It was my first time trying SUP, but I was able to operate it safely by following the guide's instructions. As I got better at it, the fun increased, and standing up on the SUP allowed me to see a different view. It was also enjoyable to change my posture on the board, sitting down to take a break when I got tired. SUP offers a higher vantage point than kayaking, making it easier to see underwater and feel the wind, which was a great new experience. Practicing SUP for the first time in a windless mangrove cove was ideal.
We took our lunch break individually, but the guide provided various information about restaurants, and shared little tidbits about the island during our drives in the morning and afternoon, so we never got bored while moving around.
During the snorkeling in the afternoon, the guide paid close attention to the conditions and depth of the water while walking in the sea, which seemed to reassure those who were not confident swimmers or were a bit scared of the ocean. The highlights of the cave exploration, explanations of stalactites, fossils, and crystals were clear, and the guide also carefully explained the snorkeling equipment and precautions, allowing the itinerary to proceed smoothly and making for an enjoyable snorkeling experience. The weather was good, so the underwater scenery was beautiful, and we were able to see various types of fish, which was fantastic.
In addition to the fun activities, the guide took photos at key points throughout the day, so I didn't have to worry about not being able to take pictures during the water activities or about my camera malfunctioning. This allowed me to focus on having fun. I truly appreciated this photo service after the tour ended. I was also surprised that the photos were sent to me on the same day—very efficient!
The guide was energetic, kind, and attentive, which allowed me to enjoy the day with peace of mind.
初めてのSUPでしたが、ガイドさんのレクチャーに従い安全に操作することができました。
操作がうまくなるにつれて楽しさも増してきて、SUPに立ち上がるとまた違う景色が見え、疲れたら座って休憩したりとボードの上で姿勢を変えられるのも楽しいです。
SUPはカヤックよりも視点が高いので、水の中が良く見えたり風を感じやすくて、新しい良い経験になりました。
初めてのSUPの練習は風のないマングローブの入り江が最適ですね。
昼休憩は各自で取りましたが、ガイドさんが飲食店の情報もいろいろと教えてくれ、午前・午後ともに車の中で島のちょっとした情報を教えてくれたので、
移動中に退屈することもありませんでした。
午後のシュノーケルの時は、海を歩くときには足元の状況、深さなどの注意を細かくしてくれたので、泳ぎが苦手だったり海がちょっと怖いという人たちも安心して参加されたようでした。
洞窟散策での見どころ、鍾乳石や化石、水晶の説明などもわかりやすく、シュノーケリングの装備品や注意点についても丁寧に説明してくれたので、行程がスムーズに進み、楽しいシュノーケリングになりました。
天気も良かったので海の中も綺麗に見え、いろんな種類の魚も見られて言うことなしです。
アクティビティが楽しいこともさることながら、行程の要所要所でガイドさんが写真を撮ってくれるので、水遊びのアクティビティの時にどうしても写真が撮れなかったり、自分のカメラの故障などを心配をすることもなく、遊びに集中することができました。
この写真サービスの良さはツアーが終わってから改めてしみじみと感じました。
撮れた写真もその日のうちに送ってくれたのでそれにも驚きました。仕事が速い！
ガイドさんが元気・親切・丁寧でしたので、1日中安心して楽しむことができました。

Although there were only a few participants, it was a tour on a large sightseeing bus. Despite signs of a resurgence in COVID-19 cases in Okinawa, infection prevention measures were firmly in place. The bus guide did not cut corners even with the small group and provided interesting insights about Okinawa from various perspectives. Since Saijo-otaki is the site of the inauguration ceremony for the Shinkō Daikū, it reminded me of the drama "Tempest" that I had seen before. I learned from the local guide that the Valley of Gangala is a site of archaeological excavations of ancient people, making it a valuable location from an archaeological standpoint. We were blessed with good weather, and the trees were beautiful, so I was glad to participate.
参加者は少人数ながらも大型観光バスでのツアーでした。沖縄のコロナ感染者再拡大の兆しがみられる中、感染防止対策はしっかりとられていました。バスガイドさんは少人数の参加者でも手を抜くことなく、沖縄を色々な角度から紹介してお話してくれたので興味深かったです。斎場御嶽は聞得大君の就任式をした所ということで、以前ドラマで見たテンペストに思いを馳せました。ガンガラーの谷は古代人の発掘調査の地だと現地ガイドさんの説明があり、考古学的にも貴重な場所なのだということを知りました。天気に恵まれ、木々も美しく、参加して良かったです。

Since it was after spring break, there were only four participants in the tour, and the compact seafood lunch was very filling. The small souvenirs were also great. The weather at Cape Henoko, the northernmost point, was excellent, and the scenery was stunning. The weather was wonderful, and the natural planetarium was visible across the night sky! As the moon gradually got smaller, the number of visible stars increased, creating a truly magical atmosphere. During the shoot, I was lucky enough to see shooting stars as well. I left all the poses up to them, but they provided various instructions, which was very helpful! The props were lovely too! I was so moved to receive the data the next day and see how beautiful the photos turned out. It's quite difficult to capture the night sky on my own, so this became a lifelong memory. In mid-March, I participated with my friend and my one-year-old son. The tour staff were all very cheerful and kind, and they were considerate of my son. Although it was our first time on a boat, we felt very safe and comfortable. We encountered whales four times in total, and on two occasions, we were able to see them right in front of us as they spouted water and raised their tails before diving, which was an overwhelming and thrilling experience. It was truly a precious experience, and I was able to feel the greatness of nature. While waiting for the whales to appear, we were taught various facts about them, which was very educational. During the waiting time, we were able to relax on the boat, enjoying the vast ocean and the scenery, which provided a wonderful escape from everyday life. For those who are prone to seasickness or lack confidence, I recommend taking motion sickness medication. It would be very unfortunate if such an emotional and thrilling experience turned into a time of discomfort, so even if you think you'll be fine, it might be a good idea to take the medication as a precaution.

ツアーのスタッフさんは皆様とても明るく優しく息子の事にも気を遣ってくれました。そのためはじめての船でしたがとても安心して過ごすことができました。クジラには計4回遭遇できましてそのうち2回はほんとに目の前で潮吹き尻尾上げて潜っていく姿を見ることができ感動と感激の嵐でした。本当に貴重な体験をすることができやっぱり自然の素晴らしさと言うものを感じることができました。またクジラが出てくる間などはいろいろなクジラに関する知識を教えてくださりとても勉強になりました。クジラが出てくる間の待ち時間も船の上で大海原で原理にメールしまなどを見ながらまったりと過ごすことができ非日常な時間を過ごすことができました。船酔いをされる方またちょっと自信がない方は酔い止めを飲まれることをおすすめしますせっかくの感動感激な体験が気持ち悪い時間となってしまうのはとても残念に思いますのでぜひ自分は大丈夫だと思っても保険と思って酔い止めを飲んでおいていただくけると良いんじゃないかと思います。

I received my ticket at the check-in counter, then boarded the ferry by myself, took a shuttle bus on the island, and enjoyed a long free time during the tour. Since there were other tour groups as well, I was initially a bit anxious about making it back on time (the return times varied slightly depending on the tour company). However, at key points, the staff confirmed our names and provided precise instructions tailored to each tour, allowing me to relax and enjoy the experience. Of course, I returned safely on my tour's boat.
During the water buffalo cart ride, I spent the entire time looking at the buffalo's rear, but there was a surprise at the end where we could take a photo together, which made for a great keepsake. I was also able to learn a lot about the island from the guide, and even though my stay was short, I feel like I got to know the island more deeply.
During the free time, I was able to move at my own pace, which was also very nice. This tour allows you to experience the best of both organized tours and independent travel, so I highly recommend it.

でも、要所要所で担当の方が、きちんと名前を確認しながらそれぞれのツアーに対応した的確な指示をしてくださり、安心して、まったり楽しむことができました。そしてもちろん、自分のツアーの船で無事に帰ってきました。
水牛車では、乗っている間中ずっと水牛のお尻ばかり見ていたのですが、最後に一緒に写真を撮ってプレゼントしていただくというサプライズがあり、良い記念になりました。また、ガイドさんに島のことについていろいろお話を伺うことができ、短い滞在でしたが、より深く島を知ることができたと思います。
また自由時間には、のんびりと自分のペースで行動でき、それもとてもよかったです。
このツアーは、ツアーの良さと個人旅行の良さの両方を味わえるので、とてもおすすめです。

Taking advantage of the opportunity after the sixth wave of COVID-19 subsided, I traveled alone to Ishigaki Island and joined this tour. With a cheerful and friendly guide and a compact group of eight participants, including myself, we explored the famous spots of Ishigaki Island. Thanks to the veteran guide's explanations, which included various anecdotes, I learned many things that I wouldn't have noticed if I had explored on my own, making Ishigaki Island feel very close to me. Perhaps because there were few participants, we gradually became friendly while enjoying the beautiful scenery together, and by the end of the bus ride, we were all laughing and joking around the guide, making it a truly enjoyable trip.

Since it was my first time in Okinawa, the bus tour was convenient. I was amazed by the underwater fish and the clarity of the water while on the submarine at Manza Beach. I had hoped to go snorkeling, but unfortunately had to give up due to age restrictions; however, I had plenty of fun with the submersible. I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the Churaumi Aquarium. The dolphin show was also wonderful. The guide's attentive service was great, and I appreciated that they accommodated the seating for solo travelers on the bus.

Since the previous day was a full-day tour of the Churaumi Aquarium from morning to night, I opted for a half-day tour. The Sefa Utaki was mysterious, and perhaps because it was a weekday, there were few people, allowing for a calm visit. The shows and the limestone cave at Okinawa World were fantastic! I think both families and solo travelers would be very satisfied. It was not crowded, so I could take as many photos as I wanted.

The weather was great. After visiting the Sefa Utaki, I had a little extra time, so I walked to Chinen Misaki Park nearby and enjoyed the view of the Okinawa sea and the nearby Kudaka Island. Ontake and Gangala were both great. I think these are must-sees, but the bus guide's timing didn't match mine. I felt that they should have explained the procedures for getting off the bus and where to board more accurately.

Paddling through the mangrove-filled river on a stand-up paddleboard was a lot of fun. The weather was great, and the dappled sunlight filtering through the trees was beautiful. The gentleman took many photos for us, and every picture turned out beautifully, leaving us very satisfied. Interacting with the water buffalo named Rui on Yufujima, being able to take photos, and enjoying delicious gelato were all wonderful experiences, making for a very enjoyable day. In the first half, we toured Ishigaki Island. We were able to see most of the famous spots around the island. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy and windy, the view of Kabira Bay was surprisingly good despite the bad weather. It was disappointing that the glass-bottom boat was not operating. The guide provided detailed explanations both on the bus and at the sites.
In the second half, we went to Taketomi Island with a different tour company, and there was no guide, so we took the ferry on our own. We started with a water buffalo tour and then had free time. We visited the pier and Kondoi Beach. The rain had stopped, but the scenery was not great. The weather can't be helped.
I think it's a cost-effective tour that allows you to efficiently visit two islands in one day.

I made a reservation at the last minute, but they treated me with great care! It became a memorable experience as they took photos in a scenery that you can't see in the city! They also explained the constellations in detail, which was a great learning experience! The weather was very nice, and I was able to enjoy all the spots. I had lunch a bit early and didn't feel very hungry, so it felt like I was forcing myself to eat. It would have been better to have lunch after visiting a few more places. Since there were only a few participants, the bus was spacious, which was nice. However, it was disappointing that the alcohol disinfectant prepared for infection prevention wasn't used properly, which made me a bit uneasy.

We participated as a family of four with our two children, aged 8 and 6. Most of the other participants were also families. The friendly and cheerful character of our guide made it easy for us to join in, and the kids were talking about how much fun they had the next day. We were also provided with flashlights for everyone and insect repellent, which was very helpful. Additionally, the guide's explanations were educational.
It was a lot of fun to explore paths we wouldn't normally go down at night from a different perspective, and we were able to observe coconut crabs, rare insects, and bats. We were also lucky to see a beautifully clear starry sky. We took group photos with our fellow participants, and it was a highly satisfying tour that went by in no time. I highly recommend it!
8歳と6歳の子供2人と共に家族4名で参加。他も家族連れの参加者が殆どでした。ガイドのお姉さんのフレンドリーで明るいキャラクターに、気負いなく参加でき、子供たちも楽しかったーと翌日も話していました。懐中電灯も人数分貸して頂き、虫よけスプレーも貸して頂けて助かりました。また、お姉さんの解説も勉強になりました。
ツアーでなければ夜に行くことの無い道をいつもと違う視点で探索出来、ヤシガニや珍しい虫やコウモリ等も観察できて、とても楽しかったです。また、星空もとてもきれいに観られてラッキーでした。集合写真も参加メンバー単位でとって頂き、とても満足度の高いツアーであっという間の時間でした。お勧めします！

This experience took place in bad weather. Canoeing in the rain was enjoyable, especially since we were among the mangroves where the rain didn't bother us at all! It was very disappointing that we couldn't land on Barasu Island due to the bad weather, but the cave exploration in such challenging conditions was thrilling, and I'm glad I participated. I also visited a tourist limestone cave in Ishigaki, but it was completely different from this experience. If you're coming to Iriomote, I highly recommend immersing yourself in nature. The guide was very kind and constantly checked on us throughout the experience. I would love to participate again when I come back to Iriomote.

I participated in mid-March.
The price, which includes admission to the Churaumi Aquarium, is very reasonable! The itinerary is well thought out, allowing you to efficiently visit the representative tourist spots of Okinawa. The time allocated for each spot was also appropriate. During the bus ride, the guide kept us entertained with interesting stories, so I never got bored. (Of course, if you feel sleepy, you can just take a nap, haha.)
I believe this tour has a very high customer satisfaction rate, but if I were to point out one area for improvement, it would be the bus seating. Given how comprehensive this tour is, there might be many participants on weekends, leading to a full bus. However, since I participated on a weekday, there weren't many participants, and there was plenty of space on the bus. Even so, all seats were assigned, and I wondered if it was necessary to cram everyone into one area of the bus. (There were different groups sitting in front and beside me.)
I think we should avoid crowding for COVID-19 safety reasons, and since I was participating alone, sitting next to and in front of lively groups made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the other groups seemed a bit puzzled as I was mixed in with a group of six.

行程もよく考えられており、沖縄を代表する観光地を効率よくめぐることができます。
それぞれのスポットの時間配分も適切でした。
移動中もバスガイドさんが終始、興味深いお話を聞かせてくれ、退屈しません。
（もちろん眠たかったら寝ればいいと思います笑）
非常に顧客満足度が高いツアーだと思われますが、ひとつ改善点を上げるとすればバスの座席でしょうか。
これだけ充実したツアーなのできっと土日は多数の人が参加してバスも満席になるかもしれませんが、私が参加したのは平日だったので、参加者もあまり多くなく、バスの座席にも十分に余裕がありました。
それなのに、全席指定席で、参加者をバスの一か所にぎゅっと集める必要はないのでは？と思いました。
（前後も隣も別のグループが座っていました）
コロナ対策という意味でも密は避けるべきだと思いますし、私は一人参加でしたので、すぐ隣、そしてすぐ前後で他のグループの方々が賑やかに騒いでる中で、一人ぽつんと座っているのは居心地が悪く、また他のグループも、６人グループの中に私が挟まれるように混じっているので、若干、首をかしげているようでした。
もちろん満席の時は仕方がないと思いますが、今回のように十分に座席に余裕がある時は、各グループで一定の距離を取りつつ、バスを広々と使えば、大したコストや手間をかけることもなく、顧客の満足をより高められるのではと思います。
特にこういうツアーですと、「一人参加」の人は、相当に気を遣って参加していると思います（よくQAに「一人でも参加できますか？」などの質問がありますよね）
そうした一人参加の方を賑やかなグループ参加のすぐ隣に座らせるよりは、少し距離を取って静かな席に座らせたほうがいいかと思います。
（まあこのあたりも個人の好みかと思いますので、いっそのこと、自由席とするか。席が自由席のツアーも数多くあります）

Including the entrance fee to Okinawa World, with explanations from the guide, we efficiently visited two locations, and the timing was just right. We were able to make the most of our half day on the last day! I think it offers great value for money. I would like to participate in another tour.
