I had never swum in the ocean before, so I was anxious until just before, but my guide, Yamachan, pulled me along with a float and checked on me several times during the experience, which allowed me to enjoy the ocean with peace of mind. It was my first ocean activity, and I made the right choice by asking for their help! Of course, I also got to see a sea turtle. We decided to use this service for our honeymoon, as it was both of our first experiences with snorkeling. I was nervous about swimming in the ocean and had many worries, but the guides were very kind and taught us thoroughly, which made me feel at ease to participate! I thought it would be lucky if we encountered a sea turtle, but we actually did, and I was so moved to see it up close! They also took many wonderful photos for us, creating great memories! Since we don't usually go to the ocean, I was hesitant about snorkeling, but I'm really glad I participated!

Just as the tour was about to start, my 6-year-old daughter became upset and said she didn't want to see the sea turtles. However, the staff members were all very kind and spoke to her gently! They encouraged her to go see the sea turtles, but at that moment, she was still in a bad mood. Later, after some time had passed, she decided to join us and was very happy to take pictures! We had two elementary school children (a fourth grader and a first grader) with us, but there were restroom breaks along the way, and the guide provided explanations about our current location, so we were able to enjoy it without getting bored! It was a hot day, but the bus was comfortable, so the kids mostly slept during the ride.

I have had a very good impression of Beltora in the past, having relied on them for overseas trips and bus tours. So, I requested their service again this time, but I can't help feeling that it was a bit of a failure.

This time, I chartered a private sightseeing taxi for six hours in Okinawa. Since I arrived in Okinawa right away, I contacted them in advance with my flight number and had them pick me up at the airport. In the end, it took an extra hour, but that was within expectations.

I think the driver was a nice person, but despite being called a sightseeing taxi, they didn't share any local stories, food recommendations, or information about the sea. They seemed not very talkative, and their voice was muffled by a mask, so they hardly spoke at all.

沖縄に着いてすぐからだったので、あらかじめ飛行機の便名を連絡して、空港にお迎えに来てもらいました。結局、1時間プラスになってしまいましたが…これは想定内でした。

人的には良い方だと思いますが、観光タクシーと言う割には、地元の話や食べ物、海のこと、何も話してもらえませんでした。
あまり話が好きでは無い感じで、声もマスクで更に小さくて、全然話はしない方でした。

こちらが質問の様に聞いた話は、丁寧に話してくれましたが…基本的には、あらかじめ行きたい場所を決めて、そこに順番に送って行って待ってるだけのタクシーです。

他の人の口コミに、写真を撮ってくれた…とか、地元の食べ物屋を教えてもらったとかありますが、今回は基本的には運転手さんはタクシーから降りないので、写真を撮ってくれるどころか、入場口などの説明もありません。
観光タクシーに聞きながら周るのを期待していたのが、ちょっとショックに変わりました。

観光タクシーとは、どこまでを期待して良いのか、ちょっと考えさせられる体験でした。
