During this time of year, the chances of encountering wildlife are low, but I was lucky enough to see two coconut crabs. Unfortunately, the starry sky was obscured and I couldn't see anything. I've heard that summer is a better time for stargazing, so I hope to come back in the summer for a second chance.

The guide had incredible knowledge about the flora and fauna, and I heard some fascinating stories. Also, I participated alone, but it was no problem at all.

It was very helpful to have someone waiting at the meeting place on time. I had heard that many creatures are hard to find in winter, and true to that announcement (though I wished it weren't true), I didn't encounter the expected wildlife. What I did see was just a small part of a crab when I shone a light deep into a hole. A large and beautifully patterned moth called the Ootomoega fluttered around, occasionally landing on participants. Normally, I would want to swat away a moth, but everyone was captivated by this rare creature. You might think everyone would be disappointed, but that wasn't the case at all. The guide's explanations left a good impression, and we enjoyed the feeling of being part of an exploration team. Most importantly, that day offered a rare view of a starry sky in winter on Iriomote Island. I gazed silently at the countless stars I had never seen before, savoring a special feeling that only those who witnessed it could understand. The starry sky was truly beautiful, so if we could have sat back and enjoyed stargazing at the beach in addition to searching for wildlife, I think it would have been a ★5 experience.

Good photos are hard to come by, but I did capture one of the Ootanawatari, a fern that grows on trees and rocks, which was quite impressive.

I definitely wanted to visit Sefa Utaki, and since we could choose from three locations, I picked Miibaru Beach to see the ocean in Okinawa.

There weren't many details about the schedule at Miibaru Beach, so I was wondering how we would spend the two hours.

First, we all boarded a bus to go to Sefa Utaki, and then the participants for Okinawa World, the Valley of Gangala, and Miibaru Beach were dropped off at their respective locations. There was a system in place where they would come back to pick us up at the designated time.

The guide provided detailed explanations about sightseeing methods, recommended walking routes, and delicious food, which was very helpful.

Only the two of us chose Miibaru Beach, and we were dropped off in front of the beach, informed of the pickup time, and then we had free time.

First, we were scheduled to ride a glass-bottom boat. After checking in, the boat would depart once it was full. We shared the boat with other tourists who were not part of the bus tour.

The boat took about 20 minutes to circle around areas where we could see coral and fish in the sea. We were lucky during our trip and were able to see a sea turtle.

When we returned to shore, it was just around lunchtime, so we walked to a restaurant using the pamphlet we received at the boat dock as a reference.

The restaurant was popular, and there was quite a wait, but since we had over an hour until the meeting time, we were able to enjoy the view of the ocean while waiting. When our name was called, we entered the restaurant and ordered bread and drinks; it was a very stylish and lovely place.

After that, we returned to Miibaru Beach to collect shells, take photos, and play in the sea, enjoying our time leisurely.

When the time came, we waited for the bus at the drop-off point, boarded the bus again, and returned to Naha Airport or the Prefectural Office Square with everyone. The timing was perfect, and we were able to proceed to our next plans without any issues.

When we were returning from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Island, we were waiting at the port for our boat. There was an announcement for the departure of a large ferry, but there was no announcement for our boat at all. Since it was scheduled to depart at the same time as the ferry, it was confusing to distinguish between the line for the ferry and the line for our high-speed boat. We initially lined up in the ferry line and had to hurriedly switch to the correct line. The tour from Ishigaki was great for a day trip without any stress. Exploring Yufu Island at my own pace was enjoyable, and the water buffalo cart ride allowed me to relax and listen to songs. The guide on the boat in Nakama River showed us the mangrove forest and the wild birds. It was wonderful.

Due to the weather conditions, there was a cancellation the day before, and since the waves were a bit high, we were advised to take motion sickness medication. After two changes, I was half anxious and half excited about the departure. It was great to learn various things about whales from the staff's explanations. I felt reassured knowing that they would respond quickly if anyone felt unwell. I would like to participate again.

波が高めなので酔い止めの薬飲んで来てくださいとのことでした。
2回変更後の出港は不安半分でどきどきしました。
係の方の解説で、クジラのことが色々わかってよかったです。

I was glad to have a tour that allowed me to travel safely and efficiently since I don't usually drive. At Pineapple Park, I could also enjoy wine tasting, and the pineapple cornet was crispy and delicious. At the Churaumi Aquarium, I was fortunate to catch the dolphin show at the right time, but as mentioned in the reviews, there aren't many places to eat lunch, so I recommend preparing in advance or stopping somewhere along the way to snack on things like sata andagi. At Manzamo, I was able to take wonderful photos just in time for the sunset and fully experience the beauty of the Okinawan sea.

普段から車を運転しないため安全に効率的に周れるツアーで良かったです。
パイナップルパークではワインの試飲もできますし、パイナップルコルネがサクサクで美味しかったです。
美ら海水族館ではタイミング良くイルカのショーを見ることが出来ましたが、口コミにも記載の通りお昼ごはんを食べる所があまりないので予め準備するか途中で寄る所でサーターアンダギーとかちょこちょこ食べておくことをおすすめします。
万座毛ではちょうど夕陽のタイミングで素敵な写真を撮る事もでき、沖縄の海を存分に感じることが出来ました。

We participated in this tour as a couple during our company's refresh vacation! At that time, there was heavy snow back home, so we were quite shivering while putting on our swimsuits, waiting for the pickup car...

During the ride, our guide, Yuuri, shared recommendations for this season and detailed information about the conditions in the sea, which helped lift our spirits a bit.

We started snorkeling at 8 AM, and as soon as we entered the water, just as Yuuri said, our bodies quickly adjusted to the sea temperature. The beautiful sea also boosted our excitement!

We immediately encountered a sea turtle eating seaweed, which Yuuri had mentioned was hard to find. To our surprise, we ended up seeing three sea turtles in a row, and we even got some great photos!

The hour and a half flew by, but once we got back on land and took off our wetsuits, the wind made it quite chilly. However, they even prepared warm water to rinse off the seawater, which was impressive for such a young team!

After that, we joined three other couples and had a great time with SUP and canoeing. SUP seemed challenging for balance, and many fell in, but the warm seawater made it fun, and I enjoyed it too while canoeing!

The forecast for January 16 was cloudy, but the sun peeked out, and we truly had a great time! If we have another opportunity, I might try to build up my stamina for even more fun activities with Yuuri's guidance.

内地では大雪が降ってる頃でしたので、結構ブルブル震えながら海パンを履いて、迎えの車に…
車中ではガイドの、ゆうり君が、今の時期のお勧めや、海の中の状況を詳しく教えてくれて、少しは気持ちが前向きに😊
朝の8時からシュノーケリングでしたが、いざ海に入ってみると、ゆうい君の言う通り、直ぐに海水の温度に身体が慣れて、また、綺麗な海なので、2人してテンション爆上がり❗️
早速、海亀が海藻を食べてるところに遭遇し、なかなか見つからないんですよ…って言ってた、ゆうり君の話しがネタじゃないかと思うくらい、連続で3匹の海亀に遭遇し、カメラにも納めてもらいました😁
あっという間の1時間半でしたが、やはり陸に上がってウエットスーツを脱ぐと、風もあり結構な寒さに…
でも身体の海水を流す用のお湯まで用意して貰い、容易の良さに、この若さで…と感心する事間違いなしです❗️
その後は、3組のカップルの方と合流し、SUPとカヌーで和気あいあい楽しみました😊
SUPはバランス難しいようで、結構落水してましたが、海水も暖かく、逆に楽しそうにしてるので、カヌーだった私も楽しくなりました😁
1月16日予報は曇りでしたが、太陽も顔を出してくれて、ホント楽しめました‼️
また機会あれば、ゆうり君のアテンドでもっと楽しいアクティビティに挑戦するべく、基礎体力つけようかな〜😅

I participated in early January. I'm glad I joined the tour. It was truly a great way to experience the Yaeyama Islands. It would have been very difficult for us to explore so many places in such depth on our own. Every part was enjoyable, but the mangrove cruise was particularly impressive; the guide's explanations were very skillful and full of intelligence, making it a great learning experience.

Additionally, on Yubu Island, I learned about the history of pioneering while fighting malaria. On the day of the tour, it was quite windy, and many people were buying and wearing raincoats. Even though it's a southern island, it's essential to prepare for the cold.

The iconic water buffalo carts of Yubu Island had some staff whose communication skills varied, leading to some minor issues. Considering all of this, let's just embrace the experience of sightseeing in the southern islands.

1月上旬に参加。ツアーに参加して良かったです。まさに八重山諸島のいいとこどりです。自分たちではこれほと内容濃く、多くの場所を観光することはとても困難です。どこも楽しかったのですが、マングローブクルーズは、ガイドさんの説明がとても上手かつインテリジェンスにあふれ、大変勉強になりました。
また、由布島では、マラリアと闘いながらの開拓の歴史について学びました。
当日は風が強く、途中でレインコートを買って着ている人が多く、南の島とはいえ、防寒対策は必須です。
八重山の象徴的な由布島の水牛車ですが、人にもよるのでしょうが、ずいぶんと話し方が悪いスタッフもおられ、小さなトラブルが生じていました。そういうこと含め、南の島の観光と割り切りましょう。
