It was an unforgettable and fulfilling journey. Since we hired a car, we saved time on taxis and waiting for transportation at each stop. Mr. Nishida, who was in charge of driving, was friendly and talkative, and he drove smoothly. He planned out the time for each stop and reminded us of the remaining distance and duration during the drive. He was also flexible in adjusting our destinations and itinerary according to our needs. At the end of the trip, he bid us farewell very kindly. We sincerely appreciate his help throughout the journey.

非常难忘和圆满的旅程。因为是包车出游，节约了每个站点打车和等车的时间。负责驾驶的西田先生热情健谈，驾驶平稳，给我们规划好了每一站停留的时间，在行驶过程中也提醒我们剩余的距离和时长，也能根据我们的需要灵活调整目的地和行程，结束行程时非常友好地和我们道别。真心感谢这一路上有他的帮助。

I took photos while listening to music under a sky full of stars. I was nervous since it was my first time shooting, but I was able to relax and pose as I wanted! While waiting for others to finish their shoots, I sat back in a chair and enjoyed the starry sky. It was a very precious experience, and I am grateful for it. I definitely want to come back to Miyako Island again.

空いっぱいの星空の中、音楽を聴きながら撮影をしました。初めての撮影で緊張していましたが、リラックスしながら撮りたいポーズで撮影できました！他の方の撮影を待っている間も、椅子に腰掛けてゆったりと星空を満喫できました。とても貴重な体験をすることができ、感謝しています。また絶対に宮古島に来たいです。

It was truly a fun day! I learned about Okinawa and was guided to places I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I'm really glad I used the sightseeing taxi! When I go to Okinawa next time, I definitely want to book again! Thank you so much, driver!!

I was taken care of during the sea turtle tour. Although it was postponed by a day due to the typhoon, I was amazed by the beautiful, clear blue of the ocean, which showed no signs of the storm's impact. The staff's response during the postponement was excellent. I think there were at least 5 or 6 sea turtles. I couldn't believe how close we could get to them. During the tour, the guide led us and shared interesting facts. The tour package included all the necessary equipment, so it seemed like I could participate with just my swimsuit. I brought a camera to take underwater photos, but it turned out I didn't need it, as they took about 100 high-quality pictures and sent them to my smartphone right away. I loved all the photos and was very satisfied. The tour lasted from 9:00 to 11:00, and I think it was more than enough time to enjoy it. On the last day of my 4-night, 5-day trip, I had an emotional experience, and I am filled with gratitude for the staff.

ウミガメツアーでお世話になりました。
台風で1日延期となりましたが、その影響を感じない海の青さで透き通った綺麗さ感動しました。
延期の際もスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。
ウミガメは少なくとも5〜6匹はいたと思います。
あんなに接近できると思ってなく信じられませんでした。
ツアー中はガイドさんが先導してくださり、豆知識を教えていただきました。
ツアーについては、必要な道具一式がプラン内に組み込まれていて水着だけの手ぶらで参加できそうです。
水中を撮りたくカメラを持って行ったのですが、その必要がないくらいに、高性能なカメラで100枚程撮ってくださり、すぐにスマホに送信していただきました。
どれも気に入った写真ばかりで大満足です。
ツアー時間も9:00〜11:00までですが、十分過ぎるくらい満喫できるかと思います。
4泊5日の最終日に感動的な体験ができ、運営スタッフの皆さまに感謝でいっぱいです。

We used the service for both our arrival and departure with our family. For the arrival, they were waiting with a sketchbook that had our name on it, so it was easy to find them. We arrived at the hotel without any issues while chatting about the weather in Okinawa. For the return, we chose a private charter sightseeing plan and decided to do some sightseeing on the way from the hotel to the airport. They came to pick us up at the hotel right on time. We confirmed our plans in the car and were able to enjoy sightseeing for the full duration. Since we had a little extra time, they took us to an island we didn't know about, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was grateful that they took photos for us. It was nice to hear fun stories from a local during the ride. It was so comfortable that I ended up dozing off in the car. They also made a stop for us to buy souvenirs, so thank you for being flexible. I would like to use this service again when I come back to Okinawa.

家族で行きと帰りに利用しました。行きは名前を書いたスケッチブックを持って待っていただいており、すぐにわかりました。沖縄の天気のお話などをしながら問題なくホテルへ到着しました。帰りは貸切チャーター観光のプランを選択し、ホテルから空港まだの道中に観光をすることにしました。ホテルは指定の時間通り迎えに来ていただきました。車内で予定を確認し、時間いっぱい観光できました。少し時間に余裕ができたので知らなかった島にもお連れいただき、とてもいい経験になりました。写真を撮っていただけてありがたかったです。車内でも地元の方ならではの楽しいお話をしていただけてよかったです。快適だったので車内でうとうとしてしまいました。お土産を買う所にも寄っていただいたりと、融通をきかせていただいてありがとうございました。また沖縄に来る際は利用したいです。

First of all, the tour itself was good. We were able to visit various places by bus in one day, which was convenient. However, the female guide was disappointing.

The first issue was when we arrived at each location. At first, it was manageable, but as the tour progressed, perhaps due to time constraints, she would rush ahead to the entrance, leaving the tour group behind, and wave from a distance saying, "This way!" Everyone was desperately trying to find the guide who had disappeared. I felt this only added to the time we spent searching for her.

The second issue was the obvious difference in how she treated people. She openly displayed her preferences. She was overly friendly and polite to foreign tourists, while she treated us Japanese tourists with indifference and gave curt responses. It's natural for anyone to have likes and dislikes, but I wished she would treat everyone equally in her professional role.

I believe she may not be aware of this, so I wanted to share my thoughts. It may seem like a minor issue, but I think it's important to make the most of our limited time during our trip. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste, but I would like to participate in a tour again, so I hope for improvements.

最初に。ツアーそのものは良かったです。バスで1日色んなところを周れたし、楽チンでした。
ただ、ガイドの女性が残念な感じでした。
一つ目は、各施設に着いた時。最初の方はまだマシだったけど、後半になってくると時間に余裕がなくなってきたのか、ツアー客置いてけぼりでさっさと一人で入場口まで行き、遠くの方から『ここですよ〜』と手を振ってる始末。皆、何処に行ったかわからんガイドを必死で探してました。これでは余計に時間が掛かってた様に思います。
二つ目は、明らかなる人に対しての対応の違い。自分の好き嫌いを分かりやすく表に出しておられました。特に外国人には凄く愛想よく親切過ぎるくらい丁寧な対応で、私達日本人観光客には適当な対応で、無愛想な受け答えをされてた人も他に見かけました。人間誰しも好き嫌いがあってもおかしくはないけど、仕事として皆平等に接して欲しかったです。
だぶん、自分ではお気付きではないのだと思いますので、この投稿をさせて頂きました。些細な事かも知れませんが、限られた日数、限られた時間いかに有意義に過ごすかは大切なことだと思います。今回は残念ながらあと味悪い旅行になりましたが、また是非ツアー参加したいと思いますので改善宜しくお願い致します。

This was my first night tour in Ishigaki Island. During the car ride, the guide shared various interesting information about Ishigaki Island, making it an enjoyable experience.

The starry sky at the location we arrived at was breathtaking, even more wonderful than a planetarium. I was deeply moved to see such a beautiful starry sky.

Additionally, during the jungle tour, we were able to see several Okinawan hermit crabs, which are a natural monument. We also found stick insects, fully enjoying the exploration.

The guide was very kind and provided thorough explanations. There were small children participating, and while some were scared or cried in the dark places, the guide responded gently, allowing the children to enjoy themselves with smiles.

I was able to participate in a wonderful tour that both children and adults could enjoy, creating great memories in Ishigaki Island. Thank you very much.

初の石垣島でのナイトツアー参加でした。車の中ではガイドさんから色々な石垣島情報を教えてもらい楽しく過ごせました。
着いた場所からの星空は圧巻でプラネタリウムより素晴らしいと思いました。こんなにきれいな星空を見ることができてとても感動しました。
また、ジャングルツアーでは天然記念物のオカヤドカリを何匹も見ることができました。その他ナナフシも見つけることができ探検気分を満喫しました。
ガイドさんはとても親切で説明も丁寧でした。小さな子どもさんも参加されてて、暗い場所に怖がったり泣いたりもありましたが、優しく対応をされて子どもさんも笑顔で楽しんでいました。
子どもも大人も楽しめる素敵なツアーに参加でき、石垣島での良い思い出を作ることができました。ありがございます。

Due to bad weather, we received notice the day before about a change in the snorkeling location. It was great to have the option to change or cancel for free. In some cases with these types of tours, unscrupulous operators might take you to the location only to declare that you can't go out to sea and offer no refund, so I felt reassured about that.

We snorkeled in the morning. The new location was said to be an area where sea turtles often come, and while I was excited to go out, unfortunately, we didn't see any. However, the guide was very kind, which made me feel safe going out to sea. In the afternoon, we moved to the Miyara River for SUP. I thoroughly enjoyed the great nature of Yaeyama and was impressed throughout.

The activities themselves were very fulfilling, but the only downside was being left in the city for lunch right after getting out of the water. I would have appreciated either a chance to take a shower or at least some prior notice.

天候不良で前日にシュノーケル場変更の連絡あり。
変更もしくは無料キャンセルの選択肢を頂けたことがよかった。
この手のツアーでは悪質業者の場合、現地まで連れて行き海には出れませんと宣言され返金もないことがあるのでそこの心配はないと思います。

午前中にシュノーケルを実施
変更した場所はウミガメがよく来る海域とのこと、期待を膨らませ海に出るも残念ながら見ることはできず。ただとても優しいガイドさんで安心して沖に出れました。
午後には宮良川に移動しSUP。八重山の大自然を満喫。終始圧巻されていました。

アクティビティ自体はとても充実できるものでしたが、唯一のマイナスポイントとしては海に入った後そのまま昼休憩で街中に放置されたことです。
シャワー浴びさせていただくか、せめて事前に連絡が欲しかった。

I participated with my sister who came to visit from abroad. It was very enjoyable, but there was one unfortunate thing. After getting off the bus, there was quite a distance to the aquarium, and it was so large that we got lost. It would be helpful if the bus could stop a little closer. If that's not possible, I would appreciate it if the guide could lead us to the entrance.

The guide informed us of the meeting times each time, but since we are older, I thought it would be nice if they could provide a handout to avoid any misunderstandings or worries about forgetting.

海外から遊びに来た姉との参加です。
とても楽しかったのですが、残念なことが。
バスを降りてから水族館まで距離があるのですが、広すぎて道に迷ってしまいました。
もう少し近くに停めていただけると助かるのですが。無理でしたら、入り口までガイドさんが案内して下さるとありがたいなぁと感じました。
集合時間は、その都度ガイドさんからお知らせがありましたが、年齢が高いので配布していただけると勘違いや忘れてしまう心配も無いかな、と思いました。

On Taketomi Island, I was taken to a beach where I could find star sand. The bus driver showed me that it’s easier to find near the rocky areas. While leisurely beachcombing, I was able to find star sand and sea glass. During the water buffalo cart tour, a chatty guide introduced me to the charms of Taketomi Island and played Okinawan folk songs on the shamisen while singing along.

When crossing to Yubu Island on the water buffalo cart, we moved over the sea. Since it was low tide, there wasn't much water, but crossing over the water provided a different kind of enjoyment compared to Taketomi Island. At high tide, the water reportedly comes up above your feet. The lunch bento, Matsukado bento, was great as it allowed me to enjoy a little bit of Okinawan cuisine. On the Iriomote Island cruise, we were able to get very close to the mangroves and see various types of mangroves. Everyone provided attentive guidance, and it was a very memorable trip. Thank you very much.

竹富島では、星の砂を見つけることが出来るビーチに連れて行ってもらいました。バスの運転手さんが、岩場の近くが見つかりやすいよ〜と実際に見せていただきました。ゆったりとビーチコーミングをしながら、星の砂やシーグラスを見つけることができました。水牛車観光では、おしゃべり上手なガイドさんに竹富島の魅力を紹介してもらったり三味線に合わせて沖縄の民謡を三味線で弾き語りしてもらいました。
由布島に渡る際の水牛車は、海の上をわたりながら移動しました、干潮でしたので、あまり水はなかったですが、水の上をわたるので竹富島とは違う楽しみを感じられました。満潮は、足元より上まで水がくるそうです。お昼の松花堂弁当は、少しずつ沖縄のものが楽しめてよかったです。西表島のクルーズでは、マングローブのすぐ近くまで行くことができ、さまざまな種類のマングローブを見ることができました。どの方々も丁寧なガイドをして頂き。とても思い出に残る旅が出来ました。

At the Kawaibawan Glass Boat, I was lucky enough to see sea turtles and was very satisfied! Since you can get off at the airport, I recommend it for those who want to efficiently explore the highlights of Ishigaki Island in a short time before their afternoon flight! 😊

川平湾グラスボートでは運良くウミガメも見られ大満足！空港で降車することができるので、午後の飛行機が来るまでの短時間で効率良く石垣島の見所を回りたい！という方におすすめです☺️

They arranged the tour so that we could visit in the most suitable order, considering the tides. The guide was very entertaining, and I was healed by the water buffalo's laid-back nature. It was a thoroughly satisfying tour! 😊

潮の満ち引き等を考慮して当日一番適した順番で回れるよう手配してくださいました。ガイドさんは皆さんとても面白かったですし、水牛のマイペースさに癒され、大満足のツアーでした☺️

We borrowed boots and a flashlight and ventured down a path that felt like there was no way through, just wide enough for one person to pass at a time.

With the searchlight, we found many creatures, including the palm crab we were hoping to see.

Each time we found something, there was a detailed explanation, which made it easy to understand.

The staff member even spotted a chameleon or lizard, about 2 centimeters long, disguised as a dried branch—something we would have never noticed as amateurs.

The starry sky reserve was a bit hard to see due to the brightness of the moon, but I want to see the Milky Way someday.

In the car, we heard a lot of local stories.

I would love to join the tour again when I come back to Ishigaki Island.

長靴とライトをお借りして、｢ここに入るの？？｣というような道なき道を進んで行きます、人が1列でやっと通れるくらいです。

サーチライトでたくさん生き物、お目当てのヤシガニもみつけました。

見つける度に詳しい説明もあってわかりやすかったです。

素人じゃ絶対気がつかない枯れた枝に扮した2センチくらいのカメレオン？トカゲもスタッフのお兄さんがみつけてくれました。


星空保護区は月の明るさがちょっと邪魔で見えにくかったけどいつか天の川みに行きたいです。

車の中では地元のお話をたくさん聞けました、


また石垣島に来たらツアーに参加したいです。

I went to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium on a bus tour with Veltra. The admission tickets were already arranged, so we were able to enter smoothly.

For lunch, we were on our own, so I enjoyed a meal at the restaurant inside the aquarium. The paid seats were next to the aquarium tanks, but I chose a free seat where I could see the entire tank.

This year, I will be taking my children with me.

入場券も手配済みでスムーズに入館できました。

ランチは、各自で取ることになっていたので、水族館の中のレストランで楽しみました。有料席は、水槽の側でしたが、水槽の全体から見える無料席にしました。

今年は、子供を連れて行ってきます。

It was an early departure in the morning, but it was nothing to worry about if it meant escaping the heat a little. We had a car pick us up to the hotel, and even after arriving at the island terminal, we were well guided to the tour desk, allowing us to participate without any anxiety, even as first-timers.

At the tour desk, there was a detailed explanation during check-in, and I became even more excited about the island tour that was about to begin.

Since it was a tour that included lunch, I made sure to buy some drinks and off we went to the ferry terminal!

We boarded the ferry, and finally, the Iriomote Island tour was about to start. As the ferry departed, the staff from the tour company waved goodbye with a big smile, saying "Have a great time!" which made me feel really warm inside.

After about 45 minutes, we arrived at Ohara Port. I thought I would rush to the restroom, but it turned out to be fine. "Everyone, please use the restroom first before proceeding to the cruise ship boarding area," was the announcement. Then we boarded the cruise ship and set off for the Nakama River Mangrove Cruise.

It was just the right time for the tide to go out, and the announcement said, "The scenery will change on the way back, so please pay attention," so I made sure to take pictures of the scenery on the way. Birds that weren't visible at first started to appear as the tide receded, and the roots of the mangroves gradually became visible.

There were people observing from canoes and others fishing from canoes, waving at each other in a friendly manner. This is also the beauty of travel.

The mangroves continued deep into the interior, and as the tide went out, it felt like they were about to walk towards us, creating a mysterious sight.

After the mangroves, we took a sightseeing bus from the pier to the water buffalo cart boarding area. On the water buffalo cart, we listened to the sanshin and songs while receiving explanations about the water buffalo, and we arrived at Yubu Island. Thank you, Yuto the water buffalo!

We enjoyed a lunch bento at the subtropical botanical garden on Yubu Island and leisurely explored the garden. It was a bit disappointing that the mangrove promenade was under repair and inaccessible.

On the way back, we took the same route, riding the water buffalo cart and then the sightseeing bus back to Ohara Port, boarded the ferry, and headed to Ishigaki Island. Although it was a quick tour, it was a delightful experience that I could enjoy thoroughly.

朝が早い出発でしたが、少しでも暑さをしのげると思えばなんてことないです。
ホテルまで車でお迎えがありましたし、離島ターミナルへ着いてからもツアーデスクまで、しっかり案内してもらえて初めてでも何の不安もなく参加できました。
ツアーデスクでの受付でも詳細な説明があり、今から始まる離島ツアーが益々楽しみになりました。

昼食付きのツアーでしたので、とりあえず飲み物だけをしっかり買っていざ！フェリー乗り場へ

フェリーに乗り込みいよいよ西表島ツアー出発です。フェリーが出港するとツアー会社の方の大きな✋笑が「行ってらっしゃ〜い」と見送ってくれて、とてもホッコリ☺️しました。

45分ほどで大原港到着
トイレに駆け込もうと思ってたら、いやいや大丈夫でした
「皆さ〜ん、先ずトイレを済ませてからクルーズ船乗り場にお進み下さい」のご案内
そして、クルーズ船に乗り込み「仲間川マングローブクルーズ」へ出発です。
ちょうど潮が引いてくる時間帯で「行きと帰りの景色が変わりますのでしっかり見ててください」のアナウンスでスマホでしっかり行きの景色を撮りました。
初めはいなかった鳥たちが潮が引いてくると、アチコチから出てきて…
初めは見えてなかったマングローブの根もだんだんと現れてきて…✨

カヌーで見学されてる方やカヌーで釣りをしながらの方もいて、お互いに手を振り合う✋和やかさ
これもまた、旅の良さですね。

マングローブは延々と奥深くまで続いていて潮が引いてくると今にもこっちに歩いて来そうな感じで不思議な光景でした。

マングローブの後は、桟橋から観光バスで水牛車乗り場へ
水牛車では三線と歌をききながら水牛の説明もしていただいて由布島到着
水牛のユウト君ありがとう

亜熱帯植物園の由布島で昼食のお弁当を頂き、のんびり植物園を見学
マングローブ遊歩道が修理中で通れなかったのがちょっと残念でした。

帰りは同じコースで水牛車に乗り観光バスで大原港へ、フェリーに乗って石垣島へ
早回りでしたがサクッと堪能できるツアーでした

The driver was very nice. He drove carefully and shared interesting stories about the road conditions, buildings, the nature of Okinawa, and its culture. At the same time, he didn't talk too much, which made for a comfortable conversation. Additionally, he took photos at various points, which became great mementos.

In my younger days, I used to travel by rental car, but recently, long-distance driving has become quite challenging, so this was my first time using a chartered taxi. It was really great. I would like to use it again next time.

若い頃はレンタカーで移動していましたが
最近は長距離運転をするのが大変になったので
今回初めて貸切タクシーを利用しました
とても良かったです
次回も利用したいです

We used this for our honeymoon trip. The staff was kind, and we had a satisfying photo shoot under a sky full of stars. If you're going in the summer, I think it's a good idea to prepare insect repellent spray and a cardigan, as there might be little bugs flying around!

スタッフさんも親切で満天の星空の下で満足行く撮影をして頂きました。夏のツアーだと子虫が飛んでたりするので虫除けスプレーやカーディガンなど準備しておくといいと思います！

I went stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling. The sea was crystal clear and very beautiful. I was able to see many creatures up close, such as sea turtles and clownfish. All the instructors were very kind. It became a wonderful memory! If I have the opportunity to come to Miyako Island again, I would like to use their services again!

サップとシュノーケリングをやりました。
海が透き通っていてとても綺麗でした。
ウミガメやカクレクマノミなど、たくさんの生き物たちを間近で見ることができました。
インストラクターの方々は全員親切でした。

I used this service with a friend. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the weather, we still had a great time snorkeling and on the mangrove tour with SUP (^ ^). It was my first time on a SUP, but the guide taught us how to paddle and gave us tips, so both my friend and I were able to stand up and ride it right away♪♪ The nature of Ishigaki Island was, of course, wonderful, but the guides were the best!! They were all very kind and took many great photos, which I've looked back on many times☆ I definitely want to join this tour again when I visit Ishigaki Island!

友達と2人で利用させていただきました。当日は天気の影響で青の洞窟には行けなかったのですが、それでも、シュノーケリングと、SUPでのマングローブツアーで十分楽しませていただきました(^ ^)SUPに乗るのは初めてでしたが、ガイドの方がしっかりと漕ぎ方やコツを教えて下さり、ワタシも友達も、すぐに立ち上がって乗ることができました♪♪石垣島の自然ももちろん良かったのですが、ガイドの方々最高でした！！みなさんとても親切で、素敵な写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、何度も見返しています☆ぜひまた石垣島に行く際にはこちらのツアーに参加させていただきたいです！

I found and participated in an activity other than dining at night on Ishigaki Island. We went on a night tour aiming to see coconut crabs. During the drive to the jungle, our guide shared jokes and taught us about the ecology of the island's wildlife. Once we arrived at the jungle, we put on free rubber boots and, with flashlights in hand, ventured into the night forest. We all walked together, searching for creatures.

The guide was skilled at spotting wildlife, and we were able to see endemic and endangered species, which made for a wonderful experience. Thanks to the guide taking us to high-probability spots, we were able to see the coconut crab, and the sound of it cracking open pandanus fruit was impressive. Additionally, I was very satisfied to see even a young coconut crab inside a rare shell. After finding our target species, we continued to search for even more unusual creatures and enjoyed ourselves until we returned from the jungle.

Along the way, we reached a beach beyond the jungle where we could admire a beautiful starry sky. Watching the stars while listening to the sound of the waves on an empty shore was incredibly beautiful and soothing.

From the pick-up service to checking on restrooms and drinks, and ensuring safety, I highly recommend this as a night activity.

石垣島の夜の飲食以外のアクティビティとして見つけて参加しました。
ナイトツアーではヤシガニを目当てに行きました。ジャングルに向かう車内ではガイドの方が冗談を交えながら、石垣島の生物の生態などを教えてくれました。ジャングル到着後は、無料で借りられる長靴を履いて懐中電灯を片手に、夜の森の中へ。全員で生き物を探しながら歩きました。
ガイドの方は生き物を見つけるのが上手く、固有種や絶滅危惧種の生物を見ることができ、とても良い経験になりました。目当てだったヤシガニは、確率の高いスポットを回ってくれたおかげで見ることができ、バキバキとアダンの実を砕く音は迫力がありました。さらに、もっと珍しい貝殻に入ったヤシガニの子供まで見ることができとても満足できました。目的の生物を見つけた後は、さらに珍しい生物を探して周り、ジャングルから帰ってくるまで楽しむことができました。
途中、ジャングルを抜けた先にあるビーチでは美しい星空を眺めることができ、誰もいない浜辺で波音を聞きながら見る星はとても美しく、心地よかったです。

送迎から、トイレや飲み物の確認、安全配慮も十分で、夜のアクティビティとして非常におすすめできます。

I was liberated from the COVID-19 pandemic and traveled at the end of September. The heat had eased somewhat, and with the summer vacation over, it wasn't particularly crowded, allowing for a relaxed experience.

First, I was picked up at the hotel. From there, we went to the island terminal, boarded a ferry, and headed to Iriomote Island. After that, we took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island. Each part of the journey went smoothly, with restroom breaks and plenty of time for shopping and sightseeing, which was well-planned.

The ferry ride to Iriomote Island took 45 minutes. I didn't feel any rocking of the boat, so I could travel comfortably. There were also barrier-free seats, and many elderly guests were on board. The sea water was clear and blue, and the scenery visible from the boat was wonderful.

We transferred to a mangrove sightseeing boat in Iriomote Island and headed upstream. As we approached low tide, we could see some sandy areas. At photo spots, the boat slowed down, allowing many guests to take pictures with their cameras.

During the mangrove tour, the guide was very knowledgeable about mangroves, which was very educational. Although it was low tide, we were able to navigate upstream to a viewpoint. The differences in plants as we transitioned from seawater to freshwater, such as those that store salt in their leaves, turn yellow, and shed their leaves to expel salt, were fascinating. I was also intrigued by stories about the pineapple-like plants, white herons, and the Iriomote wildcat. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't see the Iriomote wildcat, a special natural monument, as they are nocturnal.

I learned that the red bottles hanging in certain areas are signs of fishermen setting crab traps, and that there is a hunting season for boars that only authorized individuals can participate in. This made me feel the cycle of life and the preciousness of nature.

The guide was so knowledgeable that he spoke for nearly an hour during the mangrove tour, which impressed me. It was a very good experience.

On Yubu Island, there were many large water buffalo, each with a name. When I looked closely at their faces, they were very cute and charming. There were also sibling water buffalo, and their eye contact seemed to show emotions, which was heartwarming. My perspective on water buffalo changed.

There was an area where we could interact with the water buffalo and take photos with them. The water buffalo cart ride included shamisen performances, singing, and the guide's stories. Even in a short time, it was packed with content, and the guide answered all our questions thoroughly, making for a friendly and enjoyable experience. The guides on this tour were very knowledgeable.

On Yubu Island, I had a bento box that was light in flavor and very delicious. The menu featured Okinawan specialties, including brown sugar yokan, miso soup with seaweed, and champuru, all made with local ingredients.

Yubu Island also has a botanical garden and the ruins of a junior high school. At the school ruins, I caught a glimpse of the history where residents were forced to relocate due to flooding from a storm surge.

The beach seemed to be in a natural state without much development, but I could feel the vastness of the sea, which brought me peace. There was a café near the beach where I could enjoy coffee and gelato, but I wished there had been an air-conditioned indoor space.

After the Yubu Island tour, we returned to Iriomote Island. During our bus ride on the island, the bus guide's stories were very interesting and enjoyable. Especially notable was the fact that there is only a junior high school on Iriomote Island, so children leave home to go to Ishigaki Island for high school, and the small number of elementary school students was a topic that could only be learned from someone living there.

コロナ禍より解放され、9月末の旅行でした。
暑さも多少和らぎ、夏休み後もあり、特別混雑はなく、のんびりと過ごす事ができました。
まず、ホテルまでお迎えにきて頂きました。
そこから、離島ターミナルまで行き、船に乗り、西表島へ行きました。西表島から水牛車に乗り、由布島に行きました。
どの工程も、スムーズに進み、トイレ休憩もあり、買い物、見学の時間もたっぷりあり、よく練られていました。
西表島までフェリーで45分。船の揺れも感じず、安心して移動する事ができました。
バリアフリーの席もあり、ご老人のお客さんも多数いらっしゃいました。海の水が透き通って青々としていて、船の中から見える景色も素晴らしかったです。
西表島からマングローブ遊覧船に乗り換え、上流に向かい船を走らせます。
徐々に干潮を迎え、砂地が見えてきた部分もありました。
フォトスポットでは、船を止まらせてくれたりゆっくり進むので、多くのお客さんがカメラをかまえて写真撮影を楽しまれていました。
　マングローブ遊覧では、ガイドさんがマングローブの知識が豊富で、とても勉強になりました。干潮ではありましたが、普段はあまり行けない上流まで、船を進ませて、展望台近くまで行ける事が出来ました。海の海水から、上流の淡水に入るころの植物の違い、塩分を葉に蓄え、黄色の葉になり、落葉して、塩分を排出する植物など、西表島ならではの珍しい植物の話は、とても興味深く、聞き入ってしまいました、また、パイナップルもどきの植物やしらさぎ等の鳥、イリオモテヤマネコの話等、大変面白く聞かせてもらいました。特別天然記念物、イリオモテヤマネコは夜行性なので、昼のツアーでは見る事が出来なかったのが少し寂しかったですが。
また、赤いペットボトルがぶらさがっているところは漁師さんがカニをしかけているサインであること、西表島にしかいないイノシシを許可された人のみで狩猟するシーズンがあることなどの話を聞いた際は、豊かな自然の中にある生命の循環・尊さのようなものを感じました。
マングローブ遊覧では、ガイドさんがあまりに詳しいし、遊覧１時間近く、ずっと話されていて、関心しました。とても良い経験をする事ができました。
由布島では、大きな水牛が沢山いて、どの水牛にも名前がついていて、よくお顔を見ると、とても可愛い、愛らしい顔をしていました。水牛の兄弟もいて、水牛同士のアイコンタクトで、止まったり、進んだり、水牛にも感情、心があるみたいで、微笑ましく思いました。水牛に対する考え方がかわりました。
1箇所では、水牛と触れ合ったり一緒に写真を撮る事ができるエリアがありました。
水牛車では、三味線の演奏、歌もあり、ガイドさんのお話しもあり、短い時間、山盛りの内容で、質問をすると、きちんと答えてくれますし、とても親しみを持てるガイドさんで、楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。
このツアーのガイドさん方は、大変勉強家でした。
由布島では、幕内弁当を食べましたが、味があっさりしていて、とても美味しくいただきました。
黒糖ようかんやアーサが入った味噌汁、チャンプルなど沖縄名物や沖縄ならではの食材をふんだんに使用したメニューでした。
植物園、小中学跡地等が由布島にはありました。
小中学校跡地では、かつて高潮が原因で水没し、住民が移住をよぎなくされたという歴史を垣間見ることができました。
ビーチはあまり整備がされていない自然の状態のように思えましたが、広大な海を感じる事が出来、心が穏やかになりました。ビーチのそばにはカフェがあり、コーヒー・ジェラートなど楽しむ事が出来ましたが、エアコンが効いた室内があれば良かったと思いました。
由布島ツアーが終わると、西表島に戻ります。
西表島内の移動時には、バスに乗りますが、バスガイドさんのお話もとても興味深く楽しかったです。特に、西表島では、中学校までしかないので、高校生になると子どもたちは親元を離れて石垣島に行くことや、小学校の在校生の少なさなど、現地に住んでいる方からしか聞く事が出来ないような話が興味深かったです。
「４０年間沖縄から出ていないので、雪を見た事がありません。あれって本当に存在するんですかね。」というバスガイドさんご自身のエピソードも大変印象的でした。
帰りは離島ターミナルから、ホテルまでの送迎もついていましたが、私達は離島ターミナルから、ゆらていく市場で地元の果物を購入して帰宅しました。そのあたりは、希望を出せば自由に選択できました。
ツアー全体を通して、知識豊富で話上手なベテランガイドさんによる説明があり、大変充実度の高い内容でした。
また、豊かな自然と尊い生命を感じる事が出来、日々身を置いている喧騒な都会の煩わしさから解放されたように感じます。

I challenged myself to a solo canoe ride, and afterwards, I trekked through the jungle aiming for the Piñal Sara Falls! The dive into the pool after sweating was so refreshing. The guide also shared information about various plants and creatures, making it a fun tour! I heard there was a snorkeling tour in the afternoon, so I’d love to try that next time too!

On the day of the event, the sky was cloudy, and I thought I might not be able to see the stars. The female guide had a very bright and lively atmosphere, and she kept the tour engaging throughout the night. She attentively listened to even the smallest conversations and responded kindly to participants' questions, allowing us to have a very enjoyable time. Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any coconut crabs, but the clouds we were worried about cleared up during the tour, and we were able to gaze at a wonderful starry sky. It was a valuable experience. Thank you!

This time, I requested the sea turtle snorkeling and SUP plan. Since it was my first time on a SUP, I was a bit anxious, but the staff provided thorough explanations beforehand, and they accompanied us throughout, allowing me to enjoy it without any worries. It was very convenient that we could borrow everything, including life jackets and diving shoes. They took many wonderful photos and videos, which became great memories! The sea in Miyako Island is truly beautiful, and I was able to meet adorable baby sea turtles, making it a fantastic experience. I would love to request this again the next time I visit. 今回は、ウミガメシュノーケリング＆SUPのプランをお願いさせていただきました。SUPは初めてなので少し不安もありましたが、丁寧に事前説明いただけ、終始お二人のスタッフの方が付いてくださり、不安なく楽しむことができました。
ライフジャケットやダイビングシューズなど全てお借りする事が出来るので、とても便利でした。
思ってた以上に、たくさん素敵な写真も動画も撮っていただけ、とても良い思い出になりました！
宮古島の海は本当に綺麗で、可愛い子供のウミガメに出会え、最高のひと時を過ごすことができました。次回来た時もまた、お願いしたいです。

I went to Okinawa for a company trip.
We stayed at a hotel in Naha and used this taxi service to go to Yomitan for making Yachimun pottery.
I wanted to do some sightseeing after making Yachimun!
With this rough plan, I booked the taxi.

They picked us up at a clear location near the hotel and suggested an efficient order for visiting nearby attractions and stylish cafes, allowing us to make the most of our time.
Cafe → Yachimun making → Yachimun Village → Zakimi Castle Ruins → Cape Zanpa → Sweet potato tart factory

It was a very fulfilling experience!

It was almost a full moon, and although the starry sky wasn't perfect, the moonlight was beautiful! Our guide, Matsuko, took wonderful photos in the moonlight, creating great memories. I was thrilled to see so many coconut crabs! We also saw various types of crabs. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Iriomote!

ほぼ満月で、満天の星空ではありませんでしたが、月明かりがきれいでした！ガイドのまつ子さんが月明かりの影で素敵な写真を撮ってくれていい思い出になりました。ヤシガニがたくさん見れて感動です！いろいろな種類のカニも見れました。西表満喫できました！

Since it was my first time in Okinawa, considering the hassle of renting a car and driving, I think it was a pretty good deal for a tour that allowed us to visit various places and included the aquarium admission!

初沖縄だったので、レンタカーを借りる手間と運転を考えたら、色々回れて、水族館代も含まれていて、結構お得なツアーだったと思います！

We had a guide named Yuka who took care of us. She was attentive to our health and equipment, and even though we hadn't been in the ocean for over ten years and felt a bit anxious, we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. It was also appreciated that she waited for participants who were late or had drifted away before providing information to everyone.

Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any sea turtles while snorkeling, but we were able to see clownfish and various other fish and creatures, which was satisfying enough.

During the SUP, I fell into the sea a few times, but once I got the hang of it, I was able to stand up, so I think even those like me who aren't very good with core strength can enjoy it.

The meeting point was a bit hard to understand. I was informed about the meeting location the day before, but I couldn't answer the phone due to travel, so I ended up receiving a text message. I appreciated the text message, but the parking area at the meeting point was large, and there were other tour groups as well, so I would have liked to have some kind of landmark provided. I think it would be good for future participants to confirm in advance via phone or text message.

ユカさんというガイドさんに付いていただきました。体調や器具のことなど色々気にしてくださり、10年以上海に入ったことなどなく、少し不安だった私たちでも安心して楽しむことができました。また見どころでは遅れたり離れた参加者でもきちんと待ってから全員に教えてくれたのでありがたかったです。

シュノーケリングでは残念ながらウミガメに遭遇はできませんでしたが、クマノミやその他様々な魚や生き物を見ることができたので十分満足できました。

SUPでは私は何度か海に落ちましたが、慣れれば立つこともできたので、体幹の良くない私のような方でも楽しむことができると思います。

集合については少しだけわかりにくかったです。集合場所は前日のご連絡とのことでしたが、前日は移動で電話に出ることができず、ショートメールでの連絡となってしまいました。ショートメールで連絡いただけただけでもありがたいのですが、集合場所の駐車場は広く、また他のツアーの方々もいらっしゃったので、目印のようなものも併せて教えていただきたかったです。今後参加される方は、電話やショートメールで事前に確認されると良いかと思います。
