I was able to cover the main tourist spots compactly and enjoy a full day. I thought it was a great experience for my first trip to Okinawa. The time allocation was just right, and I was able to spend the day without feeling rushed. I boarded in Naha, but there were several designated pick-up and drop-off locations (hotels) along the way, and we got off at a hotel in between. It was helpful that we could get around without renting a car. Additionally, the guide's explanations were detailed, and I gained a lot of interesting tidbits. Thank you very much.

I appreciated that the tour took me to places I wanted to visit. It was great to see both new locations and places I had been to in the past after a long time, especially with such nice weather. The male tour guide had a very kind way of speaking and remained calm no matter what happened, which left a very good impression. More than half of the tour participants were from overseas, and as mentioned in other reviews, some people were late returning to the meeting point, casually laughing and walking back to the bus, and even brought soft serve ice cream back despite the no food or drink rule on the bus. I think if someone is easily irritated by such laxity with time, a sightseeing tour might not be suitable for them. Personally, I enjoyed the tour until the end thanks to the tour guide's kind support, which helped cover for those issues. I would like to participate in other tours as well.

ツアーなら行きたい場所に連れて行ってもらえるのが良かった。初めての場所や昔行った事のある場所も久々に観に行けて天気もよくて楽しかったです。添乗員の男性もとても優しい話し方で何があっても落ち着いた対応でとても好印象でした。ツアー客の半分以上は海外の方でしたが、他の口コミにもありましたがやはり集合時間に帰ってこないで普通に笑って歩いてバスに戻ってきていて車内での飲食不可でもソフトクリーム持って帰ってきたりと時間にルーズな事にいちいちイラついてしまう人には観光ツアーは不向きかと思いました。個人的にはそれをカバーしてくれるだけと添乗員さんの優しい対応があったので最後まで楽しめました。また他のツアーにも参加してみたいです

On the last day in Ishigaki Island, I was guided from the hotel to Panna Observatory, then to Kabira Bay, Tamatorizaki Observatory, and finally to New Ishigaki Airport. 普通の3時間コースだと主に石垣島の西側がメインになるので、自分で場所を選べるコースにしました。石垣島最終日にホテル→パンナ展望台→川平湾→玉取崎展望台→新石垣島空港を案内していただきました。気さくな運転手さんで道中いろいろ説明していただけたので、とても楽しかったです。大変お世話になりました！

First of all, the jungle night tour was incredibly fun as it allowed us to explore a jungle that we could never have ventured into on our own! We were able to see snakes and coconut crabs as well. Since there were small children participating, it’s a tour you can join with peace of mind. As for the starry sky, we participated during a nearly full moon, so the moon was too bright and we couldn't see the stars very clearly. The guide told us that during the new moon, the stars are really beautiful, so I want to try again during the new moon! Just before the tour ended, the guide shared photos taken during the tour via AirDrop and other methods. It was a lot of fun, and I definitely want to participate again when I come back to Ishigaki!

I participated in my first trip to an Okinawa ryokan. It was disappointing that the weather was bad and it rained due to the typhoon. The guide was very nice, which was great. The Churaumi Aquarium was very crowded with school trip students. Since we had plenty of time, we were able to look around a lot. However, everywhere was full for meals, and we could only manage to buy from a food truck.

I felt that Pineapple Park was more geared towards children, and I had expected to see a lot of pineapples, so I was a bit disappointed. At Manza Beach, the bad weather prevented us from enjoying the scenery. Also, the recent traffic situation in Okinawa is very congested, and it took a long time to get back. I think that without ample time, future sightseeing in Okinawa will be challenging.

However, overall, it was a recommended tour. Thank you very much.

ガイドさんは非常に良い方で、とても良かったです。美ら海水族館は修学旅行の生徒さんで、とても混雑していました。時間がたっぷりあったので、色々と見て回る事ができました。ただ食事をするのにも何処もいっぱいで、キッチンカーで買うのが精一杯でした。
ただパイナップルパークは子供むけの感じがしたのと、パイナップルでもいっぱいなっていると思っていたので、少し残念でした。
　万座毛もやはり天気が悪かってので景色を楽しむ事はできませんでした。それと最近の沖縄の交通事情はとても渋滞が酷く、帰って来るまでとても時間がかかりました。時間に余裕がないと、これからの沖縄観光は大変だと思いました。
　しかし内容的には全体を通してお勧めのツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

The ship we boarded was large, so it was fine even with some waves. The mangrove tour moved slowly for nature conservation, allowing us to see various trees. We rode water buffalo in Yufu and Taketomi. Since we moved at the water buffalo's pace, it was a relaxing and leisurely experience. After the Taketomi water buffalo ride, it was nice to stroll around freely like the water buffalo, taking our time. It was a soothing and relaxing trip.

I participated in a morning mangrove kayak tour and an afternoon snorkeling tour. It was helpful that they accepted reservations even the night before.

During the morning mangrove kayak tour, we received a briefing on how to paddle, making it enjoyable even for beginners. I recommend wearing a swimsuit and clothes that can get dirty, as you surprisingly get wet from the river water.

The afternoon Blue Cave tour was changed to snorkeling at Ohsaki due to poor sea conditions from the typhoon. Although there was a change, the snorkeling time was longer, and I actually enjoyed it more. There were considerations for those who are not good at swimming, so I felt safe participating.

Additionally, the instructor shared recommendations for restaurants and information about Ishigaki Island during the car ride, making for a fun time! Thank you very much.

午前のマングローブカヤックでは、最初に漕ぎ方のレクチャーがあり、初心者でも楽しむことができました。意外に川の水で濡れるので水着＋汚れてもいい服装をおすすめします。
午後の青の洞窟ツアーは台風影響で海の状態が良くないため、大崎でのシュノーケルへ変更となりました。
変更にはなりましたが、シュノーケルの時間が長く、むしろ楽しむことができたと思います。泳ぎが苦手な方への配慮もあり安心して参加できました。
また、インストラクターの方は移動中車内てもオススメのお店や、石垣島について紹介してくださり楽しい時間を過ごせました！

I stayed on Ishigaki Island, and since the meeting and disbanding point was Ishigaki Port, I was able to participate with ease, even as someone who gets lost easily.
We rode a water buffalo cart across the sea and around the island. The staff member who guided us was very personable, and the warm, cheerful atmosphere made the time fly by!
They even shared the individual personalities of the water buffalo, which made me really feel that we were living together (laughs).
It was my first experience with mangroves, and with the detailed guidance from our guide, it was an enriching cruising time!
The next day, I was excited for the canoe experience in the mangroves, which heightened my anticipation.
It was a fun tour where the day passed in the blink of an eye.

It was a trip with my elementary school son. Since it was a short trip of one night and two days, I booked this tour to visit multiple sightseeing spots efficiently. It was very convenient as we were easily taken by bus to must-see places like Pineapple Park and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which my son really wanted to visit. They also took us back to Naha City, so we were able to catch our flight that night and had a fulfilling and enriching day. I recommend the bus tour for those who cannot drive. Enjoying the breathtaking voyage between the islands, we arrived at Iriomote Island. The guidance from our safe-driving driver was exceptional! Thanks to the efforts of the uniquely charming water buffalo, we crossed over to Yufu Island and explored the area. The cruising on the Nakama River was captivating, thanks to a truly professional guide, making the boat trip feel like it flew by. On Taketomi Island, we had a bus tour. I got completely absorbed in searching for star sand. The lunch was also plentiful and delicious! Overall, it was a reassuring tour surrounded by professionals.

This was my first night tour, and I had a great time experiencing many creatures and nature that are hard to see. We walked along a completely dark path, but we were each provided with a flashlight, which made me feel safe. There were narrow paths and some unstable footing, but I was able to enjoy the tour and stay safe by communicating with others in the group. Since we also walked through grassy areas, I recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants. After passing through the narrow paths, we reached the seaside and saw the stars. I was worried about the weather on the way there since it was unstable, but we were able to see many stars through the gaps in the clouds. It was a supermoon that day, but the clouds helped reveal the stars as well. On the bus ride to and from the location, we learned a lot about the charms of Ishigaki Island. They answered all our questions and shared recommendations for sightseeing spots, souvenirs, food, and izakayas. I would love to join this tour again when I visit Ishigaki Island next time.

More than half of the participants were from overseas, and the tour guide provided brief explanations of recommended products and highlights at tourist spots in both Japanese and English, which was very helpful. By the way, you can listen to the Okinawa tourist guide in the bus through earphones available in seven languages, distributed after boarding. At the Churaumi Aquarium, we enjoyed Orion beer while watching the fish at a café in front of the aquarium (this café gets very crowded, so I recommend taking a numbered ticket first and then leisurely viewing the tanks). At Pineapple Park, we had a great time tasting three types of pineapple sparkling wine and sampling pineapple cake. It was a fulfilling experience. It rained occasionally, but the tour guide lent us umbrellas. I planned to head straight to Naha Airport after the tour with my suitcase, but due to the famous evening traffic jam in Naha, it seemed like we would arrive late. However, I was dropped off at the Yui Rail station along the way, and the guide even checked the departure times for the Yui Rail, which was really helpful. We participated as a family of three (father, mother, and an 8-year-old daughter).

There was a hiccup with the transportation. We made a reservation for three people through Veltra, but they said they only received payment for two, so they wouldn't accept cash for the remaining amount.

They asked to see proof of payment, like the reservation confirmation email and the payment completion email. I had them on hand, so I showed them. (I think it's fine to use this as a last resort, but it's not good to doubt the customer from the start. Shouldn't the company confirm first?)

In the end, we had to wait outside the microbus until Veltra confirmed our reservation, which created a bit of a tense atmosphere, but we were able to participate without any issues.

最終的に予約したベルトラに完了が取れるまでマイクロバスの外で待たされ、ちょっと不穏な空気でしたが、無事参加できました。

ツアーガイドのお兄さんはフレンドリーで、動植物大好きって感じで楽しかったです。肝心の動物や変わった生き物はというとあまり見られずただこれは時の運なので仕方ないかなという感じですかね。

当日雨が降っていたので、足元は悪く滑っている人多かったので、足腰弱い方は怪我の心配ありそうなので止めた方が良いかも。

ツアーは奥まで行っても景色自体は変わり映えする物でもないので、うちの子や同じツアーの女の子も最後は早く帰りたいと少しぐずっていました。
同じツアーに参加していた男の子は怖いものみたさでずんずん進んで楽しそうではありました。

何がみえるかは運としたとしても、ちょっとコスパは悪いかなって感じです。

ホテル送迎もあり助かりました！充実した一日になったのでまた利用したいなと思います！チケットを貰い一枚ずつ使いながらアクティビティを消費していきます。朝クルージングで満潮と重なったことや台風の直後であまりマングローブをよく見ることが出来ませんでしたが、いつもと違うルートや違う植物などを見ることが出来ました！水牛にも乗りながら昼ごはんを食べることも出来ました。竹富島ではサイクリングで効率的に移動できました。意外と時間あるようであっという間だったので予め予定は立てた方が良いと思います！
