic.

We have booked the package including the snorkeling with sea turtles and kayak trip to the pumpkin cave. Even if we booked in the evening for the morning before, they have been very efficient with providing information and things have run smoothly. On the day we have driven to the meeting place and they have provided all the things needed. The tour was very fun and interesting, thanks to our guide Yuuri, always reliable and friendly with us. This was the highlight of our vacation and we would recommend this tour!

We started with the Hija River exploration. The guide shared various stories, but the distance traveled was short, and to be honest, it felt more like kayak practice than an exploration, with the main event happening after we got out to sea. There were some waves and clouds, but we were able to see a beautiful sunset. The photos taken with the sunset in the background were taken by ourselves.

最初に比謝川探検からスタートします。ガイドさんはいろいろ話をしてくれましたが移動距離も短く、正直言って探検というよりカヤックの練習という感じで、メインは海に出てからでした。
少し波と雲が出ていましたが、綺麗な夕陽が見れました。夕陽をバックにした写真は、自分達で撮る感じです。

I participated in snorkeling at the Blue Cave and diving at Clownfish Paradise. It was great to have so many photos taken (included in the price). The color of the Blue Cave that I actually saw was amazing, and I want to go again next year. I was able to hold onto something like a kickboard and be pulled along, so I didn't exhaust myself. I was able to swim on my own during the diving, and I was extremely satisfied. When I struggled to swim well, they quickly noticed and helped me, which gave me incredible peace of mind underwater. We were blessed with good weather, and it was a dream-like time. I would like to request again next year, but can we go to a different location this time?

After diving, I struggled with the heavy equipment when getting back on the boat, but I was helped, which was a relief. Next year, I will exercise in advance to build my stamina. Thank you very much.

Also, I saw on the schedule that after finishing at the Blue Cave and waiting for the diving departure, I ran out of water at the port and didn't have any money with me, so I returned to the shop once. Perhaps there was tea prepared. If it's just snorkeling, 500ml is enough, but depending on the weather, if you're continuing with diving, it might be better to have 1L.

実際に見た青の洞窟の色は素晴らしく、来年もまた行きたい。
ビート板？みたいなのにつかまって引っ張ってもらえたので、体力を消耗せずに済みました。
ダイビングはずっと自分で泳げて大大大満足です。
上手く泳げず困った時はすぐに気づいて引っ張ってくださり、海の中でのあの安心感は半端ない。
お天気にも恵まれ、夢のような時間でした。
来年もお願いしたいのですが、今回と違う場所に行けますか？
ダイビングのあと船にあがる時に機材が重く苦労しましたが、手伝ってもらえて助かりました。
来年は事前に運動をして体力をつけて行きます✊

あと、スケジュールで見てはいたのですが、
青の洞窟が終わってダイビング出発の間、港で待機の時お水がなくなって、お金も持って行ってなかったので一度ショップに戻りました。
もしかしてお茶の準備があったのかもしれません。
シュノーケリングだけだと500mlで十分ですが、天候にもよりますが、続けてダイビングの場合は1Lあった方がいいかもしれない。

I had experienced the sunset before, so this time I chose the sunrise canoe. They picked me up at the hotel, and during the 20-minute drive to the port, I encountered what seemed to be wild boars and Ryukyu scops owls, and on the way back, I saw a white-browed crake.

When we arrived at the port in the still dim light, there were many clouds and thunder could be heard in the distance, but by the time we received the briefing and set off, the clouds began to turn red, and gradually the morning glow became visible.

Along the way, a sea turtle surfaced for air and quickly dove back down, and I also saw black and white clownfish. Most importantly, the guide shared various stories, making it a very satisfying tour.

サンセットは以前に体験したので、今回はサンライズカヌーを選びました。ホテルまで迎えに来ていただき、港までの20分のドライブ中にイノシシやリュウキュウコノハズクらしき鳥と、帰りはシロハラクイナと遭遇しました。
まだ薄暗い中港に到着した時は雲が多く遠くで雷もなっていましたが、説明を聞いて出港する頃には雲が赤く染まりだし、だんだんと朝焼けが見えてきました。
途中で海亀が息継ぎで上昇してきて慌てて潜っていったり、白黒のクマノミもいたり、何よりガイドさんが色々な話をしてくださり大満足のツアーでした。

Before we left, I was a bit anxious because it had been raining, but once the tour started, the weather improved rapidly, and we were able to visit the long-awaited Phantom Island under a clear blue sky. It was much more beautiful than in the photos, and I was moved by the white sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea. The guide was friendly and reliable, sharing not only information about the ocean but also recommending various restaurants in Ishigaki, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. There were small children with us, but they were well supported, and even the ones who were initially scared seemed to have a great time. I want to go again.

行く前に雨が降っていたので少し不安でしたが、ツアーが始まってからはどんどん天気が回復して、青空の下で念願の幻の島に行くことができました。写真で見るよりもずっと綺麗で、白い砂浜と透き通った海に感動しました。ガイドのお姉さんも気さくで頼りになり、海のことだけでなく石垣でオススメのご飯屋さんなどいろんなことを教えてくれ、安心して楽しめました。小さい子もいましたが、しっかりサポートされてて最初怖がっていた子も楽しそうでした。また行きたいです。
