Not only did we get to see the Pumpkin Cave, but we also had a variety of experiences that were very enjoyable. My wife, who is not a strong swimmer, was able to have fun too! The staff member in charge was very kind and I highly recommend him! Additionally, the attention to detail in services like photography was excellent, providing us with a fun time throughout. They were well-informed about the sea turtles, allowing us to enjoy them for a long time. Being able to also observe fish was an added joy. We are currently enjoying the photos we received as a family.

パンプキンの鍾乳洞を見るだけでは終わらず、いろんな経験をさせて頂き、とても楽しく、泳ぐことが苦手な妻も楽しむことができました！担当のお兄さんもとても親切でおすすめです！
また、写真など細かいサービスも行き届いており、終始楽しい時間を提供してもらえました。
海亀にかんしても、しっかりポイントを把握しており、
長い時間堪能できました。
プラスアルファでサカナの鑑賞もできたことは、あらたなよろこびでした。

This was my first time participating in an activity like this, and it was quite a valuable experience. The canoeing was great, but the cave experience was even more wonderful than I had imagined. I thought it might be a bit tough given my age, but in the end, I had a truly fantastic day. I also want to thank the staff for their very careful guidance and for taking photos of all the participants.

今回アクティブティの参加は自身初めてだったのですがかなり貴重な体験をさせてもらいました。
カヌーはもとより鍾乳洞体験は想像以上素晴らしく年齢的にややキツイかもと思いましたが終わってみたらとても素晴らしい一日が過ごせました。
またスタッフ方々がとても丁寧に案内してくれて、それと参加者全員の写真も撮っていただきありがとうございました。

I had a great time.
At first, I had booked a tour that included Barasu Island, but it was changed due to the weather.
We started the day with a cave tour, where we ventured into the darkness for a unique experience.
During the kayaking adventure, it felt extraordinary to paddle gracefully through the mangroves, which is something special to Iriomote Island.
We were also able to walk to a waterfall.

In the afternoon, we switched to canyoning instead of Barasu Island.
Jumping into the river from high places and climbing rocks against the current was so much fun.
My partner was especially thrilled!

Our guide, Konaka, was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot, making the tour engaging.
Additionally, he was fluent in English, so my partner was happy to have various conversations.

We also took many photos, which became wonderful memories.

I would love to request this again when I visit Iriomote Island.
I definitely want to have a rematch at Barasu Island!

すごく楽しかったです。
初めはバラス島とセットのツアーを予約しておりましたが、天候により変更となりました。
朝から鍾乳洞ツアーで、真っ暗なところまで進んでいきはじめての体験ができました。
カヤック探検では、西表島ならではという感じでマングローブの中を優雅に漕いで行くのが非日常的に感じました。
滝まで歩いても行けました。

お昼からはバラス島から変更となった
キャディオニングをしました。
高いところ川へ飛び込んだり、逆流の中岩を登ったりと
すごく楽しかったです。
特にパートナーはすごく喜んでいました！

ガイドのコナカさんは、知識もすごくて、たくさん教えていただき、飽きのないツアーでした。
また、英語も堪能でパートナーはいろいろお話を聞くことができて、喜んでいました。

写真もたくさん取っていただいて、
すごくいい思い出になりました。

また西表島に行った時はお願いしたいです。
ぜひ、バラス島のリベンジしたいです！

It was my first time at Pumpkin Hall. Although it was low tide, the water was about waist-deep as we walked through the sea, but I enjoyed hearing various stories about the ocean in Miyako Island along the way. We started with a visit to the shrine, and the inside of the cave was a dark and mysterious place. Since it's not often that you get to touch fresh water in Miyako Island, I swam in the fresh water, applied mud (kucha) on my face, and got splashed by the waterfall inside. I learned that there are different types of stalactites, and there was even a jump at the end! Thank you for taking so many photos (*^^*). I heard that it might not be accessible in the future, so I'm glad I was able to go this time! ♪

初めてのパンプキンホールでした。
干潮時でしたが、海の中を歩いて行く時は腰くらいの深さまでザブザブですが、道中色々宮古島での海のお話とか聞けて楽しかったです。
最初にお参りをして、鍾乳洞の中は、真っ暗で神秘的な場所でした。
宮古島で、なかなか真水に触れることはないので、真水の中を泳いだり、クチャ(泥)を顔に塗ったり、中の滝に打たれたり。
鍾乳石にも種類があるとか、最後は飛び込みでジャンプがあったりと盛りだくさんな内容でした！
写真も沢山撮って頂いてありがとうございました(*^^*)
そのうち入れなくなるそうなので、今回行けて良かったです♪

Due to sea conditions, we couldn't land on Barasu Island, so we changed our plans to canyoning and mangrove SUP.

I quietly came on an island-hopping trip while the COVID situation has calmed down. This tour felt incredibly fulfilling, lasting much longer than just one day. I was able to fully enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island! (They also have COVID measures in place, and being in nature allows for social distancing, so it's safe.) We saw many creatures and plants, and even though it was the end of October, the weather was great and the temperature was just right.

Canyoning involves playing in the river, so the water temperature was lower than the sea and felt cold at first, but they provided wetsuits, so it was fine! We jumped in together, got splashed by waterfalls, and slid down natural slides, experiencing something extraordinary.

For the mangrove SUP, even beginners receive thorough instructions at the start, so you can ride with confidence. We leisurely toured the mangrove area on the SUP, which was incredibly relaxing and had great healing effects. The goal was a waterfall! We also saw many plants and creatures, including Sagari-bana.

Lastly, I want to thank Connie from Pipi, our guide. She was experienced, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I don't think we would have had as much fun without her as our guide! Thank you so much. I want to visit Iriomote Island again!

コロナが収まってるうちに…と、ひっそりと離島めぐり旅行にきました。
こちらのツアーは、1日とは思えないぐらい長く感じる、充実したものでした。西表島の大自然満喫できました♬（コロナ対策もされてるし、大自然なので密避けれますよ笑）
生き物や植物も沢山見れて、10月末でしたがお天気もよく気温もほど良くでした^ ^

キャニオリングは川遊びなので、海よりも水温が低く初めは冷たく感じましたが、ウェットスーツを貸して頂いたので大丈夫でした！
みんなで飛び込みしたり滝に打たれたり天然の滑り台で滑ったりと、非日常な体験できます( ＾∀＾)

マングローブSUPは初めての人でも始めにしっかりレクチャーしてくれるので安心して乗れます。
マングローブ地帯をゆっくりSUPで観光でき、ヒーリング効果抜群でリラックスできました。ゴールは滝！他にもサガリバナ等の沢山の植物や生き物を見ることができました。

最後に、今回ガイドして下さったpipiのコニーさん、経験豊富、博識、トークも面白くて、コニーさんがガイドじゃなかったらここまで楽しく遊べなかったと思います！
本当にありがとうございました。また西表島遊びにきたいです(^O^)

I visited Iriomote Island for the first time on my honeymoon. We were able to kayak for about an hour together, and it was a fulfilling experience. We also got close to the Pinaisara Falls and enjoyed the great outdoors! We took a lot of photos, making it a memorable tour!

カヤックは2人で1時間ほど漕ぐことができ、充実した時間でした。
ピナイサーラの滝も近くまで行くことができ、大自然を満喫出来ました！
写真も沢山撮っていただき、思い出に残るツアーでした！！

I wanted to go, so I made a reservation the evening before. Most tours confirm via text message or phone call, so I thought it would be the same this time, but I didn't receive any contact, which made me worried. When I checked my email for confirmation, I saw a message saying to contact them within an hour of the reservation confirmation. If I didn't, it would be a paid cancellation. I tried to reach out immediately after seeing the email, but I couldn't get through. When I finally did get in touch, I was yelled at in a very angry voice. I was able to participate in the tour, but it felt like I was being scolded throughout, and I couldn't enjoy it. It was the worst tour.

行きたいと思って、急遽前日の夕方に予約しました。ほとんどのツアーは、わかりやすくショートメールや電話を頂いての確認だったので、今回もそうだと思ってましたが、連絡がなく心配となり、予約の確認のためメールをチェックをしたところ、予約確定後から1時間も無い間の内に連絡をくださいと。連絡がなければ、有料キャンセルとなるとのメッセージ。メールを見てすぐ連絡しても連絡付かず。やっと連絡がついたと思ったら、すごい剣幕の声で怒られる。とりあえず、ツアーに参加出来ましたが、ツアー中も怒られている感じで、楽しめなかったです。最悪なツアーでした

In the morning, we went canyoning, and in the afternoon, we visited the mangroves. Thanks to our guide, Connie, I had an amazing time on my first visit to Iriomote Island! We also went to a recommended restaurant for lunch, and it was incredibly delicious. It was a wonderful day that made me want to come back to Iriomote Island again! Thank you very much!

The Pumpkin Hall was wider than I imagined and very impressive. It was a sacred experience, and I would definitely recommend it if you go to Miyako. You can take photogenic pictures in various places.

Also, the guide from Pipi was reliable and kind, so even as a beginner in marine activities, I felt safe participating!

Even if you're not used to climbing, the guide kindly teaches you, and surprisingly, it's manageable even if you're not confident in your physical strength.

想像以上に奥行きが広く、かなり見応えのあるパンプキンホール。神聖な経験ができましたし宮古に行くならぜひお勧めしたいです。フォトジェニックな写真も色んな場所で撮ってもらえます。

そしてピピのガイドさんは頼もしくやさしい方だったので海のアクティビティがはじめての私でも安心して参加できました！

登りに慣れていなくてもガイドさんが親切に教えてくださいますし、体力に自信がなくても以外と大丈夫です。

It was far more enjoyable than I had imagined!

Entering the Pumpkin Hall and being inside felt like being truly immersed in "nature as it is." The different tension compared to a theme park contributed to a sense of "adventure," which was very exciting. Nature, which usually feels distant like "art pieces viewed through glass," felt directly accessible here. I was able to sense the local deities and spiritual elements, which left a deep impression on my memories.

I forgot to bring my swimsuit, but I was very grateful to be able to borrow a marine suit on the spot. I visited from the Kanto region during the transition from autumn to winter, but I didn't feel cold at all. In fact, moving around in the sea was fun!

Thank you for a truly enjoyable experience!

想像してたよりも、はるかに楽しかった！です！

パンプキンホールに入るところも、中に入ってからも、すごく「ありのままの自然の中」を感じました。テーマパークと違った緊張感が「冒険感」にも繋がり、とてもワクワクします。
普段なら「ガラス越しに見る美術品」のように遠く感じてしまうような自然が、ここでは直に体験できるように感じました。
地元の神様、霊的なものを感じることも出来て、思い出に深く残りました。

水着を忘れて来てしまったのですが、その場でマリンスーツを貸して頂くことが出来て大変助かりました。秋から冬にかかるくらいの時期に関東から遊びに来ましたが、全く寒く感じませんでした。むしろ海の中を移動するのが楽しい！

I visited for my honeymoon trip. The waves were high, so we postponed our participation by two days from the original schedule. There were a total of 9 people in our group for the tour.

Walking to the limestone cave took about 30 minutes along the sandy beach and through waist-high water, which was a bit tough, but it felt like an adventure and was fun! Inside the cave, the instructors took photos of each group at the photo spots, so there was no need to bring a camera.

The sea in October is a bit cold, but they provide wetsuits, so it was totally fine. The wetsuits were also in great condition! I definitely want to use this service again when doing activities in Miyako Island. Thank you! 😊

ハネムーンの旅行で伺いました。波が高く当初の日程より２日延期しての参加になりました。4グループ計9人でのツアーでした。
鍾乳洞に行くまでは片道30分ほど砂浜と腰くらいの高さの海を歩くのでそれなりにきついですが、探検という感じで楽しかったです！鍾乳洞の中では写真スポットでグループごとにインストラクターさんが写真を撮ってくださったので、特にカメラを持って行く必要は無かったです。
10月の海は少し冷たいですが、ウェットスーツの貸し出しがあるので全然平気でした。ウェットスーツも綺麗な物でした！
また宮古島でアクテビティをする際はぜひ利用したいと思います☺️ありがとうございました！

It was wonderful! It was tough walking along the beach until we reached the cave, but once we entered the cave, it was very beautiful! The inside of the cave was very spacious, and we were able to see various stalactites. The jump from the Pumpkin Cave took quite a bit of courage, but it was fun to dive in! The guide was kind and provided thorough guidance, allowing us to safely explore the cave! They also took a lot of pictures, creating great memories!

素晴らしかったです！鍾乳洞に着くまでずっと海を歩いて大変でしたが、鍾乳洞の中に入るととても綺麗でした！
洞窟の中はとても広く、色々な鍾乳洞を見ることが出来ました( ¨̮ )最後のパンプキン鍾乳洞からのジャンプはかなり勇気が入りましたが、思いっきり飛び込むと楽しかったです！

I was worried about what kind of tour it would be when I signed up, but once I entered the cave, it was a continuous thrill and excitement—truly an amazing tour.

The moment I entered the cave, I encountered the pumpkin! Just when I thought it was over, we climbed on the pumpkin and went deeper and deeper. We experienced getting splashed by waterfalls, having mud smeared on our faces, and diving from the top of the pumpkin—so many first-time experiences. It was truly the best tour that I will remember forever.

This time, the Yaeyama Islands tour I had planned was canceled due to bad weather, and I was feeling down, but I was able to experience the fantastic Pumpkin Hall tour, which became a wonderful memory for our 40th wedding anniversary.

申込した時はどんなツアーか心配でしたが、
洞窟の中に入ってからは、ハラハラドキドキ？の連続で本当に感激出来るツアーでした。
洞窟に入った瞬間に出会ったパンプキン！
これでお終いと思ったら、
パンプキンに登って、ドンドン奥へ〜
滝に打たれたり、顔に泥を塗ったり、パンプキンの上からダイビングしたり、初体験のことばかり
本当に記憶に残る最高のツアーでした。

今回は予定していた八重干瀬ツアーが天候不良で中止になり、落ち込んでいましたが、最高のパンプキンホールツアーを体験出来、
結婚40周年記念の本当に良い思い出になりました。

It was a very enjoyable and valuable experience!! It was much more of an adventure than I had imagined, but that made it even more fun! We walked in the sea to reach the entrance of the cave, and then climbed inside, which felt quite survival-like, but it became a wonderful memory with experiences that can only be had here. The latter part of the tour was packed with diving at a power spot, making it truly fulfilling. The guide was very friendly, and I was able to enjoy the tour! I had been a bit afraid of the sea until now, but this tour helped me overcome my resistance to entering the water, and I really had a great time. Thank you!

This tour is a must for anyone visiting Miyako Island!

First, you can swim with sea turtles, and the coral is beautiful with lovely fish welcoming you! You can experience everything the ocean around Miyako Island has to offer!

And the highlight is the Pumpkin Cave! I never expected to see pumpkins outside of vegetables!

I couldn't help but think, "Can I make tempura out of this?" It's a memorable thought from my trip.

It will surely spark the adventurous spirit that every boy has!

I searched for a tour that could be experienced even on a rainy day and participated in one. It was a tour where we walked about 20 minutes through shallow water to reach a limestone cave. The water was knee-deep, but walking through the waves was more tiring than I expected, making it a good workout. Since it was a cold day, it was nice to warm up, but on hot days, you might get exhausted, so I think it's best to hydrate well beforehand.

During the tour, the guide made sure we didn't step on living corals and provided explanations about rare creatures and the terrain, making the journey enjoyable while moving along at a good pace.

The inside of the limestone cave was breathtaking. I thought we would just see the Pumpkin Cave and be done, but we went deep inside and had a great time exploring the cave! The fantastical atmosphere felt like it was not in Japan, which was wonderful.

At the end, there was a big jump into the sea, and although I was scared, I wasn't pressured to jump from a height I wasn't comfortable with; I was able to jump from a height that suited me.

Among the many tours available, this is a highly recommended one that can only be experienced in Miyako Island. I hope everyone gets to try it!

雨の日でも体験できるツアーを探して参加しました。
片道20分ほど、浅瀬を鍾乳洞まで歩いて行くツアーです。
膝くらいの水深ですが、波の中を歩くのが思った以上に疲れ、いい運動になりました。
寒い日だったので体が温まりよかったですが、暑い日はバテるかもしれないので事前に水分補給をしっかりして行ったほうが良いと思います。
途中全身水に浸かるのでケータイなどは防水ケース対応が必須です。ただ、ケータイがなくてもたくさん写真を撮っていただけます！

道中はガイドの方が生きているサンゴを踏まないように注意してくれたり、珍しい生き物や地形について解説してくれたり、サクサク進みながらも楽しめるポイントがありました。

鍾乳洞の中は圧巻で、パンプキン鍾乳洞を見て終わりかな？と思っていたのですが、奥の方まで入ってしっかりと洞窟探検ができてとても楽しかったです！
日本じゃないような幻想的な空間がとても素敵でした。

最後に海に飛び込む大ジャンプがあるのですが、怖がってしまったところ無理強いもされず、自分に合わせた高さからジャンプすることができました。

数あるツアーの中でも宮古島でしか見ることができないとてもおすすめのツアーです。ぜひみなさんも体験してほしいです！

The weather wasn't very good, but since it was a cave exploration, it didn't bother me much. (It might have actually been good that we had to walk about 30 minutes to the cave entrance.) The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and I enjoyed listening to their explanations about the no-photography areas and the reasons behind them, as well as the stalactites. Inside the cave, the spring water is said to be colder than seawater, and although they provided wetsuits, it was only "wow, that's cold!" so it wasn't a problem not to wear one. (I wore a rash guard and leggings.) We also had a lot of tour photos taken, and my friends who joined me were happy too.

天気はあまり良くなかったけど、鍾乳洞探検なので特に気になりませんでした。（洞窟の入口まで30分ぐらい歩くので逆に良かったかも）スタッフさんも気さくな方でお話しやすく、撮影NGな場所やその理由、鍾乳石の説明なども楽しく聞いてました。洞窟内は湧水で海水より冷たいそうで、ウエットスーツを用意して頂いてましたが、「うわ〜冷たい！」程度で着なくても問題なかったです。（ラッシュガード＆トレンカ着用）ツアー写真もいっぱい撮ってもらい、一緒に参加した友達も喜んでました。

There were more activity elements than I expected. This is good for those who are looking for that, but not ideal for those who just want to see the pumpkins.

I was able to fully enjoy Iriomote Island with a tour packed with activities like kayaking, trekking, and exploring limestone caves. They provide shoes that are okay to get wet. Since trekking and the caves can be slippery and there are many plants, I think wearing clothes that cover both hands and feet is essential.

The waterfall was a bit chilly for swimming, so I didn't go in directly, but the water volume was impressive and very powerful. Along the way, I learned a lot about the plants, which was really interesting.

I participated from Iriomote Island, but if you're coming from Ishigaki Island, it might be a bit challenging to join as a day trip if the ferry to Uehara Port is not running (it takes about an hour by bus from Ohara Port to Uehara Port).

I think this tour is highly recommended for those who want to enjoy nature in a single day.

カヤック→トレッキング→鍾乳洞探検とたくさん要素がつまったツアーで、西表島を満喫できました。
靴は濡れても大丈夫なものを貸して頂けます。トレッキングや鍾乳洞は、滑りやすいところも多く、植物も多いので、両手両足が覆われた服は必須かなと思いました。
滝は泳ぐのには肌寒かったので、直接入ってはいないですが、水量も多くとても迫力がありました。道中も植物に関して色々教えて頂けて、とても面白かったです。
私は西表島から参加しましたが、石垣島からの場合、上原港行のフェリーが止まってしまうと、当日日帰りの参加はちょっと大変かもしれないと思いました（大原港→上原港までバスで1時間かかるので）。
1日で自然を満喫したい方にはおすすめのツアーかと思います。

During my stay, the weather was cloudy and rainy, and while looking for sightseeing options for rainy days, I was recommended this tour by the travel agency I had booked with the day before. We went snorkeling in the morning and had a cave tour in the afternoon.

To sum it up, it was incredibly fun, and my friend said it was a once-in-a-lifetime memory! My friend, who is 63 years old, seemed to be the oldest on the tour! Just participating in this one activity made me feel like I had fully enjoyed my time in Miyako Island. I was truly impressed, and considering the cost-effectiveness, I think this tour is incredibly cheap, so I highly recommend joining!

I have traveled a lot, mainly interested in mountains and World Heritage sites, but I have also visited places where the sea is a World Heritage site. I've snorkeled in Australia, New Caledonia, Malaysia, Egypt, Yakushima, Iriomote, Okinawa, the Big Island of Hawaii, and Oahu, but I think the snorkeling in Miyako Island was the most beautiful. It was drizzling, which made it feel different from the usual places I go, but there were so many vividly beautiful tropical fish. I had never seen so many before. The chance of encountering turtles was about 50%, but our guide worked hard to find one, and we were lucky enough to see it. Even in the rain, the water clarity was high, so I was moved to see the turtle swimming clearly. Even without seeing a turtle, the beautiful sea filled with tropical fish was more than enough.

After lunch, we went on the cave tour. From the time of booking, I was encouraged that the cave tour would be hard, but to do my best! We walked for about 30-40 minutes along the beach and in the sea to reach it. It was a very mystical place, and I was captivated. I thought we would just take pictures, but we climbed up into the cave and went deeper inside. It looked really challenging, but our guide supported everyone and helped us climb. They were great at giving compliments! The depths of the cave were divine and more mystical than anything I had experienced before. It reminded me of the natural beauty created by time in Cappadocia, Turkey, which is a World Heritage site, but the beauty was indescribably stunning. After climbing, we dove into the sea to return, which was also very fun!

Additionally, I appreciated that our guide, Takagi, took great photos. I'm grateful for the wonderful memories.

Lastly, since my hotel was closer to the center and I couldn't rent a car, I booked the tour with pick-up service. It was cheaper and very convenient compared to a taxi, which I appreciated. This tour is a grand adventure, and I highly recommend it! ★★★★★

滞在中の天気が曇りや雨で、雨の日にできる観光を探してたら、前日こちらの旅行会社で予約してたこともあり、このツアーをお勧めされ予約しました。
午前中にシュノーケリング、午後は鍾乳洞ツアーでした。
結論から言うと、めちゃんこ楽しかったのと、友人は一生のいい思い出でだったとのことです。友人は63歳でツアーでは最年長だったように思えます！
これ一つ参加するだけで、宮古島で十分遊んだなーという気分になれました。
私自身感動したことと、費用対効果からするとめちゃんこ安いツアーだなと思いますので、ぜひとも参加をお勧めします！
海より、山や世界遺産に興味がありたくさん旅行してきました。とはいえ、海も世界遺産だったりする場所は行きました。オーストラリア、ニューカレドニア、マレーシア、エジプト、屋久島、西表、沖縄、ハワイ島、オアフ島で、シュノーケリングしたことがありますが、宮古島のシュノーケリングが最高に美しかったと思います。小雨だったこともあり、普段行く場所とは違うようでしたが、とても美しい鮮明な熱帯魚がたくさんいました。こんなに見たのは初めてでした。カメさんの遭遇率は50％の場所だったのですが、ガイドさんは一生懸命探して運よく見つけてくれました。雨でも透明度が高いので、クリアにカメさんの泳ぎが見れ感動しました。カメ見れなくても、熱帯魚だけで十分なくらい美しい海でした。
ランチしてから午後は鍾乳洞ツアー。予約時から、鍾乳洞ツアーハードですけど頑張ってください！と励まされてました。
浜辺や海の中を30-40分ほど歩きたどり着きました。それは、とてもとても神秘的な場所で、魅了されました。見て写真撮るだけかと思ったのですが、そこから鍾乳洞を登って、奥に進みます。これが、めっちゃ大変そうにみえました。でもガイドさんが、一生懸命サポートして皆を登らせてくれました。褒め上手ｗ。洞窟奥も神々しく今までになく神秘的でした。世界遺産のトルコのカッパドキアにも似てるようにも思いましたが、歳月が作った自然美は言葉で表すことができないくらい、美しかったです。登った分は、最後に海にダイブして帰りました。これまたとても面白かったです★
また、ガイドたかぎさんの写真もとても上手で感謝。素敵な思い出に感謝です。

最後に、ホテルが中心地よりでレンタカーが借りれなかったため、送迎付きで予約しました。タクシーより安くてとても便利で有難かったです。

We went snorkeling at Shinjo Beach. After parking the car, we walked straight to the beach and were able to snorkel right away. So, be careful with your belongings! The water was murky due to the typhoon, but we were able to see a sea turtle. It seems that there are seaweeds that serve as food for the turtles at Shinjo Beach, which attracts them. The water is shallow and safe, making it a great spot for families. This beach has a high probability of encountering sea turtles, so I highly recommend this tour!

私たちがシュノーケリングをしたのは新城海岸でした。
駐車場に車を停めるとそのまま歩いて海岸に行きそのままシュノーケルできました。
その為持ち物は注意です！
海に入ると台風のせいで濁っていましたが、ウミガメに会うことができました。
新城海岸には亀の餌になる海藻が生えており、ウミガメが集まるそうです。遠浅で危険もないのでファミリーにもおすすめですね
ここの海岸はかなりの高確率でウミガメに会えるのでこのツアーはかなりおすすめ！

It was a really fun mangrove and cave tour!!

On the day of the tour, the weather was bad, and even the ferry to Uehara Port was canceled, so I was worried about what would happen. However, once I got on the SUP and entered the mangroves, I felt like I had arrived in a different world on Iriomote Island, with no rain or wind! While paddling, I heard stories about various plants and wildlife! What impressed me the most was the suicide fruit!! (laughs) It looks red, round, and delicious, but eating it can lead to death! I was shocked to learn that such a fruit exists!! The waterfall was also incredibly mystical! I want to join the night mangrove tour next time!!

The cave exploration was just as the name suggests, and it felt like a real adventure, which was a lot of fun! Experiencing the darkness when we turned off the lights deep inside the cave was also memorable, as it was something I had never experienced before!!

とっても楽しいマングローブと鍾乳洞ツアーでした！！

当日は天気が悪く上原港に向かうフェリーすらも欠航になってしまいどうなるかと思いましたが、
いざサップに乗ってマングローブの中に入ると雨も風もなく西表島の違う世界に来た気分になりました！！
サップで進みながら色んな植物生物自然のお話を聞きました！
私が印象的だったのは自殺の実！！(笑)見た目は赤くて丸くて美味しそうなのに食べたら死に至るという実！そんな実があるのかとビックリ！！
あとは滝がすごい神秘的でした！
今度は夜のマングローブツアーに参加したいと思いました！！

洞窟探検は名前の通り探検してる感じが凄く楽しかったです！
洞窟の奥で電気を消したときに今まで経験したことの無い暗さを体験出来たのも印象的です！！

I participated in a one-day plan that included mangrove SUP, Barasu Island, and cave exploration. Our guide, Tomo, shared a lot of information about Iriomote Island, making the car ride enjoyable! The mangroves were breathtaking, and I was moved by the grandeur of nature. I learned that there are only two coral islands like Barasu Island in the world. Looking around, all I could see was the ocean, making it a precious experience! The cave exploration didn't follow a paved path; instead, we progressed through natural areas! We walked through water and crouched down, feeling excited and as if we were kids again.

I hurriedly booked this tour after arriving in Ishigaki Island, but I'm glad I chose this one! They took many photos, so I feel happy looking back at them after returning home. Thank you for a fun day! I definitely plan to come back to Iriomote Island again :)

マングローブSUP +バラス島 +鍾乳洞探検の1日プランに参加しました。ガイドのともさんが西表島のことをたくさん教えてくださるので、移動の車内も楽しかったです！初めてのマングローブは圧巻、、自然の壮大さに感動しました。バラス島のような珊瑚の島は世界で２つしかないそうです。周りを見渡しても海しかなく、貴重な体験ができました！鍾乳洞は整備された道を歩くのではなく、自然な状態の場所を進んでいきます！水の中を歩いたり、屈んで進んで行ったり、ワクワクドキドキして子供の頃に戻った気分でした。
石垣島に着いてから慌てて申し込んだツアーでしたが、こちらにお願いしてよかったです！！写真もたくさん撮ってくれたので、帰宅してから写真を見返している時間も幸せです。楽しい1日をありがとうございました！！また絶対に西表島に来ようと思います:)

The day before, there was a typhoon, so the cave tour was canceled. Instead, I participated in a snorkeling tour to see sea turtles. I was informed in advance that the waves would be strong and that sand might stir up, making it difficult to see the fish. However, in reality, the sea was incredibly beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles right after we started snorkeling. Additionally, our guide provided interesting and easy-to-understand explanations about the sea and the fish, which allowed us to enjoy the tour from start to finish.

前の日まで台風だったため風が強くて鍾乳洞ツアーは中止。代わりにウミガメの見えるシュノーケルツアーに参加しました。
台風明けなので波の流れが強い、また砂が舞って魚が見えないかもしれないということを事前に聞かされて参加しました。
しかし、実際は海はすごく綺麗でウミガメもシュノーケル開始してすぐ見ることができました。
また、ガイドさんが海や魚についての豆知識を面白く、わかりやすく説明してくれたおかげでツアーの最初から最後まで楽しむことができました。

Walking to the Pumpkin Cave requires quite a bit of stamina, especially since you're walking on unfamiliar sandy beaches and through the waves. The guide mentioned that it's suitable for children from the age of four, but I think it's more of an adult activity that may not be ideal for small kids. I was a bit disappointed that there were no showers after coming out of the sea. They provided some water in a 2-liter bottle with salt, but there wasn't enough for everyone, so we had to share. I wasn't too keen on getting into the rental car, but we managed to have lunch while moving to the afternoon snorkeling, so there wasn't time to change. I had no choice but to sit on a towel over the vinyl.

In the afternoon snorkeling, we even got to see sea turtles and fully enjoyed the beautiful waters of Miyako Island. The guide's swimming was lovely, like that of a mermaid.

２リットルのペットボトルに塩を流すくらいの水は用意してくれていたが、それも人数分は無かったので半分こしました。レンタカーに乗るのが少し嫌だったけど午後のシュノーケリングまでに移動しながらお昼ご飯を済ませてって感じだったので着替える時間も無く、仕方ないからビニールの上にバスタオル引いてのりました。

The pumpkin cave in the morning was hard! It was quite tough for my body, which has become quite sluggish from teleworking. The distance isn't too far, but it really worked out muscles that I don't usually use, like on the sandy beach and in the water, and I had a bit of muscle soreness the next day. Exploring the cave was thrilling.

When moving to the afternoon snorkeling, it was a bit of a struggle to get into the rental car since there was no shower available.

I was also moved to encounter a sea turtle! Thank you for a day that will become one of my best memories in Miyako Island.

ハード！テレワークで散々鈍った身体にはかなりきつかったです。距離はあまりないですけど砂浜や水の中など普段使わない筋肉をフル活動させ次の日はプチ筋肉痛になりました。鍾乳洞の探検はスリル満点
午後のシュノーケリングに移動する際にシャワーがなかったのでレンタカーに乗るのが少し苦労しました。
ウミガメにも出会えて感動！

It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding, and the guide taught me very patiently, so I was able to get on the board right away! Paddling through the great outdoors felt amazing, and I believe it's an experience you can only have here. The guide's explanations were also very interesting, and during the trekking, I learned a lot of fun trivia, which made it really enjoyable. We got to take many photos, and we received beautiful pictures that were much better than what we could have taken ourselves. If you're considering a tour in Iriomote Island, I think this is definitely the place to go!

人生で初めてのサップでしたが、ガイドの方にとても丁寧に教えて頂き、すぐに乗れるようになりました！大自然の中をサップで進むのはとても気持ちが良く、ここでしか出来ない体験だと思います。ガイドの方の説明もとても面白く、トレッキングの最中色んな豆知識を教えていただき、とっても楽しかったです。写真もたくさん撮ってもらえて、自分たちで撮るよりも素敵な写真をたくさんもらえました。西表島でツアーを考えているならここで間違いないと思います！

It was a very fulfilling tour. The Pumpkin Cave was more adventurous than I expected, and it was thrilling and exciting. A cave like this, with pumpkins, is rare, and it was packed with activities like climbing, jumping, swimming through the cave, and applying the natural mineral mud from the cave on my face.

For lunch, our guide recommended a delicious restaurant, and I was very satisfied with the Miyako Island soba and mango dessert.

After lunch, we went snorkeling to look for sea turtles. I was worried that we might not encounter any, but we quickly came across the first one. We discovered several more sea turtles afterward and were able to swim alongside them. I also encountered coral and various fish, and I had a wonderful time.

Our guide, Mai, was very energetic and cheerful, making it a fun experience to be with her. She took lots of photos for us. I highly recommend this tour.

パンプキン鍾乳洞は思ったより冒険度が高くて、ドキドキワクワク。
こんなパンプキンの鍾乳洞は珍しいし、よじ登ったり、飛び降りたり、洞窟の中を泳いだり、洞窟の自然のミネラルの泥を顔に塗ったりとアクティビティ満載です。
　昼食はガイドさんが美味しいお店を教えてくれて、宮古島ソバとマンゴーのスイーツを食べて大満足。　
　昼食後は、ウミガメを探しにシュノーケリング。運悪く出逢わなかったらどうしようと思いましたが、すぐに1匹目と遭遇。その後も数匹のウミガメを発見し、一緒に泳ぐことができました。
珊瑚といろんな魚とも出逢えて、幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。
　ガイドのマイさんは、とても元気で明るくて一緒にいると楽しくなる素敵なガイドさんでした。
写真もいっぱい撮ってくれました。

I participated in snorkeling with sea turtles and the Pumpkin Cave. The Pumpkin Cave was hard and had more of an adventurous feel than I expected, but the cave was incredibly mystical and extraordinary, which moved me. It was my first time snorkeling, and I was anxious, but the guide was kind and taught me carefully, allowing me to enjoy it. I was able to see sea turtles, and I got to see beautiful coral reefs and small fish up close, which made me very satisfied. I would like to use this service again when I come back to Miyako Island. パンプキン鍾乳洞はハードで、思ってた以上にアドベンチャー感がありましたが、鍾乳洞はすごく神秘的で、非日常的で、感動しました。
